I had a great time with two friends at this restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The burger was particularly tasty. We ordered The Smith burger, and I also had a refreshing cucumber cocktail. For dessert, we enjoyed some apple pie and chocolate cake. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. The waitress was very experienced and friendly.

We had a reservation, but were seated in a corner table near the restroom, which was a bit disappointing. We started with sparkling water and fries served with blue cheese as a starter.
We ordered the avocado toast and the mussel pot, sharing all the dishes between the two of us. Unfortunately, the avocado toast was genuinely disappointing and lacked flavor. It felt like the dish could use more thought and refinement. On the other hand, the mussel pot was decent — glazed with white wine, herbs, and garlic butter, and enjoyable enough.
The seating arrangement was another major drawback. The table felt too small for three items for two people, and the corner location seemed to trap noise. It was so loud that having a proper conversation with my wife was nearly impossible. While seating may vary, it was disappointing that there was no effort to address the situation.
Overall, the experience felt uneven: a few decent dishes, but notable issues with food execution and seating comfort.

Exactly across the street from Lincoln Center and in the heart of the Upper West Side, The Smith is filled with everyone from pre- and post-theatergoers to neighborhood families to global travelers, where my partner and I decided on brunch last Saturday. The reservation was easily made with OpenTable.
Each location of this establishment boasts a unique ambiance, blending modern design with classic elements - a nod to old-school New York.
Upon entering, the interior is characterized by open layouts, communal tables, and a lively atmosphere, making it suitable for everyone. We were greeted by the host and got a table in a private room usually held for special events.
Their menu features a variety of classic American dishes, emphasizing fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
As an appetizer, we opted for the Mac & Cheese and Crispy Calamari. As a main meal, we decided on Avocado Toast and a French Dip Sandwich accompanied by Fries. Complimentary sourdough bread with salted butter and one bottle of spring water and one of sparkling water started our meal.
The Mac and Cheese served in a mini skillet was phenomenal. The cheese was dripping, and the noodles were perfectly chewy, with the top having that crust, too. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and perfectly portioned. The cost didn’t break the wallet. We had the pleasure of having Adonis as our server, and the service was quick. He was fantastic and would check on us.
This place provides satisfaction.

Such a great food and excellent service. Their calamari and truffle fries are just mind blowing. And make sure try their mimosas, so good! 🥂 It was also my bday and our wonderful waitress served me a peace of absolutely delicious chocolate cake a-la Black Forest.

We had a great experience at Rose Mexican Restaurant. I ordered the chicken mullet and it was delicious. My daughter had the mignon — she enjoyed it, though the mashed potatoes were a little cold. That said, the way the staff handled it was outstanding; they more than made it up to us, which says everything about their commitment to great customer service.
The calamari was excellent, the flan was absolutely amazing, and the margaritas were delicious. Overall, the service was beyond exceptional. Special shout-out to Danny, his customer service truly stood out. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Came here for dinner and drinks before seeing the nutcracker at the lincoln center which is literally across the street. Very charming inside with large bar seating area, great ambiance and relaxing atmosphere. Sat at the bar and mario our server was fantastic. I had the spicy cucumber margarita which was so good and well balanced. Order some apps..honestly best chicken quesadillas i can remember having. The oaxacan eggs roll were also delicious. Will for sure be back very soon. The bottomless brunch im looking forward to trying.

Food was good, though nothing particularly memorable. I’m mainly commenting on the service: our waiter looked like he didn’t want to be there, which definitely affected the experience, nowhere to be found when we needed to get drinks, checking on the table was very poor. Given your prime location, improving service should be a priority.
On the positive side, I recommend the cheeseburger — juicy and delicious, a great alternative when you’re not in the mood for Mexican food. The chicken chipotle empanadas, however, were bland and very small, so I’d skip those if you’re hungry. The tres leches was also enjoyable.

Guacamole of this restaurant is fantastic. Moreover, our server Mario is definitely the best one. He knows how to impress customers. We were so pleased to be here and celebrated my wife's birthday happily. We do appreciate Mario's hospitality and kindness!

