While in theory, this has the same star rating as ibis at Custom House, it is more akin to the budget hotel in Whitechapel. The room itself is bare-bones and very dated - lino floor, wobbly chair and limited electrical sockets (far from bed). On request, I was able to get a broken ironing board and an iron which would only stay on in 10-15 second blasts. No coffee making facilities - only a small electric kettle and some tea bags. On that, the kettle when filled suds up, and became clear it had been filled with so much soap I wasn't able to fully clear it out for use. The AC system does not work properly - it's a fan that blows loudly. Very noisy too - people coming and going, slamming doors and making a lot of noise in the hallway at all hours. Curtain's also don't fully close - light from the street spills into the room all night. Hair and dust was found throughout the room - very poorly cleaned, and found myself going around with antibacterial wipes before touching anything. During my stay, the room wasn't cleaned nor towels refreshed, despite requesting. Unless you pay for breakfast, you don't have access to the cafe in the morning to purchase coffee. As a coeliac, it wasn't worth paying for breakfast as it would have amounted to an overpriced coffee. The only plus is that it's very close to Shepherd's Bush station/shopping centre, if that is a priority.

Location is fairly decent. About 45 mins to LHR or central London. Rooms are outdated, TVs are small and aren't smart TVs, showers are one piece units like a cruise ship. Our sink didn't drain and we only got two bath towels and one hand towel, no rug towel. Very basic rooms, but somewhat clean and the AC was pretty good, even during the heat wave. Near lots of stores and restaurants. Decent area overall.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights. The location is excellent: metro and bus connections to both the airport and the city center are right next to the hotel. It takes about half an hour to reach the city center and just under an hour to get to Heathrow. There are plenty of services, shops, and restaurants nearby, including the huge Westfield shopping center. The hotel offers the reliable, good standard you would expect from an Ibis. Everything worked as it should. A special thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is generous and fairly varied, although we would have appreciated more fresh vegetables, fruits, and berries. This isn’t a big issue for a short stay, but on longer trips you start to miss more variety. Due to the central location, there is some street noise, but the sound insulation of the windows was excellent. If you need to keep the window open, for example during hot summer weather, the situation may be different. The rooms do have air conditioning, but we cannot comment on its performance, as our stay took place in early April. Also, a mini fridge in the room would be great!

I liked my stay here. I had to pay an extra £20 for early check-in, but I am sure I had requested early check-in based on my arrival flight. No problem there. The beds are tiny and that’s my only complaint though. To access the lobby you need a key or press the call button for access. There’s a decent selection of food for breakfast and a water dispenser. The location works well for getting around town. The buses are nearby, restaurants are nearby and the underground is at a walkable distance. The hotel is very clean and well maintained.

Had a one night stay on a Saturday in November for a nearby concert. Check-in was easy. The staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast was very good. The twin room was small with the beds very close together. The room was too hot but the temperature couldn't be adjusted because you can only use the aircon to cool the room if the outside temp is above 18°c, and the windows don't open.

Nicole (10/10) and Ashley were fabulous! Nicole's smile lit up the room the second we walked in, even though the pub was very busy as it was lunchtime and the football game was on the telly. We ordered a couple of the Belushi house burgers which came with the name branded into the bun. (FUN!) And a couple of ice waters (with extra ice) Nicole really did the ice up for us and told us to come back if we needed more. We ate outside and it was nice atmosphere. Definitely a great choice for lunch!

Busy night for England-Norway, took long to get served, which is kind of acceptable on a busy night when England is playing. It can happen i guess to run out of 1 beer but running out of almost all beers and only be able to serve guiness and cider is wild. Will not be coming back should have chosen any other pub in the area. Love football but the speakers were also unbearably loud.

This is the BEST PUB in London! The owner makes the best Long Island Ice Tea. The vibe is amazing! Its soooo chilll! I will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff. Louis and Avaran were very accommodating and helped make a welcoming atmosphere. Just arrived i a hostel and both of the guyes were extremely helpful with my booking. They showed me a room and the common area. Also helped me with the door key, ofered me a complimentary soft drink, explained all the deals. Good job dudes!!

Generous portions with somewhat reasonable prices(each to their own) staff are friendly and polite. Only downside is that the meals don’t come with drinks so that’s separate but £1 for water or can of drink isn’t bad.

We went for a quick lunch and found this place with the owner and my colleague was allergic to few things and the owner explained ingredients in each and calmly helped her with finalising the stuff. The food was great while we were sitting there someone came looking for the shop as they have changed name so that tells the food must be good and it was If you are in the area it’s a good place run by good people and food was yum… Highly recommend

Really enjoyed our visit to Cafe Concerto at Westfield London. The food was really good and definitely lived up to the standard you’d expect. The ambience was absolutely lovely — stylish, relaxed, and a great place to enjoy a meal. It’s also very kids-friendly, which made the experience even better for us. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. It is a little on the expensive side, but considering the quality of the food and the overall experience, I’d say it’s worth it. Would definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful time here! The carrot cake was absolutely delicious and mouthwatering, and the scones were incredibly fresh and tasty. Paired with a great cup of tea, it was the perfect break from shopping in The Village. The place is clean and has great vibes. Very nice calm ambiance and amazing friendly staffs. Particularly Fathy the gentleman man that served us was funny and make our visit here pleasant. The price is decent compared to most places I’ve been to for afternoon tea. I enjoyed the sharing platter and would definitely visit again.

