5 Star Rating Not a big fan of themed anything but this place is totally worth it. It's small and cozy but not overcrowded. I love the quotes all over the bar and the themed drink menu. Went here with a few friends and we all sampled different drinks, each one was awesome. I ordered mozzarella sticks which were served fast and the overall service was great. Loved it and will be returning.

Denise Baker - 1 month ago

3 Star Rating nice atmosphere attentive staff. the mix drinks are nothing to speak of, in fact the Moscow mule was horrible and the only mix drink liked was the gin and tonic. good for beer and long term chillen. their seats are uncomfortable at best. the bar has a overall hipster vibe in a bad way. go with good people and you won't have a bad time as long as you stick to beer.

Aaron Donner - 19 days ago

5 Star Rating Amazing place to be. The drinks are great and the food is fantastic! Had the Boneless Bourbon BBQ wings with a side of fries and those are the best wings I've ever had in my entire life. Not only that but the portions are huge if it's just for one person. I definitely recommend checking it out.

5 Star Rating this bar was so cool ! our friends were at the beacon for a show, and we didn't have tickets so we went to a few bars. this place is tiny and it was packed with people. the drinks are all poet themed which was fun, and they were very well done too. next time i go to the beacon i want to go here again !

4 Star Rating Loved the theme and decor as well as poet inspired drinks. Pretty young crowd. But overall enjoyed the bar.

5 Star Rating This restaurant is amazing! It is a vegan heaven :) I had the vegan burger and I loved it , the sauce that came with it was delicious. Now if you like sweets this is paradise. I try the carrot cake, the raw chocolate pie, and the peanut butter cheese cake. You can not stop watching others people plates to see what are you ordering later. I will definitely go back until I try the whole menu.

5 Star Rating I went here on Valentine’s Day and we had a quick dinner as we were lucky enough to habe a baby sitter that night. First of all, the #vegan meals were great as always, service was perfect. Its really casual and relaxed which was exactly what we needed. The icing on the cake was that they didn’t boost the prices for Valentine’s Day. It was the regular menu. We called the number of vegan places and all them were charging ridiculous amounts of money for dinner. I have a lot of respect that they take care of their customers every day of the year without taking advantage and want to regular day.

Marc Zdanow - 21 days ago

5 Star Rating My friend lives in the area and we come here every time a swing by to visit. If you like vegan food this is a must try. Excellent service.

5 Star Rating If only more restaurants were like this place. It is wholesome in every sense of the word. Incredibly delicious, healthy vegetarian/vegan food for all people. I have a number is severe allergies and once I tell the staff they are so accommodating and I have (knock on wood) never had any issues here. Really could not recommend this place more. Also, it’s relatively affordable.

Kyler Zee - 3 months ago

5 Star Rating The best vegan place in NY ( as far as I can tell). We have travelled from the other side of Manhattan just to enjoy their awesome sandwiches and cakes. Oh my god those cakes - Carrot one rocks! Staff is very friendly and fast even when the place is crowded. Also, you can get a proper cup of espresso for a change from those large American coffees 🙂

4 Star Rating The food was delicious. Why not 5 stars? The price vs the amount of food you get is a little out there. We paid just over $30 for one meal: meal #2 with the trio of sandwiches (shrimp, crab, and lobster), soup, and drink. The sandwiches are about 2 adult bites each but FANTASTIC. The seafood was so fresh and not "fishy". The location is small but the service was quick and friendly enough. I enjoyed the bar style seat at the window so I could "people watch" and enjoy my lunch.

Tifani Kirchem - 2 months ago

5 Star Rating I had the trio rolls with a side of clam chowder. The trio rolls were delicious while the clam chowder was okay. The lobster and shrimp rolls were my favorite, and next time I want to try the lobster soup. I will definitely come back!

5 Star Rating Very happy with this bar. AFFORDABLE beers and lots of TVs to watch sports. Loud fun atmosphere. The staff is SUPER friendly and welcoming and easily become friends. They also have tasty food!

4 Star Rating If you're looking for that dive bar experience with good wings this is the spot. Good to catch a game but if you're looking for good beer, they're in short supply. Especially if the taps freeze again. Lol

Bryan K - 14 days ago

5 Star Rating Had such a great time here during superbowl weekend. This is a big bar it doesn't look like it from the outside. It was extremely busy but the service was still great and attentive. We didn't even wait long for a table to open up. I was surprised how good the food was.

Rosanna Rodriguez - 1 month ago

4 Star Rating Food was decent and affordable. My friend ordered chicken tenders and they were overcooked. It tasted like it was electrified. The wings were good.

