4 Star Rating A luxurious 5-star hotel in London, and it exceeded all my expectations, the ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication. The staff were incredibly attentive. As for the culinary experience, every dish was a masterpiece. The lobster taco was a delightful fusion of flavors, perfectly complemented by the succulent beef steak cooked to perfection. The Winter in Japan cocktail was a refreshing and innovative blend that tantalized my taste buds. And let’s not forget about the dessert! The chocolate cheesecake was an absolute standout, with its rich and velvety texture melting in the mouth with every bite. To top it all off, they surprised me with a complimentary birthday cupcake, which was a thoughtful gesture that added an extra touch of warmth to the evening. Overall, The Madison offers a dining experience that is worth every penny. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for impeccable service and top-notch cuisine.

5 Star Rating Highly recommend! Went here for bottomless brunch, food was spectacular, highly recommend the lobster mac and cheese. We were served by Natsu and she could not be lovelier! Ambiance was great. Only minus point was that the music was a tad bit to loud, otherwise it's a place you should not miss in London.

5 Star Rating I’m a bit late with my review, but I still wanted to share my feedback. At the end of February, we celebrated my birthday at Madison and were served by Adarsh. The food was excellent! The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was lovely, and the view was absolutely stunning! We started the day with lunch at Madison and continued the experience at a high level. Madison is definitely worth visiting. We had a 3-course meal with a glass of bubbly. The starter was simple, but good and tasty; we had smoked salmon. However, the main course and dessert were delicious. We ordered the Sea Bass for the main and the Honeycomb cheesecake and Panna Cotta for dessert—all were mouthwatering. I want to separately mention the attentive service from Adarsh and the other members of the team. They ensured that my birthday was wonderful with outstanding service. The plates were served and cleared promptly, with the staff ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction and asking if we needed anything else. Great job! We will definitely be returning soon and look forward to enjoying cocktails on the terrace in good weather. Thank you All!

3 Star Rating Had a nice evening at Madison, firstly the views are amazing and you can’t go wrong there, loved the music and a cool vibe. As being my partners birthday she was given a complimentary bubbles and a birthday plate which was a nice touch. Cocktails went down well albeit a bit expensive. Waiter seemed a little inexperience but manager cleared up his mistakes well. The main area which needs addressing is how allergens are dealt with. After a couple emails and a phone call I wanted to confirm that there was a gluten-free menu/options for Coeliacs. I was told on the phone there will be options. My partner sadly fell a little sick after the meal, which was because of the allergens. We were never shown an allergen menu/matrix, it seemed a little off the cuff. One and done for me, lovely experience but for the price and lack of detail in allergens sadly let it down. Didn’t let this ruin our evening and enjoyed the drinks/food.

5 Star Rating I only knew Madison for the bar rooftop area that I had visited multiple times. We decided to come during lunchtime for my boyfriend’s birthday, and the waiter Carmine was amazing, he welcomed us super well wished my boyfriend happy birthday and took us to our table with two complimentary glasses of champagne. We took the Tartare as a starter which was tasty and chose to take the Chateaubriand as a main, which was good but a bit pricey, the desserts were amazing and we loved the little candle and special happy birthday chocolate touch. The view of St Paul Cathedral is also definitely a + and thanks again Carmine for making this experience lovely

4 Star Rating For starters you can never go wrong with the Zucchini fritti, honestly best i’ve had in London so far super crispy. Moving onto the Lobster linguine it was nice, but not worth the price in my opinion. Affogato to top it off, nothing but pure joy. Staff were very accommodating and the house white was a delight!

4 Star Rating On entering I was sent upstairs to sit and the first thing I noticed was there was a strange smell, mustardy. Didn’t like it If it weren’t for the peculiar toxic smell I would’ve rated this restaurant five stars Glanced the menu. It was expensive I only had 50 minutes to spare so I ordered the chips only They were very lovely and stood out against all other chips. They were perfectly cooked giant chips, not oily or overcooked or anything Perfect! That’ll do for £6/7 Glad I popped in Recommended

2 Star Rating Don’t be greedy… Why even bother setting up tables outside in WINTER if you don’t have enough heaters. I’m baffled at how people haven’t complained more about this. If you set up tables outside in winter you should have enough infrastructure to guard against the weather. Clearly greed has gotten the best out of a place with otherwise average food. Never coming here again with my work colleagues and recommending against it to everyone I know.

5 Star Rating The benefit of a chain is it's uniform so you know what you're going to get. I'm a big fan of Pi g Pong restaurants and this one is no exception. Great tasting menu, it's enough food and their lunch time special means it's very reasonable. This branch is well located for St Paul's Cathedral and cannon street station.

Food is always delicious, it's a shame some of the older items have been taken off the menu - edamame potato cake! - but this actually led us to try some new dishes and loved them. Definitely recommend the griddled beef gyoza and chicken xiao long bao. Also enjoyed the new addition of the robot food server.

