We went for a quick lunch and found this place with the owner and my colleague was allergic to few things and the owner explained ingredients in each and calmly helped her with finalising the stuff. The food was great while we were sitting there someone came looking for the shop as they have changed name so that tells the food must be good and it was If you are in the area it’s a good place run by good people and food was yum… Highly recommend

Friendly staff. Sit in, sit out. Nice food. Yes, you can have a cup of tea. Proper cutlery too, not plasticine forks. Warm Sitdown Grilled 1/2 piri piri chicken (chose spicy but prev mild) with chips & salad and tea for around £7.50? Anyone?

We ordered food here three times during the time we spent in London, the burgers were high quality and very low-priced for how good they were. All burgers also come with chips. There's sauce bottles on the tables and you can take as much as you want. Drinks are reasonably priced. The first time we went we only ordered here because it was near our hotel and open until midnight, not expecting much for the low price. We were very surprised by how good it was, definitely the best food and best prices in the area. If I'm ever in London again I'll eat here again for sure!

First time here and probably last. We had brunch and the food was averaging okay - although the poached eggs were fully cooked (not runny) and the chick peas were sparse. To be fair, the lunch dishes coming out of the kitchen looked really nice but for what we got - the meal was well overpriced. That aside, the service is incredibly slow - we had to prompt for our order to be taken after being seated for quite a while and the mid-meal drinks I ordered didn't arrive at all. Overall, disappointing 🙁

If you visiting Westfield and you want a nice place to eat highly recommend caffe concerto. They do good quality food and yummy selection of cakes. I also love the interior design of this place. Service always very good.

Today I took the kids for a quick lunch but both kids had several complaints specifically the chicken sandwich and the crepe Nutella. For this price you expect quality to match the price. My beef burger was great to be fair

Lovely cafe bar resto that would attract diners who likes pretty setting. I would come for their cooked dishes. Never disappoint. Cake wise.. not so big. Decent staff but lack focus. I was served pot of tea without cup. One of my order was wrong. And the best part is the place is not even busy.

The service was very bad because they brought my order 20 minutes late and there was no asparagus for my salmon steak order as per usual but broccoli instead. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here, very bad service indeed.

Taste stood out and the atmosphere was vibing bubbly. We just popped in at 2045 and they found us a table and there was no rush to finish till 2300. Lot of vegetarian options and the Waiter Ernest was really happy to suggest various options.

Great food, very accommodating and have plenty of Vegan options, service could be improved as it did take some time to get the attention of staff sometimes, even if when were right in front of the food area. Were made to sit right near the entrance door even though there was plenty of space further in, and we had group of 8. Would visit again, but would request better seating arrangements.

Service here was dreadful. Waited a kong time to place order. Lady who came after us had to call the waiter and tell her we where waiting before. The environment and atmosohere of the restaurant was nice. The food was delicious we tried different varies of snacks. Woukd recommend fir the foid but wouldn't go back again myself tbh.

While traveling in London, I had the pleasure of dining at Wahaca, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional experience I had. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. My server went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations. The cuisine at Wahaca is truly outstanding. Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. From the mouthwatering tacos to the flavorful guacamole, every bite was a delight. Highly recommend!!

Good food, great service and very cozy atmosphere. It was our first time in Wahaca, wasn’t sure what to expect, but when the food started coming one after another, each items were delicious. If you are in westfield and unsure where you wanna go garb good, give this place a shot.

The service here is really good! The staff are very nice and clearly care about the restaurant. I’ve been here a few times now and the food is great. There is a large menu with a lot to choose from and different set menus for different times of day. I absolutely love the chicken souvlaki wrap with Greek mustard sauce. I had the shared platter recently which was decent. However, the lamb kebab was completely inedible for me so I really can’t recommend that. The meat was so tough and chewy I simply couldn’t ingest it. The lamb meatballs were great though.

