We made a reservation for three the day before, and from the moment we arrived, Madison impressed us. The service is incredibly well-organised and genuinely welcoming; from the staff downstairs confirming reservations and guiding guests to the elevator, to the hosts who seat you, and the team managing the doors. Professional, friendly, detailed - 10/10.
The views of London are outstanding and truly add to the atmosphere. Whether you’ve lived here for years or are visiting for the first time, seeing the skyline from Madison looks like something out of a postcard.
Our server, Sachin, was brilliant. He took the time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, and made us feel well looked after throughout. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the complimentary prosecco was such a thoughtful touch.
Overall, a 10/10 dining experience. I’d love to return in the summer or try brunch to experience this place in a different light. Highly recommend.

Came with my wife and got an incredible attendance thanks to Abhijith ( the really tall waiter). The food was delicious, flavorful and tasty. Great variety of cocktails also worth to try. Wishing to repeat this experience forward .

The most remarkable place imaginable.
Absolutely blown away every time I visit !
I had 1/2 lobster tail ! It was phenomenal.
The flavours were unbelievable, the lobster was super moist and fresh.
Utter perfection !
To top it off we had a gigantic Strawberry Sunday.
I was later surprised with a beautiful congratulations cake.
Thank you Madison’s.

I had an amazing birthday celebration at Madison — delicious food, great drinks, breathtaking views of St Paul’s Cathedral, and an incredible atmosphere overall. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Huge thanks to the team for the fantastic service making this birthday memorable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful dinner at the Madison. The views of Saint Paul’s and the London Eye can’t be beat on this rooftop restaurant. We particularly enjoyed the shrimp rigatoni, green goddess salad, and bread with Brie. Both the skillet cookie and chocolate sea salt brownie were chocolatey and delicious.
Overall we had a positive experience but a few minor remarks are that the service was a bit slower than we’d like, we had to ask for our bread, ask for the check, etc. Additionally while the salmon was flavorful we wished it came with hot sides rather than cold boiled eggs, lettuce and green beans. It seemed more like an afterthought.

My husband and I had our wedding dinner in the conservatory, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The space looked beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious and complimented by all our guests, and the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening.
We were also pleasantly surprised by how lovely the courtyard area was — it added a really special touch.
It was a truly memorable evening, and we’re so grateful for the care and effort that went into making it perfect. We’d highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an exceptional private dining experience in Chelsea.
It is the perfect location after a Chelsea Old Town Hall wedding. We don’t have our pictures yet but the room looked amazing.

We had the pleasure of dining at Manicomio in the City, and let me tell you—it was an experience to remember! From the moment we stepped inside, the cozy yet stylish ambiance set the tone for an extraordinary evening.
But what really made the night special was the impeccable service. The team at Manicomio didn’t just serve food; they curated an evening. Attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, they made us feel like VIPs, walking us through the menu with genuine passion and spot-on recommendations.
Now, onto the food… where do I even begin? The signature dish at Manicomio is undoubtedly the carbonara with pecorino, Tuscan guanciale and Parmesan. Other standouts include Lobster Linguine, Tomato, Chili & Basil; Grilled Pheasant Breast with Pancetta. For starters, the brutta and zucchini fries were an absolute dream—crispy perfection paired with bold flavours. Moving on to the mains, the seafood spaghetti was a symphony of fresh, vibrant ingredients, while the beef was cooked to perfection and melted in the mouth. And just when I thought it couldn’t get better, the desserts arrived, stealing the show with their artistry and indulgent flavours.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience in the City!

Great food, excellent service.
I went on a monday, so it was not busy. Great mussels for the entrée, crab pasta for the main dish and chocolate mousse for dessert. All great options. Also, a short menu ensures all comes out fast and tasting good!

My wife and I were staying overnight in London near St Pauls, and we wanted a nice restaurant for supper. After searching around the area beforehand, we landed on this place - interesting and unusual menu, good reviews, walkable-to location. We were not disappointed - indeed our expectations were exceeded, by the food and the service. We dined on a Friday evening. It was fairly quiet - most of their business happens during the busier times of the week while Londoners are working in this area.
One other thing that, in my humble opinion, that sets this place apart for everywhere else I can think of is their open support (tent cards showing their pride on every table) for the UK-based eco-charity, Borneo Orangutan Survival. Having visited Borneo and met some of these marvellous apes myself some years ago, I know how important this is and am (STILL!) delighted that my fine-dining experience in central London was also helping vital conservation efforts on the other side of the world. We would certainly come here again.

Hands down one of the best long blacks I've had in a long time. The service and staff were really friendly and the breakfast granola bowl was also good. If they did a take out coffee service, I'd have probably walked back the next day for one and my hotel was nearly a mile away.

