3 Star Rating Sasha and Ronan really made our evening a spectacular one. The service was great, the ambiance was casual and homey. The dim lighting maybe hiding a lot more than it seems, as the whole place needs a bit of a cleaning, and there was a funky smell as you sat at the bar. The food was not bad, I enjoyed the Shepherd's Pie the best. The Bangers were over cooked, fried to an almost burnt and dried out texture, and the mashed potatoes served with it, were under seasoned, however, I enjoyed the sauce & onions. The Fish & Chips were not the best I've had, the batter itself was heavy, and it was a bit burnt as well. I figure the kitchen was trying to close, and they wanted to kick the orders out quickly, thus some of our dishes were burnt. Drinks were good here!

4 Star Rating Overall, solid experience but nothing to call home for. Standard pub with the conventional selections, exactly what you’d expect. Went on a Saturday after 5pm and was seated promptly for four people. Most of the tables were packed by that point so we lucked out. Food: Not a huge menu but they have what you’d expect: fish and chips, sheppard’s pie, chicken pot pie, burgers, corn beef, etc. We got nachos to start, and mains: the Reuben sandwich, fish and chips, and turkey burger. All were fine- not the best and not the worst. Prices were a bit high for the quality, but you’d expect as much in Times Square area. Drinks: The noticeable difference is that they have over 40 beers on tap. We got the Connolly’s Red Ales and they were pretty good. Service: Pretty good for a packed house. Prompt to sit, drinks came within reasonable time, food came fairly short after too. Atmosphere: Exactly what you’d expect for an Irish pub. They have funky door handles so that was an interesting difference.

5 Star Rating If you’re looking for a true taste of Ireland in the heart of NYC, Connolly’s Pub is it. We stopped in for a traditional Irish breakfast and left feeling like we had just visited friends in Dublin. The breakfast was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked eggs, hearty sausages, crispy bacon, tomatoes, and beans, all washed down with a perfectly poured pint of Guinness. What really made the experience unforgettable was Barry, the owner. He welcomed us like old friends, shared stories, and even gave us a little tour of his beautiful hotel next door. The tartan seat covers, Irish décor, and cozy atmosphere brought me right back to my honeymoon in Ireland — a place that still feels like home to me. I even fell in love with the coffee mugs… and brought a couple home! ☕ If you want warm hospitality, delicious food, and a genuine Irish experience without leaving New York, Connolly’s Pub is a must.

5 Star Rating Great pub, super friendly staff, great beer and whiskey selection, what else could you ask for? Came in on a Friday late afternoon and the upstairs bar was nice and quiet. Had great conversation and ended up staying for a couple more beers than we intended because we were relaxed and enjoying the atmosphere.

4 Star Rating Blue Fin was just what we needed. This place is in the heart of Times Square and has some very good rolls and drinks. The ambiance is great for a tourist-zone restaurant. The sea bass bites were very good and the Broadway roll stole the show. Great drinks and although I wish ai could remember her name, our server was very accommodating and was excellent.

5 Star Rating What a fantastic happy hour experience at Blue Fin inside the W Hotel Times Square! We were staying at the W and needed a quick, delicious bite before heading to musical theater, and they absolutely delivered. The food was incredible. We devoured the mini lobster rolls, perfectly steamed edamame, flavorful crab cake, and those truly memorable tuna poke tacos. For happy hour, head upstairs to the spacious and beautifully decorated bar, which I loved for its striking blue accents. A big shout-out to the amazing staff who made the experience even better! I'll definitely be back on my next trip to New York. Happy Hour Daily 4 - 6PM & 9PM - Close

3 Star Rating If you expect a high end sushi place it is not. Our server was nice and did a good job. The food tasted good, presentation was nice but my expectations were just too high. Sparkling water was served with ice (this is a first for me). There was no hot sake which is unusual for a sushi restaurant. We had bread but it didn't taste fresh. It took a long time to get dessert and a check. The bathroom decor was nice but looks like no one cleaned it for a whole day. It just overall there was not enough attention to details. I was not overwhelmed. Summary: sushi rolls are good. Decor of the restaurant is good. Overall an average sushi place with high (as expected for Manhattan) prices.

