Got the original glazed and tried the cinnamon roll. Never had krispy kreme before and it's ok, didn't blow me away with all the hype I've heard about them. The original glazed was good and the cinnamon roll tasted like a honey bun, would say it could used more cinnamon filling.
Tried the Cookie Biscoff flavor, was pretty good flavor and good mix of textures.

short: best customer service of any Krispy Kreme from Jeremiah
long: placed an online order for a dozen to take to the office to share with coworkers. I usually go to the one on 23rd Street but it's farther and the staff is on the rude side so I decided to go on the obstacle course to find this location. I looked at the map a few times and still had to ask an NJ Transit employee for directions. I finally made it, and the customer service of Jeremiah was very refreshing. The big dozen box is awkward to carry, so I took three bags to remove them from the box to carry in my backpack. They saw me doing this and asked me if I'd like a half-dozen box or 3 donut box. I was caught by surprise. I didn't even know how to respond at first, so I responded that I didn't want to inconvenience them, so whatever is easiest for them. They even transferred the donuts over to the smaller boxes. I'm very happy with their level of customer service. Highly recommend this location.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Starr-Q. I stopped by while looking for bubble tea, I went from ordering half a dozen to getting a dozen lol. She let me know they had a deal of getting a dozen order of glazed donuts for $2 with the purchase I had made. I ended up getting it and a coffee latte. I didn't end up going to get bubble tea. Super pleasant and everyone there seamed to be working well with each other. A very surprising pleasant experience. She needs a raise! She's good at adding to purchases. Also they were very nice, I'm a little hard of hearing and I had to ask for a little clarification when I couldn't read the other person's lips. Thank you for repeating yourselves.

Honestly i pass by this Krispy Kreme in NY Penn station all the time never thinking it'll be any good.
This day i stopped as the last Halloween sprinkle donut called to me in the window. Needless to say it was worth it, and the donut was delicious!
What really took it the extra mile was Starr was super friendly, welcoming and warm. She made sure i didn't need anything else and wished me on my day. After a day of dealing with difficulties sometimes a lil sweet, and a smile from Starr is what can keep this Krispy Kreme rocking and rolling!

This bar is right next to MSG and when I visited it was right before a Knicks game. Atmosphere was just like a sports bar but the food was better than expected. Only negative was that the service was pretty slow. Maybe it was too crowded but I waited quite a long time for everything to come out.

We had some drinks and watched the Ravens! A taste of Baltimore right in midtown Absolutely love a bar completely full of Ravens fans. We had a lovely Ukrainian bartender, I cannot remember her name, but she was attentive and friendly. Despite the Ravens poor first half was really positive, and Ravens pulled out a win. Anyway, if you’re from Baltimore and homesick or a big Ravens fan this is a good spot for you. We only had drinks so can’t judge food.

Absolutely outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was delicious, full of flavor, and the overall service was exceptional.
A special thank you to Freddie who truly went above and beyond. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout our visit as we celebrated a birthday. It’s rare to receive service that feels both seamless and personal, and Freddie delivered just that.
This restaurant sets the standard for excellence. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and remarkable service.

My husband and I enjoyed a late afternoon lunch/dinner pre-tennis exhibition at Madison Square Garden, 12/8/25. Start to finish - everything was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the burgers were delicious (and massive!) and the drinks were perfect! We were seated in a cozy corner as my husband has a hearing deficit and the open areas would make it difficult to hear. The whole restaurant was decorated beautifully for the Christmas season so we lingered for a while, enjoying our drinks. No one rushed us out. Thanks to all for making out experience extra special.

We recently had a retirement party for over 200 people here, from the very beginning, figuring out what was best for our sized party the management could not have made it easier for us. Through their experience, they navigated us to which package would be best for us and when the night itself came around, it was pure perfection. The staff were incredibly proficient, like a well oiled machine. They were patient and friendly and always on hand to refresh drinks and offer food. Everybody at the party commented on the amazing service, the food and ambience and what an unbelievable party it turned out to be…. So thank you Helen and the staff for all of your hard work, we felt in safe hands throughout, and our party was a fabulous success.

