Been a while since I've been to this venue. It's pretty well set out and the sound was banging. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful. Seats were decent although we spent most of the gig on our feet.
The bar and food prices are criminally expensive.

Arriving at the O2 was easy. The Jubilee line on the tube drops you right off, and for those seeking entertainment before the show, there are plenty of restaurants, a supermarket and a shopping outlet with discounted designer brands.
The queues to enter the arena during the C2C concert were well-managed, and there were enough restrooms to avoid excessive wait times.
The venue itself has a fantastic atmosphere – it's electric when the crowd gets going! The (side) view from my seat D434 was quite nice. It was high up but offered a good view of the stage and a good overall view. The sound quality was fantastic, making the entire concert experience truly enjoyable.
Just a heads-up, backpacks (even laptop-sized) aren't allowed inside the O2- though some people report getting in with them. There are lockers available for £10 and they will store your shopping bags from the outlet for free.
The queue/crowd after the show back to the tube was well managed. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back.

We visited the O2 on a brisk morning in London. The upside? We scored a great parking spot without any hassle. The downside? That parking spot came with a bit of a trek to the actual venue. With a light drizzle falling and a chill in the air, our photo ops outside The O2 were quick and to the point!
Thankfully, once we got inside, things warmed up considerably. The real star of the show, though, was the O2's outlet. We found some fantastic deals on clothes, and were able to snag some truly down-to-earth priced items.
The O2, formerly known as the Millennium Dome, is a large entertainment district located on the Greenwich Peninsula in Southeast London, England. It's a popular destination for locals and tourists alike, offering a variety of attractions under one roof.
The O2 centerpiece is the O2 Arena, a multi-purpose indoor arena that's one of the busiest music arenas in the world. It has hosted some of the biggest names in music, as well as sporting events, comedy shows, and more.
Overall, The O2 was a great experience, especially for the shopping. Just be prepared for a bit of a walk from the parking lot, and pack an umbrella if the forecast isn't looking sunny!

Great venue for all kinds of events. Like most places if in the actual Arena, food and drinks are offencively over priced, and leaving after popular shows is a bit of a crush.
However in general it is a great place to visit. Lots of shopping and eateries to visit.

Iconic! Spectacular!
Worth visiting.
Boasts of the popular, large capacity Arena; access to the arena is restricted so make sure you get a ticket for whatever is on show.
Well planned layout with shops of almost all the top brands you know.
Several restaurants and eateries are on site; so many options to choose from. Most of them require prior reservations and bookings.
Might be crowded during peak hours or peak times. Again, worth visiting for the real experience.

Went here for my partner 34th birthday. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing with all the greenery and the never ending pieces of meat was great for my meat lover bf. The mojito was one of the best I've ever had. The waitress sang the bday song for my partner and brought a piece of cake with a candle. He had a great time. We will definitely return.

Food: the food was amazing! The Salad tasted exquisite. If you are a meat lover, you will have more than enough . some of the meat were salty though but I think it all depends on your salt preference.
We paid for desert but didn’t have any because we were filled with all the food.
Atmosphere: beautiful
Service: was great, staff were kind and helpful.

Accommodating and the food was good, however the cinnamon pineapple could do with some extra work as that didn’t taste like cinnamon pineapple

I honestly wish I could say something different but our experience wasn’t good at all….buffet very nice, great variety with some foods not that warm but good buffet nevertheless…but I go there for the meat and that was a complete disappointment…small selection, some meats overheated too many times, overcooked as you can see by the ham slice in the photo…all cuts except the picanha were chewy and I mean very chewy…the waiter dropped the whole chicken heart skewers on the table next to ours and there was none left for us…a can of coke £3.60 and a total bill of £85 I think I am entitled to expect better quality cuts and variety…a real shame I wish it could be different but we won’t be back.

Visited before attending a concert, you can't book on an event night but managed to get a table. It's was extremely busy but the servers managed it very well. So much choice on the menu. We had olives, pardon peppers, nachos and the Brazilian beach cheese was amazing, to start. The star of the show was the fillet steak skewers with chimichurri sauce. The steak was lean and the sauce had a nice kick to it.

Brilliant Bottomless Brunch, with the speediest service! They kept the drinks following with lots of cocktails to choose from. The food was a small dish but was very tasty. Staff were very attentive and polite. Would highly recommend, great value for money, especially in London too!

Had dine in. Very prompt service. Mixture of Latin American cuisine. Balanced flavors and spices. The ambience is nice. Bit loud music. But that’s the way you disconnect. Has outdoor seating arrangements. And one can opt for just drinks and starters. Worth visiting.

