Fresh coffee, tea and smoothies available. They also have omelettes and eggs. I ordered classic avocado toast. There was everything bagel sprite which looked interesting. They also had yogurt based items in the fridge. Clean space and fast service around 9.50am on Saturday. Friendly staff as well.

short: best customer service of any Krispy Kreme from Jeremiah long: placed an online order for a dozen to take to the office to share with coworkers. I usually go to the one on 23rd Street but it's farther and the staff is on the rude side so I decided to go on the obstacle course to find this location. I looked at the map a few times and still had to ask an NJ Transit employee for directions. I finally made it, and the customer service of Jeremiah was very refreshing. The big dozen box is awkward to carry, so I took three bags to remove them from the box to carry in my backpack. They saw me doing this and asked me if I'd like a half-dozen box or 3 donut box. I was caught by surprise. I didn't even know how to respond at first, so I responded that I didn't want to inconvenience them, so whatever is easiest for them. They even transferred the donuts over to the smaller boxes. I'm very happy with their level of customer service. Highly recommend this location.

Got the original glazed and tried the cinnamon roll. Never had krispy kreme before and it's ok, didn't blow me away with all the hype I've heard about them. The original glazed was good and the cinnamon roll tasted like a honey bun, would say it could used more cinnamon filling. Tried the Cookie Biscoff flavor, was pretty good flavor and good mix of textures.

Whenever I go to Penn station , I always end up buying atleast 6 or a dozen donuts from Krispy Kreme.. my kids just love this .. after having really mediocre donuts from other shops, these donuts have that extra taste .. of course it’s a bit expensive.. it’s kinda ok , once in a while . Conveniently located inside Penn station. Service can be a little more quick . Otherwise love this place … thumbs up 👍

Best place to get fresh, tasty donuts. Their donuts start from $2.19 which is worst it for the way these donuts taste. This is a great place to get your donuts from since its usual not busy so there’s no wait. They bring out special new ones for each holiday and season which is really something to be exited for. Overall if you’re looking for a great donut go to any krispy creme but go here if you don’t want to wait in a line.

I was so excited to try the 18hr short ribs…they were tender but had absolutely NO flavor/seasoning and to top it off the dish was doused in a dark gravy. I did not eat the ribs after one bite . I sent the dish back . The waitress asked if I would like to try another dish so I ordered their famous Shepard Pie… it was basically a mush of hamburger and a few carrots and peas top with whipped mash potatoes. There was absolutely NO flavor no seasoned meat nothing. The experience of eating it was more like having a thick soup or chilli. Not good! I didn’t eat it and moved on to dessert. The menu description sounded so good and how can you possibly mess up dessert? I forget the name of the pie but It was suppose to be caramelized bananas, pretzels, Oreo crust and some type of ice cream. When The dessert came out to the table it was almost frozen it took a fork and knife to cut thru the Oreo crust the bananas were mushy and brown in color the pretzels were soggy once the dessert thawed. Yuk I left this place and stopped at the greens grille because I was starving. As far as atmosphere it’s nice but would have been more enjoyable if there weren’t multiple screens of a hockey and baseball games blaring. This rest has a great location that’s really it.

Went during a basketball game, Great food! Well presented meals, waiter was very friendly and helpful! Thank you Sean! The only hicup was the hostess, she denied my entry in assumption I was only there to watch the game. After I asked twice to a second to another hostess, if I can be seated to have dinner, she seemed clearly annoyed, side chatted in front of the guest,very unprofessional and lack of hospitality Aside from this, it was a pleasent experience.

Nice place to hang around. I walked across times square and relaxed here with good drinks and good. Even in late night it had good crowd where one can feel liveliness. Staff are very courteous. Food is good.

Great atmosphere and excellent service! We really enjoyed the food quality and the overall vibe of the place. However, a few pricing issues held it back: the fried calamari appetizer was a very small portion for the price, and charging nearly the same price as the dish just to add chicken or steak to the nachos—bringing them close to $30—is a bit ridiculous. Also, $4.50 for a soda felt steep. Solid spot, but the upcharges for basic add-ons are definitely excessive.

