This place is amazing!! A huge vegan hot bar with delicious dishes like curry “chicken” & potatoes, jerk “chicken”, vegan Mac and cheese, collard greens, chickpeas, vegan lasagna, quinoa, and more. Service was wonderful the woman was super sweet and let me sample dishes. Will be back for more vegan meals!

I never leave restaurant reviews. This has to the exception. The food is delicious!!!.. I got the jerk chicken, greens, mash potatoes, and eggplant fitters… everything delicious!!!… definitely my new to go spot

Incredible vegan food! Open early to get hot savory food by the pound or a salad bar or order off the menu. Amazing taste, texture, and spice and a wide assortment of items and flavors available from the hot bar. Mushroom and soy based protein options. Bread pudding was also delicious and super moist. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back on a future trip.

Amazing black family owned business! Watched them clean the equipment after making the previous customer’s smoothie! The ingredients are fresh and the taste is amazing!

This was my first time dining here and I was impressed from start to finish. I spent 13 years in the restaurant industry so I can be a little critical of restaurants but this place only gets my praise. First thing I noticed was how remarkably clean everything was. Next was how helpful and patient the woman helping us was, she explained what each dish was and gave us recommendations on what was the most popular. The thing that I appreciated most was that this spot is the epitome of Harlem, so if you don’t appreciate the culture and vibe of the neighborhood do us all a favor and find a different spot. I wish them all the success and I can’t wait to go back and share it with my friends.

Bought 2 bacon egg and cheese nothing special the bodega makes them better. I also bought home fries and that was plain No peppers or onions just paprika and boiled potatoes They were nasty. I don't recommend this spot

I went there on May 12, 2024. I picked up some Mother's Day food for my Aunt. I ordered oxtails with okra and white rice. I got my Aunt oxtails with coconut rice, peas, and sweet potatoes. The food had wonderful flavor and you could tell they made their browning sauce because it was a little too sweet for me, that and the fact the plates were too small is the only thing I didn't like. My Aunt enjoyed every bite. Donald was so nice over the phone and when I got there. I would go there again. They get a 🤩 emoji from me. Excuse the photo we started eating then I remember to take a picture.

Tried the curried goat roti and chicken entree, it was delicious. If you're not used to those wonderful spices, be careful in a few hours. I'd go back!

I first came across this restaurant’s food at an event I attended. A few of their dishes was a part of the catering. Their food was absolutely delicious I had the yams, fried whitening fish, and collard greens. Let me warn you if their collard greens were SPICY. I don’t do spices. Even many of the people who love spices also stated it was to spicy. I was in the area and decided to order for lunch. I visited the restaurant in October 2023. I placed my order online so it could be ready for pick up when I arrived. I was disappointed to learn the fried whiting fish is only available through their catering menu. I decided to order the stewed chicken, coconut peas and rice, steamed cabbage, yams, macaroni & cheese, cornbread, and lemonade. When I arrived to the restaurant, I noticed it’s not a sit-down restaurant. Seems like you pick up and go. I was greeted by staff told them I was picking up and they let me know my order was ready. I was so eager to dig into my food. I was expecting the Caribbean flavors and was let down and disappointed in my meal. I even shared with my coworker for her opinion. The best thing out of everything I ordered was the yams and lemonade. The chicken was bland and had no flavor. The peas and rice was okay. The cabbage wasn’t cooked and still too crunchy again no seasoning/flavor. The macaroni and cheese wasn’t good. The cornbread was okay, it has pineapple in it. I don’t think I’ll return and if I do it’ll only be for the yams and lemonade. This didn’t taste anything like Caribbean cuisine. The portion of the food was also really small. My total was about $36.00. This location is accessible via public transportation.

Purchased a stewed chicken roti (non wrapped) earlier from sisters. It’s 8:33pm and I’m now having lunch at work. To my surprise when I opened out the roti it seems like some was missing (see photos). This is not the first time this happened. Can Sisters explain this to me?

I don’t know if I’m more in love with the Lo-Mein or the prices, but they always sneak in a free cold soda in, which is always nice. Don’t let the lack of reviews fool you, whenever I walk by there’s always a couple people getting their order in. It’s a well kept secret. MaPo bean curd was a-okay. Lo-mein is straight goodness.

The food is great and usually orders via door dash. But no longer available 😢. Postmates and ubereats charge almost 45 bucks for what I usually order, which cost be 26 or doordash. I'm not sure who markets the price on these apps, but they gauging prices. So if im not around the store, I won't be getting anymore

Seafood at here is so incredible fresh. You order then the chef cooked in front of you. Mussel, crab legs, sea bass, scallops, jumbo shrimp, salmon… they have everything. And option to choose your favorite vegetables. Their grilled seafood is so delicious. Healthy option for steaming as well. Their homemade olive is a must try!! The chef is so nice and attentive. I recommend everyone!!

I recently visited City Fresh Market and had the pleasure of trying their steamed salmon and shrimp with vegetables, and I have to say it was absolutely delicious! The salmon was cooked perfectly and the shrimp were juicy and flavorful. The vegetables were also fresh and cooked to perfection. I appreciated how healthy and satisfying the meal was, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend trying the seafood dishes at City Fresh Market, it exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back for more.!!!

Clean and professional place, but what I don’t like is one of the guys cleaning while I’m eating. Please stop doing that, but other than that the area was clean the staff behind the counter were nice and professional. I will come again again.

Surprisingly a very clean location with friendly staff that make accurate, tasty orders. We had to come here as soon as the Mexican Pizza made a return. It was as good as I remember it being! Cheesy, crunchy, and savory. Mobile ordering is fast and easy as well.

This pizza by the slice restaurant really hits the spot when you’re looking for affordable pizza that is solid. For $4.75, you can get 2 large slides of cheese pizza and a fountain drink. This is the perfect amount of food to keep you satisfied. The restaurant didn’t have much variety available when we went, at 9pm on a Friday night, but what they did have available was still fresh.

Small place, former 1 dollar slice franchise. Lately, name changed, the price increased 100% and now $2 slice. The size of the slice didn’t change. The lousy service didn’t change. Yeah, there is no lines anymore, but service still need some improvements.
