5 Star Rating This was my first time dining at Bryant Park Grill, and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the experience exceeded expectations. Our server Lena was a darling: attentive, warm, and made sure everything was perfect. We started with the jumbo lump crab cake and salad, which was fresh and flavorful. My friend had the cashew-crusted salmon (he swapped the potatoes for asparagus, great choice!), and I had the pan-roasted branzino, cooked to perfection. The blackberry nojito seltzer was a hit! We ended the evening with a chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream that was the perfect sweet touch. Despite the buzz of the city around us, the atmosphere felt calm and intimate. A little oasis right in the heart of it all. I guess when you have an amazing date and great food, nothing else really matters 😊 Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

4 Star Rating One of my favorite places to take visitors for a NY brunch. The main attraction is of course the wonderful Bryant Park location Chill in the park before leisurely heading to Bryant Park Grill to eat ! If you want to sit inside then a reservation is necessary with a phone call and a confirmation via text day of. The indoor seating was spacious and classy with friendly service. The food is about what you expect. Not great but not bad either.

5 Star Rating A spacious and very pleasant restaurant, in a quiet location opposite Bryant Park, with a magnificent terrace for sunny days. The food is easily among the best in New York, and the service is very friendly, warm, and attentive (thanks to René!). I highly recommend it! A very good place to eat. I took the opportunity to continue reading my feel-good thriller Honesty Bar, which I found on Amazon (in English and French)—a plot for the whole family set in Paris, Warsaw, and the Seychelles!💕

5 Star Rating This was my first time at this wonderful establishment. Arrived with no reservations on a Friday night with my best friend and we were seated within 5 min in a very quaint area. (NYASIA) was our server and she was extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! Her recommendations were ALL ON POINT!! She checked on us just enough but not overly. The delicious good arrived fast, hot and well seasoned. It was a great experience for me and my bestie said she has never been disappointed with any of her visits there! Thank you for an AMAZING CULINARY EXPERIENCE 💙‼️💯

4 Star Rating We stopped in for happy hour on a Thursday afternoon. I love that happy hour starts at 2:30 and the menu was so plentiful. With the exception of the hostess who was really welcoming, service was a miss. While waiting for the lounge tables to be prepped, we sat at the bar with one other couple. The bartender dropped off a menu but never returned. After waiting 15-20 minutes we decided to move to the lounge area. Although we were the first seated, the two parties who arrived after us were able to place orders and recieve their meals before us. Weird. The atmosphere was comfortable and chic. Our drinks were amazing. Which made the bites even better. In ranking order, we ordered the Corn & Crab fritters, Wagyu Meatballs, Short Rib Quesadilla, STK & fries, Lil' Big & Truffle Fries (slider was over cooked for its size) , and popcorn chicken (the meat was not appealing). I would recommend and return. Hoping to experience better service.

5 Star Rating Visited STK with a friend on my last night in the city. I was pleasantly surprised at the music 🎶 I heard coming out of the restaurant. It was a nice vibe. In the lobby of the restaurant they have a nice lighted signage and a stand that takes your picture. That is so cute to me. The waiter was cool. The vibes and food were great. 4 Star Rating The mojo pork with moro rice was delicious, and I highly recommend it. I also ordered a guava and cheese empanada and got a beef one in my order instead. It was fine, but it wasn't what I really wanted. Word to the wise: pass on the tres leches. It's a flavorless cake with the wrong texture swimming in a pool of evaporated milk. The taste is wrong, the texture is wrong, and two of the three milks are missing.

4 Star Rating Be sure to ask for the vegan menu! It’s an actual separate menu & there are lots of options (starters, rolls, specialties, entrees, & sides) and do not miss the vegan dessert options! The smash sundae was SO GOOD! We got the vegan scallops (made with daikon), the Garden cut roll (avo on top), the vegan dragon roll & edamame (not pictured). I was excited for the scallops and they were beautiful but they don’t taste fishy at all. I think they could add a bit more in that department slash good for those tho hate seaweed/fishy flavors. Garden roll was yummy and the dragon roll was my favorite. I loved the crunchies! Sriracha wasn’t listed on the ingredients tho and seemed to be drizzled underneath? The real star of the show was the smash sundae. It look exactly the same as the non-vegan one so didn’t feel like we were missing out on certain components and was chocolatey goodness! Highly recommend checking this spot out near Bryant Park and good if you are dining with people who don’t eat vegetables 🤭

3 Star Rating Really cool atmosphere and excellent service. Was here on a busy weekday afternoon after traveling in from out of town. Was expecting top tier quality food for midtown Manhattan. It honestly fell so short of my expectations as it was just ok with dry appetizers and sushi that was just meh. The prices reflected sushi that would have perfect rice and rich and bold flavors; unfortunately the reality was the opposite. The fact that their lunch specials were burgers kind of threw me off as I thought this was strictly a sushi restaurant. If this wasn't in one of the most competitive restaurant markets in the world I would give it another try but I don't think I will be back.

