Very good pub, with great ambiance and there was even live music. The staff is absolutely fantastic and very kind. I just took 1 star off as the food was good but my dish was quite cold. The fish however was perfect cooked and warm, so I imagine it was because they reheated the beans. But overall a very nice place with good value

I came here for Sunday roast and the atmosphere and pub itself was really nice however there are a few pain points. 

The vegetarian roast was half an aubergine as a meat replacement and although the menu says all roasts come with a Yorkshire, it didn’t and upon ordering one as the plate is otherwise solely vegetables (for £18), I was charged and extra £1.50 for it? 

The service was friendly but most seemed super stressed. We had our orders taken but had to ask for the Yorkshire pudding twice and then weren’t ever checked on after ordering. 

Overall, it’s a nice pub when it’s not busy but felt like £30 for an aubergine and veg roast with a pint of cider was too much.

Alice is truly a neighborhood social. Service is fantastic, staff is phenomenal, and the ambience is warm and welcoming. Alcohol and music are top notch. What is not to like about the place!!

Had dinner with friends. Live music, nice pints and food was really good. We all had fish with veggies and enjoyed it. Would definitely come back to try more.

I came here for my birthday party and booked the mezzanine section of the pub for about 20 people. The staff from the bartenders to the bouncers were all so kind and made the night so much fun. The DJ was amazing and was playing so many great songs. My friends and I had such a good time and everyone was raving about it afterwards.

Popped in here for a quick breakfast while stuck in traffic. Very pleasant staff and gorgeous food. Definitely try the sausage roll! Quality produce and excellent taste. Highly recommend.

Huge selections of pastries, cakes, bread & cookies. All looking great and enticing. But we would prefer the croissant to be warmed up but the lady at the counter unapologetically refused to do it. Coffee isnt so great, warm sufficiently but plain.

I come here quite often but no more. The staff are invariably surly, as though customer service is a bit of a bore. Go to Monmouth Street coffee and see how it should be done. The food is very good but I would argue overpriced and the coffee is not as good as it could be. The tables are often left in a mess and customers clear away themselves. They’ve had my 3 strikes and I’m out.

I love my morning cappuccino, but the most I love most is the positive attitude of one team member. Her name is Karol. She is a very friendly and super sweet person. Always makes me feel welcome and makes coffee the way I like. Thank you 👌

Gail's is one of the best bakery in London and I have been going to Queens Park one for the last 5 years. All most all of products are top notch specially seeded bread. I wish they could have continued with scrambled eggs on toast for take away but post crone not avaible!!

We had a really nice dinner here - we both had pizza and were really impressed. The service was also lovely and we really couldn’t have asked for a nicer waiter! Only complaint is the price as over £15 for a pizza does just feel quite steep as once we’d had one drink each it pushed the bill to £25 per head. Maybe they could consider doing a pizza and a drink bundle deal or reducing their prices somewhat

I come here every Tuesday for a couple of pints of their very kept Guinness. Musics always great, pizzas look fab and bar staff are very friendly. Keep it up guys! Lovely pub!

Really nice neighbourhood pub with good pizza and above average food at reasonable prices. Service if prompt and friendly. Weekend evenings are extremely busy and the noise level can be deafening during peak hours.

Dining room felt a bit odd but the waiter was great. Had Barnsley chop👍. Clearly the pub buys good ingredients. Flavour all around, esp the greens.

The atmosphere was so quaint and lovely. It was very wonderful English experience of an awesome pub. I highly recommend you try this place while in London. The service was a 10 out of 10. The food and drinks were all phenomenal. I wish I had gone a few more times to try other items on the menu. I got this pizza for the lady at the next table and a fabulous looking pizza and I just couldn’t turn it down!

I got delivery from them and the food was tasty - I particularly loved the Saag Bhaji! Super tasty with excellent balance of garlic. I’m only taking 1 star off because the vegetable curry and Bhuna were incredibly oily, it was far too much oil. Great mix of vegetables though and the chicken was cooked very well - tender, hot and plump.

Ive been coming here for takeaway and dining for many years and have still yet to find a better Indian cuisine. Same staff and chefs (I believe) for years and they get it right. Butter chicken and sag aloo is to die for!

Ordered the following via Delivery: - Chicken Schnitzel Burger with Sweet Fries (£18) - Warm Apple Pie (£7) Review: - The Chicken Schnitzel burger was good overall. However the avocado in my opinion doesn't really work within the burger. Either making it slightly subtler or removing it feels like it would be better. - Sweet fries were nice, you get a medium sized portion and they aren't overly sweet. - The warm apple pie was slightly disappointing as it was a tad too sweet overpowering the overall flavour. Pricing: The pricing is fairly steep for what you get as the average main dish is £15. For the burger, it is a big sized burger however I don't think it should be priced that high.

Visited Bob’s for breakfast on a busy Saturday morning. Seating was limited, but I understand that you can book in advance. We were walk-in. Food was excellent, service very efficient and friendly. We had 2X Full English Breakfast, 1X Orange Juice, 3X Tea. The price was £43 but I think it was worth it. We checked out Cafes in Salusbury Road and Bob’s was certainly one of the busiest and the best. Recommended. March 2024 Update: Visited again for an All Day Breakfast. Which is available until 4PM. Good service and good food (only suggestion is plates could have been warmed first) but all in all another good visit. See photos labelled March 2024.

