5 Star Rating Fantastic venue. I've seen Radiohead, Massive Attack, Peter Kay and multiple UFC events here. Great atmosphere, lots to explore, plus plenty of outlet shopping and excellent restaurants and bars to enjoy every visit. Toilets can get a bit overcrowded and venue drinks and food are expensive, but that's to be expected in these high capacity venues.

4 Star Rating Really like the concert venue. Easy to get to the venue & back as they move the crowd quickly & jubilee line very frequent after a show. Sound is pretty great & you get a great view from 410 section, if a bit far. As people had said it was steep, I was prepared but I didn’t actually think it was that bad & felt safe. Drink options are usual concert fare & prices (£9.80 for a beer). Lots of bathrooms and food / drinks options inside.

5 Star Rating Great venue, wonderful staff, very safe! Expensive drinks!! 😂 Nov 2025 £10~ per pint, £44 per bottle of wine - happy to pay this as the staff were lovely and it felt very secure. Multiple bars, 2 near the main stage. Hot food, pick n mix etc if you're hungry! There are multiple merchandise points inside, so you don't have to queue up outside for merch 🙏

5 Star Rating This place is HUGE!! Good gosh. The place has several concerts going on in direct pockets or the humongous venue. So many different activities and a TON of shopping. I could spend a full week in there with zero compliant. There is so much to do and it truly is a good time for everyone. There's a Thai restaurant called Scarlet thats so delicious and authentic. To add, there's even more activities to do right outside including more shops, vendors, merry go rounds, viewpoints. Born away my first time going and ABSOLUTELY recommend checking this place out

5 Star Rating We came for the Lady Gaga concert on October 2, 2025, and were pleasantly surprised. The crowd was huge, but security and entry were very efficient. The restaurants inside were great, and staff were super helpful. Last time I saw Gaga it was at a much bigger stadium, but honestly O2 was better — from the entrance, restaurants, and show to even the toilets, everything was smoother and nicer. I was here about 5–10 years ago, and the improvements are obvious. The new security scanners are especially convenient since you don’t need to take things out of your bag or pockets. Overall, the O2 Arena is an amazing venue. Highly recommend.

2 Star Rating It wasn't the best experience. I went a couple of years ago and the food was different. I don't know if they changed the cooks, but I really didn't like it. The potato salad was undercooked, some of the side dishes were spicy. Also, the service has declined considerably. In previous years, they were always attentive to every table, offering us meats. This time, we were there for about half an hour and no one came around to offer us anything new, just pork sausages. They didn't even change our plates. I remember the last time I went, the waiters were attentive to everything, and if they saw plates full of food scraps, they would offer us clean plates so we could continue eating comfortably. This time, I was very disappointed with the service and the taste of the food, not to mention that most of the meat was practically raw. Before, they offered various doneness levels; this time, everything was raw, and the flavor left much to be desired. Unfortunately, I'm giving it two stars this time.

5 Star Rating One of the tastiest Brazilian cuisines in London, Rodizio Rico is an all you can eat restaurant, where the food just keeps coming. You start off at the buffet, which is packed with salads, veg, breads, pasta, and a few classic Brazilian sides to get you going. Then the real fun starts, the servers come round with huge skewers of meat (beef, lamb, pork, chicken, chorizo, even chicken hearts) and carve slices straight onto your plate. Each table has a little card, flip it to green when you’re ready for more, or red when you fancy a breather.

5 Star Rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rodizio Rico is an absolute gem! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere was lively yet cozy, and the service was impeccable—the staff was so friendly and made sure everything was just right. Now, let’s talk about the food—OMG, it was out of this world! The selection of meats was incredible, each one cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The sides complemented everything so well, making it a true feast. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, dessert arrived! I had their soft coconut bake topped with vanilla ice cream, and let me tell you—it was pure heaven. The warm, fluffy texture of the coconut bake paired with the creamy, cool ice cream was the perfect sweet ending to an already fantastic meal. If you’re looking for a top-tier dining experience with amazing food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Rodizio Rico is the place to be! Can’t wait to come back for more!