It's a casual pub-like restaurant. We visited around 10pm, and after we ordered, they started rushing to clear the table before we finished eating. A waitress was pressuring us to pay the bill, but we weren't done yet. I suspect it was because her shift was ending and she wanted the tip. The tipping culture in the US is very strange.

great experience! my friend and I ate here before phoebe bridgers at MSG on 7/4. we sat at a high top and just had apps and drinks. was surprised that the bavarian pretzel was actually just three soft pretzel rods, but honestly appreciated because it was way easier to eat that way. really decent prices for midtown, and conveniently located for MSG event-goers. would come back here before a show!!! tvs played sports. we had EXCELLENT service. I did not catch our server’s name, but he was very attentive without being overbearing. perfect balance!

This is definitely an Irish pub and a NY Rangers hangout being across from MSG. I liked the atmosphere as we were there on an off night. The service was great. I like that we had a bottle of water at our table. My daughter was relieved that her Guinness was poured correctly (even in an Irish bar, the little Irish tempest will reach over and pour it herself to make sure it is correct). She had the Shepherds pie and it was perfection. I had fish and chips. One of my pieces wasn't great. I don't know what happened to it. It seemed like it was more mush. My other piece was nice and flakes. We skipped dessert. My daughter had another Guinness and I had a Baileys. Would I come here again? Yes.

This was our first stop after we left our hotel near Madison Square Garden. The service was kinda slow, but they were busy. We shared an order of fish n chips, and it was amazing. It had nice and crispy batter, and they had proper chips. The tarter sauce was good also. We shared an order of pretzel sticks, and the honey mustard was so good. This is definitely a place we will be trying again before we leave Manhattan.

Proper soccer pub for EPL, Manchester United and the World Cup. The atmosphere is exactly what you’d want from a footy pub bar - packed, loud, sound on and full of passionate supporters. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff have always been great, and the crowd is what makes the place special. As for the World Cup ticket policy, i love it. Demand is massive, and these matches sell out. If you’re looking for one of the best football atmospheres in the city, get there early.

Been coming to Smithfield Hall for years to watch Manchester United and always have felt at home here. I have met some lifelong friends through this bar and have made memories I’ll cherish forever. The staff is fantastic, always kind and attentive. Great beer and food selection and most importantly a safe space to watch games. If you’re looking for an amazing pub to watch the World Cup at or any Premier League games look no further! Cheers to all the staff that make this pub the amazing place it is.

This is the best place in NYC to watch a football (soccer) match. Its management is professional, the service good, the food much better than run-of-the-mill pub food, and they pour a proper pint of Guinness. We had to pay 25 dollars per person in order to enter, which gave us cupons for two drinks. They asked that we do not enter with water bottles that we had (although it was a hot summer day and we just paid for two drinks in advance!). We tried to sit in a table but were asked to sit somewhere else, where it was almost impossible to watch the game we came to watch. We ended up moving ourselves to the bar, had our two drinks and headed out feeling scammed.

I had an amazing experience at Smithfield Hall in New York! I came to watch the Bayern Munich vs Real Madrid match, and the atmosphere was absolutely incredible. The energy, the crowd, and the vibe made it feel like a real stadium experience. The service was great—staff were friendly, attentive, and everything was well organized despite how busy it was. The food was also really good and came out on time. Overall, this is definitely one of the best places in NYC to watch a big game. Highly recommended!

Went to this location for dinner/drinks before a game at MSG and what a great spot! We had the Fried Green Tomatoes and the Hot Chicken Sliders. Both were sooooo good and the food came out quick! Loved all the NY Whiskey options. Our server, Ava, was truly the best! She was so accommodating, friendly and sweet. We even came back to this spot after our game and she remembered us. This will definitely be a go-to spot now. Can't recommend enough!

