Stopped by Shake Shack with high expectations, fueled by some fantastic memories from their Korea locations. Unfortunately, the experience here didn't quite measure up. I tried the Shack Stack along with two limited offerings. Korean Style Fried Chicken Sandwich and the Korean BBQ Burger. While the Shack Stack was somewhat decent enough to try, I wouldn't rush back for the burgers in general. The BBQ Burger and Chicken Sandwich were particularly disappointing. The BBQ Burger had a slight hint that reminded me of Korea, but overall, the quality of the burger didn't live up to expectations. As for the Chicken Sandwich, it lacked any real connection to the Korean flavors I was hoping for. Real miss on execution for both. Another downside was the service. The attendant seemed somewhat reluctant to assist us, which didn't help the situation. It's a reminder that not every experience can be perfect, even in a city known for its incredible food scene. There are always exceptions, a sign of the human element in every establishment. This location might be a hit for some, but the miss for me.

The food was fantastic, as expected. Everything was fresh and made to order, so do give them a few minutes to prepare your food. I loved every bite of the burger, and every sip of my cookies and cream shake. Try to avoid visiting late in the afternoon, and instead get your brunch here in the morning if you don’t want to wait in long lines

We've tried the veggie burger (with steak made of carrots, sweet potatoes, quinoa...) and it's the best plant-based burger we bother ever had in our life ! The fries are also very tasty and crispy, we've liked better the classic fries over the ones with cheddar sauce (which are still very great). A very recommended place if you are looking for tasty burgers.

Absolutely busy location. Grab a seat as soon as you find one! Great cheesy fries (I got the spicy ones) , fab burgers and would highly recommend the chocolate shake and mango passionfruit lemonade. The shake is thick and delicious. The lemonade is refreshing.

Service is great and sandwich also taste good. Depends on the time it will be either crowded or less crowded, since this place is near time square. Wait time is around 10 minutes only. Avoid visiting during peak hours or else you will be waiting in the long queue. I highly recommend this place.

I walked in without any reservation and waited for 20 minutes to be seated! The restaurant was quite busy, as was the area! I liked the atmosphere and the large portions of food! The dishes and desserts are family-sized. However, if you would like to try the dessert but are unsure because of the size, just ask whoever is taking care of you. They have a small size of the dessert that is not mentioned on the menu.

Really good food but be very aware of the size of the servings. They are no joke. The Salad itself is large enough for a everyday dinner. We were a party of 4 and just with the Salad and appetizers we were good to go. Keep that in mind when ordering. Place is a little loud but the location is fantastic.

Amazing ! Amazing ! Amazing! Had a birthday celebration here and everything was good. Food,service and atmosphere all 5 stars. I will be returning here for many years to come ! Portions of food are large so make sure you ask questions before ordering ! Caesar salad was very good. The garlic bread with cheese also good. Chicken parm amazing !!! Home style Italian cuisine at its finest. Family style portions were huge. Each entree could feed about 4 people with leftovers. Service was top notch, atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was the best Italian food I have ever had. The calamari was lightly breaded and tender, with scratch made marinara sauce. The penne alla vodka was light and creamy and delicious, The broccoli was cooked perfectly and the chicken Parmesan was delicious as well. Highly recommend this place! Only wish we had one closer to home. The desserts looked amazing but we were stuffed from so much food.

Oh, man. Loved the food. We just walked in there on Sunday evening, and immediately got the seats. The food may take 15-20 to arrive at the table but the food was delicious. Enjoyed the evening with family and great food. I definitely recommend it.

The food was pretty good for a generic fast food restaurant. It also came out in a very timely manner. Our server Azariam was absolutely delightful. Very warm and attentive. The only thing is the carpet smelt so horrible. As soon as we sat down the scent was so strong. We had to endure A musty constantly wet from spills that uncleaned and let to dry scent for the duration of our time.

I used to eat here almost 10 years ago when I was a student. Very happy to see that they still live up to expectations. The lobster tail is amazing. Their biscuits are still extremely delicious. I heard that there’s a risk of Red Lobster going bankrupt due to people abusing their unlimited shrimp options. Y’all gotta stop abusing this baby before it goes insolvent:)! We gotta keep it alive!

The game and food is added to one bill and then the tip suggestions starts at 18% keep in mind it's also adding the game card .. u have to click customize inorder to add the correct tip for the FOOD service in-dine. Overall the 5$ happy hour was very satisfying . Had right amount where one drink will have you feeling nice . Not watery as I expected. My burger was well done as ordered and it was delicious . Fries amount is on the smaller portion then most restaurants. They were seasoned with the burger meal . My daughter's fish was good .. I only had a few bites just to explore..and my son's boneless buffalo wings were sweet and spicy .. I don't know why the celery counts as a side . The kids 13& 14 enjoyed the games

FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY, Superb service at D&B. I have been to so many and each one disappointed in so many locations, This one was by far the best ever. KAMISHA and Darnell were excellent and very detail oriented in an extremely busy location. Drinks and food and service were prompt and accurate and followed up. So many other locations lack. These employees were true standards of service. The TVs were playing the basketball game, and the guests were into it. What a good energy store. The last, D&B I went reminded me of a funeral home reception.

