Never had it before but it was the best. Great seasoning and potatoes fluffy and browned ever so slightly on top!

What a fun experience. We haven't found this place by accident and figuring give it a try and it was amazing. The appetizers the shepherd's pie and chicken were perfectly cooked and very hearty. Definitely worth going back again.

A darling Irish tavern in the heart of the theater district. Lunch was outside in the comfortable rooftop dining area which was inviting, airy and spacious. We had a crisp salad with jumbo shrimp and a nicely done chicken sandwich platter. The waitstaff was friendly, professional and attentive to every need, including providing ice for an earlier foot mishap. Connolly's made our NYC visit all the more enjoyable!

Our favourite bar during our entire stay. We visited every day after our first visit was so great, and it became our local! The food was delicious and the service impeccable. Special shout out to Darren the legend. He made us feel so welcome every visit, especially with how busy this bar is and he remembered us and our drinks order and even the football team my parter supported so the bar felt very homely. Would 10/10 recommend. Get yourselves to Connolly’s guys. Will be back next year

Wonderful spot. We ate on a Saturday night. No reservation. We were promptly seated on the 2nd level. The sushi was delicious. Great manhattan was enjoyed as well. The kids loved the dumplings. Right at Times Square.

The service was excellent. Brendan was quick, friendly, and professional. The sea bass was very good. The scallops and pork belly had as a a side what I am told is the best corn my dining companion has had in his life. The scallops were not flavorful but the pork belly was recommended. Great oysters. I recommend the tiger shrimp dumplings. The lobster bisque had chunks of lobster, and was well flavored.

My wife and I came here for Valentine’s Day dinner with a group of five, and unfortunately our experience started off very poorly due to how we were greeted and seated. When we arrived, a couple of the opposite race was immediately greeted and escorted upstairs for their Valentine’s Day dinner. Meanwhile, my group was directed downstairs and seated by the bar. We were told that was the only seating available at the moment and that they would need to speak with management to see if we were even allowed to sit upstairs because the restaurant was “packed.” Out of curiosity and concern, we walked upstairs ourselves to see the situation, and what we found did not align with what we were told. The upstairs dining area was mostly empty, with only about two or three parties seated throughout the entire space. There was clearly ample seating available, so there should not have been any issue accommodating us upstairs, especially considering we had made plans for Valentine’s Day and drove over three hours to dine here. To be clear, our server was wonderful—attentive, professional, and pleasant. Our issue was not with the service staff, but specifically with the greeters and management at the front door. Their handling of the situation immediately made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome before we could even begin to enjoy our evening. We spent over $500 at what is supposed to be a high-end restaurant, and to be treated this way was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. If it had not been Valentine’s Day and such a special occasion, we likely would have left. Management needs to contact us directly to address this situation, because this experience did not reflect the level of professionalism or hospitality expected from an establishment of this caliber. Food was good but we drove 3 hours from Washington DC and this was not fair to us. I will revise this review after speaking to management.

We came here for my wife's birthday and had a great overall experience. We had reservations, arrived a little early, and were seated in less than a minute. My wife ordered the 3 oz A5 Wagyu, and she said it was excellent. I had the lamb chops, which were cooked perfectly and were one of the highlights of the meal. The lobster mac and cheese was delicious, and the creamy spinach was honestly the best we've ever had. The VIP cocktail was also outstanding and is something I would highly recommend. The bread was decent, and the crab cake was good, but for $29, I thought the portion was quite small. The only dish we didn't enjoy was the lobster bisque. It had a tangy flavor that wasn't to our liking. My only other critique is that the food came out extremely fast. We never felt rushed by the staff, but every course arrived almost immediately after the previous one. For a high-end dining experience, I would have preferred a little more time between courses to enjoy the meal and atmosphere. Overall, everything was very good, and despite those minor criticisms, I would definitely come back.

