Ive stayed here once before years ago. The hotel is close to the Great Portland Street tube station. Making getting around London easier. The room itself was nice and clean, the bathroom was on the small size though. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety of food on offer. We watched the football in the bar area and had pizza. I would come here again. Nice staff here and we stored our bag after we checked out.

Good location in the center of London, close to good bars and restaurants and shopping. Found long check-in lines, but they sped up the check-ins with additional folks manning the reception counters. I had the Premium Double Room. Room is decent (not tiny), but the bathroom is definitely on the small side. There's no walk in showers but a tub that's quite difficult to get in and out of

I stayed here for six days with my mother, and we had a wonderful experience! Our room had two twin beds and was clean, modern, and comfortable. The beds were cozy, the air conditioning was nice, and we had a good Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was small but modern and functional, and the blackout curtains were good at keeping most light out.
The hotel itself, and the breakfast area, had a really cozy and inviting atmosphere. The service was excellent. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and helpful, and the cleaning was always done thoroughly.
Breakfast was also great. They offered a nice variety, including a full English breakfast, toast, pastries, yogurt, granola, and pancakes.
The location was super convenient too. It was close to most attractions, and we always found our way back easily by spotting the BT Tower.

I love the breakfast. The service was topnotch. It is only getting a 3 star because they originally assumed (in a nice way, no meanness) I was logdging with my male colleague because we walked in together. But they were still professional and courteous.
Also there is no fridge in the rooms, just a drink chiller and I believe a hotel of over £200 should have Atleast a mini fridge. But I loved my stay here.

This pub has plenty of tables, and it’s very spacious overall. We like the variety of offerings here as well as the convenience of ordering via the app. The server was extremely friendly and helpful in informing us our options for placing an order. The restaurant is conveniently close to our hotel and next to the tube station. We like how it wasn’t too loud or rowdy despite the number of patrons. We were served very quickly and the food (fried scampi and chips, burger and chips) was fresh and hot, and didn't taste greasy at all. The portions were very generous. Good dining experience overall.

Nice pub, nice food. I enjoyed eating the fish and chips here, but I'm not from the UK so I can't judge if it's good fish and chips.
The burgers are also nice, and decent size.

The staff were helpful. They had kitchen issues, so the full menu was not available. We were made aware of this within seconds of asking for food. That said, what we wanted was available. It was hot and tasty. The bar was showing cricket, which I enjoyed watching with my pint before dinner arrived. There was a great busy vibe about the place.

The food was just as good as any "nice" sit down I've been, and the service was even better. I'd ear here again and again. The halloumi was amazing, their take on fried chicken was surprisingly delicious, the sourdough is flavorful, the battery fish hit the spot. Sticky Toffee pudding... enough said.
There were quite a few people having drinks, too.

I hired the Union Regents for my Birthday party and had the best time EVER! The venue is really large, with 2 outside spaces and you are able to play your own music. The Regents Place crew couldn't have been more helpful. They made sure I didn't do a thing so I could enjoy my party and made us all feel so welcome and looked after. Fully recommend!

Loved it here! Staff were friendly and knew our order after one order with them. The vibe was quite cool and relaxed and the food was sooo good! I shared the union board, calamari and fried chicken and it was perfect! The cocktails there are good too - i would say they're on par with most cocktail bars in the area but a lot cheaper. I'll be back for sure!

A super modern bar in Regent Place. The Union does what it says on the tin, sells beer, wine and other things! Venue has been cleared a bit ready for a party tonight. Super service at the bar and a good range of keg beers. Nothing here for the real ale aficionados but plenty of other things to drink. This is a gorgeous place and well worth the price of a beer 🍻!

This bar is ideally positioned for anyone living, working, or commuting near Great Portland Street. Modern spacious bar with outside seating. Pleased to say the service has massively improved from the below 3 years ago!
I arrived here on a Thursday night, which was busy (Thursday is the new Friday!) but the staff were not able to cope. Not sure if short staffed or lack of training but either way there was a long wait for drinks. Manager was very apologetic.

