I was so hungry that I completely forgot to take a photo before starting to eat!

The atmosphere was really nice and felt very high-class. The space is clean, well designed, and has a great overall vibe that makes it enjoyable to sit down and eat.
The chicken sandwich was amazing — easily the highlight of the meal. It was flavorful, well cooked, and very satisfying. I would definitely come back just for that.
The chips were okay, nothing particularly special but still decent. Unfortunately, the coleslaw wasn’t good at all. The taste and texture were off and it was honestly quite unpleasant. Hopefully that’s something they improve, because the rest of the experience was solid.
Overall, great atmosphere and an excellent chicken sandwich. Just skip the coleslaw.

I enjoyed my meal and time in this Nando's. I shared a platter with my husband, and we took the leftover home. The service was good, the desk attendant was polite. The timing of the food was decent enough. We came to London for the weekend, and using the app for payment was life saving.
Good food, good people!

Been living nearby and noticed loads of locals come here, so had to give Nando’s a try. Totally get the hype now — loads of sauce options and you can really customise the flavour.
That said, the chicken breast was a bit on the dry side and kinda stuck in my teeth, which was a shame. Still, it’s a solid, reliable spot for a casual meal, especially if you’re in the area.

I have been to the Holborn branch but coming for here for the first time has changed my opinion. I prefer this branch as it’s more spacious, varied song selection (I did go to the Holborn one I 2023 so I may not know what they offer now) as well as cozy interior. I recommend prebooking. The best way to get there is going to the top floor (where Vue is) rather than coming from the street entrance.

We had a really good night here. It was a nice little getaway with my wife and made for a great date night idea.
We enjoyed the bowling, and there are plenty of other games and machines around, which keeps things fun and varied. There’s enough to do to make an evening of it.
We didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on that, but the customer service was good. The staff were respectful and helpful, which is really all you need for a relaxed, enjoyable night out.
Overall, a solid experience and somewhere we’d happily return to.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at All Star Lanes in Stratford, and it was absolutely amazing! The manager, chris, was incredible he was always there when we needed him, super friendly, and made sure everyone was happy. He went around to all the tables with a big smile, creating such a positive atmosphere. Everything was well organized, and the kids had an amazing time bowling and celebrating together. There were 15 of us, and everyone left with big smiles. Thank you, Chris and the team, for making the day so special!

The service is very good and atmosphere was calming but vibrant at the same time. The drink I got was the Limonada and it was the best drink I ever had along with the well seasoned fries topped with the hot honey 10/10. However it was the chicken that fell short for me, it didn’t have a taste at all it was grilled moist not to dry but it tasted like nothing. I’m a wheelchair user and the restaurant is accessible however there are stuff like chairs and baby chair that reduce the space you have as you make your way to the bathroom as they are right outside the toilet.. I got the chargrilled skin-on chicken

Food is not very tasty and over priced for the quality and side quantity (22£ for that plate of thin chicken breast, fries, salad). Will not return. It is a shame as the Decoration is beautiful and it is a place I would love to have dinner for the atmosphere. Service could be improved with smile and friendliness.

From the warm welcome at reception to the food, everything was superb.
The dishes with their little pots of flavours were excellent.
The only slight downside, and it really is only slight, was the temperature inside the restaurant, which also affected the temperature of the food, depending on your point of view.
The background music also warms up the atmosphere and sets the mood.
The decor is very nice.
Otherwise, we recommend this restaurant 1000%, which is number 1 on our list of establishments visited in Stratford (95%).

Came for lunch, really enjoyed it. Spacious inside with funky tunes and open kitchen providing all the atmosphere. We had one of each taco, big bowl of padron peppers, the gorgeous bean stew and winning casava with truffle + parm. Great price with offer; want the tomahawk next 😋
Shout out Aisha who was perfect professional waitress.

Great food and atmosphere, and our waitress Robin really took care of us. We really enjoyed the grilled chicken with spicy malagueta sauce and surprisingly, the salad dressing — it had a faint hint of alcohol (sherry maybe?) and didn’t taste like an afterthought but a considered component of the meal. I didn’t really expect much from a chain restaurant but they pleasantly surprised me. Would come back if I’m in Stratford again.

My weekend visit to the Stratford branch with my niece was enjoyable. We had tacos and small plates. I had the’ pork pibil’ tacos which was very tasty, although it came as a small size portion. Also, the small plate (shrimp) was succulent but also came in a small portion. I have enjoyed ‘fast Mexican’ in the USA and there is no way these portion sizes would pass!!
The upside was that the service was good, and décor & lighting quite soothing. My niece actually recommended the restaurant, so had no quibbles with the rations. I’ll probably try the burritos on my next visit!