I went to this restaurant on St. Patrick’s Day, and surprisingly the service was still immaculate. There was no weight. In fact, they took us in before our reservations. Once we placed our order, our food came out, hot fresh and quickly. The only criticism I may have was when myself and my family were taking a selfie in front of a poster. Another individual took pictures of us from a corner. It was somewhat creepy. However, overall the experience was once in a lifetime.

Don't waste your time or money. The food and drinks took forever. Our whole experience was twice as long as it should've been. The drinks took forever. We asked for another round when we got our entrees and they didn't come till we were done eating. The food was very average and not hot. We had to ask another server to find our waiter so we could get our bill. We waited 25 minutes just to pay to leave. Not impressed and there are lots of other options in Times Square.

We have been to Hard Rock Cafe almost every time we visit New York and it has never disappointed... There is always someone new to meet and something new to see... The Restaurant can get pretty full at times especially during the summer holidays so get there early... We sometimes end up at the bar if all else fails. The Hand Rock store also never disappoints and there is always something new to take home or pin to collect...

Really enjoyed stopping into the Gard Rock Cafe during our last visit into Time Square. We had a 30-minute wait, which wasn't bad. We went upstairs to the gift shop and looked around until our table was ready. We really enjoyed the atmosphere with a Dj playing great music and taking requests from the customers. The service and food were very good. We had an amazing time.

Healthy food oasis in touristy mid-town Manhattan! Thank goodness for Green Symphony: perfect for a shake or juice, salad, sandwhich, soup, or make your own custom bowl from their extremely fresh and tasty hot and cold bar. Their house made vegan treats have been a favorite for 15 years. A must for any vegan or vegetarian or anybody looking for healthy food in midtown!

I got a wonderful vegan (oatmilk) oatmeal with blueberries, bananas, and pumpkin seeds for breakfast, and took a tempe bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado sandwich for lunch at my conference. Exceptional on all counts. Thank you! And the concrete bench seating was made by the owner and has radiant heat in it. So nice on a cold morning.

202404 The Lineup is surprisingly fabulous! Susie is a wonderful host with much fun and good conversation, and the performers are all gems! Time just flew in the wondrous journey. No time to go to the restroom! I claim to be a jazz lover but didn’t really make full use of my time here in NYC. It’s such a serendipity that the jazz club is just across the street during my short stay. It is possible to walk-in if the show isn’t too popular. —/ food is decent too. Risotto cake sounds very interesting (usually from leftover I know). Smells so nice! Though I’d prefer it to be a bit crispier, it has a subtle crust so hopefully not too oily. The rice is bouncy and chewy and tastes good with mushrooms. My only quip would be the food came too fast:3 I went in early to snatch a good spot and ordered food immediately. So for the whole hour before the performances, I had to eat while everyone else came in and waited for their friends and starved and stared at my food lol. A little awkward before the light turns dimmer, but I am hungry. The bill for walk in tables include the ticket price so the tip was floated higher. I was in a rush to catch the performers so I didn’t have time to change the number— it will be about $5 higher than if you buy online with the booking fee so not a big deal anyways.

A wonderful venue for Jazz music lovers listening to the wonderful tune of professional musicians! The lower floor seating arrangement is spaced and positioned quite well, the food is quite tasty and the staff are pretty friendly. The min. $20 per person is reasonable on top of the cost for the ticket. This factors for the food quality and number of options, the percentage of alcohol in the cocktails, and the service. Arriving early (after doors open) would gaurranty a closer spot to the stage.

I visited to see the legend Monty Alexander. The food was great. It was a little overcrowded but a great show and server. It was great to see him in person and still soulful at 80. I wish was able to take better photos but I was not even able to see what was in my dish without staff telling me to turn off my camera back light.

Birdland Jazz was definitely the highlight of our very short New York trip! The Hot Sardines were absolutely amazing, they had such a fun and modern take on jazz that included a tap dancer. The vocalist had an absolutely enchanting voice. The servers were quick, considerate, and kind and you could really feel the history of the jazz bar through all the photos of the past entertainers around the walls. The seats are first come first served so arrive when the doors open to get nice front row seats. They make all the difference. Would definitely come again!

Exceptional place: amazing Jazz performance, great food and super attentive staff. Gianni the general manager is a super sweet and incredible person. We had burrata, rigatoni with meatballs, vegan burger and mac&Cheese and everything was delicious. Drinks also super well done! It’s a very exclusive place, you really feel the NYC vibes and it’s amazing! Highly Recommended!!

