We stayed four nights as a couple over the weekend and had a great experience. Check-in and check-out were super quick and friendly. The hotel has a car park right below with direct access (managed separately, but easy to book online) and it’s close to public transport and Regent’s Park, which is lovely. Our room was clean and serviced daily, with very comfortable beds. Nice bonus: a Starbucks on the first floor, perfect for us since we usually just want a good coffee in the morning. Overall, fair pricing for solid quality – we’d definitely book again!

Stayed at this Holiday Inn just South of Regents Park near the heart of London for 5 nights at yhe close of August 2025.. It's close to the tube & other forms of public transportation aa well as pubs, restaurants, cafes, museums, etc. etc.
The hotel hallways were a bit dated but the rooms were nicely appointed with modern amenities.
The breakfast buffet had everything except an omelet station. Their coffee machines made any type of hot drink imaginable. I had a couple of cappuccino every morning & they were much better than Starbucks. Their restaurant & bar were open until 11p.m. & room service was almost all day.
For the price, this hotel just can't be beat for its location & amenities. Lastly, the staff were always dressed to the nines & incredibly polite & helpful. Book your next stay in London & you'll be glad you did.

Amazing stay at Holiday Inn Regents Park!
We had a fantastic experience during our stay at the Holiday Inn Regents Park. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — friendly, professional, and always happy to help.
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — a perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and central London attractions just a short walk away.
One of the highlights of our stay was breakfast each morning. Heading down to Level 1 and being warmly greeted by our dining room host truly made our mornings special — such a lovely personal touch that set the tone for the day.
Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a cheeky night away in London. This holiday Inn is in a great location, very well equipped and spotlessly clean!
All the staff from check in to the bar are a delight to interact with. Everyone always has a friendly smile to greet you!
We checked in a little early but the reception team were more than happy to look after our luggage so that we could freely explore the city.
The room bathrooms in particular were cleaned to a very high standard. I dropped my ring in the bathroom which rolled behind the toilet….. usually a ‘danger’ area….. well not in this hotel there was not a spec of dust, hair or other unthinkable ‘dirt’ to be seen.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Two night stay , can't fault it. The location was perfect for me- less than 10 mins from Kings X from Great Portland St tube 5mins walk away, and 20mins direct to Wembley from same tube for Oasis gig. Rooms fairly small, and probably a little tired from a decor perspective, but fine for purpose.
Internally very quiet, although did hear cars/motorbikes (?) outside driving at considerable speed overnight (windows were closed and I was on the 4th floor so they must have been LOUD!).
Pretty expensive but I guess that's the location..

We ordered drinks table service from Sonny and it was great!! (didn’t order food) I love the Greene King app because you get such great deals! And Sonny delivered all our drinks REALLY quickly and he was lovely and helpful. This contributed to a great London pub experience!!

I had such a fantastic time at this pub! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The place strikes the perfect balance between lively and comfortable, making it a great spot to relax with friends or enjoy a quiet drink.
A special mention has to go to Sonny, who was an outstanding host. He made sure everything ran smoothly, was genuinely friendly, and went out of his way to make everyone feel at home. It’s rare to find someone who makes such a difference to the whole experience, but Sonny really did.
Great drinks, great vibe, and top-class service—I’ll definitely be back soon!

I came here with my colleagues, and what a wonderful experience all because of Christian who served our drinks to us all night. He had a sense of humor, although proffesional. What a fun environment he respricates to the customers. Definitely would be coming back to have fun with again!

Very good burgers and not that noisy for a pub, you can eat and talk there !

This pub has plenty of tables, and it’s very spacious overall. We like the variety of offerings here as well as the convenience of ordering via the app. The server was extremely friendly and helpful in informing us our options for placing an order. The restaurant is conveniently close to our hotel and next to the tube station. We like how it wasn’t too loud or rowdy despite the number of patrons. We were served very quickly and the food (fried scampi and chips, burger and chips) was fresh and hot, and didn't taste greasy at all. The portions were very generous. Good dining experience overall.

The staff here made our wedding reception a dream come true. They went above and beyond. The food was incredible and the service was so friendly. Can’t thank them enough. Obrigado!

The food was just as good as any "nice" sit down I've been, and the service was even better. I'd ear here again and again. The halloumi was amazing, their take on fried chicken was surprisingly delicious, the sourdough is flavorful, the battery fish hit the spot. Sticky Toffee pudding... enough said.
There were quite a few people having drinks, too.

6-10pm of Wednesday 17th September , we had a wonderful waitress , who was working her cotton socks off to provide exceptional friendly food service. She really made us feel welcomed and her attention to customer service exemplary. A real credit to front of house .

A super modern bar in Regent Place. The Union does what it says on the tin, sells beer, wine and other things! Venue has been cleared a bit ready for a party tonight. Super service at the bar and a good range of keg beers. Nothing here for the real ale aficionados but plenty of other things to drink. This is a gorgeous place and well worth the price of a beer 🍻!

I hired the Union Regents for my Birthday party and had the best time EVER! The venue is really large, with 2 outside spaces and you are able to play your own music. The Regents Place crew couldn't have been more helpful. They made sure I didn't do a thing so I could enjoy my party and made us all feel so welcome and looked after. Fully recommend!

Friendly and very helpful service. Great variety of good quality small plates/tapas, with fish, veggie and meat options. Some of the ones we tried were the pork belly (great meat, very tender), meatballs, courgette fritters, and roast beetroot with goat's cheese. Everything we had was very tasty. Good wine list, with a reasonable price range. Overall it’s also good value, especially for the area.
Shout out to all the wonderful staff who looked after us at our family lunch gathering. We have been here twice and would not hesitate to return.