A Mexican meal
While staying in London
Me and my family were tired from our travel day and wanted something quick and tasty
Headed to Westfield and found wahaca
Luckily booked as seemed popular and recommend doing so but they do try and turn tables quick so minimise wait or even do delivery / takeaway
Plenty of plant based Brownie/ vegan options which was great for me as had a separate menu ! Plus signed up and got a voucher for free tacos 🌮
I got the
Wahaca for One vegan
Guacamole & Tortilla Chips
Butter Bean & Confit Garlic Dip (ft bold bean so knew it would be good)
*corn bean Taquito
That came with
Two tacos
*Plantain Taco v vgo •
Roast Ancho Mushroom Taco v vgo n
Mum dad had the
Beef + prawn taco too
Finished with Churros with rich dark chocolate sauce was delicious
Ethos and environmental
Great start to finish
Our server Agnes K was welcoming and made our visit special
Glad we tried as don’t have in the north !

I’d heard of this chain previously but had allowed myself to be put off by a general distaste for the person who recommended it. Foolish of me. I learn. He was someone who never tipped though, so you can understand the sentiment.
Anyhow, staying in Stratford for a couple of nights and this place was very near my hotel (Hyatt) – I love Mexican food and, from what I could see through the window, it looked very tasty. I thought therefore I’d give it a go.
The interior of the restaurant has a faux industrial/rustic vibe going on, with exposed rebar (I like a bit of exposed rebar) and mismatched seating, some of it sunken in the manner of the 1970s. The restaurant is brightly lit, which is a good thing as there were several steps. The kitchen is semi-open and raised, so you can see the food upon the pass. Nice to see. The only negative for me was a big painting of sweetcorn on the wall – I have a visceral dislike of sweetcorn. This is a personal thing though and shouldn’t put you off visiting. For some reason the sweetcorn is multicoloured and is being visited by a large honeybee, I didn’t understand that.
Service was quick and efficient, and the waiter tried hard to interest us in the special – normally I would have jumped at this as the special was Birria (I love Birria), but it was a sort of sandwich thing and I wasn’t in the mood for bread. I find bread is a mood these days, whereas once upon time I couldn’t get enough of it. Interesting how we change as we age. I ordered a Diet Coke for my drink, as I continue to offer respect to my liver ahead of the festive period.
The menu is interesting, it isn’t divided up in a traditional way – starters, mains etc. You have some small things as like pre-dinner snacks, then some small plates, then some large plates, some sides and some random things that don’t fit anywhere. You can design your meal. I like this, but I know some it would not sit well with. Anyhow, given that choice I thought I’d have a double helping of tacos, because tacos are life. Beef Gringa and buttermilk chicken – these were very different, the beef was saucy and rich, the chicken was fried and crisp, both adorned with loved accoutrement. Impressive tacos, I really enjoyed these and would certainly order them again. Whilst dining, I saw a burrito being eaten at the next table – it was huge – I’m glad I didn’t order that.
I thought I’d break tradition and have a pudding here – this was mainly because they have combined two of my favourites into a single dish with a marriage of tiramisu and a tres leches cake, to create a tres leches tiramisu. Gosh this was rich, delicious, creamy and rich. Beautiful, sweet pudding, I could have had this again and again. Definitely have this if you visit.
Overall, a successful visit and the price was more than reasonable for such tasty food – I would recommend a visit here. Two paws up. Don’t let yourself be put off trying things, give it a go.
Dining in Stratford is a strange experience – I prefer these restaurants that are ‘outside’ of the shopping centre rather than clustered together around it’s internal food market area. Better opportunities for people-watching.

It’s alright. It’s Mexican adjacent. I wouldn’t call this authentic Mexican food but in all fairness I’m coming from Socal. It reminds me of Tex-Mex. Service and staff were polite and kind. For what it claims to be its good for the UK.

A lovely valentines meal at pizza express, we were greeted at the door by Jamie who was an amazing hostess and made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. After this we’re we’re shown to our table by our outstanding waitress Sharon who helped us with all of our needs and went above and beyond with her attentiveness and her kindness, she had the busiest section in the restaurant and may I say she absolutely smashed it in making sure all guests were having the most amazing experience on their valentines celebrations. I would rank this a 5 star pizza chain in Stratford area. Quiet for sure compared to the one at Westfield itself, which is what I like about for families with young children to dine in. Been couple of times, service and food have been fantastic! Would come back to this place again for sure.

