Tanoreen is a Palestinian restaurant, if you are familiar with middle eastern food then you will definitely recognise a lot of the dishes served here. From the starters like the leafs in rice, humus, and the levantine rice to lamb chops and there go to the lam shank. The flavour was good and the food was all well seasoned and spiced. We didn't make any reservations however Tanoreen was kind enough to give us a table. I really liked the vibes here and the atmosphere was very chill and relaxed. I would recommend this restaurant, if you haven't tried Palestinian food before and want a high end dining experience here, the staff are super cool and friendly. Just remember to make a reservation.

Edit: servers are very polite and kind. The food is really good here as well. Unfortunate start to the meal but rest of the time was good.
Terrible experience. Got a LATE reservation at 8:30, and this restaurant apparently doesn't know the definition of RESERVATION. It's very odd since this business has been here since 1998, but I'll help you guys. Please look at the image below to understand what a reservation is and actually reserve a table. It's ridiculous, and you should just cancel the whole system if you're unable to honor reservations.
On top of this, the host/manager/whoever keep coming over to say 5 minutes....like how many 5 minutes can there possibly be before y'all realize it IS NOT 5 MINUTES.
On top of this, I can't tell if the host is racist or just has some kind of complex against Asians, but when she addressed the members of our party each time, I was completely ignored as if I was not here. If you are an Asian person, I highly suggest that you do not come here.
At the time of this posting, it is 8:55 which is 25 minutes after our reservation and we have not been seated.

Visiting from LA and stopped here, so impressed by everything about this place. Creative cocktails, great service and everything fresh and delicious. Will be coming back next time I’m in the city!

The atmosphere is quite nice, especially the Arabic vibe that matches reflects the origin of the restaurant as a Middle Eastern restaurant.
The service is excellent. Very friendly and professional staff. The food is good. The menu offers verity of dishes. It's just the grilled kebab doesn't have the taste that I'm used to in the Middle East. The appetizer was very good.

Hands down, THE BEST PALESTINIAN FOOD IN NYC! Everything on the menu cannot be missed. But we loved the lamb shank, was so flavorful. Hummus, falafel, baba mezze is a must for starting up. Don't forget about the salads too! Cheese knafah and walnut dessert are served best with thier house cardamom spiced coffee ☕️ 😋

The salad and the cocktail were the only things I didn’t took a photo, and were the only things I liked… The veal, the chicken rolatini and the boneless chicken were meh at best. The potatoes on the side were absolutely disgusting, they had a strange taste to them, probably due to the place they were stored or maybe where they were cooked was not completely out of soap… The lights are too bright, but the restroom and the music are good… It wasn’t the worst experience of my life but Im not compelled to come back…

I have been going to this restaurant since it was a single store pizzeria back in the late 1960s! I visited it once again today for the first time in about 30 years and I was pleasantly surprised!
It is grown from a single store pizzeria to me to 3 store restaurant and pizzeria. We ordered veal cutlet Parmesan and chicken. We also ordered calamari for an appetizer
All the food was delicious along with the hot Italian bread.
Dean was our server and did a wonderful job.

Gino’s is everything you want in a classic Italian restaurant. Everything was delicious, service was great, and we had a wonderful time. Wednesdays are 20% off which is even more wonderful. Wine prices are reasonable at $9-11 a glass with generous pours (thank you!!). We ordered a Caesar salad and the soup special (crab corn bisque) to start and said we were going to split it, so they split it for us before bringing to the table— SO NICE!! The chicken park and veal medallions were great, and the espresso to end the meal was delicious. We only wished we had room for dessert. Highly recommend this spot!!!

My friend/roommate goes here often for their peanut butter smoothie that she loves. I've not tried their other foods, but they have a pretty eclectic and varied menu. I always see a lot of deliveries going in and out, and they look like the service has always been good.

Tasty and healthy food. Incredible tasting food that does not compromise your health and nutritional intake. Generous portions and never had an issue. Yes it competitively priced but you cannot put a price on your health

Awesome place!! I was walking on 4th Ave - between 74 st and Bay Ridge hungry and was going towards a coffee shop, and came across this gem. I was quickly greeted, friendly staff. Looked at their menu on the wall I knew this place was the perfect fit for me…. Key words that pop out “Organic” “Vegan”
I ordered the Black Bean burger with sweet potato fries- absolutely delicious. While waiting for my food I was giving a sample of Peanut blast smoothie. Do try it! It’s soooooo good.
Thank you so much for your hospitality, great service and amazing food. I will definitely be coming back.

I first came here for dinner, and didn't understand what the big deal was about, but after going back several times for lunch, I now understand how great Nature's Grill is. So many options for all dietary preferences, healthy lunches, great juices and smoothies, and good service. I've tried many of their chicken wraps for lunch, each better than the last.

The renovation made less seating with outlets, and less seating in general is problematic. There is no more rear high seating by the old pick-up area, I think it's office space now. The front has no longer couch, I think it was turned into office space or storage. All in all it looks better but not great for people who want to use laptop.

Friendly baristas at this location, and clean, overall. I appreciate the seating in the back, although it’s a bit dim, and that they’re open late. Personally, I prefer local coffee shops, but came here with a friend because it was after 5:30pm, and many of the neighborhood coffee shops were closed. I’d come back here, though!

