An excellent restaurant that truly deserves a full rating. While the prices are slightly above average, the portion size and taste absolutely make up for it. It would be great to see more soda options like Barr Cola or Kinza Cola added to the menu. The traditional fish and chips dish is especially outstanding and delicious.

Fantastic classic fish and chips place which is also halal. There service is relatively fast, always fresh.
Food tastes really good but generally I would stick to the fried stuff rather than grilled (from my own experience). Sausages are also really tasty for an indulgence!
It can be tricky to park if you are doing take away. I haven't been to restaurant but it looks quite nice. There are plenty of spots to eat if you did want to eat from the takeaway. You still get served in the same way and boxes etc.
Really recommend this place.

Fresh fish, amazingly cooked. My friend and I had the grilled sea bass, 'on the bone' - was incredible. Side dishes were also good, large portions. We dined in, sat outside, which was great, but takeaway seems more popular. Staff were really friendly. Probably the best fish I have had in London.

Great fish and chips! Had their small cod with chips and it was fresh and good. Though I’m not normally a thick chip person, I thought their chips were still quite crispy and well done. Mick was also amicable and patient :)

So far, I have been here twice for dinner and both times we have been amazed by the delectable food and the courteous service. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed as there was only one waiter serving the whole restaurant and trying to get our order in was a little challenging. However, when we managed to have our orders taken, all was brilliant. Service was interactive and there were smile. The fish and chips, by far that I have had in London, were the freshest and most succulent that I have had. We had the Cod and the Haddock. The calamari was also something not to be missed. All in all, the best fish and chips! Worth a visit.

The food here is solid… but pricey. That being said, we had a great dinner. The staff warmly welcomed us as we entered … and we were ushered downstairs to what feels like an exclusive dining enclave. The double crab roll was excellent. Also, the truffle eel was special. Everything we ate tasted good . The service is quick… so if you want to dine and take your time… order slowly because they will have you in and out in no time if you don’t take a pause between orders.

Loved the meal. Fabulous food without the snobbery. The wait staff were fabulous, particularly Huw (sorry, not sure of spelling), super friendly and informative. Celebrated a dear friend becoming cancer free and they treated us like we were the only people there. Looking forward to coming back asap!
The fatty tuna and wagyu were amaaazing, as was the lobster but all 3 desserts smashed the rest of the meal out of the ballpark. 10/10 team

We had a delicious lunch at Dinings! Every dish we ordered was truly wonderful. We visit every time we are in London. A must visit if you are in the area!

We recently visited this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The atmosphere was lovely, with pleasant music creating a relaxed vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. But the highlight for me was the food—especially the aubergine. I’m usually not a fan, but this time I ate every bite. It was so delicious and perfectly prepared!

Top rated restaurant with Japanese cuisine. Their chef is fantastic. We had 6 courses with several meals for each course. Everything was so delicious, we enjoyed food, atmosphere and highly attentive service.
Book in advance.

Excellent experience. The service was friendly and the food came quickly, but was also very fresh. Will go back, perfect for a quick lunch. Recommend the crispy pork and egg grazed prawn ho fu.

Phoenix Palace is one of those places that delivers a true dim sum feast. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The setting is elegant, the service was efficient.
It’s definitely not a cheap spot, but if you're after authentic Chinese cuisine done right, it’s worth the splurge. Great for special occasions or when you just want to treat yourself to the real deal.

Supper succulent Chinese meal -all I can say!
If you are looking for one dish to order, the duck was supper super moist and delicate, but well spice way better than the one in Chinatown!
Also, the tea was reasonable at £3 per person :)

First Chinese restaurant when I came to London. Taste okay and the portion quite good. I like the pecking duck and beef black pepper. Also the crab & corn soup is good too
We cake here in big Group around 100 people but the service is fast and good

The food and drinks are amazing and the service is great! Everything came out incredibly fast and I just have to say again, the service is top notch. Hugh is the best server there is! He was incredibly sweet and able to accommodate our requests.

