I’ve heard so much about this place I needed to check it out for myself ! I came here to celebrate my birthday and I would love to start off on how coming in to Ricardo’s the vibes are immaculate. It was a bit crowded but the wait wasn’t long, I do recommend making reservations just to be on the safe side. The music, the ambience was incredible. Staff made sure to greet you properly and answer any questions you may have. The drinks were 10/10 the food was AMAZING & so flavorful. Overall I would definitely come back, I would love to try their brunch specials ! Thank you again for a wonderful night :)

Everything about this place is great. The service is attentive, the food quality is stellar, the art on the walls is engaging and the music is always on point. My only complaint would be the prices, but the food makes up for that!
I typically go here right after work so drying the dinner rush. Some days I have a reservation and others I don’t, but I have never had to wait too long.

While I only tried the other people's plates, and I only enjoyed a salad with steak, what I had was absolutely wonderful. I'm looking forward to going back and digging a little deeper into the menu.
The service was very attentive and the others in the restaurant all were enjoying conversation and their meals. We went on a early Sunday afternoon, and the "brunch" was perfect for us. Look forward to going back.

I’ve heard so many great things about this restaurant! So, I was really looking forward to celebrate my sister’s birthday here. Upon our reservation we were seated immediately, which was a huge plus! Shout to the matire d! Then about 10 mins after being seated, my party and I tried to get the attention of any waiter/waitress so we can place our orders. There were so many waiters that at one point they were on top of each other and or in like a huddle. 15 mins later we were able to place our orders. The food and the frozen drinks were good! However, upon gathering our belongings to make our exit, there were 3 roaches the came from the plant pot. We’ve got the attention of one of the waiters and about two others whispered and pointed to the roaches crawling around on the floor. To excuse the roaches appearance and to rectify the situation our waitress gave us a round of free shots for our party of four. I would have rather money off the bill.

I had a great experience celebrating my son’s 12th birthday. The waiter was very attentive I forgot his name but he was GREAT!! The atmosphere was comfortable while playing music. I highly suggest reservations if you have a party of over 4 people. I went on a Thursday around 5pm and the restaurant wasn’t crowded.
Let’s talk about the entrees: I ordered the lamb chops with spinach. The lamb chops were tender and seasoned well! I highly recommend it!! The spinach was sautéed with garlic, delicious!!! My son ordered the pork chops and he said it was so good !! It was his first time eating grilled pork chops remind you he’s a picky eater. My daughter had Alfredo with salmon and she barely had leftovers.
I ordered you don’t know Jack cocktail, it was refreshing. I don’t have any complaints but again I highly recommend reservations, especially on weekends.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! The service was so great!! We were served by Daniela and the bartender, Jonathan, was making drinks that were made to perfection! Everything we ordered was delicious and they were so nice to my baby dog and very accommodating! They have limited outdoor seating and a very beautiful interior design!! I absolutely love this place and I promise you would love the flavorful delicious food and the exceptional service!! Very impressed and will be back!

Let me say this is one of the best experiences I ever had in the restaurant: I felt so much like home there . I started the year with a great experience when I decided to go to this restaurant to celebrate my mom on one the coldest day in Jan 2024 and May I add I’m glad I trusted my gut . The lady and gentleman working there was so accepting and accommodating of me being late . Long story it was empty , clean and the food was excellent. I would encourage you to try their drinks which was strong and good ; the sauce for the bananas was amazing . I can’t wait to visit again . I felt a lot of culture and that is what we want , hidden gem Trust me if you went to just get wings on their happy hours I’m sure you will not be disappointed but even a romantic dinner would be just as successful

Went on Friday August 1st, 2025, with 2 other persons to have dinner, after being told by a friend that the food and drinks were excellent. Well this is not the case, the breaded steak was extremely over cooked and tasted like cardboard, the rice and beans were bland, when asked a waiter to provide me with extra sauce for my chips, he said there will a dollar charge for it, I didn't care about prices I was there to eat. The drinks were okay, but the music was phenomenal and it was nice to see older people having a good time.

Harlem’s Best Slices
Perfect balance of crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and perfectly melted cheese. The vibe is welcoming, portions are generous, and the staff makes you feel at home. Classic cheese is a must, but the pepperoni is next level. A true Harlem gem

Everyone is spot on that the food tastes of family, home, memories, good days. I love the artwork and the fact that the menu of the day is verbally communicated. Tells me what is made is fresh & sincere. Guests need to release expectations, support a local business, and the chef(s) will not disappoint! Thank you kindness and love on a plate. Shameless plug: I do hope the salads return to the entrees, but I'll be back regardless.

My loved ones and I have dined here several times. You can tell the staff here is VERY DEDICATED AND HARDWORKING. …..HOWEVER management needs to do better. It’s clear that management/new owners are not investing in the success of the restaurant and staff. They have one person doing everything, from hosting to bartending to taking orders to food running. She does an amazing job however it causes unnecessary delays in the dining experience.
My last time here there was a manager/owner standing around asking people how the food was and just chit chatting while the one server on staff ran around doing everything. Extremely poor leadership on their part. I hope that they do better in ensuring the success of a neighborhood staple and give that wonderful woman a raise

I visit this Dunkin multiple times a week, I've been coming to this location since I moved to Spanish Harlem. It's honestly the best location I've been to! The quality is constant, the staff are super friendly and it's the cleanest I've seen! Shout-out to Tully in the morning, she always knows the donuts my son likes and makes sure to greet him just like all the adult customers!

