Had a great time at The O2! Here's what stood out:
*Highlights:*
* Thrilling Thames Crossing:The London Cable Car provided a fantastic experience crossing the River Thames. It's definitely worth getting the round trip ticket (especially for families) to fully enjoy the views.
* *Spacious Play Area:* The open space in front of the mall was a lifesaver for parents! Kids could play freely without worrying about traffic, giving us some peace of mind.
* *Unique Architecture:* The O2's tent-like structure is truly unique! And the option to walk on the rooftop for panoramic views (for an extra fee) sounds like a must-do for adventurous visitors (be sure to factor in the sunset price increase!).
* *Family-Friendly Atmosphere:* The artistic installations provided great photo opportunities, making it a fun experience for the whole family.
Food:
The food options seemed decent, though not exceptional.
Overall:
We had a great time exploring The O2! It's a great place to combine entertainment, sightseeing, and family fun.
* Consider purchasing tickets for the cable car online in advance, especially during peak season.

I’ve visited The O2 Arena many times over the years to see concerts - and it’s without a shadow of a doubt my favourite venue in the UK.
Beforehand, there’s an almost endless number of restaurants and bars to visit, and they’ve also opened the ICON Designer Outlet too, with some great shops. There’s also a cinema and various other things to do - so you’ll never be bored before a show!
Getting into the arena is easy, and they have plenty of entrances and security check points - so it doesn’t take too long to get in. They’re well equipped to deal with crowds, with plenty of restaurants and bars within the arena itself. It’s not the cheapest place to get a drink but I’d also say it’s not outrageous - I’ve definitely seen more expensive at other similar venues!
Given the choice of seeing a show anywhere - I would always choose the O2!

Went to see Liam Gallagher on his 2024 Oasis tour and loved it. The venue itself is very modern and spacious. Even though the O2 was almost sold out, there was literally no wait times Also, leaving the arena was straight forward too as the metro is literally only a hundred meters away. There is also lots of coffee shops and restaurants around it which is very convenient if you want to grab a bite. Highly recommended venue! We loved it.

Arriving at the O2 was easy. The Jubilee line on the tube drops you right off, and for those seeking entertainment before the show, there are plenty of restaurants, a supermarket and a shopping outlet with discounted designer brands.
The queues to enter the arena during the C2C concert were well-managed, and there were enough restrooms to avoid excessive wait times.
The venue itself has a fantastic atmosphere – it's electric when the crowd gets going! The (side) view from my seat D434 was quite nice. It was high up but offered a good view of the stage and a good overall view. The sound quality was fantastic, making the entire concert experience truly enjoyable.
Just a heads-up, backpacks (even laptop-sized) aren't allowed inside the O2- though some people report getting in with them. There are lockers available for £10 and they will store your shopping bags from the outlet for free.
The queue/crowd after the show back to the tube was well managed. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back.

Extremely attentive service and a huge range of dishes and salad bar. The Rodizio items were well cooked and plenty of choice. I requested some items knowing the menu from other locations, which they happily brought over. Super lovely staff.

Food: the food was amazing! The Salad tasted exquisite. If you are a meat lover, you will have more than enough . some of the meat were salty though but I think it all depends on your salt preference.
We paid for desert but didn’t have any because we were filled with all the food.
Atmosphere: beautiful
Service: was great, staff were kind and helpful.

Visited for lunch and found that the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The salad bar/hot food had many choices and it tasted so good especially the cheese bread balls and fried fish! There were lots of meats but some of the meats was dry. I tried the chicken heart and it was surprisingly good. I had to turn my card over to stop the meats coming as there was alot!

Very good. Enjoyed it.
If you like your meat, this is the place for you.
Lots of selection. Lamb chops, picanha, sirloin, wings, ribs, chicken hearts, veggies, breads, etc. It's very busy but the food comes round very quickly. It's advised to book a table. It's worth doing it though Google otherwise you get charged a fee for no shows. Gratuity is added to your bill.
Definitely worth a visit.

Went here for my partner 34th birthday. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing with all the greenery and the never ending pieces of meat was great for my meat lover bf. The mojito was one of the best I've ever had. The waitress sang the bday song for my partner and brought a piece of cake with a candle. He had a great time. We will definitely return.