This experience was simply fantastic. It’s a beautiful restaurant and the staff were very attentive and helpful in making our time memorable. We made reservations so for us there was no wait! I recommend making reservations since this place gets packed! The food. Oh my gosh. So good! I got the Surf & Turf Filet Trio which is the Filet Medallions Topped With Mini Crab Cake, Half Lobster Tail, Jumbo Shrimp. It was so delicious and worth the price, I know it says filet medallions with the s so plural but for some reason I thought it was just one filet, so it was a lovely surprise to see that there were three filet medallions! The whole meal was delicious and enjoyable. The lobster macaroni and cheese was simply divine, I can’t eat fish due to allergies but I can eat shellfish so my waiter ensured me there was no fish by product in the dish. It was lovely and I truly enjoyed my time. I highly recommend this place!

Booked this restaurant for my birthday dinner before a Broadway show. We were greeted immediately by the Hosts. They wished me happy birthday and were very kind. We were sat at a half circle table that overlooked the street & Radio City. Daniel was our server. I was really hoping they were able to make a Pina Colada as it’s our favorite mixed drinks. They stated they weren’t. Offered the margaritas that were on special but unfortunately I didn’t like tequila. I would have liked some other rum based recommendations. Ended up getting Coke instead. I didn’t really appreciate some of the remarks our server made. He made a brother joke toward my husband thinking we were brother and sister. It didn’t sit well with me. We ordered steaks while my parents split one. As we were ordering, I ordered a side and my husband told him his meal and then the server didn’t ask him about a side. Just kind of skipped over him. Knowing now how big the sides are, that would make sense to share it. We didn’t know how big the sides were and an explanation on how the sides are shareable would have been helpful. Steaks were cooked very well and sides tasted great! Rolls were amazing! They also brought out a cube of cheesecake that tasted really good. I wouldn’t probably come back due to service.

Cathy , the manager could be the best manager I’ve interacted with! The server was fantastic and I wish I could remember her name because she did her job very well(and was gorgeous by the way) The food was spectacular and had some of the greatest flavors!!!! YOU WILL NEVER , EVER, BE DISAPPOINTED AT DELFRISCOS!!!! 5 stars forever!!!!!! I’m going to have a special private party here soon! On the 2nd level “back room” because this place is GREAT!!!!

What a fun experience! It an OG dinner with waiting stuff walk around serving and singing. The food was decent, most dishes were high in carb and fat😆 the potato totts were so yummy crispy and a bite size. The portion was quite generous. The atmosphere was unique and lively. Great food, exciting entertainment by your own servers! I would highly recommend this 50 style restaurant if you’re looking for something unique in a very unique city! We stopped in for breakfast. Catching the restaurant just a few minutes after it’s opening. There were plenty of seats for our larger group of seven, but our host quickly pointed out that the place can fill up very quickly during the rush-hour, especially over lunch and dinner in between Broadway shows playing nearby. Everyone stopping by and leaving a post has certainly already mentioned the fact that this place is known for its servers who are trying to make it on Broadway. Enjoying the variety of songs, which can be requested is more than enough reason to check this place out. I would like to talk about the food… I thought the food was excellent. My family got a little bit of everything. My daughter’s bagel sandwich, which included a rainbow swirl in the dough of the bagel tasted amazing, they made our eggs to perfection. The poached eggs that my wife and I enjoyed (Eggs Benedict) were perfectly cooked outer white egg layer surrounding a perfectly runny egg yolk on the inside-just like they should be. The baked goods like waffles and bagels were very tasty, freshly made, and we enjoyed by those who ordered them. My family enjoyed the coffee, despite the busy environment, my hat is off to both the servers and the chefs who prepared everything quickly and made it to perfection. Thank you.

