5 Star Rating This is a beautiful, well-maintained historic hotel. It’s perfectly updated while keeping the original charm and ambiance of the historic building. I love the lobby, with the grand staircase and chandelier. It’s conveniently attached to Victoria station which is great when traveling to different locations and also offers a variety of restaurants and shops right outside the door. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. Great location, lovely stay.

5 Star Rating Fantastic experience staying for 3 nights at the beautiful Clermont Victoria over the Christmas holidays. Staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was nicely appointed, room service was wonderful, location was fantastic. Complimentary mini-bar was a super nice touch! Great gesture by the hotel to hang a stocking with candies and a balloon outside our door on Christmas Eve for our daughter. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

5 Star Rating I attended the hotel for a work event and the hotel really is stunning. Every member of staff that I had contact with were courteous and professional. Fantastic, central location for our national client base. I didn't have the pleasure of experiencing one of their hotel rooms but if the rest of the hotel is anything to go by, I'm sure they're beautiful! Highly recommend for corporate events

5 Star Rating My wife and I booked a 4-night stay at The Rubens for our first trip to London and we thought it was lovely. A very old school hotel with wonderful doormen and a homey atmosphere. We arrived several hours before check-in, and they were able to accommodate our belongings without hassle and even gave us a free room upgrade. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The room was well kept, very clean, and the amenities thoughtful. Located in a great area, just a 4-min walk from the Underground and within walking distance to many of London's best attractions. I would absolutely stay at The Rubens again for the location and the charm.

5 Star Rating Fantastic hotel right in the heart of London. Staff is absolutely amazing. Paschal the Doorman should be a national treasure! Location is amazing as you are close to all modes of transportation to get around the cityscape. Much you can walk to as well! Our room was pretty tight, but we expected that coming to Europe. Otherwise, absolutely top notch place to stay!!! Cannot recommend any higher!!

5 Star Rating We had the pleasure for staying at the beautiful Rubens last night to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. The service was phenomenal from start to finish beginning the lovely welcome After a long day travelling from Scotland and taking in the wicked show. We returned to some special touches in our room to celebrate our special occasion. The room was lovely and very comfortable. We also dined in the fabulous English Grill and the service was impeccable. My wife is coeliac and after reassurance that her needs could be catered for the meal arrived and it was special. The steak cooked to perfection and the desserts were also lovely. Again they presented some special anniversary treat during service. It was also nice to be seated next to the kitchen to see all the hard work going into the meal.

5 Star Rating We stayed on a trip to the theatre and it was positively amazing. The decor was classic and beautiful, the service was exceptional, the doorman in particular was delightful and so helpful, the breakfast was simply the best hotel breakfast I've ever had and to make it even better they catered so well for my wife who is both gluten free and pregnant. We're now looking for a good excuse to go back up to town so we can stay again and enjoy the sheer luxury that this place provides!

5 Star Rating I'm thrilled to share with you my recent culinary adventure at Rosa's Thai Victoria. Let me just say that the Pad Thai chicken is a dish you shouldn't miss! It's a masterful mix of flavours that bring your taste buds to life. But what makes this experience even more special is the service provided by their staff member Harri. Harri is not just a waiter but an ambassador of hospitality. His friendly and attentive service made the whole dining experience memorable. From recommending dishes to providing timely refills, he's truly the cherry on top of an already delightful meal. So, if you're in the mood for authentic Thai cuisine, Rosa's Thai Victoria is a place you should definitely check out. And if Harri is your waiter, consider yourself lucky!

I don't like too spicy food but still I didn't had problem to pick from the menu. We got the sharing starter, we got full already from that so we had problem finish the main course. Definitely recommend if U like thai/asian cuisine.

5 Star Rating Cozy place with a good atmosphere, background music, clean and tidy. The bathrooms are clean. It is located in a strategic point of the city, behind the beautiful Victoria station, but unfortunately without parking. Beautiful service plates, colorful and artistic. Friendly staff and always attentive to the needs of the customers. We went on a Monday, the food was quite fast. Excellent food, especially the appetizers. In our bill was in the average. I recommend it.

3 Star Rating Service somewhat impersonal and rushed. Thai food was just ok and had more of an Indian food flavor vs. strictly a Thai flavor. Sauce in my entree was a bit too fishy. The chicken meat, both the satay and Chili & Basil with chicken, was not the best quality. A fine quick meal location but I would not go out of my way to eat at this location nor would I recommend it.

4 Star Rating Hotel bar area is fantastic, with an area for young children to play. Food is also very good. Hotel is clean, in a great and accessible location. Hotel restaurant is also very good, but a little pricey. Hotel breakfast is a must. We stayed in a 2BR apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. While slightly dated, these are good accommodations. Importantly, the apartment is a hotel room. There are no kitchen supplies or any other apartment/long-term stay amenities. Nevertheless, this room and hotel was perfect for our family of 4 for a week in London.

