4 Star Rating Overall, solid experience but nothing to call home for. Standard pub with the conventional selections, exactly what you’d expect. Went on a Saturday after 5pm and was seated promptly for four people. Most of the tables were packed by that point so we lucked out. Food: Not a huge menu but they have what you’d expect: fish and chips, sheppard’s pie, chicken pot pie, burgers, corn beef, etc. We got nachos to start, and mains: the Reuben sandwich, fish and chips, and turkey burger. All were fine- not the best and not the worst. Prices were a bit high for the quality, but you’d expect as much in Times Square area. Drinks: The noticeable difference is that they have over 40 beers on tap. We got the Connolly’s Red Ales and they were pretty good. Service: Pretty good for a packed house. Prompt to sit, drinks came within reasonable time, food came fairly short after too. Atmosphere: Exactly what you’d expect for an Irish pub. They have funky door handles so that was an interesting difference.

5 Star Rating This is a really cool spot. It is aesthetically pleasing and exciting to see. They have draft handles as faucets in bathroom and kegs as a sink - that IS really cool and creative. The staff was welcoming and everyone went above and beyond. The serve was kind, professional, efficient and he and the rest of the servers and bussers continually checked on us and other tables. They work as a team. The ambiance is lovely. They okay music but we went during a championship game so game was playing which was the reason for us going in the first place. TVs everywhere. The prices are reasonable. There is a great selection of menu items and plenty of Irish dishes. We ordered the spicy wings, pot pie and fries. The fries are amazing! Nice and airy and crispy and cooked to perfection. The pot pie was good but I personally like a more chicken knorr or poultry seasoning flavoring which I felt lacked. Overall just okay for my liking. The fried were good. Fresh and piping hot. Great place just off time square (one block) wit a great vibe. We settled on their roof top bar that’s closed off with AC but there’s an outdoor are for smokers. I highly recommend this place.

2 Star Rating I've had a terrific time here at St. Patrick's Day, but not good on a recent trip where the place was practically empty. If I didn't know to ask for upstairs seating, I would have been relegated to the dark downstairs. Thankfully, someone overheard and interceded because the front of house folks were not communicating well. I initially had a wonderful server upstairs, but a big party was coming in so I was moved and forgotten. I had to track someone down to remind them I had asked for water on this blazing hot day. I appreciated that they found a spot for me near a TV as requested. The Margarita flatbread had some sauce on it, absolutely no crushed tomatoes as described, and just little bits of shredded basil. No one ever came back to check and I finally found another server so I could pay and get out of there. I had asked the server if something had gone wrong between moving my heat and also commented that the food was not as described and was just told she was sorry for my experience. Never again.

5 Star Rating After almost 10 years, it was great to get to experience this fine establishment with my family and I'm so glad we did. The service here is brilliant with its friendly staff and flowing coffee. Bernie made a fuss over my niece each time we came in and gave her some Connollys merch, he ever got her to be posted on their Instagram page. The breakfast was a hit every time. I highly recommend the French toast. It comes with fresh fruit and a bowl of maple syrup and it tastes so good. The best French toast I've ever had.

5 Star Rating Great Irish pub for the season of St.Patrick. location is great, a block from time square. The potatoes leak soup was amazing as was the Shepards pie. The service was great too, very quick and attentive without being overbearing in any way. Give traditional Irish pub vibes and great selection of beer and whiskey Hoghly recommend!

5 Star Rating What a fantastic happy hour experience at Blue Fin inside the W Hotel Times Square! We were staying at the W and needed a quick, delicious bite before heading to musical theater, and they absolutely delivered. The food was incredible. We devoured the mini lobster rolls, perfectly steamed edamame, flavorful crab cake, and those truly memorable tuna poke tacos. For happy hour, head upstairs to the spacious and beautifully decorated bar, which I loved for its striking blue accents. A big shout-out to the amazing staff who made the experience even better! I'll definitely be back on my next trip to New York. Happy Hour Daily 4 - 6PM & 9PM - Close

3 Star Rating If you expect a high end sushi place it is not. Our server was nice and did a good job. The food tasted good, presentation was nice but my expectations were just too high. Sparkling water was served with ice (this is a first for me). There was no hot sake which is unusual for a sushi restaurant. We had bread but it didn't taste fresh. It took a long time to get dessert and a check. The bathroom decor was nice but looks like no one cleaned it for a whole day. It just overall there was not enough attention to details. I was not overwhelmed. Summary: sushi rolls are good. Decor of the restaurant is good. Overall an average sushi place with high (as expected for Manhattan) prices.

5 Star Rating Blue Fin is a solid choice for a pre-theater meal. The seafood was fresh across the board, with particularly interesting sushi options that stood out. Oysters were excellent—briny and well-shucked—while the crab cakes were decent, though not especially memorable. Service was quick and attentive, perfect for a tight curtain call. The space is sleek, and the jellyfish-inspired lighting fixture adds a unique, modern vibe. Worth a stop if you’re in the area.

