Went to the WWE Smackdown and Raw double header on 28th and 31st of March. The final tour of John Cena. The atmosphere and promotion was great. The rings setup and area was literally brilliant. Excellent seats and great view. They somehow did all this and setup for the Usher Concerts in between but was flawless. Queues were not very long to get through and no issues with security. Drink and food normal overpriced fare but it's to be expected. I had worse at live England game or at the AJ fight.
I would highly recommend the o2 and to go to a wrestling event there as the crowd participation was second to none and I lost my voice shouting after 20mins..
I would bother to drive there as parking is mad, you have to prebook of pay exorbitant amount. So be prepared for train queues when leaving they keep moving so not too bad.
Excellent experience..

The O2 is honestly such a cool spot — it’s more than just a concert venue. The atmosphere is electric, especially when there’s a big show on. The sound quality is solid, and the whole place is well-organized, from entry to seating. There are also lots of places to eat and hang out before or after the event. Whether you’re there for music, comedy, or just the vibe, the O2 always delivers a great experience 💯

I visited the O2 to engage in a birthday activity but also spent some time wandering round the venue.
I enjoyed the atmosphere and wandering round the shops on offer. The shops are what you would find in a standard retail outlet.
I did not visit any of the food outlets but there are a vast number of options on offer.
It was clean and well ventilated. There was also good disabled access.

The most fantastic experience. Venue staff were all so helpful and friendly, no matter their role, and cheery. Everything was thought out well and efficient, and I was put totally at ease.
More toilets wouldn’t go amiss as the queues were often long but this was to be expected at a concert.
Approaching the O2 there is music playing and the atmosphere is just fantastic, everything there sets you up for an amazing evening. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.
Very helpful announcements as you leave as well to ensure you know where to go depending on your travel.

Amazing Experience at The O2 Arena!
I had an incredible time at the O2 Arena! From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, organized, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The venue itself is world-class—spacious, clean, and with fantastic acoustics. Whether you're attending a concert, comedy show, or sports event, the atmosphere is electric and the production quality is top-notch.
There are also plenty of restaurants and bars around, so it's easy to grab a bite before or after the event. The layout makes it easy to navigate, and getting in and out of the arena was impressively efficient.
All in all, the O2 Arena is one of the best venues I've ever been to. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for an unforgettable live entertainment experience!

Rodizio Rico is an absolute gem! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere was lively yet cozy, and the service was impeccable—the staff was so friendly and made sure everything was just right.
Now, let’s talk about the food—OMG, it was out of this world! The selection of meats was incredible, each one cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The sides complemented everything so well, making it a true feast. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, dessert arrived! I had their soft coconut bake topped with vanilla ice cream, and let me tell you—it was pure heaven. The warm, fluffy texture of the coconut bake paired with the creamy, cool ice cream was the perfect sweet ending to an already fantastic meal.
If you’re looking for a top-tier dining experience with amazing food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Rodizio Rico is the place to be! Can’t wait to come back for more!

The atmosphere was lively and family-friendly. The meat just kept coming. The lamb chops were amazing. The beans and pork with casava on it were extremely memorable. THE DRINKS WERE STRONG AND GOOD. The beef was a bit tough for me but I enjoyed the food!

A great place to enjoy dining. Good buffet selection including salads, rice, beans, pasta and potato dishes before we get on to the amazing meat selection from chicken, pork, lamb in all its forms. It’s ok to ask for the meat to be cooked how you like if you don’t want rare or medium well done. For birthday celebrations the celebrant gets a delicious slice of cake with a candle to blow out.
Uzo Amaka - 8 months ago
I went there to enjoy the food and have a meaningful time, instead I got rush to finish and leave the restaurant, I had like 5 different waiters pushing to order drinks or asking me if I'm leaving, they are either pressure to follow the business strategies of having tables leaving soon to get new costumers or they just lack costumer service, probably both.
Besides that, the meat variety wasn't great and was really repetitive.
Not worth it for the price, everything in that you have in the sides options in the table is made to make full quickly to avoid you eating more meat or staying longer.

