My friends and I visited Wahaca a few weeks ago. Due to my dietary needs, I was a bit worried about what I could and couldn’t eat. Our waiter, Ernest, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable on allergies and was able to put me at ease. He provided a great service, was very funny and personable and truly made our experience at Wahaca. He went the extra mile for us and we will definitely be back soon!

First time eating in a Wahaca restaurant and it was delicious! Came in for lunch and was served by Ernest S who was so friendly and kind, he really went above and beyond to give us great service! The halloumi tacos were great and so were the fish tacos!

We had the trio of margs which was great as it meant I got to try a few different flavours. We also had their twist on an aperol which was so yum. The favourites feasting is super tasty and great value for money. Katerina was also really accommodating and made our visit even more enjoyable. We always choose Wahaca for the good food that’s actually really reasonable!

I came here for my birthday a week ago and the food and service were amazing. The gentleman who served us made me feel very special on my birthday. It can be slightly difficult to get the attention of servers to order more food, ask for the bill etc. They brought me over a birthday brownie which was lovely and I was very appreciative of it, however, they were a bit cheeky and added this to our bill which we were not best pleased with because as lovely of a gesture as it was it wasn't something we ordered and should have been on the house. None the less the food was lovely and the service was lovely!

Ahmed was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and well taken care of. He was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and very knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot-on — especially the mama ًzohra salad and chicken shish , which was cooked to perfection. We really appreciated his professionalism and warm personality. Ahmed truly made our dining experience memorable. Highly recommend!

Ordered the Mixed Grill for £19.95. With a slightly smaller portion than I hoped, the service and quality of the food superseeded the size. It was great tasting and definitely authentic. Would go back again.

It's quite a dry chicken wrap, the hummus and salad is nice though and ok price (got platter with hummus and salad (or chips) for £13.95 and added soft drink for extra £1.50) . Server was nice but I asked for no tomatoes and it was still inside the wrap unfortunately.

today we went to Nando's in Westfield we kindly asked for a table with a sofa and the person who welcomed us was quite rude on the nameplate it said ka I think that's his name. and from how he behaved with the staff he was one of the management. Fortunately SJ accommodated us as usual if it wasn't for the arrogant managers everything was good as always However the kind kind waiters made everything better thanks SJ you are the best . Sorry but this three star is only for the manger

We had the most incredible lunch here at Westfield Nando’s because of the lovely Rafael. He was so attentive and helpful and kept offering to refill our drinks! Visited weekend dinner time not busy lots of tables empty. Great for sharing with larger groups so can try a bit of everything as most dishes can small portions to share. Ordered set for 2 and few other dishes, generally slightly too salty to my liking. Accessible bathroom available.

My wife and I ate at The Real Greek before a Sam Fender gig at London Stadium. Luckily we’d booked a table for 16.30 as we heard people without bookings being told there was no availability until 18.30. This was our second time eating at a Real Greek and the food was just as good on this occasion. We both had souvlaki wraps as a main, which were great value at £11. The bill came to £70 for three courses and a drink each, including service, which was very reasonable for London. Service was slow at the start but fine for the rest of the meal. The restaurant is also well designed with lots of light through the big windows.

This was my third visit and unfortunately, the standard has gone downhill. We ordered hummus, feta and spinach pastries (which were oily), and stuffed vine leaves. We had also ordered falafel, but after quite a wait, we were informed they had run out. Service was noticeably slow from getting a table to taking the order and felt a bit chaotic. I was seated in the conservatory area, and while it wasn’t uncomfortable, I did feel that the section should’ve been better managed during the rain. With so many great dining choices in Westfield, The Real Greek needs to improve both its food and service to keep up. I’d likely choose a different spot next time for a quick bite to eat

I ordered a chicken gyros and it was okay, nothing special. It was a little dry too. For the price, the portion size was a bit on the small side, and the fries were a little overdone too. Also, the service was quite slow, despite the restaurant being almost empty. On the plus side, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly. I wouldn't rush back, but I may consider returning to try some of the other items on their menu.

Amazing customer service and delicious food. I also work for a restaurant as a waiter. I know how a small number of customers are rude and bad behaviors. For anything they get angry and try to express it in the restaurant. As a result, they leave BAD reviews. Although it is vary. My point is that Indi-go got some bad reviews. Not sure why such a wonderful restaurant got such a review previously. From my point of view,they are serving amazing food with the adequate quality and good service quality. I will definitely recommend of Indi-go's food.

Itsu delicious! ;) Love itsu healthy and nutrious Japanese food ... forget McDonalds and Greggs eat healthy ... try the Spicy Chicken Terriakye with a soft egg and extra spice little portion for £5.98 with Blue Light Card or Westfield Discount if you work in Westfield. Itsu delicious! many other options if you like sushi and noodles both hot and cold, eat in or takeaway. Oh dont forget the healthy aloe Vera juice wow!