5 Star Rating It has become a little tradition for me — every time I’m in the USA, I have to visit Morton’s for their amazing shrimp! The food never disappoints — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and always fresh. The steak and sides were also excellent, but the shrimp is always my personal favorite. The service is top-notch, as always. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere is classic and elegant, yet still relaxed — perfect for both a nice dinner or a special occasion. Morton’s truly delivers consistent quality and an unforgettable dining experience every single time. Highly recommend it if you love great food, excellent service, and that timeless steakhouse charm.

4 Star Rating Their breakfast buffet is top-notch, and the wait is quick! This place runs like a well-oiled machine, thanks to the super-efficient staff. You can be in and out in under five minutes—perfect for busy mornings! Lunch can get a bit hectic with the crowds, but the staff’s impressive speed keeps your wait time to pay under five minutes. It’s a lively atmosphere, and you’ll be ready to tackle your day in no time! One suggestion: it would be even better if they offered sriracha sauce to spice things up! However, a minor criticism is the pricing; for instance, a small box of sushi costs $7.50 but has jumped to $9. A little adjustment there would make the experience even better!

5 Star Rating We came for the braised pork with abalone, and it did not disappoint. The pork was fresh, tender, and perfectly balanced with just the right hint of sweetness. The abalone was delightfully tender and free of any fishy taste. The braised scallop was an unexpected highlight — paired with bamboo shoots and broccoli, it created a refreshing and flavorful combination. Even the watermelon at the end was pleasantly natural-tasting, not overly sweet. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d gladly come back again!

5 Star Rating Came here mostly for their La Ma Ti Hua (老妈蹄花 pig trotter soup). This dish is unbeatable across Manhattan. The rest is decent as well, but not particularly impressive. Pretty solid traditional Szechuan cuisine, could be a bit spicier in my opinion, probably toned down to accommodate the general audience. The fish and duck dishes are also great choices and I highly recommend anyone who hasn’t tried it give it a try here - they’re tender and flavorful, not too spicy and not too many bones. Worth giving it a shot

I love to try new restaurants but I always come back to this one! They made me feel welcome all the times! Today, we ordered dry pot beef with griddle cook chili and cumin, braised fish fillet with cabbage and chili, Ming bean jelly salad, wok-tossed crispy lamb with chili cumin. These dishes have different spices and flavors, and perfectly combined together. I also recommend the water melon juice and the dessert. Again, they gave good impression to my friends from Taiwan and a Spanish guy new to Chinese cuisine. (Their food never disappointed me in a single time I went. 3 Star Rating Being originally from Kolkata—the birthplace of the kati roll—my standards for this dish are understandably high. I stopped by this spot on a weekend night, and the place was packed, with a line spilling out the door. After waiting quite a while, I finally got to order. The restaurant seemed heavily understaffed, with one person juggling both orders and wrapping rolls, while a few others worked in the back. I ordered an anda chicken roll, which typically combines a paratha layered with fried egg, stuffed with chicken kebabs, onions, and seasonings. Unfortunately, this version fell short of the authentic Kolkata standard. The biggest letdown was the paratha—it seemed pre-made or frozen, thin, and lacking the signature flaky, layered crunch of a freshly rolled lachha paratha fried to crisp perfection. Since the paratha is the foundation of the roll, that missing texture made a big difference. The chicken filling itself was decent, though not outstanding. The onions added some freshness, but the heavy use of green chutney was overwhelming. In Kolkata, rolls are usually finished more simply—with lemon, salt, pepper, and sometimes a touch of tomato and chili sauce. The chutney here made the flavor too one-dimensional, dominated by mint, without balance. The portion size also felt smaller than what you’d typically get back home. That said, I do appreciate having the chance to enjoy a chicken roll in Manhattan, far from Kolkata. The concept is wonderful, and credit goes to the owner for bringing this comfort food here. But between the long wait, understaffing, and lack of care in preparation, the overall experience didn’t live up to its potential. With more attention to authenticity—especially the paratha—and a little more care in execution, this place could truly shine.

3 Star Rating Their coffee was delicious (also has a kick to it) and comes with complimentary refills. Their tasty oatmeal is unquestionably the best in the Times Square surrounding area, it is at its best before 8:00 a.m, they open at 7. They will serve it with warm milk on the side if asked to. At breakfast, their scrambled eggs came with room temperature home fries on two different dines there. They offer a tasty egg salad sandwich (pictured) at any time of the day. For lunch there I have had their chicken soup which was decent, the broth's flavor was mild. Their hamburger ($14.95) was very ordinary, was dry, and had little flavor. It was cooked well done even though I ordered it cooked medium. They offer a 5% discount for cash payment, remind the cashier if she forgets, that has happened twice to me.

