5 Star Rating Review for The Greene Man: A very solid pub experience. The Greene Man stands out for being clean, well-maintained, and genuinely comfortable—something that’s not always a given with busy London pubs. The beer selection is strong, with a good range of ales and other options on tap, all well kept. Service is another highlight: staff are attentive, efficient, and noticeably engaged without being intrusive. Overall, a reliable spot whether you’re after a quick pint or a more relaxed stay. Easy to recommend.

4 Star Rating The Green Man is a great spot, I visited on a rainy day and really enjoyed it. I had one of the best fish and chips I’ve ever tried in London! The food quality was excellent, though it took quite a while for the meal to arrive. Their drink selection is good, and the atmosphere is warm and cozy, perfect for catching up with friends. The interior has that classic old London pub charm that you can really feel when you’re there. If you love fish and chips, this place is definitely worth a visit!

5 Star Rating I used to be a manager of a greene kings a few years ago. First time being in London, came in with my very young child, the team leader or manager served us was extremely polite and kind, went to wash our hands and came back to our table fully kitted out for us with every sauce, shaker and more. Was awesome. That’s not needed behaviour in a self service environment so it really added a lovely touch for us

5 Star Rating The food was just as good as any "nice" sit down I've been, and the service was even better. I'd ear here again and again. The halloumi was amazing, their take on fried chicken was surprisingly delicious, the sourdough is flavorful, the battery fish hit the spot. Sticky Toffee pudding... enough said. There were quite a few people having drinks, too.

5 Star Rating A super modern bar in Regent Place. The Union does what it says on the tin, sells beer, wine and other things! Venue has been cleared a bit ready for a party tonight. Super service at the bar and a good range of keg beers. Nothing here for the real ale aficionados but plenty of other things to drink. This is a gorgeous place and well worth the price of a beer 🍻!

5 Star Rating My first visit to the pub, and called in for a quick drink. A pleasant pub with an airy interior. Beers available were fine. The furniture (tables and chairs) was really nice (think habitat light wood design) and it made a welcome change from the usual dark furniture you normally get. I didn't order food, so can't comment on it.

5 Star Rating Very nice last night of our London holiday, six vegetarian tapas (plus olives) was a good fit for two adults and two children (hade our children been more fond of vegetarian tapas maybe we would have ordered one or two more though) having eaten way to much deep-fried stuff in the last couple of days. Also quite (very?) reasonably priced, we had a glass of ale and wine with our food, and it landed at about 70 £. A company of all adults would have landed a bit higher.

5 Star Rating Such a lovely environment and the food was delicious. It can be hard to find a good variety of plant based / vegetarian options and here I was spoilt for choice. The people were so charming and when one of my dishes was not quite right, they took it off the bill without me even asking or expecting. Delicious, fresh food, the cauliflower fritters were gorgeous and the spanikopita was one of the best I’ve had. I will absolutely be coming back and would highly recommend. Also exceptional value , especially for the middle of London .

5 Star Rating De Martino has been one of my favorite restaurants in London for a couple of decades ?but it’s been around for the better part of half a century. If you are looking for classic, authentic , no fuss Italian food, this is the place. To be absolutely clear: this is a proper Italian restaurant, not a pizzeria. There are no pizzas on the menu, and they aren't missed. While prices have crept up a little bit recently, the quality remains exceptional and is entirely worth it. Everything coming out of the kitchen is consistently great. My absolute favorite thing to order is the Chicken Milanese (SCALOPPINE ALLA MILANESE CON SPAGHETTI POMODORO). It is the Italian equivalent of a schnitzel, but significantly better. It of course comes with spaghetti, Pomodoro, but you can swap it for anything. I’ll go for the penne Arrabiata. The pasta is universally amazing, and the steak is genuinely very good—whether you go for the classic steak FILETTO DI MANZO or the even better the PAPPARDELLE ALLA RIBEYE STEAK ( Pappardelle with prime Ribeye steak, truffle oil and basil). Another standout is the aubergine and cheese dish, the Melanzane alla Parmigiana, which is a must-have. To finish the meal, you cannot go wrong with an Affogato for dessert. A superb, long-standing London institution that never drops its standards. Great for a casual meal, kid friendly but also good for a quick business meeting.

5 Star Rating It’s rare than I enjoy a meal this much. It was a Friday lunchtime. Relatively quiet when I walked in just after 12. Ordered a carbonara (my favourite) and a coke. Coke came promptly. Decor and layout of this restaurant is really nice. Has a really authentic feel to it. The carbonara is £15.50 (if I remember correctly) which is at the pricier scale but it is a nice area of London. The spaghetti tasted amazing. Not sure why type they use but it was awesome. Loved it. The dish had just the right balance of texture and swish as I rolled my fork around the plate. The pancetta was good quality and both together made for a very pleasurable bowl of carbonara. I was really impressed. It’s a simple dish at times but this has been mastered. Perfect portion size too! Service was polite and attentive. Massive fan of this place now and will 100% go back.

