The go to place for reasonably priced meals when in Shephard's Bush area. Pretty comprehensive menu and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

I had the chicken donor and it looked amazing and a bit too much for 1 person. The salad was good, chips and pita bread were alright however the chicken felt a bit dry to stomach and although I asked for a little spicy, didn’t felt like there was any.

Finally found a restaurant that serves a portion very challenging to finish.
I tried a few eateries in same area and the food portion served here is much bigger despite the same price. Taste and service is also awesome. A must try place.
Biryani I didn’t try but also looked awesome at great price. Will be visiting frequently.

We went for a quick lunch and found this place with the owner and my colleague was allergic to few things and the owner explained ingredients in each and calmly helped her with finalising the stuff.
The food was great while we were sitting there someone came looking for the shop as they have changed name so that tells the food must be good and it was
If you are in the area it’s a good place run by good people and food was yum…
Highly recommend

Wonderful atmosphere excellent service from Gurcirat and the rest of the team.
This is the second time I've had an afternoon tea with a friend and both times have been delicious. They even gave us extra cream!!
D P - a week ago
We came here because my wife wanted to try an afternoon tea set menu, and this place has a nice atmosphere. The tea set was ok, but there was really nothing to talk about. The sandwiches were quite bland, and the bread tasted pretty dry. The scones were quite nice and the highlight of the tea set. The deserts were also ok, but the crust on the Mille Feuille was quite soft, like it was from the day before. The coffee I had was decent, but the tea was just a tea bag... not something we expected from an afternoon tea set.
Service was good and the atmosphere was quite nice. Overall, it was an average place for what we had.

It was my husband’s bday and we had a lovely time. Everything is as I want them to be, food is great but the carbonara is a bit oily, excellent customer service from Enamul. He was considerate, polite and professional.

My friends and I visited Wahaca a few weeks ago. Due to my dietary needs, I was a bit worried about what I could and couldn’t eat. Our waiter, Ernest, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable on allergies and was able to put me at ease. He provided a great service, was very funny and personable and truly made our experience at Wahaca. He went the extra mile for us and we will definitely be back soon!

For the first time in my life, I experienced the authentic flavors of Mexican cuisine, and it was truly unforgettable. The flavors were incredibly fresh, vibrant, and absolutely tantalizing to the senses. The dishes were highly innovative, showcasing an impressive harmony of ingredients and tastes.
The food was exceptional, and the service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, taking the time to explain the menu items and recommend their favorites. Additionally, the service was quick, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.
Everyone was warm and welcoming, and the food was nothing short of delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy flavorful and authentic Mexican dishes.

We had the trio of margs which was great as it meant I got to try a few different flavours. We also had their twist on an aperol which was so yum. The favourites feasting is super tasty and great value for money. Katerina was also really accommodating and made our visit even more enjoyable. We always choose Wahaca for the good food that’s actually really reasonable!

I came here for my birthday a week ago and the food and service were amazing. The gentleman who served us made me feel very special on my birthday. It can be slightly difficult to get the attention of servers to order more food, ask for the bill etc. They brought me over a birthday brownie which was lovely and I was very appreciative of it, however, they were a bit cheeky and added this to our bill which we were not best pleased with because as lovely of a gesture as it was it wasn't something we ordered and should have been on the house. None the less the food was lovely and the service was lovely!

Visited weekend dinner time not busy lots of tables empty. Great for sharing with larger groups so can try a bit of everything as most dishes can small portions to share. Ordered set for 2 and few other dishes, generally slightly too salty to my liking. Accessible bathroom available.

My wife and I ate at The Real Greek before a Sam Fender gig at London Stadium. Luckily we’d booked a table for 16.30 as we heard people without bookings being told there was no availability until 18.30. This was our second time eating at a Real Greek and the food was just as good on this occasion. We both had souvlaki wraps as a main, which were great value at £11. The bill came to £70 for three courses and a drink each, including service, which was very reasonable for London. Service was slow at the start but fine for the rest of the meal. The restaurant is also well designed with lots of light through the big windows.

This was my third visit and unfortunately, the standard has gone downhill. We ordered hummus, feta and spinach pastries (which were oily), and stuffed vine leaves. We had also ordered falafel, but after quite a wait, we were informed they had run out.
Service was noticeably slow from getting a table to taking the order and felt a bit chaotic. I was seated in the conservatory area, and while it wasn’t uncomfortable, I did feel that the section should’ve been better managed during the rain.
With so many great dining choices in Westfield, The Real Greek needs to improve both its food and service to keep up. I’d likely choose a different spot next time for a quick bite to eat

I ordered a chicken gyros and it was okay, nothing special. It was a little dry too.
For the price, the portion size was a bit on the small side, and the fries were a little overdone too.
Also, the service was quite slow, despite the restaurant being almost empty.
On the plus side, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly.
I wouldn't rush back, but I may consider returning to try some of the other items on their menu.

