I visited this diner for the first time and was really impressed! The food was delicious — everything came out fresh and flavorful. The service was also great — friendly staff and quick to check in. Overall, a really good first experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Walked in and was greeted by a friendly old man who told us we could sit anywhere. My sister and I ordered the pancake deluxe and waffle deluxe and found both dishes extremely filling! The portions were quite generous and the pancake deluxe had 3 massive fluffy pancakes that were very buttery and soft! Each plate came with several pieces of meat — 2 bacon strips, 1 sausage, 1 ham tucked beneath everything. I found the bacon strips and sausage very salty and could’ve been toned down a bit. As for the waffle deluxe, I was hoping there would’ve been more fresh strawberries that could’ve been added to the massive waffle given that it’s almost a $3 add on. I wish there were options for additional sauces such as whipped cream. Loved the simplicity of this meal and definitely enjoyed this experience as a newcomer around this neighbourhood.

Affordable and delicious diner with a large menu and great portions. Maybe a 4.5/5 in quality but 5/5 in quantity and value for money. Ordered the honey fried chicken but did not taste the honey at all. Guacamole was great. Home fries had a satisfying crust and a soft texture. Honestly my meal for $32.50 could have fed two people. Would go again. Service was a bit unorganized, but I went for Sunday brunch so it’s understandable.

It has been many, and I do mean many years since I dined here, so since I was in the neighborhood, I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. I don't remember much about this place from my last visit, other than that it served good food, but after my recent visit I could clearly see that it didn't change. I really liked the atmosphere and service of this restaurant. My server was friendly and attentive, and my food came out pretty quickly in spite of the place being super busy during the breakfast rush. They have a very inexpensive menu with great items, which includes alcoholic drinks. The restaurant itself looks small, but it is very spacious inside and kept very clean. I was pleased with my latest overdue visit, and I will definitely stop by again in the future the next time I am in the area.

Service was great. Food was delicious. I am so happy I went inside. I wanted everything, but decided on the breakfast platter. I was only working in the area for 2 days and YES, I went there to eat both days. I loved the cranberry chicken salad sandwich I ate for lunch. Delicious! Oh, and there's no pork, so that was a plus for me.

I almost came to this place every day for breakfast! The bagels were amazing. We used to get eggs and cheese bagels and they were awesome also the pancakes. The cappuccino had a nice blend of coffee. The guys working there were very friendly and welcoming. I do highly recommend this place if you are up for a decent bite with a reasonable prices.

This is my favorite bagel place in the city. My go-to breakfast sandwich is inexpensive and enormous, and the bagels are fresh and delicious every morning. Every single member of the staff is polite and welcoming, even on busy days. I'm happy to be a regular here and recommend Metro Bagel to everyone I know in the area.

I stopped by for breakfast on a Saturday around 10am. I was honestly very disappointed that I got a bagel with watered down cream cheese I ordered an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and the cream cheese was SUPER watered down, it was melting out of the bagel with every bite. I’ve honestly never experienced such watered down cream cheese before… clearly they’re cutting corners on the cream cheese… the bagel was thin and tasted stale… The service was quick and friendly but not friendly enough to make up for such a sad excuse of a cream cheese bagel…

One of the best spots for a quick bite in this neighborhood. They have a huge menu with all kinds of deli classics as well as fresh bagels and smoothies on deck. Prices are always good, and the food is better.

If you are looking for a place to taste the real flavors of Mexican food, this is the place, and is very affordable. Everything I had tried has been very good, but one of my favorites is the chile relleno and the tacos de cabeza. Definetly worth visiting this place.. and don't forget trying the frozen margaritas.. excellent as well.

Customer service is excellent. The tacos are the best, so good!. Food in general is good and the atmosphere too. Highly recommended. 4 times eating here and the tacos are always amazing. They have consistency. Very good.