Came for the French onion soup, stayed for the warm service by Ana. Made a reservation without knowing about the free-flow sauces and frites, so that was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, they weren’t true to their word on the sauces (we were only allowed two, and I did ask politely!), but Ana came through with two helpings of piping hot frites after our first serving. She didn’t make us feel embarrassed for asking at all. She was speedy, communicative, has great memory for orders and always served with a bright smile. We wouldn’t have made plans to come back if not for her.

Amazing gem that looks like a cozy little hold in the wall but actually has a large restaurant in the basement!
We had the Cote Burger and seafood linguine and both were amazing! Service was impeccable as well.
A warm and cozy spot with friendly staff and amazing food! What's not to love.

Côte St. Paul's conveniently located just minutes from Farringdon and City Thameslink stations. While the downstairs dining area was lovely, the real highlight was the wonderful service. The team was so attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to make our celebration special.

We walked in and were seated very quickly, which was a great start. On a rainy day, the soups really hit the spot—especially the onion soup and the corn truffle soup, both of which were delicious.
The service overall was excellent—attentive and friendly. While the main courses took a little time to arrive, it wasn’t a big issue, and the quality made it worth the wait. Prices were very reasonable for the experience and quality of food.
Definitely a cozy and satisfying place to stop by, especially on a chilly day.

What a wonderful meal and experience of exceptional service tonight at dinner at Côte St Paul's. Honestly, we didn’t have high expectations at this French place connected to our hotel (Guest Quarters: St. Paul). We were so pleasantly surprised with the whole experience—from greeting as we stepped inside, the welcome, the table by the window, the food, and the service. Of course, the Steak Frites was our target to try. Needless to say, the food lived up to the expectation of this classic French Brasserie feast in Paris. The steaks were expertly cooked medium-rare and served with amazing, delicious ( not greasy or soggy) piping hot frites! We paired our dinner with a carafe of white wine and bottled waters. I highly recommend Côte!

The Combo for Two at Burger & Lobster – Bread Street delivered an experience that feels indulgent yet comforting. The dishes arrive beautifully presented: half lobster portions with delicately sweet meat, perfectly cooked and paired with a velvety butter sauce that enhances every bite. The classic burger is surprisingly well-balanced—juicy, smoky, and rich—standing confidently beside the seafood instead of being overshadowed. The fries offer satisfying crispness, while the fresh salad adds brightness and balance to the plate.
The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and relaxed, with spacious leather seating and soft lighting that creates a cozy dining rhythm. Service is friendly and attentive, making the meal feel unrushed and genuinely enjoyable. Ending with a smooth hot chocolate and a crème brûlée topped with a caramelized crust was a delightful finale—simple but deeply satisfying.
Overall, this combo is a celebration of generous portions, quality ingredients, and thoughtful preparation. It’s a dining experience that makes you want to return, both for the flavors and for the inviting atmosphere.

Just had an amazing meal at this spot! Shoutout to our server Max—he was super attentive, friendly, and made our experience feel so welcoming. The beef burger was juicy with a perfectly crispy bun, and the lobster roll? Absolute perfection—fresh, flavorful, and packed with tender lobster meat. Absolutely fantastic dining experience! We ordered the Jumbo Lobster today, and it was incredibly delicious—the meat was tender and bursting with flavor.
A huge shout-out and compliment to our waiter, Max! His service was excellent and incredibly attentive. He provided a very detailed introduction to the menu and, best of all, patiently and skillfully helped us with the entire lobster cracking process. Max's exceptional service truly made our dinner perfect.
Highly recommend Burger & Lobster Bread Street.

Had an amazing lunch here with my boyfriend. We have traveled Italy a lot and I have to say this place is the real deal. The food is authentic (and absolutely delicious!) and so is the atmosphere. We had the pleasure of meeting the manager Manuel (who I believe is also Italian and just gives the place an even more authentic feel) and he checked on us and our meal, he was really friendly. We had a great service and experience there and we will definitely be back!

Great location, and great atmosphere.
The food was tasty, and it was made ready pretty quickly which we appreciated.
The waiter/waitress and the staff were unamused, bored and had very little patience and attention for us. This place would not be my first option if I'm in the area because if the mediocre service.

I booked a table of 14 to celebrate a special occasion and they dealt with my enquiry so smoothly and seamlessly. The night went extremely well and our waitress handled everything with ease. The food was delicious; I went for the tiger prawn dish. I would greatly recommend booking with HAZ for your special occasions, the food and service are incredible and so is the atmosphere.

We went after attending a party as we were nearby, it was one of my friend’s birthday. The manager really looked after us. We asked if they can bring a small cake slice from their dessert with candle and they did that also did not charge us for desserts and tea. We all enjoyed the food although I would’ve preferred a salad with my moussaka hence 4 stars for food.