We recently visited this restaurant as a group of 10. Firstly we had to wait for a long time after ordering. Some of the dishes were really good and tasty while few were just ok kind in lesser quantity for the price. Presentation was nice and tempting. Drinks were also good.
Cost was ok since we got 20% off being cineworld unlimited card holder. It will cost approximately 25 GBP per person. It is very near to North Greenwich underground station and the O2.

Good service and nice food prepared to a good quality. Gave me a table sized for two for three people which resulted in very awkward placement of the food and drink especially as all three of us ordered the fajitas which come on a very large plate with many extras. Nice drinks and good experience overall.

Visited this place twice in a week…
In our first visit we had a really good experience with food and drinks. Enjoyed a lot!
But needed to wait for the bill approx 15 mins and for the card machine another 15 mins…
Came back in 4 days and were so disappointed with drinks and food.
Cocktail was like without alco, I’ve asked to change it, we got replacement which was muuuch better than previous one.
Food was bad… bland… no even salted… we ordered two of the same dishes from the first visit and 1 new, so we could see the difference … second time was bad…
I recommended this place after first visit, I was so excited telling about my experience … and then second time I wouldn’t recommend again…very disappointing to come few times when one time chef was on the mood and food was great and second time was different chef or he was with no mood… no consistency!!!

We went there just for desserts and cocktails, around 4pm and the staff seems a little bit annoyed by it. I ordered Churros, they were good, not the best that I had but nice, good portions, quite fast to arrive. The botton for opening the door for disable people was broken, when I let the staff know about it they were very dismissive about it and didn't take it seriously or apologize for it.

Visited before attending a concert, you can't book on an event night but managed to get a table. It's was extremely busy but the servers managed it very well. So much choice on the menu. We had olives, pardon peppers, nachos and the Brazilian beach cheese was amazing, to start. The star of the show was the fillet steak skewers with chimichurri sauce. The steak was lean and the sauce had a nice kick to it.

Had dine in. Very prompt service. Mixture of Latin American cuisine. Balanced flavors and spices. The ambience is nice. Bit loud music. But that’s the way you disconnect. Has outdoor seating arrangements. And one can opt for just drinks and starters. Worth visiting.

The restaurant is nice, the service is okay because there is only one employee to take menu orders and serve food, but the food was a little late. In general, the food is good

The menu had a wide variety & We went for the 3 course meal option. Starters we got cheesy garlic bread and bbq chicken wings , which were delicious. For the main we got the cheese burger with fries , which were very good.
Couldn’t try any deserts as we were stuffed however the presentation looked amazing.
Only thing i would say is , we waited a long time for someone to come and give us the bill and so we had to get up to go to the tills and only then the bill was given to us; maybe it was busy at the time hence this happened but still wanted to point it out.
Overall it was a nice experience , and food was scrumptious.

Had lunch here today after a disastrous attempt to get food at TGI Fridays..
Overall would say that F&B is fairly standard and very middle of the road. Partner had a hotdog that he really liked and my chicken burger was OK but nothing special.
Staff however were really friendly, polite and kind. We really appreciated how nice they were cosidering this kind of venue is often very busy at the o2.

Very impressed.
2 people for brunch.
Welcome was lovely, service great, food excellent.
Coffee machine started a self clean just after we placed coffee orders - we were kept updated until it was possible for coffee to be made which was nice communication. Also a glass of water offered/accepted whilst we waited.
One of us needs Gluten Free of which there was plenty of choice including a sausage on the cooked breakfast which is rare.
Food cooked to order and very tasty.
£25 for 2 people for full cooked breakfast, avocado and poached eggs on muffins and 3 coffees - very good value - generous tip left as we so impressed.
Would return.

We came here just for drinks. To be honest it wasn't our first thought for a bar before a concert at the O2. It is easily forgotten and overlooked but certainly didn't disappoint.
The bar is upstairs away from the main floor. It's spacious with ample seating, well lit and nicely presented with draught beers (lager and IPA / ale) as well as a good stock of wine and spirits. They make cocktails and have a small selection on the drinks menu. However, the bartender went above and beyond and made an Old Fashioned (a fave of mine) with no fuss and it was spot on. The drinks were very reasonably priced.
The bar wasn't that busy....perhaps they should do more to advertise their great bar, especially before a concert. A hidden gem!

