Absolutely lovely meal out for the family! Great great portions for the price and the favourites platter was delicious, couldn’t fault it at all! Our food came out without any waiting, and we were served by Paul who was very friendly and attentive. No complaints at all. We will be returning in the future!

Been here twice now, fantastic experience both times. Our server Julian was brilliant, quick and attentive but also all round just such a vibe; very friendly, upbeat, great humour. The tipsy horchata is just delicious, I've had the standard one and both are great (standard horchata also comes in a much larger glass) but the vanilla in the tipsy one just absolutely makes it. The tipsy version does come with rum, though it's not really enough to taste it. Good if you're like me and don't particularly enjoy things that taste alcohol, maybe a negative if you want something punchier. We got the burritos, they're just perfect honestly. Really generously filled and super juicy. They come with a small portion of nachos as a standard, and it's absolutely more than enough to fill you up. I think the star of our meal though was the dessert - it has two names on different menus so I'm not sure what to refer to it by ('warm chocolate and pecan cake' on the standard menu and 'chocolate mole cake' on the dessert menu) but either way I'd return every day of the week for this thing. Its more like a slice of the gooiest and best salted caramel, cinnamon, and pecan brownie you've ever had. The pouring cream it comes with is an absolute must. Overall incredible experience, this is definitely one of the better places to eat after shopping in Westfield, I'd honest argue its a lot better than anywhere in the foodhall inside the shopping centre.

Had a wonderful lunch here while shopping at Westfield! We ordered the chicken and green olive tagine and the mixed grill, and both dishes were absolutely fantastic. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, packed with vibrant flavors, and the portion sizes were very generous, we left completely satisfied. A special shoutout to our server, Maya, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our meal. Great food and wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back!

The staff were friendly, offered a sample so I could make the best choice in terms of fresh juice havibg tried a couple options previously. I asked for additional pickles, prompt service with with professional attitudes. Really lovely to be greeted wth smiles and askrd how I was. Compoir Westfield is first choice my go to, excellent customer service which is consistent and generous portions. Food is nutrious, rich in flavour and delicious.

There was a line for us to be able to get a seat, and the place was very crowded, the food was also a little late, but the food was very good and bless these employees for dealing with so much people and noise. I like their sauces and that you can have as much as you want.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Nando's Westfield London, and it was all thanks to Adrita. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed my mum and me with the warmest smile and the kindest attitude. She was incredibly polite, calm, patient, and genuinely caring, making us feel valued throughout our visit. No request was ever too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, but Adrita's outstanding customer service is what truly made this our best Nando's experience ever. Her communication, professionalism, attentiveness, and positive attitude are second to none. Nando's Westfield has to be my best restuarant, ordered the Butterfly Chicken with spicy rice and peri fries for lunch. Succulent chicken, well seasoned and just delicious. Then had fresh diary ice cream which was devine. If your in London Westfield check it out a must.

Visited Indi‑go Rasoi at Westfield White City and honestly… this is how shopping breaks should taste 😄 Amidst the chaos of bags, queues and “I’ll just pop in for one thing”, Indi-go Rasoi delivers proper Indian street-style comfort food — bold spices, generous portions and flavours that don’t shy away. The curries are rich and warming, naan is fresh and soft, and everything feels cooked with intent, not rushed mall food energy. What I loved most? It’s quick, yes — but it doesn’t feel mass-produced. The flavours hold their own, the spice levels are well balanced, and it hits that sweet spot between indulgent and satisfying. Perfect fuel before round two of shopping… or after you’ve given up entirely. Service was friendly, food came out promptly, and the aroma alone could stop you mid-stride (true story). If you enjoy Indian food that feels familiar yet full of character, this one deserves a spot on your Westfield list. Good variety of options available albeit menu quite difficult to navigate visually. Ordered chicken tikka masala wrap with masala fries (special request for just chicken in the wrap). Had to return them back as only given plain fries and wrap came with all the extra salad and sauce ingredients. Chicken fibrous and tasty but probably a little dry due to it lacking any sauce. Chips tasty and colourful which is a blend with chilli onion and coriander - quality of chip a box standard “fries” style you see in most takeaway places.

