I went to Wahaca with some friends. The first thing I did was to inform the waitress that I have a nut allergy she advised me what was safe for me to eat, and she double-checked every item of food before serving. She was super friendly and was there to offer her help when we wanted something. The food was so delicious that there is a variety of Mexican food to choose from . The atmosphere is lovely, just happy people enjoying a good meal and drinks with friends and family. I would definitely recommend Wahaca to friends. The good thing about Wahaca they cater for everyone, whether you are a meat eater or vegan or vegetarian. They have a good option of food for everyone

I had the pleasure of dining at Wahaca during lunchtime at Westfield Stratford, and it was an absolute delight. The ambiance was inviting, with a vibrant atmosphere that perfectly complemented the energy of the bustling mall surroundings.
We started our culinary journey with the veggie nachos, which were a symphony of flavors and textures. Each crispy chip was generously adorned with a colorful array of fresh vegetables, creamy guacamole, and tangy salsa, creating a harmonious blend that left our taste buds tingling with satisfaction.
Next up were the tacos, and they exceeded all expectations. Bursting with the goodness of carefully curated ingredients, each bite was a celebration of Mexican culinary craftsmanship. From the tender, flavorful fillings to the warm, soft tortillas, every element was executed with finesse, showcasing the culinary prowess of the chefs at Wahaca.
To complement our meal, we indulged in some refreshing passion fruit mojitos, which served as the perfect palate cleanser between bites. The balance of sweetness and tartness was impeccable, making it the ideal accompaniment to our flavorful dishes.
Overall, our experience at Wahaca was nothing short of exceptional. The attention to detail, the quality of the ingredients, and the warmth of the service made it a memorable dining experience. Whether you’re a devout foodie or simply looking for a delicious meal in a vibrant setting, Wahaca at Westfield Stratford is undoubtedly worth a visit.

We visit this restaurant often, on any given occasion. In fact it was the first Wahaca we tried and it is the one that made us fall in love with their food and atmosphere. Not to even mention the spectacular drinks!
The service is always great, all waiting staff is incredibly helpful (they even helped our friend with the name of the song that was playing there once!) and always recommend great food that suits our taste perfectly. They are always on time, patient if you can't decide and very friendly. You feel as if you entered your local place.
The food is absolutely delicious, to die for. Incredibly fresh, always made to order, portions are just enough to make you happy, though, the tasting menus can feed 3 people if you are not starving! Same can be said about drinks- they always deliver! We are specifically fans of their non-alcoholic drinks, they have the best choice we encountered in any of the restaurants. They are also as punchy as the alcoholic ones.
The main plus of this place is consistency. No matter what time of the day or which day of the week we visited them, we always had the same great experience. The flavours still positively surprise us, but the service is always fantastic.

Delicious. Nachos to share, then devoured the pork, beef and fish tacos. I'd say I had one taco too many so 6 is a decent amount for one hungry person (each option comes with 2 tacos except for the pork which comes with 3)

A very good restaurant! Our experience here was a pleasant one. Everyone is very attentive to the customers' needs. Starting with the lady at the entrance, the boy who led us to the table, the waiters and the lady who cleaned, everybody was very friendly and polite. I was always asked if everything was fine or if I needed anything else.
Otherwise... everything is the same as at any Nandos.

We loved the All-Star 🎳 Lanes at Westfield in Stratford. The staff at the entrance were absolutely attentive to all our arrangements, we wanted to add one to our reservation and if I had to rate them; I would give them four stars 🌟 because some of the staff were a bit miserable and had bad attitude towards younger people who were attending the bowling 🎳 alley..
Other than those staff with 'bad attitudes' 😒 the Bowling 🎳 experience was a Great!👍🏽

Hands down, this is the best pizza I've ever had in my entire life, and that includes my time in Rome! The staff was exceptional, with a friendly and helpful waiter who guided us through the menu. I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic place with an outstanding kitchen.

My daughter's friend had a pizza making session here. For 12.50 per child you get starters, the pizza the kids make and then ice cream. It was a wonderful experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Went a few months ago and all my dad could go on about was how genuinely excellent the service was, - every single member of the waiting staff was warm and kind and they were flexible enough to recreate affogatos for us for dessert. We weren't expecting this kind of service to come so naturally/in an unforced manner in a chain restaurant. Food tasted great too. Thanks for a lovely evening

Really nice staff at this pizza express. Catered for gluten intolerance in our group easily without fuss. Gluten-free dough balls taste just like the original. Chicken Caesar used to be a large portion with loads of dressing, but they’ve changed the recipe and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone now unfortunately - just go straight for the pizza! Easily wheelchair accessible.

