We enjoyed a delightful stay here recently. Danny, at the front desk, was able to give us a room upgrade because of our membership in the hotel's loyalty program, and we ended up in a bright room with interesting views. Everywhere we turned in the hotel, we encountered kind and friendly staff, including in the attached restaurant where we had a tasty dinner. The room service breakfast we ordered the night before checkout arrived hot and delicious, exactly at the requested time. We'd be pleased to return here.

Stayed here in July and August with three weeks travelling in between. Great location with lots of New York sites within easy walking distance and a Subway station next door. The room was spotless and the breakfast excellent . Without exception the staff were efficient, helpful and very friendly. A big shout out to the "Doormen" whole apt i to action as soon as our taxi stopped to deal with our luggage and welcomed us back to the hotel each time we went out. They are a mine of information about New York and arranged a hotel car to take us to Brooklyn Cruise Terminal when we left -both car and driver kept up the high standard we experienced throughout both stays. (Doormen" is in inverted commas as it is too small a word for the revive they provide!) Would be my first choice should I come to New York again

The room was clean and the cleaner was very attentive. The sheets felt kind of basic and didn't feel like a 4 star hotel. Our TV didn't work for streaming from our phones and iPads. There is sadly no pool. The service overall was good and Eddie from the bar was very friendly. The hotel offered umbrellas for the customers. I got the breakfast for 2 and a 100 dollar credit for my stay. The location is excellent with the subway allowing access to the Stadium, Wall Street area and museums around NYC.

We stayed at the InterContinental New York after booking through Chase Travel, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our booking included a complimentary drink voucher (up to $22 per person) and a $100 hotel credit, which added great value to our stay. The hotel’s location is fantastic—especially if you love Broadway musicals. Times Square and many theaters are just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and we had a restful night’s sleep. We also enjoyed late-night drinks at The Stinger, the hotel’s bar, which had a great atmosphere. A special thank you to Eric (“Spaghetti”), who made our stay even more memorable. We saw him working late at The Stinger, and to our surprise, he was also working at breakfast the next morning. Despite the long hours, he greeted us warmly with a genuine smile and took wonderful care of us. His kindness, attentiveness, and positive attitude truly stood out, and we sincerely appreciated his exceptional hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City.

Visiting NYC and my son and I stopped in as this was our first time trying Shake Shack. I ordered the Chicken Shack and fries. My son ordered the Smoke Shack with fries and the Fifty Fifty,(half tea&lemonade). My chicken sandwich was okay, the breading wasn't good and too crunchy. I took some of it off. The fries were decent. I'll give it 6/10. My son said his burger and fries were good 8.5/10. However the fifty fifty he said was watered down 0/10. But now the Jamaican guy that took my order(I know he's Jamaican because he told me) was absolutely wonderful! He made the experience worth it. I might be willing to try Shake Shack again and order something different.

It's Shake Shack. Our family loves this brand, especially my eldest. The store can be quiet (weekday morning) or packed to the max (weekends). We have been here several times so have seen the wave of crowds. The Chicken Bites, Bacon Cheese Fries, and Crinkle Cut Fries are superior to their competition. The Chicken Bites are made with chunks of chicken meat instead of processed, formed protein. No one does Bacon Cheese Fries better than Shake Shack. The cheesy is gooey and the bacon bits have flavor and are crispy. Myself, I love fries and Shake Shack does a great job! I love dipping them in the Shack Sauce. This store is in a high traffic area so your food is likely always fresh.

Vibes and food were great. We ate there multiple times after midnight and the guy who was running the food was awesome. He made sure we were good, gave us the lay of the land in times square, talked food and sports with us and was extremely friendly and funny.

Rib sandwich - big hit! Definitely preferred it over the burger. Was staying at a hotel on the same block so walked over to pick up a take out order. Was organized chaos and fascinating to watch the staff so in sync.

The fresh pickles, lettuce, and sliced onions on my cheeseburger were very welcome after taking a round trip bus ride to Atlantic City earlier in the day, refusing to pay high prices for bad food there, and coming back to NYC for shake shack. The spicy cheese fries were also really good. I didn't like the pre-packaged ranch, it's too sour. I grew up on higher quality ranch seasoning that's just heavy on the seasoning mixed mayonnaise. That's all you need! I don't know what this sour stuff is but it's nasty. The food was good anyways and a pre-packaged ranch isn't a reason for a bad review when the food itself was great.