5 Star Rating I came in for restaurant week and was blown away. The menu was way more than I could eat and great value for the price. I ordered the Blue Fin Roll, filet and chocolate diva. Y server was amazing! Audrey made some minor changes to the blue fin roll when I said I wasn’t a huge fan of the sriracha that was on it and she let the chef know and they made it more gochujang sauce and even she even recommended a spicy mayo on the side which was just a perfect fit for the roll. If you can get Audrey as a server I highly recommend her! My only downside to the whole night was I couldn’t finish the cake because the rest of the food was just so good!

5 Star Rating Del Frisco’s offers the kind of classic steakhouse experience that lives up to its reputation. I visited for my birthday at the recommendation of my partner’s brother, and the evening was exceptional from start to finish. The centerpiece of our meal was a 34-ounce porterhouse, perfectly cooked to a medium-rare that balanced a charred exterior with a tender, juicy interior. The steak delivered exactly what one expects from a top-tier steakhouse, both in flavor and execution. Accompanying sides often risk being an afterthought, but here the mashed potatoes were a highlight in their own right, rich, buttery, and layered with garlic that enhanced rather than overwhelmed. For dessert, the kitchen presented a celebratory dish that closed the meal on a high note, a thoughtful and indulgent finish to an already memorable evening. Del Frisco’s succeeds in maintaining an atmosphere that feels both refined and celebratory, making it an excellent choice for special occasions. From the quality of the steak to the details in service and presentation, it is a dining experience that justifies its reputation and one I would readily return to.

5 Star Rating Del Frisco’s Double Eagle in New York never disappoints. Every visit feels like a masterclass in how a true steakhouse should be run. The steaks are consistently outstanding—perfectly cooked to your preference, tender, and full of flavor. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in getting it just right every single time. One standout for me is their crab cakes. They’re unlike any I’ve had elsewhere—perfectly seared, packed with fresh crab, and elevated with a subtle touch of Indian masala that adds just the right amount of warmth and depth without overpowering the delicate seafood. It’s a unique twist that sets them apart from the typical steakhouse appetizer. On top of the excellent food, the service is always impeccable. The staff strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, making you feel genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere is elegant yet lively, which makes it ideal for both business dinners and special occasions.

4 Star Rating I finally went to Del Frisco's after a couple of friends raved about it. I ordered the usual bone-in ribeye to ensure a fair comparison to the many other steakhouses I've been to. Upon receiving the steak it came overcooked. We ordered medium and it was more like well done. They quickly replaced the dish, even took away our side dishes to ensure we can enjoy the sides hot with our replacement steak. The replacement quickly came as they happened to have another order of the same temperature and gave us that one instead. To my disappointment, the bone is quite small and they also wet-age their steak, which I find less flavorful. Both the corn and the mushrooms were good, however, I find their portions are on the smaller side. With the same number of dishes ordered from my favorite steakhouse, I'd be leaving feeling fairly full and satisfied. It wasn't the case at Del Frisco's. Granted, we usually order a mashed potatoes instead but I wanted to try their corn. Overall, it was a nice dining experience. The service was good and the environment was nice.

5 Star Rating WOW!!! If you're in the Big Apple and are looking to stop somewhere for a quick bite and catch a show....This is The Place for Both!!! The Stardust was envisioned by a former Miss Subways beauty queen, and it is where you'll find Great Food served by an amazingly talented staff of actual Broadway performers! They take turns breaking into spectacular songs, showing off their pipes! Our wonderful waiter rang up 2 bills and filled & served multiple beverage orders without missing a note, balancing the bevs & bills with the mic! Your host invites you to toss a donation into a blinged-out bucket to help your wait staff pay for added lessons as they wait for their Big break. You may have already seen them on the Great White Way! Years ago they used to hop up on special tables to strut their stuff, but these days they have a cleverly built mini runway down the center of the main floor. The food was fabulous (grilled cheese perfection with waffle fries!) and if we waited for it we didn't notice because we were enjoying the non-stop show! There was a line outside to get itn, and they go by the number in your party to coordinate with the seats available. It went fairly quickly and was So Worth It!! And don't forget to purchase some mementos on your way out!!