And a cup of joe. It was delicious, especially the soup. Perfect breakfast. The bill did come out to around $40 and i wasnt ecstatic to pay over $10 for two eggs but this is life. In terms of service, the servers were prompt to come over every few minutes to take our orders and refill our drinks, though I did feel they were kind of judging me, or at the very least not the friendliest. Though i was also high at the time and potentially paranoid, so who knows. A few other reviews cite unfriendly staff, so maybe im not imagining it. 4 Star Rating A true American diner, middle of Times Square reminded me of the time I lived in states. Never ending menu. Fast service. Coffee refills! And my favorite cheddar and crunchy onion omelette! We had our breakfast 3 out of the 5 mornings here at NYC!

5 Star Rating Was in town in Sept 2025. Met some business colleagues for dinner here. Was very impressed by the dining and the cuisine and the amazing flair this place brought. The service was spot on. Attentive staff and timely. Note, I was here during UN week and even with the crazy rush of people the service as good, the food was perfect and the wine flowed. I would recommend this place if you are craving Mediterranean food with fish options. They literally have a fish market inside where you can select your choice of fish if you like. I would definitely come here again when in the area. Reservations strongly recommended.

5 Star Rating New York is goals when it comes to food. You want to try all the things that you don’t have access to. And obviously leave enough space for a slice of pizza. I found Kallari Tavern as I was exploring locations close to our Broadway show. It was a 10 minute walk and easy to make a reservation on Open Table. They also had a special theater menu with 3 courses. We made a regular reservation and arrived on time. The outside is very inviting with a lovely outdoor seated area and the interior as you walk in is very welcoming. A friendly face greeted us at the door and was prompt to seat us. It feels like we were in mini Greece with the decorations in the restaurant. Our friends arrived. We ordered a Greek Prosecco for the table. It was fresh, crisp and delightful. For our meal, we had a variety at the table. We got a few appetizers with the dip spread with tzatziki, cava and tyroslameti. The eggplant and mashed potato option seemed to be the additional options we considered. The tzatziki and the tyrsolsameti were amazing. The pita was soft, warm and pleasant with the dips. Our friend got the theater menu and had the calamari as an appetizer. For entrees we had a variety of things at the table. I had a the Greek salad which was amazing. It has all the colors of the rainbow, blocks of feta and a wonderful dressing. One friend got the sides of potatoes and asparagus which were satisfying. We had fried calamari at the table. And the friend doing the theater menu has lamb chops. The food was incredible, flavorful and tasty. It didn’t require additions. For dessert- since we had a birthday at the table we ordered pistachio ice cream which came out promptly. However, they also brought out a dish of Bakalava which was a nice surprise. It was soaked in the honey, had a lovely phyllo dough. The ice cream to go with it added a nice cooling effect. The meal was incredible. The ambiance amazing. Our server, Lefteris, who was kind and answered all questions ensured we made it out to our show in time. He brought us a night cap of a sweet wine to help us celebrate our friends birthday. This was hands down the best sit down dining experience in New York. Going to be on my list in New York because of this experience.

5 Star Rating Professional all the way. It is a very expensive restaurant. However, you get what you pay for. Delicious good quality food and drinks, plus exceptional service. They have a fresh, good-quality fish selection. The ambiance and decor reeked of class and taste.

5 Star Rating The restaurant is beautiful. I was celebrating my birthday with a friend. This is a great restaurant to take a special someone or a an old friend. I saw a group of 10 for a ladies night out. The ambiance is lovely! The music playing was smooth jazz. I highly recommend this place...I know you will love it! We ordered calamari and octopus for appetizers. I had the Greek Salad with grilled chicken and my friend had fresh fish grilled whole! Head and tail included. Don't leave without trying the Baklava...so delish, and the presentation is fabulous, includes fresh figs, blackberries, and vanilla ice cream. My friend is a New Yorker. She said she is definitely planning to return. I went back before my flight to buy 2 orders of that delicious Baklava! 😋

5 Star Rating Came here for lunch on a weekday and the place was packed! Don't be fooled by the exterior - it gives the impression of being a small place but the entire restaurant is massive and has a great vibe. Even though we had a reservation, the table was ready only 20 minutes after the scheduled time. Ordered a prix fixe lunch and the food was great - had the soup of the day to start with, followed by the Grilled Solomos (salmon) and the Sokolata Kormos for dessert. The dessert was exceptional in taste and flavor - i just couldn't stop at one bite! All in all, while I loved the experience, though I'll skip the peak business lunch rush and go at a quieter time.
