Good spot for a quick bite. The burgers are tasty and consistent with other Shake Shack locations, and the shakes never disappoint. Service can be a bit slow during peak hours, and seating inside is limited. Staff are generally friendly, however when I asked for a drink without ice, the woman at the counter reacted rudely, which made the service feel less friendly.

I ordered a brownie batter hot cocoa shake and French fries today.
The shake was decent. I did get a few small pieces of broken down brownie crumbs. The fries were pretty nice actually. It was crispy even when it’s cold. Delicious!
The staff were nice and friendly. The layout of the restaurant was kind of strange. Takeout was tucked in all the way to the back that I had to walk past all the people who were dining there. I just think I would like people constantly walking passing by when I’m enjoying my food.
This Shake Shack has wine. Maybe I’ll come back and try it next time.

It’d been a while since I’d last had Shake Shack, but I had a craving and ordered a Shack Burger and Fries for pick-up.
With its proximity to the American Museum of Natural History and Central Park, this location can get quite busy, but I went for a very late lunch or very early dinner, so the lines weren’t too long.
My pick-up experience was very positive, thanks to the friendly, helpful staff.
When I arrived, I couldn’t locate the pick-up counter, so I asked one of the staff. They told me and very kindly guided me to where it was, at the back of the restaurant.
The staff with the pick-up orders was also very friendly.
Although it was a very short time, by the time I got home, the food wasn’t hot. I’d arrived before my pick-up time, but my order was already there, so maybe it’d been sitting there for a bit.
Both my Shack Burger and Fries were still good, though. Their burgers aren’t as greasy as some other places and the fries are crinkle cut fries.
I love ketchup and realized after I got home that I should’ve gotten extra, because I use it for both my burger and fries, and it only came with 2 packets. Note for next time.
It was a good experience overall, though. Great service really makes all the difference.

The food taste really good!
I asked for my burguer with no bun and it came amazing prepared! Totally recommend! At the end the lady that works at the store (Madina) told me that my drink was refillable, what was a very good plus!!!

Visited this establishment based on a recommendation. The quality of the food is really good but the portions are relatively small for the price.
Service is decent and the servers are friendly and attentive. Took a bit for them to take my order.
I ordered a roll and requested to add avocado. I wasn’t aware the avocado would cost me $2 on top of the price of the roll. I wish they would have shared that piece of information with me.
This is a relatively small spot, great for a quick bite and conversation since the ambient music is soft.

A hidden gem I am so glad I found. The service was pleasant and the food was delicious. The chicken pad Thai was one of the most flavorful I have had in a while and the sushi was so fresh. The Panko Chicken Buns were a great starter! I can’t wait to come back for more.

Wow! I can’t think of a better word. Small, intimate, and really delectable offerings. Nothing too complicated and nothing too ordinary. We ordered the Trio Sashimi and it came with a rice melange that was unexpected with mushrooms and other savory bits, and the Pink Lady that was so fresh and a perfect balance of flavors. I started imagining if I could ever have a private party here. It is so lovey!

Amber on the Upper West Side has been one of our go to spots for many years. We probably order take-out more than we dine in but the sushi and service is absolutely fantastic in either setting. Amber is definitely our favorite sushi spot in the surrounding area. We have never really had a bad experience here in the 10 plus years that we've frequented the place. Highly recommend.

Always my neighborhood go-to. The best sushi in the area by far. Always consistent, authentic, comfort food, fresh fish, a New York classic. Not stuffy like all the omakase spots popping up all over, but much more high end and elegant than the other Japanese restaurants around. It’s the perfect in between, and the quality is always there!

This place is so easy to miss..I’m actually not sure it has a sign out front. It probably does but I just went in without looking because my friends told me about it. Seems that that doesn’t slow down business. I went on a Thursday night an hour before closing and although the space
isn’t large, it was packed. Lots of energy. I sat at the bar and had my usual …uni and fatty tuna. Both were fabulous (although the uni was $24 each vs the $15 I usually pay at other sushi houses). Can’t say that it was better than those for the price. I had a salmon sushi and immediately noticed
that there were none of those white veins (the typical grain that you see normally). I’ve never seen such a uniform slice of salmon. And it was as velvety as it could be. Along with it I had the seared king salmon belly. Truly wonderful flavors along with the richness of the species. The slight char offered a nice flavorful accent. I had the salmon roe only because I’ve never seen such large beads. Not sure that the flavor was different from normal sized roe but the texture was enjoyable. Finally, I had the hijiki seaweed salad. It was unlike any seaweed I’ve had. Don’t know that I can describe it as it was a totally new flavor for me. Perhaps a little earthy. Again, hard to describe but worth the experience. Sitting at the counter where 6 chefs were actively plying their trade, I saw some very uniquely presented sushi and maki rolls that made me want to try EVERYTHING. But I didn’t. I wasn’t that hungry and I would have departed with a $300 bill just for me WITHOUT beverages. I will definitely return. It is not common to have a sushi menu absolutely replete with creative options as could be found here. Great staff too. Very attentive and informative.
Henri Merceron - 5 months ago
The Chicken Teriyaki was perfectly cooked—definitely among the best I’ve had. The "Sushi Regular," with eight pieces of sushi and one tuna roll, was fresh and flavorful, though the wasabi inside was a bit unexpected. The seaweed salad was delicious and beautifully presented.
We were treated to complimentary Konacha tea, though I would have preferred it to be served during the meal rather than at the end. The service was attentive, and the ambiance was cozy, enhanced by beautiful wall art. The only downside was the limited dessert menu.
Olga NYC - 9 months ago
Beautiful and delicate food, beautiful balanced flavours and authentic. Some of the most tender and tasty outside of Japan.
Cannot understand the negative reviews other than to think they don’t know what good quality Japanese food is.

