The rating was a three. In my rip burger, there was way too much barbecue sauce, so it was unpleasant to eat. Also, a girl in our group ordered a dish because she has a gluten allergy, and they put a bunch of cheese in it, so they had to redo it. And they also didn’t give us any napkins. So, the service was so-so, and the food as well. But the interior was beautiful. Also, the restroom was awful, small, and on the first floor it smelled like some kind of dampness; the table also smelled the same way.

Good food, but the environment and service are unacceptable.
To be fair, the burger patty was truly crispy and delicious. However, the place itself was filthy and neglected, with trash scattered all over the floor. The staff was incredibly rude and had a prejudiced, almost racist attitude toward a tourist who simply asked how the ordering system works. It’s also quite expensive considering the very small portions. I wouldn't necessarily tell you to stay away, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Good spot for a quick bite. The burgers are tasty and consistent with other Shake Shack locations, and the shakes never disappoint. Service can be a bit slow during peak hours, and seating inside is limited. Staff are generally friendly, however when I asked for a drink without ice, the woman at the counter reacted rudely, which made the service feel less friendly.

Food was very, very good. Staff were also very good. Burger was medium; perfect! Not over done. Sat down stairs and staff was attentive; cleaning and serving. Glad condiments were downstairs too. Two issues though. Major one was bathrooms that were filthy and hand soap dispenser was broken. Minor issue was I was notified food was ready early, and it was not. I went back up the stairs through heavy traffic and food was not ready. Went back downstairs and attendant did not our table tent number and radioed the upstairs team with where we were sitting (downstairs).

I ordered a brownie batter hot cocoa shake and French fries today.
The shake was decent. I did get a few small pieces of broken down brownie crumbs. The fries were pretty nice actually. It was crispy even when it’s cold. Delicious!
The staff were nice and friendly. The layout of the restaurant was kind of strange. Takeout was tucked in all the way to the back that I had to walk past all the people who were dining there. I just think I would like people constantly walking passing by when I’m enjoying my food.
This Shake Shack has wine. Maybe I’ll come back and try it next time.

Visited this establishment based on a recommendation. The quality of the food is really good but the portions are relatively small for the price.
Service is decent and the servers are friendly and attentive. Took a bit for them to take my order.
I ordered a roll and requested to add avocado. I wasn’t aware the avocado would cost me $2 on top of the price of the roll. I wish they would have shared that piece of information with me.
This is a relatively small spot, great for a quick bite and conversation since the ambient music is soft.

A hidden gem I am so glad I found. The service was pleasant and the food was delicious. The chicken pad Thai was one of the most flavorful I have had in a while and the sushi was so fresh. The Panko Chicken Buns were a great starter! I can’t wait to come back for more.

Amber on the Upper West Side has been one of our go to spots for many years. We probably order take-out more than we dine in but the sushi and service is absolutely fantastic in either setting. Amber is definitely our favorite sushi spot in the surrounding area. We have never really had a bad experience here in the 10 plus years that we've frequented the place. Highly recommend.

Wow! I can’t think of a better word. Small, intimate, and really delectable offerings. Nothing too complicated and nothing too ordinary. We ordered the Trio Sashimi and it came with a rice melange that was unexpected with mushrooms and other savory bits, and the Pink Lady that was so fresh and a perfect balance of flavors. I started imagining if I could ever have a private party here. It is so lovey!

Came to this place since I was craving sushi with some friends. Everything from the appetizers to the sushi was delicious, I want to go back to try more menu items! I really loved the atmosphere, is perfect for any date.

Didn’t have a reservation on a Sunday night, so had to sit at the sushi bar. It was actually wonderful to see so many chefs working to create the beautiful dishes here. Very delicate sushi with interesting toppings, like a horseradish sauce. Our order was quite simple, but I was able to see firsthand some of the creations being prepared. Be warned: this place is not inexpensive. But the sushi is a notch above. Our kind waitress was very well informed, so ask questions! Bonus: Japanese toilets in the restrooms!