I loveeeeee this restaurant so much. The waiter was so nice and very lovely. He made sure I was happy and enjoyed my meal.
I also got a free cocktail from the app as the app has perks. The burger was absolutely delicious with the fries. The cocktail was soooo nice too, I normally go for this cocktail when I go here.

Bottomless brunch was amazing. We ended up having 900£ worth of drinks in the bottomless price for 6 people. Amazing staff, food could be a bigger portion, but you can pay extra to upgrade to the main menu, which is a reasonable price. Thanks again team!! Had such a great time I didn't get many pictures.

The menu had a wide variety & We went for the 3 course meal option. Starters we got cheesy garlic bread and bbq chicken wings , which were delicious. For the main we got the cheese burger with fries , which were very good.
Couldn’t try any deserts as we were stuffed however the presentation looked amazing.
Only thing i would say is , we waited a long time for someone to come and give us the bill and so we had to get up to go to the tills and only then the bill was given to us; maybe it was busy at the time hence this happened but still wanted to point it out.
Overall it was a nice experience , and food was scrumptious.

Had lunch here today after a disastrous attempt to get food at TGI Fridays..
Overall would say that F&B is fairly standard and very middle of the road. Partner had a hotdog that he really liked and my chicken burger was OK but nothing special.
Staff however were really friendly, polite and kind. We really appreciated how nice they were cosidering this kind of venue is often very busy at the o2.

We came here just for drinks. To be honest it wasn't our first thought for a bar before a concert at the O2. It is easily forgotten and overlooked but certainly didn't disappoint.
The bar is upstairs away from the main floor. It's spacious with ample seating, well lit and nicely presented with draught beers (lager and IPA / ale) as well as a good stock of wine and spirits. They make cocktails and have a small selection on the drinks menu. However, the bartender went above and beyond and made an Old Fashioned (a fave of mine) with no fuss and it was spot on. The drinks were very reasonably priced.
The bar wasn't that busy....perhaps they should do more to advertise their great bar, especially before a concert. A hidden gem!

Came to eat on a concert day and didn’t have any issue getting seated. Also had very fast service and good quality food. Staff on Sunday 3rd of December especially friendly and helpful. I recommend the New York giant pizza

Frankies and Benny's have come a long way in the past few years before wouldn't even contemplate going here but food is so much better! Guy who served us was fab, friendly and fast! Quick service, Ordered mozzarella dippers - the sauce is amazing! Pizza and spaghetti both were lovely! Would recommend booking if going to a busy show after but managed to book 2 days before a sold out show! Fairly priced as well. Would come again.

Had a great meal here booked by and recommended by a supplier as a business dinner. The service was great, the waiter did a great job on a table of 14 of us. The entire meal was amazing. The service was good as well as a great atmosphere. Overall I have given 5 stars across the table for a busy restaurant. The food was also good cooked to perfection, although I am not a big steak person normally, this time I was convinced by this place, it left me with a enjoyable memorable experience and a recommendation to anyone else who is considering choosing this place.

Went to ifly skydiving with the team then lunch at gauchos. Booked the private room which is on the upper floor. Seats 16. Dark and mirrored with chandeliers. Was introduced to our waiter and he showed us the different types of cuts. Every one order their steak 500g. Wet aged. So flavour was not as intense as dry aged that I'm more familiar with. Medium with chimichuri sauce. Fries and mushrooms. Was okay. Plump and juicy. Seating was comfortable. The normal seating area was more bright and white decor. Should have chosen the non private area. Overall over average experience.

The best steak I’ve ever had and the sides were delicious (mushrooms were my favourite). Big shout out to Anna (Saturday night) our waitress who was very attentive and friendly and gave excellent recommendations. Such a lovely evening!

This isn't my inaugural visit to the Gaucho chain, but it marks my first experience at their O2 branch. As anticipated, the decor adheres to the standard set by all their restaurants, evoking the ambiance of a traditional steak/meat establishment. Opting for the beef tartare left me somewhat underwhelmed, particularly due to its portion size, resembling what could be described as a moderately poached egg. However, the steak and accompanying sauces proved delightful, especially when paired with a Malbec from Mendoza, further enhancing the meaty indulgence.

Not my first time here. It is the nearest Gaucho to my place. When I want a steak this is the place I want to go.
Always a great option for steak. They know how to do the right point even if you are like me that eat a very well done steak. Banana pancake for dessert it was amazing.

Nice atmosphere at nandos. That’s on the bright side of the review. Had to wait to be given a table(I understand because place was crowded) eventually got in and was given 2 options for order. At the till or online. Did mine online. It was fast and efficient. Orders started coming till they didn’t. People that got in way after me got their order before us. Asked why and apparently there was a mixup. The burgers weren’t too much to my taste but were ok. Ditto for the corn on cob. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, will hope any other visit will be better than this.