Server was really nice and left some suggestions as to what we could eat as well as his personal recommendations. They asked us during the meal if we were happy with our meal or if we needed anything. Quality of food was nothing to complain of, very good portions nice and filling. Would go again !

One of my favourite pubs in London, really good food- the best of all the Greene King pubs I go to, and they serve absolute creamers if you like a Guinness. Great deals on shots. Always showing live sport, I'm there for all the ARSENAL games on live TV. Great service, very friendly. Sam the manager at the bar is an absolute gent, great with all the punters. Leonard as well, he's also a top barman. I could give you a list of the best 200 pubs in London and this one is making my top 5 without a doubt. Get yourself down there👍

Absolutely phenomenal restaurant within a luxurious hotel. I came here for a birthday celebration as a party of 14 people. We were seated at the semi-private area of the restaurant which was a lovely experience - felt more intimate as well. The restaurant decoration was off the roof! Amazing glass roof and the stairs that lead to the toilets, also incredible.
As for the food, we were required to send in our pre-orders from the seasonal set menu. Food was delicious, served quickly and I found no fault at all. The waiters were attentive and very friendly. Also a massive thank you to Agnieszka, who was very helpful in communications. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the Winter Garden, and will definitely be back again!

Had my birthday dinner at the winter garden restaurant.. chose this place specifically for their beef wellington and it did not disappoint! The softest and most tender chuck of meat. The rest of the food was also magnificent - def recommend trying the butter scotched lobster. Chefs kiss. As for the ambience and atmosphere, it is breathtaking and feels like i am on a tropical island. Just beautiful. Huge thank you to Rafaela and John for their friendly and kind service - you were wonderful!

5 star treatment, and great staff, the Indian waiter, I forget his name I think it’s Sulfikan.
He gave us an amazing experience, he was present when required and absent when not, his wine recommendations were spot on, the food was amazing and we spent some time in the first floor bar, again the treatment and service was spot on, well done all you are great assets to the group, I look forward to dining with you whenever I hit London. Thank you

Captured a truly elegant and memorable dining experience, filled with sophistication and indulgence.
My day sets in a stunning, glass-roofed atrium, adorned with towering palm trees and classical architecture, exuding a refined ambiance. The grand piano at the center hints at live music, elevating the atmosphere to one of timeless luxury.
However, the wine server is not quite well trained as he gave me the cork to smell after pouring wine into my glass. 😂 but it is absolutely fine.

Went for my birthday lunch. Absolutely superb in every way. The man at the door not only made us feel welcome, but celebrated. The service was impeccable. The hotel itself is breathtaking. The music playing added to the relaxing atmosphere. And the food! Perfect portions. Stunning presentation. Delightful combination of tastes and textures. We had the seasonal set menu. Will go again very soon.

Great sports bar with easy access to the station. A wide drink selection and fresh food. The lunch deals are very agreeable.

A double beef burger and fries, plus a drink, only costs £8 if ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday. The quality is very good, the quantity is sufficient and very delicious. This one is worth trying. This bar may become your money-saving restaurant, which is much better value than McDonald's. Look around to see if there is a Sports Bar & Grill, a chain of bars.

Really friendly staff, went above and beyond to help us enjoy our afternoon. Enjoyed the digital darts and the food was terrific! Bottomless brunch was great value, kept us topped up regularly.
Jake Blagden - 7 months ago
Pretty average sports bar. Beer very expensive £8 upwards for a pint. Spirit selection pretty limited in downstairs bar.
There is a large private screen at the back with padded Heineken bucket sports seats to sit in and watch the big game. That looked pretty cool.
If you haven't booked that section, there's plenty of flat screens but limited seating. It's conveniently next to Marylebone station, but you wouldn't want to travel specifically to go there. Better options else where.

It is a beautiful bar with a very cosy and chic atmosphere, the flowers are a wonderful touch. The staff were very kind, welcoming and prompt. I was last here over 15 years ago and despite the changes its still a great venue, especially if you fancy something a bit different and not styled like regular pubs. A good vibe for a night with friends or family.