5 Star Rating Dinner and a show with absolutely amazing voices. I’ve seen so many videos about this restaurant and I finally was able to visit. I went on a Tuesday night around 10:30 PM. There was no line so once I told them it was just me they essentially sent me upstairs to my seat. I think I had like four or five people waiting on me, everyone sort of rocks around assisting everyone since at any point in time a server could be performing. I think that’s an amazing model and I’ve always wondered how they did that. Everyone sounds absolutely magical here and I can’t wait to see them on Broadway very soon! Oh yeah, the food is also amazing. I had a create your own omelette and a brownie with ice cream and fudge. A wacky meal I know, but it was actually the only meal I ate today so why not go weird enough for Tuesday right? The food came out relatively quick. And if it didn’t, I truly couldn’t tell because I was watching the performances. Lol

5 Star Rating If you're looking for a quintessential New York experience that's equal parts diner and dazzling Broadway preview, look no further than Ellen's Stardust Diner. I've been fortunate enough to visit this iconic spot multiple times, each time bringing along new friends, and the reaction is always the same: pure delight. Let's be clear: the food at Ellen's isn't going to win any Michelin stars, but it's far from bad. Think classic American diner fare – burgers, fries, milkshakes – all served up hot and satisfying. It's definitely better than just "okay," but honestly, the culinary delights aren't the main draw here. You come to Ellen's Stardust Diner for one reason, and one reason only: the music, the singing, and the show! From the moment you step inside, you're immersed in an atmosphere unlike any other. The incredibly talented waitstaff, many of whom are aspiring Broadway stars, take turns belting out show tunes, pop hits, and classic rock anthems with astounding vocal prowess. It's an impromptu concert that unfolds around your table, turning a simple meal into an unforgettable performance. The energy is infectious, the talent undeniable, and the experience is, without fail, absolutely fantastic. A huge thank you to everyone who makes this place so special. Shout-outs to Danny, Xavier, Ellie, and every single performer who pours their heart and soul into every song. Your talent and passion are what truly make Ellen's Stardust Diner a must-visit destination in NYC!

3 Star Rating Olive Garden used to be one of my favorite restaurants—great food, great ambiance—but it’s definitely going downhill, or maybe it was just this specific location (Downtown Manhattan). The place is huge, clearly designed to handle large crowds since it’s in the heart of a major tourist area. Although the restaurant was full, we were seated immediately, which was impressive. We ordered the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo, which was surprisingly bland—no flavor, not even salt. The lasagna tasted like a store-bought frozen meal: dry on the inside and drowned in a thick sauce that didn’t complement it well. The main course came with a large shared salad and some breadsticks, both at no extra cost. When we asked for olive oil and butter, the staff brought them right away, again free of charge—which was appreciated. I also ordered a beer and a margarita; my friend found the margarita overly sweet and hard to enjoy. The highlight of the visit was definitely the service. Our waiter Anthony was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. All the other staff were pleasant and professional too. ⸻ Overall: Great service, but unfortunately, the food didn’t meet expectations. Hoping it was just an off day for this location.