Great food and drinks. The guacamole is made fresh in front of you and the margaritas are amazing. Everything else was good, but the Frozen Margaritas and the guacamole was the best things

We stopped into P.J. Clarke’s in mid-December following a Christmas show at Lincoln Center, and we were pleased to find the restaurant very much open and buzzing with activity, even after 10PM.
I’ve been going to Clarke’s since my first visit to the 3rd Ave location oh, sometime around 1975! I used to hang out at the front mini-raw bar and have a few beers and an order of Chili.
Well, that was 50 years ago, times have changed, the Chili is (sadly) gone, but the vibe overall has not changed too much, even at this much newer location.
I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, called “The Cadillac” while my wife, who was not too hungry, chose the Chicken Vegetable Soup.
Service overall was very good, and while the soup was not our favorite (see the sad-looking photo, taken as it was placed on our table), the Cheeseburger held up Clarke’s reputation as having one of the best burgers in town.
Just to make sure I am not crazy, I looked up a few other recent reviews of the Chicken Soup.
One reviewer wrote exactly what I was thinking:
“I got the chicken soup. This chicken soup looked honestly like if I waited any length of time without touching it, she'd think I ate it already and what's left is just what I left behind. Take a look at the photo. It's not even filled halfway to the middle of the bowl. For $17 you should have full bowl of soup. It was literally 6 sips of soup and the entire thing was finished.”
I agree with this other reviewer 100%. So, I would urge the Clarke’s folks to look into this Soup situation. (By the way, I am not some "small portion" whiner... I dined at Le Bernardin for lunch this same day).
Other than the Chicken Soup issue… P.J. Clarke's was all good.
It was good to be back and I will keep returning to 3rd Ave, Lincoln Center, and even the new midtown spot.

I came here yesterday with my mom and sister before going to see a show at Lincoln Center. We were worried about finding a place to eat- since we had no reservation. But we walked past- and thought we’d try it out.
And I am so glad that we did! We were able to be seated right away. Our waitress (I think her name is Lisa) was fantastic.
I ordered the French toast, and my mom and sister both ordered burgers.
All three of us ate every bite of the meal. My French toast was so good. The Carmel drizzle was perfection.
My mom’s burger was cooked perfectly, and she said that it was really good.
We were so full- that we weren’t hungry for dinner.
We will definitely come back when in the city!

This is a classic tavern located right by the Lincoln Center. So we were able to catch a show at the Met right after a delicious meal including fish and chips (like the red vinegar dip) fresh oysters and mussels, signature 1884 burger, buttery soft pretzel bites, warm and inviting bread pudding, rich espresso martini, and a bottle of Pino Noir! It was hard to stay awake during the show 😜This meal was served by a wonderful attentive waiter and his name is “Prince”!

Where do I begin? I had a reservation by myself. Wasn't crowded. I was seated right away. I had come to this place 9 months ago, so I figured I'd come again. I had a nice experience before. I was given a menu and then the waitress took literally 17 minutes to come back. I would have flagged her down but she never came back over to my area even once so I would have had to search the restaurant. I'm not doing that. Then as soon as I was going to say something, she came back. I got the chicken soup. This chicken soup looked honestly like if I waited any length of time without touching it, she'd think I ate it already and what's left is just what I left behind. Take a look at the photo. It's not even filled halfway to the middle of the bowl. For $17 you should have full bowl of soup. It was literally 6 sips of soup and the entire thing was finished. Less than 5 minutes. Then they brought my steak frites. I asked for medium. When I started to cut it, I realized it's rare. I couldn't even cut one bite. For the first time ever (I'll be 50 next year and have been out hundreds of times to restaurants in Manhattan), I asked them to take it back. The maitre D was wonderful, he made sure I got a brand new steak. I did and the frites and the steak was wonderful. I still had a nice time. And what little there was of the soup was tasty. The steak was very steakhouse quality level flavor. The gentleman across from me also said his steak was too rare and he actually asked for rare. I just am posting so maybe they'd be more aware of this temperature issue. It was mid afternoon on Christmas Eve 2025. I love you guys and hope to come back again.

Restaurant has an old school charm to it. Picnic red table clothes, red booths with Americana style food. There are plenty of options for family style sharing and for the kids. There are wooden high chairs available if needed. They have upstairs and also downstairs dining. Recommend making resos on the weekend as it does get very busy. Located just across the street from Lincoln Center, expect long waits as it’s a popular place for those grabbing a bite before a show.
They provided crayons and activity sheet for our toddler. They also have kids cups (plastic cup either straw). Very kid-friendly. Changing table is located upstairs by the check-in desk.
Food was pretty decent for a chain restaurant. We got the fish and chips and also the lobster roll. Lobster roll probably needs a bit more flavor. It felt like they forgot to salt the lobster. Fish was fried well and crispy. You need to ask for ketchup as they don’t generally provide it with the dish. We had to wait awhile for food as we arrived during peak lunch hours. Waitress was curt and didn’t feel too friendly. She wasn’t too happy to exchange our water when our toddler stuck his crayon in the cup. Didn’t come back to top off water.

