We just popped in for a look around and a bit of shopping therapy after being on the cable car. We were very impressed by the large shopping mall, various eating places and lots of activities to do. The place was buzzing with lots of people about and a long queue to get into a concert. We'll definitely be back again to spend more time here and have a good look around, grab some lunch and a few drinks.

I have mixed feelings about the O2 Arena. On the positive side, the shopping outlet has a good variety of shops, and there is a great selection of restaurants and places to eat, which makes it a convenient destination before or after an event. Ariana Grande was absolutely brilliant would 100% see her again However, there are several areas that seriously need improvement. One particularly disappointing aspect of the shopping experience is that some expensive merchandise cannot be tried on before purchase. When you are spending a significant amount of money, being unable to properly check the fit or suitability of an item before buying it is frustrating and does not provide a good customer experience. The biggest concern, though, is the overcrowding. The crowds when entering and especially when leaving the arena can reach dangerous levels, with people being tightly packed together and movement becoming extremely difficult. This feels poorly managed and can be genuinely intimidating. As someone with mobility issues, I would think twice before visiting this venue again. There also seem to be issues with seating and security. Allowing people to sit wherever they want, rather than properly enforcing allocated seating, can create significant problems. It can lead to arguments and even fights between customers, particularly when alcohol and intoxication are involved. Security should be more proactive in preventing these situations before they escalate. Overall, the O2 has a lot going for it in terms of shops, restaurants and entertainment, but crowd management, security and seating enforcement need significant improvement to make the experience feel safe and enjoyable for everyone.

We attended Young Voices at The O2 and it was genuinely one of the most uplifting and well-run events I have experienced. From start to finish, the organisation was excellent. The scale of the production was breathtaking, the sound and visuals were spot on, and seeing thousands of children perform together with such confidence and joy was incredibly moving. The atmosphere inside the arena was electric and emotional in the best possible way. It felt safe, inclusive, inspiring, and very professionally managed. A huge credit to the Young Voices team and everyone involved in making this happen. That said, there is one area that really needs attention, especially for an event aimed at families and schools. The cost of food and drinks inside the venue is extremely high. £11 for popcorn, £18 for a slice of pizza, and eye-watering prices for drinks make it very difficult for families, particularly those attending with children, to manage the evening without feeling financially stretched. When you have thousands of parents and young people attending, affordability matters. This level of pricing takes away from an otherwise brilliant experience. Young Voices is about inclusion, community, and giving children a moment they will remember forever. Making food and drink more reasonably priced would go a long way in ensuring families can fully enjoy the night without stress. Overall, an unforgettable evening, inspiring, joyful, and beautifully executed. With more family-friendly pricing, it would be close to perfect.

The O2 in Greenwich is absolutely incredible — massive, bright, modern and stunning! 🤩 Everything was so clean, well-maintained and beautifully presented. There’s such an amazing atmosphere around the whole place, and the sheer size of it is seriously impressive. We had a brilliant time exploring and taking everything in, and I honestly cannot wait to come back for a concert! 🎶🎤 It’s one of those places that really makes you excited for the next visit. Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend experiencing The O2 for yourself! ❤️

visited the o2 yesterday night to attend ariana grande’s show!! ꕤ｡˚⋆♡ she was incredible!! for the most part the staff were extremely friendly and all very helpful. the o2 itself is huge but relatively easy to navigate as there are plenty of signs. i will say i was very puzzled by the queueing system, as i saw multiple queues and had no clue what they were for. i was seated so it didn’t impact my visit but i’m sure it was confusing for those with standing tickets! other than that, the event seemed quite well organised with different stalls and ariana themed activities for the occasion. overall i’d be happy to return again for future concerts 🎟️

I visited Rodizio Rico using a Groupon voucher, I really enjoyed the experience buffet was plentiful with many options like pasta, lasagne, rice, salads, breads etc and the hosts were really friendly. I received many options based on meat it was unreal, reading the other reviews I was skeptical whether I would enjoy it but it was excellent. They add a "brand fee" to the bill which is basically service charge and optional. For best experience I would recommend getting there as soon as they open for service, this is within the O2 shopping centre close to where they do concerts and many events so it is always busy but the time I went around 12:30 it was nice and quiet.

