4 Star Rating Very good pub, with great ambiance and there was even live music. The staff is absolutely fantastic and very kind. I just took 1 star off as the food was good but my dish was quite cold. The fish however was perfect cooked and warm, so I imagine it was because they reheated the beans. But overall a very nice place with good value

3 Star Rating Lovely staff. Super friendly. I liked the yellow peas hummus. Not a big fan of the celeriac and squash fritters. They were very oily and the chilli sauce needed a lot more chilli. My burger was nice, specially the chips. Super crispy. The house pickle could do with a but more vinegar or pickling time.

5 Star Rating I regularly visit this bakery in Queens Park two to three times a week. Over the past few weeks, I’ve really noticed a positive change – especially when it comes to the staff's friendliness and overall atmosphere. There’s one team member in particular who stands out: George. I asked for his name because his kindness and professionalism truly deserve recognition. Every time we’ve been served by him, he’s been warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. Just recently, my wife and I were there on a Sunday. George welcomed us with a smile, gave thoughtful recommendations, and after we had already picked up quite a few items, he kindly offered us one more to try – simply as a gesture of goodwill. He said something like, “Try this out – and if you like it, you’ll know for next time.” It wasn’t forced or pushy at all, just a sincere and generous moment that made our day. In the past, the service at this location sometimes felt a bit indifferent, which was surprising for a premium bakery. But now, with people like George and other new faces on the team, the atmosphere has improved noticeably. Huge credit to George – he brings genuine warmth to the place. I truly hope management recognises what a valuable team member they have. He’s definitely one of the reasons we keep coming back.

3 Star Rating Everything we ordered was alright, but not amazing, as I would expect for the price. We ordered 4 different savory brunch thing (pastrami sandwich, ham & spinach quiche, haloumi & bacon burger and a different quiche) but they just really weren't amazing, especially for £25. I felt quite rushed to order as well.

5 Star Rating I have come here consistently for the past 6 years and it made us feel that we moved to a nice area when we found this Gails. The food, staff and atmosphere is always great. It is always full and smell delicious whenever you pop in. I have probably eaten 80% of what they sell and am always very happy with it. I have only eaten in two or three times, as few things beat actually going into Queens park with delicious things from Gails, which is 3 minutes away. I highly recommend popping in whenever you are close! P.S. thanks for the straws :)

5 Star Rating We came with a 2 year old a bit worried that there might not be food for him or he'll be in the way. But the kids menu options were great. The food for him came really quickly and was really good temperature (wasn't boiling hot) so he could enjoy straight away! Later the toddler joined in and ate the adult food as well. Loving all of it! For us adults it was a very nice experience with a calm environment. Very good seating arrangements ( banquette seating ) , with plenty of space for the toddler to sit between the adults. The restaurant also provided a high chair. Food overall was amazing! Service was very pleasant, the place was cozy and cool!

5 Star Rating Had a chance to try out the new and reopened salusbury pub and I have to say the food and service was nothing but exceptional. As a group we tried the roast cod, cornish red chicken, ricotta agnolloti and Suffolk lamb as mains. Each and every dish was amazing. Personally I didn’t try the agnolloti myself, but heard nothing but compliments. The cod was paired with a lovely sauce and parsley oil, the chicken with what seemed like home made gnocci and the lamb with some potatoes, as I said everything was just delicious :D As a dessert we tried the custard tart with raspberries and that concluded out lovely lunch. Absolutely would reccomend this place to anyone.

5 Star Rating I came to this pub with a pal of mine and we decided to get food. I’ve been for drinks before and was overall very impressed with the atmosphere as well as obviously the pristine selection of drinks available, so figured we may as well get some food, hoping for it to live up to its first impression in the previous visit. It really did. Corona on tap to begin with felt severely casual compared to the genuine beauty of the starters prepared for us, going for the crab, the chicken Liver Parfe and the beef tatare, which by the way for someone who is extremely delicate around raw food took me completely off guard and I ended up polishing half the plate off on my own. For main course the lamb and chicken were the dishes of choice, both impressing majorly in one of my favourite meals in recent memory. Servers Connor, Lorna and Catrin were extremely helpful, being prompt with food as well as being friendly, even offering to open/close the door if we felt the temperature was too hot or cold. Desert of the donuts and custard tart were a fitting way to end off an incredible meal, both not too filling and tasting frankly delightful. Obviously at this point it would be rude not to order a couple of cocktails, so multiple were drank and were all prepared neatly and tasted spectacular. I am not a gigantic tipper however they could have had my wallet for all I care. Overall, the atmosphere, drink selection, amazing food and great staff culminate in this pub being a tremendous hybrid between a lively pub and also an enjoyable intimate dining experience. Will be going again in the coming weeks.

5 Star Rating This local pub is finally under new management, we ate here on one of the opening nights and had a full range of starters and desserts. The food was amazing, the staff lovely, attentive but not over the top. Everything we had was delicious but the cured sea bream and beef tartare really stood out. A lovely evening had by all. .

4 Star Rating I got delivery from them and the food was tasty - I particularly loved the Saag Bhaji! Super tasty with excellent balance of garlic. I’m only taking 1 star off because the vegetable curry and Bhuna were incredibly oily, it was far too much oil. Great mix of vegetables though and the chicken was cooked very well - tender, hot and plump.