The Chicken Teriyaki was perfectly cooked—definitely among the best I’ve had. The "Sushi Regular," with eight pieces of sushi and one tuna roll, was fresh and flavorful, though the wasabi inside was a bit unexpected. The seaweed salad was delicious and beautifully presented.
We were treated to complimentary Konacha tea, though I would have preferred it to be served during the meal rather than at the end. The service was attentive, and the ambiance was cozy, enhanced by beautiful wall art. The only downside was the limited dessert menu.

This place is so easy to miss..I’m actually not sure it has a sign out front. It probably does but I just went in without looking because my friends told me about it. Seems that that doesn’t slow down business. I went on a Thursday night an hour before closing and although the space
isn’t large, it was packed. Lots of energy. I sat at the bar and had my usual …uni and fatty tuna. Both were fabulous (although the uni was $24 each vs the $15 I usually pay at other sushi houses). Can’t say that it was better than those for the price. I had a salmon sushi and immediately noticed
that there were none of those white veins (the typical grain that you see normally). I’ve never seen such a uniform slice of salmon. And it was as velvety as it could be. Along with it I had the seared king salmon belly. Truly wonderful flavors along with the richness of the species. The slight char offered a nice flavorful accent. I had the salmon roe only because I’ve never seen such large beads. Not sure that the flavor was different from normal sized roe but the texture was enjoyable. Finally, I had the hijiki seaweed salad. It was unlike any seaweed I’ve had. Don’t know that I can describe it as it was a totally new flavor for me. Perhaps a little earthy. Again, hard to describe but worth the experience. Sitting at the counter where 6 chefs were actively plying their trade, I saw some very uniquely presented sushi and maki rolls that made me want to try EVERYTHING. But I didn’t. I wasn’t that hungry and I would have departed with a $300 bill just for me WITHOUT beverages. I will definitely return. It is not common to have a sushi menu absolutely replete with creative options as could be found here. Great staff too. Very attentive and informative.

Cannot understand the negative reviews other than to think they don’t know what good quality Japanese food is.

I used to come here a bit back in the day and while it’s still the same vibe, it’s lost a little bit in my opinion. I went this past Sunday and the service felt off, strange being that they had more than enough staff. It took a while for us to order but once we did, everything was fine. The food here is heavy and it’s kind of wild that half a personal deep dish will fill me up the way it does. I’m sad they dropped the All American from the dessert menu but the Chicago Classic deep dish is still what it was from what I remember. Would love to see these guys step it up a bit, maybe in terms of service and the overall selection.

We had a fantastic experience at Uno Chicago Grill in NYC! The food was excellent from start to finish, with delicious deep-dish pizza that was full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The portions were generous, and everything arrived hot and fresh.
A special shoutout to Travis, who was an outstanding server. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He checked in regularly, made great recommendations, and genuinely helped make our meal even more enjoyable.
Great food, great atmosphere, and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back the next time we're in New York. Highly recommended

My first delivery order from UNO and everything was exceptionally good! I had a bunch of things, from the Pepperoni personal deep dish pizza to the Buffalo Chicken Fajitas which were fantastic and the wagyu Burger, very very tasty (it was missing just a pinch of salt IMO) that came with an outstanding loaded baked potato and the Brisket BBQ sandwich was delicious too. My only complaint is about the fries which arrived cold and not really enjoyable. Except for that everything was truly worth the price (kinda expensive) you paid for! Will definitely order again because overall it was a great culinary experience!

Such a great place for quick bites and amazing service. We visited the museum of natural history and was starving after so we found UNO and it was spectacular. The pizzas were really good. They have a great kids menu as well and the drinks were delicious!!! Highly recommend!

Came here after a visit to the museum of natural history. Conveniently located across the street. Was very busy and although we wanted a booth we were only offered a high top at the bar. There were some loud talkers standing by the bar and it was kinda getting annoying for my meal.
So the cheesy bread came out hot and ready to eat before our entrees. Very delicious. For my main dish I went with the Wagyu burger. Treated myself. Was delicious and filling. I had to take half home. Baes pasta was really good too. Small pieces of chicken though. Bae also took half hers home.
Restaurant set up is weird. Bathroom is located downstairs and you have to squeeze by the severs at the food picket window by the kitchen just to get to the stair case.
We weren’t offered refills. Asked for containers to go and had to ask for a bag to put the containers in. Service was just satisfactory.