Veronica Plata - 6 months ago
My wife and I visited El Paso Mexican Restaurant Mezcal & Tequila Bar on 110th St in Manhattan, expecting a great meal but left feeling frustrated and completely underwhelmed.
We ordered a salmon dish, a pork dish, and an appetizer to share, totaling around $65. The food? Disappointing. The dishes were mostly steamed vegetables with tiny, anemic portions of meat—and what little meat was there was mostly fat. My wife didn’t enjoy her dish at all, and frankly, neither of us felt like we got our money’s worth.
But what really turned the night sour was the dishonest and aggressive tipping scheme. The bill came with a forced gratuity of $15, plus suggested tip amounts for 18%, 20%, and 22%—but the calculations were wildly off. The so-called 18% tip was actually $45, and if we’d followed their 22% suggestion, we would have tipped 100% of the meal cost.
It didn’t feel like a suggestion—it felt like a scam disguised as good service. I chose not to leave an additional tip beyond the forced gratuity because of how misleading and unethical the tipping structure was.
If you’re considering eating here, be warned. Not only was the food mediocre and overpriced, but the tipping practices felt downright deceptive. Ask about gratuity before you order, or better yet—spend your money somewhere more honest.

The experience was wonderful. It was warm and friendly when greeted upon entering the restaurant. We were so glad that we accidentally found this well decorated, authentic Mexican restaurant. Rogelio, our waiter was so informative and so fun to speak to. He recommended dishes that was rare to find in other restaurants. We followed his lead and really enjoyed our supper and dessert. Highly recommend this delicious restaurant to anyone. Would love to return next time we are town.

Take note: there are SEVERAL locations under this same name but the 3rd Ave & 109th St location has consistently provided good service and good food since they moved there. Not ALWAYS the most warm & friendliest place but the food is VERY VERY GOOD. Best catfish. Even the sides are down home good. We're not in the area but will make the drive because it's worth it. And don't forget the desserts!

Gaudir is now open 6 evenings a week (and for breakfast on weekends too) and I finally made it there. In the year or so I’ve heard if it, it’s only been open on Mondays and now I’m sorry I hadn’t been there sooner. The food is really good, the room is now a little different than it had been when it was Mountain Bird (new tables, artwork, a bit more lighting, and a bigger bar with a few seats), and the staff is incredibly friendly, including the chef who visits the tables and serves some dishes himself! We went two nights in a row and highly recommend the Gaudir salad, the eggplant dish with anchovy, the ham — not to be missed— and the churros (though I prefer them without the chocolate.). I took a photo of the mushroom dish but I didn’t eat it because I was too full thanks to our over ordering but I’m including it because it’s so beautiful.

I reached out through their online inquiry form and detailed my event requirements, including specific questions about options for my post-wedding party. Unfortunately, my questions went unanswered, and I only received a sample menu with an immediate quote.
To my surprise, they sent me a price without inquiring about my needs, and the menu was full of seafood despite my allergy. This demonstrated a lack of attention to my event specifics and felt far from bespoke.
I followed up several times, but my inquiries remained unaddressed. I even suggested a phone call for clarity, but that email was overlooked, and communication ceased altogether.
For a company that markets itself as "bespoke," their lack of responsiveness and care for client details was disappointing. I will be exploring other options for my event needs.

I just catered a party for 60 people in my home using Tastings NYC and it was terrific working with them. I wanted an elegant rehearsal dinner with a cocktail hour and a sit down dinner. The staff showed up early and set up the entire indoor dining area. During the party, we started with an open bar and hors d'ouevres outside. The bar tender was excellent and the passed hors d'ouevres were tasty and terrific. We then went downstairs for dinner and had a choice of Miso Cod or Korean Short ribs. Both were excellent. We had great side dishes as well. For dessert, we had opera cake and blueberry cobbler. The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating to the adjustments I made during the evening. At the end, my place was clean and items were neatly staged for pickup by the party rental company. Franck was our contact at Tastings, he was great. I would work with him again in a heartbeat. Our captain for the evening was Peter. He was also amazing.
Overall, I highly recommend these folks and will use them for my next party.

Lovely Japanese and French restaurant for true foodies who appreciate creativity and authenticity presented in quality and fresh ingredients. Just take a few minutes to read the menu and you will understand what I mean.
Don't miss this hidden gem in Harlem, and remember to ask for the specials of the day.
Also, this is a no-tip restaurant.

We used Tastings NYC to cater a very small corporate on-site event (six people) and they were excellent. I tried to order from them online but the site wasn't cooperating so I gave them a call to see if they could assist. I worked with Kenwyn who was extremely gracious, professional, and took good care of us.
This order was a little bit last-minute but Kenwyn consistently kept us in the loop with our order and stayed on top of all our changes and requests. The on-site attendees raved about the food and the service was top-notch. Thanks for coming through for us, and for being so reliable and professional.