My first visit to the pub, and called in for a quick drink. A pleasant pub with an airy interior. Beers available were fine.
The furniture (tables and chairs) was really nice (think habitat light wood design) and it made a welcome change from the usual dark furniture you normally get. I didn't order food, so can't comment on it.

Fantastic place to go. Busy Thursday evening with good atmosphere. Sat in the booth inside the pub to catch up with friends which is like sitting in the royal box of a theatre as no foot traffic and can talk more easily. Food was delicious with lots of small places sharing and the staff were patient, friendly, welcoming and professional. I'd definitely come back again. 5* 👍🏻

Excellent food, a great selection of both sharing plates and full meals. We always have the sharing plates.
Good drinks menu, a few good wine options, plus the mandatory beer choices. I rarely drink beer so can't comment on those. Service is always very good.
Reasonable pricing.
Great location.
Dog friendly.

Blown away by the service and the food tonight at this gem of a restaurant. Going out for dinner on your own isn’t easy (well not for me) but when travelling for work I have no choice (unless I hide away in my hotel room) … but this lovely resteraunt made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Food, wine, service … could not fault!

The staff is a bit busy but still friendly. However the food is a bit disappointing. I really like italian food but this one is just a bit off… the mashed potato is worse than the one in HK KFC…
The pasta is average and the tiramisu is good.
Oh and the cocktail is actually better than the food LOL

If you’re in London, you simply can’t leave without having lunch or dinner at Demartino. This family-run Italian restaurant offers the most authentic and flavorful dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and a passion for true Italian cuisine. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service makes you feel right at home. Whether you’re craving pasta, seafood, or a perfectly cooked meat dish, every bite is a taste of Italy. A must-visit for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience in the city!

Popped in on the off chance that we could grab a table at short notice ( 4 x hours !!) and staff were superb. Found us a table no issue. Food, atmosphere and service were excellent. Good to see a broad spectrum of clientele dining too. Could not fault the sea bass and the lasagna was simply stunning. Very reasonably priced and we were made welcome and not rushed despite it being a Saturday night.

We were a group of six people. The grill was good, although pricey. The labneh and falafel were also good. However, the hummus was disgusting—reminiscent of the canned hummus served in the military. We shared this feedback with the waitress, but no one seemed interested.

A truly phenomenal restaurant! One of our absolute number one fancy restaurants in London right now.
Really stunning food and absolutely great service. The menu is regularly changing but consistently absolutely delicious, right down to the smallest details like the sauces and definitely the breads! Middle Eastern cuisine at its finest.
I would really recommend their lamb dishes. They’re always great in my opinions.
My only issue is that in recent years the prices have become a little bit mad. In my opinion, £9.50 for a side of potatoes or starter of bread is simply a little inappropriate, although the mains are fairly reasonably priced.
Great atmosphere and service though too.

Good food, quick service, & and a nice atmosphere.
Tried the spring menu, initially wanted the lamb shish called ali nazik, but it wasn't halal, so I opted for grilled chicken. Was not too excited about the grilled chicken because it sounded so usual, but when the food came, it was amazingly fragrant. The chicken was grilled perfectly, not too charred, and well cooked. The sauce complimented it well.
The long name for the menu was grilled chicken marinated with sweet garlic sauce, peas, feta cream, and fennel.
It was £29 in 2025.
Recommended, also required booking.

A standout family-owned restaurant..
The food is consistently delicious, with freshly baked bread, high-quality ingredients, and beautifully presented. Every dish is more flavorful than the last, showcasing the family's passion for authentic Syrian cuisine.
The restaurant also provides attentive and friendly service, ensuring meals are served promptly. The family's commitment to quality and authenticity is evident throughout the entire dining experience.
Highlighted dishes:
Yemeni style falafel
Fried cauliflower

I would have written this review the same day,no words can truly capture the customer service. Although they charge £15.50, which feels a bit on the higher side and not entirely fair, the experience made up for it. The service was excellent and so warm, the toilets were clean (though the place itself felt a little dark), and the food, what can I say? Generous portions, authentic flavours, and absolutely delicious. A must-visit for anyone who loves real, tasty food!

Their baklava dessert is also amazing!
The food and drinks arrived quick.
The highlight for me was their staff, they're extremely welcoming and they make you feel home! My husband and I went there for our anniversary and Pri made sure to give us the best experience you could ask for. I wish all restaurants had an amazing staff like her. The coffee she made was also fantastic!

Fast food place at a good price. We ordered several chicken pitas with potatoes and rice and they were quite good, although they abuse the spice a little in this place and it absorbs all the flavor of the food. The refill drink was not good. Price between 10-20 pounds per person. They do not charge a tip but they do require you to place the order with your mobile if you want to pay with a credit card. If you pay in cash they allow you to pay on the premises.
You don't need to reserve, I recommend it.

The food was delicious – the chicken was cooked perfectly and full of flavour, and the sides were fresh and tasty. I also tried the ice cream for the first time and was genuinely surprised at how good it was – super creamy and the perfect way to end the meal.
Food was on point as always, but what really stood out was the service. Raj was super friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. He made sure everything was spot on with our order and checked in to see if we needed anything else. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience. It’s always nice when staff go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, and Raj definitely did that. Thanks for the great service — we’ll be back!