We dined here on a Sunday afternoon. There was no queue and we walked straight in. At £24 per head it is good value for money. This was our fourth visit to Jimmy's in the last 3 years, that said, with so many other 'all you can eat buffets', Jimmy's has fallen behind. It offers you a variety of dishes from across the globe, but they are all average tasting. I say this with the utmost respect. The taste and flavour from other buffet restaurants is better and the the price points are on par. My feedback here is that this is a good place to dine when visiting the O2, but they need to up their game to stay competitive.

We absolutely loved our visit to Jimmy's 02! For just £24, you get an unlimited buffet with a huge range of global cuisines – great for people who are picky with their food. The steak was perfectly cooked, the garlic pizza was super delicious, also the chow-mein was so good I went back for seconds. To top it off, the dessert part was just as impressive - everything I tried was delicious! Great value for money and perfect for families or groups. I’ll definitely be returning!

The place worth to visit!
Variety of food was more than enough, lots of different meals and cuisines to choose from.
Service was welcoming, server was very sweet and made sure we were all good entire dining time.
Some dishes were lukewarm, some- hot, but the taste was amazing.
Cocktails are delicious and worth to try.
Do I recommended to go there? Sure! You can try so many dishes for the price of one! It's £16 pp and I thought it's a bargain for the place like O2!
Cleanliness was very good, service was amazing, food was great! What else do you need? Recommend 100% !

I recently visited Jimmy’s at O2 arena and I had an overall fantastic experience. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and everything was fresh and flavorful. What really stood out was the service, thanks to our amazing waiter, Naomi. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her positive attitude and excellent service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I Visited the Jimmy's on 26th of April. Really appreciate the Customer Service provided on our Table by Miss Zuzanna Zajac one of the staff in Jimmy's, appreciate the way he approached me and my friend and also told us how the process works inside the area. Also would like to appreciate the way Ms. Zuzanna Zajac gave us the water filled in our empty bottle. The food over here was too delicious and yummy really appreciate the work put in by Cooks and all the staff in maintaining the environment in a very busy environment which was today. The place is really worth for price. I have attached the current price list of per person and during different times and different days how it costs. Thank you once again Zuzanna Zajac. This is a must visit place.

We had the lovely LEO serving us! Always abit apprehensive when it comes to booking a bottomless brunch as it’s is completely up to the service as to how it goes. Leo was a laugh & we did not have to wait for a drink, double parked most of the time. Food came promptly and was lovely! perfect atmosphere & the staff often made recommendations-
We will definitely be visiting again & we hope we have our lovely friend Leo serving us 🤭

Paul was very engaging and so polite with his interactions and i am grateful. Ben the bartender was lovely for making us these cocktails. I definitely recommend. Service 10/10 honestly!! Great 2-for-1 service.

A quick bite to eat while at the O2 outlet shops. It was a very quiet day and we largely had the place to ourselves. Staff were super friendly and the food was pretty good. A nice crispy chicken burger for myself and my friend had a nice beef burger. Both came with nice fries. Not a lot to say really. Tasty, friendly, very clean and decent pricing. 👍 from me!

Decent food, very good service. Called by our group leader last-minute after it turned out original plans for dinner didn't have space for the group (40+ people) and managed to fit us in within half an hour. Food arrived one time and coordinated well by our (very polite and proficient) server Aiste who took no issue in dividing the bill up individually with 33 different people.

Cannot express how happy I was with the service. As soon as we were seated, we were asked about allergies (I have a peanut and treenut allergy) and I always appreciate that level of care from staff. Our food was ordered really quickly and it came nice and quick too! Staff were on it! The food was amazing, and very much value for money in my opinion.