Beef & mushroom noodles soup was amazingly good. The flavor of broth was very flavorful. All noodles soup comes with a complimentary plate of fresh coriander, mint, basil, red chili and bean sprouts. The size of the bowl is big (enough for 2 people). Nice and friendly employees. Medium prices.

Always craving for hot soup noodles in winter time. Steak with garlic soup noodles always the best choice for me to order in Pho. The beef steak is juicy and tender. The soup tastes good with the mint, coriander, bean sprouts, and of course the lime juice and chili. Don’t forget to order a cup of fresh juicy. There are many combinations. They are no added sugar and mint, lime and apple is my favorite for sure!

The pho was really good - it had a clean taste and the beef was so tender. The fried rice was a bit too spicy for us, but it was tasty and the serving size was quite big. Overall, great food for amazing value!

This place looks fresh, an open kitchen where you can see how your food is prepared.
Chefs all appear to be vietnamese so you know you're getting 'authentic' or as authentic as it can be vietnamese food.
I ordered a Wok Fried rice (Cơm Chiên) with chicken and dry shrimp.
Those after halal, the chicken is the only halal option they have. Just be sure they're not adding alcohol and are not using the same utensils or pans from other food that is being prepared.
Overall the food tasted great, the man did say at point of ordering it will be spicy and if i was sure? I said hell yea! Why not? Im asian as i come and nothing as of yet ive tasted has been too spicy!
As the food arrived i could smell the dried shrimp. This may be off-putting for some but i assure you this is normal. Dried fish or shrimp will always smell quite strong so i didn't mind it. Afterall i am I bengali and dried fish (hutki) is kushboooi (amazing).
The rice had a sticky texture to it which was nice, i could see a lot of chilli flakes too.
Dissapointed at the amount of chicken though, i was expecting more chicken. I think i received a total of just two cubes of chicken shredded. I was still left hungry if im honest.
As for the shrimps, they're so small they're almost invisible! You can't taste the shrimps but you can smell them!
I did find a shrimp, take a closer look at the picture with the chicken piece. I've placed the shrimp on top of the chicken. Its almost the same size as a grain of rice that's how small they are.
My food was accompanied with a small pot of spicy soy sauce which was nice.
Overall the meal cost me £10.35, normal price is £11.50. Nice to see that they accept Bluelight card which i was able to use.
Having looked at how appetising their soup bowls are i may have to give this place another try... a 3 out of 5 from me.

Foods are of great taste. I specifically like their soups. Their green curry, red curry with chicken or prawn are also my favourite. They do fresh juices as well. Customer service are good but can be improved little bit more.

It used to be a lot better around 2 years ago. Now, it does not taste as great as before. Maybe it is because their chef has changed🤷♀️
Good thing is that their chicken is still halal.
Service is also not bad.

For a shopping centre food court meal this was excellent. Have been several times and food is of good standard, staff polite and helpful. Soy and chilli are available if you need it. Chicken cashew stir fry was very tastey and a good portion. Atmosphere is a shopping court and tables/chairs getting tired.

We came in as 6 people today, 1Toddler, 4 adults and me myself. First of all the I noticed that the owner was really nice, he saw that the toddler was bored and gave him a drawing set with colours and then he even offered to charge the phone from 1 adult. He was really nice in general and was really, really patient and kind. Secondly the waitress was also very polite and generally nice. The Service was great overall. And then the food, the food was excellent too, it tasted great and it was light and didn’t feel heavy to the stomach! It had a great mix of spices. Then the place, it looked very nice and the chairs were comfortable! Generally a great time and experience! Definitely recommend! If you’re in Westfield you should definitely try it! 😋

The food is great and tasty and usually have good portions. I have tried several of their dishes: Red and Green Curry, Vegetable/Prawn Pad Thai, Prawn Crackers, Popcorn Shrimp, Crab Fried Rice and Thai Calamari. Their food preparation was pretty quick. They used to have a wireless call bell system which is very useful; hopefully, they will bring this back so customers won’t have to stand and wait for their order. The customer service is good and they accept Blue Light Card holders. Though some customers might be over critical with the taste; personally, I find it okay considering the price. I will definitely recommend this Thai food shop.

An all-too expensive fast food experience with poor service.
We visited on a Saturday afternoon; there was plenty of seating available and we placed our order through the self-service kiosk. We waited for our food for more than 30 minutes, despite inquiring at the counter a couple of times, and being told it's coming. We only found out later that there was a problem and they couldn't find our order on the system. A member of staff had to take a photo of our e-receipt on our phone to get it ready. When we eventually got our food we did enjoy it, particularly the pistachio shake and the burgers. I wouldn't try the cheese sauce again though.