This was a good experience with the meat, chicken and lamb flowing till you say you have had enough, different meat parts everytime and not the same one. The highlight was it being my friends birthday, we didn’t mention it but she had a tag and just before we left, they brought a cake and sang a happy birthday song for her - that was really thoughtful.

Extremely good food and service was spot on. We opted for the all you can eat. I can tell you kow not one of us went home hungry. Fantastic staff who sat us promptly will definitely be visiting again.

We visited Rodizio Rico 02 with our family on Sunday evening and overall, had a pleasant dinner despite a disappointing experience with one member of staff. On arrival, we were left waiting for a few minutes with no one at the front desk. After being seated, we were again left waiting without any explanation of how the restaurant worked or being given a menu until we had to call someone over. Unfortunately, this was met by a rude member of staff (the lady clearing and setting tables), who complained about us to other staff members while standing in front of us because our granddaughter didn't want to sit in a high chair. We found this behaviour disrespectful and unprofessional. The meal itself was good. The restaurant offers a hot and cold buffet in the centre that you help yourself to, while servers continuously bring different cuts of meat to your table until you turn your card over to red. The staff serving the meat were all friendly, attentive and even accommodated a member of our party who preferred her meat well done. Overall, it was a lovely meal at a great price, especially as we used a discount deal that included a cocktail and the full grill experience. It's just a shame that one member of staff's attitude let down what would otherwise have been an excellent family evening.

A vibrant atmosphere with lots of people, loud music and lots of eager staff members. Plenty of food options whether it’s a light or full-on meal. Food appears to be prepared fresh and available hot. A wide range of main dishes, appetisers, drinks and desserts. Loads of seating is available and the buffet is well-spaced out.

Sweta was very nice and attended to i and my friend and this was my first time eating here. I also had nice egg fried with sweet and sour sauce with well done steak. Its a 10/10 i recommend coming here if you want to eat the best dishes 😊😊❤️❤️

Lively buffet spot at the Jimmy's World Grill & Bar with a wide variety of cuisines. Good for groups and families. Food is decent but inconsistent at times. Can get crowded, especially during events. Overall, a fun dining experience with plenty of options.

The food was absolutely amazing. Sheila was incredibly attentive to us, making the experience even more enjoyable. The chicken, curry, and rice were all delicious, and the salad was fresh and flavorful. The desserts—ice cream and cake—were the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. I highly praise the team for such a wonderful experience. Jimmy's restaurant will definitely come again.

Had the BEST experiance today! We was greeted by the fantastic mixologist who seated us and gave us menus. He then served us the best Mango Margarita I have ever had. We had the bottomless Tapas and our server Roland made sure it was a hit! He kept coming back and never forgot us it was truly bottomless! The food was AMAZING!! Everything from presentation to flavour was epic. All in all a fantastic experience- i cannot wait to return!

I couldn’t not write a review. It’s time for me to bring out my first class undergrad Creative Writing skills. Paul and Jorge were absolutely incredible - from the very moment we walked in (10 minutes late, might I add) to our reservation. Paul greeted us at the door with incredible conversation. Jorge was our server - and let me just say, this man is so full of wisdom! I opened up to him, and not only did he make sure we were taken care of in terms of our food and drinks, he taught my sister and I some valuable lessons. Honestly, my sister and I haven’t had a night out in forever. We’ve had a very tough childhood, and despite it all, become very close. Despite our closeness, I have to say, my relationship with my sister deepened after tonight, and I have to give Paul and Jorge the credit. We were so well taken care of, I don’t believe I’d receive the same service at The Ritz! My sister and I are both quite young, barely in our 20s, and we have never felt more welcomed, accepted and looked after (Jorge looked after our drinks whilst we went to the bathroom, which really was such a relief). It wasn’t the food and drinks (even though they were absolutely delicious) that made the evening memorable - it was the incredible wisdom and laughter that both Paul and Jorge brought to my sister and I. My only regret is that my mother wasn’t with us. She would’ve loved them equally as much as my sister and I did. Perhaps it’s a sign to come back soon! And that, we will. Jorge, Paul, thank you. I have so much love and respect for you. You are both such amazing, commendable men. Thank you so much for having us. The best hosts we could have ever wished for. 🫶🏾

Wow wow wow! Paul's customer service for our table of 10 blew me away yesterday. He is polite, friendly, and very helpful. The food quality is always good, enchiladas and pulled beef nachos are highly recommended. The drinks are priced well for a fun evening too.

