We had never been to London before but are so grateful to have stayed at the Clermont Victoria! The hotel is extremely easy to get to from St. Pancreas station. We arrived at the hotel early hoping to store our luggage but with the outstanding help from Faris- he informed us our room was ready! He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! The room was very clean and spacious! A home away from home for sure! Would recommend to all my family and friends. If I am ever in London again I will stay here again!

A wonderful stay. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness and presentation of our room. Everything was provided for a really comfortable stay in such a classy heritage building. Added bonuses were its proximity transportation and easy walking distance to many London. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable time. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Special thanks to Vika and Faris. Their assistance ensured we had a great time. All up this hotel is worthy of five stars.

Stayed here with my best friend, celebrating our 50th birthdays. The hotel was gorgeous, the staff were amazing. Faris checked us in and helped us out many times during our stay, from helping with tech issues to getting ice for my friends ankle. He even helped us call a local restaurant to see about takeaway. He was very kind and helpful. The housekeeping staff was also fantastic. We left a note asking for extra coffee, and only still water and they delivered. Our room was taken care of every day but it didn't feel intrusive, nor did it feel like we were getting the bare minimum. The luggage porters were kind and very helpful, grabbing our bags for us when we came in, and watching out for our Uber when we left. The breakfast was great, the restaurant (The Soak) was very nice, and the bar Reunion had excellent drinks. Will definitely come back next time I'm in London. I highly recommend this location, fornthe service and extremely easy access to the underground, national rail, and buses.

After enjoying my stay here in 2021, I decided to return due to its excellent location.
We arrived slightly after 3pm and were initially told our room was ready. However, about five minutes later, a receptionist apologised and said the keys would be available in 30 minutes. We ended up waiting over an hour with two young children before finally checking into a first-floor room facing the main road. To acknowledge the delay, the manager kindly gave our boys a teddy bear each.
A very friendly room service staff member helped us set up the sofa bed in what was a very small room. Despite our comfy pillows from the menu, we had little sleep due to traffic noise, despite the double-glazed windows.
The next morning, after explaining our experience, we were moved to a larger room on the fourth floor. While this was appreciated, the carpet had visible stains. The toilet was tiny and had poor ventilation, with peeling paint around the window seal.
We had turned on the “make up room” light, but when we returned around 3:30pm, the room had not been serviced. The housekeeper apologised, explaining she was very busy and said she wouldn’t have capacity to clean the room, but kindly offered to remove the rubbish and change towels at my request. Reception later informed me that housekeeping service should be available until 6pm. Eventually, the room was cleaned when we arrived back later that evening.
Overall, the location is excellent but based on this experience, I wouldn’t be rushing back.

Just returned from a two day stay at The Clermont. Hotel was very convenient being a good base for us when attending the Royal Garden Party. Staff very welcoming and attentive to our requests. We enjoyed a fuss free, comfortable stay in one of the Superior King rooms and felt relaxed and rested in luxury surroundings. The complimentary bar items were very welcome along with the luxury toiletries. Breakfast was buffet style but very high quality with lots of choice. We would stay again when visiting the capital. Thank you Faris for assisting us during checkout and all the breakfast staff for their thoughtful service.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the level of service throughout my visit was truly exceptional.
A special thank you to Alicja at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable by arranging the unique Henry VIII room for me. Her kindness and professionalism made a real difference.
I was genuinely impressed by both the fantastic location and the outstanding staff. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

Excellent hotel! The staff are courteous and always willing to help. There are plenty of team members available to assist at all times. The breakfasts are fantastic. The room is clean and fully equipped with every amenity you might need.
A special mention to the doorman, Robert — respectful, pleasant, and truly customer-focused.
Highly recommended!