Popped in before a show and we were very hungry, being a steak lover and having gone to gauchos in Leicester Square decided to try this one out. The restaurant was fairly empty but it was early in the day so we were seated very quickly. The atmosphere was really nice and the decor in the restaurant was really good. I found the staff to be very friendly and attentive and the service was exceptional as well. The food itself was great. The steak was really juicy and tasty as were the accompanying sources. My wife opted for the aubergine as she’s not a massive meat lover and she really found it to be tasty as well, sides were decent, I have had better but they complimented the mains very well. The one critique I will have is on the two persons table. The chair is pretty uncomfortable. I had to sit on the sofa next to my wife after I ate. All in all I had a great experience.

This is one of the most expensive dining options in the Arena but justifiably so, with it providing an exceptional steak one weekend lunchtime. The place is truly huge, with a large number of tables across multiple floors. The greeting from staff was superb and gave a really high end feel, with our table being located on a small balcony overlooking the main Arena entrance. This was a lot quieter and relaxed than inside the main dining area and worked really well. Everywhere was spotlessly clean including the toilets and the decor lovely.
As per the usual Gaucho experience you’re offered to view the meat board and the staff are very knowledgeable about the menu. Wine options by carafe is a good touch and there’s some very nice cocktails. Our starters of empanadas were served too quickly in all honesty, arriving before the drinks, but they were delicious. I ordered the fillet steak medium-rare and it was cooked to perfection, along with each of the sides being spot on too with the portion sizes of each great. Desert was no less enjoyable and rounded everything off perfectly.
It’s far from a cheap option but for a more special occasion you won’t be disappointed and I will certainly be returning.

Tried the gaucho platter and i prefer the lomo and picanha cuts. Tasty argentinian steak. The sides were really good as well. We got the spinach, mushroom and brocolli. Butterfly prawns were really good and had a bit of a soicy kick to it. The recommended villa patricia malbec perfectly fits with the meal.

This isn't my inaugural visit to the Gaucho chain, but it marks my first experience at their O2 branch. As anticipated, the decor adheres to the standard set by all their restaurants, evoking the ambiance of a traditional steak/meat establishment. Opting for the beef tartare left me somewhat underwhelmed, particularly due to its portion size, resembling what could be described as a moderately poached egg. However, the steak and accompanying sauces proved delightful, especially when paired with a Malbec from Mendoza, further enhancing the meaty indulgence.

Nice atmosphere at nandos. That’s on the bright side of the review. Had to wait to be given a table(I understand because place was crowded) eventually got in and was given 2 options for order. At the till or online. Did mine online. It was fast and efficient. Orders started coming till they didn’t. People that got in way after me got their order before us. Asked why and apparently there was a mixup. The burgers weren’t too much to my taste but were ok. Ditto for the corn on cob. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, will hope any other visit will be better than this.

I went back again and the service was even better compared to last time. Really impressed.

The food took ages to arrive and I had to send my wrap back because it was cold. If I wanted a cold wrap, a meal deal at any major supermarket is a cheaper option. My wife was poorly the next day after eating a poorly heated (not cooked) butterfly chicken. I don’t recommend and I would steer clear of the place until they learn about heating chicken properly.
Jason Grant - 8 months ago
The food here is absolutely delicious! I've tried nandos all around the city but surprisingly you could taste the difference because here it tasted so much more fresh. I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the food.
We had the plant based, great imitator. Last time I had the burger one and it was terrible but this time I had with wrap and it's absolutely delicious!
The system is still to queue up on the phone. They have three or two floors but only one floor was open which I didn't understand why and because of that, it lead us to wait for half hr to get a table and when we did get a table half of the restaurant was empty. Not sure why they making customers wait so long.
If the food hadn't reached to our expectations then this nandos wouldn't have been worth it but the ambiance, food and staff were excellent.

Tucked into a great location just outside the O2 in the peninsula opposite the food court. You’ll find a cosy small inside area and an extensive outdoor area with plenty of patio heaters.
The menu has all the traditional simple favourites like steak and burgers and a really expensive bar so this is a very popular place for pints and spirits and shots
There are lots of people who were catching a meal before heading into the O2 for a show
My food came pretty quickly and was on point, so no complaints
If you check out the photos, you’ll see what I ordered £30

I sat at this restaurant next to the O2 waiting for a gig and the waiter brought me the bill as soon as I was done eating.
I didn't ask for the bill?
"Ah but the manager said we should do this because we need to make sure we're making spaces available. " (there were still loads)
It's rude to assume I won't have another without asking though?
"Do you want another? "
Maybe. Do you understand how it feels like you're trying to rush us out?
Then 12.5% service charge.
Robbed me of opportunity to express my distaste with being discarded after a sale.
Food was alright, service was not.