This was our first stop after we left our hotel near Madison Square Garden. The service was kinda slow, but they were busy. We shared an order of fish n chips, and it was amazing. It had nice and crispy batter, and they had proper chips. The tarter sauce was good also. We shared an order of pretzel sticks, and the honey mustard was so good. This is definitely a place we will be trying again before we leave Manhattan.

Had not be here for some time. But went for lunch today with a friend. Sally our waitress greeted us with a beautiful smile and was very friendly and great! Ambiance food deco music is really nice. Thank you for making our stay a good one.
Went to Tír na Nóg for the first with a friend. It was not empty there were only two servers. Food was good, Ambience was nice. Service was slow. When we finished we had to wait because one server was on the business call and the other on the other side attending others customers. When I signaled her to pay she signaled back so that I could get the attention of the server that was on the phone. So, I signaled both of them. I was a bit disappointed with the service. But, we try it another time to see if the service is better.

V busy on Utd match days so recommend getting there early and if you want a table you should reserve as all tables were reserved and we got there 30 mins after opening - an hour before the game and there were only a few seats at the bar left.
We had to pay $38 each to get in which we didn't know about but that included 3 drinks tickets and the tip so worked out really well and made being served quicker as most people had tickets which meant less time for bar staff on each customer.
Great atmosphere and bar staff were great and got served quickly
Lovely Irish breakfast

Our hotel was around the corner and we came to watch a game. We were pleasantly surprised by the great atmosphere. Food was very good (order the burger!) and service was excellent. Thank you to our bartender, David from Dublin. You made the best dirty martini with a twist!

Went to Smithfield Hall for a football match and the vibe was awesome. It was so crowded even standing place was limited. You’ll have to go super early to get a table. The pork sliders were delicious. Would definitely go again for the vibe.

As a family of Nottingham Forest fans in NYC we were obliged to attend the Boxing Day game against Spurs. The bar has several teams who use the location of which Forest being the biggest 😉😂 Arrived at 9am for a 10am KO, greeted by the landlord (top guy from Louth) and settled down with a Guinness. Food was really good , we had the Irish and American breakfasts which were quality. All the Premier League games were on with one end of the bar Forest at one end and West Ham the other, both who rolled out winners, it was a great atmosphere.and a great place to watch the football

As a Nottingham Forest fan living in NYC, how I’ve only discovered this bar is beyond me.
Decent selection of European draft beers and food, ordered the bacon sarnie (kudos on calling it that btw), I also kept seeing pretzels the size of a small car being served which was impressive in its own right, so even if you don’t like sports but like massive knots of dough this is a sight to behold in its own right.
Atmosphere wasn’t obnoxious and plays all the important football matches with a scheduled and well organized setup, TV’s are labelled with what game they’re playing and they have a calendar on their website with what games they’re showing in advance. Although they should be more active with their instagram but hey?
So congratulations Smithfield Hall, you’ve successfully managed to drag me from the depths of Brooklyn all the way into the city to what football. I look forward to coming here more often.

Came here with friends and tried the duck nachos which was different from my norm but I enjoyed it. The smoked wings in chili sauce would be my first recommendation with sweet potato fries and honey mustard sauce. The staff is friendly. The music was good. We had a great time. I would come again and highly recommend especially on a game night.

Eagle is a rare thing in the concrete jungle of NYC. I rarely see it. 🦅 Eagle 🦅 rare is one of my favorite whiskeys I tried a few years ago and like it a lot. Also Johnny and Evan William. I have a new whiskey drinker palette 🎨 but I'm specific about what I like. Much more to discover and I know this is a place I can taste American brands to like.
Nice place. Spacious and aerated with just the proper light for a cozy ambiance.
Friendly staff. Kaitlyn went above and beyond to provide great service. I tried an eagle 🦅 rare old fashion. It was delicious.
Ten years anniversary today and I want to congratulate you 🎉👏 on a decade milestone and wish you many more decades to come.