We stayed 4 night and had the most pleasant experience.
The location is within minutes walk to the Victoria Underground, the Victoria Theater and Apollo theater and great restaurants.
The hotel is extremely clean, from our room to the bathroom below the tea room, we were impressed with the cleanliness.
The thermostat was easy to use and the air conditioner works great!
Our room faced the Royal Mews and we loved it.
The staff was excellent in every way. They were all so accommodating and friendly. Every single one of them, we really appreciated the special treatment.
Definitely will consider staying at your hotel when we are back in London.

We had a fantastic stay at The Rubens at the Palace during our time in London.
The location alone is hard to beat. Our room actually overlooked the palace, which made the whole experience feel pretty special right from the start. You’re right in the middle of everything, but it still feels tucked away in its own little world.
The hotel itself definitely leans into that classic, traditional style. It’s an older property, but they’ve done a great job making the most of the space. Our room was cozy but still a solid size, comfortable, and well put together.
What truly set this place apart was the service. It may have been the best service I’ve experienced while traveling. From the doorman to the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly attentive and accommodating. At times it almost felt over the top, but in the best way possible. It really felt like as close to royal treatment as I’ve ever experienced.
If you’re looking for a stay in London that combines location, charm, and top-tier service, this is a great choice.

We've had the royal afternoon tea time there. Yes, it is far away from being cheap. But you get a royal experience with plenty of fine and tasty food (you don't need lunch and breakfast on that day ;-) ), a wide selection of teas, served by great waitresses. We loved our moment there.

We had a wonderful lunch at Rosa’s Thai Victoria and would highly recommend it. The set lunch menu is great value — I had the chicken satay followed by a curry with rice, both absolutely delicious. A chilled white wine paired surprisingly well with the whole meal.
The service was warm and attentive throughout. A really pleasant experience — we’ll definitely be back!

We had a great experience at Rosa’s Thai. When we arrived, it wasn’t very busy, so we didn’t have to wait long to be seated. We were shown to our table straight away.
Bell looked after us from start to finish and she was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. Her service really made the experience even better.
Our food arrived within a few minutes, and everything was delicious, including the drinks. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

My server was so lovely! I didn’t get his name but he is from the Philippines and was so kind and tentative. I also met another server Mild, she was also kind and friendly! The food is definitely 9/10 close to Thailand. Highly recommended 😊

The best drunken noodles I’ve ever had in my life! I ordered the vegetarian version, and my husband got the pork belly version (which our waitress highly recommended). We also tried the Thai iced tea, and it was 🔥. The restaurant is just a short walk from CitizenM Victoria Station, where we’re staying. I believe they have multiple locations throughout London as well.

Rosa's Thai provided a fantastic experience for our group, striking the perfect balance between a lively atmosphere and attentive service. Despite the bustle of a busy London service, the staff managed our table with ease, ensuring drinks were topped up and dishes arrived promptly without anyone feeling overlooked. The food remained consistently high-quality, with the fragrant curries and classic Pad Thai proving to be real crowd-pleasers. It is a reliable, stress-free choice for a group gathering where you want great flavors paired with a welcoming, efficient team.

We stayed here during a visit to London and came away feeling a bit underwhelmed. The hotel looks modern, but some of the practical details made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
We specifically booked a room with two beds, but when we arrived, the beds were literally about an inch apart. We ended up rearranging the room ourselves just to make it functional. Check-in was also frustrating. We were initially assigned the wrong room and then faced a longer wait than expected to get everything sorted out.
Another challenge was the technology. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t need a touch panel to turn on a bathroom light. Sometimes a simple switch is better. The room felt overly complicated when all we wanted was something straightforward after a long day of sightseeing.
The location is decent, and the hotel is clean enough, but nothing about the experience really stood out in a positive way. I kept hoping it would get better, but overall it was just average. There are a lot of hotel options in London, and next time I’d probably look elsewhere.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
As someone who was feeling a little anxious in an unfamiliar place, I was truly grateful for the kindness and reassurance I received from the staff. Among all the reception staff, Anastasiia was especially kind and helpful. She guided me with such warmth and professionalism, and her kindness made me feel much more comfortable and at ease during my stay.
In my opinion, Anastasiia is an outstanding member of the team and truly an invaluable asset to this hotel. Her kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful service made a lasting impression on me.
The room was also very clean, tidy, and comfortable to use. I stayed for two nights and had breakfast twice, and both mornings were excellent. There was a wide variety of food, everything tasted wonderful, and the breakfast staff were also very kind and attentive.
Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I truly appreciate the care and hospitality I received, and I would happily recommend this hotel.