This restaurant, led by a famous chef, truly delivers on all fronts. The menu is creative and well-executed, and the wine list is excellent. Service was impressively fast and attentive without ever feeling rushed. The atmosphere inside is warm and welcoming, and the outdoor seating is just as inviting — comfortable, well-covered, and protected from bad weather. Don’t hesitate to reserve an outdoor table; it’s a great option. A top-notch dining experience all around.

We had dinner there with friends just before going to opera (it’s very conveniently located right by the opera house)
We ordered beef tartar, pate, snails , salad with fennel and chocolate cake for desert.
Service was very nice and attentive. Highly recommend , especially if you are looking for the place dinner before the opera.

Bar Boulud, although called a "casual bistro" by Chef Daniel Boulud, feels more like a fine dining spot. The atmosphere is elegant yet lively, with a welcoming vibe that avoids being too formal. Most of the guests are older (like me), but the mood is still relaxed and fun.
We visited Bar Boulud before seeing Firebird at the New York City Ballet, which is right next door. It's a great location for those attending events at Lincoln Center, making it perfect for a pre-show meal or a post-performance drink to celebrate.
The service here is top-notch—attentive and professional, but not stiff or overbearing. The menu features a variety of pâtés and terrines, along with classic French bistro dishes made with great skill and care.
Some of our favorite dishes included:
• La Soupe à l'Oignon Gratinée: This French onion soup was incredible. The broth was rich and flavorful, with perfectly caramelized onions, lots of melted Gruyère cheese, and crispy baguette croutons.
• Le Steak Frites: This classic dish was done perfectly. The steak was cooked just right, and the fries were crispy on the outside and tender inside. The Bordelaise sauce was a nice touch.
• La Salade Niçoise: A fresh, light option to balance the other dishes. The seared tuna was excellent, and the salad had fresh veggies, olives, a perfectly cooked egg, and haricots verts, all tied together with a smooth aïoli.
Overall, Bar Boulud is a wonderful place to enjoy a refined meal in a lively, relaxed setting. It's an especially great choice for anyone attending events at Lincoln Center. Be sure to make a reservation.

I really enjoyed this place. The service and food were exceptional. It's definitely what you would expect from this restaurant. The service was great and the waiter was super attentive.
The seafood dishes, paté, and dessert were especially amazing and I would come back just for those. Many guests also ordered the steak and frites so I'm definitely ordering that next time. For dessert, I highly recommend the petit four sampler, you won't be disappointed!
Overall, a really great experience and definitely worth the money.

Tuesday December 23, 2025.
We had a wonderful family dinner at Lincoln Ristorante last night, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
Our group included my two sons, my daughter-in-law, my girlfriend and her daughter, my brother, and his wife, and everyone felt genuinely welcomed. The food was excellent across the board, the service was seamless, and the overall level of hospitality was exceptional.
A special thank you to Barbara, the General Manager, for setting such a high standard, and to Ahmed, our server, who took terrific care of us throughout the evening. I also want to recognize Chef Richard Diamonte and his culinary team — every dish was beautifully executed, thoughtful, and delicious.
It meant a lot to spend a family evening in such a warm, gracious environment. Great food, great service, and true hospitality. We look forward to returning soon.

We came across this place on the way back from the opera to the garage and decided to have a short dinner. The staff was really nice and attentive; the atmosphere is definitely very enjoyable with a wide-open view on the reflecting pool and the plaza. The food was outstanding and presented really nicely with attention to details (greetings to the pastry chef - keep it up like that!) - a great break from the usual. The white truffle risotto was delicious and unusual for anywhere in the US - so bravo for coming up with it! The desert was way beyond the quality you would expect to get for the price we paid. Overall - a great experience and we will definitely be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. I received tier one service from the time I walked through the door. The food was delicious and extremely flavorful. I strongly suggest the duck. It wasn't over cooked and the sauce it came in took it to the next level. I dined there before I went to the ballet at Lincoln Center, and I will dine there before my next show. I'm looking forward to going back.

