Food was yummy! The pancakes wasn’t show stopping, but the quiche was scrumptious. The breakfast bowl had yummy avocados, but otherwise tasted very healthy. Place was relatively empty, but we came for breakfast so makes sense.

Sarabeth’s never disappoints. Everything they serve is consistently delicious, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is always on point. It’s definitely a must-visit every time you’re in New York. Also, don’t forget to order the pancakes !!!

Delicious and super cute spot for brunch with friends or family. Service is super quick once you get your table; however, it does get a little crowded near the host stand, even if you have a reservation. Their popovers are a must have and their omelettes are super fresh. Would definitely come back again.
Gabriella - 9 months ago
Sarabeth’s was packed and we didn’t have a reservation, but luckily there were seats at the bar and we were thrilled. The bar staff were so friendly and chatted with us while we tried our first-ever popovers. The food was fantastic. Our hotel recommended Sarabeth’s, and it’s easy to understand why.

I came here with my family to celebrate my graduation and it was such a wonderful experience! We were a party of four on a Thursday afternoon and were greeted by warm, friendly hosts right away.
They offer a prix-fixe menu — appetizer + dessert or appetizer + entrée — for around $35, which is a great deal. We ordered burgers, calamari, a power bowl with chicken, and a beet salad. Everything was fresh and delicious!
The staff was incredibly attentive and noticed we were celebrating. They surprised me with a complimentary chocolate cake — such a sweet touch that made the day even more special. The restaurant is also really cute and great for photos!
Highly recommend for a special occasion, date night, or a fun outing with friends. We will definitely be back!

THE BEST BUFFALO WINGS I EVER HAD!
Cheeseburger was a big hit too, flame broiled flavor, Absolutely Delicious!
Philly Cheesesteak, Waffle Fries and Coleslaw was yummy too.
Excellent service, Great Relaxing Atmosphere, Clean and Spacious Restaurant with Large Bar, Plenty of Tables in Dining Room and they have a Stage and So Many TVs and a Projection TV too for Every Sports Event. Band was Playing and Sounded Great When We Arrived! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! BLONDIE’S BUFFALO WINGS ARE HANDS DOWN THE BEST!

The wings and fries here are a must! Love this place it a must visit. Now if you a real fan of the NY teams this is the spot.

The wings here are on point! This is now my goto wing spot in my neighborhood. Monday they have all you can eat wing special and a takeout special on wings as well. (Grab 20 and head to Central Park).
Very local sports bar/restaurant vibe with many tvs and a big projection scene making it a great venue to catch a game.
The service from the front of house is attentive and very friendly, food portions are large as well.
Ordered the onion rings/straws as an appetizer to share and we couldn’t finish it due to the immense size of the portion which hard be hard to find in NYC sometimes. ❤️

Most epic bar ever. GREAT VIBES !! Had an unbelievable bartender. Rayne is the kind of bartender who turns a good night out into a memorable one. From the moment you sit down, there’s an easy confidence and warmth about her that sets the tone for the entire bar. Rayne is really what brings the bar to life.
What stands out most is how Rayne connects with people. She manages to be engaging without being intrusive, making everyone feel welcome, whether you’re a regular or just stopping by for the first time. It’s rare to find someone who can juggle a busy bar while still making each interaction feel personal, but Rayne does it effortlessly.
If you’re looking for a place with great drinks and even better service, this bar delivers—and Rayne is a huge part of why. Definitely worth coming back for.

Stopped by Blondies Sports Bar in Brooklyn and had an awesome experience. Jill took great care of us — super nice and welcoming, really made the visit stand out. The wings were excellent — my father’s from Buffalo, so I know good wings when I taste them, and these definitely delivered. Great atmosphere, beautiful spot, and top-notch service. Highly recommend stopping in and asking for Jill if you want the full Blondies experience!

