We went for a quick lunch and found this place with the owner and my colleague was allergic to few things and the owner explained ingredients in each and calmly helped her with finalising the stuff.
The food was great while we were sitting there someone came looking for the shop as they have changed name so that tells the food must be good and it was
If you are in the area it’s a good place run by good people and food was yum…
Highly recommend

It was late at night, almost shutting down, but the Pakistan owner agreed to serve us the food, that's very kind of him. We ordered chicken shawarma platter and it was worth price, it was very taste and served hot 🔥

First time here and probably last. We had brunch and the food was averaging okay - although the poached eggs were fully cooked (not runny) and the chick peas were sparse. To be fair, the lunch dishes coming out of the kitchen looked really nice but for what we got - the meal was well overpriced. That aside, the service is incredibly slow - we had to prompt for our order to be taken after being seated for quite a while and the mid-meal drinks I ordered didn't arrive at all. Overall, disappointing 🙁

If you visiting Westfield and you want a nice place to eat highly recommend caffe concerto. They do good quality food and yummy selection of cakes. I also love the interior design of this place. Service always very good.

Lovely cafe bar resto that would attract diners who likes pretty setting. I would come for their cooked dishes.
Never disappoint. Cake wise.. not so big.
Decent staff but lack focus. I was served pot of tea without cup. One of my order was wrong. And the best part is the place is not even busy.

FIRST TIME, AND WON’T BE THE LAST ONE. The experience was awesome, great food, great place and great music. We got attended by Farris, he was great, so nice waiter, he recommended us some delicious dishes!

I visited the place for the first time. I really enjoyed the food, but the service was even better. My server Camacho (?) was outstanding and gorgeous, I cannot even express enough how much I was satisfied with his service. The best server I ever had. Please, give him a bonus, he's a great asset for this place. Will definitely come back soon!)

Taste stood out and the atmosphere was vibing bubbly. We just popped in at 2045 and they found us a table and there was no rush to finish till 2300. Lot of vegetarian options and the Waiter Ernest was really happy to suggest various options.

I had a fantastic experience at this establishment! There's a wide array of vegan-friendly options available, which I truly appreciated. The tostadas, tacos, and churros were all delightful, and the coffee flavor was exceptional.
Martina provided excellent service, ensuring our needs were met by inquiring about any allergies we might have. I'm incredibly grateful for her attention to detail and look forward to returning soon!

The service here is really good! The staff are very nice and clearly care about the restaurant. I’ve been here a few times now and the food is great. There is a large menu with a lot to choose from and different set menus for different times of day. I absolutely love the chicken souvlaki wrap with Greek mustard sauce. I had the shared platter recently which was decent. However, the lamb kebab was completely inedible for me so I really can’t recommend that. The meat was so tough and chewy I simply couldn’t ingest it. The lamb meatballs were great though.

Michlis did an exceptional job. Looked after us in the busy peak time and the food was excellent and delicious as always when we come to The Real Greek. I only recently discovered this restaurant chain but they managed to impress me every time.

Me and my partner visit here often and we have never had an experience that wasn’t 100/10. Food is always amazing (we usually go for the 8 dishes set menu) and the service is incredible. 🙌🏽 Huge shout out to Alex I and the other Alex too, as they looked after us so well and even gave us a really tasty desert on Valentines day too. 🥹 Great employees, a staple to The Real Greek 🫶🏽 will be remain a loyal customer thanks to them!

On my first experience of dining here, Unfortunately wasn't the greatest. The food took over 35mins to be served and when it did initially come it was genuinely cold to touch. At this point myself and friends had travelled all day so just wanted to eat!
When asking for the bill, no staff member was available for 20mins, and when we disputed the optional service charge the staff wanted to question us when it's not compulsory. Thankfully the assistant manager apologised and assisted us immediately to rectify the discrepancies.
Hopefully we can have a better experience if we decide to dine in the future once again. 🥴
Food ordered: starters pastry dish, octopus
Mains: gyros wraps x 3 one veg.
Hummus dip and flat Bread.