Duresny Nemorin - 1 month ago

5 Star Rating Five stars if your a northwestern fan. Three stars for everyone else. It’s just the way it works at a big ten place like this. The menu is just what you expected and the pitchers of bud light sufficiently cheap to make watching any Cats game worth the trip to the upper west side.

5 Star Rating Stopped in for dinner before heading to Beacon Theater for a show. Staff was friendly, restaurant was busy, but we found a table. Food was very good and reasonable. Would recommend this place with good healthy food at a reasonable cost. Plan to return for more meals.

5 Star Rating Do you like rotisserie chicken?if the answer is yes, then come to this place. I stopped by for a dinner meal and I enjoyed my meal so much I'm going to be a regular . The chicken was moist and flavorful and came with pita and a hot side. I got a baked potato which also was delicious. I can't speak highly enough about this place. It is delicious, fast and well priced.

4 Star Rating Great pub. We came in from the rain to grab a bite. They were short-staffed for the holiday week so things started rocky but quickly changed to a keeper. Good beer selection and even the chicken fingers were home made and a giant portion for my very happy daughter with much left for the happy dad. Prices were very reasonable for downtown.

5 Star Rating Nice brunch spot. Loved the crunch bowl. Nice service. Great coffee. The eggs Benedict with salmon were great, too.

V V - 1 month ago

5 Star Rating Service as amazing and the food was even better! The Salmon Egg Benedict and Farmer's Omelette were a hit. Given the busy season we were still able to get a table for two in a decent amount of time.

Amanda Douglas - 2 months ago

3 Star Rating Friendly service, clean place and good portions. One of their dessert was described as 'smores with chocolate but it was just marshmallow with chocolate pudding, no graham crackers found. Fries were served at room temperature with some a little soggy, maybe I'm used to the fries being served hot or right after the frier.

5 Star Rating This was my first time going to this place. I came out to celebrate a good friends birthday. This place is a bar slash pub. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the food and drinks are really good. The setting reminds me of a college hangout. I had a great time and I will be back.

Venehisa Ayala - 1 month ago

5 Star Rating This is a nice bar to go to and have a private event because they have a space in the back for your event with a bar. The food was pretty good. They had a pasta, chicken tenders, and some type of fried vegetable with cheese which was also good. They had security standing at the event space so that no one could enter but your guests. And the music was pretty good. I think it's a nice after work spot to go to.

Syncere Hardy - 3 months ago

4 Star Rating The kind of bar you went to in college relocated to Manhattan. Complete with beer pong and flip cup. Pretty solid beer selection, though. They also have pretty good bar food to soak up a few of those beers. It can get fairly crowded on weekends, so don't go if you're not friendly.

Nick Dyslin - 4 months ago

4 Star Rating Great place for a chill environment with a fairly young crowd. Their tater tots are the bomb. They also have a wide space where you can play beer pong with friends. Everyone is pretty friendly. When it's busy, it's really busy so make sure you plan your seats unless you don't mind standing

4 Star Rating What the Cluck is awesome--it's fast, affordable, healthy, and delicious. I stopped by for some quick takeout while volunteering nearby, and my experience couldn't have been better. Everything was packaged neatly, and my food was hot and fresh once I was ready to eat it. The chicken, broth, rice, and hot sauce all went together so perfectly. I'd definitely come back for a quick, yummy, and reliably good meal.

4 Star Rating Staff was friendly and attentive. Lunch menu was quite a bargain for New York standard (I guess) . Two entrees cost $13 as in my photos. Taste is quite authentic.

5 Star Rating I've been coming here for 5 years, my favorite thai in NYC. I especially like going for the lunch special, only $9 and SUCH good rice and noodle dishes! For dinner if it's just me I usually do a pick up order, ready in 10 minutes. If I go with friends and it's busy, they'll call by phone when the table is ready - meaning we can browse the cute shops nearby instead of standing in a doorway! I don't mind a bit of a wait because the staff are so polite and I know the food comes quickly. Modern decor, beautiful food presentation, easy parking- it's my go to!

Ashley Knutson - 1 month ago

5 Star Rating Good food, fast service. A little cramped, but the food makes up for it. However, the "spicy" options are not really that spicy and are probably turned down a couple of notches from what they could be.

Clay Sullivan - 3 days ago

4 Star Rating Very good Thai food. The restaurant is small, fitting probably 30 people. It is one of the few places where you can get a lunch special consisting of appetizer and main course for $ 11. The personnel was courteous and the service quick.
