My wife and I watched AKON & NE-YO this weekend 🎵 Amazing show and fantastic venue. The staff at the hospitality / VIP entrance were fantastic. Valet Parking was spot on with its own private entrance/exit. We sat on the Pepsi Deck (D102, ZZ). The food on offer is basic, we ate beforehand in the O2 and converted our vouchers to x2 drinks per person rather than food and drink.
Be mindful that if you book the Pepsi Deck, there are accessibility seating in front of you, staff managed this well and stopped people from going onto this area to dance… however… the most of the accessible seats in front of us stood up which slightly impacted on the view. Please take this into consideration when booking these seats. Our host for the Pepsi Deck was exceptional, very attentive and table service was appreciated - no queuing at the bar.
Overall an awesome experience, thanks O2! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We attended Young Voices at The O2 and it was genuinely one of the most uplifting and well-run events I have experienced.
From start to finish, the organisation was excellent. The scale of the production was breathtaking, the sound and visuals were spot on, and seeing thousands of children perform together with such confidence and joy was incredibly moving. The atmosphere inside the arena was electric and emotional in the best possible way. It felt safe, inclusive, inspiring, and very professionally managed. A huge credit to the Young Voices team and everyone involved in making this happen.
That said, there is one area that really needs attention, especially for an event aimed at families and schools.
The cost of food and drinks inside the venue is extremely high. £11 for popcorn, £18 for a slice of pizza, and eye-watering prices for drinks make it very difficult for families, particularly those attending with children, to manage the evening without feeling financially stretched. When you have thousands of parents and young people attending, affordability matters. This level of pricing takes away from an otherwise brilliant experience.
Young Voices is about inclusion, community, and giving children a moment they will remember forever. Making food and drink more reasonably priced would go a long way in ensuring families can fully enjoy the night without stress.
Overall, an unforgettable evening, inspiring, joyful, and beautifully executed. With more family-friendly pricing, it would be close to perfect.

I had a great experience at the O2. I went to a concert and sat in the Barclays Clubhouse. The 2 ladies behind the bar that looked after us, we're superb! Super helpful and very kind, chatting to us and explaining in detail about our ticket package. They helped make the experience even better! I'd absolutely go back to this lounge and the O2.
It's of eateries around and plenty if shopping to be done!

This is a great place to see live music and events. It is huge and the entrances and exits are too so leaving the arena is just like leaving a west end theatre. You are out very quickly.
Staff are friendly and helpful and there are plenty of them.
Food and drink is available outside of the venue and is very reasonable. There is even a Wetherspoons. Inside it is outrageously priced but I guess that is what you expect.
The sightlines are great from all seats but the uppermost seats are extremely steep. Don’t even consider them if you have slight vertigo.
We went to see Radiohead and had a great time. The sound was ok. A little out of sync at the start and loud but not ear bleedingly so.

I visited Rodizio Rico using a Groupon voucher, I really enjoyed the experience buffet was plentiful with many options like pasta, lasagne, rice, salads, breads etc and the hosts were really friendly. I received many options based on meat it was unreal, reading the other reviews I was skeptical whether I would enjoy it but it was excellent. They add a "brand fee" to the bill which is basically service charge and optional. For best experience I would recommend getting there as soon as they open for service, this is within the O2 shopping centre close to where they do concerts and many events so it is always busy but the time I went around 12:30 it was nice and quiet.

This was a good experience with the meat, chicken and lamb flowing till you say you have had enough, different meat parts everytime and not the same one.
The highlight was it being my friends birthday, we didn’t mention it but she had a tag and just before we left, they brought a cake and sang a happy birthday song for her - that was really thoughtful.

My brother took us to lunch there in January.
Brazilian Grill restaurant, lots of meat, a few selection of salads and limited hot spicy meals. I say limited because I understand the offerings used to be bigger.

A vibrant atmosphere with lots of people, loud music and lots of eager staff members. Plenty of food options whether it’s a light or full-on meal. Food appears to be prepared fresh and available hot. A wide range of main dishes, appetisers, drinks and desserts. Loads of seating is available and the buffet is well-spaced out.

Pre booked table. Got seated straight away. First time at this one. Very busy. No air con. The usual selection of various dishes. Service for drinks was ok but room for improvement as there are too many people to serve. Very tasty food though.

I have been here a number of times, and there is a very wide variety of food to choose from, including starters, mains, and desserts. The cuisine options include Chinese, Indian, British, Western European, and fast food favourites such as chips, wings, and pizza.
My advice is to take your time and walk around first before making your selection. There are so many options, so it helps to look carefully at everything available. It’s also worth reading the food labels properly so you can choose wisely and avoid overeating.
I usually enjoy the noodles and steak with crispy chicken wings, which theu prepare in front of you, followed by ice cream and chocolate from the chocolate fountain for dessert.
A great place to visit if you enjoy variety and want plenty of food choices in one place.