Stopped here while shopping in Westfield and got the veggie sushi with a miso soup. Everything tasted fresh, service was quick and the staff were actually really friendly. Perfect spot for a quick bite, will definitely come back.

If you like sushi and Japanese food this is your place. Their food is always fresh, beautifully displayed and the ambiance of this place is just lovely. I was pleasantly surprised to see the self order machines as I haven’t been to Westfield since the beginning of the pandemic. The machines are easy to use and no queueing. They have a good choice of vegan/vegetarian dishes and sushi including soups, dumplings, noodle/rice bowls and rolls.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve visited many Pret A Manger stores over the last 8-9 months and they made me an addict in a good way 😅, but this team truly stands out. They are an absolute credit not only to this store but to the Pret brand as a whole as I see couple of them in 2-3 different stores. A special thank you to Ayoub, Ibrahim, Youssef, and Sama. They are genuinely some of the most professional, friendly, and welcoming people I’ve come across in customer service. What impresses me most isn’t just how they treat me personally—it’s how they treat every single customer. Whether it’s early in the morning when most people haven’t had their first coffee yet, or later in the day, they’re always smiling, full of positive energy, and happy to help. I regularly see them greeting customers by name, having a quick friendly chat before taking orders, and checking in on people. They create such a warm atmosphere that makes customers feel valued rather than just served. Great customer service isn’t just about making coffee—it’s about making people’s day a little better, and this team does exactly that. Pret should be incredibly proud of them and make every effort to look after and recognise their hard work. Staff like these are rare, and they are a real asset to this store and any store fortunate enough to have them. Thank you all for your dedication, positivity, and professionalism. The food was great I got myself kale and cauliflower macaroni cheese for lunch and just wanted to let the branch know that the macaroni felt like it was less creamy and wasn’t mixed properly as I had too much cauliflower on inside and too much kale on the other and I feel for me the cheese is a little overcooked. But other than that it was great but could be better.

I had an amazing experience at Tortilla Westfield White City and can honestly say it's one of the best Tortilla branches I've visited. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the team. Even though it was busy, the staff remained friendly, patient, and professional throughout. As someone who had questions about the menu, they took the time to explain all the different options, recommended combinations, and made sure I was happy before preparing my order. The food was made with great care, and every ingredient looked fresh and tasted delicious. The portion size was generous, everything was neatly prepared, and it was clear the team took pride in their work. The restaurant itself was clean and well organised, with tables kept tidy despite the constant flow of customers. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff worked together efficiently while still making customers feel valued. A special thank you to the team for their outstanding customer service. They were polite, cheerful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping people. It's rare to receive service this good in such a busy location, and they absolutely deserve recognition for it. This branch has definitely become my favourite Tortilla location. We had a fantastic experience at Zizzi Westfield, and a big part of that was thanks to our waitress, Evelina. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive. She made us feel looked after throughout the meal, checking in at just the right times without ever being intrusive. Her recommendations were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, arrived promptly, and the overall atmosphere was great, but Evelina’s outstanding customer service really made the visit memorable. She is a real credit to the Zizzi team. We’ll definitely be returning and hope to be served by Evelina again. Highly recommended!

Victoria has been stupendous from the start. She has made our experience friendly, welcoming, peaceful and positive. I have not been to a Zizzi in a while so I am extremely happy that Victoria made my dining experience awesome. She was very understanding of my halal dietary needs and helped me make the right choices of food to eat and drink. Victoria was amazing with my son who loved his hot chocolate drink! Thank you so much Victoria! However, I was not happy about the garlic mayo charge of £1 especially as I was not offered it with the pizza so I didn’t get to finish my sauce as I had almost finished my pizza before I asked for the garlic sauce. But that was not Victoria’s fault as I was served the pizza by another waitress.