5 Star Rating Perfect location while touring. Popped off the tour bus for St. Paul’s and it is right there. Checked reviews and grabbed a table outside. Ordered chicken liver starter which came in a cute jar, wonderful jam and perfectly toasted points. Scraped the jar clean. We ordered from their very reasonably priced three course prefix: carrot and roasted squash soup, sea bass and plum clafoutis. See menu choices in the pics. Everything was very good. Service was good as well.

5 Star Rating Came in an hour or so before close, with a party of 2 was seated very promptly. Server came, took our orders, the food was out within 10 minutes of ordering. My dish was the Duck a LaOragnge, and my dates ordered the steak frites. Both dishes were superb and cooked to perfection. One of the servers even had the courtesy to come out and ask us if we wanted any coffee or espresso before shutting off the machine for the night. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also spectacular.

5 Star Rating This is my first try of lobster. I had promised myself to not eating that animal. Because They are boiled alive. I broke it but now I know it’s not worth killing a lobster for that. Regardless of this restaurant, The taste of lobster meat is not that special.. I never eat it again. Btw, The service was awesome. Everyone was friendly. The hamburgers were also good. We ate muscles and the sauce was tasty. I wont go again but recommend if you like

5 Star Rating Wasn’t expecting much knowing that it’s a chain, but found it rather a great experience, especially when dropping in when the restaurant isn’t so busy in late afternoon for pre theatre dinner. Both the steamed/boiled lobsters and the roll/sandwich were much better than expected in quality than what you’d normally get at a chained restaurant. The croquettes and oysters 🦪 however were found lacking in many ways. The oysters were fishier than ones I’ve had (not sure if it’s the freshness or just the variety) and the croquettes were…to put it simply, boring and lacking in any lobster flavour. Overall though, I’d re visit for the vibe, ambiance, nice booth, hospitality and the lobsters themselves.

It was my first tip culture in the UK, and I was a little confused because there was no explanation from the staff. It turned out that the bill said voluntary tip in small letters. However, tourists who are not good at English need sufficient explanation for this.

4 Star Rating Second outdoor dining experience since lockdown easing. So grateful to be able to drink a pint of peroni with some friends. The food is delicious and service excellent, especially with one of the managers who was super friendly. Service speed is also pretty good. Location is in the alley so not ideal but works, sadly it was quite cold as not enough heaters to go round. Also, we asked for a beer from two different waiters for a friend, and although the 5th beer ever came we were charged. Nevertheless, the super friendly manager came to the rescue. A three course with a beer, and a bottle of malbec between 4 came to almost £60, definitely not cheap but probably reasonable with the alcohol. (PS sorry for the bad looking second photo, was too hungry and forgot to take the photo first)

2 Star Rating Go elsewhere, not recommended. The restaurant is large and the decor is nice, staff are attentive. Food was a real disappointment. Soup was okay and so was the hummus. Bread was not. I thought moussaka was Greek but here they serve it, and it wasn’t that tasty. Stupidly I ordered the lamb tengine expecting it to be full of flavours and beautifully served in a tengine pot just like I’ve had many times from Moroccan restaurants, but this version was a tasteless stew and ugly. Tea was nice though, probably from a bag but still I liked it (mint and another was jasmine). Prices were okay, we had the £26 two course meal. I didn’t want to make a scene but for restaurant to add service of 13.5% automatically was an insult - the experience didn’t deserve a tip

2 Star Rating Food is fantastic, though starter sizes (just average presentation) not worth the price. Al fresco seating was nice tho careful of pigeons and gulls. And we were unlucky to have the bells going non stop since 7:06pm for two hours. My partner had to put on his ear plugs. Service does affect our experience a lot. Waved our hands to get attention but still no response, then we went over to them to order. Starter came but we still without drinks. And we thought of making it easy for them by asking for a jug of water but they say they can only bring glasses of water. Then we ordered drinks, those are fast. So water be slow, paid drinks be fast. Think maybe when you were sat outdoors, there was only the one person, and when another staff tried to help, seems the one person has control and didn't seem to like the help. And that one person didn't seem to be happy given the workload he piled on himself. Different experience to other Haz we've been.

2 Star Rating Sadly not the best experience. Food is expensive for its quality/taste and service could be better. Note - The festive menu has not been designed for dietary requirements and prices for vegetarian options on the festive menu are double the price when compared to the same dishes on the normal lunch menu! We came during a busy lunch time so service was very slow. Some dishes came so late that others in our party had already finished eating. Main portions were good, but sides and starters are very small for their price (e.g. small bowl of chips for £5). The location is good, but I wouldn't return unfortunately.

(you can request the cooking show once your meal has been cooked) Please be advised if you are a person who does not drink alcohol to be asked to be seated on a separate table as the food is cooked with alcohol! The staff were very apologetic and the food ( tiger prawns especially) were worth the wait. I was just a little frustrated as we had a booking after and they had made us EXTREMELY late that we missed the booking and they almost refused us entry. I would recommend this restaurant but I would say be prepared to sit there and wait for the table to fill if your party is 5 or less.

4 Star Rating This place was amazing! Loved it! But honestly speaking i hate sharing my table with random strangers!!!! Wouldn't have mind paying a premium to have no random people on my table!