My first visit to the pub, and called in for a quick drink. A pleasant pub with an airy interior. Beers available were fine.
The furniture (tables and chairs) was really nice (think habitat light wood design) and it made a welcome change from the usual dark furniture you normally get. I didn't order food, so can't comment on it.

Fantastic place to go. Busy Thursday evening with good atmosphere. Sat in the booth inside the pub to catch up with friends which is like sitting in the royal box of a theatre as no foot traffic and can talk more easily. Food was delicious with lots of small places sharing and the staff were patient, friendly, welcoming and professional. I'd definitely come back again. 5* 👍🏻

Nice pub, food was delicious and the staff accommodating, friendly and efficient. Had the Chicken Curry and a Rocket salad. The curry was delicious and the arugula was fresh
Loved the balsamic drizzle on the salad. Finished dinner with an Apple/rhubarb Crumble which was tasty and plentiful! Would definitely eat here again if I'm in the area.

I booked a few weeks ago for 9th birthday/end of marathon celebration (having only popped in for a drink before). Easy to reserve a table via telephone. Extensive menu for the whole family (aged 6-72). Comfy seating. Clean toilets. Attentive and super friendly service. Delicious food. Which was served hot! Excellent wine, beer and lager selection. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

Blown away by the service and the food tonight at this gem of a restaurant. Going out for dinner on your own isn’t easy (well not for me) but when travelling for work I have no choice (unless I hide away in my hotel room) … but this lovely resteraunt made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Food, wine, service … could not fault!

If you’re in London, you simply can’t leave without having lunch or dinner at Demartino. This family-run Italian restaurant offers the most authentic and flavorful dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and a passion for true Italian cuisine. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service makes you feel right at home. Whether you’re craving pasta, seafood, or a perfectly cooked meat dish, every bite is a taste of Italy. A must-visit for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience in the city!

Popped in on the off chance that we could grab a table at short notice ( 4 x hours !!) and staff were superb. Found us a table no issue. Food, atmosphere and service were excellent. Good to see a broad spectrum of clientele dining too. Could not fault the sea bass and the lasagna was simply stunning. Very reasonably priced and we were made welcome and not rushed despite it being a Saturday night.

The staff is a bit busy but still friendly. However the food is a bit disappointing. I really like italian food but this one is just a bit off… the mashed potato is worse than the one in HK KFC…
The pasta is average and the tiramisu is good.
Oh and the cocktail is actually better than the food LOL

This is a great purveyor of quality food.
My colleagues and I went to this place this December and found the place to be absolutely amazing.
Food was very absolutely delicious, and from our table it received a

Rating.
Service is equally impressive.
Cleanliness, top notch.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Good food, quick service, & and a nice atmosphere.
Tried the spring menu, initially wanted the lamb shish called ali nazik, but it wasn't halal, so I opted for grilled chicken. Was not too excited about the grilled chicken because it sounded so usual, but when the food came, it was amazingly fragrant. The chicken was grilled perfectly, not too charred, and well cooked. The sauce complimented it well.
The long name for the menu was grilled chicken marinated with sweet garlic sauce, peas, feta cream, and fennel.
It was £29 in 2025.
Recommended, also required booking.

A truly phenomenal restaurant! One of our absolute number one fancy restaurants in London right now.
Really stunning food and absolutely great service. The menu is regularly changing but consistently absolutely delicious, right down to the smallest details like the sauces and definitely the breads! Middle Eastern cuisine at its finest.
I would really recommend their lamb dishes. They’re always great in my opinions.
My only issue is that in recent years the prices have become a little bit mad. In my opinion, £9.50 for a side of potatoes or starter of bread is simply a little inappropriate, although the mains are fairly reasonably priced.
Great atmosphere and service though too.