A no-frills, no-nonsense casual place to get a decent bowl of noodles or a quick snack. This place is fine to go with family, kids, a casual date or meal with friends, or just by yourself. Staff are attentive and expeditious. Great if you just need to grab a warm filling bite without getting fancy. Their ramen is the thing to get here.
FriendlyFootsteps - 3 weeks ago
This was across the street from our hotel and we tried it because our kids love the cheap ramen from the store and we thought we'd show them what more authentic ramen is. It did not disappoint! The kids and adults were blown away at how delicious everything was. The spring rolls, the fried rice, and ramen were all outstanding.
I had the spicy beef which wasn't overly spicy but there were seasonings on the table to spice it up more. Two in our party had the braised rib ramen, and two had the seafood ramen. Everyone left full and very satisfied. For one of our kids it was one of the highs of our trip😂
Our waitress, Ash, was very kind and polite as well.
If you're hungry and in the area, this is a terrific spot to eat.

This place is a gem. I ordered the chicken katsu curry. The chicken was fried PERFECTLY. I would have liked if the curry was a little spicier, but it was still tasty.
The 2 servers were very timely in filling up my glass of water. I'd definitely come back here the next time I'm in the area.

This is my favorite ramen place. The broth is rich and hearty. I also had the passion fruit bubble tea which was the perfect level of sweetness (without tapioca pearls) and the fried chicken. The portion is decently large for the ramen and everything is definitely worth it for the price.

The staff here are truly amazing! My daughter only came once and had just a short conversation with them, but they still remembered her name the next time we visited. She was so surprised and happy!

Great service, great drinks, and such lovely people.

The morning I was here, one of the ovens wasn't working. This caused a bit of a back up in orders, but the staff handled it so well. As I ate I watched them placate customers, and support each other in a steady flow of tasks as all of the orders came in from mobile and register customers.
I tipped as much as I could in the app (admittedly, I could've missed where I could tip more), and I hope their pillows are always cold and their coffee hot.

Original review can be found below; however, due to the Store Manager’s response I cannot in good conscience leave a single lousy star as representative of what the Store Manager did to change my opinion about this establishment.
Leaving a lasting impression is critical in the world of customer service. My last impression is that if you are not satisfied with your experience here, they will make it right.
It was a tough hurdle to overcome. Changing my original impression wasn’t going to be easy, but it happened. Customers want to be heard when their expectations aren’t met and in my original review that never occurred. Starbucks reached out after complaining and they addressed our concerns with kindness, humility, and understanding. This isn’t always the case and it’s a shame when it isn’t, because it’s not that difficult.
Thank you Devon. Looking forward to coming back and I’ll be sure to encourage others to do the same.
—————————original————————
Not only is their online inventory/menu inaccurate, they literally have the worst customer service of any of the hundred Starbucks I’ve ever been to. If a morning rush is too much for this staff, they should retrain our rehire.
Maybe she can work in the back where she doesn’t need to interact with people.
With dozens of options surrounding this black hole of service you have no reason to waste your money here or you’re likely to be following me with your own 1 Star review.
Less attitude, more coffee please.

Ignore the shiny Italian and take the anonymous door on the right, up a flight of stairs or the elevator into an extraordinary and gorgeous speakeasy steakhouse! The two of us shared the lobster mac & cheese, a NY strip steak and creamed spinach and mushrooms and agreed we were thoroughly stuffed, and the food was fabulous if a bit over salted. Excellent atmosphere and a complete surprise, will definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this cute Italian restaurant was. Tre dici beaks through the boredom with interesting ingredients expertly prepared. The pastas were made fresh and the wine list was expansive, including an Albariño from Spain which I love. The service was attentive and friendly and the prices were quite reasonable. So I will definitely be coming back again.

Breath-taking experience, Extraordinary food and service, and almost fictional as to the quality and appearance of our plates last evening. I was invited to this prohibition type speakeasy nestled on the second floor of an unassuming building in Chelsea, to celebrate with my best friend and her future wife. WOW!!! This is the place they are to marry and celebrate a long and loving marriage together. From the moment we were seated I knew this was to be like nothing I have ever experienced. Magnificent appetizers and dinners. There`s truly nothing more I can say except the fact that after meeting Michael the owner, and speaking briefly with regards to the ladies wedding and final details, that this restaurant will be the scene of something beyond magical in a few weeks. This is my new Favorite Restaurant and a must visit at least once in a lifetime for anyone who truly appreciates food that makes you close your eyes in disbelief with unrestrained gratification; self-indulgence. Culinary Genius!