We had an enjoyable time at Las Iguanas. The food is enjoyable but what really made our time here great was the staff. They were all so friendly and attentive. It really took our experience from a 4/5 to a 5/5! Something else I really appreciated was the clear dietary restriction icons. The staff were great at explaining it, and it was great to see lots of gluten free options available

I had a lovely time at Las Iguanas at The O2 Arena. The service was fantastic, and I especially want to mention our waiter, Paul, who was absolutely amazing. Paul was friendly, polite, attentive, and a real all-rounder. He made us feel very welcome and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. He is truly a great asset to the team and a pleasure to have served us. The whole team were friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was wonderful. Conveniently located just under Cineworld. Serves good food. The staff are friendly. Sushma was very helpful and caring as a waitress. I also really like that this restaurant accepts tastecards on Fridays.

visiting the o2 today, thought we’d pop to nando’s for lunch as we know we love it! i’ve never seen such a big nando’s before… 3 floors and well over 100 tables! it wasn’t too busy and we were seated straight away. we got our food relatively quickly also. my partner ordered the new wrap called ‘the big caesar’ which is served cold! that’s a first for nando’s. he was worried as he didn’t realise it was meant to be cold, but the manager was quick to explain this. not the branch’s fault at all, but the app should state that it’s cold when you order! aside from this, our food was great and we had a nice visit 🐓

I stopped by Nando the first day I landed in London. The people I was working with kept recommending that I go here so I did. This place is inside the O2 Shopping outlet on the first floor. When I came, they were not busy and sat me right away. The guy who seated me was very polite and explain the whole process to me since I told him it was my first time. I went with the Chicken Butterfly that comes with two sides so I got chips which is fries and garlic bread. I also got a drink as well since it's self serve. I went with the medium sauce on my chicken to play it safe. My food came out quick and the chicken was delicious. It was tender and juicy, the medium sauce also wasn't spicy either. They have other sauce on the side near the drink machine so I tried the hot level sauce and it wasn't spicy either. The fries were delicious, seasoned well and you get a good portion. The garlic bread was fine but next time I'll do double fries. The service by all the workers here are awesome because each of them kept checking in with me that I was having a good experience. I would recommend this place to anyone who is around the area.

This place gets really busy in the evenings, especially when there’s a show at the O2, but the team keeps things moving—our dishes arrived surprisingly fast! The service is warm and upbeat, the décor is absolutely stunning, and the food delivers that classic Nando’s goodness we all love. A great spot for a pre-show meal!

The Nando’s at The O2 .. I’m really loving the different Nando’s restaurant designs lately. The artwork and little details give each one such a nice vibe. This one was lovely, and the food was nicely presented too.

Have found the Nando's inside the O2 to be consistent and reliable over the years. It has always been efficient when other events are taking place and the quality is as expected for the chain. Happy to have it available in a pinch and even with large crowds the queues are fairly short. Bottomless Rubro was a bit weak on the last visit.

An enjoyable visit at Gaucho O2. The overall atmosphere is lively and the service truly stands out - the servers were attentive, friendly, and made the experience feel welcoming from start to finish. The rib eye unfortunately had some tendon, which made parts of it a bit chewy. Also, the tables are placed quite close together, so it can feel a little tight and less comfortable, especially if you’re dining as a pair and hoping for a bit more space. Guests passed by always hit my back and touched my coat which made me feel uncomfortable. Still, the excellent service really carries the experience, and it’s definitely a spot worth visiting.