Been coming to Honey & Smoke for years for celebrations, anniversaries and date nights.
Will have to find another favourite after tonight, sadly. We did the mezze sharing menu as a couple after I'd been with two other friends late last year and raved about it.
Do not get the mezze as a couple. The portion sizes are shockingly small for the price. Food comes in dip dishes e.g. the dish you serve olive oil in for bread. See pics. What felt as a special place now feels overpriced and not the treat it once was. Bitterly disappointed. Left hungry and the £142 bill for dip sized portions left a bitter taste in our mouths.

A standout family-owned restaurant..
The food is consistently delicious, with freshly baked bread, high-quality ingredients, and beautifully presented. Every dish is more flavorful than the last, showcasing the family's passion for authentic Syrian cuisine.
The restaurant also provides attentive and friendly service, ensuring meals are served promptly. The family's commitment to quality and authenticity is evident throughout the entire dining experience.
Highlighted dishes:
Yemeni style falafel
Fried cauliflower

The food is fantastic! The meat is juicy and tender, stunning flavour!
Their baklava dessert is also amazing!
The food and drinks arrived quick.
The highlight for me was their staff, they're extremely welcoming and they make you feel home! My husband and I went there for our anniversary and Pri made sure to give us the best experience you could ask for. I wish all restaurants had an amazing staff like her. The coffee she made was also fantastic!
Overall, it was a great experience.

Went here for my birthday meal with a small group of friends and service was great, staff were attentive , polite and knowledgeable. Food was great too, reasonably priced and arrived quickly. Staff were so lovely, they bought out a small birthday cake with candles and sang happy birthday which was a nice surprise. The restaurant is nice and had a live music that wasn’t too loud. Would definitely recommend this place and will go again.

Kibele is a stylish and welcoming Turkish restaurant offering authentic flavors and great service. We tried the platter for two, and it was a generous, beautifully presented selection of grilled meats, rice, salad, and dips perfectly seasoned and freshly prepared. The food is halal, which was important to us, and clearly marked. The ambiance is warm and elegant, with attentive staff who made the experience comfortable from start to finish. A great spot for both casual meals and special occasions.

Truly a lucky find with this restaurant.
We were looking for a Turkish place to eat, a little more upscale, nice atmosphere and where we can sit and have delicious food. This was the place!!
Jama, our server, was fabulous! He was attentive and very freindly. The entire staff also made the experience more delightful.
The food was full of flavor and amazing. One of the best we've been to on our travels.
Definitely will visit again when we travel back to London. 😊

The Food was great too, I recommend the Kibele mixed dish. Both the lamb and chicken shish were cooked with great flavour and the rice was great. Definitely would recommend.

The food was delicious – the chicken was cooked perfectly and full of flavour, and the sides were fresh and tasty. I also tried the ice cream for the first time and was genuinely surprised at how good it was – super creamy and the perfect way to end the meal.
Food was on point as always, but what really stood out was the service. Raj was super friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. He made sure everything was spot on with our order and checked in to see if we needed anything else. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience. It’s always nice when staff go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, and Raj definitely did that. Thanks for the great service — we’ll be back!

🌟 Five-Star Service from Raj at Nando’s 🌟
I’d love to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service we received from Raj during our visit to Nando’s. From the moment we placed our order, he was attentive and genuinely warm — but what really stood out was how swiftly and kindly he brought over the ice cream tub we had been craving.
It might seem like a small gesture, but the way Raj handled it with such care and generosity made our experience feel special. He didn’t just drop it off — he delivered it with a smile, checked in to see if everything was okay, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy it. It’s rare to see that kind of thoughtful service, and it genuinely made our meal that much better.
Raj is a credit to the Nando’s team — helpful, quick, and full of positive energy. Thank you, Raj!

Being able to order at the counter is a great convenience as compared to other Nando’s restaurant. The place is big enough. Menu is standard. The tables were not clean and I’d hope they maintain that. You have to help yourselves with the crockery, sauces, etc. the staff will only serve the food.