Just had the best experience at Pho in Westfield! 🌟 Super friendly service, brilliant atmosphere, and the food? 🔥 Spot on!

The pho was really flavourful, fresh, and comforting — definitely a great bowl. The service was slightly on the slower side, but the staff were still friendly and the food was worth the wait. A nice spot for a warm, tasty meal while shopping. Would come back!

The food was of excellent authentic quality. This Pho is different to a normal restaurant version and has a reduced menu due to it being in a food court. This did not take away the great food and good service however. Would recommend.

I recently visited Pho, a restaurant known for its Vietnamese cuisine. They offer a wide variety of dishes, which is great, but I did notice that halal options are quite limited. However, after speaking with the staff, we found out that the chicken is halal and they were accommodating enough to prepare the broth using vegetable stock upon request.
We decided to go with that option, and I have to say, the food didn’t disappoint. The broth was flavorful, light yet rich, and paired perfectly with the tender chicken and fresh herbs. It was a comforting and satisfying meal.
While I do wish they had more halal choices on the menu, the staff’s willingness to adjust the dish to suit our needs was appreciated. If you’re looking for Vietnamese food in Stratford and require halal options, it’s worth having a quick chat with the team — they seem quite flexible.
Would definitely go back to explore more of their menu!

This Pho restaurant is situated in the Westfield shopping centre
Terribly disappointed with this food.
I have tried the Vietnamese spring rolls that were so tasteless and so terribly done. I would not recommend eating there ditto for the warm wine!!
The photos will say it all: if this restaurant cannot make what I consider the most basic spring roll then please step out of the way!
The service was good though

I always enjoy visiting Rosa’s Thai at Westfield. The food is consistently delicious, full of flavour, and beautifully presented every time. The service is warm, attentive, and makes you feel genuinely welcome, which really adds to the overall experience.
It’s especially nice when Westfield is less crowded, but regardless, it’s always a great spot for a casual gathering.
A lovely touch that we truly appreciate is that once in a while they surprise us with something on the house. Those small gestures don’t go unnoticed and make the experience feel even more personal.
Overall, fantastic food, excellent service, and a great place to return to again and again.

Never interested in Rosa's chain, as the menu only have chicken or prawn. Boring.
Finally found that this Rosa's was different. So we ordered a soup and a mixed platter to try.
It's generous portions with reasonable prices. Quick delivery. Couldn't argue with it.
I will come back to try other things in the menu.

Rosa’s Thai in Stratford is my absolute go-to. I pretty much only get food from here because it’s consistently excellent. The chicken Pad Thai is my favourite, always fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. A large and spacious branch of Rosa’s Thai. Visited with colleagues on a Wednesday evening and lots of space available without booking. Food was pretty standard but the head waitresses / manager was clearly in a terrible mood which gave off a bad vibe. Also the fish sauce was visibly different in concentration which makes it difficult to believe that bottles are new. Will probably skip coming here next time.

While the food was undeniably enjoyable, I wouldn’t rate the service a full five stars—mainly due to the increasingly common reliance on online or screen-based ordering.
That said, the food itself was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken burger—well-seasoned, juicy, and cooked just right. The chips were a standout as well, with a delectable flavor, especially with the sauce generously drizzled on top.
But the true highlight of the meal was the pistachio milkshake. Rich, creamy, and perfectly nutty—it stole the show and left a lasting impression. A delightful way to end a satisfying lunch.

It was super quiet, lots of booths to choose from and when I arrived someone asked me if I needed help with a high chair which was very kind.
They took my order in person (not using the self serve screens as in previous reviews). The food came super quickly and the restaurant was very VERY cleaned. Being cleaned regularly after every table.
The music wasn’t too loud and the food was consistent in quality to what I would expect - I.e good!
Special shout out to Maruf for making our experience seamless and special.

Food was amazing as always. The limited Smokey Chipotle fries was unreal, just a bit spicy. Too bad they're not a permanent menu item. Expensive, yes, but delicious. A treat every couple of months. Love it!
Only real issue it was very slow. 17 mins to get my order, and it wasn't even busy.

I like the food. The service and the place itself suck. It's a shame they've gone to self-service screens - the whole vibe of the place is weird and dystopian. Don't do draft beer anymore, which is a shame, and the food took far too long to prepare. It's supposed to be fast food - a twenty minute wait isn't really on. Geared up for delivery drivers more than customers who want to eat in. Still, I guess the shareholder value must be improved and really, what else matters?

