My family and I decided to go to the shopping centre and then have dinner here. There was a bit of a queue but we didn't have to wait long. The food was very good and the waiter Rafael who served us was super friendly and very attentive, he made our night. We will be back soon and we hope to see Rafael again.

A very good restaurant! Our experience here was a pleasant one. Everyone is very attentive to the customers' needs. Starting with the lady at the entrance, the boy who led us to the table, the waiters and the lady who cleaned, everybody was very friendly and polite. I was always asked if everything was fine or if I needed anything else. Otherwise... everything is the same as at any Nandos.

Always quick time waiting. Good service. Just food sometimes burnt or undercooked. Today I got a great service and help with using my voucher from Mehdee, he showed patience and respect, politeness (even though my voucher didn’t work first), gave good advice. It was really nice experience. Big thanks Mehdee.

Exceptional service by Rafael. He went above and beyond, got us everything we needed without even needing to ask him. Extremely cordial and polite. Rafael was great. The food was great, everything we ordered got to the table quite quickly and well made. Would definitely recommend and would come here again no questions asked.

Played 2 games with children, friendly staff but had a few reoccurring issues with our lane. Issues fixed but a bit tiresome having to keep going to reception to report. Drinks were good but waited a long time for them to arrive.

Great place right in the middle of a shopping centre. Great bar, it's like a pub almost! The lanes are great, and the food was more than satisfactory for what it is.

Nice bowling alley but definitely some room for improvement. Firstly not sure why you’re forced to change your shoes. Almost all places let your keep your own shoes on now. There was a few technical issues with the lanes which was annoying. The food was mediocre at best, portions weren’t great. You’d also think a £15+ meal is served in a plate rather than a plastic basket. Also when we visited on a Thursday evening the music is so loud you can’t even have a conversation. This seems to be the case in most entertainment places around London now which is very annoying.

Exceptional Dining Experience I recently dined 1st time here and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was warm with a beautifully designed space that made for a comfortable and enjoyable meal. Our server, Delia, was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Her recommendations were spot on, and she went above and beyond to make our dining experience special. The food was simply outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection, and you could tell the ingredients were of the highest quality. Overall, I highly recommend Cabana to anyone looking for delicious food, great ambiance, and top service. A special thank you to Delia for making our visit so enjoyable.

Really nice place with surprisingly good food. The burgers were both well-cooked and nicely presented. The desserts were excellent—especially the burnt cheesecake. I'm not sure if it was made in-house, but it was rich, cheesy, and full of flavor. That said, the service and cleanliness could use some attention. We noticed a cable above our table that was covered in dust, which made us a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a good experience with great food—just needs a bit of polish on the service and cleanliness.

Very nice place that I have never been before. The burger was amazing (vegetarian) and the chips were nice and crispy. Caesar salad was also really good. As much as i liked the sweetcorn ribs, they were quite salty for my taste. But still really good as it was charred. Very nice, would visit again for another birthday dinner 🎉

Came here during The Fork Festival with 50% off food. Phenomenal value! Our favourite was the flat iron steak with the corn ribs and chimichurri sauce was the highlight. There were also some creative items on the menu too, like the deep fried rice sushi which was also a pleasant surprise. Finally the service was excellent, Cristina took very good care of us and made sure were enjoyed our date night!

We had a pleasant lunch here on a Saturday. We were served by Paolo who was very friendly and attentive. We ordered the beef and grilled chicken tacos, as well as the prawn small plate. The food was good, although the prawns were a bit small. Dog friendly in the outdoor area. Would come back.

I had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant! I tried the vegetarian combo for two, and it was absolutely delicious — generous portions, rich flavors, and beautifully presented. The highlight of our visit was the impeccable service from Denisse P., who guided us with fantastic recommendations and made the experience even more enjoyable. I also tried one of the cocktails, which was refreshingly crafted and a perfect complement to the meal. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the warm hospitality!