5 Star Rating What a treat! For our daughter’s birthday we took her to see Hamilton and decided to stay at Park Plaza Hotel in Victoria, which I would say is about a 3 minute walk from the theatre! We have stayed before but each time we stay we are blown away. As soon as you walk into the hotel you are greeted by LOVELY FRIENDLY reception staff, who quite literally would do anything to make your stay amazing.we got straight into our room, room 334, oh my word what a treat! Huge! Very comfy beds, excellent sofa bed in another room for my daughter and lots of gadgets to please my husband! As we had stayed before the General Manager Stefanie had written us a hand written note welcoming us and wishing my daughter a happy birthday. There were even about 10 balloons on the bed along with towels presented like a huge birthday cake, even at the age of 15, this put a massive smile on my daughter's face, such amazing thoughtful touches. We had amazing time at the theatre then came back for a drink in the hotel bar, again the setting was relaxing yet vibrant. Great area to people watch and the bar staff were yet again so kind. Amazing how far a huge smile makes when staying in a hotel, something we have found rare in London. The best though was the breakfast, oh my word those sausages, every time, they never disappoint. I honestly can say the breakfast is outstanding, again very friendly staff and there were quite a few adults queuing up for the children section of waffles and maple syrup, delicious! My health conscious husband devoured the fresh fruit, and cooked breakfast so his halo did slip but my goodness it was so worth it. Thank you Park Plaza Victoria, you never disappoint and keep on getting better and better, amazing!

5 Star Rating This pub has a really nice feel to it and is very pretty. We had dinner in the upstairs part which was beautiful. There’s also an outside covered terrace that looked really lovely. The food was really tasty and artfully presented. Only thing that let it down was that the scallops were a bit over cooked. Paige served us and she was very attentive and friendly, she made an Old Fashioned for my husband, even though it wasn’t on the cocktail menu.

5 Star Rating Had dinner and drinks here on a Sunday. The menu is different because they offer Sunday roast. The fish and chips were perfectly cooked. Also had the sourdough and Camembert. Very good. The drinks were priced about right and they poured fairly. I could not use the app to order drinks because it wouldn’t take my phone number. The bartender said he preferred we ordered through him anyway. Nice place.

4 Star Rating This is a great pub to pop into as it has plenty of seating and good service. I haven't been here during busy times though so not sure how it changes. Lovely roof terrace and a small garden also which is a rarity in the local area. Being charged £7.40 for a pint is never going to sit right with me BUT it was good and just last weekend I was charged much the same somewhere else and the lager was so bad that I told them to take it back and left for a different pub. I haven't tried the food yet but it certainly smells good.

Friendly staff with good customer service 👍 which was essential for catching up with friends, you want to talk about what's new in your life and what's been bothering you, not being distracted or disappointed by something else around you. Quick service and consistent recipe. All in all, well done for a chain restaurant 👍

2 Star Rating I visited with my daughters earlier for the first time and was really disappointed. The staff were very abrupt and quite rude, with the exception of one staff member who offered us our leftovers as takeaway. The food was mediocre, it did however arrive very quickly after us ordering. It arrived before the drinks. When it came to paying, it was made out that our payment method was declining-which it was not, after some insistence the card was not the problem and it was actually the machine. No apology was offered for the accusations of us not being able to pay.

3 Star Rating Review for autistic people: Zizzi Victoria The room is a good temperature. The lights are not too bright, but it is very loud because sounds reverberate around the room a lot. There is music playing too. It was somewhat difficult to communicate with my dad who was sitting across the table from me. Tables are quite close together, and I went at 16:00 on a Sunday and even then it was quite busy. I did not visit the toilets so I do not know what they are like. The staff are friendly. The food came extremely quickly (a bit suspicious) and was mediocre. It was pretty good, just not as good as I had hoped. I had spaghetti bolognese. My dad had a lasagne and it was burnt on the bottom and not very good either. The desserts were good - I had a chocolate snowball which was rich and delicious. Drinks come with ice. Overall, the environment was noisy and a bit stressful and rushed. The food was OK. Sensory experience 5/10.

From the starter, to the main, to the desert, everything was exquisite. Very authentic italian food, so nice and full of flavors. Accompany your meal with an aperol sprits and a glass of italian red wine (i choose primitivo ) and you can get the most authentic italian experience. Unfortunately, my dad, who ordered the ale pie, couldn't tell the same about the pie as he was not impressed by the quality. The pub is spacious in a super location close to the Victoria Station. We were positively surprised by the very friendly and quick service. This is a classic English pub where you can order a decent beer in addition to the food.

5 Star Rating Dropped in on a rainy afternoon for a couple pints and some dinner, and was very happy overall. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff, good sized pub that was full but not crowded. Had the Steak Pie which was quite good. I'll be back next week to test more beverages and food:-)

3 Star Rating Nice pub just near the station and I give 3 stars for that although it has no personality. It tends to look like a classic English pub but it's not cosy and doesn't invite you to the experience. If you want just a beer with friends it is good but for a real experience in an English pub you should go to smaller pubs outside big cities and to little town pubs where you feel welcomed and the people behind the bar are usually there with the best local ales and a good conversation.