4 Star Rating Overall, it’s a decent place with a nice variety of Indian, Italian, and Chinese dishes. Some of the food is just average, but my favourite is definitely the beef steak, it’s flavorful and well-cooked. They also serve noodles, though those could be improved as they lack authentic taste. The dessert section is quite limited, with only a few options available. Still, it’s a good spot if you want to try different cuisines in one place and enjoy a satisfying meal overall.

3 Star Rating We’ve been here many times for many different occasion. Recently we came here for my birthday dinner on a monday evening. It was quite empty, but was a nice service. We had a really nice server, however she did overcharge us for larger drinks without asking us.. however the buffet staff are really nice! Over the years though, the food taste and quality has gone really down, most foods were bland or really boring, and there isn’t much options available for food. My favourite has to be the live cooking stations, amazingly nice food, including the dessert variety with a icecream machine! This buffet is really enjoyable but food does really needs to be at a better standard. Do pay a visit though!

5 Star Rating Third visit to Jimmy's O2 Arena and I'm thrilled to say that this time, I wasn't disappointed! The staff, particularly Sweta Giri who served us at Table 10, were absolutely fantastic. Their happy and welcoming faces set the tone for a great experience. Sweta's service was top-notch, and I appreciate the effort she put in to ensure we had a wonderful time. Thanks to the entire staff for making our visit special. Looking forward to coming back for the Lovely Stakes 🍴😋! (06 July 2025 Visit) I Visited the Jimmy's on 26th of April. Really appreciate the Customer Service provided on our Table by Miss Zuzanna Zajac one of the staff in Jimmy's, appreciate the way he approached me and my friend and also told us how the process works inside the area. Also would like to appreciate the way Ms. Zuzanna Zajac gave us the water filled in our empty bottle. The food over here was too delicious and yummy really appreciate the work put in by Cooks and all the staff in maintaining the environment in a very busy environment which was today. The place is really worth for price. I have attached the current price list of per person and during different times and different days how it costs. Thank you once again Zuzanna Zajac. This is a must visit place. (26 April 2025)

4 Star Rating The friendly restaurant you can trust. The O2 knows how to make its indoors outdoors. That depicted a friendly welcoming. The meals we were give was worth to share about with that flat pie of garlic bread which was sliced & served to be like a pizza. I had the own Frankie & Benny's spaghetti & meatballs. Those meatballs were thick & rich with what I could take. That all warmed my heart up. For the dessert, I was given a slice of Berry pie (the other slices should be given to the other ones there). It is a classic with that custard & scoop of ice cream. May I check out Frankie & Benny's in another place & another time?

5 Star Rating I had a wonderful lunch at Gaucho, specializing in Argentinian steaks. I chose the lunch menu steak, which was cooked beautifully, and ended the meal with a glass of excellent Argentinian wine. The atmosphere was relaxed with jazzy music in the background, making it a perfect setting to enjoy the meal. A special mention goes to Yaro, our waiter, who was very professional, attentive, and had excellent customer service skills. He also recommended the wine, which paired perfectly with the steak. Overall, a great dining experience—I would definitely recommend Gaucho to anyone looking for quality food, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent service.

3 Star Rating Great food and service from Roberto, but the overall experience felt uncomfortable This was my first time at Gaucho, and I want to start by saying that Roberto was fantastic. He gave excellent recommendations, was warm and attentive throughout the meal, and genuinely elevated our dining experience. The food was delicious, and the venue itself is beautiful. However, my partner and I felt noticeably uncomfortable due to the consistent staring and overly watchful behaviour we received from several other staff members. As the evening went on, we became increasingly aware of staff, waiters and managers alike, giving us prolonged, judgemental-feeling looks as they walked past our table. It created a sense of being constantly monitored rather than simply being looked after. At one point, someone we believed to be the floor manager approached our table to speak to us and then stood nearby watching. We didn’t see any other tables being treated in this way, which made the experience feel unusual and singled out. My partner is a grown adult (in fact older than me), but we wondered whether her youthful appearance might have raised assumptions. I also arrived in a tracksuit, which perhaps contributed to how we were perceived — although I don’t want to make any definitive judgements, the feeling of being scrutinised was strong enough to affect our comfort. Overall, while the food and Roberto’s service were genuinely excellent, the atmosphere created by the rest of the staff unfortunately made us feel unwelcome. I hope this is something that can be improved, because Gaucho has the potential to be an incredible experience when guests feel both valued and comfortable.