The food took ages to arrive and I had to send my wrap back because it was cold. If I wanted a cold wrap, a meal deal at any major supermarket is a cheaper option. My wife was poorly the next day after eating a poorly heated (not cooked) butterfly chicken. I don’t recommend and I would steer clear of the place until they learn about heating chicken properly.

Tucked into a great location just outside the O2 in the peninsula opposite the food court. You’ll find a cosy small inside area and an extensive outdoor area with plenty of patio heaters.
The menu has all the traditional simple favourites like steak and burgers and a really expensive bar so this is a very popular place for pints and spirits and shots
There are lots of people who were catching a meal before heading into the O2 for a show
My food came pretty quickly and was on point, so no complaints
If you check out the photos, you’ll see what I ordered £30

What a fabulous night we had! We were looking for a place to go after the concert for a quick drink and had so much fun! The place is cosy inside and with a very spacious outdoor area covered and heated. Buzzing during the evning always playing the sonsg of the concert yuu have just finished whixh makes it even more cool! Drinks selection is great and looking at their food will definitely go back to try some of their very interesting burger. Thank you Sam and the team, we had a great time!

NOT GOOD FOR GLUTEN FREE...
It's hard to understand what market this Restaurant is aimed at. One assumes the spill over from the O2 who don't want to go to the usual chain restaurants that dominate the area, but it's not clear.
It sits underneath the far more salubrious Craft Restaurant and next door to Craft Cafe and offers a very basic menu.
Sadly, it doesn't offer anything Gluten Free, so we weren't able to try their food on the occasion we visited, not even having Gluten Free Bread, which I've become accustomed to being a staple in London restaurant these days.
The staff were pleasant but not overly efficient.
We decided on drinks and sat out in garden which is pleasant enough. The interior too is quite welcoming.
It's the kind of place, that's OK, the prices seemed reasonable including for alcohol.
If you were heading to the Cable Car, just got off the Thames Clipper or leaving the O2 and the Craft Cafe wasn't open, go... otherwise..

I visited place a week back. It was easily reachable near cineworld cinema.
About the place
- Staff welcomed us and suggest us couple of places to seat, we prefer quite corner but yeah there are multiple type of seating arrangements available like sofa and chairs.
Food & Drinks
- Food menu was fantastic design and very well explained of ingredients. We preferred vegetarian food and there are plenty of options available as compared to other places like pasta, garlic bread, pizza, lasagna, spaghetti etc. (Definitely more option for non vegetarian).
- we chose garlic bomb which was special dish and lasagna for 2 people and couple of cocktails .
- The taste of lasagna was super delicious and it just melt the moment i put bite in my mouth. There were 7 layers of pasta and Italian sauce , it was just delicious.
Service
- staff understand what exactly you are looking for and also gives a suggestion on choosing food and drink. 5/5 for staff and i dont have to wait long for food.

We eat here for the first time, the atmosphere was quite nice, the staff was kind and friendly, waiting time for food was short, the prices are medium expensive, what I can say about the dishes is that if you expect the real carbonara, the recipe is not like in Italy, but is very tasty and you will not be disappointed!
I really recommend!
for dessert I can recommend Ice cream and also is not like in Italy

A friend and I visited Zizzi after a night of dancing. The restaurant was not busy, so we chose to go there.
The service was prompt and friendly. The food, for the most part, was just ok. I felt my calamari was not crispy enough, and my pasta sauce needed more seasoning.
This is more to my personal taste.
The decor of the restaurant was quite festive and bright. The wooden floors, though, were very slippery, with 2 different patrons almost falling over.
Zizzi 's is a lovely restaurant with a good menu and prices, but for me, it did not have the wow factor.

Really happy with our visit before the concert. Everything from the food to the service was worth it, the only disappointment was the cocktails. The first raspberry mojito I tasted had no rum in it whatsoever but the second one did and at £10 a go it’s not exactly cheap to be missing or light handed with the alcohol. Hence the 4* instead of 5!
Service from our waitress was excellent, the food arrived really quickly and tasted good.
I’d be happy to recommend and visit again

Love the Tantanmen Beef Brisket Ramen - definitely one of my favourite dishes on the menu. The food was great as always, and the waiters were nice. The cloudy lemonades in recent times have been quite watery/diluted unfortunately, which never used to be the case.

I found my healthy Koyo Salmon Bowl here. Happy to come by and eat the salmon bowl all the time.
Pulled pork Gyoza no good. Will not order again. Pork belly hirata steamed bun not bad. Although the pork is oily, but you enjoy the crispy. 😀
The speed of serving food is rather slow. We ordered the appetiser and the pork belly hirata steamed bun came very late. It’s after we finished the mains.
Definitely. I think the service needs to be improved.
