5 Star Rating Fantastic experience staying for 3 nights at the beautiful Clermont Victoria over the Christmas holidays. Staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was nicely appointed, room service was wonderful, location was fantastic. Complimentary mini-bar was a super nice touch! Great gesture by the hotel to hang a stocking with candies and a balloon outside our door on Christmas Eve for our daughter. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

5 Star Rating I attended the hotel for a work event and the hotel really is stunning. Every member of staff that I had contact with were courteous and professional. Fantastic, central location for our national client base. I didn't have the pleasure of experiencing one of their hotel rooms but if the rest of the hotel is anything to go by, I'm sure they're beautiful! Highly recommend for corporate events

5 Star Rating We didn't stay at the hotel, this is about the afternoon tea prior to Wicked at the Apollo Victoria theater. Service was great and good traditional tea food shown in the pics. It's casual so don't worry about dressing up. We spent about an hour and a half drinking tea and coffee prior to the show. Spend the extra (about $20) extra to get a lunch that is a very English experience.

5 Star Rating I have eaten in excess of 80 afternoon teas and the Rubens at the Palace is definitely in my top 3! We enjoyed the Winter Wonderland afternoon tea with lovely panoramic views overlooking the Royal Mews of Buckingham Palace. We were served an exquisite selection of finger sandwiches, an array of heavenly cakes and a choice of three scones: plain, spiced fruit and cheese, with pear preserve, lemon curd and clotted cream. All the food is freshly prepared and every single bite was a burst of incredible flavours that can only be described as pure culinary bliss. The staff were so very attentive and friendly, we were made to feel so welcome and looked after. The afternoon tea is priced from £70 per person and I would say it is worth every penny. I really could not recommend this afternoon tea any higher!

5 Star Rating Went for afternoon tea which was lovely. Great selection of sandwiches and desserts. The service was impeccable. The ambiance and staff were excellent. They have a halal option too which you have to book in advance. They also let us pray when asked all in all a memorable unforgettable experience. Can see Buckingham palace from the windows. Selection of teas are exquisite, pricey but a luxury worth indulging in.

5 Star Rating Amazing service and an incredible location. The service everywhere is second to none. Pasquale running to grab our Uber. The breakfast staff handling a sell out crowd Christmas morning. The staff happily handling my family of 5 and way too man bags. Every single service opportunity was handled perfectly. The hotel is old so the rooms are a bit small, but the location is incredible. Everyday you walk out of the hotel you feel like you're in a movie.

5 Star Rating The afternoon tea was scrumptious. One of the best we’ve had in London. The cheese scones were a nice surprise and the staff were more than happy to provide extra sandwiches etc. Food allergies and dislikes were no issue at all. We highly recommend and would be happy to visit again.

5 Star Rating I visited for a festive winter wonderland afternoon tea and started off in the bar with a cosy crackling fire. Excellent service from staff throughout my visit. The afternoon tea was delicious and with front row seats to Buckingham palace. We watched royal carriages come and go and on our way out we picked up some extra treats which are complementary to visitors of the hotel.

5 Star Rating Cozy place with a good atmosphere, background music, clean and tidy. The bathrooms are clean. It is located in a strategic point of the city, behind the beautiful Victoria station, but unfortunately without parking. Beautiful service plates, colorful and artistic. Friendly staff and always attentive to the needs of the customers. We went on a Monday, the food was quite fast. Excellent food, especially the appetizers. In our bill was in the average. I recommend it.

3 Star Rating Service somewhat impersonal and rushed. Thai food was just ok and had more of an Indian food flavor vs. strictly a Thai flavor. Sauce in my entree was a bit too fishy. The chicken meat, both the satay and Chili & Basil with chicken, was not the best quality. A fine quick meal location but I would not go out of my way to eat at this location nor would I recommend it.

2 Star Rating What a great disappointment this restaurant was. All the dishes we had didn't taste authentic, and the quality was poor. We dined here on a Sunday night. The Chicken Satay was terrible, dark meat, and of bad consistency. My Massaman Kai was ok, It tasted more indian than thai. The majority of the servers that evening appeared from India region, not Thai. We were all very disappointed, and we will not patronize this establishment again.