3 Star Rating First and last time at Olive Garden. The food was pretty good, but the service needs serious work. When we arrived up the escalator we didn’t immediately realise the hostess desk was a sharp left and left again, and the attitude of this particular staff member appeared to annoyance based on her facial expression, rather than understanding of the confusion. This set the tone for the entire meal. Our waiter was friendly but not attentive, he delivered our starters but we had no cutlery, and it took five minutes to get anyone’s attention to resolve the matter. It could have been solved quicker if staff were not continuously on their phones or chatting to each other. One staff member was on their phone 50 minutes out of the hour, they were in my line of sight and it was hard to ignore the unprofessionalism. Then, when our food did arrive, one of the orders was incorrect, but it was resolved quickly. Finally, when our bill came, I was asked directly what % tip I would be giving, when I said 20%, the particular staff member rolled his eyes, as I assume he wanted more. This place needs a serious management and staff overhaul, it should be the flagship store and be setting that standard. Service charge should be for good service, not whatever this was.

5 Star Rating This is hands down my favorite Olive Garden on earth! Located right in the middle of Times Square, it’s the perfect spot for a good meal and some of the best people-watching in NYC. The food is always consistent with what you’d expect from Olive Garden – my go-to is the famous never-ending salad and breadsticks, which never disappoint. 5 Star Rating The Olive Garden in Times Square distinguishes itself with its second-floor location, offering expansive views of the iconic square. True to the brand, the breadsticks, soup and salad are the highlights of the meal and remain staples of the Olive Garden experience. Overall, Olive Garden serves as a reliable choice for those seeking the comfort of familiar Italian-American cuisine while in the United States.

We have tried finding somewhere better closer to home and have had no such luck. Everything we have had has been amazing. We cant brag enough in this place. We returned this year and made it a point to come back. Not just once but twice! This place is amazing and we look forward to visiting when we are in the city again! 🫶🫶

5 Star Rating I chose this restaurant For my mother‘s birthday dinner, we had reservations at 6 PM, but our show ended pretty early. we were still able to be seated earlier, which was amazing. The atmosphere and ambience was really nice spacious and clean. Everyone was polite and friendly. Plenty of space at our table. The food was absolutely amazing. The drinks were delicious. The waiters were very attentive 10 out of 10. This was my First time in Dining in Manhattan and I will be back. Worth the price. The scallops came with four I ate one very quickly because I’m greedy, but it was so good. Perfection.

4 Star Rating Oceana: A True Culinary Gem in New York Dining at Oceana was an unforgettable experience that elevated a simple lunch into a superior event. From the moment we walked in, the environment felt refined and elegant—truly top-tier. It's safe to say this spot is a gem in the block. The food was outstanding, starting with the beautiful presentation of every plate. The star of the evening was the black cod, which was prepared to perfection—flaky, buttery, and incredibly flavorful. The accompanying sides, especially the rich and comforting creamy spinach and the expertly cooked potatoes, were the ideal complements to the main course. We also thoroughly enjoyed the fresh bread service. To finish, the cheesecake for dessert was sophisticated and satisfying, providing a perfect ending to the meal. It was creamy and didn't feel heavy at all! Beyond the excellent cuisine, the service deserves the highest praise. Our server was top-notch and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcomed and perfectly cared for throughout the entire evening. If you are looking for a superior dining experience in New York, Oceana is an absolute must-visit.

5 Star Rating I had a wonderful solo meal at Oceana on the high table facing the kitchen. The seafood was fresh and very tasty, the wine list was very broad and pretty well priced (with great advice from the somm), and the starters (special mention for the octopus) really tasty. Judging by the number of Octopus dishes I saw coming out the kitchen, it seems to be very popular!! The service was kind without trying too hard and always with a smile. They were very kind to move me to that table when I spotted it was free after ordering. Best seat in the house in my opinion! I will definitely return when I am next in New York

4 Star Rating Nice restaurant. Service was great I thought the food for the price was just okay. I had the skate with curry and it was overly salty. The honeydew gazpacho was amazing though loved that. The grilled octopus was a little overcooked. Beautiful presentation though of food.

