A lovely fish and chip place. It has both a sit in restaurant and a takeaway section. The traditional battered fish is fantastic and the grilled garlic prawns were delicious - a must have! The portion sizes are great and worth taking home! Staff are very warm and welcoming and we'll definitely be returning!

The fish was worth waiting for (4/5mins) for delivery, the chips were fine (slight smell of scampi!). The welcome lacked a little substance and a smile but overall quick and as recommended by Instagram. If you are travel by and fancy a decent f&c then worth stopping by and enjoy a meal on the table side of the road.

An excellent restaurant that truly deserves a full rating. While the prices are slightly above average, the portion size and taste absolutely make up for it. It would be great to see more soda options like Barr Cola or Kinza Cola added to the menu. The traditional fish and chips dish is especially outstanding and delicious.

Fantastic classic fish and chips place which is also halal. There service is relatively fast, always fresh. Food tastes really good but generally I would stick to the fried stuff rather than grilled (from my own experience). Sausages are also really tasty for an indulgence! It can be tricky to park if you are doing take away. I haven't been to restaurant but it looks quite nice. There are plenty of spots to eat if you did want to eat from the takeaway. You still get served in the same way and boxes etc. Really recommend this place.

Fresh fish, amazingly cooked. My friend and I had the grilled sea bass, 'on the bone' - was incredible. Side dishes were also good, large portions. We dined in, sat outside, which was great, but takeaway seems more popular. Staff were really friendly. Probably the best fish I have had in London.

Loved the meal. Fabulous food without the snobbery. The wait staff were fabulous, particularly Huw (sorry, not sure of spelling), super friendly and informative. Celebrated a dear friend becoming cancer free and they treated us like we were the only people there. Looking forward to coming back asap! The fatty tuna and wagyu were amaaazing, as was the lobster but all 3 desserts smashed the rest of the meal out of the ballpark. 10/10 team

The food here is solid… but pricey. That being said, we had a great dinner. The staff warmly welcomed us as we entered … and we were ushered downstairs to what feels like an exclusive dining enclave. The double crab roll was excellent. Also, the truffle eel was special. Everything we ate tasted good . The service is quick… so if you want to dine and take your time… order slowly because they will have you in and out in no time if you don’t take a pause between orders.

We recently visited this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The atmosphere was lovely, with pleasant music creating a relaxed vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. But the highlight for me was the food—especially the aubergine. I’m usually not a fan, but this time I ate every bite. It was so delicious and perfectly prepared!

I went to Phoenix Palace with my husband and friend, both from Hong Kong. According to them, this is the REAL DEAL! And I agree! The atmosphere evokes a Chinese restaurant that has been around for a long time with a little wear and tear and a lot of authenticity. The ornate decorative style is very classic and makes you feel like you are in for a very authentic dining experience. The extensive menu offers classic Cantonese cuisine as well as regional specialties. We went to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival and it was the perfect choice. Check it out! 🍂🍁🥮🎉✨

The best Chinese restaurant for dim sum and dinner!! So good my family came twice, 2-days in a row. The best banquet food I’ve had in my life. The way the suckling pig came out was iconic.

Phoenix Palace is one of those places that delivers a true dim sum feast. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The setting is elegant, the service was efficient. It’s definitely not a cheap spot, but if you're after authentic Chinese cuisine done right, it’s worth the splurge. Great for special occasions or when you just want to treat yourself to the real deal. -

Really good lunch! Staff were very friendly. We had the squid, cod and chicken on the tapas menu - and the mac and cheese with bacon. All of it was brilliant, even the side salad. Will definitely be visiting again.

Sam totally took care of us! We were heading out of town in the mid morning before they officially served lunch, but Sam and the chef were willing to make us fish and chips as a sendoff. They were delicious, the food was great, the service is amazing, and such a fun vibe to have a pub right around the corner from where we stayed. We’ll be back!

Great atmosphere generally, even better when sports watching! They show different sports and sometimes have live singers like Hannah Dorman playing that makes the vibes even better. The bar staff is top notch too, especially Kofi. Highly recommend.

I was able to snap a quick of the stairs down to the loos. Not slippery at all, very clean and nice They had the 100 on in the bar, I think i do prefer test cricket but it certainly has its place. Then they put the football on so I went out side, I think the blue team was beating the red team. They have outdoor seating thank goodness because my legs were sleepy.

Had my birthday dinner at the winter garden restaurant.. chose this place specifically for their beef wellington and it did not disappoint! The softest and most tender chuck of meat. The rest of the food was also magnificent - def recommend trying the butter scotched lobster. Chefs kiss. As for the ambience and atmosphere, it is breathtaking and feels like i am on a tropical island. Just beautiful. Huge thank you to Rafaela and John for their friendly and kind service - you were wonderful!

Really lovely place! The atrium with the palm trees is stunning and makes it feel very special. Food was tasty, but the best part was the staff – super friendly and attentive, they really made the experience. The live piano in the background was a nice touch too. Great spot for a special occasion.