Despite arriving during a busy lunch hour, my friend and I were seated almost immediately and greeted with the most incredible courtesy by our server Denise. The food arrived promptly after ordering and was absolutely delicious. From the sweet potato taquito to the tacos, everything tasted fresh and flavorful. She also accommodated my friend’s many dietary restrictions to the tee and was nothing but friendly snd helpful. Couldn’t recommend highly enough for a delicious dining experience!

I celebrated a dear friends birthday. The restaurant had a good selection of non- alcoholic drinks. There were two that I tried that I did not like, so that's when the wonderful waiter, Paulo, stepped in. He personally created a new version of the drink, and it was absolutely delicious. Paulo is a shining example of kindness and a reminder that the world needs more people who spread joy wherever they go. His customer service was outstanding.

Popped in after work, greeted and seated quickly. First time in a long time to a Wahaca, was served by Paolo M and I’ve got to say probably the best service experience I’ve received in a casual dining chain for a very long time. Went with his recommendation, platter for one, at £15.95 very good value for money and the flavours were exceptional. Definitely 5 stars and would certainly recommend

Very quiet, Less Busy, Excellent Service, The taste of those magnificent and also can be use romantically, even when it night time (ground floor only via Stratford Picture House) It does have delivery, wheelchair access and also products also selling the in store, also can be used for events (work related outreach/meeting or others, including birthdays) Very Highly recommend Feedback: Everything in the restaurant is perfectly clean, service is not too long (really quick), excellent for romance, birthday and outreach/events, quick payment process, food and drink is very delicious and highly recommended (also not many people go there that why it is mostly quiet), also staff very friendly atmosphere is amazingly excellent

I recently visited Pho, a restaurant known for its Vietnamese cuisine. They offer a wide variety of dishes, which is great, but I did notice that halal options are quite limited. However, after speaking with the staff, we found out that the chicken is halal and they were accommodating enough to prepare the broth using vegetable stock upon request. We decided to go with that option, and I have to say, the food didn’t disappoint. The broth was flavorful, light yet rich, and paired perfectly with the tender chicken and fresh herbs. It was a comforting and satisfying meal. While I do wish they had more halal choices on the menu, the staff’s willingness to adjust the dish to suit our needs was appreciated. If you’re looking for Vietnamese food in Stratford and require halal options, it’s worth having a quick chat with the team — they seem quite flexible. Would definitely go back to explore more of their menu!

Keep visiting because I really love the taste of steak pho and they have lovely, friendly staffs, also I live near by. The food is fast so it really fits people who is hungry or don’t want to cook. The only one thing to suggest: Will be great if the quality of food can be kept in a same level, bc sometimes the soup will be salty than ever, sometimes the beef is rare or well down, sometimes too much green onions on the top……if possible, but is really a lovely place though.

Had a pho with sliced beef. The flavour was okay. The service was average particularly one of the young women who was giving everyone their meals was quite dismissive when I asked her if they had hoisin sauce. What pho place doesn't have hoisin sauce??

This was best Pho that I have ever eaten so far. Even though this restaurant is in a mal they serve you the Pho so elegantly and nice in bowl and herbs on the side, so you can choose yourself how you want to eat your Pho. I had the Tofu & Mushrooms Pho with vegetable broth. It was truly wonderful. I really recommend to put the lime in. It was the best broth I have ever had. Really really good. 🙌🏼

A large and spacious branch of Rosa’s Thai. Visited with colleagues on a Wednesday evening and lots of space available without booking. Food was pretty standard but the head waitresses / manager was clearly in a terrible mood which gave off a bad vibe. Also the fish sauce was visibly different in concentration which makes it difficult to believe that bottles are new. Will probably skip coming here next time.