I was on my first trip to New York City and my cousin wanted to go to this place. We walked from our hotel as it wasn't too far. There was a line but it moved along pretty quickly. We didn't wait much longer than 20 to 25 minutes... but we also went on a weekday, earlier in the evening for dinner, which helped with our shorter wait time. We were seated on the upper level, which was like a diner, counter type seating... which we actually liked better as it gave us a great view of the performances by the staff! A lot of the staff if not all are Broadway performers working until they get offered gigs on Broadway... which was fun about this place! The entertainment was worth the trip alone... and I would say the food was actually pretty decent... I got chicken and waffles and besides not being able to finish it all, it tasted great to me. The others in my party liked their meals as well... which was a club sandwich, and chicken tenders... they also got shakes which were very good! The guy I sat next to was nice too... everyone at the restaurant was just there to have a good time, so I had fun conversations with the people next to me. The staff and performers were awesome and fun and nice! They also told us they had recently lost 8 servers to Broadway musicals, which is their goal... and it also felt great to support the performers there too and to see them along in their theatrical journeys! I highly recommend trying this place... my only caution is to pay attention to your bill as they automatically add gratuity to your bill... but unless you read it, most people would just add gratuity not realizing (I think it was 18% or 20%) was already added... so I didn't leave an additional tip on top of that as we also gave the staff their own tip when they brought Phillip the Bucket around, which any money donated to that goes to helping them fulfill their Broadway dreams by getting headshots or other things they need... that money is dispersed to them, strictly for that purpose... so that's my only caution is that you are already tipping on your bill, so pay attention to that! Otherwise, I don't have any complaints and the staff was great and I wish them the best!

Pretty fun and chill vibes, can't belive I've never been here before! got here before 6pm on a weekday night and waited in line for about 20 minutes, it's easier to get seats for 2 but fine with groups of 4 as well (party of 6 might have longer wait time), the waiters and waitresses will take turns singing which is cool, it's fun seeing the same person taking your orders all of a sudden singing on stage and they were all really good! Food was decent and pricing is average/normal and not overly priced (reasonable in times square), they'll bring a tip bucket around midway to collect tips, and then at the end you'll get 20% tip added to your bill. We spent around $50+ a person. Overall I'd recommend checking the place out if you haven't been there.

My friend knew in her heartsoul that I would absolutely love this place, and she was so right. It was an incredible experience, so much talent to enjoy and fun to be had! The food was AMaZINg, fresh n hot coffee, and adorable memorabilia. The rainbow bagel was so beautiful, I almost didn’t eat it. Our waiter, Sean, was on top of everything and I literally cried when he totally nailed Waving Through a Window from Dear Evan Hansen! The staff sang hits from Rent, Wicked, Lady Gaga, Benson Boone, Wicked and more, all while providing exceptional service to a full house. It was utterly fabulous and magical and I will always make a point to go there when I visit NYC. It is a must-go experience and the food is great with lots of options. A Theatre District Gem thespians and fans will no doubt enjoy and love. I got the Salmon and Lox bagel and it was creamy and fresh and perfect. Make sure to tip your waitress/waiter, not just because they deserve it but because they earn it! They pass around a bucket to help with acting/singing classes too so show some support for local artist and stars in the making. 🌟👏Thank you, Ellen’s Stardust Diner, I love you! 💗 I’m seriously tearing up just thinking about how much fun we had. 🥲🥹🤩✨

Olive Garden has always been my family’s go-to restaurant whenever we want to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing dinner together. The highlight for us is definitely their complimentary salad and warm breadsticks, honestly, those two items alone make the visit worthwhile! The salad is always fresh, crisp, and perfectly dressed, and the breadsticks are soft, buttery, and served hot. No matter what main course we order, we end up enjoying the salad and breadsticks just as much, if not more. Whenever I’m visiting Times Square for work or leisure, I make sure to stop at this Olive Garden location for at least one meal. It’s spacious and welcoming, which is a nice surprise given how busy this area usually is. The atmosphere feels lively but still comfortable, making it a great spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. The food is delicious, consistent with Olive Garden’s known standards, and always served hot and fresh. The service here is friendly and prompt, and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to enjoy classic Italian-American food in the heart of New York City. In this visit I had their special item Chicken shrimp Carbonara … loved it. Tasty and good portion.

The best thing about this place is the unlimited salad and breadsticks. And if you sit by a window, you can look down on a nice view of times square from the second floor while you enjoy a good meal. The portions are the right size and it leaves you satisfied. And the menu has a good gluten free section. As a local in the city, I usually avoid suburban chains like this, but Olive Garden is always great.

