4 Star Rating We are at the Bryant Park Grill and enjoyed the fact that it was located on the edge of the park. The views were lovely. The food was very good and their menu is sizable and diverse. Our table server was very friendly and attentive. The only negatives we found was the receptionist was not very personable, not rude, just not friendly. The other issue was a dirty spot on the curtains adjacent to our seating. Not a big issue just out of line with the rest of the decor. Overall a pleasant experience.

5 Star Rating I had lunch during the month of December with my family, we were 7 people. Reservation is a must. The service is excellent, all the staff is very friendly and profesional. The quality of food, very specific the meat is excellent. I will repeat it again. The restaurant is big with Parisian-style, big windows with a lot of natural light. It’s loud in case you are looking for something more quiet. This place is great for family parties and friends. After or before eating, I recommend to have a walk around which is nice. Highly recommended.

4 Star Rating Great feeling overlooking Bryant Park, service staff impeccable and attentive, even at the door during Christmas crowds. Food all good as expected, despite the full house crowds. Only hit is the high price for this place. Parking also an issue as it's directly sandwiched behind the library and the park, so will need to find parking in nearby parking garages.

5 Star Rating Bryant Park Grill was the PERFECT place to host our wedding reception. From admin to the waiters at the reception, the staff is the most professional, buttoned-up, classic New York group who executed everything to perfection on our wedding day. Linda was so fun to do business with and throughout the entire process, she was incredibly confident in BPG's abilities and experienced with hundreds of weddings. On the day of, Diane was our captain and she anticipated every single one of our wants or needs throughout the evening. If you also have your ceremony here, you truly will not need a wedding coordinator. PLUS I was shocked at how reasonable the package pricing was compared to other iconic NYC venues. Bonus points for having the NY Public Library next door for truly breathtaking photos. 100 out of 10!

5 Star Rating Such an aesthetically pleasing restaurant. Loved that the trees were not cut down to build the other side of the restaurant. Trees were incorporated into the incorporate to the Decour of the restaurant. Now to the food, we love calamari, and their calamari was so good. My husband got a burger, and I got the filet mignon and my son got the chicken tenders with fries. He didn’t like the chicken tenders so he ended up getting my filet mignon. Drinks and food are amazing. Service was great. We did come with our child, and there is no kids menu. But they do offer a pasta for the children or the chicken tenders with fries. Portions are very generous, so I could’ve skipped, ordering the chicken tenders for him and just shared my filet mignon.

4 Star Rating I actually wanted to go for a happy hour drink to wait for some friends before dinner and see a Broadway show. The two bars were packed with customers, with no space to sit or stand, so we decided to stay for dinner. The hostess will not seat you unless the entire party is there. The atmosphere was pleasant and energetic. I find the tables a bit too close together. Dinner was nicely presented. Service was good and they understood that we had a show to catch.

5 Star Rating This experience was exquisite. I got there and my server was Atom amazing guy. He shared stories about funny experiences while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive and they were hilarious. Atmosphere was great and the seats were very comfortable and spacious. Once I ordered my food I barely had to wait at all. My one and only complaint was that I felt the mashed potatoes lacked consistency and structure. Otherwise the food was perfect. My steak(medium 10 ounce) was delicious. Extremely tender on the inside and nice and crispy on the outside. As I took my first bite I was immediately impressed. The bread which came before hand was the perfect appetizer. It came with garlic paste and perfectly suited my taste buds. For my drink I got the Shirley temple which I highly recommend. If you’re looking for pictures it’s the right choice. Overall this was an amazing experience and if you’re looking for something nice and a little pricy then this is the place to go.