4 Star Rating Family style Italian restaurant, on Great Portland Street, close to Regents Park and walking distance to Oxford St. We booked this restaurant for a large family gathering. Varied selection of dishes on the menu, with some interesting options such as Giant Gamberoni piccanti. The Spaghetti Ali olio was reported as being bland and lacked flavour. The garlic bread starter was dry, and the Zucchini fritti were very oily. The homemade cheesecake was good though. The service was good and the restaurant offered good value for money, overall.

5 Star Rating Despite having cooked recipes from the honey&co book several times I somehow hadn’t been to any of their restaurants. What an error!! Went for dinner at their recently renovated Great Portland Street site with a friend as a party of 2 (previously honey & smoke). Food was exceptional. Generous portions (not always a given for small plates!) - the crispy artichokes with labneh were a favourite. Asparagus skewer really tasty, sumac potatoes delicious as you’d expect, roasted cauliflower main also very flavourful (the preserved lemon hit - yum). The cheesecake was hands down the best thing I ate all night. That crunchy Kadaif pastry & almonds. The salty smooth cheesecake topping. The honey syrup. I would go back to eat that alone. The chocolate pistachio mousse was nice but totally outshone by the cheesecake. Service was a little slow but in a grazing / sharing environment I didn’t mind (mainly just took a while for mains plates to be cleared). Would highly recommend and return!

5 Star Rating We booked this placed based on reviews. The food surpassed expectations. Absolutely delicious. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable of the menu. We booked an early dinner on a Saturday night, so it was a bit quiet, but the atmosphere certainly build up. A small suggestion. The sharing menu had an incredible mezze, so we had so much that the octopus main would get away with being half the size as part of the sharing menu without the extra charge. Food for thought. Highly recommend it.

5 Star Rating We discovered Kibele Restaurant while searching for a Turkish restaurant in London. We dined there one evening, and it was so exceptional that we returned the very next day. The mezes were just as delicious as those in Turkey — the muhammara, hummus, sigara böreği, and calamari were outstanding. Without a doubt, the best kebabs I have had in London were here. Ms Ayten’s attentiveness and gracious manner were truly remarkable. Our dishes arrived at the table within almost five minutes of ordering, which was impressive. On our previous visit, Mr Şevket also welcomed us warmly, offered excellent recommendations, and took wonderful care of us — we are sincerely grateful to him as well. After a long time, I was finally able to enjoy a truly authentic Turkish coffee outside Turkey. The presentation felt as though we were at home, reflecting genuine Turkish hospitality. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms Ayten and the entire team at Kibele Restaurant for such a memorable experience.

We ordered several chicken pitas with potatoes and rice and they were quite good, although they abuse the spice a little in this place and it absorbs all the flavor of the food. The refill drink was not good. Price between 10-20 pounds per person. They do not charge a tip but they do require you to place the order with your mobile if you want to pay with a credit card. If you pay in cash they allow you to pay on the premises. You don't need to reserve, I recommend it.

4 Star Rating The focaccia with olive oil they serve here is truly amazing. The olive oil is aggressively fruity, and not too spicy on the back of your throat. Focaccia was soft. 11/10 The wine-by-the-glass selection was decently large. Only classics, no organics/naturals. The starters were all delicious, especially the anchovies which were lemony — tasty with a zingy white! Octopus had the perfect cook, and the smoky char on the outside combined with the salsa was so good! The pasta and risotto were cooked and seasoned to our liking, but the portions were tiny! They felt like 1/3 portions, especially given they were £20 a pop. 3 of us paid £200 for 7 glasses of wine, three starters, three mains, and two portions of bread.

5 Star Rating I had some time to waste before I met a friend today for a few beers, so I thought I would pop into the Great Portland Street location. I come here from time to time to relax and unwind. It has a nice laid back atmosphere that suits me fine. Anyway, I ordered a pike place coffee- my favourite filter coffee in town. The gentleman told me it would be a few minutes. I replied, “no worries.” The coffee came out a few minutes later and it was brewed perfectly. And to top it off, Gabriele, the employee, issued me an apology and offered me a complimentary blueberry muffin apologising stating that I had waited longer than necessary. How kind of him and what great customer service. I highly recommend the Great Portland Street location.

The restaurant is located in a quiet area and offers a beautiful view. They have a wide variety of tasty products - of which I have tasted. The coffee is ok, and the teas are from the bag. The staff is kind and nice. The place seems to be well maintained, but the tables are not really clean. One thing puzzled me: why does the air conditioner blow cold air when it's winter outside and it's already cold.