5 Star Rating What you want from your local curry establishment is fresh and tasty curry that is consistently fresh and tasty. Queens definitely ticks those boxes. A lot of curry restaurants have issues with consistency and more than often you get a bad one that can be too oily with chewy chicken, etc. At queens tho, always tender chicken that’s fresh, the sauce is always thick and not too oily. I personally go for a chicken madras, plain rice with an onion salad and mint sauce. If you want a non fancy straight forward tasty curry that you don’t have to worry about getting a dodgy one then this is the place …definitely if you are local to the Queen’s Park area. I’ve had a curry from most of the local ones in Kilburn/Queen’s Park, but this one has been the most consistent and reliable one of them all. I don’t know about dining in it seems ok but I’m not sure I’d go for a family meal or a date there, but I like eating at home so….anyways I’ve been meaning to give this place a review and finally got around to it. Oh the staff and owner are all very pleasant and friendly price is ok, not the cheapest but not too expensive, normally cost me £15.

4 Star Rating Service is excellent with complimentary drinks at bill paying. Quick friendly service gets better with each visit. Food is typical of the genre where variation for supplementary dishes could be more imaginative but for this area and especially for London the prices are fantastic. ..fish and chips across the road costs more than an excellent dinner at Queens.

5 Star Rating I ordered at take away on Just Eat 07/12/2021. My food was absolutely delicious and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the food. I ordered a Chicken Vindaloo, a portion of plain rice and 4 Puris. I was very pleased to discover that this restaurant does Puris, as not all Indian restaurants do and it is one of my favourite Indian breads. I will definitely be ordering again from Queens. Well done guys keep up the good work. For those of you who are slating this restaurant and saying it is bad, I have to disagree. I am also Indian myself so I know a good curry from a bad one.

5 Star Rating I recently visited this restaurant for brunch with my friend and had an amazing experience. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived—everyone was friendly and attentive. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. I had the Mediterranean breakfast with a refreshing lemonade, both of which were fantastic. My friend ordered the hot chocolate and couldn’t stop raving about how delicious it was. We also tried the pancakes with bacon and fruit, which were heavenly, and the Eggs Benedict were top-notch. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy, but that wouldn’t stop me from coming back. I also loved the thoughtful touch of receiving a little card with our bill that’s biodegradable and has seeds, so you can plant it—such a great eco-friendly idea. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning to try more of their dishes. Highly recommend!

We ordered Egg Royales and Tacos for the main, the Vanilla Latte was a top notch. And we totally love the desserts as well, the Sticky Toffee and Cookie Dough Skillet. We really appreciate the services though! All the staffs were friendly, helpful, and quick! One of them saw us struggled taking selfies and she came to the rescue without us asking. This is not the cheapest option to have a brunch, but we think it worth the price.

5 Star Rating This place is a real gem in a sea of crappy yet pretentious London restaurants. The food is authentic as can get and reminded us of our travels to Japan. Especially the speed at which food is served! Can't tell you how many times we went to an "authentic" Japanese in London only to wait 40 minutes for a Donburi. The speed, quality and taste of this place is incredible. The staff is lovely as well. We will definetly be back to try the rest of the menu

5 Star Rating What a find. Just next door to Queens Park tube on the Bakerloo line. I discovered this place on Infatuation and really hoped it lived up to the Google reviews. It did! Gorgeous decor that complements that food and atmosphere. Even the disabled toilet is good looking and welcoming! And the food and service. Exemplary. The laksa is full full full with noodles and other good things. Best I’ve tasted in London. The nasi cam cam fish serving was delightful with the medley of fresh vegetables on the side. We even got complimentary pandan cake as it was my friend’s birthday. Service was polite and when a mistake on the order was made they voluntarily made it up to us. Soooo coming again. My mouth is watering just thinking of that laksa dish again! Highly recommended. We got there just before the dinner rush on a Sunday hence empty tables. It soon filled up!

5 Star Rating It wasn't that busy on a Sunday afternoon about 2pm. We made a reservation just in case but there were plenty of tables available. The servers were really nice and on top of cleaning plates, getting our order, and getting our bill (along with the card machine straight after which sometimes takes forever in some places 🤣) All the dishes we ordered were fantastic! We started off with a little chicke Satay. Pretty good taste but could be a little more grilled and flavoured. The star was the peanut sauce. It was lovely as it had a great balance of all favours and a nice spice throughout. Wish I could have bottled up that sauce for home. We also got the Kerabu which was a mango salad. Very refreshing and had some proper bite to it spice wise with the chopped up green chillies Finally we had the Nasi Lemak with Rendang. It was superb. You get a lot of the smaller things like the anchovies + chilli, sambal and coconut rice so it's good for getting a range of sides. All the small dishes were delicious and when mixed together it's such a great mixture of tastes, spices and textures (especially from the anchovies). The rendang was fantastic as well. Great rich flavours. Very much enjoyed my meal here! It's quite expensive though. I think it may be better to come here in a group so that a range of things can be tried. Would recommend though!

5 Star Rating Celebrated a friend’s 30th birthday here and it was just perfect from start to end. Even before arriving for our reservation, I got a message asking me to point out the birthday girl because they wanted to gift her dessert for her birthday. If this isn’t the sweetest thing I don’t know what is ❤️ Food was great, especially the rojak and popiah basah! Roti telur was great as well! Portions were generous so we left absolutely stuffed!! Already planning my third trip back! Little pocket of home :)

5 Star Rating walk past sudu all the time and really glad we finally got around to trying it. super tasty Malaysian food, properly spiced and tasted very authentic. ordered a few starters of which the best was probably the chicken berempah, the kecap wings and the satay chicken with the peanut sauce were also very nice though. roti canai with chicken kari is good but that laksa is amazing, really nice flavour in that broth with plenty of chicken prawn and tofu. a bit on the pricier side but the food is excellent