3 Star Rating Wanted to try the happy hour here heard about it from a friend. First the bad then I'll go into the good. We arrived and the bar was packed. It was clear that the staff doesn't want to rush to help anyone looking for happy hour. They don't want to clear off tables and really want to push you to a dinner table. We waited 20 minutes to be seated with little to no acknowledgement. While we were standing we smelled the scent of vomit as did the manager who acknowledged it's smell and walked away. Don't expect the service you receive from a traditional steak house like sparks or Gallagher's.... Now the good. After you do get a seat the service was rather good and the food was great for the price. Top highlights were the short rib quesadillas and tater tots. We would probably try a different location and see if these items were isolated to this location. Also I'm not sure I would come here for high end steak I would stick to the traditional ones. But highly recommend the happy hour for a quick bite. Just dont make this a first date because no one will be happy waiting for a table when there are so many dinning room tables empty.

3 Star Rating One of the most beautiful restaurants I ever visited! Loved the environment! Such a fantastic decor & atmosphere! We just went in without a reservation and I was so happy we could get a table. The seating hostess was very kind & we loved our table! But the rest of the experience was a clear 3/5. The management’s marketing strategy to ask waiters to be pushy on expensive dishes, I presume, because our waiter practically ruined our dinner. He was so pushy, talking all the time. We got so tired of him. At the end, we just took what he suggested, as he was swearing we would enjoyed it… I wanted my steak very juicy, to be cooked in butter and showed him the dish from one of the restaurant’s photos. He said they did not have it anymore, but that if I would take the 110 dollar steak, they would make it like I wanted. As a result, I got a very dry steak with just a teaspoon of butter on top that they melted on the meat in front of me. No use. It was so dry I could not eat it. We ordered fries and in THIS restaurant they were premade! Defrosted! Tasteless! No info about this from the waiter. His was so focused into pushing us to order the most expensive dishes that he did not do his job: he did not inform us about the food. He strongly suggested the new dish of tempura prawns which we got but never told us that it was spicy. It is not an exaggeration to say his attitude ruined our evening. All this talking and pressure & the bad food at the end. Had it not been for such a fantastic atmosphere, I would grade our experience with 1

5 Star Rating I have been going to Sophie’s for years and the food never disappoints!! I got the shredded beef stew this time and it was just as good as always, especially with the green sauce, which is a little bit spicy (not too hot though). I will definitely come again.

2 Star Rating I was extremely disappointed with our visit, the lines were long, so we thought we had hit the jackpot. There’s a few things I would change number one the lunch specials none of which include an actual meat with rice and beans. For example, one lunch special was a Cuban sandwich with a side of rice and beans which makes no sense. The way they organize the food was bad. They had rice, meats, beans, sides, all intermingled in the same section and they have two carts of food. Because the staff rush you through the line, we unfortunately ordered our food, while we were in front of the first section, so we missed out on other sides and meats available in the section closest to the register. The food was rather bland for Cuban food, I love Caribbean food and this did not hit the mark. We ordered 2 meals, 2 sodas, an empanada and stuff potato and paid over $50 way more than I expected to pay for such small portions of food.

2 Star Rating The food was blah! I wouldn’t call it authentic Cuban food… The lady at the 45th St location was rude and obnoxious and has NO SENSE of good customer service!! My friend and I were the only ones ordering and the lady was trying to rush me to order for no reason! The food is just Caribbean food which could be from any of the Caribbean islands! I wanted to try out the empanadas but the rude lady couldn’t think out of the box! You can fool any foreigner any Gringo but not any Spanish person who knows This Is Just An Excuse to Cuban food! The prices were exorbitantly high .. the food was ok but not what is expected at that price. Go to Washington Heights/Inwood and try the restaurants there; make the comparisons .. you get much better portions and better food at half the cost and you’ll see this is NOt real Cuban food!! You can fool anyone who doesn’t know about Spanish food but you are not going to fool me! The chick peas and the salmon were ok but that green sauce was too spicy and overpowering! I could cook better! Nothing extraordinary!! But the most obnoxious thing besides the overpriced food was the rudeness of the person behind the counter!!!

5 Star Rating I often grab lunch here and haven't yet tried their dinner, but I gotta say, this place nails it during lunchtime. The vibe is just right and the service is top-notch. Their burgers are a must-try, especially with those crispy fries. And don't even get me started on their Morton steak sauce - it's the bomb on a burger. Pro tip: ask for caramelized onions on top; it's a game changer. Heads up, their medium burgers are more on the medium-well side, so if you're a medium fan, go for medium-rare. Trust me, it's worth it!

