Two points:
•Review if you're here to see restaurants/experiences
▪︎Review if you're here for concerts or shows
1) This place offers a great range of restaurants and the food is always fantastic wherever you go. Most restaurants you find here are unfortunately on the more expensive side. It offers interesting experiences for kids such as climbing activities (they are not free though), there's an arcade aswell and a cinema. This is a perfect place If you're looking to do birthdays. The shops are all expensive though but they are high quality shops. No shops for kids or groceries if you're looking for that.
2) If you're here for concerts or shows, the o2 shopping outlet and the outside of the building play music from the artist that is performing which really builds up a nice mood. There are billboards everywhere showing the currently performing or upcoming artist(s) so it's a great place to take pictures. There are MANY official merchandise shops inside and outside the building, and some of them open at different times, so if something gets sold out you can still try to get it later! Inside after ticket check they have multiple bars and food corners to buy something if you need to - multiple toilets, and the staff are very helpful in finding your seats before you even enter the arena. The seats are decent and comfortable- they also fold if you have to stand up to let someone through- for the pit it depends on the artist, but sometimes there are chairs and sometimes not.
There is also the experience to climb the roof of the o2, but unfortunately I have no experience on it, but it does exist!

We came for the last night of Peter Kay.
A brilliant show.
It's a super venue - we passed through security and ticket checks easily. We had seats in a box 112 which was really good. The bar staff friendly, seats well located and comfy. Great view.
Easy to exit the venue - large queues for the underground- but they moved fairly quickly.

The show was fab... from beginning to end. Great food, complimentary glass of fizz to start with.
We were sat at the very top which was a little disappointing. We had hoped our tickets were for the middle section, but we still had a fab time, dancing along to the songs!

First visit to O2 and wow what a fantastic place! Well run, well organised and clean. Felt safe as plenty of security but not over bearing. We saw the fabulous Diana Ross and she was totally amazing, looked stunning and her voice .. wow! We danced most of the night and you know when it’s been a great concert when you are still singing the songs 4 days after! Highly recommend the O2 as so many shops and restaurants etc, definitely worth a visit even if just for shopping.

Went to the WWE Smackdown and Raw double header on 28th and 31st of March. The final tour of John Cena. The atmosphere and promotion was great. The rings setup and area was literally brilliant. Excellent seats and great view. They somehow did all this and setup for the Usher Concerts in between but was flawless. Queues were not very long to get through and no issues with security. Drink and food normal overpriced fare but it's to be expected. I had worse at live England game or at the AJ fight.
I would highly recommend the o2 and to go to a wrestling event there as the crowd participation was second to none and I lost my voice shouting after 20mins..
I would bother to drive there as parking is mad, you have to prebook of pay exorbitant amount. So be prepared for train queues when leaving they keep moving so not too bad.
Excellent experience..

First time
It's nice, it gets busy.
Service is fast with the meats.
A brand fee gets added to the bill just so you are aware.
Very very filling
Nearly all meats are medium or medium rare.

Rodizio Rico is an absolute gem! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere was lively yet cozy, and the service was impeccable—the staff was so friendly and made sure everything was just right.
Now, let’s talk about the food—OMG, it was out of this world! The selection of meats was incredible, each one cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The sides complemented everything so well, making it a true feast. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, dessert arrived! I had their soft coconut bake topped with vanilla ice cream, and let me tell you—it was pure heaven. The warm, fluffy texture of the coconut bake paired with the creamy, cool ice cream was the perfect sweet ending to an already fantastic meal.
If you’re looking for a top-tier dining experience with amazing food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Rodizio Rico is the place to be! Can’t wait to come back for more!

The atmosphere was lively and family-friendly. The meat just kept coming. The lamb chops were amazing. The beans and pork with casava on it were extremely memorable. THE DRINKS WERE STRONG AND GOOD. The beef was a bit tough for me but I enjoyed the food!

Third visit to Jimmy's O2 Arena and I'm thrilled to say that this time, I wasn't disappointed! The staff, particularly Sweta Giri who served us at Table 10, were absolutely fantastic. Their happy and welcoming faces set the tone for a great experience. Sweta's service was top-notch, and I appreciate the effort she put in to ensure we had a wonderful time. Thanks to the entire staff for making our visit special. Looking forward to coming back for the Lovely Stakes 🍴😋! (06 July 2025 Visit)
I Visited the Jimmy's on 26th of April. Really appreciate the Customer Service provided on our Table by Miss Zuzanna Zajac one of the staff in Jimmy's, appreciate the way he approached me and my friend and also told us how the process works inside the area. Also would like to appreciate the way Ms. Zuzanna Zajac gave us the water filled in our empty bottle. The food over here was too delicious and yummy really appreciate the work put in by Cooks and all the staff in maintaining the environment in a very busy environment which was today. The place is really worth for price. I have attached the current price list of per person and during different times and different days how it costs. Thank you once again Zuzanna Zajac. This is a must visit place. (26 April 2025)