Visited Busaba Westfield for the first time for a Sunday lunch, and we had a nice time. It was my friend’s birthday, and they had a birthday special, so we got a couple of glasses of prosecco, which was a lovely touch.
The restaurant is very spacious, and we sat in the enclosed garden, which had a nice atmosphere, though it was quite hot. Despite being busy, the service was relatively quick. However, the waiter could have been a bit friendlier.
The food was good—I enjoyed the Pad Thai, and we shared the Som Tam salad. We asked for it to be less spicy, but it was still quite spicy for our taste. Portion sizes could have been a bit bigger, but the prices are reasonable for the area.
Overall, a pleasant experience with good food and a lively atmosphere!

The food was pretty nice, although not the biggest portions. Service was good. Atmosphere was nice as it was warm both inside and outside. My curry was not at all spicy which was not expected (vegetarian curry). But affordable with student discount.

Busaba serves delicious and authentic Thai food. I highly recommend the noodles, which have a rich and flavorful broth. Don’t miss the mango sticky rice—it’s the perfect sweet treat!

Busaba is a must go-to for Thai food lovers.
However, this time the food was not up to its mark. Probably it’s a one-off case because I have had food here before and it’s delicious.
The vibes of this place are always superb and for winters they have great heaters put in their covered outdoor area. The location is good because it is in the mall’s periphery but not inside.
We ordered Green curry with Jasmine rice and Beef rice. The beef rice is quite spicy 🌶️
The best dish for me still remains their starter - Calamari with peppered.
A surely recommended one but would suggest that when ordering starters the staff must bring them before the main course or clarify it with customers if they like it together because it doesn’t make sense to me to get both starters and main course together.

It’s been a while since I was at Busaba, and having gone, I now remember why I used to love coming here!
The food is delicious and excellent value for money 😍 and our server, Kris was fantastic (very attentive, friendly and charismatic - if he’s not a Team Lead, he should be!)

I was going to a gig at Shephers Bush Empire and needed a quick meal before hand.
It was 6pm on a Tuesday evening. Was busy but no where near full. The place holds a lot of people.
Service was prompt and friendly. The food came out quickly, as always was fresh and tasty. Consistent with other branches. You know what you’re going to get.
Saw a waitress amend someone’s order which looked kind of them.
Good service and nice decor. Would go again if in the area.

This chain restaurant is located just outside the Westfield shopping mall, on a street with a variety of dining options. The restaurant offers a wide range of choices, including Western, Japanese, and Taiwanese dishes, making it very popular. The prices are very affordable, and the food quality is quite good. Notably, green tea is free! I would definitely try other items on the menu next time!

We visited the Westfield branch for the first time on Saturday 21st December 2024. It was extremely busy & there was a queue for tables. However, we didn't wait long & were able to order promptly.
We ordered Ebi Katsu, Chilli Squid, Prawn Crackers, Veg Gyoza (complimentary through the rewards app) & Prawn Firecracker Curry with egg noddles instead of the rice. My daughter's squid & prawns were good. The Gyoza wasn't all that! The Firecracker Prawn Curry wasn't good as it arrived with less prawns than it normally has, hardly any sauce & the noodles were really dry. I told the waiter & he arranged for some more sauce. He didn't take the plate back to the kitchen as he should've & as a result by the time the sauce arrived my food was cold. The waiter came back to check how the food was & I told him it was very disappointing. I wasn't impressed! He apologised but didn't do anything about it when he had the opportunity to rectify it. The Manager came to see us & checked if the waiter had taken the food back, he hadn't. The Firecracker was removed from the bill
We always order the same food on our visit to Wagamama, the food is normally good. We shall try Westfield again.

Incredible Italian restaurant, right in the center of Shepherds Bush, with a beautiful emvironment, good food and excelent prices for London standards. The pizzas are amazing, fresh an tasty, and the house wine is marvelous. I recomend it strongly!

I recently had dinner at this restaurant, but the food was not the best. We ordered Garlic Pizza Bread with Cheese as a starter, but it was quite salty. For the main courses, we had the Penne Di Mare and the Beef Lover Pizza. The former tasted slightly sour, while the latter was also overly salty.
Despite the food not meeting our expectations, the staff were very welcoming and warm, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The food prices were also affordable.
However, I probably wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to others.

My husband and I came in on a Saturday at 7pm with no reservations and the host/maitre d’ happily accommodated us! Wine list was fabulous, the food was absolutely fantastic, the ambiance was peaceful and calm after a busy day, and I cannot rave about the service enough. Our server was so kind, the variety of manners and service you don’t find in London EVER! New Saturday date night spot forever. 10/10, 5+ stars.

Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Was looking for a place to eat on a Friday night. First time I’ve been to Bills, started off with the halloumi it was cooked amazingly with lots of seasoning to it. Then I also had the corn ribs and the squash with the hummus. Ordered a lot for starters but the choices were better than I expected. Then for mains I got the steak medium rare! Did NOT disappoint was juicy and rendered and seasoned to perfection. Definitely will be coming back!