4 Star Rating The good: Loads of great vegetarian options. The vegetarian starter platter was a highlight especially spring rolls and pumpkin crackers. Very good cocktails, especially the dragonfruit martini. The bad (my experience on a Saturday night): Very cramped seating arrangements. It was difficult to move without nudging the person next to me. Not a very comfortable environment to eat. The main courses seemed to have been sitting out for a while as the pad Thai was luke warm and the duck curry has formed a slight skin on top. Whilst they were both flavoursome and tasty the temperature was disappointing.

5 Star Rating We had a very pleasant stay at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel in London. Upon our arrival we enjoyed complimentary drinks and some delicious appetizers in the hotel bar, where we relaxed after a long journey. Our suite was spacious and clean, nicely decorated, and the hotel itself offered terrific access to the London Victoria Station, where we caught the train the following day to Gatwick airport. We could walk easily to Buckingham Palace from our hotel, which we did the next morning, only to be greeted by throngs of tourists waiting to see the changing of the guard. We definitely needed more time in London, but we didn't need to stay in a different hotel. Our lovely suite gave us a spectacular view of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey's tall Spires, and the London Eye. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we found the staff to be helpful and accommodating, and the pricing was great. We would definitely stay there again.

5 Star Rating The rooms are lovely, clean, and spacious. The location is great. And the staff are pleasant, welcoming and helpful. We spoke to the concierge named Mash when looking to get tickets to a show. He ended up getting us cheaper tickets for a better seat. And recommending a great restaurant for for dinner. Many thanks to him! Random thing to note for your stay: there is no microwave access. Other than that, everything is great!

5 Star Rating I visited London with my wife, 5 year old daughter and 70 year old mother and staying at Park Plaza Victoria London was fabulous. Located at the start of Central London this hotel was beautiful, the service especially, the location and room too. My mother didn't want to stay alone in another room, so all of us were accommodated in 1 room with a kind size bed and the sofa bed made for us. The room didn't have a balcony but I could easily get outside the hotel for my intermittent smoke breaks. The breakfast was great and the chef obliged to make omelettes for us. Room service for food was also good. I enjoyed the Risotto and our hosts made a custom designed pasta for my daughter. They even gave us bananas to eat on request (nominal charge). The food for room service us little on the expensive side so some days I ordered Indian food from Uber Eats that easily delivered to the hotel where I met the delivery guy at the lobby. The concierge was super helpful, enthusiastically doing his work and even taking wonderful pictures for us near the Christmas tree and snowman at the lobby. The lobby bar is also equipped with Atlantic Ale on draught. We ask for extra bottles of water to our room almost each day of the 4 nights we stayed here and it wasn't charged. Highly recommended!

5 Star Rating This hotel was in a terrific location, walking distance to so many attractions. The room was clean and modern and the restaurant was very good. The most remarkably outstanding thing for us, though, were the concierge people. The two gentlemen, Robert and Mash were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond what I would consider helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again, just because of them. Extremely helpful and courteous. I just can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend staying at the Park Plaza Victoria London. Next time I'm in London, I will be, without a doubt, staying here.

5 Star Rating Had an absolutely amazing saturday night for my Girlfriend 30th Birthday. Got seated in a great location in the restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The waiter was great. I wish I got his name as he deserves praise for his service, humour and style. Also had a very good waitress that served also. Quite busy night. Food when it came was exceptional from the A la carte menu. Amazing Chef. Prices expected from being in the heart of London so around £70-80 per person for Starter, main, desert and drinks. Also accommodating for my Girlfriends birthday was an amazing memorable night. Thankyou BBar. Would definately recommend and return again.

