5 Star Rating This is a fantastic place in midtown NYC, right by Penn Station. They have around 20 draught beers, a long cocktail menu, and food menu. The food is the usual pub fare, plus some pretty nice salads, and other items. The food is good even if it won’t blow your mind, but the drinks and the service will. Gaston was my bartender; he was knowledgeable about beer, and genuinely interested in helping me find something I would love, not just like. The other bartender was also engaging. This place also has private rooms/spaces and outdoor street-level seating. Coupled with a fantastic location, this is one of my top picks!

5 Star Rating We've visited Stout near Penn Station many dozens of times over the years. This place and Feile next door are the two nicest pubs in the area, in my opinion. Stout, in particular, is always jam-packed full of people, and the food here is solid. If you're down near MSG for an event, Stout is an excellent place to visit beforehand.

5 Star Rating 📍 Stout NYC (right next to MSG) Just when you thought game night couldn’t get any better… 🤩 I dove into their Loaded Street Fries and WOW. Crispy fries piled high with tender beef birria, ooey-gooey Monterey Jack & sharp cheddar, zippy cherry peppers, tangy pickled red onions, and a drizzle of lime crema that ties it all together perfectly. Every bite = 🔥🔥🔥 And those Buffalo Wings? Absolutely next-level. Crisp skin, juicy inside, and that signature buffalo sauce has the perfect balance of heat and flavor. I may never order wings anywhere else again. 🍗💥 But wait—there’s more. Their Individual Wisconsin-Style Thin Crust Pizza is a revelation. Think ultra-thin, cracker-crisp crust loaded with melty cheese, tangy sauce, and just the right amount of everything. It’s NYC comfort food at its finest. 🍕✨ Whether you’re catching a game or just craving epic bar eats, Stout NYC is a slam dunk. 🙌 #StoutNYC #LoadedFries #BeefBirria #BuffaloWings #ThinCrustPizza #MSGEats #NYCFoodie #GameDayGrub #FoodieInTheBigApple2025

5 Star Rating short: best customer service of any Krispy Kreme from Jeremiah long: placed an online order for a dozen to take to the office to share with coworkers. I usually go to the one on 23rd Street but it's farther and the staff is on the rude side so I decided to go on the obstacle course to find this location. I looked at the map a few times and still had to ask an NJ Transit employee for directions. I finally made it, and the customer service of Jeremiah was very refreshing. The big dozen box is awkward to carry, so I took three bags to remove them from the box to carry in my backpack. They saw me doing this and asked me if I'd like a half-dozen box or 3 donut box. I was caught by surprise. I didn't even know how to respond at first, so I responded that I didn't want to inconvenience them, so whatever is easiest for them. They even transferred the donuts over to the smaller boxes. I'm very happy with their level of customer service. Highly recommend this location.

4 Star Rating Whenever I go to Penn station , I always end up buying atleast 6 or a dozen donuts from Krispy Kreme.. my kids just love this .. after having really mediocre donuts from other shops, these donuts have that extra taste .. of course it’s a bit expensive.. it’s kinda ok , once in a while . Conveniently located inside Penn station. Service can be a little more quick . Otherwise love this place … thumbs up 👍

5 Star Rating Best place to get fresh, tasty donuts. Their donuts start from $2.19 which is worst it for the way these donuts taste. This is a great place to get your donuts from since its usual not busy so there’s no wait. They bring out special new ones for each holiday and season which is really something to be exited for. Overall if you’re looking for a great donut go to any krispy creme but go here if you don’t want to wait in a line.

4 Star Rating Had a lovely meal at the the Tick Tock diner! After finding it on Tik Tok itself. The steak Philly and eggs Benedict were incredible, hats off to the chef! 🧑‍🍳 Lady that took us to our table (maybe the manager?) was a little stand offish when we arrived, we wanted a window seat as we love to watch the hustle and bustle of NY city - we are tourists! The lady said it’s not clean, but we were happy to wait or even help clean it. She grunted and eventually cleaned it… quite rude with us… passed our menus and left us to it… then talking to other guests which was clearly aimed at us as she kept looking over. A very uncomfortable feeling but Nevermind… Anyway, we didn’t let that ruin our experience, our food server was great and was very bubbly. The diner was clean, spacious and efficiently staffed. Highly recommend the steak Philly … and a window seat!