Our experience so far has been excellent. The lobby is clean, spacious and modern. The rooms are comfortably sized and look recently renovated. Has everything we need.
Most importantly, we took a red eye from the US with a toddler and the check in process couldn’t have been easier, thanks especially to Priyanka. She warmly welcomed us and got us into our room sooner than expected which was a life saver after the long trip. Really happy with our experience so far!

Where do I start? This place is fantastic and is a must go place!
From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel super welcome.
Decor and atmosphere is lovely.
We had booked the fish and chip afternoon tea - this is just magnificent!
The fact you get everything below included with unlimited hot drinks is just fantastic value for money!
You get chunks of battered fish and plenty of chips, pickled eggs, tartare sauce, curry sauce, selection of cakes and scones with jam and cream - all of this was just divine!
Then the drinks options are plentiful - we opted for hot chocolates, breakfast tea, and a Rooibos tea - which was frequently replenished when needed and also glasses of water too!
All in all, this was such a fantastic experience (first ever time) and we cannot wait to re-book and do it all again
A huge thank you to all the staff here too as you are amazing and attentive!
Shout out to Roberta who was our server - you are brilliant! ❤️

I had a wonderful pre-birthday celebration at BBar. I originally booked for 1:30 PM, but they were so accommodating when I called to say I was running late and arrived at 1:45 PM. A massive highlight was that we never felt rushed; we didn’t leave until 5:00 PM and were given more than enough time to talk and relax. In Central London, it’s rare to find a place that doesn't hurry you along, but here we felt completely comfortable.
We loved the flexibility of mixing the 'Chip Shop' and 'Traditional' afternoon teas. David was fantastic and looked after us for most of the service, ensuring our tea was always topped up. Towards the end, a lovely female server recommended the beautiful blooming Jasmine tea, which was a highlight. The gentleman who greeted us also handled our bill efficiently at the end. The quiet, chilled ambiance was perfect for a long birthday catch-up. Highly recommended!

Great little spot with good prices and a laid-back vibe. Came in mostly for dessert but ended up grabbing the fish and chips too — seriously good. Not usually a London pilsner guy, but it still hit the spot. Would definitely come back.

Visited here recently and we had a good experience having a nice evening meal. We had a 3 course meal from the pre theatre menu and had ordered the below.
2 People
Starters: Cesar Salad, BBQ chicken salad
Mains: Vegan burger with chips, traditional fish & chips
Desert: Baked vanilla cheese cake, chocolate brownie.
The Cesar salad was very nice and so was the BBQ salad although they forgot to put the crispy bacon, which they did later bring after we informed them.
The vegan burger wasn't great, perhaps it was me who didn't like it, as options were limited in the menu. My wife certainly enjoyed the fish and chips though.
Deserts were nice although we found the cheese cake a little on the tasteless side. Chocolate brownie was nice and could have been nice if it was little more warmer.
Overall it's a very nice place and I'm sure the other menus offer a lot more choices. Drinks menu was very good and lots of cocktails, beers, spirits on the menu.

Food was great quality, albeit entirely overpriced. The cheese and crackers were hilariously minimal and lackluster for the price. Staff were kind, but also incredibly busy and hard to get a hold of.

