I was so skeptical about the place at first but then our server/bartender was so kind. He made us feel right at home. The food is absolutely delicious. Reasonably priced and good portion dishes. Everything we ordered was made to perfection and very tasty. I really appreciated getting my Pisco Sour which took me back to my days in Peru.

July 6th returned again brunch was a bit off but the food is good.Something felt off about the the brunch but it was good
This place just never disappoints I love almost everything here it’s not gonna be on your top 10 but it’s amazing definitely a neighborhood gem 💎. The burger always hits. The tots always crispy and salted perfectly. The wings are ok the other burgers and sandwiches are also good. Peruvian food is also a hit here. Place is just good

This is a nice pub that serves Peruvian food.
This time, I popped in for a drink, but I’ve had the food here several times, and it’s always been spot on. The staff are friendly and polite, making it a pleasant place to spend time.
The prices are a little on the steep side, but that’s fairly common these days. However, the quality of the food is well above what you’d get at most pubs, so it’s definitely worth it.

Came here for a friend's birthday on a Saturday night and I was pleasantly surprised. Doesn't seem like your average place in Washington Heights; it felt like I was in Midtown or the Upper West Side. Great drinks and service - bartenders look out for you. After midnight it turns into a lounge playing mainly all types of Spanish music and hip-hop. Worth it if this is your type of scene or if you want to check out something a bit different from the typical spots in the area.
Seth Ilzy - 3 months ago
One of THE best places in the neighborhood, hands down. The burgers are top notch and the rest of the menu offers a good variety of food and drinks. The Peruvian based dishes are worth mentioning as well, especially the quinoa plate. Things start popping after 8p or so, when it becomes more of a lively party spot.
If you live in the Heights or you’re merely visiting, this is a sure fire bet. As you can see, I also enjoy their margaritas something fierce.

Food for brunch was amazing and a great deal. Looking at the other happy hour deals I will definitely be back for some of them. The service was great and the staff was friendly and attentive.

We went on Taco Tuesday, and the tacos were good and tasty but very oily. I also had the calamari, and that was gull of grease. My daughter had the beef sliders and fries. She said they were good but bland. The drinks needed more happiness in it. The place was cute, not very big, decorated nicely. They need to work on the grease issue in the food and more alcohol in the drinks, and then maybe they'll be a 5* to me!!!

Loved this place! The
Staff was amazing!! Specially coming from El Jefe where we had a terrible experience with the bartender. Cantina made our night so much better! The music was excellent! The appetizers were delish as well as the Happy Hour prices! Kudos to Kenia who was a wonderful to us!! Highly recommend! Thank you Cantina!

So I had the same issue like another customer I had just read their review and complained about. They try and charge u 8.00 for a pina colada when it clearly says 5.00. Talk about that’s for a virgin. Then why isn’t it listed. The drink was watery and full of sugar. So 8.00 no. Food is regular nothing spectacular here. Just watch the pricing.

The music is great, food was okay, the $5 happy hour drinks you can’t beat. However, it felt uncomfortable having multiple staff just standing by table as my friend and I were trying to enjoy ourselves . Also I’ve never seen a place charge for gratuity mandatory, and then additionally also request on receipt “cash tip”. Not to mention my the hostess was rude to my friend at the door. Pros and cons to this place.

Mediocre food spot. Only tried the finger food. Pollo pastelito was dry. Tequeno (cheese stick)cheese & dough consistency was terrible. Mid at best I’d skip 99/100 times.

Fast service and very good food, I'll recommend everything, but specifically the Churrasco and Burgers.

First off I really like the people at this reasturant. They're friendly people who are always polite. So my review is about an order I placed which cointained the worst singapore Mei fun i've ever had. They managed to overcook the noodles & they were soggy & plus they chopped them up (I don't know why they did that, it makes no sense), so even though the flavor was good it it ended up being a curry flavored oatmeal. I was starving when the food got here but one mouthful destroyed my appetite. Also stay away from the scallion pancakes because they're terrible.

Dark inside, almost looks closed because several tables were up. It looked very clean too which is a total must for me. Here you eat your food and get out honestly or take it to go. Does not feel welcoming to sit and eat.
Chicken vegetable soup was good, I would recommend. Also the Chicken quesadilla was very tasty as well as the fried dumplings. Overall I would return and recommend to others.

Not being from New York, I was visiting the MET Cloisters and decided to walk the Fort Tyron trails around the MET and overlooking the Hudson when I discovered the Bonnefont. A quaint little French Cuisine Restaurant. I did not have a reservation, but as a party of one, I did get seated within a few minutes, and the waiter was very quick with a menu and water. My order of French toast and made fresh coffee was served within 10 minutes. The French toast was very good as well as the fresh coffee. I did get a coffee to go. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I'm certain a reservation would be required for a large party. Great staff and great atmosphere.

Quaint and charming little French cafe hidden away in the Fort Tryon park. If you are planning to visit the MET cloisters, would recommend getting breakfast or brunch here and start your day. Food is good and if you get a table by the window or lil door facing the garden, you’re guaranteed to have a great time.

