We decided to went to Alice House at Queen's Park last Sunday. The food is superb as you can see from the pictures, we had some padrón peppers before with bloody mary (but I forgot to do a photo) as a starter. The portions are good and very enjoyable. The service was good and the atmosphere also. Toilet available and clean. Raccomended Yes.

In my understanding of a bar, there should be nice music in the background while you enjoy your drink and have a conversation with friends, feeling immersed in the atmosphere. Here, however, the music was incredibly loud — to the point where you can’t hear the person in front of you at all. Personally, I don’t understand why people enjoy places like this, but I respect it. That being said, the bartenders were incredibly sweet and helpful, and the drinks were both good and served quickly. Overall, the place itself is quite nice.

We absolutely love coming to GAIL’s Queen’s Park for our London Girls Book Club “Knead to Read” meet ups! The café has such a calming feel and the team are always incredibly kind and accommodating to our group. We’ve had 35–40 girls attend some of our meet ups and there is always a great amount of space throughout the café, which makes it such a lovely place to host our events. Whether we’re chatting about our latest reads, catching up over coffee or meeting new people, the atmosphere always feels relaxed, friendly and inviting. All of the staff members are soooo lovely, they always go above and beyond, including labelling 30–40 drinks for us, handing out lots of surplus food, helping us get set up and with so much more. We always end up chatting about books, having a laugh together and getting a group photo at the end of every meet up! We’re so grateful that they host us for our book club most months across the year and make us feel so welcome every time. Such a special community space with amazing coffee, delicious bakes and the loveliest team. Thank you for always making our meet ups so wonderful! 💛

Remarkable how much you can pay for such an unfriendly experience. The staff look permanently stressed, the service feels rushed and joyless, the food is average, and they don’t even give you a tissue with your pastry. For these prices, I expect far better. In my country, Italy, this would buy breakfast for two people, with greater quality and with a SMILE.

Gail’s in queens park has indoos sitting and breakfast is again delicious as always. Perfect spot for a breakfast. Scrambbled eggs with avocado as side was very delicious. I really love this chain and this one is also perfect for service.

I love my morning cappuccino, but the most I love most is the positive attitude of one team member. Her name is Karol. She is a very friendly and super sweet person. Always makes me feel welcome and makes coffee the way I like. Thank you 👌

Lovely local pub and dining room. Had a couple of little picky bits as the starters looked big and we wanted to save ourselves for dessert. Bread was fabulous, cured trout and braseola style meat. Lamb and cod main enjoyed. You have to order sides separately which I find frustrating. Excellent dessert choices. Particularly the creme brulee and Basque cheesecake! Service was good and attentive. We'll be back.

This really is a find ! Had a family outing and could not have picked a more chilled and wonderful gastro pub. The place is split between the pub and dining area. The food is of real quality, something sadly lacking from most dining experiences in London . The staff were attentive and , refreshingly knowledgeable about all the food on the menu. The food is outstanding, the cheeseburger ( and I have had a few in my time ...) was absolutely to die for ! We all had two courses and glasses of wine and an excellent ale (IPA) which came to £50 a head INCLUDING service. It remains a little bit of a secret in Queens Park... however I would be very happy to return. 5*

Brilliant pub, very impressed. The food is outstanding, but it still feels relaxed and accessible. We tried the crab linguine, oysters, parmesan churros, burratta with rhubard/beetroot, venison (cooked to perfection) and the snickers dessert, and everything was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is exactly what you want from a local - busy (but not chaotic), good music, lovely interiors/art, great service, and lovely staff. We will defo be back to try the Sunday roast - heard amazing things!!

We had dinner at the Salusbury Pub, served by Jose for the second time this January, now one of our favourite hidden gems. I loved the Côte de boeuf with triple-cooked chips, garden salad, and peppercorn sauce, and the January offer was a nice bonus. Overall, a great experience!

I got delivery from them and the food was tasty - I particularly loved the Saag Bhaji! Super tasty with excellent balance of garlic. I’m only taking 1 star off because the vegetable curry and Bhuna were incredibly oily, it was far too much oil. Great mix of vegetables though and the chicken was cooked very well - tender, hot and plump.