I couldn’t not write a review. It’s time for me to bring out my first class undergrad Creative Writing skills.
Paul and Jorge were absolutely incredible - from the very moment we walked in (10 minutes late, might I add) to our reservation. Paul greeted us at the door with incredible conversation.
Jorge was our server - and let me just say, this man is so full of wisdom! I opened up to him, and not only did he make sure we were taken care of in terms of our food and drinks, he taught my sister and I some valuable lessons.
Honestly, my sister and I haven’t had a night out in forever. We’ve had a very tough childhood, and despite it all, become very close. Despite our closeness, I have to say, my relationship with my sister deepened after tonight, and I have to give Paul and Jorge the credit.
We were so well taken care of, I don’t believe I’d receive the same service at The Ritz!
My sister and I are both quite young, barely in our 20s, and we have never felt more welcomed, accepted and looked after (Jorge looked after our drinks whilst we went to the bathroom, which really was such a relief).
It wasn’t the food and drinks (even though they were absolutely delicious) that made the evening memorable - it was the incredible wisdom and laughter that both Paul and Jorge brought to my sister and I.
My only regret is that my mother wasn’t with us. She would’ve loved them equally as much as my sister and I did. Perhaps it’s a sign to come back soon! And that, we will.
Jorge, Paul, thank you. I have so much love and respect for you. You are both such amazing, commendable men. Thank you so much for having us. The best hosts we could have ever wished for. 🫶🏾

We had a great experience at Las Iguanas at the O2 thanks to Paul — the manager with the pink beard! His attention to detail was excellent, and his behaviour and professionalism were immaculate throughout. He made sure everything ran smoothly and that we were well looked after. We laughed so much, he was extremely attentive to our requests from the very moment we stepped in. From a cocktail suggestions to his love for chilli 🤣
It was a fantastic way to begin our weekend with a great team that followed suit in accommodating our needs!

An enjoyable visit at Gaucho O2. The overall atmosphere is lively and the service truly stands out - the servers were attentive, friendly, and made the experience feel welcoming from start to finish.
The rib eye unfortunately had some tendon, which made parts of it a bit chewy. Also, the tables are placed quite close together, so it can feel a little tight and less comfortable, especially if you’re dining as a pair and hoping for a bit more space. Guests passed by always hit my back and touched my coat which made me feel uncomfortable.
Still, the excellent service really carries the experience, and it’s definitely a spot worth visiting.

We visited Gaucho at the O2 as a family of four, with two young children on new year's eve and had a fantastic time. Our waiter was fantastic and kept the children entertained with colouring sheets and crayons throughout the meal.
We really enjoyed the food, especially the starters: the salmon was fresh and delicious, and the scallops were perfectly seared and the cheesecake.
Service was prompt even on a busy evening, and the riverside location is great for a stroll after eating. Prices reflect a premium steakhouse, but the experience makes it worthwhile for a family outing.

Cannot fault gaucho one bit, From the moment my daughter and I arrived, to when we left. Everyone was polite, courteous and professional. Service was excellent. The atmosphere was nice and the food was amazing. I would absolutely recommend and will be visiting again.

The ribeye steak was good but other dishes were mediocre. The cheese cake was boring.( tasted like something out of the fridge)
The chips were very small portions for £6.
Basically, all in all I found it very expensive for what it was.
Lastly, why do we have to pay for the self checkout on the table fee? Extra £1 or so.
It helps the restaurant staff operation but customers pays for it.
Ridiculous !

I’m surprised to read a number of good reviews of Gaucho at the O2. We went on Friday evening ahead of seeing Raye at the O2. The experience couldn’t have been further from the fond memories that we have of the chain. We entered a somewhat underwhelming bar area (gone are the familiar bold notes of black and cow hide) and were directed towards the lift to the second floor. We waited for quite some time for somebody to appear to acknowledge our booking and take us to our table (not great with a concert to get to afterwards). To say the restaurant is underwhelming is a massive understatement. The decor is bland and tables packed in so tight that every time somebody walked past my husband they brushed against him. It felt more like a cheap airport lounge than the rather splendid, treaty Gaucho of a few years ago.
The waitress was friendly but drinks took an age. Starters of salmon tacos (very average and not as fresh as I would expect or want) and truffled cheese croquettes (they were fine but not in anyway exceptional) then followed. Before anybody cleared our starters our mains arrived and so we had to help the poor server to stack our plates so that he could put the food down. A fillet steak (good but not exceptional which I’d hoped for at £38 without any sides), a burger (which our daughter enjoyed) and a sirloin steak (again good) were our mains accompanied by fries, a “selection” of green vegetables (which consisted entirely of rewarmed green beans that looked very sorry for themselves - £6 in cost!!) and bernaise sauce (only mine arrived as they forgot my husbands). Nobody asked if we’d like any other sauces and so by the time they turned up on request the steaks were somewhat cold!
Given the time that everything took, we asked for the bill as soon as we’d finished the steaks and that arrived in less than 5 minutes - the irony! We asked for the vegetables and service to be removed from the bill and the manager was very apologetic and accommodating. He explained that our waitress was from another branch and wasn’t used to the speed required at a concert venue. Our plates were never cleared before we paid and left….it all contributed to the look of a poorly maintained airport lounge or staff canteen.
Hugely disappointing and with a bill of over £200. The highlight was the Malbec! Such a shame that this previously highly regarded restaurant has come to this. Personally I’d vote for Flat Iron which is consistently great and a fraction of the price. Failing that there’s a Wagamama at the O2 who know the audience and are speedy and the foo tasty and reasonably priced!