2 Star Rating Honestly disappointing. I was recommended this restaurant but when I got here nobody showed us to a table right away. Finally we got sat and the dinner is almost empty at 12pm on a Sunday. Not a good look. The food arrived and it was…there. I got the chorizo Benedict and my wife got an egg white omelet. She kept saying it was like putting something in her mouth but had no flavor. The toast was overdone and the hash-browns slightly burned. Neither of us finished our food. When the check arrived, the waitress said she wanted cash for her “big tip”. She literally said that. It’s my first time in New York City and I don’t think I’ll be back here.

5 Star Rating This was our first stop after we left our hotel near Madison Square Garden. The service was kinda slow, but they were busy. We shared an order of fish n chips, and it was amazing. It had nice and crispy batter, and they had proper chips. The tarter sauce was good also. We shared an order of pretzel sticks, and the honey mustard was so good. This is definitely a place we will be trying again before we leave Manhattan.

3 Star Rating Came here for a Knicks game and it was very lively without being too crowded which was great! Had their Magners cider on tap which was fine and the bottled pear cider which was good. Food wise, tried the chicken quesadilla which was kinda disappointing. Felt like it was just chicken in a tortilla with barely any cheese, some bites had like no cheese in it and the chicken itself wasnt very flavorful. I wouldve appreciated some dipping sauce to go with it too.

5 Star Rating Stella is a restaurant in the heart of midtown Manhattan that features a variety of Italian-inspired dishes. The Shrimp is small but packed with flavor and a nice garlic sauce. The meatballs are huge and tender with a hearty marinara sauce with Parmesan cheese. The restaurant has huge windows that show a great sunset if you can catch it. It also has a great city view. Tables are intimate(read small) and try to get a booth so you’re the most comfortable. They have a great selection of dishes that are very popular and I personally recommend the eggplant Parmesan. Not the entree portion but the appetizer portion. Very nicely priced. Great for a date or a place to rest after shopping.

On the flip salt, the short rib tasted like there was no salt in it at all. Both still very good and not a big deal. The steak was very chewy though. I don’t think I ever had a steak in a restaurant before that was that chewy. They did send out an email the next day checking in, which was a nice touch.

Despite it being busy with a Billy Idol (yes Billy Idol, not Joel or Eilish) concert at MSG, service from Ekin was beyond top notch and he was so attentive and a delight to chat with and made a perfect cosmo in a chilled just right martini glass. Chef’s kiss. The whole crew at the bar was on their game. The steak was a dream- perfect medium rare filet that melted in your mouth and no overpowering grill taste that you’ll get at certain steakhouses if you walk further north. Sauce wasn’t needed but they were flavorful and fun to try especially peppercorn. Will be back when in midtown and honestly worth a trip just because.

They absolutely loaded the bagel with peanut butter, but didn’t toast it as much. The everything bagel could also have had more cheese. The bagels themselves are very chewy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

5 Star Rating A must-visit bagel spot. They have a super efficient ordering system, and the food comes out fast. The menu is packed with options, which can be a bit overwhelming at first, but I loved their cream cheese selection (displayed like ice cream). You really can’t go wrong with anything you order. They’re generous with the cream cheese, so it’s super filling. I loved the garlic and herb cream cheese. We also tried the French toast bagel, which was sweet and delicious. This is a grab and go place seating with only a few tables, so this isn’t the place if you’re looking to sit.

5 Star Rating Stopped by this bagel spot and was pleasantly surprised. The food was good — fresh, tasty, and just what you'd hope for from a solid bagel place. Service was quick, and prices were very reasonable, which is always a plus. I also had a coffee with my meal — it was okay, nothing special, but it did the job. Overall, a great option for a quick, satisfying breakfast or lunch without spending too much
