5 Star Rating Firstly from the gentleman at the first reception outside. Very warm greeting and immediately asked if we had a reservation. Excellent and classy, looked dapper might we add. Secondly, the young lovely lady at desk in the restaurant. Fabulous greeting and wished us a happy anniversary which was really a sweet touch of class. Very welcoming and friendly. Super service and excellent representation of the brand. Our main waiter was brilliant and also answered our queries and provided great recommendations. Efficient service all round and we did not wait long to be offered drinks as well as ordering our main courses. The food was excellent. Full of flavour and great portion sizes. Presentation was 10/10. The Anniversary cake was rounded off a wonderful evening my partner and I truly enjoyed. We are really sorry that we didn't take the names of the staff. However, it would be rude for me to describe them by appearance. We will return for another special night. Madison..... magnificent.

5 Star Rating Exceptional views, food and customer service. Loved the atmosphere and the vibe. Very lively indeed, without being too overwhelming or chaotic. Special thanks to the receptionist Amanda, who was kind enough to change my dining preferences at the last moment. She was a gem to accommodate some more friends of mine without prior notice at peak hour.

5 Star Rating My husband and I had our wedding dinner in the conservatory, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The space looked beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious and complimented by all our guests, and the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening. We were also pleasantly surprised by how lovely the courtyard area was — it added a really special touch. It was a truly memorable evening, and we’re so grateful for the care and effort that went into making it perfect. We’d highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an exceptional private dining experience in Chelsea. It is the perfect location after a Chelsea Old Town Hall wedding. We don’t have our pictures yet but the room looked amazing.

Little tricky to find if you haven’t been here before as the name hides under two massive trees but once you’re in, it’s great. Would highly recommend and definitely visit again.

5 Star Rating I booked a table for 11, for a team dinner. The process was smooth from start to finish and the team were so accommodating and attentive to everything I asked for (square table, allergies, changing numbers last minute etc.). On the night, the team looked after us quietly but attentively. The food was fresh and well‑cooked, and the wines they suggested paired nicely. A reliable, easy option for a relaxed team dinner in the City - highly recommended!

4 Star Rating We walked in and were seated very quickly, which was a great start. On a rainy day, the soups really hit the spot—especially the onion soup and the corn truffle soup, both of which were delicious. The service overall was excellent—attentive and friendly. While the main courses took a little time to arrive, it wasn’t a big issue, and the quality made it worth the wait. Prices were very reasonable for the experience and quality of food. Definitely a cozy and satisfying place to stop by, especially on a chilly day.

5 Star Rating We had the pleasure of dining at cote , and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy, setting the tone for a perfect meal. The food? Absolutely incredible. Every dish was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. Each bite was a reminder of how great food can be when it’s done right. Whether you’re a foodie or just someone who enjoys a delicious meal, you’re in for a treat here. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the customer service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely made me feel like a valued guest. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the service are equally top-notch, but this restaurant nails it. Special thanks to Sonam And Karthik for looking after us they’re so sweet and caring ❤️

4 Star Rating Lovely impromptu late lunch / early dinner at B&L near St Paul’s Cathedral. Service was excellent and attentive, but there were only a couple of other diners in the restaurant so can’t comment on what it’s like when busy. The food was really nice actually. It came out quickly, was nicely presented, and tasted lovely. However, I rated it a 4 for food because I felt very short changed on the lobster. For what they charged and what you get, it’s quite disappointing. Although the shell looks a reasonable size, there was very limited lobster meat, hardly any actually!. I don’t think I would order it again. But the prawns and the burgers were really good.

5 Star Rating Visited the Bread Street restaurant on Good Friday for dinner before a show at The O2. I'd never had lobster before but really wanted to try it so I figured this would be the place to come! It's a lovely little place actually, just a stone's throw away from St Paul's Cathedral but quiet and relaxing. Really friendly and helpful staff here, especially the manager Gaetano who welcomed us in and I got talking to throughout the duration of my visit. You can tell everyone who works here is passionate about good service and being approachable and knowledgeable. I went for the lobster croquettes as my starter - I could have quite easily had more, they were delicious! - and I went for the half lobster steamed with fries as my main. Really tasty, subtle but paired beautifully with the lemon and garlic butter sauce that it came with. I also had the non-alcoholic watermelon iced tea cocktail which was beautiful and very refreshing. All in all good food, great service, would come again and would recommend!

5 Star Rating I want to tell my experience eating at this place. The staff named Julio and Gaetano were very friendly when welcoming our arrival. I went there for my Husband's birthday so when I made an online reservation from the website I made a note if I could please write on paper "Happy Birthday Daddy" and when I arrived I was surprised they gave me a card which usually in other restaurants they didn't even fulfill my request. I really appreciate them. They already prepare the table and put the card in the table before we came I heard them say, before they came to work they stopped by to buy the card. For some people a card is a small thing but for us it is something that really care about customers. I hope all staff in restaurants have good character like you both. I really recommended this restaurant, the food is very nice the lobster very juicy. My Son like the mac and cheese, lobster and the croquette and because the staff is very kind make us want to come back again. Thank you to Gaetano and Julio.

3 Star Rating I recently had dinner here with a few colleagues, and while the food was a bit of a mixed experience, the service left much to be desired. Our waitress seemed uninterested and quite grumpy, which put a damper on the overall atmosphere. That being said, the rest of the experience was fine. I personally enjoyed the scallop and pasta dishes I ordered—both were delicious and well-prepared. However, my colleagues weren’t as lucky. They found their meals underwhelming and the portions were so large that it became more of a chore to finish than an enjoyable meal. So, while my dishes hit the mark, the inconsistency in both service and food quality left some room for improvement.