I stopped by Nando the first day I landed in London. The people I was working with kept recommending that I go here so I did. This place is inside the O2 Shopping outlet on the first floor. When I came, they were not busy and sat me right away. The guy who seated me was very polite and explain the whole process to me since I told him it was my first time.
I went with the Chicken Butterfly that comes with two sides so I got chips which is fries and garlic bread. I also got a drink as well since it's self serve. I went with the medium sauce on my chicken to play it safe.
My food came out quick and the chicken was delicious. It was tender and juicy, the medium sauce also wasn't spicy either. They have other sauce on the side near the drink machine so I tried the hot level sauce and it wasn't spicy either. The fries were delicious, seasoned well and you get a good portion. The garlic bread was fine but next time I'll do double fries.
The service by all the workers here are awesome because each of them kept checking in with me that I was having a good experience. I would recommend this place to anyone who is around the area.

This place gets really busy in the evenings, especially when there’s a show at the O2, but the team keeps things moving—our dishes arrived surprisingly fast! The service is warm and upbeat, the décor is absolutely stunning, and the food delivers that classic Nando’s goodness we all love. A great spot for a pre-show meal!

Great visit to Nando’s! The service was really good and the restaurant wasn’t too crowded, which made the experience even better.
I tried the vegan option - went for the spicy rice bowl, and it was really tasty. Everything came out quickly, and the prices are still affordable, which is always a plus.
Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Its such a shame that on a quiet day this was not done right.
Customer service was rude and brash at the till, chicken was on the grill before I was even halfway through my order so I couldnt ask for livers which would have delayed chicken and made it dry.Menu knowledge was poor. No one checked in on us.Had to send food back as it was cooked to what we ordered. Also take away sauces out of date… something that has been an oversight for nearly two weeks .. Just basics. most disappointing nandos I have been too considering there was only around 10 tables , Dont want to imagine what its like when theres a concert on 😭

Had a lovely meal at Zizzi O2 Dome last night in celebration of my 25th birthday. Our servers Kate & Alexa were brilliant. So attentive, kind and friendly, answering our questions regarding the menu and making menu suggestions to us which we took up and were grateful we did as we loved everything! We even got offered free limoncello shots and complimentary hot chocolates after our desserts. The decor is fresh and sophisticated and the atmosphere was great as it was fairly quiet this evening, meaning we could have a good natter. Love the Hot Honey Glazed Duck and was skeptical regarding the Chocolate Mousse which came out with a teaspoon of salt and some olive oil. Alexa showed us how to create the dessert and it was delicious!! Thank you so much for making my birthday meal so enjoyable :)

Great private lounge in the O2 arena. Several other reviewers seem very keen to complain about this site, but in reality it is quite good - you have access to private bars, clean facilities, comfortable seating, and direct access to the arena without the huge queues! Great drinks menu and decent bar food which costs what one would expect in a massive arena. Definitely recommended, *much* better than queuing up with the rest of the folks outside!

Great place to go before a show. Drinks and food are a little expensive but it's the 02 and it's London so shouldn't be surprised. A little disappointed that you can't see out in to the arena as there are curtains there but still better than waiting outside.

Fab bar. Cool drinks & atmosphere. Has a few things going on for concert goers like VR or glitter face decorations. Mocktails & food too. Slightly cheaper than the O2 itself.

Not bad... There were a few things to do, drinks were expensive and we couldn't see into the arena the entire time because of the huge black curtain. That being said, the actual place was really nice to chill at until the concert was ready. You certainly get to beat the rush, it's a unique opportunity and I recommend you at least try it!

The plus points are that it gives you fast entry to the arena and the lounge area is lovely. Also loads of staff on hand to help. The downsides, unfortunately, are pretty bad.
Drinks are stupid prices (nearly £13 for a double, and not good quality), and the food is surprisingly bad. We ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a vegan burger with fries for £30. The former was badly overdone/tough and the latter was barely warm & tasteless. When a previous review said a couple quid Maccy D's was better they weren't wrong. It's clearly cooked and kept warm so they can deal with potentially large volumes of orders, but it really shouldn't be £15 a pop if that's the case.
And it made no sense that the curtains remain closed so you can't actually see the support acts.
I know it's a London arena so it's bound to be expensive, and I know entry is free so I shouldn't expect too much, but for me there's not enough actual incentives to want to try it again.