4 Star Rating Solid three-course dinner, which ends at 8pm. The meal started with a fresh salad, followed by a perfectly seasoned filet mignon (didn't need to add salt) with nice grill marks, and finished with a fantastic bread pudding — easily the highlight of the night. I also tried the seabass, which was moist, buttery, and beautifully cooked. One hiccup: my shoes kept slipping on the floor, which made walking around a little uncomfortable. I ordered a wine I wasn’t a fan of, but the staff handled it graciously, replacing it with a Cakebread Chardonnay without hesitation. The server was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Honestly, I was surprised the food was this good given the heavy tourist traffic in the area. Worth a stop if you’re nearby.

5 Star Rating I would give this place 6 stars if I could. The staff is incredibly accommodating even though we reserved the afternoon of our visit, and had 4 kids in tow. We were taken care of by the most amazing staff who anticipated what we wanted, and what the kids needed. For a high end steakhouse to accommodate 2 families on a last minute reservation, we were both impressed and were highly appreciative. The steaks are absolutely amazing. If you're splurging on a nice-in-a-lifetime visit, go for the dry aged steaks. The dry aged boneless ribeye is worth the price, and order it rare!

4 Star Rating This is a stellar food destination, with a few rough edges. I love the location, across from Radio City Music Hall, near Times Square, and I love the decor, which is lots of wood and leather without being too retro. Our tuna tartare appetizer was fabulous, and surprised my wife with Indonesian prawn crackers, just like her home! The cocktails were “stiff!” No skimping on booze there! My dry Manhattan was killer! The bread basket was a delight! Had to stop myself at 2 of the buttery soft buns! Gerard our waiter was attentive but not excessively so, and Caesar the manager couldn’t have been nicer. Sweet guy! Gerard doubled as a sommelier as well, and steered us truly into some great California Zin. The sides were well executed!! So what are the rough edges? Unfortunately it was the very reason we went to a steakhouse! It was the steak! Granted, it was cooked to spec, but the ribeye was so salty that it numbed the tongue, and lacked any semblance of nuance. We politely made it known and they politely took note, all the while saying that it’s been an issue for years. I hope this reaches the right ears and eyes because we love the place in spite of that. As for the other rough edge? It’s a pet peeve of mine. Fine dining deserves a fine atmosphere. The steakhouse clearly has in writing that there’s a dress code. My wife actually spent a few hours shopping because we thought our vacation wardrobe was too casual! Looks like sales trumped the rules again as it so often does. I saw the very same sneakers, crocs, shorts and T shirts they say they expressly forbid. After we made every effort to turn up nicely dressed (which we like doing)Add to that, that the people at the next table decided to have a loud and raucous face-time call with relatives which definitely was an intrusion. A word to them by management would have been appreciated. Anyway, that’s it! We’ll be back!

5 Star Rating Talk about dinner and a show, Ellen’s Stardust Diner is AMAZING! You’re having a lovely meal and all of a sudden a chorus breaks out in various show tunes. After the first singing waitress your head is on a swivel to see who will sing next. It’s amazing to see and hear so many amazing people working in an industry that isn’t their passion, because they all dream of being on Broadway. The food was delicious, flavorful and came to the table very quickly. Would totally recommend anyone in the NYC Times Square area to please check out Ellen’s Stardust Diner, you will not be disappointed.

5 Star Rating Fun! Fun! Visited with my teenage daughter and we enjoyed this place so much! Arrived around 11:30 am for lunch and there was a long line as they do not take reservations. We waited about ten minutes and being a party of two were seated pretty quickly and skipped about 60 people ahead of us literally due to being just the two of us. The food was good and service quick and accurate. We enjoyed the lively atmosphere and the entertainment! We will go again! Had tickets to Wicked at 2 pm and it’s a short walk to the Gershwin theatre. Timing was perfect!

4 Star Rating A fantastic experience here. The shock of hearing amazing live singing that sounds like audio was fabulous! All the workers looked like they genuinely loved working there, from singing on the stage to serving us with a smile. The burgers were alright, and the fries were great. Overall, an all-rounder! My only problem here was the wait, even with a reservation. As we were a big group, I understand it may be hard to get the space ready, however, it took us about an hour to get in! That’s beyond unreasonable for a reservation and as a group who had a planned schedule out. I believe that they should focus on their time management more as they’re always bustling with customers.

3 Star Rating The atmosphere is great. We got sat right away (Monday around 1230pm). The singing/performing is obviously the best part of this restaurant. Otherwise, priced for the novelty and popularity than the quality of the food. We had waffles, eggs Benedict and chicken tenders. Waffles portion was small with prepackaged Kraft syrup. Adding 2 eggs and bacon was additional $8. The eggs Benedict’s were ok. Eggs were poached just right. The chicken tenders were ok. 6.5/10. Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was tough. Maybe it sat around toasted for a while before it was served. Had higher expectations for the food here. Overall the location is a cool experience but overpriced as much of NYC novelty type locations. Visit for the entertainment.