The dosa experience was quite enjoyable, as the dosa itself was well-prepared and delicious. However, the masala tea did not meet my expectations, as it lacked the rich flavors I was hoping for. Additionally, the price of the masala tea seemed a bit on the higher side compared to what I would typically pay. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was pleasant and satisfying
Staff were nice and welcoming and they deserve special mention !!

We had a very satisfying family meal at Saravanaa Bhavan in NYC. The restaurant is a good option for authentic South Indian vegetarian food, especially for families looking for familiar Indian flavors in New York.
The highlight of our meal was the Kheema Idli, which was soft, flavorful, and nicely spiced. The texture was excellent, and it stood out as one of the best dishes we ordered. The Mini Tiffin was also a great choice because it gave a variety of South Indian breakfast items on one plate, making it ideal for sharing and tasting multiple flavors.
We also tried the Paneer Butter Masala with naan. The paneer curry was creamy, mildly sweet, and family-friendly in spice level, while the naan paired well with it. Though Saravanaa Bhavan is primarily known for South Indian cuisine, the North Indian dishes were enjoyable too.
What we liked
Authentic South Indian taste
Family-friendly atmosphere
Good vegetarian options
Freshly prepared food
Wide menu with both South and North Indian dishes

I have yet to go to a dosa place that I didn’t like a lot but that being said this place was excellent. the paper masala dosa was crispy probably 6 ft.² and the masala was flavourful and oniony, the way I like it. I liked the different chutneys that came with the dosas, especially the red one and the coconut (the dosas with some masala and a ton of coconut chutney slathered on is a 10/10 bite) but I am a little bit too weak for the spice of the sambar. I would definitely come back, because the service was fast and the food was filling and tasty, and I like the vibe. The dosa was also significantly better than the one from madras dosa company, which had soggy dosa and not flavorful masala. It’s awesome when restaurants have metal plates to serve food on, I just like it lol

It looks like the real deal here if you're a vegetarian and like Indian food, especially dosas. Everyone in the crowded space looked very happy with their food. I'd probably rate this place a 5 if we ordered correctly (did not get enough variety of flavors and textures). Hence one less star for service that steered us wrong. I'll come back better prepared.

I ate here twice on our visit since it was closest to the hotel. Both nights were really crowded, but the food came out quickly. Everyone was in their own little world, so I never struck up a conversation with anyone other than the bartender. He was cool. Maybe that's a NYC thing? We tried the steak sandwich, burger, and wings. All were good. My favorite was the wings. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the neighborhood.

This place is always packed but table service or bar service is always excellent. They treat you right. The wings are big and bountiful. The burgers are great and really good drinks. I wasn’t impressed with the quesadillas though. Not enough filling.

Very busy, fairly unremarkable bar/restaurant that’s been around for many years. Decent drinks, beer and food. Bartenders not so communicative. Food was okay but not terrific. Three bathrooms, which was nice; no waiting. Asked to pay cash, but by the time I got back from the bathroom a different bartender had already swooped up and charged by credit card. Extra 3%. No big deal, but still…

I wouldn't normally try a Vegan place. Nothing wrong with it of course. Just assumed it wouldn't be tasty. A friend who only eats Vegan. I was pleasantly surprised! Wonderful, tasty food. The dessert is also delicious. Do try this place. It worth a visit. Laid back and low key, the staff is friendly and attentive too.

Got the chickpea fries, japanese pumpkin sandwich, and seitan medallion panini which all had such great flavors and were so fresh.

I’m not vegan, but this place truly impressed me. The pesto mac & cheese is hands down the best mac & cheese I’ve had in my life — I finished every bite. It was that good.
The burger sandwich was also awesome, full of flavor and very satisfying.
What really made the experience even better was the staff — everyone was friendly, lovely, and provided great service. You can really feel the passion and hard work behind this restaurant.
I’ll definitely come back again the next time I visit New York. Huge appreciation to everyone working here for creating such an amazing experience. 💚

We ordered the pesto mac and cheese and the pot pie and they were both delicious! 🥰 Pot pie was a little watery and could be a bit more creamy. Pesto was so flavourful and both came with a lovely salad. The gingerade was refreshing. The restaurant environment was really nice and had very friendly staff.

