5 Star Rating We made a reservation for three the day before, and from the moment we arrived, Madison impressed us. The service is incredibly well-organised and genuinely welcoming; from the staff downstairs confirming reservations and guiding guests to the elevator, to the hosts who seat you, and the team managing the doors. Professional, friendly, detailed - 10/10. The views of London are outstanding and truly add to the atmosphere. Whether you’ve lived here for years or are visiting for the first time, seeing the skyline from Madison looks like something out of a postcard. Our server, Sachin, was brilliant. He took the time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, and made us feel well looked after throughout. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the complimentary prosecco was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a 10/10 dining experience. I’d love to return in the summer or try brunch to experience this place in a different light. Highly recommend.

5 Star Rating The most remarkable place imaginable. Absolutely blown away every time I visit ! I had 1/2 lobster tail ! It was phenomenal. The flavours were unbelievable, the lobster was super moist and fresh. Utter perfection ! To top it off we had a gigantic Strawberry Sunday. I was later surprised with a beautiful congratulations cake. Thank you Madison’s.

5 Star Rating We had a wonderful dinner at the Madison. The views of Saint Paul’s and the London Eye can’t be beat on this rooftop restaurant. We particularly enjoyed the shrimp rigatoni, green goddess salad, and bread with Brie. Both the skillet cookie and chocolate sea salt brownie were chocolatey and delicious. Overall we had a positive experience but a few minor remarks are that the service was a bit slower than we’d like, we had to ask for our bread, ask for the check, etc. Additionally while the salmon was flavorful we wished it came with hot sides rather than cold boiled eggs, lettuce and green beans. It seemed more like an afterthought.

5 Star Rating My husband and I had our wedding dinner in the conservatory, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The space looked beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious and complimented by all our guests, and the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening. We were also pleasantly surprised by how lovely the courtyard area was — it added a really special touch. It was a truly memorable evening, and we’re so grateful for the care and effort that went into making it perfect. We’d highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an exceptional private dining experience in Chelsea. It is the perfect location after a Chelsea Old Town Hall wedding. We don’t have our pictures yet but the room looked amazing.

4 Star Rating We walked in and were seated very quickly, which was a great start. On a rainy day, the soups really hit the spot—especially the onion soup and the corn truffle soup, both of which were delicious. The service overall was excellent—attentive and friendly. While the main courses took a little time to arrive, it wasn’t a big issue, and the quality made it worth the wait. Prices were very reasonable for the experience and quality of food. Definitely a cozy and satisfying place to stop by, especially on a chilly day.

5 Star Rating We had the pleasure of dining at cote , and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy, setting the tone for a perfect meal. The food? Absolutely incredible. Every dish was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. Each bite was a reminder of how great food can be when it’s done right. Whether you’re a foodie or just someone who enjoys a delicious meal, you’re in for a treat here. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the customer service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely made me feel like a valued guest. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the service are equally top-notch, but this restaurant nails it. 5 Star Rating The Combo for Two at Burger & Lobster – Bread Street delivered an experience that feels indulgent yet comforting. The dishes arrive beautifully presented: half lobster portions with delicately sweet meat, perfectly cooked and paired with a velvety butter sauce that enhances every bite. The classic burger is surprisingly well-balanced—juicy, smoky, and rich—standing confidently beside the seafood instead of being overshadowed. The fries offer satisfying crispness, while the fresh salad adds brightness and balance to the plate. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and relaxed, with spacious leather seating and soft lighting that creates a cozy dining rhythm. Service is friendly and attentive, making the meal feel unrushed and genuinely enjoyable. Ending with a smooth hot chocolate and a crème brûlée topped with a caramelized crust was a delightful finale—simple but deeply satisfying. Overall, this combo is a celebration of generous portions, quality ingredients, and thoughtful preparation. It’s a dining experience that makes you want to return, both for the flavors and for the inviting atmosphere.

4 Star Rating Some of the food was very good, whilst some was average. Nothing was bad. It is the type of place which is good enough but probably missing attention to detail - my roasted courgette salad was served very cold straight out of the fridge, for example. The service was ok but the staff often forgot about us. It was very busy outside and nice in the sunny weather. I would say the price was high and I’m not sure value for money.