I come here every time I go to Westfield, I always get the Pad See Ewe noodles as they are brilliant, really underrated and the curries as well. Customer service is amazing too, definitely worth coming

Came to checkout the Red Curry. First taste: Yes!!! If you like sweet aromatic coconut milk curry, this is it! Ordered the curry with slow cooked beef cheek! First bite: Surprise! So tender that it melts in the mouth! Totally unexpected, absolutely delightful, bravo! I can only criticize the rice, part of it was too wet and soft. Overall 9.5/10 👍🏻

First class cooking from this Thai restaurant in the food Court.all the dishes were very tasty and my Thai partner was very impressed with her food. Lovely eating experience and well worth a visit.they do their own pale ale and light beer in cans.i had the light beer which was OK but I wouldn't buy again. Been here 4 times in the last 6 months, today 16/01/25,exceptionally good cooking, my Thai partner 💯 %enjoys her food and always a warm,friendly service. 🙏

Visited on a Saturday in November for an early lunch. I ordered the ShackBurger (£9.44) Cheese Fries (£5.55) and a large Citrusade (£4.45) My burger was fine, just rather small. The sauce wasn’t over powering which was great. Over priced in my opinion. The Cheese Fries were the most cheesiest, cheese fries I’ve ever had. The Citrusade drink was sweet and refreshing. A regular was 50p cheaper and a lot smaller I believe. Clean and modern dining area, with sectioned off outdoor seating available as well.

I had an amazing experience at Shake Shack in Stratford Westfield Mall! I accidentally messed up my order with the Green Curry Burger, not realizing that I should have asked for the chicken, as I only eat halal. When I brought this to their attention, the staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Geo, in particular, was fantastic—he kindly took the burger back without hesitation and assured me they would fix it right away. Within 5 minutes, they had remade the entire order with halal chicken, which was absolutely delicious. Geo's professionalism and helpfulness really stood out, making what could have been a stressful situation a pleasant experience. His excellent service and the quick turnaround time made me feel valued as a customer. I will definitely be returning, not only for the great food but also for the exceptional service. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable dining experience!

Came here as I was craving a full English breakfast and theirs looked good. And indeed it was very tasty, albeit pretty pricey. But the quality was good. The vibe is nice, very European style. There is a nice area to sit outside when it’s warm. Unfortunately when I was there it was cold and every time the door opened I was given a cold blast of air, and then for some reason they decided to keep the door open. Yummmmm !! My favourite place to get breakfast or brunch. The food is hearty and filling, I always feel so satiated when I walk out of here. The interior is so pretty as well. Location is perfect because it’s in Westfield so after a bit of shopping I like to refuel here! ☺️

You can trust Balans for quality food. I like their sister restaurants in Soho, and this one in Stratford is no less enjoyable. I did find lot more sauce on my beef bourguignon than I expected. I suspect this will put some people off, but I like it. I asked for a spoon to scoop it all up. It feels like I’m having soup.

I have been a regular customer of Balans East for quite some time now and I must say that the staff are simply awesome. The quality of the food has always been satisfying. The atmosphere is great. Overall Balans East is a fantastic place to enjoy a meal.

Great place to eat. Front of house is one of the best in the business! Would definitely go back. Slightly more expensive than other places close by but the food is very good. Would recommend the salmon salad to start as the size of it was very big for a starter. The cheese cake for dessert was definitely the best as I have tried them all! Plenty of different choices on the mains depending on what you fancy that day. Would recommend. On a Friday or Saturday there is normally live music you can listen too when eating which makes the experience better. Have to book in advance for Friday's and Saturday otherwise wait time is rather long.

Located on the corner of the casino floor in its own area which offers a break from the hustle. The layout is open with lots of booth style dining which is perfect for socialising. I've visited here a few times and whilst the service and presentation has got a lot better the food standard for the price sadly hasn't improved, it's just all very... average. I ordered the lamb rack which was very flavoursome however each lamb piece was a 1/3 fat. For a non member price of £30 (members £22.50) it is a bit steep. I'm not saying the price should be dropped here but the quality of ingredients should improve which would help attract more visitors.

Service was acceptable, however the food was not up to standard. Pasta dishes are over cooked and tasteless so do not order that option as you'll just end up regret it, I had to end up sending back my food to the kitchen. Ended ordering fish and chip which you think you can't go wrong with however it did went wrong as the fish had bones in it which was shocking and disappointing as I noticed too late. If your in the casino and hungry your better off popping out to get something to eat elsewhere and food was really not enjoyable. P.s check your cutlery before you start to eat as you'll be surprised.