That's pretty cool was when you get coffee they give you granulated cubed brown sugar as well.

4 Star Rating Elegant simple decor, very large. Stopped by for lunch and was a little bit the outcast as I was a party of one. They questioned whether they had room in the restaurant and decided they did so I was seated there (while it did fill up while I was there it was certainly not full). This is more of a pet peeve for me, but when they ask if you want sparkling or still, particularly if you are a party of one I wish they would tell you that you are purchasing a bottle. It’s not the cost but the waste that bothers me. Bread was delicious, pillowy and full of garlic with a touch of salt on top. Calamari appetizer was one of the best I have had. Perfectly crisp and I have never had it served with tartar sauce before and i like it (it helped that it was a very nice tartar sauce). Burrata shrimp salad was tasty. Menu states sunflower seeds, but there were none in my salad. Not sure if they forgot or if the menu is outdated. The quinoa was sprinkled throughout the salad and added a nice bit of texture to each bite. The burrata was very creamy and almost acted as additional dressing. It was dressed nicely, not to much but absolutely enough. The shrimp was rather bland ( honestly probably my perception, not sure what I was expecting) but good. Croutons were great, so crispy. Meyer lemon parfait was delicious. The curd was extremely tart ( which I loved) but as the parfait is served you can make your own perfect bite because all items are separate. Service was also great.

5 Star Rating Went here while in the city and so glad we received this location from a friends recommendation as it was exactly what we were looking for for dinner. The location is beautiful, the staff friendly and had full knowledge of the menu. The food came out prepared perfectly and tasting so fresh. We will deff be back here!

4 Star Rating We visited this place because it’s known for its steaks. The three of us shared two different cuts, and while the meat itself seemed to be of good quality, the seasoning was far too strong and salty—we couldn't eat much and ended up leaving most of it. Compared to many great steakhouses in Manhattan, it was a bit of a letdown. That said, the service was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed.

5 Star Rating Best steak ever. I strongly recommend you to try it. The food that comes with it is as good as the meat itself. They have bought the full harvest of a good wine brand. Their cocktails are also good. The light level is very suitable for an elegant dinner. The ambiance is nice. There is quality furniture and upholstery. The walls are decorated with nice pictures. The waiters are attentive, but they are not very good at effectively arranging the table. Put everything I said aside, you have to try this meat

4 Star Rating My friend and I sat at the bar, and we had a great time thanks to the bartender — he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at ease right away. However, the experience with the rest of the staff was disappointing. The waiters came off as rude and unapproachable, which really took away from the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. It’s a shame because the place itself is beautiful, but the service from the floor staff left a negative impression.

5 Star Rating Service was excellent and the food and drinks were amazing! The Doli drink was so refreshing. The roasted chicken with risotto was delicious and the portion size was very large. The lobster was perfect and the creamed corn was also very tasty. Thanks for a great evening!

5 Star Rating Had a lovely time dining here with my significant other. Very fancy restaurant. Service was great and food came out at a decent pace. Food was super yummy, although, I found myself still a bit hungry after. It worked out for me because i had a lot of walking to do after. Flavors were incredible, textures were just right. Will definitely come again when we are around the area for a special occasion. I recommend!

4 Star Rating Service was good, though was a bit confusing at times(almost ordered a cappuccino with my tiramisu?). Good menu selection, food came out at a reasonable time. Pasta was good, tiramisu was very good. Bathrooms were clean. Two birthdays in the lower section and fun to see the servers singing and bringing cake.

5 Star Rating Love this place after a long day of work in the city. We went there multiple times in a week because the food was incredible. All pasta is made fresh in house too! The staff were very kind and pleasant. Can’t wait to come back.

4 Star Rating They have a very sophisticated and attractive decor here. While some OTHER Italian restaurants will be closed at 10 p.m., THIS restaurant still has a lot of people dining in it. A complimentary bread basket comes with a small dish of lentils, their bread sticks are delicious. I tried their salmon with mustard sauce ($39.50), ordered medium. It was served that way, it was moist and I enjoyed it. A thin electric candle ads a nice touch to each table. They serve the same menu for lunch and dinner.

5 Star Rating Absolute perfection! We picked this place on a whim a few days earlier and so glad we did. We had a reservation, but we opted to sit at the bar. We got appetizers and drinks. The bartender was fantastic - he made some great recommendations for food and was on the spot with the service! We split everything, and things even came out on 2 plates so we didn't have to try to figure out how to best separate. A little extra thought really does go a long way. Great vibe and atmosphere. Amazing location in the heart of the theater district. Will definitely be back!