2 Star Rating The food at this restaurant was genuinely excellent — well-cooked, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. However, the way they handle the bill completely ruined the experience. First, I was charged twice for service — once as a “cover charge” (apparently just for sitting at the table), and again as a percentage-based service charge. Neither was mentioned on the menu or explained by the staff. Worse still, I was charged £5.50 extra for chips — despite the fact that in most Turkish restaurants, a main dish is served with rice or chips included, or at the very least, the cost is clearly stated. In this case, I wasn’t told it would be extra, and there was no price listed or warning given when I ordered. That’s completely unacceptable. It feels like customers are being quietly overcharged, and that’s not just disappointing — it’s dishonest. This kind of hidden pricing is deceptive and takes advantage of people’s trust. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place unless the management starts being transparent with their pricing. If you do go, check your bill very carefully.

5 Star Rating My colleague and I were hopping between appointments and needed a quick but tasty lunch break. We spotted Haz and thought it looked like a great spot, so we grabbed a table. We went for the two-course option at £26 each and kicked things off with some hummus and tabbouleh, served with some really good focaccia. For mains, we had the chicken tagine and lamb kofte with plain rice. Everything was absolutely delicious and hit the spot. Two glasses of wine on the side just sealed the deal. Exactly the kind of lunch break we needed!

4 Star Rating We came here for a light dinner after having been to the Barbican centre before to see a production. I hadn’t been here in quite a long time as I no longer work in the city but forgot about this place as I used to come to Haz quite often a few years ago. Fairly priced, great service, good food. Generous portions, I had the iskender, though it doesn’t mention lamb kofta on the menu, I would have preferred more skewered lamb. The iskender had a touch too much yoghurt and bread for me which I’m guessing is to fatten out the meal. The chicken tagine is decent too. I had a glass of the Haz rosé, lovely and refreshing. Will try to keep in mind next time I’m back in the area

From the start, Marco was incredibly helpful and pleasant, assisting with the booking and promptly answering all our queries. On the day of the event, Sam ensured everything ran smoothly and made sure we were well looked after throughout. The venue itself is stunning, centrally located and beautifully designed. The downstairs area features a gorgeous wall-length screen that illuminated our photos perfectly, adding a special touch to the evening. We enjoyed a delicious two-course meal, and although we forgot to mention that one of our guests was vegan, the team quickly prepared a tasty vegan main and dessert, which we truly appreciated. 4 Star Rating Rucoletta is a fantastic little Italian spot tucked just behind St Paul’s Cathedral. I went in without much expectation and left genuinely impressed. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. I had a prawn pasta dish (can’t remember the exact name!) — it came with giant, juicy prawns in a beautifully balanced, light sauce. The pasta was perfectly cooked and soaked up the flavours so well. You could tell the ingredients were really fresh. It was one of those dishes you don’t want to end. The service was quick even though the place was quite busy. The warm bread with olive oil they bring out is a nice touch, and overall, the prices are very fair for central London — especially for the quality you’re getting. It’s one of those rare places that feels like a local secret. No gimmicks, just really good food and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving proper Italian!

5 Star Rating Lovely small cafe we came across whilst searching for brunch today. Food looked tasty and inviting. Omlette was great. Poached eggs perfect. Really good cup of tea. Friendly service. Quiet outdoor seating at the back. Thank you Rucoletta x

5 Star Rating Warm welcome, informed and fun service accompanying the authentic food. 4 of us all very much enjoyed our food. In fact, our vegetarian friend said "This is the best arrabbiata I have enjoyed in my 60yrs." The veal was superb, subtle flavours, light breading. The salmon piece as a main was large and done to perfection (not overcooked as it often can be). The gluten free pasta (penne) portion was large and done very well. When in this neighborhood again, we'll return to try some of their other options. We sat upstairs, it's cozy, comfortable and the glass ceiling added to the ambience

5 Star Rating I always enjoyed the food here! I had the homemade pasta with prawn, mussels, clams, etc.. The taste and texture of the pasta and sauce were amazing and the seafood was really fresh! My fiance had a medium rare steak which was cooked to perfection! The calamari and whitebait tempura were really tasty too. Shame I couldn't have dessert because I was already full! Would definitely come back again. Staff are nice. Facilities are clean.

4 Star Rating Authentically Italian dining experience. (1) Good variety of Italian dishes (2) Service was prompt and attentive. There are some very good Italian waitresses and willing to engage with guests / we had an Italian amongst us (3) Location is great and in Central London (4) Price is higher than normal so value is a bit on the lesser side (5) Food was tasty although my main dish was a bit salty - the appetizers were good and main dishes had veggie options - although the pasta was a bit too “al dente” for me. Overall a good option for business lunch if you are in the area