This was my time at a Shake Shack. We order chicken burgers, fries and drinks. It was on a Friday evening at 6pm. It wasn’t busy so there was lots of seating available. The burgers feel a little small but we’re fine. The fries are good. The cheese sauce is a little plasticky. It’s definitely way more expensive for the quality of food it is. I would go to other burger chains before this one again.
C P - 2 months ago
Horribly overrated burgers. They are OK, but nothing really special, I'd day below average in quality. The bun is just weird, I don't know how else to describe it - soft, soggy and weirdly sweet. Patty is nice, so the fresh tomato and salad. Badly need seasoning - salt, or any punchy sauce. Lemonade was tasty though.
As for atmosphere - visited just as they opened, and all tables were sticky and disgusting filthy. Horrible experience, rather took the food outside.
Radka Janíková - 5 months ago
More expensive than a typical fast food place, but wouldn't say it's quite worth it. The crinkle cut fries with cheese sauce are nice and their burgers are okay. The lemonade is too sour and the iced tea too bitter. A lot of their tables are sticky, but the service is decent with ordering being done on a screen now. Overall I think there are better places around Westfield to have lunch or dinner, including the small burger joints outdoors.
Alex Grigo - 5 months ago
Halal Chicken so great option to break your fast with! Very surprised by the quality of the Oreo milkshake - they take their milkshakes seriously! Had that, the Chicken burger which was simple yet succulent (not dry)..only thing that could be improved was ordered the new spicy chipotle fries but barely had any sauce on it so had to ask them to put more directly on it. What they do is put it in separate pots.
Otherwise 4.5/5 would

Hubby and I were pleased to find a place with a nice ambience and breakfast menu that met our dietary requirements (him being a hardcore carnivore and me being plant-based). We wanted to have an early Valentine's breakfast due to him going away. He had a full English while I had a stack of American style vegan pancakes with berries and a berry compote. We were both happy with the portions and the food was enjoyable. I think it was good value for the money. The service could have been a little more attentive. It wasn't particularly busy so I think staff could have been a tad more observant for example when we were ready to order. Otherwise, we had a good experience dining there and I would definitely go again.

I had a Flat White, Vegan Pancakes and French toast at Balans, and chose to sit outside to enjoy a side of sunshine!
The vegan pancakes was fresh, fluffy and well paired with berries and maple syrup. You could chose between banana and berries as a topping.
The French toast was topped with banana and pecan nuts.
The portion of the food, and drinks was great. Service was fabulous, a waiter came to our table every 10 minutes to ask if we were okay. Overall a great brunch spot!

Great place to eat. Front of house is one of the best in the business! Would definitely go back. Slightly more expensive than other places close by but the food is very good. Would recommend the salmon salad to start as the size of it was very big for a starter. The cheese cake for dessert was definitely the best as I have tried them all! Plenty of different choices on the mains depending on what you fancy that day. Would recommend.
On a Friday or Saturday there is normally live music you can listen too when eating which makes the experience better.
Have to book in advance for Friday's and Saturday otherwise wait time is rather long.

Located on the corner of the casino floor in its own area which offers a break from the hustle.
The layout is open with lots of booth style dining which is perfect for socialising.
I've visited here a few times and whilst the service and presentation has got a lot better the food standard for the price sadly hasn't improved, it's just all very... average.
I ordered the lamb rack which was very flavoursome however each lamb piece was a 1/3 fat. For a non member price of £30 (members £22.50) it is a bit steep. I'm not saying the price should be dropped here but the quality of ingredients should improve which would help attract more visitors.

Service was acceptable, however the food was not up to standard. Pasta dishes are over cooked and tasteless so do not order that option as you'll just end up regret it, I had to end up sending back my food to the kitchen. Ended ordering fish and chip which you think you can't go wrong with however it did went wrong as the fish had bones in it which was shocking and disappointing as I noticed too late. If your in the casino and hungry your better off popping out to get something to eat elsewhere and food was really not enjoyable. P.s check your cutlery before you start to eat as you'll be surprised.

Good service, had to wait about 10 minutes for our food. We got a mixed souvlaki and the 'extra light meal' (2xchicken souvlaki, grilled vegetables and pita bread at 690 calories) with haloumi cheese. It came to £20.85 in total. Very overpriced. The chicken souvlaki was bland. The only thing I really enjoyed was the pita bread. The kebab souvlaki and mixed salads looked nice though. I probably wouldn't pay so much for a meal again and would rather go kfc or McDonald's...