Noi Due is always a great choice. The square pizza is crispy, flavorful, and perfectly baked. The salads are fresh and well-balanced, and the pasta is cooked just right with rich, delicious sauces. Don’t skip the tiramisu — it’s the perfect sweet finish. The service is friendly and attentive, and the ambiance is warm and inviting. Highly recommend.

My husband took me here for my birthday and the food & experience was five star! The ravioli pasta was one of the best I’ve had in my life no jokes! The other pasta we got was also amazing and so unique. If you’re a pasta lover this is definitely the place to go! The manager was so nice and our waitress (I believe her name was Claudia) was amazing! I look forward to going back!

—Best service I’ve ever received in a kosher restaurant in New York City—
Came to this location is walk-ins for a spontaneous lunch. Two people.
We’re looking for a good kosher eats around West side of Central Park and thank God, we found this place.
We were sat down within half a minute of entering the restaurant.
Server was phenomenal at her job. She literally heard us talking about things we’d like and came back with them immediately. No questions asked.
We ordered a pizza filleti de Pomodoro was great.
Got the gluten-free penne Rosa Rosa sauce was amazing
Got white sangria with passionfruit extract and red sangria with cinnamon both were a little lacking of alcohol in my opinion, but were great for the middle off the day.
Shared the stuffed mushrooms- would be an excellent choice for people who love eggplant Parmesan style food
Highly recommend
Will be back bh!!!

It is a late night pizza run after Shakespeare in the park Romeo and Juliet. We went with what they had left. Meat slice, veggie slice and buffalo slice. The trifecta. Loaded up supreme slice at a reasonable price. Finding a slice of pizza in NY is pretty easy. Finding a good slice of pizza gets a little more tricky. Ray’s is worth the trip uptown to get a slice. The hand-tossed crust was done to perfection and the toppings were generous. And all for a price that won’t break the bank.

I was disappointed with how long food took to come out and restaurant was not as busy. Service could had been more on point instead of us asking for status on food, being seated next to the cold entrance when back of the restaurant was open. Food wasn't that great. It felt very much like take out. Grilled chicken was more rubbery and hard. Enchiladas were not even spicy as it was suggested by waitress and menu. Steak request was not acknowledged. I believe this couldn't be a way better experience for almost $200 priced amount.

Japanese spot near the natural history museum. Serviceable ramen, but the broth wasn’t rich enough. Ramen broth should be bursting with flavor and thick in texture, I haven’t found this in New York yet, not sure where to look! Not here, alas, but it’s not bad, don’t get me wrong. Just chasing the ramen unicorn LOL.

Lenwich receives 2 stars because I don't have it in my heart to give Patricia a 1 star.
I did a search for grilled portobello mushroom near me and chose Lenwich.
When ordering I asked if I could please have my meal minus the bread and cheese (temporary medical reasons). Patricia politely informed me that there would be a plate charge. I asked if the cost of the no bread and cheese could cover the plate cost. Patricia, still polite, said she would check. Enters Joseph! Joseph was very curt when informing me that I would still need to pay the $2 plate fee. I complied.
When I receive my meal there was SO MUCH honey balsamic dressing that everything simply tasted like vinegar. To make matters worse, 70% of what was supposed to be the star of the show was cut so thin that I was left with crispy dried out portobello chips that I had to spit out. The roasted peppers was the one saving grace.
I will gladly pay $20, $30, $40 for a well constructed in between meals bite (this sandwichis was $15+$2 for the plate). What I have a problem with paying for is being treated poorly and served sub-par food.

The signature Lenwich is a fantastic lesson in how to build the perfect sandwich, serving up hot, incredibly tender pastrami with a rich, peppery flavor that is perfectly matched by a crisp, cool coleslaw. The contrast between the hot meat and the cold topping is great, but it’s the balance of flavors that really wins you over.
