What a great choice for a special meal on a day out to watch a show. Starting with a nice greeting at the door & shown to our table. The server gave us our menus and talked us through the Steaks on offer, from size to taste & so on. My wife had a stunning ribeye Steak & I had a New York Strip that tasted amazing & was a perfect medium rare. The chips had a great crunch & full of fluffy potato. The stunning garlic mushroom rounded of a great plate of flavour 😋

Great place! Food was so delicious, service was on point throughout and the team were kind enough to treat us for deserts and wine for our Wedding Anniversary, which was such a lovely surprise!! THANK YOU!!! Hope to come back soon!

Had the best beef tartare I’ve ever tasted incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor.
The steak was just as impressive: juicy, tender, and beautifully charred on the outside. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and know how to prepare them right.
The restaurant was very clean and had a refined, welcoming atmosphere. It is on the expensive side, so not an everyday spot, but definitely worth it for a special occasion or when you want to treat yourself. Highly recommended for steak and tartare lovers.

One of the best steakhouses in london. Quality of the beef is always top tier. Good selection of cuts. I always go for the fillet. Nice big portion of creamy mash potato (probably the tastiest mash i've had) and garlic infused mushrooms on the side. The venue has a chilled vibe and classy decor befitting of a high end steakhouse. Staff are well versed on the menu and are happy to provide recommendations

We had an excellent dining experience at Goodman in London. From start to finish, everything was top tier. We ordered the Irish fillet and the Australian 140 day grain fed ribeye and both cuts were outstanding. The meat quality was exceptional rich in flavor, tender, and cooked to absolute perfection.
The atmosphere was warm and elegant, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. The staff really knew their menu and offered great recommendations.
We ended the meal with the white chocolate crème brûlée which was the perfect balance of creamy and crisp, with a subtle sweetness that wasn’t overpowering.
If you’re a steak lover, Goodman is definitely a must visit in London. Quality, consistency, and flavor, they nailed it. Highly recommended!

This place was INCREDIBLE. Beautiful store. The artistic displays of dishes was probably my favorite thing but the store is known for it's fabulous fabric and it was pretty spectacular. Spent quite a bit of time here and absolutely adores the aesthetics.

Absolutely wonderful store with a fantastic eye for decoration, design, and fashion. During the holidays and pre holidays they setup an amazing selection of decorations and other fun associated items. Beyond that there are many levels to explore and free facilities which is an added bonus. A must see if you’re in the area.

A must whenever we visit Liberty!
We love the fabric section.
It’s got perfume, make up, jewelries, household products, clothing, sewing patterns/fabrics, spa, etc. There are so many beautiful things around it’s hard to take them all in. You need to give yourself time and just explore.

150year old department !!
This is not just ordinary department, it is a living history where you can appreciate. The beauty of architecture and the way they display the products on each floor. I was amazed with the charm of this building. There was a special exhibition about the collection of patch work and it was so awesome. I had so much fun to look around.

Liberty London is a beautiful and unique store — walking through it feels like stepping back in time. The wooden interior and historic charm make it one of the most atmospheric places to shop in London. Many guests love the curated selection of fashion, beauty, and home items, especially the iconic Liberty prints. It’s a great place to find special gifts or something a bit different from typical department stores.
Staff are generally helpful and knowledgeable, though a few guests have mentioned that service can vary depending on the department. The store is often described as calm and welcoming, a nice contrast to the busier shops nearby.

The food is very good. The portion is as you could imagine for tapas. Though, nothing particularly stands out as memorable. The paella was the only one I could remember the taste of.
Service is good, very professional and proper. The food is slightly salty for mr but maybe depending on individual's taste.
We got a little too much and couldn't finish our meals so we asked to doggy bag it home as they asked us to sign a waiver.

Great atmosphere with a glamorous vibe. The waiters were excellent and very attentive. Spanish food tasted authentic esp the paella! I’d highly recommend turron, it was one of the best desserts I’ve tried!

5 stars no notes. Our host, Ray, who doubled as a sommelier was knowledgeable and personable. I recommend visiting in the evening in the week as we had the place to ourselves. Perfect for a romantic date night. The food was delicious I highly recommend the black seafood croquettes, octopus and the pork tenderloin. The wine was delicious, served well and the staff aka Ray was friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly (as we were the only people there) however it tasted fresh and was served hot. Order at least 8 plates for 2 people as the portions are small - however executed very well.

I booked this place for me and my friends. It was 4 of us. And I can definitely recommend this place as it’s amazing. It’s has many great options of drinks and food. Amazing rooftop and nice music. Food was so delicious 🤤 we will definitely come back 😉

Aqua Nueva was good.
The food was very very tasty. Tasty to the point we were quite let down they were so strict with portions. The peppers were surprisingly very good, well spiced and all.
The skewers also were quite nice, but portions yet again. lol
I think one thing I liked was the fact you could shuffle through all the drinks on a “free flow” brunch plan, unlike other places that restrict you to one type drink all through the time allowed.
It’s dissatisfying getting up from an £80 “brunch”, but still quite hungry. A sentiment shared by more than one person in our 4 person group.

Our server Andrea was a pleasure to deal with. Very hospitable and his service was excellent.
Polite, courteous and just a joy.
The food was amazing, I had the steak and kidney pie and it’s easy to see why this place has so many awards for their pies. The sticky toffee pudding was decadent
We all ate so much that we left the place in a food coma…..
Definitely a must go to if you’re in London.