4 Star Rating Second outdoor dining experience since lockdown easing. So grateful to be able to drink a pint of peroni with some friends. The food is delicious and service excellent, especially with one of the managers who was super friendly. Service speed is also pretty good. Location is in the alley so not ideal but works, sadly it was quite cold as not enough heaters to go round. Also, we asked for a beer from two different waiters for a friend, and although the 5th beer ever came we were charged. Nevertheless, the super friendly manager came to the rescue. A three course with a beer, and a bottle of malbec between 4 came to almost £60, definitely not cheap but probably reasonable with the alcohol. (PS sorry for the bad looking second photo, was too hungry and forgot to take the photo first)

5 Star Rating Authentic Italian food tucked away in an atmospheric alleyway in the centre of the city. Yesterday at lunch time this osteria served a daily special menu which is incredibly good value. Some of the reviewers who have taken stars off for a large portion should understand that in Italy you would share dishes. However, even so the daily menu was very generous. The linguine alla vongole, tomato veloute and prawn risotto were all delicious. The wine menu is short but good. The tiramisu was very creamy and though enormous, it was difficult not to polish off! Staff were friendly and efficient.

4 Star Rating Some of the food was very good, whilst some was average. Nothing was bad. It is the type of place which is good enough but probably missing attention to detail - my roasted courgette salad was served very cold straight out of the fridge, for example. The service was ok but the staff often forgot about us. It was very busy outside and nice in the sunny weather. I would say the price was high and I’m not sure value for money.

2 Star Rating The food at this restaurant was genuinely excellent — well-cooked, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. However, the way they handle the bill completely ruined the experience. First, I was charged twice for service — once as a “cover charge” (apparently just for sitting at the table), and again as a percentage-based service charge. Neither was mentioned on the menu or explained by the staff. Worse still, I was charged £5.50 extra for chips — despite the fact that in most Turkish restaurants, a main dish is served with rice or chips included, or at the very least, the cost is clearly stated. In this case, I wasn’t told it would be extra, and there was no price listed or warning given when I ordered. That’s completely unacceptable. It feels like customers are being quietly overcharged, and that’s not just disappointing — it’s dishonest. This kind of hidden pricing is deceptive and takes advantage of people’s trust. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place unless the management starts being transparent with their pricing. If you do go, check your bill very carefully.

5 Star Rating Was very quiet when we were in (we like to eat quite early) but very much livening up by the time we left. Server very pleasant and attentive (thanks Abbos). Food was lovely - mixed grill for me, spicy chicken for dining companion. Given location, anmount of drink and it having quite an upmarket vibe, the cost was not outrageous. Waiter offered to swap out the complimentary shot after the bill when companion didn’t want it. Entirely unnecessary since I had hers, but a nice touch nevertheless. I’d definitely come back.

2 Star Rating Sadly not the best experience. Food is expensive for its quality/taste and service could be better. Note - The festive menu has not been designed for dietary requirements and prices for vegetarian options on the festive menu are double the price when compared to the same dishes on the normal lunch menu! We came during a busy lunch time so service was very slow. Some dishes came so late that others in our party had already finished eating. Main portions were good, but sides and starters are very small for their price (e.g. small bowl of chips for £5). The location is good, but I wouldn't return unfortunately.

2 Star Rating The service was slow to non-existent. We were there for an hour and a half for what was supposed to be a quick lunch. If they ask if you want a bowl of olives or some baguette with butter say no. The upcharge is ridiculous. The food was okay but obviously not homemade. The temperature difference between foods, and even in the same item, made it obvious that these were reheated from frozen.

2 Star Rating I had the Chicken Baguette and the quality control was not the greatest in comparison to one’s first experience in a previous branch in Holborn some time ago which no longer exists. My colleague was craving a chicken baguette and I recommended the Cafe Rogue chicken baguette based off one’s past experience which was good and we decided to try it in a different branch together and one was devastated. The baguette was extremely hard, I mean a teeth breaker and the chicken was really dry. Fries were decent. Nothing special I do not plan on visiting it again.

3 Star Rating It's not bad. If you haven't been to a place like this before it has the novelty factor of having your food cooked in front of you with some theatre from the chef (flames & flipping of food) but the food is mediocre. Quite expensive for what it is so doubt I'd be rushing back.

4 Star Rating Good food, more on the expensive side. We paid 100 pounds for one starter, two meals, a bottle of wine and a bottle of sparkling water. Friendly staff on the most part. Would not recommend taking into account the price/value.

4 Star Rating Great cooking show but after our meal was cooked! (you can request the cooking show once your meal has been cooked) Please be advised if you are a person who does not drink alcohol to be asked to be seated on a separate table as the food is cooked with alcohol! (especially for muslims). I believe the food is overpriced for rice and chicken and soup! Our chef was great and would recommend this restaurant for special/date nights.

4 Star Rating Haven't been in a while. Waited for an hour before we was given soup and a starter. I must say though. The staff were very apologetic and the food ( tiger prawns especially) were worth the wait. I was just a little frustrated as we had a booking after and they had made us EXTREMELY late that we missed the booking and they almost refused us entry. I would recommend this restaurant but I would say be prepared to sit there and wait for the table to fill if your party is 5 or less.