Olive Garden is a very beautiful Italian restaurant. I really enjoy spending time there. We often go there with my children because it is very child-friendly and comfortable for families. We especially love their food — everything is delicious, fresh, and well prepared. The service is also very good, and the prices are quite reasonable. This restaurant is located in Times Square, right in the center of Manhattan where there are always many people and a lively atmosphere. The view there is beautiful, and the whole place has a wonderful vibe. For our family, it’s one of our favorite places to visit.🤍

First and last time at Olive Garden. The food was pretty good, but the service needs serious work. When we arrived up the escalator we didn’t immediately realise the hostess desk was a sharp left and left again, and the attitude of this particular staff member appeared to be annoyance based on her facial expression, rather than understanding of the confusion. This set the tone for the entire meal. Our waiter was friendly but not attentive, he delivered our starters but we had no cutlery, and it took five minutes to get anyone’s attention to resolve the matter. It could have been solved quicker if staff were not continuously on their phones or chatting to each other. One staff member was on their phone 50 minutes out of the hour, they were in my line of sight and it was hard to ignore the unprofessionalism. Then, when our food did arrive, one of the orders was incorrect, but it was resolved quickly. Finally, when our bill came, I was asked directly what % tip I would be giving, when I said 20%, the particular staff member rolled his eyes, as I assume he wanted more. This place needs a serious management and staff overhaul, it should be the flagship store and be setting that standard. Service charge should be for good service, not whatever this was.

Delicious and dependable! I’ve been going here for years and it’s still one of my favorite spots before or after a Broadway show. It works especially well for a mixed group since they have plenty of options including dishes without meat and everyone can find something. Even my picky niece and nephew were happy. My favorite entree is the Capellini Puttanesca, with capers, olives, basil, and anchovies. It’s super tasty, satisfying, and the perfect portion. I also love that they offer wine by the glass and the service is consistently attentive. The waiters are always moving through the room, checking tables, refilling water, and making sure people have what they need. It’s good, reliable, and near Broadway. NOTES/TIPS: **Reservations recommended via Google, Open Table; wheelchair accessible; clean bathrooms.

A true find and an easy walk from nearby hotels. We shared the tomato caprese and I Rigatoni (chicken, sausage and pasta in a cream sauce). The tiramisu and mini canoli were great! Service was very good. Prices are reasonable.

I am such a hard sell!! But they exceeded expectations. You have to be careful because in time square you can get non sense resturants. I really enjoyed the food and our service. SERVICE: Pedro is a fun server and really good at his job. He had a really nice way of adapting to the personalities of each each table. Yes I am nosey so I noticed. FOOD: The claims were good, just a little fishy for my mood but my partner really like it. We shared the Alfredo and the noddles taste like they are in hous home made and the sauce too. We ordered extra chicken too. The portion is a single size portion so you can eat it alone. I nust wanted less food yesterday. AMBIENCE: the only thing is the christmas garlins slipped down behind us, but the place is cute quaint and inviting. Thank you, I am a new yorker that left a while ago, so it was nice to come home and have this gem

Just steps inside the Theatre District on 47th Street, this historical family-owned Italian establishment is where locals, tourists, and theatergoers gather for timeless flavors, generous portions, and exceptional hospitality, and it's where my partner, his family, and I decided on dinner before our show. The reservation was easily made a couple of days in advance via OpenTable. Upon entering Trattoria Trecolori last night, we were greeted by the staff and seated promptly inside their 2-story dining room upstairs by the window with exposed brick walls, evoking a lively without being too loud and casual vibe. Their menu has something for everyone, with classic dishes and some delicious specialties that will satisfy even the pickiest of eaters, with some gluten-free options. We decided on two orders of the Red Snapper special of the day, Farfalle Primavera, and Chicken Tre Funghi. For dessert, some of us opted for Mini Cannoli and Tiramisu. Complimentary fresh bread and butter started our meal. All dishes were served and prepared with care using the finest ingredients. The prices were incredibly fair considering the location. All of our servers were friendly and attentive. Our server was Sergio. We had a wonderful dining experience as Trattoria Trecolori filled our hearts and stomachs!