5 Star Rating The Wife and I did our annual trip to NYC to check out the tree and all of the Christmas festivities the city has to offer. This year we wanted to try Morton’s. We first were given bread which was served with plenty of butter to go along with it. Next was our entrees, we wanted to save room for a number of sides so we held off on any appetizers. We enjoyed the 8oz Filet, the 16oz NY Strip complimented with bacon wrapped scallops, the creamed spinach, brussel sprouts and smoked Gouda & bacon Au gratin potatoes. The steaks were delish especially when doused with the truffle butter. The creamed spinach was incredible and so were the Brussels sprouts. I thought the potatoes were okay, but I was happy to give them a try. To finish off the meal we enjoyed a few coffees and a crème brûlée to share. It may have lasted 2 minutes. Very delicious. Our waiter was incredible and made the dining experience wonderful. Glad we stopped in and look forward to go back in the future!

5 Star Rating I visited Morton's The Steakhouse while in New York City. Two dear friends treated myself and another dear friend to dinner for our birthdays! The atmosphere was warm and inviting! The ambience was calm and soothing! Our waiter was good! I would have said great but he gave more attention to the table of folks that was spending more money. That's understandable! I'm sure he received a huge tip that night. I just think everyone should get the same service regardless of the money they spend. Morton's presented my birthday friend and me with an individual sized cheesecake with strawberries on top and lemon curd on the bottom. It had a lit candle in the middle! After blowing that out, and diving in, we immediately tasted the deliciousness of that dessert. Then they hand wrote us a nice card with a picture of all of us at the table. That was a genuine, heartfelt touch. Thank you Morton's for your excellent customer service!

5 Star Rating We stayed at the Grayson and this place is literally across the street. Walked in and got very excited when I saw the rest of the clientele. We had soup and two dishes. We would have had more but the day was a huge eating day. The tomatoe egg soup was phenomenal. Tasted just as good as our szechuan place at home. The double cooked pork with pancakes was super cool. Never had something like it before. Quite spicy in that perfect szechuan tongue numbing way. The Mrs got a delicious tofu dish (bean curd) with chives. Nice and light and phenomenal with my spicy dish. Their hot oil is delicious and just the right amount of spice. We'd definitely go back. Oh and if you like quick service this place is for you. My water cup was filled almost literally before I put it down. Four times during our meal. My son would love this as he's a big hydration machine.

We ordered the chicken Tikka and Shammi Kebab, the taste was great however, I found the kebab to be a little dry. Earlier the rolls used to be filled till the top now I see that the filling has reduce. The staff was nice and the place was decently clean with a washroom.

5 Star Rating Not to be missed if you are into the 'desi' style kati rolls The fillings are served inside traditional Indian style plain paratha, just like they would do back in Mumbai or Delhi. The Unda Chicken Roll is their signature dish and we'll worth it. The size of the rolls is not huge and a hungry person can easily munch down 2 of them. The pre-packed Mango Lassi was pretty good too. Its not a huge place and on my last few visits to this place, it has almost always been crowded with a wait of about 15-20 mins to get my order, so keep that in mind

4 Star Rating I got the Unda Chicken Roll and the Chicken Tikka Roll. The Unda Chicken Roll was fantastic, the chicken was juicy and seasoned to perfection, and paired perfectly with the egg and onions. Definitely the best thing on the menu in my opinion. The Chicken Tikka Roll was good but compared to the Unda Chicken Roll it was kind of average, it was mainly chicken and spices that you could taste and not much else. The mango lassi was sweet and delicious, and helped to clean my palate of all the spicy food. It was pretty busy when we were there but that seems to always be the case. Our wait time wasn't too bad, we got our food in about 10 minutes. The place is currently under renovation so there's a huge piece of drywall missing by the entrance, it's not the most pleasing thing to look at but it's understandable, they've got to keep making money after all.