We went into Zizzi’s London Victoria for a quick meal before our trip, and we had such a marvellous time! We had two mains, some drinks and some pasta crisps (they were SO good!! i would highly recommended!) and absolutely loved it and not just for the food. We had the fabulous Fernando as our Waiter and he was so attentive and friendly when it came to our service! he checked thoroughly throughout our meal time to ensure we were enjoying our meals but not too much to be overbearing at all. He was so kind and made our visit to Zizzi’s just that bit more wonderful to know we were being looked after. Thank you so much for our meal and a massive thank you to Fernando too! We will be back :)

Excellent service. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Also, we got offered complimentary crisps with our meal and a small hot chocolate shot before we left, which was so lovely! The only thing that wasn't great, was that the fresh bread (with the starter) was a little hard and didn't seem that fresh! Otherwise, a lovely restaurant to visit!

It was our first time visiting Zizzi Victoria and overall we had a pleasant experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant was quite nice – relaxed and comfortable, which made it a good place to enjoy a meal together.
I decided to order the 2-course option. For my main dish I chose the Pinoly pizza, and for dessert I had the tiramisu. The tiramisu was absolutely delicious – creamy, well balanced, and a perfect sweet ending to the meal. My son ordered the Venison pepperoni pizza along with a raspberry and rose lemonade, which he really enjoyed as well. The drink was refreshing and had a lovely flavour.
The service was normal – nothing exceptional, but the staff were polite and our food arrived without any issues.
Overall, it was a good first experience at Zizzi. The food was tasty, the atmosphere was pleasant, and we enjoyed trying something new. We would consider visiting again in the future.

Absolutely blown away by the set menu. The whole experience at Zizzi felt like a culinary performance.
WHen I was firstly served with prawn spiedini with bread, I was in utter amazement at how 5 prawns were strung together on a hanging iron stick over a large bowl. It was only after I finished three prawns that I realised there existed a lemon slice at the top, which was meant to be squeezed so that the lemon juice got soaked into the prawns! The prawns went really well with the bread and tomato sauce.
The main course I ordered was the sticky pig. When it came, my jaw dropped as it was really large. Dont be fooled by how crispy and thin the crust is and think it is easy to finish it all.
The stick pig had two sides, one in white sauce (sweet) and the other in red (tomato sauce). I could only finish 3/4 of it before I declared I could not have any more of it.
The courgetti fritti came with the sticky pig as a side, whuch I ordered it at the beginning. It appeared very soon that it was a wrong decision. In retrospect, as the portion of the set menu was in fact too big for me!
Lastly, the set menu came with a dessert. I ordered the lemoncello cake. It was a right decision for me, as its lemon and sourness made it easy for me to finish it.
In short, Zizzi offered me an experienced which both delighted the eyes and satisfied the stomach.

This was a reservation of convenience as it’s very close to Victoria station.
The street that it’s on isn’t the nicest but don’t let that put you off - it’s a clean, friendly, and lively place!
Much bigger on the inside than it seems from outside. We were greeted by the friendly staff who were very attentive and polite.
Solid garlic bread with mozzarella to open: no skimping on the garlic or cheese.
Tried the lasagne which was finished al for no. Generous layers of pasta and ragu with soft, fine-textured meat. I like the rich béchamel on the outside - you can choose how much you want with each bite.
Overall, tasty food with excellent, friendly staff.

We had absolutely no problem finding a table on a Saturday early afternoon.
The order was quick. The fish&chips was okay, a bit tasteless, so we used ample quantities of tartar sauce and mayo.
In the women’s toilets at least two doors had broken locks and there was no handsoap.