I booked in advance for the Sunday roast but was told the day before my booking that the roast won’t be available. Once arriving in the restaurant the staff told me that they don’t serve Sunday roast on event days aka when there’s event at the o2 arena. I think that should be noted on the website. Other than that the service was excellent! Staff are well manned and pleasant. My friend enjoyed the wagyu burger and steak was pleasing. Not much of steak fan but I had good meal

Massive upstairs, food was as good as any other (very yummy), service was incredibly quick AND it was very busy so wasn’t expecting that. However, we did need to wait outside due to them not opening the downstairs which makes no sense. A friendly waiter gave myself and my table free ice cream due to a problem with my Nando’s card and for that I’m super thankful.

I had a truly delightful experience at Nando’s! The two team members, Saga & Avi, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their warm hospitality and thoughtful suggestions made my visit even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible experience. And of course, the food was absolutely delicious—flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. A big thank you to the team for making my meal memorable!

Nandos is always a delicious and reliable meal, but the prices have gone up a fair bit over the years.
Service at this particular branch was okay, but we were a large group (14 people) and when we first arrived they said the wait would be 30-40 minutes. I said we don’t mind waiting, and miraculously the table was ready within 5 minutes… not sure why they wanted to deter us initially by saying a ridiculously long and inaccurate wait time.
They did forget part of my order and I had to ask 2 waiters about it, but other than that, the rest of the food was delivered promptly and hot.

We came to eat in here before going to the O2 to see usher. We booked a table for 4:30pm and when we arrived it was not busy, but the atmosphere picked up later on getting closer to the concert. You can order via the QR code now or you can still order with the staff. One of the girls had an allergy so the staff had to check our orders due to the allergies. We shared a garlic bread as a starter which was good. We then had a pizza, spaghetti Bolognese and the vegan lentil Ragu as mains. For desserts we had brownies, the vegan cheesecake and something salted caramel. The food was good. The toilets are individual cubicles. They do add a service charge which if you pay via the QR you cannot take off, so you need to ask to pay with the staff if you do not want to pay the optional service charge. Overall this is not a bad restaurant. It did get quite warm inside but it was warm outside as well

Zizzi at the O2: A Slice of Italy in London's Entertainment Hub
Zizzi at the O2 Arena isn't just another chain restaurant; it's a vibrant and delicious dining experience that perfectly complements a day or night out at this iconic London venue. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed, from the quality of the food to the friendly service.
A Taste of Italy:
The food at Zizzi is where it truly shines. We started with the shrimp appetizer, which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The accompanying focaccia was warm, soft, and ideal for soaking up every last drop of the delicious sauce.
For our main courses, we opted for two of their signature pizzas:
Margherita Pizza: A classic done right! The crust was thin and crispy, the sauce was fresh and flavorful, and the mozzarella was perfectly melted.
Burrata Cheese Pizza: This was a real standout. The creamy burrata added a luxurious touch to the pizza, and the combination of flavors was simply divine.
Every dish we tried was cooked to perfection and tasted incredibly fresh. Zizzi clearly takes pride in using high-quality ingredients and authentic Italian recipes.
Service with a Smile:
The staff at Zizzi were incredibly friendly and attentive, despite the restaurant being quite busy. They were happy to answer our questions, offer recommendations, and ensure we had a pleasant dining experience.
A Lively Atmosphere:
The restaurant itself has a bustling and energetic atmosphere, making it a great place to soak up the vibrant energy of the O2. The decor is modern and stylish, with an open kitchen that allows you to watch the chefs in action.
Plan Ahead:
Zizzi at the O2 is a popular spot, especially on weekend evenings. Be prepared to wait for a table or, better yet, make a reservation in advance to avoid disappointment.
Overall Impression:
Zizzi at the O2 Arena is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for delicious Italian food in a lively and convenient setting. With its excellent food, friendly service, and vibrant atmosphere, it's the perfect place to fuel up before a concert, celebrate a special occasion, or simply enjoy a delicious meal with friends and family.

Three of us ate at Zizzi before a gig in July. It was far better than a previous experience when we felt quite rushed. Service was well paced and the food was excellent, with plenty of gluten free options for our friend who is coeliac. We’d definitely eat here again.