This is the best restaurant I've ever been to!! Their customer service is exceptional, wait time is unbelievably amazing.. I would have thought that the wait time would be extremely long because of the amount of persons that were seated but it's as if they have workers for every table. The food is top notch! We were looking for somewhere to have Easter dinner while visiting NYC. While roaming the city a few days prior, we came upon Dallas BBQ. They had a sign out showing some yummy looking drinks, which caught our eye. After looking over the menu we decided on eating here that night. Their was a line outside, but it moved very quickly. When we arrived upstairs, we felt as if we were at a Chuck E Cheese without the games. Kids running everywhere, super open concept, loud, and mostly tables super close together...few booths. We were greeted fairly quickly by our server. He took our drink and app order then came back for our dinner order. I was still deciding on a cocktail as the drink menu had a great selection and I was having a hard time choosing. Our appetizer arrived and 10 mins or so later two sides of Mac and cheese and a taco salad was brought out. Another 10 mins later the rest of the dinners arrived. The Mac and cheese dishes were sides to the dinners that came out later, which was odd. Everything that we ordered was good! Sticky ribs were a hit with my son and the wings were awesome, but could have used some seasoning. All the food was brought out by other servers and we still hadn't seen our server since our food order was taken. All of our drinks were empty so we stopped a passing serving for refills. We sat for about 20 mins after we had finished dinner talking and waiting for boxes....still haven't seen our server since our food order was taken. Finally, my fiancé waived down what we thought was manager asking for boxes and a check. He tried explaining that I had been waiting to order a cocktail and that we hadn't seen our server since our order was taken. The manager had no interest in what we had experienced. He asked what we needed, grabbed the check and boxes and seemed annoyed that we were complaining. We had 2 older teens and a twenty year old...all in which ordered dinners, not kids meals. I have served in my younger years and we tip 25% and sometimes more depending on service. This server NEVER CAME BACK TO OUR TABLE AFTER TAKING OUR ORDER!!!! Where is that even acceptable at? And to top if off, they added $15 gratuity to our check without it being posted anywhere. My fiancé told the manager and the server as we walked out that they better be glad the tip was added, because he would have been the first server we ever stiffed! We got zero service from him and couldn't enjoy our dinner! We were needing refills, napkins, and wanting to order additional items with no service! Shame on the manager for not even acting as if it was a problem that his server didn't provide us with the service we deserved, nor did he even offer any sort of free appetizer or even an apology for the inconvenience! Terrible all the way around! The food was definitely good, but the poor service would probably keep me from visiting again!

Must do in NYC. The place is huge and always packed so get there ahead of peak dining times or you will be standing in a line going down the street! We got there right at opening 11am. We were seated right away. Service was friendly and attentive. The food was good, and prices were reasonable. Big portions, fun atmosphere. Very kid friendly.

Fantastic experience bowling ! Have been here multiple times! With family and with my partner it's Fantastic. Probably the best bowling experiences ever. It's as if you're at a club. The music is loud and the lights are wicked. The food is decent and the servers are nice too. Can't wait to be back. They have an arcade also and great pool table. There's an open bar too. My one feedback Is it's a little expensive. Otherwise it's wonderful I've even been by myself once!

Awesome place to relive your childhood or go with children and enjoy a quality family time. While Bowling is the idea here, they do have arcade games as well as a pool table. Ambience is great. Price is reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food can be served and there is a small shop for gifts.

I loved this restaurant! It was really great the whole environment, and the view! Was awesome. You can eat while you take a great Times Square’s view! There is a way you can call the waiters you have to put the Run Forrest Run plate on red. They will be right there, they have multiple different plates with and without shrimp but also with chicken, lobster. And alcohol cocktails they have an entire menu. The food was good! If your in town I would suggest you to visit this restaurant. Beautiful.

I love Forrest Gump, but had no idea of that restaurant existing, although Ive been next to it so many times. Very nice design, atmosphere, all following the theme of the movie. Waiters give you little movie quiz at the end. Very fun. Prices are Times Square prices, food mediocre. It’s good, but nothing special about it in my opinion. In general, very adorable place.

202404 Old memories turned downhill reality. Sad portion. Sad soggy fries. Sad tough onion ring. Shrimp “tempura” batter far too oily. The Cajun seasoning for the steamed shrimp and the fried shrimp still taste good. Steamed broccoli is green and decent. Service is friendly but really slow and not attentive enough even out of peak hour.

I was so excited to eat here - certainly my favorite movie and so it brought up some cool emotions about the film. We were seated quickly - even though it was such a busy time. Did not have to wait long before orders were taken. Exceeded expectations - being in the city and such a touristy area, I thought it might be a problem. Food was great and I'd gladly go again.