We had the most delightful dining experience at Zizzi's O2!
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy atmosphere. The decor is charming and creates a perfect setting for a relaxed meal.
The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive.
They offer a kid’s menu which our 5 year old boy really enjoyed. We had the Antipasti share platter for starters, the perfect companion for an ice cold Peroni!!! served in a frosted glass.
Great food, excellent service, and a lovely ambiance – what more could you ask for?

I visited place a week back. It was easily reachable near cineworld cinema.
About the place
- Staff welcomed us and suggest us couple of places to seat, we prefer quite corner but yeah there are multiple type of seating arrangements available like sofa and chairs.
Food & Drinks
- Food menu was fantastic design and very well explained of ingredients. We preferred vegetarian food and there are plenty of options available as compared to other places like pasta, garlic bread, pizza, lasagna, spaghetti etc. (Definitely more option for non vegetarian).
- we chose garlic bomb which was special dish and lasagna for 2 people and couple of cocktails .
- The taste of lasagna was super delicious and it just melt the moment i put bite in my mouth. There were 7 layers of pasta and Italian sauce , it was just delicious.
Service
- staff understand what exactly you are looking for and also gives a suggestion on choosing food and drink. 5/5 for staff and i dont have to wait long for food.

We eat here for the first time, the atmosphere was quite nice, the staff was kind and friendly, waiting time for food was short, the prices are medium expensive, what I can say about the dishes is that if you expect the real carbonara, the recipe is not like in Italy, but is very tasty and you will not be disappointed!
I really recommend!
for dessert I can recommend Ice cream and also is not like in Italy

A friend and I visited Zizzi after a night of dancing. The restaurant was not busy, so we chose to go there.
The service was prompt and friendly. The food, for the most part, was just ok. I felt my calamari was not crispy enough, and my pasta sauce needed more seasoning.
This is more to my personal taste.
The decor of the restaurant was quite festive and bright. The wooden floors, though, were very slippery, with 2 different patrons almost falling over.
Zizzi 's is a lovely restaurant with a good menu and prices, but for me, it did not have the wow factor.

I’m here to see Tool at the o2 North Greenwich and went to Zizzi inside beforehand. My server was Svitlana. She was very helpful and ensured my food was gluten free. I didn’t take a photo of my main but I had the 5 cheese pasta which was very nice. This was followed by the salted chocolate brownie.

Great private lounge in the O2 arena. Several other reviewers seem very keen to complain about this site, but in reality it is quite good - you have access to private bars, clean facilities, comfortable seating, and direct access to the arena without the huge queues! Great drinks menu and decent bar food which costs what one would expect in a massive arena. Definitely recommended, *much* better than queuing up with the rest of the folks outside!

Great place to go before a show. Drinks and food are a little expensive but it's the 02 and it's London so shouldn't be surprised. A little disappointed that you can't see out in to the arena as there are curtains there but still better than waiting outside.
Arron Balcombe - 6 years ago
It could be a lovely relaxed area and has lots of potential. However more bar staff are needed. If you're buying a drink I would buy more than one at a time (but they are expensive £13 for a double spirit and £10 for a cocktail) otherwise you will have a very long wait to be served again. More seating would be nice. We ate in one of the restaurants around the arena. Glad we did as there were ques for food in the backstage area and nowhere to sit and enjoy it. Been there and done it now. Probably wouldn't do it again.

Fab bar. Cool drinks & atmosphere. Has a few things going on for concert goers like VR or glitter face decorations. Mocktails & food too. Slightly cheaper than the O2 itself.
Yasmine Dahal - 5 years ago
The plus points are that it gives you fast entry to the arena and the lounge area is lovely. Also loads of staff on hand to help. The downsides, unfortunately, are pretty bad.
Drinks are stupid prices (nearly £13 for a double, and not good quality), and the food is surprisingly bad. We ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a vegan burger with fries for £30. The former was badly overdone/tough and the latter was barely warm & tasteless. When a previous review said a couple quid Maccy D's was better they weren't wrong. It's clearly cooked and kept warm so they can deal with potentially large volumes of orders, but it really shouldn't be £15 a pop if that's the case.
And it made no sense that the curtains remain closed so you can't actually see the support acts.
I know it's a London arena so it's bound to be expensive, and I know entry is free so I shouldn't expect too much, but for me there's not enough actual incentives to want to try it again.