Not one to leave Feedback but felt the service by Aleksandra definitely deserved it on this occasion.. It was a Sabrina Carpenter concert night so extremely busy, however we were found a table in good time, seated and ordered with drinks and food coming out quickly, the friendliness of the staff both our server and manager was very much noticed as nothing was too much trouble!! We even had some other concert goers join us (who had walked passed and we knew) so sat with us which was no problem at all, our server even took the time to take some pictures for us.. Lovely food, fabulous service and a great atmosphere, I will be sure to use this restaurant again for any future concerts/events that we attend at the O2

The service here is fantastic!
We dined here on an event night and the place was busy. The service here is amazing, the staff greet you with a smile, show you to your table and keep checking on you. The place has great ambience and a good vibe. We ordered our food and it was with us in no time and it did miss the mark a bit. We had the padron peppers (5/5), the buttermilk chicken burger (3/5, as it came cold), and the x-burger (2/5, it was overcooked and not what I expected). That said, the service was amazing and they were serving a lot of people. Perhaps this would've been better on a non-event night. The steaks aren't halal, but chicken and burgers are. Might try them again on our next visit to the O2.

Excellent all round! I've not been to Cabana for many many years and thought let's go for a change. We went at lunchtime on a Sunday, it wasn't busy, we were greeted and served very promptly. The open kitchen showed the chefs cooking away, who were friendly.
They made fantastic and tasty food, especially the chicken starter. There is a kids menu includinf a drink. They do a loyalty scheme and a lunch menu during the week I think. For value for money it would be worth going then if you can.
Overall, we had a splendid experience.

We visited here on a whim when watching strictly at the 02 and would definitely recommend visiting here. It added to our experience on our trip.
Food was mouth-watering. There are so many flavours and good choices. Reasonable costs for a restaurant. They had the most creative cocktails avaliable. Expensive but worth every penny.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cabana. I tried the duck taco (the combination of textures and the fresh toppings made it a standout dish) and the traditional Feijoada, both of which were absolutely fantastic.
The atmosphere was vibrant, and the staff Alex was friendly and attentive.

Great private lounge in the O2 arena. Several other reviewers seem very keen to complain about this site, but in reality it is quite good - you have access to private bars, clean facilities, comfortable seating, and direct access to the arena without the huge queues! Great drinks menu and decent bar food which costs what one would expect in a massive arena. Definitely recommended, *much* better than queuing up with the rest of the folks outside!

Great place to go before a show. Drinks and food are a little expensive but it's the 02 and it's London so shouldn't be surprised. A little disappointed that you can't see out in to the arena as there are curtains there but still better than waiting outside.

Fab bar. Cool drinks & atmosphere. Has a few things going on for concert goers like VR or glitter face decorations. Mocktails & food too. Slightly cheaper than the O2 itself.
Yas - 6 years ago
The plus points are that it gives you fast entry to the arena and the lounge area is lovely. Also loads of staff on hand to help. The downsides, unfortunately, are pretty bad.
Drinks are stupid prices (nearly £13 for a double, and not good quality), and the food is surprisingly bad. We ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a vegan burger with fries for £30. The former was badly overdone/tough and the latter was barely warm & tasteless. When a previous review said a couple quid Maccy D's was better they weren't wrong. It's clearly cooked and kept warm so they can deal with potentially large volumes of orders, but it really shouldn't be £15 a pop if that's the case.
And it made no sense that the curtains remain closed so you can't actually see the support acts.
I know it's a London arena so it's bound to be expensive, and I know entry is free so I shouldn't expect too much, but for me there's not enough actual incentives to want to try it again.
C Clarke - 3 years ago
It could be a lovely relaxed area and has lots of potential. However more bar staff are needed. If you're buying a drink I would buy more than one at a time (but they are expensive £13 for a double spirit and £10 for a cocktail) otherwise you will have a very long wait to be served again. More seating would be nice. We ate in one of the restaurants around the arena. Glad we did as there were ques for food in the backstage area and nowhere to sit and enjoy it. Been there and done it now. Probably wouldn't do it again.