With all due respect it's a lovely pub but theirs a lot left to he desired the fact that you either use a qr code or go up to the bar and the fact that one of the staff said were not allowed bring down a card machine to the table what dose that do for customers .I work in hospitality I like the qr method or ordering at a bar but what about customers that might not be use to it
2nd pricing is all out of whack in my opinion 10.45 for a sandwich that I could whip up myself for a 5r and what they call a salad where a fork might work to eat it the said was inedible the salad kept slipping through it and then 3.70 in sterling which I think for any Europeans reading this is about 4.10 or 4.20 was literally a handful like the size of my handful for the price I could get a sandwich out of Asda or pound Land for
Staff didn't deliver cutlery up until my mates fish and chips was served and then as previously mentioned a fork for salad and chips might as well have ate the salad with me hands
Look staff were lovely and welcoming but simple things let's this venue down the atmosphere is the one Highlight won't talk about the bathrooms
Overall pricing and portions need to improve

This spot was always packed when we walked by so we though it must be amazing. Apparently its only amazing as a bar. The service was – nonexistent. We had to place our order at the bar and I had to get my own water. The items I wanted on the menu were not available. My husbands Steak & Ale pie was pretty good and the spicy chicken was tasty but everything else was meh. Have a beer while you wait for your Steak & Ale pie to take away. Hop on the train across the street and enjoy your food on your couch!

As soon as we walked into the porch on a freezing night, we immediately felt the warmth of the outdoor heating. The outdoor area is very well heated. You can actually comfortably sit there during the winter.
I absolutely love their bang bang cauliflower. It seems ridiculous to order cauliflower for £6 but the burst of flavours of the taste is definitely worth it. It blows my mind each time.
I tried the Korean chicken bao buns today and I really liked it. Just the right amount of spice to give it a kick and the rest of the herbs and veg gives it a refreshing twist.
My daughter had the Kid's bento which was very reasonably priced. It's a good idea for those not wanting to eat too much and just want a little bit of different things.
The staff are really friendly. They are good at keeping you informed and updated so that you don't feel like you have been forgotten or get bored waiting.
I came here to claim my youtube partner perk rewards. I was having difficulty accessing the reward card (I guess I did not pay very good attention) but they patiently helped me figure it all out so that I get my discount. Thank you so much to the friendly staff!

On a cold and windy afternoon, my daughter and I decided on a Wagamama's meal to warm us up. I haven't been to this chain in many years but upon visiting this branch, although quiet on a Monday, it still provided a good dining experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the Raisukaree curry but the Miso Caramel Banana Bread with ice-cream was underwhelming (I feel the banana bread should have been served warm). Overall, the service was impeccable and we were very grateful to the lovely gentleman that looked after us throughout the meal.

Reviews
Like all Wetherspoon pubs, they offer good value for money.
Service:
- The lady who took my order was welcoming, friendly and very helpful.
- My friend wanted a Bloody Mary and although she didn’t have the exact ingredients, she offered some alternative ingredients, which worked out well.
- Rating: 5/5
Atmosphere:
- Seating: A mixture of padded high-back wooden chairs, bar stools and padded booths.
- Lighting: Good
- Tye pub wasn’t full, but the vibe was good.
- Rating: 4/5
Overall Rating: 4/5
If you’re in the area, I recommend you pop in.

Service was really friendly and staff clearly cared working at pace to clear tables and tidy as they worked. Food and drink arrived in good times. Busy pub with a nice atmosphere. Window seats are nice spots only downside is in some areas they have tried to fit in too many tables and the space isn't practical. Not sure how you d get round if larger or in a wheelchair.

We stumbled on this place on our way to Victoria station and decided to have our breakfast here. It was close to min morning & we were surprised that it was pleasantly quiet. I was intrigued by the number of buses that parked temporarily outside whilst their drivers dashed in for a quick morning coffee, snack & visit to the gents.
We ordered the fresh fruit plate with Greek honey yoghourt which was a little thin on fruit and yoghourt compared to the same order 24hours earlier at another Wetherspoons. I had a bacon sandwich, large glass of chilled orange juice and coffee.
The guy bringing our food to our table was a bit sullen but I still managed to get a small smile out of him. The guy behind the bar (manager?) was pleasant enough.
By the way, I admit that I should have informed the manager that I found one of the two (!) cubicles in the men's toilets was blocked. My fault for not telling him.
We agreed that we had been to Wetherspoons with a more animated service but this place was good enough for what we wanted - a decent, reasonably priced breakfast.