Me and my partner visit here often and we have never had an experience that wasn’t 100/10. Food is always amazing (we usually go for the 8 dishes set menu) and the service is incredible. 🙌🏽 Huge shout out to Alex I and the other Alex too, as they looked after us so well and even gave us a really tasty desert on Valentines day too. 🥹 Great employees, a staple to The Real Greek 🫶🏽 will be remain a loyal customer thanks to them!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Really nice vibe. They have outdoor sitting too. Food was okay, not the best greek I have tasted but wasn’t bad either. Not sure about their set menus. We had to order more food afterwards as portions weren’t great. Staff were professional and attentive especially Chelsea and Caitlin.

We haven't been for some time and prices are considerably different. The calamari has gone up from £6 per portion to £9.90 per portion! That said, the food is still exquisitely done. The flavours really are like no other and so it is always such a delight and pleasure to dine here. Timing can be an issue - the duck breast I chose took a while to make and so my husband had almost finished his chilli beef and jasmine rice by the time my duck was served to me. I had to snack on the sweet potato fries first. It wouldn't deter us from going back - just something to take into consideration when ordering, especially if you're dining 'together', which we were, as it was an extremely rare child free day for us. We'd still highly recommend it food wise.

Went for dinner on a busy Saturday night, the staff told us it's a 5-10 minute wait but it wasn't even that! And it was worth waiting for. The staff was really friendly and they took our order really quickly, didn't even have to wait long for the food considering how busy it was. Ordered some chicken satay with peanut sauce and it was DELICIOUS I wish there was more of it!! Then I had the ginger beef with some rice and my friend had black pepper beef - both of them very fragrant and full of flavour, and we'd both rate it 10/10!! Definitely recommend coming here, it's great food for a great price!!

Went with my wife as she's been here before and enjoyed it. Was a Saturday afternoon, and the place wasn't too busy. Promptly seated and was given a choice as to where we were seated. Given that it wasn't too busy, it seemed that the person taking our order was a bit rushed, and it felt like we needed to order in a hurry. But that's just my opinion. We asked for a beer and green tea, which came quickly. However, teapot was filled with just hot water and no tea bag. Had to flag someone down to rectify. And my thoughts were - here we go. And then the food came. And boy, my opinion changed. The food was delicious. We had the calamari, which was cooked beautifully with so much flavour. I had the chilli beef rice bowl, and my wife had the Katsu chicken, both of which were well presented and cooked with just the right amount of flavouring, spice, and heat. Portion sizes were good, and there was no delay in food being brought to us. Service - whilst being friendly and very polite, it just seemed rushed, especially when it wasn't too busy. There was no follow-up, such as was the food good or do you need anything else kind of thing... I know that there's a service charge, but I think there should be some way to add on a tip with the card machine when paying for waiting staff. Being digital, I rarely carry currency.

We were at Westfield Mall and hungry for Thai Food. Walked in Busaba and was greeted and seated promptly. We ordered 2 Mint tea and surprised it was steeped with mint tea leaves instead of teabag. The chicken satay was juicy and the peanut sauce was delicious. My Green curry chicken was tasty but not salty with right amt of kick. The Jasmine rice was perfect with it. The Tamarind roasted duck was cook perfect and full of flavor. It went well with the Chinese broccoli. Our server, Carlo, was attentive and professional.

Fabulous staff. Very helpful and excellent service. The food was good. Had the pork ribs and papaya salad for starters. The pandan chicken wasn't available for the second time during my visit. The main course comprising the jasmine rice and jungle curry were fine. The green curry is better. The mango sticky rice is a great dessert, but would be better if the mango was ripe. The chocolate fondant was as usual excellent. Must try the Bangkok mojito! Please check the bathrooms regularly.

It’s alright. Customer service was very good. The guys were very fast and friendly but the food was not as advertised. It was very , very spicy and we couldn’t finish it . Drinks were nice but not great . I have been to wagamama multiple times and i would definitely recommend it to anyone just not this rice bowl in particular.