It’s an absolute masterclass in flavor - perfectly balancing complex, delicious tastes in every single bite. Huge shoutout to Miia as well; her fantastic service made an incredible meal even better. Not been to a ZiZi’s in a while and was very pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the food and service by he staff at O2 branch. The restaurant was very busy just before show time, but food and drinks arrived promptly, starter, main and desert. I have to mention the extraordinary chocolate mouse option. It was sensational! Served with sea salt and Olive Oil (on the side) to be added to taste. I highly recommend this. Thank you to our server Alexandria 😀

On a visit from Germany, we visited the O2 stadium.We chose Zizzi for our evening meal.Kate was our Waitress she was extremely pleasant and answered all our questions. The meal was excellent served very hot and fresh. When the bill came we were not certain about how a staff top worked, Kate explained everything in detail to us and explained that the tip was not a must! We assumed her that the quality and the service really required a tip. Many thanks to the Zizzi team

Amazing amazing amazing !! Mohit looked after us and the service was top class. My birthday falls on cinco de mayo and originally from AZ , I wanted Mexican for my birthday so I came to the right place. Food was delish 😋 Compliments to the chef !!! Spice was perfect , flavours were amazing. Loved the corn tortilla beef tacos and the mac and cheese , the best I've had in years. Mohit even threw in a free shot for us. Thank you!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but unfortunately our experience didn’t start particularly well. We didn’t feel very welcomed and spent quite a while trying to get our waitress’s attention. Thankfully, Gokul stepped in and completely changed our experience. He was attentive, friendly and made sure we were looked after with both food and drinks. We were catching up with friends before going to the cinema, so we really appreciated his hospitality. Everyone can have a bad day, but when you go out with friends, good service and a warm welcome make all the difference. Thank you, Gokul, for turning things around.🥰 Caipirinhas, Sirloin was great 👍🏽

We came back after loving their brunch last year and tried the £10 express lunch — and honestly, for London prices this feels like a win. Big, colourful bowls packed with grains, greens, avocado, crispy corn + your choice of topping (hello grilled salmon & malagueta chicken )… healthy and filling ✔️ And if you’re feeling extra (we always are) — you already know a caipirinha + churros moment is a must when in Brazilian restaurant 🍹 💸 £10 Express lunch that actually fills you up available: 📅 Monday–Friday | 12–5pm Safe to say… we’ll be back again (and again!)

Great private lounge in the O2 arena. Several other reviewers seem very keen to complain about this site, but in reality it is quite good - you have access to private bars, clean facilities, comfortable seating, and direct access to the arena without the huge queues! Great drinks menu and decent bar food which costs what one would expect in a massive arena. Definitely recommended, *much* better than queuing up with the rest of the folks outside!

Great place to go before a show. Drinks and food are a little expensive but it's the 02 and it's London so shouldn't be surprised. A little disappointed that you can't see out in to the arena as there are curtains there but still better than waiting outside.

Fab bar. Cool drinks & atmosphere. Has a few things going on for concert goers like VR or glitter face decorations. Mocktails & food too. Slightly cheaper than the O2 itself.

Not bad... There were a few things to do, drinks were expensive and we couldn't see into the arena the entire time because of the huge black curtain. That being said, the actual place was really nice to chill at until the concert was ready. You certainly get to beat the rush, it's a unique opportunity and I recommend you at least try it!

The plus points are that it gives you fast entry to the arena and the lounge area is lovely. Also loads of staff on hand to help. The downsides, unfortunately, are pretty bad. Drinks are stupid prices (nearly £13 for a double, and not good quality), and the food is surprisingly bad. We ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a vegan burger with fries for £30. The former was badly overdone/tough and the latter was barely warm & tasteless. When a previous review said a couple quid Maccy D's was better they weren't wrong. It's clearly cooked and kept warm so they can deal with potentially large volumes of orders, but it really shouldn't be £15 a pop if that's the case. And it made no sense that the curtains remain closed so you can't actually see the support acts. I know it's a London arena so it's bound to be expensive, and I know entry is free so I shouldn't expect too much, but for me there's not enough actual incentives to want to try it again.