Hidden local gem. Authentic cuisine, sit down with no reservations. Good hot food, decent portions, friendly service, strong drinks. Prices are very fair and i hear they have live Mariachi entertainment on the weekends. Definitely a win, win.

Consistently delicious authentic Mexican food with a very friendly and accommodating wait staff. The inside is fairly large for a Brooklyn restaurant which I really like because there's always plenty of space between you and other diners. I go here a couple of times a month and I never get tired of the food, highly recommended.

If you're looking for a pub that isn't overly crowded where you can enjoy drinks with a friend, this is the spot! The only food offering is (frozen) pizza, so you'll want to plan to eat before or after, but that shouldn't deter you. The staff here is very nice, and they've got a good selection of drinks behind the bar and beer on tap. Their prices are decent too, as opposed to those in Manhattan!

Irish Haven is not just a dive bar... it was the perfect place for my brother’s surprise party! From the moment I started planning, Matt ( owner) went above and beyond to bring my vision to life... The entire staff was so accommodating, the day of, Emmett and Nadine were so helpful, and genuinely cared about making the night special. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, the drinks were great, and every single guest had an amazing time. I honestly couldn’t have imagined a better place to celebrate. Dropped into the Irish haven on Monday 18th march,,, I felt right at home straight away, bar staff are really friendly and they can pull you a decent pint of cream... Got talking to the owner's, lovely lads, chatted to them for awhile, and had a good few pints, it made my day to meet some great people... Here for a full week and I intend to go back for a few pints...so if you're ever in Brooklyn, give this place a look in. James, Ballyfermot, Dublin 👍

Johnny's has all the makings of greatness: old-school digs, counter serve, locals of all stripes. And the pizza is excellent. Soft fresh dough, quality moz, bright sauce. Not sure Italians run it anymore, but who cares. Top 10 Brooklyn slice joints?

If you find yourself in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, pop into Johnny's Pizza for the real deal. The owner, Johnny, took my son's multiple allergies (pn, tn, egg, fish, sesame, poppy, pumpkin, sunflower seeds) very seriously; in fact, Johnny's daughter has allergies, so he understood! Johnny's is very much an old-school, authentic pizza joint-nothing fancy- just really delicious Brooklyn pizza! Perfection!! Pictured is their square pie.

This is a classic pizzeria that has withstood the test of time. Est. 1968 the pizza is delicious the variety is enough to keep traditionalists like myself happy with extra cheese and pepperoni and sausage or the grandma slice and for the more adventurous types they will be pleased by the Hawaiian style. They also have appetizers like beef patties, garlic knots and they make delicious heros and pasta dishes. Take a trip to this great place and Manga!! Enjoy!!!

I always walked by this store on my break during work but never tried it. I decided to go in today and nonetheless i was surprised. The drinks are delicious and the workers are extremely nice and competent. Very good prices as well would highly recommend.

The smoothie I got this morning was absolutely delicious. I love when the smoothie tastes fresh and when the fruit is cold so the smoothie is a bit thick. It took 2 minutes to make, just in time to catch the train. The options are endless and genuinely delicious. 10/10

Great and tasty Salvadorian/Mexican food. Very generous portions of food for the price. We ordered through Seamless and food took around 45 minutes to be delivered but it was definitely worth it. Saved the restaurant as a favorite. Thank you El Espino!

There was this Kid In there he was Very rude after i did not Leave a tip! He had a bowl cut I'm not sure if he worked there or Not. His name tag Said "Ismar" After He insultted me he said he was going to Get "Surenos 13" And to never come Back. Very Rude!

Food is good but they need to hire employees. Food takes forever because the lady is doing all the cooking herself. They run a truck across the street as well. Honestly just consolidate and bring the guy to work at the restaurant.

This place is by far the best Mexican food I ever had and I have had it everywhere I go this place has such great tender flavorful beef and shrimps cooked so well they definitely got the flavors perfect ...this is a must have beef tacos and shrimp tacos