The chicken ramen was the blandest I’ve ever had. The noodles were overcooked, chewy, and slimy. The staff was super friendly and took the dish back no problem, but the replacement was just as bad. Third time around they suggested swapping the noodles for a different kind, but they were still not great. I’ve never been in Wagamama before, so maybe the rest of the food is great, but definitely don’t get the ramen.

Nothing really to over glamourise, the bao buns with korean beef are ok, flavour is not outstanding, size of the bao’s average. Filling ok, more than anything the topping sauce is what brings out that touch. Chilly squid average, good size, but very light flavour. Green tea, great unlimited refill. We visited on a Saturday evening and had a lovely meal. The place wasn’t too busy and had a very relaxing atmosphere. Great, flavourful food and very generous portions - yummy veg Katsu Curry is always a winner! If you’re up for a cocktail or two, their rose petal gin & tonic is a smasher! All in all, recommended.

The food here is tasty with lots of flavour. The menu is varied but there are very limited vegetarian options in the mains. Spaghetti pomodoro could do with some more cheese, however I'm sure if you ask you can get some. Value for money is good and the service and quick. There are bells on each table which you can ring when you need to order something or to get the bill which is a great help. I would recommend coming here for a meal since the food is nice!

The food and service was very good! We were very appreciative of the staff who allowed us to keep our bags at the restaurant while we went to the O2 across the road (they don't allow bags over A4 size). The house red wine was delicious and cheap (to the point where we had 3 bottles) and the food was also good and cheap. Atmosphere was pleasant - highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Visited with a friend before going to a show at the O2 Empire. Had a nice atmosphere- good decor and music. Great menu, with everything you’d expect from an Italian. We shared a garlic bread with cheese to start, I had the lasagna and my friend had a chicken and pasta dish. Everything was boiling hot, fresh and delicious! Lovely gentleman serving. Very reasonable prices and large portion sizes. Definitely worth a visit.

This was a great family dining experience during the school break so the kids got to eat free. It was a walk-in as we were at Westfields and wanted to have lunch before heading home. The attendant mentioned we couldn’t use any coupons/ offers alongside the kids free one and that was alright. The food didn’t take time to be brought out and the children enjoyed it. However we noticed the fish and chips didn’t include the peas as mentioned (the child didn’t complain). The chicken burger was delicious with the coleslaw and sauce and the portion sizes of chips was just right. Desserts were delicious and there was the coconut ice cream option for vegans/ those with dairy allergy. They asked about allergy when taking our order and advised to check the QR code on the table for more details on menu/ food options.

I loved the ambience when I entered in the cafe ☺️ the staff were really good and friendly. I ordered sweet potato fries, chicken dumplings and chocolate brownie with ice cream , everything was good 👍 Sweet potato fries didn’t have rock salt but it had roasted rosemary leaves which tasted really nice. Still I would prefer some salt. Loved the dumplings 🥟 😍 I would have appreciated if they had got brownie at the end so it didn’t melt much. I will visit again for sure.

I have been to different bill’s locations mostly for brunch and every time it didn’t satisfy me . The price is quite not matched with what you eat. The pancake is good portion comes in 2 stacks of pancakes with some berries and banana. Can be better if has more fruits on top. The butternut squash breakfast is more bread than feta and butternut squash. But the taste is good. The calamari for the starter is very nice and crispy and a very good portion to share even the small one. Coffees are very small cups and not very good taste. Staff are very friendly and good but the kitchen is not very flexible in changing food options if you want to substitute anything.

We were served by Asma on New Year's Eve and she was truly a delight! Great customer service, was very attentive and recommended a lot of good food choices! The food we had was really tasty and the drinks were good and strong - even the chairs were really comfortable! I had the BBQ bourbon burger and the brownie for dessert and would definitely have them again!

Mima is brilliant,, great service (even through a rush of people) - she was the only server on the floor and still managed to do everything for every table!! Food is good,, nothing over expectations for a pizza express. Location is a bit naff to be honest, have to walk through a not nicest shopping centre but inside the pizza express is lovely and feels new.