In Times Square I ate on the restaurant a some years ago and we had a great experience. The review below represents what we typically order everytime we go to Carmines. I have been to Carmine's in NYC, Washington, DC and Las Vegas and each and every time it is on point!!! I am not sure why i have never left a review but I will be fixing that today. I took photos and a copy of the receipt from Las Vegas so yall can see everything we ordered to go.. the only difference is the bread doesn't transport well with cheese i will remove the cheese next time. But other than that food was really good and so consistent. Yes its pricey and its also family style so its not for a sinlge person unless you are going to graze on it for a few days. I will tell you that marinara get extra...i forgot so you cna dip your bread it... so worth it. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

A must visit restaurant when you are in Midtown. Huge family style portions, fast friendly service and a quality bartender! The wait staff doesn't miss a beat, they make sure your water is always full and that all your needs are met. I had a Manhattan with bourbon and it was perfect! They have a huge selection of spirits, beer and wine to meet anyone's taste. The food was excellent and there was so much left they box it up for you to take away for another fine meal! You won't regret stopping by.

This Italian restaurant is very popular, so reservations are definitely recommended. The seating is quite tight, but the staff are warm and attentive. The portions are surprisingly large, so be careful not to over-order—there’s plenty of food. The three of us shared one pasta and one breaded pork chop, and we could barely finish it.

Went there after a broadway show and I was made aware of the family style serving portions, however let me emphasis again, the portions are massive! Together we order a calamari as an appetizer ( could have easily been a whole meal) we then ordered escarole ( which was DELICIOUS), penne vodka, meatballs (also really good, definitely meaty) and eggplant Parmesan and for dessert the chocolate bread pudding ! Sooo good ! The service was great, the waiter was attentive and on top of his game. Can’t wait to come back !

If you've never been here before this is Carmine's Times Square. An old school Italian family style, family friendly restaurant in Times Square. Times Square family friendly means loud. Family style means means big portions of really good food. Don't even think of ordering a dish by yourself it, they are designed to share. The service no matter where you sit is impeccable with waiters that know what they're talking about understand the food and the sizes of the portions. If you have special dietary needs they have numerous menus but some of them are not what they seem. While there's a vegetarian menu it clearly states that cross-contamination can happen because fried dishes are all fried in the same oil. A group of us went for my wife's birthday and we had a wonderful time food was delicious plenty to share and one dessert for the table was enough. If you go there enjoy because you will.

This D&B location is absolutely AMAZING and I come here multiple times a month. Sure I can talk about the large open space (rare for Manhattan) and a fresh recycle of fun and exciting games, but the key thing that makes me come back over and over is just the absolutely BEST-IN-CLASS customer service from the managers and staff. Particularly the managers! From helping with lost items (I lost two things here and both times retrieved it with no issues) to just giving out free ducks because a manager saw that I was interested in a particular rare one that was hard to grab, this location has the best people. And if you don't believe me, feel free to take a look at how many chips I've spent here. Keep up the great work D&B!

Had a great experience at this Dave & Buster’s today with my little sister. The staff was kind and attentive. My sister ordered wings that ended up being too spicy for her and they graciously replaced them free of charge. Small gestures like that make a big difference. Excellent customer service, great atmosphere, and a memorable visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Hard Rock don't need reviews, it's just one of the best places you can go, have fun, good food and enjoy the amazing atmosphere that they always have. The service is just lovely and unique, from the hosts to the waiters, they all have a lovely energy and you can feel they really love to work there. 100% recommended and I recommend to reserve before you go. I used open table app everytime that I go to a Hard Rock or other restaurants, it's hassle free and very easy to use and reserve a table.

I visited the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square with my partner and my son, who is autistic and non-verbal. I’m always a little apprehensive about how busy environments will handle our specific needs, but the team here was absolutely incredible. ​The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly, and genuinely accommodating for my son. It made our meal stress-free and truly enjoyable. On top of the top-tier service, the food was great and the atmosphere was electric. Straight in with a full FIVE STARS because that steak was absolutely perfect. After the long haul from Sydney to New York — and arriving with a horrible infection that completely wiped me out — this Hard Rock meal ended up being the last proper thing I could enjoy for almost a week… and honestly, what a meal to remember. Even the wait time was completely fair, especially considering we had no booking and it was pouring outside. So many people were trying to escape the wet and grab a solid meal, yet the line moved well and the staff handled the rush with ease. That alone deserves credit. And then the food… unforgettable. The photos say it all — that beautiful medium steak (because truly, if you’re not ordering medium, what are you even doing?). Every bite was spot‑on. The vibe, the energy, the company — it all came together as the perfect introduction to New York. The memorabilia here is next level, exactly as other reviewers mention on the page. Keep coming back to this wonderful music venue every few years. Last night I brought friend for his birthday to see the amazing John Pizzerelli play. It's a super and intimate venue. Has an upstairs and a downstairs performance room...and while I've never eaten here (so I can't comment on the food, other than it's a nice looking menu) they do make a DELICIOUS extra dirty vodka martini. Drink prices are comparable to most NYC venues ($10-$20 a drink)..and should mention that after paying the show ticket fee (which for this event was a very fair $50)..there was only a $20 minimum per person...also very fair. This venue gets some amazing performers, and would highly recommend !!