Dinner at Lincoln Ristorante was a whole experience. It’s located right at Lincoln Center, and the setting couldn’t be more stunning—huge glass windows, modern architecture, and the most elegant ambiance. Perfect for a pre-show dinner or just a classy night out.
Here’s what I ordered:
🍝 Lasagna (special of the day) – Absolutely delicious. Rich, layered perfectly, and the sauce was balanced and fresh.
🐟 Hamachi crudo – Light, citrusy, and super fresh. Great starter.
🥩 Veal wrapped in prosciutto – A standout dish. Tender, salty-sweet, and so flavorful.
🍨 Housemade ice cream – Simple and refreshing.
🍹 And of course, I had an Aperol Spritz to keep it classy.
The service was great—attentive and warm without being overbearing. The staff knows the menu and made the whole evening feel seamless. The view of Lincoln Center adds a really special vibe to the dinner.
💵 Pricing: On the higher side (expect to spend around $100+ per person with drinks), but totally worth it for a special night.
📍 Location: 142 W 65th St, New York, NY 10023
⏰ Hours: Open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, 4 PM–9 PM

Beautiful experience at Lincoln Ristorante. Came here for a dinner with a winemaker, and Lincoln was all too accommodating. Fantastic food, excellent service, and a warm, elegant atmosphere. Highly recommend the Rigatoni Amatriciana and the sunchokes starter. House bread excellent too! My only complaint is servers were removing plates before everyone at the table had finished their course, which felt a bit rushed / unprofessional. Still, everyone was kind, efficient, and attentive -- we had a wonderful experience overall.

The restaurant is 100% recommended. I had the opportunity to go 2 times and it was an incredible experience. I fully recommend and will go back again and again once I am back in Miami.

Excellent presentation and execution in all the food. The baked goods were probably my favorite items and the cured salmon, which tasted heavenly. Surprisingly at the other end the barbecue meat tasted bland despite being cooked to perfect tenderness. It was hard to resist ordering the delicious looking orders for the table, but the prix fixe was plenty of food, even slightly too much. The service was good, friendly, though it seemed too busy at times.

My first visit to Boulud Sud will not be my last. The food and drinks were exceptionally delicious. We chose the restaurant week menu to try it out, and each course was exciting. The Mediterranean flavors are evident in everything including cumin, citrus and sesame. The staff may have been slightly overattentive, but we were happy with the care. The interior is a welcoming open space with comfortable seating and a bar in front. I'm excited to return for the tasting menu. With delivery prices on mediocre food so expensive now, dining in on outstanding food is the antidote.

Went for an early dinner with a friend. The ambience was very relaxed, seems good for business dinners or family gatherings. The food was good, we enjoyed the Greek salad, thought the gazpacho lacked condiments as it was a bit flat but very much enjoyed our salmon. Our favorite dish was the grapefruit dessert, now that felt exotic! It’s hard to describe, see pictures but tastes amazingly fresh. Prices are very high. Service is very friendly.

We had such a great experience with Jose as our server! The espresso martinis were absolutely delicious, and the antipasti platter was a standout — especially the stuffed peppers and roasted eggplant. We also loved the Cacio e Pepe with the fried artichoke… amazing.
Jose was incredibly attentive the entire time and made our early dinner feel so relaxed and enjoyable. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Lincoln Center. We were seated around 4:45 and lingered until about 6:30 before heading to the Nutcracker, and it couldn’t have been a better start to the evening. Highly recommend!

Having tickets to the Met, we decided to eat at Cafe Fiorello since it's right across the street giving us time to enjoy a meal and still get to the Met on time. Great choice, excellent food with amazing service.
Traveling with my partner and our sister, I ordered the Caprese Salad with chunks of tomato, burrata and a pesto sauce served with a few bread sticks. The tomatoes are fresh, the cheese quite good and a nice light meal.
My partner ordered the Cacio e Pepe which he just loved, the pasta was perfect, not too rich in flavor. Our sister ordered the Beet Salad with layers of beets, arugula, goat cheese and a light dressing. She loved the salad. We did order Garlic Bread for the table.
Desserts were fantastic with coffee.

Very uncomfortable seating in the back.
Ordered sliced lamb over potato mash (plate is 52 $) and lasagna. Very delicious meals. No space at the stomach for some great desserts.
Would highly recommend this place.