Had an amazing experience at Jimmy’s O2 Buffet! The food was fresh, flavorful, and there was such a great variety to choose from — definitely something for everyone. But what really made the visit special was the outstanding service from Shweta. She was incredibly attentive, polite, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her friendly attitude and professionalism truly elevated our dining experience. Highly recommend this place — and if you get Shweta looking after your table, you’re in for a great time!

Sweta was the lady who served us, and I thought her customer service throughout the evening was brilliant. She came to our table every now and again to make sure we had what we needed and were enjoying ourselves, and was patient enough to listen to our requests when we needed drinks and water. The Cocobanana, Fiery Tango and Fruit punch mocktails were a treat🍹. Nothing was ever too much to ask. Everytime we stood up to get more of the buffet and returned to our seating area, she had our table cleaned and tidied up with new sets of cutlery served for our next round of meal. An overall pleasant staff to do deal with.
The selection of food here was great too. Lamb and chicken curries were favourites for the night, along with our steak meal (done to perfection just how we wanted) and a choice of sweet deserts including cakes and ice creams all laid. I'll say it was all very good value for money and will highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our visit to Jimmy's 02! For just £24, you get an unlimited buffet with a huge range of global cuisines – great for people who are picky with their food. The steak was perfectly cooked, the garlic pizza was super delicious, also the chow-mein was so good I went back for seconds. To top it off, the dessert part was just as impressive - everything I tried was delicious! Great value for money and perfect for families or groups. I’ll definitely be returning!

Multi-Ethnic Buffet Restaurant. The restaurant is very characteristic, well-kept and very clean. The staff is very helpful and kind. Given the vast offer and variety of food, the level of execution of the dishes is not good, I can say that it was decent and proportionate to the bill paid. I recommend it for large groups of people who do not like to wait long waiting times for orders and who have different tastes to please.

I had a lovely lunch with my daughters, the restaurant is very spacious and clean. Waiter was lovely. Food was delicious and a good portion! The restaurant seemed a little short staffed as only saw 2 staff members working, took a little while to get desert and the bill, but main meal was served quick.

We had a truly wonderful dinner – everything from the food to the atmosphere was top-notch. A special shout-out to Tyrone, who was outstanding throughout the evening. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for us.
Also, a big thank you to the manager, who was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. It's rare to come across such genuine hospitality these days – it really elevated the entire experience.
Highly recommend this place – we’ll definitely be back! #dishtapproved

Popped in to take advantage of the discount with cinema tickets.
Staff polite, friendly here and manger Albert is excellent and takes pride of his position, a assist to the company.
Food was generally ok. Didn't like the chewy sirloin steak, better produce needs to be purchased by the company.
Good pint of draft lager here.

A quick bite to eat while at the O2 outlet shops. It was a very quiet day and we largely had the place to ourselves. Staff were super friendly and the food was pretty good. A nice crispy chicken burger for myself and my friend had a nice beef burger. Both came with nice fries. Not a lot to say really. Tasty, friendly, very clean and decent pricing. 👍 from me!

My fiancé and I ate here before a concert and were blown away. We’re both big foodies and steak lovers, and Gaucho completely exceeded our expectations. The setting and mood lighting were spot on, and we felt like royalty from the moment we stepped inside. Our steak was cooked to perfection, the dessert was to die for, and the cocktails were some of the best we’ve had. A flawless experience from start to finish.

One of the most delicious meals in along time. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent.
Our waiter was very friendly and restaurant service was superb !
The downstairs bar staff need a lot of work, not interested, no basic service or engagement.
Overall would definitely return to try more dishes

Having seen Olly Murs last night, I thought I would treat my mum and I to a nice meal before the show and I am so glad that I did. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. In addition, the food was outstanding and we had a lovely meal. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks😊

Pre O2 concert catch-up. Not visited this Gaucho for a while and forgot how large it is. The negative for us was being stuck on the 1st floor in what feels like a relatively small side room at the back on the way to the toilets versus the lively main areas. They should ditch that room and repurpose it. Upside is that our server was lovely and friendly, we had some great bubbles, (house) red and white and we all enjoyed our dishes. With 2 vegetarians we took the risk as they checked the menu beforehand and both were happy. I was pleasantly surprised by the cheapest rump option. Defo a go to place but be sure to request a table in a busier area. Previously we had a 1st floor table by the inside window which is much nicer.