I’ve been coming here for 6 years. Food was always good but nowadays the quality of the food is incredibly tasty. We’ve been there yesterday. I got kofte kebab and my friend got lahmacun. It was very delicious. Portions are very big and satisfying. When you go for a lunch employees are always smiling and giving the best service. Price also affordable. Definitely worth it. Thank you guys 👍🏼 keep up the good work

Layout/atmosphere
*Old converted firehouse with firefighter paraphernalia; bar area with high tables; about 20 TVs; tables and booths in the back
Service
*Fine
Food/drink
*Four Alarm Chili (slow cooked Angus short rib with classic chili sauce & melted cheddar cheese) - Good; meat cooked properly; some spice but not overwhelming; not served at scalding hot temperature
*Combo Sampler (buffalo wings, potato skins, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks & jalapeno poppers) - Good

Reuben had no Russian dressing on it, chicken fingers dried out, pickle and coleslaw were hot (gross). Asked for fries well done-nope. And was 35 minutes later than was told. Sorry but honest.

We ordered food and a couple of drinks for the game. There was a country band playing for most of the duration of the stay super loudly. But people seemed into it. The food was your typical bar food. Not the best, not the worst. Service was mediocre. They cheeked in on us, and were nice when they did. Just kind of slow. Had a pleasant experience overall.

I got a cheese burger and fries with onion rings inside of it and it was very good as well. There black cherry soda taste really good as well. The menu has alot of options ! The live music was so good the crowd didn't want them to leave. I was there to watch the basketball game and didn't have a problem at all ! TVs everywhere !! Definitely will be returning ! Great mozzarella sticks! The trip to BROOKLYN from JERSEY with my son Ale was EVERYTHING! Bay Ridge Pizza’s pig in a blanket had a dough that just melts in your mouth; reminds you of a pastry but still gives you the kick of pork. And— I will NEVER have a SICILIAN SLICE in Jersey again!!!

THIS IS THE BEST PIZZERIA IVE EVER BEEN TOO.
10/10 Recommend. 😋
Anything and everything you eat here is the best, the quality in every ingredient, the portion size, the variety, etc.
This place is a very inviting and welcoming atmosphere, and is wonderful for people with food allergies such a gluten intolerance and other allergies.
They care for their customers, are very cleanly, and so much more.
In the pictures are: potato croquettes, Sicilian slice, mozzarella sticks, and a grandma slice. ❤️

We got slices to go but did not sit down to eat. Wished we did because the place is huge. Has a beautiful outdoor space out back that reminds of a vacation affair. It has nice seating inside as well. Somewhat of a romantic place but also family friendly. Pricey but that is expected. The lady at the counter was so nice, gave her suggestions and told us which ones have alcohol since we were obviously Muslim. Appreciated that.

Came for coffee and dessert. Got the coffee with tia maria, baba rum. Drink was delicious. The dessert was a bit too sweet for me. It was soaked in syrup but way too much. Service and atmosphere was nice. They do have a lot of choices for dessert. Will have to try something else next time.

I had a chill waiter, brought me exactly what I wanted, didn't smother me. A unique ambient, I have to say.
I only ordered the soup of the day, chicken soup for lunch and a cocktail. Both were delicious. The soup a bit salty for my taste, but I had a big breakfast so I was full--and everything else there looked delicious!

I really enjoyed the berry berry napoleon cake. It tasted almost same as the one at Martha’s Bakery ! My family also got strawberry shortcake which was not as good as it looked unfortunately. I wish we had more time to enjoy their outdoor sitting area! It was so pretty with trees and vines above your head.

Our group came for brunch on a Saturday and felt well looked after. We had children and the staff were very accommodating. We loved the booths and the food was delicious. Our group had a combination of breakfast and lunch options and all dishes were very tasty. The pancakes were our favourite, so light and fluffy! Our server looked after us, making sure our coffee was topped up and we felt very relaxed. Can’t wait to return.

I stopped by yesterday for the first time for a quick breakfast. Since this restaurant has recently changed its name to Mike's Royal Diner, I could see that they are making modifications to the inside of the restaurant. The waitstaff is friendly and the food came out pretty fast. I was amazed on the large portion size of my Italian Omelette. I really got my monies worth with that meal since it filled me up for breakfast and lunch! They are making changes to the prices on the menu, but from what I see it is pretty darn reasonable. The only thing is that the bathroom is a tad small and there really isn't too much room. Overall, I would definitely come here again the next time I am passing through the area.

First time coming here today since the new owner took over. The place looks really nice, but bathroom still needs work. Food was good. Sharon was my server and she was very nice. Nice to know that it’s still good now that George is no longer there. Hope it stays around because I have been a Royal’s customer for about 30 years when I lived in Bay Ridge.

I used to love ordering from here, especially getting sandwiches and the cobb salad.
But the last time I ordered takeout, I ended up paying $9.00+ for "homemade chili" which was most definitely straight from a can (was either Armour brand chili or Hormel, either way it was terrible and was obviously canned).
This was really, really disappointing to me, as I could've sworn I'd had chili from here before that tasted real and I'd been craving it for weeks leading up to this experience.
I never leave bad reviews either but I genuinely took this personally - don't say you have a homemade dish when it is clearly from a can, this left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended).