I had been wanting to try Atlantic Grill before hitting a show at Lincoln Center for a few months and finally made my way in before a show.
The hostesses were accommodating and sat me right away but then I proceeded to wait almost 15 minutes before receiving any menus and a few minutes longer before my server finally checked in.
Ended up getting the pre-theater pri fixe just in time before the cutoff and chose the subpar sushi roll, the penne that unfortunately came with a hair in it and vanilla ice cream dessert.
The ambiance was Upper Eastside Manhattan with an older crowd you’d expect. Price points and ambiance were solid including a lively bar area where folks were also grabbing bites and drinks.
Guess I should have “curbed my enthusiasm” a bit but I really had high hopes especially since it was moderately tough to get a resy locked in. Maybe just an off night….

We sat at the bar and had an incredible experience. The sushi was fresh and delicious, and our bartender, Gonzolo, made the night even better with great conversation and perfect recommendations. The vibe is relaxed yet upscale — ideal for a casual dinner or pre-show stop.
And don’t miss the stunning Vhils portrait of Abraham Lincoln — it’s a breathtaking piece of art that makes this spot even more memorable.
Highly recommend grabbing a seat at the bar, enjoying the sushi, and taking a moment to appreciate the creativity all around you.

With the dim lighting and gorgeous crystal chandeliers, this place is elegant and lovely. We were seated at a table for 4, and so we were able to spread out and relax. Our server was friendly and provided us details on sides and desserts. Our lobster came out with different sauce options and was expertly prepared. And the bread basket was so pretty and also delicious. Bravo to present dessert with a birthday candle!

This is my favorite restaurant near Lincoln Center. It’s always packed with stylish locals, mostly seniors, which adds to the charm and trust of the place.
While dinner here is great, I had the pleasure of visiting for Sunday lunch with a special guest.
As always, everything was delicious—from the fresh oysters and octopus carpaccio to the ravioli, paella, scallops, and dessert. The service was also impeccable.
Once again, I was reminded that this is a restaurant that never disappoints, no matter when you visit.

We went for a pre-ballet brunch. The servers were so nice and initially super attentive. We got guacamole to share that was fresh and very good. Drinks were served quickly as well. The entrees however took nearly 90 minutes, despite us asking for updates. I think because the kitchen was backed up they stopped coming to our table. Oddly, tables sat after us got food sooner. When we got it, my food was cold and not appetizing. The bacon was cold and not crispy. Eggs were cold and dry. Bread tasted like the grill. Wouldn’t go back for brunch. It may be different for dinner and pre-show in the evening.

We came here for our anniversary dinner, and it was a great choice. The restaurant has a classy yet cozy vibe, with white tablecloths and beautiful murals.
For starters, we had the grilled octopus and the pumpkin and black truffle flan—both were super flavorful and paired perfectly with their sauces. For the main course, I had a fish dish cooked in olive oil, white wine, and lemon, served with sautéed spinach—light, perfectly prepared, and so flavorful. The staff carefully deboned and plated it tableside.
My partner went for the slow-cooked Ragu Napoletano. I didn’t try it, but he really enjoyed it.
Dessert was a cute surprise—our tiramisu had “Happy Anniversary” written in chocolate, a thoughtful detail that made the night feel even more special.
Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Even the complimentary bread and arancini were a treat.
Service was great overall, but there was one odd thing with the wine. We ordered a bottle of white, and instead of opening it at the table and keeping it in an ice bucket nearby, they took it somewhere else. It wasn’t a big deal since they kept our glasses full, but it was just something we hadn’t experienced before. Maybe we should’ve asked to have it kept at the table, but it didn’t really bother us.
Other than that, everything was fantastic. The staff was warm and friendly, and our server even took some great photos for us to remember the occasion. We’ll be coming back!

Upscale Italian restaurant. High end service.
We both order the ossobucco which came with a saffron risotto and shared the ragu as a starter. We also ordered a side of mixed vegetables which was the strangest mix I had seen at an Italian restaurant -- corn, tomatoes, cut asparagus.
I also ordered a red wine per the suggestion of the server which was delicious.

Definitely not being the target audience of this place, I’ll try my hardest to keep my review subjective. My friend that I went with has been here a few times, so when I arrived with them - the staff was friendly. They were accommodating & nice from what I remember. This is what we ordered:
- Gambero Rosso: 6/5 shrimp carpaccio. So so good.
- Sformato di zucca e tartufo nero: 4/5 oof too filling for an appetizer; wish we chose for something lighter
- Tavolo Rustica 1/5 wayyy too basic for $42. DO NOT ORDER.
- Capesante 4/5 eh nothing special (scallops)
- Candele Zucca e salsiccia - 5/5 I thought this was good. But by the time, I ate it. My stomach was already declining.
Towards the end of it, I definitely had way too much lactose because my body was feeling it. Thank goodness it was a solo bathroom. Overall, it was nice to see how the other side lives but can’t say the place blew me out of the water that I’m dying to come here again if I was a millionaire.