We stopped here for drinks before visiting the Ivy Asia restaurant. A great bar, lovely inside. We received excellent service at our table by a very friendly lady called Erika. from Lithuania. I opted for a draught Moretti beer, my wife had red wine. A small optional service charge was added to our bill. Will definitely visit again if we are in the St Paul's area. What a fantastic venue to have an evening bite to eat. Me and my partner are visiting London for the day and just happened to stroll across this venue and decided to try it out. I’m so glad we did! The food was lively but more than that the atmosphere and staff were just perfect. We were looked after by staff member Yemi who was extremely attentive to our needs and couldn’t do enough for us. Each time she came to our table she had a smile on her face - let me tell you as someone who eats out often this is not common practice in the restaurant industry lol. The setting of this venue also wonderful - our table was next to St Paul’s cathedral in its full glory. I would really recommend this venue (and Yemi as a server) to anyone visiting London wanting a bite to eat in the evening.

Sadly not the best experience.
Food is expensive for its quality/taste and service could be better.
Note - The festive menu has not been designed for dietary requirements and prices for vegetarian options on the festive menu are double the price when compared to the same dishes on the normal lunch menu!
We came during a busy lunch time so service was very slow. Some dishes came so late that others in our party had already finished eating.
Main portions were good, but sides and starters are very small for their price (e.g. small bowl of chips for £5).
The location is good, but I wouldn't return unfortunately.

The food was mediocre. Not bad. But not amazing.
The roasted salmon was dry. No sauce.
The salmon fishcakes were pretty good with a tasty sauce. No sides though.

Food was very good. I’ve never had a bad pastry at a Paul, no matter where in the world. Only four stars because the coffee is bitter. I think I’m too fussy.
The service loses a star because of the heating. Too hot for people dressed for walking around on a cold day.
The staff were lovely, efficient and stand-offish, just as you expect from the French. I’d be disappointed if they smiled.
Atmosphere was lovely. French music playing, rustic decor, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I would have sat outside if it wasn’t raining.

I was served by a lovely gentlemen name Antony (or Antonio?). I came to collect some slices for a birthday cake, however the slices were in a Christmas tree shape which made it awkward for a bday celebration. He offered the full cake however the party is for a group of 3, hence I felt the full cakes would have been too much. He was so lovely and attentive, putting the 3 slices together and cutting the edges off neatly to make it more neater looking and less festive. He saved the day as all other shops were closed.
Very grateful for his kindness and help, he made the visit so worth it ❤️

The 2 “Antonio’s” provided absolutely brilliant service to a bunch of weary children and adults arriving from the carol service.
The delicacies are absolutely amazing, could not fault one of the sweet treats.
The service at such late time of day was fantastic, one would not say these two had been standing serving all day, they were friendly and made time to talk to all of us.
Would recommend to anyone visiting this area as priority stop.

If you are looking for fresh and yummy south italian food by Napolitan‘s, then you are just right here. The fresh Linguini with the perfect tomato sauce and the delicious polpettine (meatballs) were stunningly good. The bread was assume too. The nice white table cloths and setting in the upper Floor was very nice and uplifting the atmosphere as the ceiling windows and side windows needed some cleaning or nice curtains ☺️.

Rucoletta is a fantastic little Italian spot tucked just behind St Paul’s Cathedral. I went in without much expectation and left genuinely impressed. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff are super friendly and attentive.
I had a prawn pasta dish (can’t remember the exact name!) — it came with giant, juicy prawns in a beautifully balanced, light sauce. The pasta was perfectly cooked and soaked up the flavours so well. You could tell the ingredients were really fresh. It was one of those dishes you don’t want to end.
The service was quick even though the place was quite busy. The warm bread with olive oil they bring out is a nice touch, and overall, the prices are very fair for central London — especially for the quality you’re getting.
It’s one of those rare places that feels like a local secret. No gimmicks, just really good food and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving proper Italian!

The boar is cooked to perfection and the dish overall was very flavourful. The pasta is cooked al dente and served fresh and hot.

It is one of the best Italian places I tried in London!

Warm welcome, informed and fun service accompanying the authentic food. 4 of us all very much enjoyed our food. In fact, our vegetarian friend said "This is the best arrabbiata I have enjoyed in my 60yrs."
The veal was superb, subtle flavours, light breading.
The salmon piece as a main was large and done to perfection (not overcooked as it often can be).
The gluten free pasta (penne) portion was large and done very well.
When in this neighborhood again, we'll return to try some of their other options.
We sat upstairs, it's cozy, comfortable and the glass ceiling added to the ambience