My friends and I were staying in London for a week and Bob’s was the first place we came in London after flying in. It very quickly became our favorite spot and we came back on 4 or 5 different occasions throughout our 8 day stay because the service and food are incredible. Lyndon made us feel welcome in London and gave us great recommendations as first time travelers to the UK. Bob’s Cafe and Lyndon made us feel like we were at home and we are so thankful to have met a friend our first day in London! We will definitely be coming back next time we are in London!!!

Outstanding food, served with fantastic and friendly service. We felt welcomed from the moment we entered while not feeling pushed, we were ushered to a sweet table and offered menus. The team are all kind and accommodating. Not only were the meals and quality of drinks found to be top notch, but they were served in a very well timed fashion too. Compliments to the chef and kitchen crew. The taste was as delicious as the presentation. I highly recommend the All Day Breakfast selection, and it has to be said that a mean Cappuccino is made there. I also tasted one of their in-house made smoothies. Absolutely stunning flavours! A green mix in the glass that leaves one feeling refreshed from the inside, out. A beautiful palette cleanser. Overall, a wonderful experience was had at Bob's Cafe in Queens Park. This was our first visit, as we happened to have stumbled across it. It shall not be our last!

I enjoyed a great meal here. I had the Buttermilk Chicken Schnitzel, it was delicious. The restaurant had great ambience while the dining area and bathrooms were very clean. Staff were very professional and welcoming. The food was served very quickly.

An amazing experience. Food was so delicious. Tea and sake tasted so good too. Attention was superb. They fed us until our bellies were happy. Best of all is we shared time with our friends that work in the restaurant (Jose Perez and Jose Alberto). Certainly, we left the restaurant with lots of flavours in our mouths and looking forward to coming back again. Photos and video speak for ourselves!

This place was recommended by my daughter and didn’t disappoint. The food was delicious, freshly prepared and plentiful. We paid about £120 for 4 people, including tea/ non alcoholic drinks. I loved it there and I would go back very soon!

We went there to celebrate the birthday 🎂! Ordered a party sushi set, a prawn tempura, 3 rolls (Rainbow, California & Dragon) and a Shoyu Ramen. All are fresh and delicious! Good service as well.

Starbucks is always nice, more attention to the service. I paid almost 10 pounds and the spoon for my cappuccino wasn't included. I understand that Need it brought austerity, but a standard spoon instead the take away stick would be better. However, the staff provided after my request. Pay always attention to the service!

I wanted to try something new and ordered a drink I never tasted before. Unfortunately I didn’t like it at all, then one of the employees noticed that I was not too happy with my choice and offered to make me a new drink FOR FREE. Even tho it was totally my fault for ordering something I didn’t like. That was such a kind gesture and totally made my day!!! The lady at the counter was also very friendly. So thank you to all staffs of this Starbucks, and an EXTRA big thank you to the employee that made me a new drink! :)

Decent sized clean Starbucks store that is cashless. Coffee is good and they have good festive/seasonal drinks on the menu (eggnog,pumpkin spice, toffee nut). The store is a little dark and the staff are not the most lively, but good overall.

I asked a medium cod and chips and it was a reasonable size. The batter was very light and tasty. The chips were also good. Service was impeccable, the girl who served us was very polite and professional, she could fit very well in a 5* restaurant! The place is clean and tidy.

Food was lovely, portion is big and fulfilling. The restaurant is just opposite the train station and easy to locate. Unishaa was great and she accommodate to each of our questions and requests. Really love to come here again if I ever visit London again 💕

Extremely large portions (even for US standards). Got the mixed platter for two, I liked the white tail, mushrooms, scampi, and calamari (in that order). Also got the large Haddock with fries and Cod with potatoes (not pictured). Everything fried came out piping hot and no sogginess which was great to see. The Haddock was firm and full of flavor and the Cod was buttery and flaky. Tartar sauce came in a condiments squeeze bottle too which was awesome since I love a lot of tartar sauce. Fries were normal fries.

I was keen to try this restaurant and had high hopes. The food was good, but the meat in my rendang was quite tough. It feels somewhat unfair to judge the atmosphere just before closing time but it was a little cold and bleak at 9.30pm and smelled strongly of the spray being used to clean up. I'd probably go back a bit earlier next time and try something different

Amazing dining experience at SUDU - my family (from Malaysia) believe that this is the best and most authentic Malaysian restaurant in London. Every dish we tried was delicious, it took us back to Malaysia. Really recommend the Rojak salad, Nasi Goreng Kampung, Nasi Lemak and Curry Laksa. Many thanks to Khushi for her patience and exceptional service, she is very thoughtful and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

Had such a lovely experience dining here. The food is so comforting and delicious. The portions were just right and filled us up. we tried their laksa and trued different cocktails, their lychee and coconut cocktail was so good. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for good food and a casual comforting atmosphere.

We’ve been to SUDU a few times now and it has become our fav Queen’s Park neighbourhood restaurant. The food and the service are absolutely great. Our favs are their Laksa and Roti Cenai with egg - it’s the perfect combination of great food, lovely atmosphere and a great value for money. We will be back for sure.

It's been 6 months since I visited this place from the United States, and I still cannot get these dam fish and chips out of my mind. This was unmistakably the best fish and chips I have ever had in my life and I've tried the fish all along the West Coast, from Seattle to San Diego. The gentleman that work and own this shop have a lot of experience making fish and chips, and you can taste it. The fish is fresh and fried to a light golden crisp, and the homemade tartar sauce is unforgettable when mixed with the lemon mixed in. My fiancee and I ate here three times and we were never disappointed. Out of the 4 days we stayed and ate in London, I can STILL remember the taste of this place. I miss it and will absolutely be back when I return to london.