I really enjoyed Peacefood on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Friendly servers and great food. I had the French toast and fruit. Cooked berries in top with cinnamon and sugar was divine!! I ordered a coffee with almond milk and the almond milk was steamed and foamy! Such a nice touch! I like strong coffee so that was slightly underwhelming as it was a tad watery but overall everything was great.

Lively sports bar with good service and polite staff. The prices are affordable, making it a great spot to hang out. They also have a speakeasy downstairs, where I attended a private event. It’s a pretty cool space with an exposed original brick ceiling, adding to the charm.

December 2025. Rude staff, front bartender stated "no cocktails"just beers, got there 30 minutes b4 the reserved party room was over and they still wanted to charge $25 to get in with nothing included, 10 minutes b4 they allowed us to get in, the staff in the private room were also rude, unprofessional, asked to speak to a manager, they said no manager was available, they never ask anyone to leave, instead they called the security guard to do that. I paid cash for the beer I ordered in front, but they still charged my credit card with overcharges. I attempted to reach out by phone, but no response. If a manager was not available in person, Imagine attempting to reach anyone on the phone. If u visit this place please review your credit card statement and charges. My bill for one veer was $9.25, I paid $10 cash , but they charged my credit card W/O my signature/authorization $14.25. Horrible experience.

I visited Jake's Dilemma for my Nephews Graduation/Going away event. The bar was lively when I arrived, The back section was reserved for our group. The catered finger foods that were served were good and the drinks (Open Bar) were even better..😜🥃
I would highly recommend this place for an after work or weekend meeting spot.

Used to like this place a lot, I likely won’t order again.
Ordered delivery, not only were the portions half of the containers (even the rice carton wasn’t full) but the proportions were also off — pad thai was wayyy too sweet and the pad se ew was too salty. Seems they used the same amount of sauce but shrunk the amount of food. Massaman curry was good, but again, the portion was shockingly small.

We like the food very much. We ordered 2 set lunch - one was pad Thai and it comes with spring rolls and the second lunch was chicken fried rice. It comes with salad with tofu and beets. We also ordered curry duck and dessert mango with sticky rice was delicious and mango ice cream. We had a delicious meal there will come again.

We tried their limited-time Tiger Prawn Salad, Chicken Lettuce Wrap, Mixed appetizers, and the Roasted Duck Breast in rich red curry. Every dish was truly savory! We couldn’t miss out on the perfectly Grilled Skirt steak that adds a smoky touch to our dining experience. Definitely a MUST-VISIT if you're looking for an authentic Thai cuisine.

Personal a big fan of any literary bars, even if they don't have any books. This place is definitely a charming Irish pub, with both bar and table service. Will say that if you are ready for your drink and at a table its easier to order if at the bar and they'll bring it over. Love all the clever names they have for drinks / cocktails and fairly priced for NYC. I found the 500 Guinness wall cute. Also, always a big fan when they have the digital jukeboxes to play the tunes you want to hear. I got the cider they have on tap and the signature drink. Both very good and now I also have a new glass bottle.

There is no food served here even though it says they have a menu online (on SinglePlatform) so ignore that. But, you can bring your own food in. Very small but great vibes! The dead poet drink was very tasty and I love that I got to keep the glass. Be aware that it is very loud, sit outside if you want to talk.

The Dead Poet Bar on the Upper West Side is a cozy, literary-themed spot with a great atmosphere. The dark wood, bookish quotes on the walls, and dim lighting create an inviting space perfect for casual drinks. Their cocktail menu, especially the namesake "Dead Poet" with Jameson and ginger ale, is creative and affordable for Manhattan.
Though small and often crowded, especially on weekends, the laid-back vibe and friendly bartenders make it worth a visit. Whether you're a literary fan or just looking for a great neighborhood bar, The Dead Poet is a gem you'll want to return to.
