5 Star Rating Great venue and the seating was comfortable with a good view on the Pepsi max deck. The bar and toilets were right outside the area in the foyer. Generally very clean and we entered and left. Drinks prices were expensive compared to what I am used to but I don't live in London so unsure if £9 a pint is normal. One downside is how crowded the trains get aftwards with thousands all descending onto the underground etc.

5 Star Rating Stunning venue which makes for a great experience. Only went to the show but really enjoyed the stroll in. They do have a problem with overcharging and at the same time confiscating people’s sweets. I understand alcohol but if you plan taking your own toffees in with one person, distribute them between your group, otherwise security will tuck into them. Brilliant night out though 🤓

4 Star Rating It is a pretty smooth experience to attend a music concert at the O2. They have implemented a new 'AI' security screening system which has sped up the entry. There are many bars and toilets on each level, which is convenient. We saw Depeche Mode at the O2 and the sound was pretty good, despite being in the cheap seats far from the stage. We arrived a bit earlier and snuck out during the encore to avoid the rush for the tube.

4 Star Rating I went with my friend to see Bring Me the Horizon. Getting there was really easy, getting inside was also simple, the organisation was great, the concert itself was incredible! Plenty of places to get food and drinks before the show, but they close before the show ends. Would definitely recommend getting some water if you plan on dancing. Getting out of the arena itself wasn’t too bad, but the transport connections to get back to where we were staying was a little crazy. We waited out the mad rush at the five guys in the O2 though and it did help with the craziness.

2 Star Rating My review got removed - very nice. Water is £4.10 for a small bottle. Prices are basically extortionate. After I saw BMTH there were gangs waiting outside (I was one of the first groups to leave) ready to rob people (faces covered some wearing full on ski masks with caps). Saw another group like this on the way to the car park. Good - the show, lights, music, etc. Bad - Potential of being robbed or having your life taken away.

4 Star Rating Entrance - Easy to find, right inside the o2 Food - We ordered the buffet and it was lovely, the food was cooked well & I was absolutely addicted to the potato’s. My only criticism is that I wish they put some of the meat on hot plates so that we can pick as much as we like instead of waiting and only getting a slice or two. Drinks - Nice glass of coke with a slice of lemon, can’t go wrong! Decor - Absolutely beautiful! So modern and pretty!! Very nice! Cleanliness - Very clean and tidy, could not fault it. Cost - No idea as it was a treat but I don’t think it was too pricy! Customer service - Everyone was nice, attentive & helpful. Overall - 9/10 - would’ve been a 10 but the waiting around for food stuff was jarring me. However, I would defo return, thank you!

5 Star Rating Had a wicked experience hear with the family we loved that you could have any meat that you want they just keep coming round while you are eating you have a card put it on green you want more meat if you are full or want a rest you turn it over to red. You have a 1.30 min seating but we was not rushed. Can't wait to go back.

4 Star Rating In general it was OK but not as great. Side dishes and atmosphere were good. Meat choices wasn’t as good as when I tried this restaurant 12 years ago. This time most of the meat was gummy/ not chewable, at some point cold and not tasty. Also there were so much pressure from waitresses to get more drinks, even though all four of us had more than half glasses on the table. After visit I was a little bit disappointed that I was encouraging friends to try out this restaurant as it was their first time there.

5 Star Rating Great service, great food. We'd booked for 7pm but got there early and they did their best to seat us, which was great because it was so busy. There was a great selection of steaks, and they came wonderfully rare, but beautifully seasoned. The salad bar was nice but not many gluten free options. O2 is a difficult venue to navigate, which isn't the restaurants fault, but just be careful if you turn up on an event day. Loved it.

2 Star Rating Even though it sells fast food, if you want to grab something quick before a movie or concert, don't go there!! It took over 45 mins to have my order served (just 2 burgers and 1 french fries) and the food quality was not good. I ordered a medium cooked beef burger but it turned out to be very "well done" and the portion of the French fries was not very generous. It's not value for money. The other US fast food chain store in the shopping mall should be a better choice.

4 Star Rating I tried their Korean BBQ Chicken Burger and Strawberry and Elderflower fizzy drink. The taste was all right. The service is fine. More affordable than other eateries nearby. The app/scanning at table was not working when I visited. So we had to order at the counter which was a bit slow. This is a fast food joint, so one must not expect fine dining here.

5 Star Rating Visited before attending a concert, you can't book on an event night but managed to get a table. It's was extremely busy but the servers managed it very well. So much choice on the menu. We had olives, pardon peppers, nachos and the Brazilian beach cheese was amazing, to start. The star of the show was the fillet steak skewers with chimichurri sauce. The steak was lean and the sauce had a nice kick to it.

4 Star Rating Had lunch here today after a disastrous attempt to get food at TGI Fridays.. Overall would say that F&B is fairly standard and very middle of the road. Partner had a hotdog that he really liked and my chicken burger was OK but nothing special. Staff however were really friendly, polite and kind. We really appreciated how nice they were cosidering this kind of venue is often very busy at the o2.

5 Star Rating We came here just for drinks. To be honest it wasn't our first thought for a bar before a concert at the O2. It is easily forgotten and overlooked but certainly didn't disappoint. The bar is upstairs away from the main floor. It's spacious with ample seating, well lit and nicely presented with draught beers (lager and IPA / ale) as well as a good stock of wine and spirits. They make cocktails and have a small selection on the drinks menu. However, the bartender went above and beyond and made an Old Fashioned (a fave of mine) with no fuss and it was spot on. The drinks were very reasonably priced. The bar wasn't that busy....perhaps they should do more to advertise their great bar, especially before a concert. A hidden gem!

Quick service, Ordered mozzarella dippers - the sauce is amazing! Pizza and spaghetti both were lovely! Would recommend booking if going to a busy show after but managed to book 2 days before a sold out show! Fairly priced as well. Would come again.

4 Star Rating Reasonable enough prices and if you go on Sundays there is a two for one offer. I would advise that you stay away from the steak. Pricey and somewhat bland tasting. However, the cheaper rack of ribs are next level amazing. Huge size and great taste. Go on a Sunday and get two of these treat for the price of one.

The entire meal was amazing. The service was good as well as a great atmosphere. Overall I have given 5 stars across the table for a busy restaurant. The food was also good cooked to perfection, although I am not a big steak person normally, this time I was convinced by this place, it left me with a enjoyable memorable experience and a recommendation to anyone else who is considering choosing this place.

4 Star Rating Went to ifly skydiving with the team then lunch at gauchos. Booked the private room which is on the upper floor. Seats 16. Dark and mirrored with chandeliers. Was introduced to our waiter and he showed us the different types of cuts. Every one order their steak 500g. Wet aged. So flavour was not as intense as dry aged that I'm more familiar with. Medium with chimichuri sauce. Fries and mushrooms. Was okay. Plump and juicy. Seating was comfortable. The normal seating area was more bright and white decor. Should have chosen the non private area. Overall over average experience.

2 Star Rating Nice atmosphere at nandos. That’s on the bright side of the review. Had to wait to be given a table(I understand because place was crowded) eventually got in and was given 2 options for order. At the till or online. Did mine online. It was fast and efficient. Orders started coming till they didn’t. People that got in way after me got their order before us. Asked why and apparently there was a mixup. The burgers weren’t too much to my taste but were ok. Ditto for the corn on cob. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, will hope any other visit will be better than this.

Although the pork is oily, but you enjoy the crispy. 😀 The speed of serving food is rather slow. We ordered the appetiser and the pork belly hirata steamed bun came very late.