3 Star Rating The food was slightly disappointing, I’ve been twice now for business lunch and felt underwhelmed both times. It’s a pity as they have a good selection for the lunch specials. But I was not impressed with the fried calamari and the lobster pasta didn’t have enough salt, with butter overpowering it. On the positive side, the acoustics make it for good conversation. Service is quick and the decor is elegant. They just need to improve on the food execution.

5 Star Rating I visited this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, and everything was wonderful from start to finish. We were welcomed at the table with decorative touches that made the evening feel extra special. The appetizers were delicious, the cocktails were excellent, and the steak was cooked perfectly—we loved it. A special thank you to Edgar, who went above and beyond to make our night memorable. We truly appreciate his help and kindness. Highly recommended!

5 Star Rating Started with fresh oysters. Best steak I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the bone in ribeye accompanied Sam’s mashed potatoes and the grilled asparagus and the service was impeccable. Delaney and the rest of the staff elevated the whole experience. Will definitely come back again and tell my friends to come if they ever have the chance

4 Star Rating We visited this place because it’s known for its steaks. The three of us shared two different cuts, and while the meat itself seemed to be of good quality, the seasoning was far too strong and salty—we couldn't eat much and ended up leaving most of it. Compared to many great steakhouses in Manhattan, it was a bit of a letdown. That said, the service was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed.

5 Star Rating Best steak ever. I strongly recommend you to try it. The food that comes with it is as good as the meat itself. They have bought the full harvest of a good wine brand. Their cocktails are also good. The light level is very suitable for an elegant dinner. The ambiance is nice. There is quality furniture and upholstery. The walls are decorated with nice pictures. The waiters are attentive, but they are not very good at effectively arranging the table. Put everything I said aside, you have to try this meat

4 Star Rating My friend and I sat at the bar, and we had a great time thanks to the bartender — he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at ease right away. However, the experience with the rest of the staff was disappointing. The waiters came off as rude and unapproachable, which really took away from the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. It’s a shame because the place itself is beautiful, but the service from the floor staff left a negative impression.

5 Star Rating Terrific choice for dinner. Beautiful restaurant with delicious food and excellent service. Our server, Diego, was very engaging and pleasant and knowledgeable. The cocktails were perfect, as was the food. The place is noisy with happy patrons, but not too noisy to have a conversation. Very relaxing, enjoyable dinner. ♿️

3 Star Rating They have a very sophisticated and attractive decor here. While some OTHER Italian restaurants will be closed at 10 p.m., THIS restaurant still has a lot of people dining in it. A complimentary bread basket comes with a small dish of lentils, bread, and bread sticks which are delicious. I tried their salmon with mustard sauce ($39.50), ordered medium. It was served that way, it was moist and I enjoyed it. On another visit there I had their Chicken Paesano. The chicken pieces were not tender. On another visit there I tried their rabbit that came with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. The rabbit ($49.50) had lost a lot of its flavor due to its preparation. The mashed potatoes were very enjoyable, the Brussels sprouts were good. A thin electric candle ads a nice touch to each table. They serve the same menu for lunch and dinner.

5 Star Rating Had a lovely time dining here with my significant other. Very fancy restaurant. Service was great and food came out at a decent pace. Food was super yummy, although, I found myself still a bit hungry after. It worked out for me because i had a lot of walking to do after. Flavors were incredible, textures were just right. Will definitely come again when we are around the area for a special occasion. I recommend!

5 Star Rating La Masserie is truly a gem. From the moment you walk in, the warm atmosphere makes you feel like you’ve stepped into an authentic Italian countryside farmhouse. The service is attentive and welcoming without ever feeling rushed, which makes the dining experience even more special. The food is exceptional — fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The pasta is perfectly cooked, the seafood is fresh, and the sauces are rich and balanced. Every dish feels like it was made with care. The wine list is also impressive, with options that pair wonderfully with the menu. For dessert, I highly recommend trying the tiramisu — light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Whether you’re coming for a romantic dinner, a family celebration, or a night out with friends, La Masserie delivers an unforgettable experience. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again.
