If you love burgers you will love Byron (Proper Hamburgers), their range of dishes are awesome, freshly made, good portions and reasonably priced. The only reason I’m dropping this review is because I haven’t been here for a while and I was very impressed. Probably my favourite burger and chips. We had the classic Cheeseburgers, skinned fries, Mac and cheese and the buffalo wings all accompanied with a salted caramel shake. Which were all 10/10. I must admit it was pretty packed so we were literally sitting right next to people. However the Friendly staff, efficient service made up for the overall experience.

I had the Classic Burger, French fries, the Soda Float(Cherry) and Mac 'n cheese. I only had to wait 5 minutes to receive my meal. Clean dining area. Polite servers. Delicious food. Now my favourite burger restaurant.

We decided to visit Byron to try out the Sunset Special Menu, which is a burger, side, and a drink for £12.50! We ordered two burgers, a double patty beef burger and a fried chicken burger with bacon. Both burgers were delicious, we’ve been to Byron before and it’s never disappointed. For our sides, we ordered fries and a salad. To drink we had the house red and rose wine. Overall, the meal was great, even better with the special offer we’d recommend . The service was fast, which was great after an evening of shopping. Before leaving we ordered a salted caramel milkshake, like the meal, it tasted great and really hit the spot.

First of all the burger was superb!! I always have mine medium and it was indeed medium. The sweet potato fries were also nice and as crispy as it can be I also had an Snapple Peach Iced Tea which is one of my fave beverages. The guy who was in charge of my seating section was absolutely great! He was really accommodating, friendly and attentive. Not sure if the name in the receipt he gave me was right but a big shout out to Micheal if that is his name. You are great! An overall great experience, fast service and clean and tidy environment.

Taste stood out and the atmosphere was vibing bubbly. We just popped in at 2045 and they found us a table and there was no rush to finish till 2300. Lot of vegetarian options and the Waiter Ernest was really happy to suggest various options.

Great food, very accommodating and have plenty of Vegan options, service could be improved as it did take some time to get the attention of staff sometimes, even if when were right in front of the food area. Were made to sit right near the entrance door even though there was plenty of space further in, and we had group of 8. Would visit again, but would request better seating arrangements.

Service here was dreadful. Waited a kong time to place order. Lady who came after us had to call the waiter and tell her we where waiting before. The environment and atmosohere of the restaurant was nice. The food was delicious we tried different varies of snacks. Woukd recommend fir the foid but wouldn't go back again myself tbh.

While traveling in London, I had the pleasure of dining at Wahaca, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional experience I had. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. My server went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations. The cuisine at Wahaca is truly outstanding. Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. From the mouthwatering tacos to the flavorful guacamole, every bite was a delight. Highly recommend!!

Good food, great service and very cozy atmosphere. It was our first time in Wahaca, wasn’t sure what to expect, but when the food started coming one after another, each items were delicious. If you are in westfield and unsure where you wanna go garb good, give this place a shot.

Visited on a weekday at around 14:30. Staff very quick to get us seated and settled jn. We knew how to order so did that via the qr code in our table Our glasses come out within minutes of ordering. Food was around a 15 minute wait which was very quick. Orders arrived correct and we enjoyed our meal without being rushed. The restaurant was really welcoming and it had a nice atmosphere inside. Not too noisy and busy. Would recommend and visit again if in the area.

Good consistent quality of chicken but the fries were almost cold when they were served. I had butterfly chicken breast with chips and spiced rice (£14) plus a bottomless drink. I enjoyed the venue and the friendly service. Shame about the fries. I suggest to go before 12:30 pm as it can get quite busy after that.

The service here is really good! The staff are very nice and clearly care about the restaurant. I’ve been here a few times now and the food is great. There is a large menu with a lot to choose from and different set menus for different times of day. I absolutely love the chicken souvlaki wrap with Greek mustard sauce. I had the shared platter recently which was decent. However, the lamb kebab was completely inedible for me so I really can’t recommend that. The meat was so tough and chewy I simply couldn’t ingest it. The lamb meatballs were great though.

Me and my partner visit here often and we have never had an experience that wasn’t 100/10. Food is always amazing (we usually go for the 8 dishes set menu) and the service is incredible. 🙌🏽 Huge shout out to Alex I and the other Alex too, as they looked after us so well and even gave us a really tasty desert on Valentines day too. 🥹 Great employees, a staple to The Real Greek 🫶🏽 will be remain a loyal customer thanks to them!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Really nice vibe. They have outdoor sitting too. Food was okay, not the best greek I have tasted but wasn’t bad either. Not sure about their set menus. We had to order more food afterwards as portions weren’t great. Staff were professional and attentive especially Chelsea and Caitlin.

Staff members are very rude, impolite and definitely not helpful. I go there everyday and never get my coffee on time. Usually they keep forgetting about my orders somehow and I’m waiting for ages, never heard sorry for that. Atmosphere is very tense and everybody is so unfriendly.

Nice coffee and food. Bad service experience with the lady taking the payment. They could always provide the service with a smile. I was asked to repeat my order to another person after I previously did with her and in a very mean way. Such a disappointment as I love Pret.