Visited on Wednesday afternoon and, although the place was empty, we were warmly welcomed. Even at 3.30 p.m, we were able to order from the breakfast menu. We chose the breakfast burrito and the fried chicken pancake, sat outside, and enjoyed people‑watching over an oat latte and a ginger beer.
The food arrived freshly made and was worth the wait. The four‑stack buttermilk pancakes came topped with oat‑fried chicken, white and black sesame seeds, and a generous drizzle of Korean spicy honey, plus a green kimchi salad that added colour and contrast. The pancakes were light and fluffy and not too sweet, which balanced the very sweet, mildly spicy honey. The tanginess of the kimchi helped cut through the sweetness, though next time I’d ask for the honey on the side. The chicken was juicy with a crisp coating.
My companion enjoyed her breakfast burrito but would have preferred a bit more spice, though she happily helped herself to the spiced honey from my plate and said it paired surprisingly well.
Paul, our server, was friendly and attentive throughout. Nice food and generous portions, i'd recommend it and would visit again when I’m next in the area.

I love that they have the breakfast menu all day here, the staff is friendly. The last time I ate at Balans in Kensington, they said they stop serving breakfast after 5, which was a bit disappointing for me.
I love the pancakes with Korean fried chicken. The chicken was crispy, the pancake was fluffy, although I wish we had more sauce. The veggie with a hint of kimchi was subtle and not overpowering. I added extra bacon, which made it perfect.

i was skeptical and had my reservations due to all the negative reviews, but this meal was fantastic.
i ordered the fried chicken pancakes and everything was full of flavour! meal arrived piping hot and the portion size was brilliant. the pancakes were such a lovely texture, and i’m not even usually a fan of these american style ones.
the food also arrived quickly as well, in about 10 mins total. my friend ordered the full english breakfast and she really enjoyed that too. 5 stars ⭐️

Balans is very well located on the outside area of the mall: convenient for a walk-in when you’re hungry. We needed a quick breakfast and chose it because our hotel was nearby. There’s a huge variety on the menu. It wouldn’t necessarily be my first choice for breakfast, but the quesadillas were delicious, with ingredients that worked beautifully together. The freshly brewed tea was excellent, and the dessert was the cherry on the cake.
A bit on the pricier side, but overall a satisfying stop.

The staff is good and the vibes are nice. The lower rating is specifically for food based on the steak and eggs that I got:
- I felt like the oil used for the potatoes wasn’t fresh/high quality… you could taste it!
- I didn’t like that the chimichurri was made in a blender or food processor. I like to taste the chopped up herbs, and when it’s blended you barely get anything
The steak was good and the eggs were fine.

Great place to eat. Front of house is one of the best in the business! Would definitely go back. Slightly more expensive than other places close by but the food is very good. Would recommend the salmon salad to start as the size of it was very big for a starter. The cheese cake for dessert was definitely the best as I have tried them all! Plenty of different choices on the mains depending on what you fancy that day. Would recommend.
On a Friday or Saturday there is normally live music you can listen too when eating which makes the experience better.
Have to book in advance for Friday's and Saturday otherwise wait time is rather long.

Located on the corner of the casino floor in its own area which offers a break from the hustle.
The layout is open with lots of booth style dining which is perfect for socialising.
I've visited here a few times and whilst the service and presentation has got a lot better the food standard for the price sadly hasn't improved, it's just all very... average.
I ordered the lamb rack which was very flavoursome however each lamb piece was a 1/3 fat. For a non member price of £30 (members £22.50) it is a bit steep. I'm not saying the price should be dropped here but the quality of ingredients should improve which would help attract more visitors.

Met my daughter for a birthday meal. We had a lovely Sunday roast. Good portions and fresh vegetables. Staff were polite and attentive.
Will definitely dine there again. Many thanks for a memorable day!

Service was acceptable, however the food was not up to standard. Pasta dishes are over cooked and tasteless so do not order that option as you'll just end up regret it, I had to end up sending back my food to the kitchen. Ended ordering fish and chip which you think you can't go wrong with however it did went wrong as the fish had bones in it which was shocking and disappointing as I noticed too late. If your in the casino and hungry your better off popping out to get something to eat elsewhere and food was really not enjoyable. P.s check your cutlery before you start to eat as you'll be surprised.

Really nice roast dinner, shame no roast potatoes though, this is my reason for 4 stars. The new potatoes were nice but I expect roast potatoes with my roast dinner. The meat was delicious & lovely desert too. Service was excellent.