Customer service was rude and brash at the till, chicken was on the grill before I was even halfway through my order so I couldnt ask for livers which would have delayed chicken and made it dry.Menu knowledge was poor. The food is always pretty good and the customisability of the sauces and sides is great. Unfortunately, I just find their prices to not just a bit too high especially given the somewhat conservative portions of chicken. You know what you’re going to get visiting Nando’s so at least it’s always consistent.

4 Star Rating We came to eat in here before going to the O2 to see usher. We booked a table for 4:30pm and when we arrived it was not busy, but the atmosphere picked up later on getting closer to the concert. You can order via the QR code now or you can still order with the staff. One of the girls had an allergy so the staff had to check our orders due to the allergies. We shared a garlic bread as a starter which was good. We then had a pizza, spaghetti Bolognese and the vegan lentil Ragu as mains. For desserts we had brownies, the vegan cheesecake and something salted caramel. The food was good. The toilets are individual cubicles. They do add a service charge which if you pay via the QR you cannot take off, so you need to ask to pay with the staff if you do not want to pay the optional service charge. Overall this is not a bad restaurant. It did get quite warm inside but it was warm outside as well

3 Star Rating Food was excellent, no complaints what so ever. Both the calzone and the pepperoni pizza were cooked to perfection. Plenty of filling in the calzone so would defo recommend. The score was let down by the service, there wasn’t really much of it, no opportunity to order more drinks and only one glass of water given when asking for some water for the table. The server took the order, and that was really all that happened. Paid via the on table QR code as this was the much quicker and easier option. Would visit again just based on the food experience alone. 12% service charge added to the bill.

3 Star Rating Service was direct with no interaction at all; yes, the service charge was removed at my “discretion”. Food was just about acceptable with a 50% off offer. I would have had a very different conversation if the full quoted price was charge. Starter chicken was dry and overcooked. Main pork dish was barely luke warm with minimal pork. Birthday cheesecake was frozen in the middle. Nobody asked once how our food was. Enough said really. Nah, I would not return. Sorry. Not sorry.

5 Star Rating Amazing dinner and cocktails at Cabana O2. Alex made our evening really special, was very attentive with our cocktails! He was super friendly and couldn’t do more for us. Ps- thanks for the donuts Alex Xx

5 Star Rating Went for a work social and I must say we all had a good experience. Ambience was lovely and waiting staff friendly. The food was amazing and portion sizes were good. The green salad didn't look so appealing but it was good and the dressing complimented it well. My only problem was the amount of salt used. I had sweet potato fries and it was covered with salt- I think next time I will specidically ask for no added salt. Other than that a great time was had.

5 Star Rating Great private lounge in the O2 arena. Several other reviewers seem very keen to complain about this site, but in reality it is quite good - you have access to private bars, clean facilities, comfortable seating, and direct access to the arena without the huge queues! Great drinks menu and decent bar food which costs what one would expect in a massive arena. Definitely recommended, *much* better than queuing up with the rest of the folks outside!

5 Star Rating Great place to go before a show. Drinks and food are a little expensive but it's the 02 and it's London so shouldn't be surprised. A little disappointed that you can't see out in to the arena as there are curtains there but still better than waiting outside.

5 Star Rating Fab bar. Cool drinks & atmosphere. Has a few things going on for concert goers like VR or glitter face decorations. Mocktails & food too. Slightly cheaper than the O2 itself.

3 Star Rating It could be a lovely relaxed area and has lots of potential. However more bar staff are needed. If you're buying a drink I would buy more than one at a time (but they are expensive £13 for a double spirit and £10 for a cocktail) otherwise you will have a very long wait to be served again. More seating would be nice. We ate in one of the restaurants around the arena. Glad we did as there were ques for food in the backstage area and nowhere to sit and enjoy it. Been there and done it now. Probably wouldn't do it again.

4 Star Rating Not bad... There were a few things to do, drinks were expensive and we couldn't see into the arena the entire time because of the huge black curtain. That being said, the actual place was really nice to chill at until the concert was ready. You certainly get to beat the rush, it's a unique opportunity and I recommend you at least try it!