Wonderful experience watching games here. Drinks were strong, bathrooms clean, food was tasty. Staff were professional, attentive and hospitable. I would recommend this place to anyone. Just try to plan ahead and make reservations for big games because line gets real and it isn’t fun in extreme weather. The owner is really kind and personable/ approachable. Had a great time at American Whiskey! The service was exceptional, thanks to our waitress, Ava N. Came across this place during college football season and it was great. Then stopped by for this Knicks playoff run and it was one of the most fun and enjoyable places to watch the game! Huge selection of drinks, great drink specials, the wings were amazing and the staff really provided the best atmosphere to enjoy watching the games! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. Also a perfect spot to go before or after events at the garden!

A great ramen franchise! The portions are generous, and the broth is rich and flavorful. The pork was a little dry, but the pieces were large, and they give you three generous slices. The prices are reasonable considering the portion size and quality of the food. My only complaint is that gratuity is added automatically, with the lowest option starting at 18% even for a party of one. Overall, a satisfying meal and good value for their ramen.

We ended up here because of the weather and I'm so glad. It's a nice hole in the wall that isn't overly crowded. We were able to get an appetizer and two bowls of ramen without any issue. Our ramen bowls came out as we were finishing our appetizer. Staff was friendly and food was great. I think my only issue is that I think the seating was a bit cramped but still had a great time.

No frills ramen house that was very crowded. It seems to be a local spot for people in the neighborhood. We ordered an array of things to try. Everything was okay not terrible but not impressive enough to ever come back. The wait service was shorthanded, not really present. We ordered a lemonade-ish drink that didn't taste right. The waitress said she would take it back no charge but still charged us the 5.00 for it. It's worth a try especially since some people rave about it, maybe it was an off night. Would recommend reservations if you are interested in trying this place.

It’s a nice spot and the restaurant feels cozy, specially because we went in the cold! Ramen felt like a hug in that weather, food was good enough! The creamy salmon and pork tonkotsu were good, the crispy tempura didn’t taste like much honestly but it was ok. Food is ready pretty fast but service overall could improve. Considering how quality/service are I guess it could have been cheaper, but I mean.. it’s NYC.

This was across the street from our hotel and we tried it because our kids love the cheap ramen from the store and we thought we'd show them what more authentic ramen is. It did not disappoint! The kids and adults were blown away at how delicious everything was. The spring rolls, the fried rice, and ramen were all outstanding. I had the spicy beef which wasn't overly spicy but there were seasonings on the table to spice it up more. Two in our party had the braised rib ramen, and two had the seafood ramen. Everyone left full and very satisfied. For one of our kids it was one of the highs of our trip😂 Our waitress, Ash, was very kind and polite as well. If you're hungry and in the area, this is a terrific spot to eat.

This Starbucks on 28th & 7th was very convenient and useful for me. The location is easy to stop by, especially when walking around Chelsea, Penn Station side, or before meeting someone. Coffee was usual Starbucks quality and staff was fast even it was busy. It can be little crowded, but that is normal for New York. I like that I can grab drink quickly and also take a small break from the city. ちょっと休憩に助かりました. Not luxury, of course, but very practical and reliable place when you need coffee, Wi-Fi, or a quick seat.

The staff here are truly amazing! My daughter only came once and had just a short conversation with them, but they still remembered her name the next time we visited. She was so surprised and happy! Everyone is so kind, warm, and patient. They even decorated her drink with cute drawings, which absolutely made her day. Great service, great drinks, and such lovely people. We ordered the “famous” ham and cheese baguette. It did not disappoint. The bread tasted fresh and the ingredients all came together for a great, well balanced sandwich. We sometimes order coffee here too, which is good price / quality compared to other shops in the area. Great value for the price for either item. Recommend this place if you are in the area.

This location is really easy to find! The place is clean and hygiene. The service was good! I ordered cold coffee since i was trying it for the first time, so went for the classic and it did taste well! Classic coffee was satisfied with service and place. I have had better coffee but No complaints. I saw more stuff there but not big fan of refrigerated food so. But definitely Recommend.
