Been here twice now, fantastic experience both times. Our server Julian was brilliant, quick and attentive but also all round just such a vibe; very friendly, upbeat, great humour. The tipsy horchata is just delicious, I've had the standard one and both are great (standard horchata also comes in a much larger glass) but the vanilla in the tipsy one just absolutely makes it. The tipsy version does come with rum, though it's not really enough to taste it. Good if you're like me and don't particularly enjoy things that taste alcohol, maybe a negative if you want something punchier. We got the burritos, they're just perfect honestly. Really generously filled and super juicy. They come with a small portion of nachos as a standard, and it's absolutely more than enough to fill you up. I think the star of our meal though was the dessert - it has two names on different menus so I'm not sure what to refer to it by ('warm chocolate and pecan cake' on the standard menu and 'chocolate mole cake' on the dessert menu) but either way I'd return every day of the week for this thing. Its more like a slice of the gooiest and best salted caramel, cinnamon, and pecan brownie you've ever had. The pouring cream it comes with is an absolute must. Overall incredible experience, this is definitely one of the better places to eat after shopping in Westfield, I'd honest argue its a lot better than anywhere in the foodhall inside the shopping centre.

Came here with a friend and had such a great time. The staff were brilliant — really friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We definitely ordered a bit too much food, but everything was so tasty it was worth it! The tacos were fresh and full of flavour (the grilled chicken & avocado one was a favourite), the beef birria torta was amazing, and the guacamole with tortilla chips was spot on. The mini margarita trio was fun to try too! Great service, tasty food, and a really nice atmosphere overall. Would definitely come back next time we’re in the area. 🌮🍸

Paid a Visit on the 18th October for a light dinner. Second time at Wahaca. I enjoyed the food ambiance and service a lot better at this location and I have Pawel to credit. He was AMAZING!! Catered to my table very well, He shared recommendations and laughs and delivered excellent service. After a lovely night out this was the perfect way to round up the evening. Thank you, I look forward to coming back !

A very pleasant lunch date for a first visit at this location. We were looked after really well by Julian who was attentive, polite and helpful during the whole time we were there. Excellent service and the food was lovely too! We would happily return another time and hope to Julian again too.

Was served by Iris R tonight and had a great experience,, was originally waiting for someone (they ended up stuck in traffic) so she got me my drink (strawberry and mint cooler - very good) very quickly,, and then took my order for food,, got the wahaca for one and was recommended the buttermilk chicken and beef tacos - which were amazing !! Iris knows her stuff :)) 5 star service

I visited on Saturday, where there were multiple signs up offering a wrap and chips deal for £9.95, only to be told it was only Monday to Friday. So instead I thought I’d order a ‘wrap platter’ which said it was ‘any wrap with hummus & salad or chips’. I received a plate with a wrap on and a separate bowl of chips. I understand it was written in a way that could be open to interpretation, but when spending £13 on a ‘wrap platter’ I think it’s understandable to assume it would come with the hummus and not just the two items, as it then isn’t really a platter. Unfortunately I also found the wrap flavourless, with it being reheated so that the salad was warm and the tomatoes had become mush, it only had flavour in the few areas there was garlic sauce. The chips were fine just slightly dry but well seasoned.

Ahmed was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and well taken care of. He was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and very knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot-on — especially the mama ًzohra salad and chicken shish , which was cooked to perfection. We really appreciated his professionalism and warm personality. Ahmed truly made our dining experience memorable. Highly recommend!

A wonderful dining experience at Comptoir Libanais Shepherd’s Bush! The food was bursting with authentic Lebanese flavours — fresh, colourful, and beautifully presented. Nando's Westfield has to be my best restuarant, ordered the Butterfly Chicken with spicy rice and peri fries for lunch. Succulent chicken, well seasoned and just delicious. Then had fresh diary ice cream which was devine. If your in London Westfield check it out a must.

Gorgeous restaurant and amazing vibes from the staff ! My girls and I came here for our friend’s birthday and she was so happy 🥳! The staff did their big one and gave us a chocolate birthday cheesecake 🍰 on the house. Such kind people 🤗 The food was also very delicious!! 😋 I ordered the set meal of spicy chicken 🍗 with a side of salad 🥗 , pitas 🥙 and chips 🍟 ! All that for £13.50 is amazing! As I do not eat pork, I did ask if the chef could not put my chicken where they cook their pork and the server did all that could result in that - I appreciate her a lot. If you’re going with a bigger group, there are platters that can feed everybody, but for us we weren’t too hungry so we got our meals, I took the rest of mine away.

We had a great time at the real Greek. We booked in a big group to celebrate a birthday. Special shoutout to Christion for dealing with all our orders so well! The food was delicious with a great selection on the menu. It has a really nice atmosphere in the evening and the fairy lights and decorations tie it all together. 10/10 would recommend.