A pleasant place with a cozy interior and delicious food. There are a couple of outdoor tables for those who enjoy dining "al fresco". Convenient location if you're planning dinner before the opera or ballet at Lincoln Center, or a stroll through Central Park after Sunday brunch. They have jazz brunches on weekends to set the mood too.
I recommend ordering the VITELLO TONNATO as an appetizer. The combination of veal and fish sauce is superb! And the ZABAIONE for dessert will not only please the eye during its preparation but also pamper your taste buds, if you appreciate food presentations.
Definitely a place to have saved on your "Places to eat at" list.

I am a single woman and I had a reservation and yet when I arrived the hostess offered me a spot at the bar. I declined and I got a table in the back by the bar where people pass to use the toilet as well as employees passing repeatedly. I never saw the pretty paintings on the wall. I wonder when fine restaurants will begin to treat single women diners with the same respect they give to their other customers. I don’t care that my tab will be less and the restaurant shouldn’t either. It should be about providing every person with a lovely experience. Treat your single women customers like a queen, not a pauper. The server pushed me to have an appetizer after I said I would be having a salad as my first course. I don’t want sales as a part of my dining experience. The beet salad was fresh and the earthy beets paired with the frisée and little dollops of cheese and nuts was pleasant. The halibut in the tiny bit of thyme sauce was perfect and the three little carrots were nice but the grilled endive was a huge misstep. The grilled endive was tough and tasted of a grill. No one wants the charcoally grill as a flavor component in their mouths. The server tried to tell me it is a traditional Italian dish and while that it true, it is not true that it is cold and tough and tastes like the grill. It should be tender with a mellow flavor that doesn’t bite your tongue. Needless to say, It didn’t pair well with the rest of the dish. The dish wanted a bit of potato or cauliflower puree. Thank goodness for the few tomatoes on the halibut or it might have been a beautifully cooked piece of fish with no flavors to elevate it. The lemon meringue tart was very nice although there were too many meringues on it making it too sweet. The little dollops of cream on the plate served the lemon curd of the tart much better. My bill was $164.

Tasty Mexican restaurant on the upper west side. Conveniently located by Lincoln Center, so I went here before going to the New York City ballet. Nice selection of drinks and food. A great option for vegetarians if dining with meat eaters. We had to sit outside which was a little hard in the cold October time, but there were space heaters so it was warm enough. I’d come back!

El Mitote is a casual but delicious Mexican restaurant located on the UWS. Every time I go, it never fails to disappoint. Don’t let the margs fool you, one will usually suffice. Personally, I prefer the frozen as they have the perfect consistency. I ordered the frozen coconut (which is out of this world) and my friend got the frozen blood orange marg which was also incredible. My one little critique is that what is labeled on the menu as a “quesadilla” is indeed NOT at all a quesadilla. It’s literally a soft taco with little to no cheese, but I will give them this- they are delicious. The chorizo is a big hit here and is full of flavor, but please just add more cheese!!! That’s the entire point of a (quesa)dilla, LOL. The service is great here and the atmosphere is relaxed, but it’s also very fun with the festive decor and upbeat tunes in the background.

El Mitote serves up classic American-style Mexican food in generous portions. The shrimp burrito was fresh, flavorful, and loaded with ingredients, though a bit pricey at $23. The main letdown was the lack of chips with the meal

El Mitote is in a great spot for after-work happy hours. It’s a smaller, quaint location, but it’s filled with so much ambiente and lively energy. The drinks are solid, and the food is absolutely amazing... definitely the kind that makes you want to come back. The décor gives major Día de los Muertos vibes, colorful and full of personality. I didn’t check out the bathrooms, but given how clean and well-kept the restaurant itself is, I’m sure they match that same standard. Overall, definitely a repeat visit in my book!

Fun atmosphere (even in the rain). I had the mushroom tinga tacos, which were pretty good. The chips and salsa was delicious, but we assumed it was standard 'free chips and salsa' and it turned out to be $9 for a little basket of chips and some (albeit extremely delicious) salsa. Not that big of a deal but when the waiter offered I wish they'd mentioned they were nine bucks.