2 Star Rating I visited with my daughters earlier for the first time and was really disappointed. The staff were very abrupt and quite rude, with the exception of one staff member who offered us our leftovers as takeaway. The food was mediocre, it did however arrive very quickly after us ordering. It arrived before the drinks. When it came to paying, it was made out that our payment method was declining-which it was not, after some insistence the card was not the problem and it was actually the machine. No apology was offered for the accusations of us not being able to pay.

3 Star Rating Review for autistic people: Zizzi Victoria The room is a good temperature. The lights are not too bright, but it is very loud because sounds reverberate around the room a lot. There is music playing too. It was somewhat difficult to communicate with my dad who was sitting across the table from me. Tables are quite close together, and I went at 16:00 on a Sunday and even then it was quite busy. I did not visit the toilets so I do not know what they are like. The staff are friendly. The food came extremely quickly (a bit suspicious) and was mediocre. It was pretty good, just not as good as I had hoped. I had spaghetti bolognese. My dad had a lasagne and it was burnt on the bottom and not very good either. The desserts were good - I had a chocolate snowball which was rich and delicious. Drinks come with ice. Overall, the environment was noisy and a bit stressful and rushed. The food was OK. Sensory experience 5/10.

From the starter, to the main, to the desert, everything was exquisite. Very authentic italian food, so nice and full of flavors. Accompany your meal with an aperol sprits and a glass of italian red wine (i choose primitivo ) and you can get the most authentic italian experience. The service as well was top notch and the atmosphere of restaurant was very nice. We will definitely be back.

2 Star Rating The spaghetti carbonara. Hideous. Casually puts salty pancetta on crazy salty sauce with spaghetti. Not today. The sauce is literally crazy salty. The spaghetti in the sauce was crazy. The service however was great until you decided to put 2 spoons of cheese on my food. It was not for me. Even my body is rejecting the salty stuff. The dessert is the only good part. Tiramisu to perfection. The service was still great with refills of the well needed water. And it was the only restaurant that gave me time to breathe when picking what to eat.

Unfortunately, my dad, who ordered the ale pie, couldn't tell the same about the pie as he was not impressed by the quality. The pub is spacious in a super location close to the Victoria Station. We were positively surprised by the very friendly and quick service. This is a classic English pub where you can order a decent beer in addition to the food.

5 Star Rating I went here on a very HOT day in London. The pub was everything I was hoping for as a first time visitor abroad. My friend and I ordered waters, a bacon cheeseburger, a steak & ale pie and a dry cider. Ordering was easy, even though I was lost on having regular peas or mashed peas. I'm going to credit my slowness to jet lag. Beverages were taken on my return trip from the bar and we waited for food. It was a longer wait, but I was warned that US dining in relation to timing was different. When the food arrived, I was excited! It was everything I was hoping for! I would highly recommend the steak & ale pie. It reminded me of a pasty, but better! @Numo was very kind in checking in on us to make sure we were good to go! I DID try the sticky toffee pudding, and it was meh. The custard tasted like a runny vanilla pudding cup, and the sauce was odd due to the raisins. The cake portion was spot on. I would dock .5 stars for the cake, but it's not THAT big an issue. I would 100% visit again!

5 Star Rating I went to the restaurant for a quick luch. The staff quickly realized that I was short on time and hurried to serve us, and the dishes came quite promptly! As for the food, it was wonderful. I wanted to extend a special thanks to Alex, who served my girlfriend and me so well and very friendly. The restaurant was a spontaneous choice, but we ended up loving it. Thank you very much, and we will definitely be back in the future! :)

5 Star Rating An Asian restaurant. Delicious dishes with options for vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free. Fast service, and considerate staff. The seating in the restaurant is partly around communal tables and on benches. The atmosphere is informal.

5 Star Rating Very impressed by the fast and efficient service. It was extremely busy on a Saturday evening, yet the staff still managed to seat us quickly, and took our orders promptly. Didn't have to wait long for the food but note the meals can come out at different times as the server mentioned. You can pay the bill by scanning the QR code on the table. They also accept cash. Ordered the chicken donburi and grilled duck donburi which were both tasty. I appreciated that the meals were not that oily.