What you want from your local curry establishment is fresh and tasty curry that is consistently fresh and tasty. Queens definitely ticks those boxes. A lot of curry restaurants have issues with consistency and more than often you get a bad one that can be too oily with chewy chicken, etc. At queens tho, always tender chicken that’s fresh, the sauce is always thick and not too oily. I personally go for a chicken madras, plain rice with an onion salad and mint sauce. If you want a non fancy straight forward tasty curry that you don’t have to worry about getting a dodgy one then this is the place …definitely if you are local to the Queen’s Park area. I’ve had a curry from most of the local ones in Kilburn/Queen’s Park, but this one has been the most consistent and reliable one of them all. I don’t know about dining in it seems ok but I’m not sure I’d go for a family meal or a date there, but I like eating at home so….anyways I’ve been meaning to give this place a review and finally got around to it. Oh the staff and owner are all very pleasant and friendly price is ok, not the cheapest but not too expensive, normally cost me £15.

I ordered at take away on Just Eat 07/12/2021. My food was absolutely delicious and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the food. I ordered a Chicken Vindaloo, a portion of plain rice and 4 Puris. I was very pleased to discover that this restaurant does Puris, as not all Indian restaurants do and it is one of my favourite Indian breads. I will definitely be ordering again from Queens. Well done guys keep up the good work. For those of you who are slating this restaurant and saying it is bad, I have to disagree. I am also Indian myself so I know a good curry from a bad one.

I arrived just minutes before closing time; at the entrance, I asked the security guard if they were still open, and he told me that for me, they were open. Everyone carries an invisible sign that reads "make me feel important," and the security guard's response truly made me feel important. I have to ask: is it normal for this store to stop functioning properly as soon as the first heatwave hits? For a couple of weeks now, the refrigerators at this branch haven't been working—sometimes partially, sometimes completely—so there’s essentially no food available, other than items that don't require refrigeration, of course. I really do like M&S, but it’s a downer that they can’t cope in this sort of weather.

Bit small so you can't get *everything*, but the customer service is great. Everyone is polite, they greet you, they say goodbye and are helpful if you need something. Really makes a difference

Nice place good location ​Good store, but the security alarms are way too sensitive. The alert went off when I walked in before I even touched anything, and it went off again after I paid and was leaving. It made me feel very uncomfortable and paranoid. security came to check abit as i did payment because I had just paid, but M&S should really fix how easily these alarms are triggered.

Excellent breakfast. I had the Mediterranean plate and it was not only beautifully prepared, it was absolutely delicious. My son had the French toast with berries and my husband had a traditional English breakfast - all good! Simona was our waitress and she was very attentive and kind. Highly recommend

My fav brunch place in Queens Park - I know that they don’t change their menu much, but the food never disappoints and the coffee is somehow the best in the are :) on top of that they are dog friendly, which makes our Frenchie really happy. My fav is the corn fritters with a poached egg and halloumi.

We're visiting from Germany and we were very pleasantly surprised. Both the service from all the hosts and the food were excellent. We received a very warm welcome and were treated with genuine hospitality! The two of us shared the egs royal which was a bit a small portion and the shakshuka which was good. Afterwards we shared the Pancakes which was definetly the best value for money and very delicous. We didn't have to wait long at all. There were very mixed guests from young to old and the ambiance was cute. The quality, taste, look of the food and service were outstanding however not cheap and not the biggest portions. Anyway if we lived here, we'd definitely come back more often (-;

I recently celebrated my birthday at Bobs Cafe in Queens Park, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was absolutely outstanding. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive, but a special mention has to go to our server Elida, who went above and beyond to make my birthday feel extra special. Her energy lit up the room, and nothing was too much trouble. We had children with us, and the team were so accommodating and patient, which made the celebration completely stress-free for everyone. Despite being busy, everything ran smoothly and efficiently, and we felt genuinely looked after throughout the evening. The restaurant itself is beautiful. I loved all the plants, greenery and thoughtful details throughout the space, which create such a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. It's one of those places where you instantly feel comfortable and want to stay a little longer. The combination of excellent service, a gorgeous setting and a team that truly cares made for a really memorable birthday celebration. Thank you to everyone at Holy Cow for making the day so special. We will definitely be back!