I've been wanting to go here for many years as I've seen it the first time I visited the Cloisters 7 years ago. Super cute venue and location in the park. That being said ...
After being sat we were ignored (wasn't busy) and I had to ask for menus twice where I was told they ran out of menus (wasn't busy).
The food itself was o...k...but for that price I truly believe it should have been better as well as better presented. An entire meal in a bowl? I don't think so (look at pics).
When I asked for the check out waiter was in such a rush that he hit one of our cups with the check clip and almost knocked over one of our cups. I don't want to say too much but I'm known for being brutally honest on my reviews and that's all I felt.

We recently dined at The Bonnefont and are eager to return. The owner and chef, Nicole, graciously accommodated some unexpected changes to our reservation and was really kind over the phone. The restaurant is a true gem in the neighborhood, and we look forward to dining on the patio when the weather warms up!
The house wine was nice, and our entrees were delicious—no surprise, as I had previously enjoyed the cuisine at Nicole's former restaurant, The Pandering Pig. Our server, Renee, was both friendly and attentive. I'm enthusiastic about the future of this place; it seems to be finding its rhythm, and I anticipate it will only improve with the use of the patio and the full potential of its location as the weather improves.

I enjoy myself at uptown gaming. It is a place you can go and just be yourself. Enjoy good food great drink and alots of games

Great experience! This is the hub for gamers to come in and enjoy food, drinks, and video games. They have a variety of tabletops games to choose from. They run competitive tournaments as well for games like Tekken 8, Smash Bros Ultimate, and Street Fighter 6. They have a flow where families can come in with their kids and enjoy quality time, then once during the evening it's more for adult oriented.
The food is amazing and the prices are great! All their foods are finger foods and simple for a more fast and convenient way if you want to dine while playing.
They have a selection of cocktails. Aside from your standard cocktails, they have their own signature game themed cocktails.

Our first time here at Uptown Gaming, which recently opened. My husband recognized Alex from his job. Alex is the manager, and he was very friendly and introduced us to the concept of his restaurant. It has a very nice chill atmosphere. Open seating space. Amazing customer service and the food was really good. We got the buffalo and teriyaki wings with fries. They were very flavorful. The food is more like quick bites, no full entrée options, and no kids menu. They do have chicken tenders, but I found them too hard for kids, but my husband loved it. The prices are very good too. We will definitely be coming back. It's nice to have a new restaurant in the block. Especially in Washington Heights.

I was walking to my apartment and saw that this gaming bar was debuting today. I ordered light considering already had something earlier but the chicken tenders are fresh and crispy and the psycho crusher reminds me of kool-aid with liquor which already bringing back old vibes. I love new places specially being around the way and now I don't have to travel far to meet gamers like myself. Meet the owner and his wife amazingly nice people.

Amazing quality pizza and friendly staff. Highly recommend the Chimi Pizza, if it’s your first time. Full bar, seating and great attentive service. Pizza was even better than when it was located previously at Northend Food Hall now that they have an authentic pizza oven. Definitely worth a visit. Thanks to the friendly staff who took care of us. We’ll definitely be coming back for more especially during karaoke nights.

Love this place! Not only do they serve great food and drink but the service is phenomenal. The staff, particularly, Zule, has been amazing. Not only is she warm and friendly but she remembers us each time and makes us feel right at home. It’s because of people like Zule that makes us proud to have a business like Wahizza in the neighborhood. The experience is memorable! As for food, I recommend the Chimi Pizza (especially for the first timers) and the Taco Pizza. The Margherita pizza is great too! And as for drinks, their Red Sangria is by far the best. A must try! Give Wahizza a try. They have great daily specials and a great happy hour. You’ll leave satisfied.

Finally hit up this new pizza spot uptown and had the Chicken Chimi—10/10. Crispy crust, juicy chunks of chicken, corn, cabbage and a nice sauce. The menu is a mix of house pies and classics. Happy hour was great $5 beers and 10 traditional margs, good music, good vibes, full bar, all the bells and whistles. Zule, the owner was super hands-on thank you for your hospitality!!
Come by and thank me later.

I came out for a bite to eat & a calm setting even smoke alittle hookah. The hookah was good lasted long & the drinks were nice & strong. My concern was it was extremely cold in the establishment for it to be so small they need more heat for the winter, kept my jacket on the whole time because I was freezing. Now to the food I was left wanting more it was extremely underwhelming. I order an appetitizer chicarron de pollo it was so thin and fried crisy it felt like I was eating just fried flour no seasoning at all. Decided to do an entree the menu is misleading you can't get mofongo with salmon but it says you can get any of those sides of your choice. That also wasn't season at all but it was a decent size piece. It was so cold though my food got cold in seconds. I could say I experienced the locations but will not be back. 2 sangrias, an appetitizer and entree was $80 with all the additional tax but the original price would of been $60 but to each its own. Thanks for the experience but I'll pass

Our waiter, Erick is amazing! Very professional, informative, and gave amazing options on the food and drinks! He gave us free shots, and kept on checking on us throughout the night!
After noting that my sister and I, are African, Erick told the DJ to play Afrobeats music! So thoughtful, and made the stay better overall!
I highly recommend the lobster roll, the baby lamb chops, the Mexican chicken tacos, and the La Mamasota drink! Overall, the food and drinks was delicious!
Attached, is the receipt to give an idea on what to expect.