We attended a performance of the Gil Evans Project’s Miles Davis tribute and we were blown away by the excellence of the musicians, sound quality, and intimate environment with the band. We also highly appreciated the front door attendant with the mid length brown hair who was so given to world class customer service even though we arrived too early and he was unable to let us in. He definitely cared about our well-being and was super accommodating; instead we chatted with another friendly person in line from Brooklyn. The food was substantial and tasty. The atmosphere was awesome with the traditional velvet curtain, club table seating, and pictures of jazz artists posted throughout. The sound quality and ability to be so close to musicians was phenomenal. I would highly recommend and would definitely attend again! Try to be early for the first-come, first-serve seats!

$20 food/drink minimum required to come to a show here. I love their Cajun pasta with sausage and shrimp - the shrimp is amazing quality and the sauce is lovely although it could use a bit of thickening. The thin crust pizza is also pretty good although a bit more cafeteria and less authentic New York style. Depending on the set you may or may not be allowed to take photo and video. I would show up around 45-60 min prior to your set time to get a good seat since it's first come first served. The view from the bar seats are generally not that great. Also love that they give you a playbill style booklet with your show.

Good place for dinner. It was extremely busy the day before New Year’s Eve, but we were seated right away and only took a moment to get our food. We sat on the second floor with a nice view outside. The food tasted great.

Service was great, table OK in the grounf floor. The beef was a joke, thin, tough, overcooked far from red. Beef ribs where OK. Chicken great. Mac and chees nice. Schrimp cocktail was good. Guacamole was yummy. Big portions and fun to try place but not a place we´d visit twice.

FOOD: let’s be honest no one comes to jealous barbecue for the food we come for the drinks having said that of course we got an appetizer we got the angry shrimp which was absolutely delicious perfectly fried shrimp with a sweet and tangy sauce. We also got the new Texas size guacamole and chips and damn were they’re a lot of guacamole unfortunately we had to ask twice for chips and still could’ve used some more so you definitely get bang for your buck on this new guacamole. Good news we were not charged extra for chips. The drinks are fabulous obviously they’re known for their extremely large cocktails. I got a lecher martini which was absolutely mammoth while my friend got a classic margarita which was equally worth the price considering this is New York. SERVICE: our server was very kind and quick. We didn’t have to wait long for him and whenever we needed him, we could easily access him for additional food or even the check. ATMOSPHERE: if you are a tourist, this is a perfect location central to most attractions. They have a great view of Times Square in 42nd St. if that’s the kind of thing that you’re into but the general vibe and decor is not outstanding. It’s made for a turning burn service to get people in and out and service a lot of people in a short amount of time.

Beautiful location for bowling! My husband and I traveled from the Bronx to come bowling for my friend’s 40th birthday. She has never been bowling before and this is a great place for a first timer. It’s modern and very beautiful. Staff here is very nice and helpful. I booked this reservation last week and yes it is pricy but well worth the experience in my opinion. When we arrived, there was a guy checking bags and you go through a metal detector. There was also a girl that checked us in and told us we were in lane 6. We got upstairs, used the bathroom and got our shoes. I’m normally a 7-7.5 and the 7 fit perfectly. My husband is a 9.5-10 and he got a 10 which also fit great. I love that we had our own section and the menus were already there. We got a round of drinks and a sampler platter. It had mini mozz sticks, tenders, wings, pretzels and fries. Everything was delicious. There was a manager hanging around making sure things ran smoothly and our server came by to check in a few times. We bowled from 7-9 finishing our game around 8:57 and then went to look around the arcade. I used the bathroom before leaving and i will say it was surprisingly very clean. I also noticed there was another floor to bowl. I will def be coming back here! This place is modern and beautiful with phenomenal service.