The Perseverance is a welcoming, charming bar and is a must if you are the area. It serves great cocktails as well as beers and wine. Maya and the team are wonderful hosts. It has a lovely vibe with beautiful decor, some outside seating and live music some Fridays. Not your average pub. Give it a try!

Enjoyed our small lunch here and was impressed with how big the pub is inside, with several floors, so much larger than it looks from outside. Superb atmosphere! But the highlight is ofc the food, quite a different menu from what you would see at the neighbouring pubs. Lot’s of fish and seafood options 👀 at a decent price. Definitely recommend the place

My daughter/son-in-law booked this for their wedding reception. Total 50 guests. Really impressive. Great service, nice food, good atmosphere. I would heartily recommend this for anyone looking for a venue for special occasions. We used the Garden room downstairs. The Harcourt recommended a 2 man band for the evening entertainment who were absolutely amazing. My daughter/son-in-law really impressed also. If I had to be picky I would say I wouldn’t have wanted to fit more than 50 in the space (it was cosy). We had the option to come upstairs to use the bar area if you wanted to speak to others in a quieter environment. A huge thumbs up from us to the Harcourt. Thankyou for making this such a special day.

Thank You for the outstanding service provided.
It really helped in making the day perfect and to run smoothly.
Thank you to all the staff especially James and Vicky.
When planning my wedding, I didn’t really consider the idea of a pub.
However The Harcourt really is a hidden gem and would make an excellent choice for future couples.
The interior is beautiful, warm and cosy. I had taken the white room.
They are very experienced in handling events from what I observed first off all they were helpful in advising me about things to consider for the reception and offered me choices on how I wanted it decorated.
They delivered my vision beautifully down to the cutlery, the best feeling was not having to think about the venue and the jobs to be done, they handled everything, the food was on time the guests were made comfortable and the customer service really was outstanding.
My photos were absolutely beautiful at The Harcourt and my guests had an amazing time.

We came several times during our staying London. Stuff is very friendly and attentive. We were ordering sushi and they were very tasty each time. Plenty of salmon, rice was well cooked.

Great fresh food, only a few veggie sushi options however. My son likes salmon but not too much, but there were only large portions. Maybe a box a mix of veg and salmon which is lighter and less filling would be great. Overall good.

I was served by Nasser. I must say, didn't expect such top notch service at a fast food place. The welcome, the friendly smile, the suggestions, everything was just so nice. Highly recommend, and will go back again and again...

I almost didnt get anything from here because the Google rating was so low and the photos of the food looked so poor on their menu. But it was 8pm, I was on my way to catch a train, starving and just decided to get something anyway because the staff was so friendly.
So happy I did! I was really impressed by the miso aubergine, beautifully cooked and not too sweet. I’ve had so many miso aubergines (I’m vegan) and this one was really delicious! I was not expecting a lot, but the flavour and texture was perfect and the rice and edamame beans with roasted peppers was a lovely compliment.
Kept me full on my journey and no bad aftertastes, seemed very fresh and took 10 min to prepare but I didn’t mind waiting for it.
Highly recommend this place. Nice staff, decent vegan food options, I just wouldn’t eat inside because the table / decor / lighting is a bit grimy.

This is a place you come to if you’re Thai and missing home, or lived in Thailand and want the same authenticity. A lovely Thai meal highly recommended. Entering the restaurant you are welcomed by friendly staff and a warm dining room that has a slightly rustic feel about it. The service and food are excellent and this was reinforced by the fact the place was always busy versus other nearby options. Definitely worth a visit.

I really enjoyed my visit - excellent food and great atmosphere due to the lovely staff. I don't know if it's a family business but the front of house certainly enjoyed their work, and took pride.
I had what I think are probably the best tempura king prawns I can recall. The red curry was absolutely delicious too.
The restaurant decor is on the traditional side. It was spotlessly clean. I'll definitely return.