Went with my wife as she's been here before and enjoyed it. Was a Saturday afternoon, and the place wasn't too busy. Promptly seated and was given a choice as to where we were seated. Given that it wasn't too busy, it seemed that the person taking our order was a bit rushed, and it felt like we needed to order in a hurry. But that's just my opinion. We asked for a beer and green tea, which came quickly. However, teapot was filled with just hot water and no tea bag. Had to flag someone down to rectify. And my thoughts were - here we go. And then the food came. And boy, my opinion changed. The food was delicious. We had the calamari, which was cooked beautifully with so much flavour. I had the chilli beef rice bowl, and my wife had the Katsu chicken, both of which were well presented and cooked with just the right amount of flavouring, spice, and heat. Portion sizes were good, and there was no delay in food being brought to us.
Service - whilst being friendly and very polite, it just seemed rushed, especially when it wasn't too busy. There was no follow-up, such as was the food good or do you need anything else kind of thing...
I know that there's a service charge, but I think there should be some way to add on a tip with the card machine when paying for waiting staff. Being digital, I rarely carry currency.
Dacre Almeida - 5 months ago
We haven't been for some time and prices are considerably different. The calamari has gone up from £6 per portion to £9.90 per portion!
That said, the food is still exquisitely done. The flavours really are like no other and so it is always such a delight and pleasure to dine here. Timing can be an issue - the duck breast I chose took a while to make and so my husband had almost finished his chilli beef and jasmine rice by the time my duck was served to me. I had to snack on the sweet potato fries first. It wouldn't deter us from going back - just something to take into consideration when ordering, especially if you're dining 'together', which we were, as it was an extremely rare child free day for us. We'd still highly recommend it food wise.
Claire Mendonca-Yeboah - 2 months ago
Fabulous staff. Very helpful and excellent service. The food was good. Had the pork ribs and papaya salad for starters. The pandan chicken wasn't available for the second time during my visit. The main course comprising the jasmine rice and jungle curry were fine. The green curry is better. The mango sticky rice is a great dessert, but would be better if the mango was ripe. The chocolate fondant was as usual excellent.
Must try the Bangkok mojito!
Please check the bathrooms regularly.

Went for dinner on a busy Saturday night, the staff told us it's a 5-10 minute wait but it wasn't even that! And it was worth waiting for. The staff was really friendly and they took our order really quickly, didn't even have to wait long for the food considering how busy it was.
Ordered some chicken satay with peanut sauce and it was DELICIOUS I wish there was more of it!!
Then I had the ginger beef with some rice and my friend had black pepper beef - both of them very fragrant and full of flavour, and we'd both rate it 10/10!!
Definitely recommend coming here, it's great food for a great price!!

Visited Wagamama at Westfields and found the experience to be quite average. The staff performed their duties in a rather routine manner, without much warmth or friendliness. The food was reasonably priced, but don't come here with high expectations for taste and flavour. On the plus side, the portions were generous. Overall, it's an okay spot for a quick meal but the dining experience could be improved with more engaging service and better-tasting dishes.

It’s alright. Customer service was very good. The guys were very fast and friendly but the food was not as advertised. It was very , very spicy and we couldn’t finish it . Drinks were nice but not great . I have been to wagamama multiple times and i would definitely recommend it to anyone just not this rice bowl in particular.

Nothing really to over glamourise, the bao buns with korean beef are ok, flavour is not outstanding, size of the bao’s average. Filling ok, more than anything the topping sauce is what brings out that touch. Chilly squid average, good size, but very light flavour. Green tea, great unlimited refill.
Ambience, very clean and spacious. Staff could be more friendly.

We visited on a Saturday evening and had a lovely meal. The place wasn’t too busy and had a very relaxing atmosphere.
Great, flavourful food and very generous portions - yummy veg Katsu Curry is always a winner!
If you’re up for a cocktail or two, their rose petal gin & tonic is a smasher!
All in all, recommended.