We stopped by for a quick meal before a Broadway show and were seated promptly. The server noted our 45‑minute time limit and recommended dishes with shorter prep times. We waited only 15 minutes and made it to the theater on time. We ordered three pastas. The Fettuccine Alfredo is highly recommended. My wife loved the Farfalle Primavera — the vegetables were perfectly cooked. My daughter found the Penne Arrabbiata a bit spicier than expected (not noted on the menu).

I had dinner here on a Friday night before a Broadway show and the place was packed. I had reservations and got seated fast. Fun vibes with live band playing salsa. I ordered Rice with Shrimp and plantains , Empanadas sampler and Pork. The entrees came with black beans and the portions were generous. The empanadas were delicious and I chose shrimp, beef and ropa vieja. Happy Hour is from 4-7pm and you can order the HH drinks from the table but if you want to order HH food, you have to be at the bar. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely go back. A really cool spot for some Cuban food in Manhattan. The restaurant had some cool Cuban vibes. The pictures and art work were a nice vibe. We started out with the assortment of three empanadas (beef, chicken and cheese) my personal favorite was the chicken. For my entree I only wanted a small plate, so I ordered the masitas de cerdo which were served with tostones. It was a perfect side (appetizer size) with a side order of avocado. My girlfriend had the white rice with black beans. Both dishes were good. As we were leaving, a small band was setting up to play. The service and decor were really nice. The waiter was quick to take care of all or dining needs. I recommend you do reservations in order to get a table.

Esthetically it’s a very pleasant looking restaurant, spacious with plenty of options where to be seated. The service is very good, and pretty quick, however our reservation was pre after work crowd. As for the food, appetizers of oysters and calamari were good, as were the sorbet and parfait desserts, the main course of hanger steak was not. The dish lacked seasoning and the meat was chewy for both my friend and I. I mentioned that to both the servers and the manager. Also $11.50 for a 16 oz plastic bottle of flat water is a bit ridiculous.

Oceana is an amazing sea food restaurant, the restaurant itself is really beautiful and elegant, the atmosphere was lively but not noisy. Our server was exceptional, definitely felt like I was a high end restaurant. The seafood was excellent, very fresh and prepared deliciously. Had a really lovely dinner.

I can honestly say that Oceans is the best seafood restaurant I have ever experienced. From the moment we walked in, everything felt exceptional. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed — refined without being stuffy. There’s a real buzz in the room, but it never feels overwhelming. The space is beautifully designed and creates the perfect setting for a special evening. The service was outstanding. Attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being overbearing — the staff clearly take pride in what they do. Every recommendation was spot on, and we were made to feel genuinely welcome throughout the entire meal. As for the seafood, it was simply superb. We came to Oceana for Restaurant Week and had an amazing experience. The swordfish ceviche was incredibly fresh, unique, and honestly the best ceviche I’ve ever had. The fish entrée was grilled perfectly, and the seafood pasta was cooked beautifully with well-balanced, flavorful sauces. We were genuinely impressed — the quality and execution felt even stronger than some Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve visited during Restaurant Week. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and the service was attentive throughout. Highly recommend.

The Capital Grille is a special place for me. It was my first great American steakhouse where I was introduced to the science of steaks. It happened many years ago, and since then I've been to many great steakhouses, but Capital Grille will always be a special one for me. So when deciding on a place to celebrate 3 birthdays with my girlfriends, the Capital Grille was a no-brainer. And it didn't disappoint. Everything was great - service, food, ambiance. I personally love their wedge salad. It's not a complicated salad, but they do it specifically well. Our steaks were cooked perfectly as we ordered. The wague fillet mignon was out of this world good. Truffle parmesan fries hit the right spot. A complimentary dessert was a cherry 🍒 on top. Evening well spent.

The Capital Grille in Midtown is where I go when I need a reliable business dinner that never disappoints. The dry-aged porterhouse is consistently excellent with a deep beefy flavor that comes from proper aging and a kitchen that respects the process. The lobster mac and cheese is indulgent in the best way creamy rich with chunks of lobster that justify the price. The wine list is extensive and well-curated with an emphasis on bold California cabs that pair perfectly with the steaks. What sets Capital Grille apart from the trendy steakhouse scene is consistency. Every single time I walk in I know exactly what I am getting and it is always good. The service is professional without being robotic they know their regulars and they treat first-timers with the same attention. The bar area is ideal for a pre-dinner drink or a meeting that does not need a full table. The decor is classic dark wood and white tablecloths but it never feels dated it feels intentional. In a city where restaurants come and go faster than taxi cabs Capital Grille has maintained its standard year after year. That reliability might not make headlines but it builds a loyal clientele and I am one of them. When the deal matters and the dinner needs to be right this is where I go. It never lets me down.