5 star treatment, and great staff, the Indian waiter, I forget his name I think it’s Sulfikan. He gave us an amazing experience, he was present when required and absent when not, his wine recommendations were spot on, the food was amazing and we spent some time in the first floor bar, again the treatment and service was spot on, well done all you are great assets to the group, I look forward to dining with you whenever I hit London. Absolutely phenomenal restaurant within a luxurious hotel. I came here for a birthday celebration as a party of 14 people. We were seated at the semi-private area of the restaurant which was a lovely experience - felt more intimate as well. The restaurant decoration was off the roof! Amazing glass roof and the stairs that lead to the toilets, also incredible. As for the food, we were required to send in our pre-orders from the seasonal set menu. Food was delicious, served quickly and I found no fault at all. The waiters were attentive and very friendly. Also a massive thank you to Agnieszka, who was very helpful in communications. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the Winter Garden, and will definitely be back again!

Super friendly and accommodating service. We came here to watch an El Classico game and they gave us a booth seat in the corner so we had space for our bags. We ate a burger and a wrap, food was quick and decent.

It is a beautiful bar with a very cosy and chic atmosphere, the flowers are a wonderful touch. The staff were very kind, welcoming and prompt. We tried their wine and were pleasantly surprised by how varied and extensive the wine list was. Next time we will come to try their cocktails as we’ve heard that they are absolutely amazing.

A delicious cocktail with pomegranate from a menu just released that day! The owner was lovely and apparently makes the drink recipes herself, and staff was so lovely. I got the winter breeze before which was also good, but the crimson __ was actually amazing.

Real hidden gem in Marylebone. Cocktails were excellent - one of the best whiskey sours I’ve had. Really lovely owner/staff with great service. Cozy decor and nice playlist. Couldn’t recommend more!

I was last here over 15 years ago and despite the changes its still a great venue, especially if you fancy something a bit different and not styled like regular pubs. A good vibe for a night with friends or family.

Enjoyed our small lunch here and was impressed with how big the pub is inside, with several floors, so much larger than it looks from outside. Superb atmosphere! But the highlight is ofc the food, quite a different menu from what you would see at the neighbouring pubs. Lot’s of fish and seafood options 👀 at a decent price. Definitely recommend the place

My daughter/son-in-law booked this for their wedding reception. Total 50 guests. Really impressive. Great service, nice food, good atmosphere. I would heartily recommend this for anyone looking for a venue for special occasions. We used the Garden room downstairs. The Harcourt recommended a 2 man band for the evening entertainment who were absolutely amazing. My daughter/son-in-law really impressed also. If I had to be picky I would say I wouldn’t have wanted to fit more than 50 in the space (it was cosy). We had the option to come upstairs to use the bar area if you wanted to speak to others in a quieter environment. A huge thumbs up from us to the Harcourt. Thankyou for making this such a special day.

Thank You for the outstanding service provided. It really helped in making the day perfect and to run smoothly. Thank you to all the staff especially James and Vicky. When planning my wedding, I didn’t really consider the idea of a pub. However The Harcourt really is a hidden gem and would make an excellent choice for future couples. The interior is beautiful, warm and cosy. I had taken the white room. They are very experienced in handling events from what I observed first off all they were helpful in advising me about things to consider for the reception and offered me choices on how I wanted it decorated. They delivered my vision beautifully down to the cutlery, the best feeling was not having to think about the venue and the jobs to be done, they handled everything, the food was on time the guests were made comfortable and the customer service really was outstanding. My photos were absolutely beautiful at The Harcourt and my guests had an amazing time.

Gastropub serving French style food. I enjoyed the seafood and I should have stuck to fish, but its not often I see rabbit on the menu. It was ok... Tastes like chicken? I did feel a bit weird eating it and had to keep telling myself meat is meat. All dishes had good sauce though. Wheelchair access ❌ Small step getting in and no toilets on the ground floor. I did know beforehand though so was prepared.

We recently had out wedding reception at The Harcourt and cannot recommend them enough. We had 50 guests in the garden room and conservatory for dinner and a 2 person band after the meal. We all fitted in just fine and plenty of room for dancing once tables are moved to the side. The food was delicious, with plenty of options for our guests to choose prior to the day. They also catered well for dietary needs. The staff were really helpful in the build up, responding to any questions we had and preparing the room just as we wanted it. On the day the staff were fantastic! Really proactive and ensuring all the guests were happy. Highly recommend for an event, a delicious meal or a cozy drink at the bar!

Distinctly below average. We stopped here to get a variety of sushi to take home for dinner… what was to have been a treat was a real disappointment… bland, uninspiring and rather tasteless. There are so many better places to go. Won’t be back.

I used to come here very often for lunch, and I find the sushi to be very fresh and of good quality for the price. They also have a loyalty card after 10 stamps, you get one free. The staff are very friendly, and Nasso in particular is always kind and helpful! Thank you!

Absolutely enjoyed the meal on my birthday, this is exactly what I was hoping for, authentic down to earth thai cuisine that has the warmth and energy of Thai culture. We loved every single dish, I think this will be a place that I would go again and again even if it's quite a distance from our home. (We had the two point fried rice and mango sticky rice too, but forgot to take photos!)

Authentic Thai food. Friendly and attentive services. Even without reservation, staff took initiative to switch us from table next to entrance to a more comfortable seating inside the restaurant. Food we had was so on point. Great flavours from the pork rib (tender!) noodle soup and the meat balls are one of the best I have had. It’s done so right! Everything hits the sweet spot. Pad Thai was tangy and has a citrus note. Lovely experience.