We stopped here for a late lunch, and decided to split a pie in order to have room for dessert. We tried the black pudding Scotch egg which was especially good when paired with the sauce. The yolk was cooked perfectly with a creamy center.
We opted for the steak & kidney pie, and it was superb! It was the first time in my life I thought that kidneys were tasty. The kidney bits really complemented the richness of the steak and mushrooms.
Then we got a sticky-toffee pudding to share, and it was amazing! The cake was warm and not too sweet, which made it a perfect match for the ice cream and sweet caramel pool beneath it. Definitely one of the best desserts I've ever had.
The staff are friendly, and it's a really comfortable, clean space. Highly recommend!!

Overall we had a great time. We ordered two pies which were mistakingly not put into the system so we ended up waiting an hour without food. The staff was very nice and comped our meal. The food tasted delicious and was well worth the wait. Would recommend.

It was an absolute delight to dine here. We had Smoked Salmon, Sausage Roll and the suprise main star the Scotch Eggs (so good we had to get it twice) for starters. After that we had Shepherds Pie and Steak pie with a very generous veggies serving which were even better than we had anticipated. The Sticky Toffee Pudding and Eton Mess were also very delightful.
But i would say, this evening wouldn't have been this wonderful without our serve Patrick. His enthusiastic and positive demeanor lightened up our exhaustion from travelling, and made the entire experience very special. Special Shout-out to Patrick, and of course a huge thank you to the entire waiters and waitresses, and the chefs.
We will be back for sure and we look forward to being served by you lads again.
Cheers, mates!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A Hidden Gem in Cavendish Square!
I recently visited The Phoenix Pub and was blown away by the cozy atmosphere and great service. The pub has a charming, traditional vibe with modern touches that make it feel welcoming and relaxed. The staff are incredibly friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about the experience they provide.
The food was delicious—try the fish and chips if you’re looking for something classic and comforting! Their selection of beers is impressive, with plenty of local options to choose from. Whether you’re here for a quiet drink or a lively evening with friends, this pub has the perfect setting.
Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. Will definitely be coming back!

Good to relax after shopping. There were many people were waiting for tables, but luckily I got it quickly as I was alone. The food and the service were good, too even they were busy.

The pizza was nice however the risotto was overcooked. The desserts were not really well done. The restaurant is quite packed and not very large. There were streams of people coming and going. More mainstream tourist restaurant than ideal place to have a quiet decent meal.
N Fowler - 5 years ago
The food is affordable and the staff were amazing. The only downside is that the starters are average at best. The cookie dough lava cakes is sublime. I think it is my all time favourite dessert. For any chocolate chip cookie lovers out there, this is the holy grail of desserts.
Tasha K - 7 years ago
Lovely food as usual. I had the new Frutti de mare pizza and it was amazing! Packed with seafood, so much flavour. Brilliant. Hubby had Diavola Calzone as the menu recommended it went with his drink of choice. He enjoyed it all. Kids menu is always a winner with our little girl. From the veg dipper starters to the build your own pizza (she only adds tomatoes), to the ice cream dessert - she loves it all!
The staff were friendly and attentive even though it was very busy with people queing out the door to get a table.
The duty manager was taking good care of the queues and handing out menus while people waited.
All in all a lovely meal with friendly wait staff.

The food was delicious, but it wasn’t served on time. The waiter was very friendly, and when he found out we were from Iran, he said he knew a little Persian, which was really cute. The atmosphere was nice overall, but the tables were placed too close together, one of my guests even got stuck.

We were underwhelmed with our afternoon of tea and cakes but the staff were so attentive that I've boosted what would have been a lower rating. We started with a glass of fizz which was surprisingly crisp and refreshing. Our initial round of espressos were lukewarm but our friendly server made adjustments and they were perfect for the rest of our visit. Desserts were almost all disappointing, which was a let down after enjoying such fresh, tasty sandwiches. The macarons however, were excellent. A pleasant experience though I'm not sure that we will return.

I don't know what they do to beef, but it is the bomb. It made me cry tears of joy. I'm not joking. I have visited this place 4 times and never been disappointed. The service is exceptional - they even always remember which is my favourite wine The chips and side dishes are also really good - I particularly like the onion & tomato salad with fresh herbs. They could improve their limited beer selection...

Discovered L'express Coffee Company while dining nearby.
This no frills eatery captivated me because you choose what you want for a fixed price.
Prices start at 6.90 to 10.50.
So obviously for 10.50 you can have everything in the cheaper range.
The 9.50 is probably sufficient as the 10.50 box is just wider.
I chose the 10.50 because for that selection there was lasagne, chicken curry, chilli con carne, peri peri chicken, rice noodles which are all my favourites and additionally I can get anything from the other range like houmous, salad etc.
I got mainly the hot items because it was the things I wanted so imagine how joyful it was having chili con carne, lasagne and curry in one meal.
The chicken curry was really comforting as it was just like the school one while the chili con carne and lasagne were just as good.
The potatoes wedges were to my liking as they were soft and fluffy.
You can also order sandwiches and baked potatoes at the far end.
According to the internet, they used to be located in Holborn.
Will definitely return.
There is seating outside so on a pleasant day it's a great place to enjoy the food.