I don't know how many people know how amazing this uniquely styled place is but I love it here. My daughter was invited to a party here I went to the third floor so that she could go be with her friends on the 4th floor. I got my own little area where I can sit at the bar. I also love the area the way they have the tables and chairs set up across from the bar. Everything looks clean and it just feels good in here it's really good vibe. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and I had a Oreo milkshake they have so many great options. I enjoyed my food very much the chicken was seasoned so well that I don't even think I needed any salad dressing next time. I told them to tell the chef this, the grilled chicken is an absolutely great tasting dish. I will eat it every time I come. The milkshake was good too. The party the kids were at upstairs on the 4th floor was so nice as well, they came down to 3rd floor to the video game area which I also love. The kids in this party group said they love their food too and they had chicken fingers and pizza a few things no complaints and kids don't lie if they don't like something they let you know. Their bathrooms were really clean and I loved this. The shoe pick up area for bowling shoes was neat just a good clean open space. Very nice decorations and style of the place makes it more vibrant. I loved my bartender Stevie she was patient with me, I had no clue what I wanted to eat so she helped me and talked to me about the different options. After I ordered my bartender Stevie then gave me a real estimate of how long it would take and when she said that the food was going to come out in 15 minutes tops 20 minutes she was correct. I would definitely go there again and again. I found out from the young lady downstairs something about the many different packages they offer and not just for parties but for a variety of ways you can bowl there, looking forward for my soon to be bowling nights for one I'm a loner lol. I am sorry I didn't get her name who helped me with package info but she was very welcoming. Over the summer and even now you awesome guys and amazing girls need to really look into this place for the bowling packages. Lucky Strike is a win for me. You deserve a good time for a good price for good food and great service. This is a place you treat yourself don't cheat yourself make your way down here soon.

Beautiful bowling alley. They have several rooms with fun themes. You pay by the game, which I like so that you don't feel rushed. Food is great, especially the burgers. Arcade is awesome but beware claw machines are rigged to lose. There is no way the weakness of the claw in the big claw machine is going to pick up any of those items. The other machines claw opens up way to soon to carry the toy to the opening.

Went with a small group of coworkers and had a great time! I wish i would’ve gotten the name of the staff that were at the front desk, especially one of the females (on 5/29 around 5pm) who was so nice and so helpful. i owe her the biggest thank-you for being so understanding and accommodating. The serving staff was also so nice and on top of our orders. Overall great experience, would come again and recommend. Also, i was using a groupon. as long as you read the fine detail, check-in will be smooth :)

Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. in Times Square is always a great place to go!!! The atmosphere is welcoming and nostalgic but also hip!!! The Staff are super friendly and helpful!!! The food is spectacular!!! We spent new years eve 2024 here, right below the ball drop - what an utterly amazing experience. All you can eat shrimp, steak, cocktails, beers, wines all night long and front row seats to the biggest new years countdown in the world. Amazing venue, amazing furniture and decor, amazing staff, Amazing location. Real memories made at this place and who doesn't absolutely love Forest Gump?!

As a fan of Forest Gump we had to go here! Although we had booked there was plenty of table space available but that could have been because we dined early! Loved the decor. We had Shrimps of course and the food was delicious. Portion sizes were big for us Brits so you could share and make space for dessert. Perfect location for our first night in the Big Apple. Warm welcome by the lad that served us. Thank you for a lovely evening, would definitely recommend going.

We stopped by for a quick bite before a show. The service was great and the atmosphere as well. The restaurant’s concept is very unique. I had no clue there was a Forest Gump-inspired place in Times Square. The food we tried was delicious. I would come again for the rolls! The only thing that raised question marks was the absence of vodka in my Bloody Mary, and no, I didn't order a virgin drink.

Great spot for Japanese barbecue. Servers are very helpful and options are endless. I gad the lunch special which had soup and salad. Honestly the soup was unnecessary for me but the salad was very good and provided a nice balance to all the rich meat. I had the fried rice and it was delicious but when added to the meat/fish options a lot of food. The sauces are very tasty. Overall I enjoyed this restaurant very much.

I just placed an order for pick up since it is close to my job. Everything was delicious: The salad was fantastic with the dressing, miso soup one of the best I ever had (not salty at all), edamme phenomenal, very tasty yummy yummy and the main course Beef Sukiyaki fried rice bowl 🤤🤤🤤 did nkt disappoint not greasy or full of MSG not taling about Madison Square Garden lmao. I didn't even end up trying the sauces I ordered with the food but I will definitely try them. They also have a Happy Hour so I will comeback with my wife one day. Thank you too the chef and the staff. See you guys next time!

Reserved a table for 2 for Valentine’s Day, they called in advance to see if I was able to confirm the reservation considering the restaurant was booked, that I appreciate, because they are on top with their reservation list. Meat cuts were immaculate *didn’t take a picture, we devoured it fast lol* & the drinks were extremely good & well balanced with juice/soda & liquor. The ramen was rich in flavor & spicy, but not too spicy, that I also liked. The garlic edamame was COVERED in garlic sauce & if you’re a garlic lover, you WILL enjoy that appetizer. The host & server were on top with their menu changes & let us be aware of what the restaurant had & what it didn’t have. Overall, I always give this place a 10/10, I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years & the staff + cooks never disappoint! ❤️