Starbucks is always nice, more attention to the service. I paid almost 10 pounds and the spoon for my cappuccino wasn't included. I understand that Need it brought austerity, but a standard spoon instead the take away stick would be better. However, the staff provided after my request. Pay always attention to the service!

Decent sized clean Starbucks store that is cashless. Coffee is good and they have good festive/seasonal drinks on the menu (eggnog,pumpkin spice, toffee nut). The store is a little dark and the staff are not the most lively, but good overall.

This is one of the best coffee shops I've ever been to and I've been to a lot, i travel nationwide, the staff are excellent, they have the best customer service so friendly and welcoming, had the best conversation with some random people here left there with stomach ache after laughing so hard, would recommend a stop here to everyone, the coffee was spot on too

I wanted to try something new and ordered a drink I never tasted before. Unfortunately I didn’t like it at all, then one of the employees noticed that I was not too happy with my choice and offered to make me a new drink FOR FREE. Even tho it was totally my fault for ordering something I didn’t like. That was such a kind gesture and totally made my day!!! The lady at the counter was also very friendly. So thank you to all staffs of this Starbucks, and an EXTRA big thank you to the employee that made me a new drink! :)

I had a great experience at Mr Fish London. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I brought along a few packets of halal chili sauce to enhance my meal and politely asked the manager for permission to use them. They were very accommodating and allowed me to do so, which I really appreciated. The customer service was exceptional — staff members were attentive and attentive to my needs. As for the food, the fish and chips were cooked to perfection; crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. Overall, a fantastic place to enjoy quality fish and chips with excellent service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in a friendly environment.

Such a fun experience taking part in the Dare to Dip Challenge! We got to try 7 different wing flavours and guess what they were, which made it really interactive and something a bit different. The wings were delicious, full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The owners were absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Great food, great atmosphere and a brilliant experience overall. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you for having me.

This place was advertised on social media, so I thought I'd give it a try. Glad I did, the food is really good. I started with prawns in batter, very tasty in a light crispy batter. Followed by a large cod and chips, freshly cooked and melting in the mouth. Overall, a great place to visit when you're hungry

This is our 2nd time and i cld gladly say, the best fish & chip is here! This time we ate the spicy cod n chilli haddock. The grilled chilli haddock is so so good! Definitely! The kids love it here, the service, the variety of food n beverages. Just marvelous. Manisha were so nice and make it ever so homely for us here. We will definitely come again if we drop by London!

Food was very very good, service was excellent. We went two days in a row it was so good. The servers should be paid to teach other restaurants how to serve guests. (Teach the french pls!) Will be back next time we’re in London. Only suggestion: To have a super spicy sauce/oil as a side option. I promise some of is non-Brits can handle it 😉

If you're craving authentic Asian cuisine, SUDU is the place to be. After almost two weeks in London, I was longing for teh tarik and traditional Asian toast, and discovering this restaurant was a delightful relief. The menu offers a genuine taste of Malaysia, and the flavors did not disappoint. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Here's a polished review: I had the Nasi Lemak and really enjoyed it. The chicken was cooked perfectly, with a juicy and tender texture. The sambal had just the right level of spice and added plenty of flavour without overpowering the dish. A very satisfying meal, and I'd happily come back to try more of the menu.

I had a very nice experience at this restaurant. The food was really delicious, everything is homemade, and the menu offers a great variety of authentic Malaysian dishes, making it the perfect place to discover the cuisine. The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and always smiling, which made my dinner even more enjoyable. And the cherry on top: after your meal, don't miss the hidden speakeasy, it transports you back to 1957 during the Malaysan independence, for a unique cocktail experience. The bartenders are truly passionate, and every drink tells a story. It's the perfect way to end you evening. 饮胜!

I found this place on a hungover day in the office and it is now my whole offices go to Friday lunch spot. The food is insane and very fresh. It doesn’t look like much but I can’t recommend it enough to locals seeking a quick delicious lunch. Such a gem of a spot and very grateful for it
