I have visit this place for the first time ever or tasted anything from them. What prompt me was my birthday gift offer from them and they did not disappoint. I had no reservations and the queue wasn’t bad. The member of staff has found a table for me and was attentive throughout my entire stay. He explained to me how to order, how to use voucher and recommended what is the tastiest and biggest deal in the restaurant. The food came freshly made in front of my eyes, as they have open kitchen, piping hot and absolutely delicious. Not to mention the amount of delicious condiments to make your dish go another level. I would like to say thank you to Anoop for outstanding service and care.

If you love burgers you will love Byron (Proper Hamburgers), their range of dishes are awesome, freshly made, good portions and reasonably priced. The only reason I’m dropping this review is because I haven’t been here for a while and I was very impressed. Probably my favourite burger and chips. We had the classic Cheeseburgers, skinned fries, Mac and cheese and the buffalo wings all accompanied with a salted caramel shake. Which were all 10/10. I must admit it was pretty packed so we were literally sitting right next to people. However the Friendly staff, efficient service made up for the overall experience.

Byron Burger at Westfield was just an okay experience.
Lady when we arrived was pleasant. Explained we have to order from the table by scanning the QR code.
The man serving us was less friendly. No service with a smile from him. The restaurant wasn't even busy so can't really use the "they were rushed off their feet" excuse.
The menu is okay apart from the sauces. They mark the sauces vegan but then when you go to the checkout screen it doesn't have a VG beside it. I had a sauce which I'm convinced wasn't vegan.
The burger is okay. It was the beyond burger but the chips were bad. Not really hot or crispy.
I know there is a cost of living crises and inflation but I found the quality of the food didn't justify the cost.
Overall, I felt it was an average experience.

First of all the burger was superb!! I always have mine medium and it was indeed medium. The sweet potato fries were also nice and as crispy as it can be I also had an Snapple Peach Iced Tea which is one of my fave beverages. The guy who was in charge of my seating section was absolutely great! He was really accommodating, friendly and attentive. Not sure if the name in the receipt he gave me was right but a big shout out to Micheal if that is his name. You are great! An overall great experience, fast service and clean and tidy environment.

We decided to visit Byron to try out the Sunset Special Menu, which is a burger, side, and a drink for £12.50! We ordered two burgers, a double patty beef burger and a fried chicken burger with bacon. Both burgers were delicious, we’ve been to Byron before and it’s never disappointed. For our sides, we ordered fries and a salad. To drink we had the house red and rose wine.
Overall, the meal was great, even better with the special offer we’d recommend . The service was fast, which was great after an evening of shopping. Before leaving we ordered a salted caramel milkshake, like the meal, it tasted great and really hit the spot.

We LOVED this place. They are excellent with allergies and they have plenty of vegetarian & vegan options. Staff is friendly and had great recommendations. We opted for the discovery menu, which offered a nice shared dining option that allowed us to taste a wide variety of the foods on the menu. This menu cost £47 for two people and was perfect in terms of portion size.

First time going to Wahaca (10th Nov). Great service, friendly staff. I recommend the Discovery Menus (chose the 'Favourites'), nice selection of food. We were served by Ernest, he was super attentive and did a fantastic job!

The free range chicken quesadillas were top notch they were fabulous the chicken had a nice char on it and the tortilla was nice and crispy. Everything was made fresh. It does say on the menu to order 2-3 dishes per person because they were small.

Excellent food and drinks, I always recommend this restaurant for Mexican food lovers. The price is super affordable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Today we had the brilliant service of Katalin, the Hungarian lady. Thanks once again, Wahaca crew 💙

Eating out on a Sunday afternoon ur never sure if the staff will be running on empty, altho not here, we had great, friendly & knowledgeable service from our server Shane.
We plumped for the set taster Favourites menu, which didn't disappoint great variety, really tasty, freshly prepared dishes with the right balance of heat.what more do u need?
Just a stones throw from all the chaos of the Westfield indoor eateries it's well worth the extra 2 min walk. We'll be back!

Stopped off for some food before heading to an event at Wembley. The selection on the menu is varied enough for lots of tastes and the staff are efficient if a little disinterested (but this is a shopping mall so they have to deal with all sorts all day every day). The food came quick (pick up from the counter) and there was plenty on each plate. The mixed grill was delicious and the lamb kofta was spot on. The lamb burger was juicy and full of flavour.
Whilst this can't compare to the Lebanese restaurants we used to eat in in Dubai (pre 2004) it was still satisfying and the food matched the price paid.