We stop for a late dinner after Santana concert so I was please to find the restaurant still serving food at 10:30 pm.
I had Gaucho in my list for years as I love the Argentina beef style. I am not going to tell that is the same steak you will have in Buenos Aires but it’s not to bad a better than others steak house in London.
The chimichurri is spice that I hate that, the original recipe is the one. Perhaps they want to add spice as everything in London.
The gazpacho was refreshing, my partner was less impressed with his milanesa.
£45 per person in average, not cheaper but just ok as the restaurant invest a lot in decorating and made a nice style mix.

Good food, good service.
When we came, they only allowed customers to have a table upstairs, not downstairs, don't know why.
Long queue/waiting at that time.

Not bad but definitely could get the similar forms of peri peri chicken elsewhere for cheaper and better taste. The food is always pretty good and the customisability of the sauces and sides is great. Unfortunately, I just find their prices to not just a bit too high especially given the somewhat conservative portions of chicken. You know what you’re going to get visiting Nando’s so at least it’s always consistent.

We came to eat in here before going to the O2 to see usher. We booked a table for 4:30pm and when we arrived it was not busy, but the atmosphere picked up later on getting closer to the concert. You can order via the QR code now or you can still order with the staff. One of the girls had an allergy so the staff had to check our orders due to the allergies. We shared a garlic bread as a starter which was good. We then had a pizza, spaghetti Bolognese and the vegan lentil Ragu as mains. For desserts we had brownies, the vegan cheesecake and something salted caramel. The food was good. The toilets are individual cubicles. They do add a service charge which if you pay via the QR you cannot take off, so you need to ask to pay with the staff if you do not want to pay the optional service charge. Overall this is not a bad restaurant. It did get quite warm inside but it was warm outside as well

Very nice restaurant for a day out in town type of food. Ordered delivery and everything was neatly packed. Please next time to put the cold food in extra protection from the hot food because they got melted. (Had to put the dessert in the freezer to revive it) However everything was very tasty and portion sizes were great. We look forward to possibly dine-in in the future. Thank you!!!

The service here is fantastic!
We dined here on an event night and the place was busy. The service here is amazing, the staff greet you with a smile, show you to your table and keep checking on you. The place has great ambience and a good vibe. We ordered our food and it was with us in no time and it did miss the mark a bit. We had the padron peppers (5/5), the buttermilk chicken burger (3/5, as it came cold), and the x-burger (2/5, it was overcooked and not what I expected). That said, the service was amazing and they were serving a lot of people. Perhaps this would've been better on a non-event night. The steaks aren't halal, but chicken and burgers are. Might try them again on our next visit to the O2.

Great private lounge in the O2 arena. Several other reviewers seem very keen to complain about this site, but in reality it is quite good - you have access to private bars, clean facilities, comfortable seating, and direct access to the arena without the huge queues! Great drinks menu and decent bar food which costs what one would expect in a massive arena. Definitely recommended, *much* better than queuing up with the rest of the folks outside!

Great place to go before a show. Drinks and food are a little expensive but it's the 02 and it's London so shouldn't be surprised. A little disappointed that you can't see out in to the arena as there are curtains there but still better than waiting outside.

Fab bar. Cool drinks & atmosphere. Has a few things going on for concert goers like VR or glitter face decorations. Mocktails & food too. Slightly cheaper than the O2 itself.
Yas - 6 years ago
The plus points are that it gives you fast entry to the arena and the lounge area is lovely. Also loads of staff on hand to help. The downsides, unfortunately, are pretty bad.
Drinks are stupid prices (nearly £13 for a double, and not good quality), and the food is surprisingly bad. We ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a vegan burger with fries for £30. The former was badly overdone/tough and the latter was barely warm & tasteless. When a previous review said a couple quid Maccy D's was better they weren't wrong. It's clearly cooked and kept warm so they can deal with potentially large volumes of orders, but it really shouldn't be £15 a pop if that's the case.
And it made no sense that the curtains remain closed so you can't actually see the support acts.
I know it's a London arena so it's bound to be expensive, and I know entry is free so I shouldn't expect too much, but for me there's not enough actual incentives to want to try it again.
C Clarke - 3 years ago
It could be a lovely relaxed area and has lots of potential. However more bar staff are needed. If you're buying a drink I would buy more than one at a time (but they are expensive £13 for a double spirit and £10 for a cocktail) otherwise you will have a very long wait to be served again. More seating would be nice. We ate in one of the restaurants around the arena. Glad we did as there were ques for food in the backstage area and nowhere to sit and enjoy it. Been there and done it now. Probably wouldn't do it again.