The same story- found this restaurant by chance, just saw its windows with sushi inside - very smart decision. Sushi was delivered quickly and so delicious. Nice staff, moderate prices. In case I’ll be there second time definitely come again.

Food was delicious 😋 very fresh and tasty. Store was clean, staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Used the self service tills which are very easy to use. Great selection of food. Good condiments and cutlery to use for your takeaway. Recommend for a nice, fresh and healthy meal.

If you like sushi and Japanese food this is your place. Their food is always fresh, beautifully displayed and the ambiance of this place is just lovely. I was pleasantly surprised to see the self order machines as I haven’t been to Westfield since the beginning of the pandemic. The machines are easy to use and no queueing. They have a good choice of vegan/vegetarian dishes and sushi including soups, dumplings, noodle/rice bowls and rolls.

Tortilla at Westfield London is okay but nothing special. The burritos have way too much rice and not enough flavor to make them tasty. The service is super fast though they make your food right in front of you in like one to three minutes. Prices are fair but I wish the food was more exciting. It’s edible but forgettable."

Another Amazing Mexican Meal – This Time at Westfield After enjoying a delightful Mexican lunch in Southampton, I couldn’t resist the temptation to have another Mexican meal—this time at Westfield. Among the variety of restaurants, this one stood out with its unique concept of letting you choose your ingredients directly from the counter to create your perfect wrap or bowl. For this meal, I chose a wrap filled with rice, black beans, meat, lettuce, salad, and hot sauce. While the sauce wasn’t very spicy, the combination was still excellent, especially when paired with a Corona beer—it was a perfect match. One of my friends ordered a similar wrap, and we were both very pleased with our meals. We were three in total. My other friends opted for a vegetarian wrap and a bowl meal. Once again, everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. It’s hard not to appreciate the simplicity and quality of this experience. If you’re looking for a casual, customizable, and satisfying Mexican meal, this is the place to try. Whether for lunch or dinner, it’s a great choice and will definitely leave you wanting more!

Absolutely delicious food, fast and honestly really reasonable for how much fresh healthy food you get. Staff were super pleasant and friendly, got great service from Nidhi. The spicyness is toned down for the UK so the spicy option was more like medium so don’t be afraid to choose it.

We had such a wonderful family meal here at Zizzi White City. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Fady helped us make some great choices by recommending some of the new additions on the menu. He and his team checked in on us to make sure everyone was enjoying their meal and regularly cleared the table. My daughters loved how multiple staff members brought our food to the table at the same time. They said it made them feel extra special being served in this way. We definitely felt this highlighted Zizzi's team spirit and excellent service. The food was delicious and everyone, including my very fussy 6 year old, loved their meal! Thank you :)

We were a big group, so we booked in advance, and most of us ordered the Christmas menu. The starters were better than the mains (we had lobster pasta and truffle pasta). The desserts were ok. The service was...unconventional. Desserts were served without picking up the plates from the mains first and a starter came straight after we ordered which means it was either sitting in the kitchen or someone else returned it and they served it to my friend. Some starters came before the drinks. Polite staff though.

She was so accommodating of my partner’s allergies and dietary restrictions. Plus, the food was delicious! Definitely visiting again!

Pizza Express in Westfield Shepherd`s Bush is consistent with other branches. Tried to eat dinner here because of my pasta cravings and it did not disappoint. Not too posh and not too "fastfoody" vibe. This place is just right if you are looking for pasta selection inside Westfield mall. It has its own place which is located just one floor above the food court. + Staff are responsive and accommodating.

Wow. What an amazing time I had with my family at pizza express in Westfield. The staff are so attentive and kind natured and the food was 10/10. Thank you to Rudina for the best service and being so lovely to us and our baby. And a HUGE shoutout to Lucia for literally the best pizza we have ever had a pizza express (we have been to a lot and often!) Lucia, you are the best pizza maker hands down. Was served queen margarita pizza after waiting for 15 mins without any pizza cutter or plates. Side dish came after it only after reminding the staff. Pizza hut pizza tastes better and costs the half. Would not visit again.

I had come here with someone else to grab some dinner after doing some shopping. We were seated quickly, but it wasn't a very welcoming arrival. We sat at our table and looked over the menu, and our waiter came over and just took our order. No real hello or anything. We got the food and drinks in a reasonable amount of time, and it was tasty enough. We had a bit of a time trying to flag someone down for a dessert menu though, and the table wasn't cleared very quickly. We both ordered a dessert each, and one arrived promptly. We waited for the other one, but it hadn't arrived even a short while after the first one had been finished. We eventually got someone's attention, who immediately assumed we wanted the bill before either of us spoke. We had to stop them before they rushed off to inform them of the missing dessert. We got a "sorry, I'll get it now" and that was all. We asked to just take it off our bill, as we didn't want to wait around and spend more time there for a dessert we'd still end up paying in full for. Payment was fast as we had the app, but didn't leave a tip as the service was lacking. It would have been understandable if it was busy, but most of the tables were empty.