Visited weekend dinner time not busy lots of tables empty. Great for sharing with larger groups so can try a bit of everything as most dishes can small portions to share. Ordered set for 2 and few other dishes, generally slightly too salty to my liking. Accessible bathroom available.

Real Greek Restaurant Good food but too pricey for me The Real Greek is obviously a good quality restaurant. However, reviews must consider the context of price in proportion to quality and service. Baring in mind, this is the most expensive lunch I've ever had, plus a 10% service charge. They have a lot to live up to. My review must take into consideration what I have had to pay. Often businesses must decide wether pricing is going to be set at ‘treat’ or one-off visit price. Or at a every day price where you could pop by daily or multiple times in a week. I dont think the Real Greek met either brief. The food was of good quality and well cooked at a cost £65 + service charge. Places of a similar quality have mains at £15 per person + service charge. One may say, you get what you pay for. However, there was no major difference in service. Considering, when we arrived, there were no other customers. Therefore good service wasn't particularly challenging. When we arrived, we were immediately given a jug of tap water. Which was a good start. I was also impressed by the amount of authentic Greek choices. I asked for a no carb alternative to the chips and was offered halloumi fries, which i was pleased with. The Greek lager was nothing to write home about. It only goes to show, that just because a beer is brewed locally, it doesn't make it more interesting. The main plate you will see in the picture cost us £50 to share. You can decide if that is good value for money. £72 for lunch is surely a one-off and will not invite regular custom. in Short, i really enjoyed my afternoon, but was unhappy with what I paid.

A very large pret location, with extensive seating with an open feel. Good staff and service too. One slightly annoying thing is that it is located on the second floor of Westfield London, so can be a bit long to get to sometimes.

I had a great experience at Indi.go today. The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavour — truly satisfying! A special thanks to Qiran who took my order. Itsu delicious! ;) Love itsu healthy and nutrious Japanese food ... forget McDonalds and Greggs eat healthy ... try the Spicy Chicken Terriakye with a soft egg and extra spice little portion for £5.98 with Blue Light Card or Westfield Discount if you work in Westfield. Itsu delicious! many other options if you like sushi and noodles both hot and cold, eat in or takeaway. Oh dont forget the healthy aloe Vera juice wow!

The same story- found this restaurant by chance, just saw its windows with sushi inside - very smart decision. Sushi was delivered quickly and so delicious. Nice staff, moderate prices. In case I’ll be there second time definitely come again.

If you like sushi and Japanese food this is your place. Their food is always fresh, beautifully displayed and the ambiance of this place is just lovely. I was pleasantly surprised to see the self order machines as I haven’t been to Westfield since the beginning of the pandemic. The machines are easy to use and no queueing. They have a good choice of vegan/vegetarian dishes and sushi including soups, dumplings, noodle/rice bowls and rolls.

Tortilla at Westfield London is okay but nothing special. The burritos have way too much rice and not enough flavor to make them tasty. The service is super fast though they make your food right in front of you in like one to three minutes. Prices are fair but I wish the food was more exciting. It’s edible but forgettable."

Another Amazing Mexican Meal – This Time at Westfield After enjoying a delightful Mexican lunch in Southampton, I couldn’t resist the temptation to have another Mexican meal—this time at Westfield. Among the variety of restaurants, this one stood out with its unique concept of letting you choose your ingredients directly from the counter to create your perfect wrap or bowl. For this meal, I chose a wrap filled with rice, black beans, meat, lettuce, salad, and hot sauce. While the sauce wasn’t very spicy, the combination was still excellent, especially when paired with a Corona beer—it was a perfect match. We were served by Hamza Ioana Mariam and obviously they do love their job since they care and they provide exceptional customer service ! Amazing and kids friendly Italian restaurant, they provide crayons and drawings on arrival plus kids starter from the house ! My son love the bolognese from kids menu ♥️ and I had the delicious truffle Cacio n Pepe plus the mouthwatering truffle salami pizza and a pineapple refresher mocktail ! Great service as always by Pizza Express. Served by Erjon who was very pleasant. Nice seating areas. Indoor and the outer section. Worth it with the Blue Light discount so always check online for any discounts - they always have a good deal or two on. Pollo Pesto Pasta perfect every time. Clean and great efficient service. Chicken in the pasta is halal. Tap water available.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. We waited for almost 20 minutes just to get a table, and then an additional 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. Based on the waiter’s advice, we ordered 3 pizzas thinking they were small — for 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 3 and 9) — but to our surprise, they brought us 3 large pizzas! We could only finish one and a half, and asked to take the rest away. Instead of packing it for us, they handed us an empty box and told us to pack it ourselves — very unprofessional. The pizza also came uncut, so we had to cut it ourselves at the table. To make things worse, when we asked for straws for the drinks, they said they didn’t have any. Overall, I didn’t like the experience at all — neither the food quality nor the service. They seriously need to improve customer care and act in a more professional manner. 11/8/2025 2:33PM