A very large pret location, with extensive seating with an open feel. Good staff and service too. One slightly annoying thing is that it is located on the second floor of Westfield London, so can be a bit long to get to sometimes.

I recently dined at Indigo Rasoi, which I'm giving 2 stars. Despite the dishes being visually appealing with their vibrant presentation, the experience was let down by high prices and underwhelming flavors. The Chicken Makhhan Wala and rice, which I had hoped would be rich and satisfying, were dry and bland, failing to live up to their appetizing appearance. The chips were passable but oily, and while my wife's Mango Lassi was fine, it didn't make up for the overall disappointing meal. Unfortunately, this was one of the lesser Indian dining experiences I've had in the UK, where the promise of the visual presentation did not match the quality of the food.

We ordered papdi chaat and masala fries. As it wasn’t busy food was ready within 5 minutes. The good taste isn’t what it use to be and prices have doubled. I paid £9 for a tiny plate of papri chaat. Total bill was close to £15. I doubt I’ll be eating there again.

Best Indian I’ve ever had in London! Totally surprised about the quality and the flavour as it was just part of the food hall. However my bf and I both agree that it is pretty much the best Indian we’ve had! The Lamb Biryani was delicious (I don’t usually eat lamb!); Golgappa just hit the point 🤌🏻🤌🏻; Chola Batora has the most fragrant and crispy bread… srsly impressive and we will deffo come back!

Got the 'Milawot tandoor' which is mixed grill with chicken Tikka meat, kebab and lamb chops with rice. Overall it's average and tasty but the price is very high.

For a stand in a shopping centre foodhall Indi-go really surprised us. The small plates which we used to make a Tapas style meal for the two of us were so tasty. Better quality Indian food than we have had from some restaurants. Care taken over presentation and the flavours were amazing.

If you like sushi and Japanese food this is your place. Their food is always fresh, beautifully displayed and the ambiance of this place is just lovely. I was pleasantly surprised to see the self order machines as I haven’t been to Westfield since the beginning of the pandemic. The machines are easy to use and no queueing. They have a good choice of vegan/vegetarian dishes and sushi including soups, dumplings, noodle/rice bowls and rolls.

More relaxing dining experience compared to the food court where you are constantly on the lookout for a vacant table. No waiting around here, food is delicious and reasonably priced. Staff are pleasant and friendly. The dining area is clean, bright, and airy.

This branch always serves a great burrito! Food always seems fresh, and it’s always tasty! Staff are friendly and efficient at getting you served quickly. If you’re looking for something quick and healthy, dine in or take away, this is a great choice! I’ve mostly only tried the normal burrito options, which are always packed full!

We were very excited to grab our naked burritos from Tortilla located on the top floor food court at Westfield mall. There was an ongoing discount on the burritos wherein if you sign up for their loyalty card on their website - you'd get two burritos but only pay for one. I am a burrito lover and had high expectations. Me and my friend ordered a vegan and chicken burrito. As you build your order, you get to choose the rice (Coriander or Mexican), beans, choice of meat, guacamole (additional charges), vegetable mix, sauces. Make sure you are queued in a right manner when your order is being prepared as if you do not follow their queue rules, you will be frowned upon and the staff will shout at you. My food experience at Tortilla was ruined because of one staff who seemed like he was tired of doing same the job all day and screamt at almost all the customers including me. His facial expressions were very clear for me to understand he was disinterested in the job. I understand it can sometimes be frustrating to deal with several customers in a day. However, such pathetic behavior is not at all accepted. Their naked burritos tasted really good - no complaints on the food. I'd rate it a 4/5. Lost one point due to SAD PRESENTATION. But just because of their horrible customer service, I've rated them 2/5. I would give them a try again only for the food, but without an improved customer service - I will never go back to them again. A quick feedback for Tortilla - Please hire empathetic staff. HIRE PEOPLE WHO ENJOY WORKING FOR YOU. Your staff needs to be humble and kind. I have read almost all of your reviews here on Google and it seems like 7/10 people are complaining about your customer service. All you do is ask a customer to submit the feedback form. I don't think action is being taken upon filling the feedback form as it seems like a pattern for you.

Today i went to five guys and i had one oreo milkshake with double cheeseburger. The milkshake was the best one i’ve ever had and for the burger it was also very tasty, I liked that it wasn’t plain and dry.

The pizza express is located within Westfield. There was a quene outside the pizza express even though there was plenty of space. The service was very slow but the staff were lovely. The pizzas and dessert were delicious. And there was a lovely atmosphere

We were on a shopping trip in Westfield. Had a take out; Calabrese and chicken & pesto pasta. I have always been a big fan of Calabrese but their pizza have shrunk in size. Also their chicken pasta had only a few pieces of chicken. They didn’t bother to give fork/knife or napkins.

Went there for a nice chilled meal and drinks. Had myself a nice G&T, we were two girls so just a lemon and pepper chicken wings and an American classic was enough 🤭. Also felt like ordering some desserts which was so lush 🤤. Got to use my student discount as well which was really good and turned out to be a good deal. The manager and waitress Anna were very welcoming.