Such a lovely visit to Zizzi at Westfield for lunch. I couldn’t fault it. It’s in a very attractive location. We had an early midweek lunch so it was quiet for our visit but I am sure it gets busy. It is very spacious inside so even at busy times it wouldn’t feel crowded. The entrance is flat so easy to navigate for less mobile visitors. It’s clean and pretty inside with a lovely atmosphere. Our waiter was outstanding; patient, informative, friendly and efficient. Our food came quickly and was fresh and delicious. Loads of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu (the vegan bolgnese was divine!) and options for all dietary restrictions. The cost was very reasonable and we were able to use our Defence Discount and Tesco vouchers with no issues. The toilets were clean and easily accessible. We were gifted delicious crisps with our drinks while we waited for food and received hot chocolate on the house at the end of our meal. A lovely experience that we will definitely repeat!

Our server Ahzam was great, patient and accommodating - I requested for the dessert and bill right after the pizza was served as i had to rush off after the meal. He was also very patient in helping me pay the bill with the remainder of my cash and the rest of the bill with card. We visited on a Saturday mid afternoon and the place was very busy but Ahzam made sure to check in with us to see if everything was OK mid-meal. I didn’t see other wait-staffs doing the same, and they seem quite flustered/stressed. Thanks!

There were several reasons why I didn’t enjoy it. Firstly, the food felt pre-made. The pizza toppings came apart quite easily from the dough, and the inside of the base was dry—it felt similar to a frozen pizza (please see photos). The lasagne was mostly tomato sauce with beef and the fat from the meat was quite noticeable and left unpleasant aftertaste. It also had only a thin layer of cheese and sauce on top. I don’t want to be too critical, but I’ve had better pizza and lasagne from supermarkets. The service was not good either. Even though the restaurant was nearly empty, we were given a less desirable table, while I noticed other guests were later asked where they would prefer to sit. It also took quite a while for our order to arrive, so we decided to go elsewhere for dessert. On the positive side, they didn’t charge for service

I am writing today specifically to highlight the outstanding service I received during my recent visit. From the moment we were seated, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They checked in at the perfect intervals, offered excellent recommendations, and ensured every detail of our meal was exactly to our liking. The team's friendly attitude and calm professionalism made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable; while the food was delicious, the exceptional service truly turned a nice meal into a great one. Your staff members are a credit to your team and are a significant reason why we will certainly be returning. On a related note, while I always enjoy the service provided by your staff, I wanted to mention that the automatic inclusion of a 12.5% service charge on the bill is a bit of a deterrent. I believe the guest experience would be improved if this were left to the customer's discretion rather than being added automatically.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Bill’s Westfield White City. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful with my order, making me feel very welcome. For dinner, I started with the Seasonal Soup, which was delicious and full of flavor. For the main course, I had the Halloumi Burger, and it was absolutely excellent perfectly cooked and very satisfying. To finish, I enjoyed the Chocolate & Salted Caramel Tart, which was rich, indulgent, and the perfect end to the meal. The atmosphere is cozy, warm, and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy good food. Combined with the excellent service and high-quality dishes, it made for a memorable dining experience. I would highly recommend Bill’s Westfield White City to anyone looking for amazing food and great hospitality. Definitely a must-visit, and I’ll certainly be coming back again! Cheers !

I came with a couple of friends to Bill's and I had a great time. The food was super, the atmosphere was relaxing despite it being busy and extremely hot and the service was stellar. Our waiter, Aaron was very attentive, polite and very personable, not only took our orders but made conversation with us despite being busy and hot. He was fantastic. Well worth the experience. For mains, I had the chicken schnitzel and for dessert, I had the Biscoff Sticky Toffee Pudding. Originally I wanted the Tirimisu but Aaron kindly notified me that it was very small. Thanks Aaron!

I went for a breakfast brunch on my own on a Sunday morning, which was absolutely needed and delightful. I had read reviews before I went about the service and I could relate to it slightly that during busy times you are left to ponder the menu for a little bit too long, in my opinion. I made up for that by using the QR code on the table to pay my bill and leave. My suggestion in this chain would be to order as soon as you sit down if you are short on time. Other than that Bill's is one of those places that you can't get wrong. It's standard: you know what you're getting and the food's really tasty.