The food here is so tasty and in big portions as well. The Flora tea is worth a try if you like tea like me . I was served by Madalina and Meher and they even sang for me for my birthday. They are very lovely ladies always smiling and eager to help. I’m glad to have found this gem

Been here twice now, fantastic experience both times. Our server Julian was brilliant, quick and attentive but also all round just such a vibe; very friendly, upbeat, great humour. The tipsy horchata is just delicious, I've had the standard one and both are great (standard horchata also comes in a much larger glass) but the vanilla in the tipsy one just absolutely makes it. The tipsy version does come with rum, though it's not really enough to taste it. Good if you're like me and don't particularly enjoy things that taste alcohol, maybe a negative if you want something punchier. We got the burritos, they're just perfect honestly. Really generously filled and super juicy. They come with a small portion of nachos as a standard, and it's absolutely more than enough to fill you up. I think the star of our meal though was the dessert - it has two names on different menus so I'm not sure what to refer to it by ('warm chocolate and pecan cake' on the standard menu and 'chocolate mole cake' on the dessert menu) but either way I'd return every day of the week for this thing. Its more like a slice of the gooiest and best salted caramel, cinnamon, and pecan brownie you've ever had. The pouring cream it comes with is an absolute must. Overall incredible experience, this is definitely one of the better places to eat after shopping in Westfield, I'd honest argue its a lot better than anywhere in the foodhall inside the shopping centre.

We ate at this place only for breakfast since we were staying at the hotel. They had a good variety of continental breakfast items: fresh pastries, toast, yogurt, juice, cold cuts, English breakfast items, herbal teas...

The food was plentiful, filling, and delicious. The ginger beef was rich and flavorful, the mixed Asian greens were fresh and well prepared, and the Khao San gin and tonic was very good. The service staff were kind and pleasant, but unfortunately not very attentive. I was not offered water or anything else with my drink, and no one checked on me from the time my food arrived until after I had finished eating. The atmosphere was the highlight. The decor was warm and stylish, and the open windows brought in the pleasant evening air and the energy of people walking through the shopping district outside. Overall, a very enjoyable meal with excellent food and atmosphere, though the service could have been more attentive.

I brought my team for lunch at this location, service what great and restaurant was very clean. We had starters, main entrees, and dessert/coffee. It was a great decision coming here as we had a great time and food was delicious. Our server was so attentive, she kept checking on us throughout our lunch. I been here before and I have tried other dishes, this type I decided to order something different and the food was simply delicious. I cannot wait to come back to keep trying other dishes, sides, and desserts. I highly recommend this place.

This restaurant was definitely a big surprise in how amazing in terms of vale for money. I’m not sure if it’s just a temporary discounted menu that they have going on, but I randomly came across it and just looking at the menu, it was too good to pass up. I wasn’t expecting too much as the reviews for this place did have people saying it’s not authentic Thai which I definitely agree with. However, that being said the food was certainly more than satisfactory. I tried the pork belly dish, and wow, it is so tender and rich- props to whatever marinade they put it in. That single dish is definitely enough for one person, very filling (and only £9!), but lured by the cheap prices, I decided to order a sweet and sour ma muang as well as their spring rolls which were decent tasting. Overall, can’t complain about the food and the service was simple, straightforward, and well-paced.

To start with, the ambiance was very good, we even got to choose our table, which was a nice touch. The food looked great as well, but the flavors didn’t quite live up to expectations. Everything felt a bit too mild for our taste, and it seems like there’s definitely room for improvement there. I understand it was towards the end of the day and service can slow down, but even then, basic attentiveness shouldn’t slip. We had to get up ourselves to find someone to order desserts, ask for the bill, and even to pay. Even if there’s just one or two tables left (we were the third last), there should still be someone keeping an eye on things. Overall, a lovely setting and promising presentation, but let down slightly by muted flavors and inconsistent service. I’d rate this place 3 out of 5 stars.

Great food as always but the service was quite poor. The people serving really struggled to understand basic requests and we had to repeat everything multiple times. They also got the dessert order wrong.

This was a great stop. It was close to our movie time and we were able to get a good meal with a little time to spare. Everything came out fresh and flavorful the KFC Was tender and seasoned, while the bao buns were soft and flavorful.

Really loved the Gochujung pork belly ramen, ebi katsu, and the boa bun mushroom was just amazing, soft and spongy! The service was quick. Eat, pay on your phone and get out! Kind off easy!

One of the worst "Italian" meals I have had. The resotto was cooke perfectly, the chicken in it was dry as last Thursday and the bacon was not far off from still being raw. Don't waste your time or money here. Many other options in the area and I wish I would have picked a different one! You press a bottom to order and a bottom to pay . It's high class at it's finest 🙄