I don’t know what’s happened to this place but it’s not the same place it was 5 years ago. It seems there have been some management Co changes since around 2023 that might explain things. I used to eat here regularly at least a couple of times per month when i lived in hell’s kitchen. The NY strip used to be melt in the mouth with a perfectly seasoned crispy char/sear/crust on the top. Now - almost zero char and under seasoned - first time i have ever reached for the salt shaker. The texture of the beef was also grainy. Id taken a friend from out of town here because he’d never had a proper NY steak. This left him very underwhelmed. See photo for comparison of what it used to look like now (left) vs then (right) At $72 a pop it’s too expensive to try again on the off chance things return to their prior form. It’s a shame because the place itself is beautiful and the vibes and service are still superb…

hopped in for a late lunch at this popular midtown steakhouse. The mouthwatering wagyu burgers here are to die for. Juicy, well marbled blend of wagyu patty grilled to perfection and topped with caramelized onions and white cheddar cheese. This is one serious steakhouse burger!

Quality steaks, apps and desserts for sure. The service was great, restaurant was clean and the atmosphere screamed steakhouse. In my opinion though, when in NYC there are so many steakhouses, I’d look for a classic NYC steakhouse for an authentic experience.

La Masseria offers a genuinely warm dining experience. Even when busy, the staff takes the time to check on every table and make sure everything is taken care of. They may not be flawless, but they are truly attentive. As a rabbit lover, I had the rabbit dish, and it was absolutely delicious. My friends ordered steak and seafood, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Everyone left very satisfied. The cocktails were excellent, and the dessert was delightful, especially the Tartufo al Cioccolato. They also have an outstanding wine selection. It’s not overly expensive, but not exactly cheap either, more of a mid-range spot with great quality. Definitely a place worth visiting for a fantastic meal in Manhattan.

Perfect classic italian food. Zero notes everything was seasoned perfectly. Best meatballs ive had in nyc so plush and delectable. Never too much oil or too much salt, but still flavourful. Every single thing was expertly prepared. I loved the branzino special (best ive had, done to perfection, moist flavourful light and but nicely grilled) and the agnolotti. I will be back asap.

Beautiful restaurant with the best handmade pasta you can find. Always ask for their daily specials. The pasta texture is something else. You can literally taste the sauce with the pasta in your mouth. The other dishes were okay. Their drink was good. The only downside is the bread. Great place if you plan on seeing a show afterwards.

My husband and friends and I went to La Masseria NYC for the early NYE seating, and everything was fantastic from start to finish. The food was incredibly fresh, the atmosphere was lively and festive, and while they definitely know how to pack the place (seating was a little tight), it added to the New Year’s energy. Our server Omar was wonderful—super nice, attentive, and on top of everything despite how busy it was. The salted caramel espresso martinis were to die for. We started with the calamari and shrimp appetizer, cooked to absolute perfection (sadly forgot to take a pic 😅). I ordered the spinach gnocchi, and it was hands down the fluffiest, most delicious dish I’ve ever had. My husband got the spicy chicken, and they were happy to substitute double mashed potatoes since he’s not a fan of spinach—such a thoughtful touch. Truly, nothing was a flop. Can’t wait to come back and try even more from the menu. Highly recommend! 🍸🍝✨

I can see why this is Ariana Grande’s favorite Italian restaurant in NYC! The food and the service are top top notch! The staff would even show you a photo of them with Ariana if you ask. I ordered her favorite pasta and it was so fresh, heavenly and beyond delicious! The cheesecake is made with cheese directly from Italy and it’s silky smooth, fresh and light! The fish is also very soft and delicious! It’s so nice to be able to have the faves of your faves in NYC! ☺️