I have sesame allergy but Ahmed modernised the zohar salad for me...he was really great and had a big smile on his face. Nothing was too much of an issue for him, he made me feel relaxed whilst ensuring he took into account my allergy. The salad looked nice, I don't go for salad usually, but this was so tasty and generous portion too. You won't be disappointed, just ask for Ahmed to assist you. They even put all sauces so I can add what I like and not have to use anything I don't like. However, all sauces were used...

Our team from MyTrip had a fantastic dinner at Nando's in Westfield. Recommended by a security officer, we headed to the top floor and were greeted warmly by a host named "Syai" or "Shai." Her friendly smile and exceptional service made our visit memorable. We appreciate her dedication to making customers feel welcome. Highly recommend Nando's for great food and excellent hospitality!

Food was of exceptional quality. Grilled white meat with a variety of choices with some vegeterian and heathier options. The service was good as well, with the staff being kind and the food arriving quick and fresh. I liked the atmosphere, too. There was a good view of the mall. Nice tables, chairs and decorations. Tables had a good level of privacy too.

Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality at Westfield!
Everyone should try this corner seat has been suggested by my host Verise! She has managed to give me Guidance surah out the centre as well as give me direction for my transport. Thank you, my dear and of course I will try the coffee you have suggested too!

I have been to a number of these and it was once again a pleasant experience. We had some cold starters to share followed by the Souvlaki wrap. All the food was great. The restaurant is huge with a conservatory style area that has large open windows for the summer. Service was great though we waited a little to get seated. The price is ok but disappointing that you have to get bread separately to the dips. I feel they should be included.

The food was ok, the fries were very crisp and the skewers were nice too. However the portions were a bit small and would recommend to order more here. Service was quick and friendly, and atmosphere was also very positive

The real Greek has a chain of restaurants in London and I have also been to one in Windsor. The food is reasonably priced and fair portions are served here. Unfortunately I have never got to experience Any smashing of the plates unless a waiter has dropped one by accident. The food is average but when you dine here the quality is the same every time. My reasoning for the 3* is that I have definitely experienced and tried more authentic Greek food located in north London “green lanes” London Borough of Haringey.
Nevertheless if you want a place to sit down an eat while shopping in Westfield or if you’re in the area I still will recommend The real Greek. Nearest stations if you are traveling by London Underground is (Shepherd’s Bush) or (White City)
There is also paid parking available if you are traveling by car in Westfield shopping centres car park

I had the pleasure of dining at THE REAL GREEK yesterday, and Christian, our waiter, truly elevated the entire experience. From the moment we were seated, his warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for a wonderful evening.
Christian was attentive without being overbearing, ensuring that our glasses were never empty and that all our needs were met promptly. He had excellent knowledge of the menu and offered thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be absolutely delicious.
What stood out most was his genuine passion for providing excellent service—he made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. The small personal touches and his cheerful attitude made our visit unforgettable.
Thank you, Christian, for a fantastic dining experience. We’ll definitely be back, and I hope to be served by you again!

Super happy about the healthful options and the amazing lunch deal they had! I ordered a big plate for only 10 gbp. Marios was also lovely, he made us feel comfortable and even gave us an alternative seating option to see if we'd like it better. I love how the menu has all the calories (you'd think all restaurants would have jumped on this by now...) and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I don't enjoy loud music and most places now are very noisy, but not The Real Greek, the music was set to a perfect volume. Overall, 10/10!

● Lived in White City circa 30 yrs.
● And been coming to Westfield ever since it opened (Oct 2008.)
● Ditto Indi-go. (Although I can't remember if they were here from Day 1?)
● Occurred to me how much I enjoy buying from them. (I'm @ Westfield White City 2-3 times a week and will ALWAYS ;-) buy their masala fries. Regardless of what else I buy.
● (I'm a Freelance, Private English Tutor. So, Westfield is a great place to bring my students. So they can practise their English in a live setting.)
● Personally, I've always had good service from the Staff and know most by sight. (If not name.)
● I know 'Kyami'? - She usually works the till so maybe that's why. Find her friendly, no matter how busy they are.
● Shoppers clearly love what Indi-go is doing. Saturday's are 'next level' busy, lol. (But all good.)
● Pictured = My masala fries.(It's normally sold with onions and stuff.) However, I love mine absolutely plain.

If you like sushi and Japanese food this is your place. Their food is always fresh, beautifully displayed and the ambiance of this place is just lovely. I was pleasantly surprised to see the self order machines as I haven’t been to Westfield since the beginning of the pandemic. The machines are easy to use and no queueing. They have a good choice of vegan/vegetarian dishes and sushi including soups, dumplings, noodle/rice bowls and rolls.

More relaxing dining experience compared to the food court where you are constantly on the lookout for a vacant table. No waiting around here, food is delicious and reasonably priced. Staff are pleasant and friendly. The dining area is clean, bright, and airy.