The chicken ramen was the blandest I’ve ever had. The noodles were overcooked, chewy, and slimy. The staff was super friendly and took the dish back no problem, but the replacement was just as bad. Third time around they suggested swapping the noodles for a different kind, but they were still not great. I’ve never been in Wagamama before, so maybe the rest of the food is great, but definitely don’t get the ramen.

The food here is tasty with lots of flavour. The menu is varied but there are very limited vegetarian options in the mains.
Spaghetti pomodoro could do with some more cheese, however I'm sure if you ask you can get some.
Value for money is good and the service and quick. There are bells on each table which you can ring when you need to order something or to get the bill which is a great help.
I would recommend coming here for a meal since the food is nice!

We shared a garlic bread with cheese to start, I had the lasagna and my friend had a chicken and pasta dish. Everything was boiling hot, fresh and delicious!
Lovely gentleman serving. Very reasonable prices and large portion sizes. Definitely worth a visit.

This Bill’s restaurant is located on the periphery of the shopping mall, occupying a large area with quite nice decor. Going there for lunch on weekdays, kids' meals are free, which is great even though they don’t eat much!
The kids' meal includes 2 courses + 1 side: fried chicken, fries, mashed potatoes, garlic bread, a juice, and two scoops of ice cream for dessert. Normally, this would cost £6.95, which makes it feel like a real bargain.
For adults, we ordered: Eggs Benedict, Roasted Garlic Flatbread and Stacked Fruit Pancakes.
Both the Eggs Benedict and Flatbread were tasty and up to standard. Although the Pancakes looked good, they didn’t quite match the fluffiness of Japanese pancakes. They lacked that airy feel and the texture was a bit dense. Next time, I’ll stick to English desserts!

Me and party of other 5 that also included 2 children went to Bill’s for birthday breakfast early May. It was nice & busy, now because of the children and buggy we requested if we could be seated near the window so they were kind to open a new section for us. The waiters were very nice and professional. All of us ordered hot drinks and Garden platter each, which I would highly recommend. The only down side to our experience was that our hot drinks and food arrived barely warm. At the end of the service we were asked how was our experience and I did compliment them on everything but did bring it to their attention that we found food to be cold. Shortly after a manager came to check on us and was kind enough to offer complimentary hot drinks to make up for the short fall but we politely refused.
Overall great service, lovely atmosphere. Special thanks to a waitress Meriam💐

I used to come here regularly for breakfast and brunch. Since I no longer live here I come to London once or twice a year and always have a late breakfast / brunch here especially for the Eggs Royal. Today I was disappointed as they didn’t taste as usual. Firstly there was too much sauce and it was not same taste as the usual Hollandaise sauce (usually yellow and tasty not like this time). Secondly the bread was not well toasted as usual. Cappuccino and fresh orange juice were good and lovely waitress.

I went with a friend for something to eat. It was a beautiful day so we asked if we could sit outside. Marcelo was our waiter, he was so lovely. He set up a table outside and we ordered our drinks and food. He gave us plenty of time to decide what to have and digest our food; then we finished with a coffee and small dessert. Thank you Marcelo for your great service.

Went to Pizza Express for a lunch on a rare sunny day in London with my cousin. I had been given a money off voucher from my network provider so I claimed it and we ordered a pizza for 6.45z We opted for the Sloppy Joe pizza.
Although delicious - There wasn’t anything sloppy about it. We expected it to be and actually would have preferred it to be a more loaded pizza with more of a wet texture - maybe with more tomato sauce or cheese sauce. the Pizza was lacking texture wise but did not disappoint taste wise.

The food was cooked well, came out quickly and fit my mums dietary requirements.
The establishment was clean and well staffed.
Special shout out to Mima. Such great customer service, she went above and beyond and did it all with a smile. I would come back just for her. She mentioned she had been working here for 33 years. So incredible! 5 star rating all round - food, service and atmosphere.