This is one of two places I come to get my Chicago style deep dish pizza craving filled in the city. I only ever sit at the bar so I can’t speak to the dining areas, but the bar is never too busy that I can’t get a seat.
All of the staff have been amazing. My last visit was on a Sunday, and much to my surprise they had a happy hour special. A few of the appetizers and personal pepperoni pizzas were on the list. Margaritas, wine and beer were also on special.
The pizza was great and filling as usual, and this was my first time trying the Buffalo wings. There were done to perfection as well.

Very good Chicago style pan pizza with lots of toppings on pan bked pizza. Numerous Uno is what I always get at every Uno restaurants. Dice tomatoes, sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, parmesan, Romano cheese. Highly recommended. 10" deep dish was too much for 2 people, recommended individual size to share instead.

Very delicious pizza. I had the spicy Hawaiian, and it was so good, i got another one to go. I didn't explore the restaurant as I should have, though, it seemed like a chill spot. Plus the pizza was phenomenal. They have thin crust, deep dish and a lot more.

I hand the UNO classic deep dish pizza and it was delicious pepperoni, sussage and onions all blended into a perfect pizza. My friend had the Bacon cheeseburger and he said that it was very good. A very nice atmosphere and good customer service.

Went to grap a quick bite, stayed because of the atmosphere. 90's atmosphere, great service, and good food. The drinks were good but cheap, and they had great deals on the food. Bringing your kids here is also a great idea because of the make your own pizza, and the deep dish is to die for. Definitely coming here again!

Amazing kosher dairy food and top-notch service at Noi Due Cafe. Everything is fresh and delicious, but it gets really loud since it’s always packed. Be sure to make a reservation and ask for a booth so you can hear your table. Still, one of the best kosher dairy restaurants in NYC!

NoiDue Cafe has been a stalwart of quality and ambience since we’ve been coming here since at least 2017. Tonight, Monica was a fantastic server, who really cared for our needs when we changed our mind about where we wanted to sit. The food did not miss, as usual. Even “simple” dishes like fish and chips are delectable with “melt in your mouth” fish and waffle cut ‘chips’. Pizzas are A+ and the tiramisu was great! 10/10.

Had a reservation for two and arrived early. The host was kind enough to sit us early. The ambiance was modern and nicely lit. My friend was impressed with the fact that they had Raspberry Margaritas, not many places offer this so a plus! He loved the Margarita and felt it was worth breaking his diet lol We ordered our own starters. I got the guacamole, pumpkin seeds with plantain chips and he got the Ribeye Skewers. The plantain chips were warm and the guac was simple (no onion, tomatoes), which I appreciated and it was still good. I didn’t try the Ribeye skewer but my friend certainly enjoyed it. They gave a good amount of guac. Since my friend didn’t have any I had some to eat with my main which I loved. I ordered the duck with green beans and Yuca. I was impressed with the cherry sauce and the duck. The Yuca was cold and I’m not sure if it was supposed to be, at first it was off putting but it was still good as I mixed it with the duck. I had a side of Salt & Vinegar Onion rings and they came out hot and fresh, loved that for me. The chipotle aioli was good too but I can’t handle any type of spice lol so I put the leftover guac on the onion rings and mixed it with my duck. My taste buds were having a party. My friend enjoyed their Chicken parm and scarfed it down in minutes. The owner (from what it seemed) was very kind and made sure to check in on us every now and then. When we left he was kind enough to give us free Saratoga water for our travels from their sister bakery Modern Bread and Bagel. I will definitely be coming back to this place as someone who has gluten sensitivity.

Fresh, delicious, and full of flavor! The highlight of the night was bartender Yohan, who made us feel so welcome. The Passion Fruit Margarita was perfection — tropical, balanced, and unforgettable. Big shoutout to the kitchen — the food was absolutely awesome! Highly recommend!

I had an incredible meal at this fully gluten-free restaurant. It’s rare to find a place where you can relax and enjoy every bite without worrying about cross-contamination, but they truly deliver on both safety and flavor.
The menu was creative and thoughtful—everything from appetizers to dessert was clearly crafted with care. The [insert dish you loved] was a standout: perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Even my friends who don’t follow a gluten-free diet were impressed.
The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and well-trained in allergy protocols, which made the experience that much more comfortable.
If you’re gluten-free (or even if you’re not), this place is an absolute gem. Highly recommended.

Our friend’s birthday Brunch this Sunday (3/16) was beyond what any of us expected! We had such an amazing experience from the food, (brisket hash, steak burger, chicken poppers and more) being all delicious, to the strong and tasty drinks! We had passion fruit margaritas the whole time and Sangria which was Perfection. The best part was Alan, the owner, coming over to check in and joking with us, making us feel very welcomed and special. Our server Junior was attentive and friendly smiling the whole time, putting up with all 9 of us Locas. We will definitely be back!

I had the chicken and waffles here and WOW, absolutely amazing! I haven’t had chicken and waffles since my diagnosis, and this was such a treat. Crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with the waffle, comfort food done right, and in a way that fits my needs. The ambiance was cozy, the service was warm, and I left feeling full and genuinely happy. So grateful places like this exist in NYC. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic pizza! The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the toppings were super fresh. You can tell they put real care into every pie. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to serve, and the whole place had a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Brought family from out of state before going to Natural History Museum. Just get off the B train uptown midtown and walk about 5 min. The pizza is out of this world I’ve been eating pizza my whole life and nothing compares. The staff is nice considering they probably get thousands of visitors they made us feel welcome.
There is plenty of space to sit and the air conditioning was nice and cold to get out on a hot summer day. Kids were complaining of hot day so this was perfect for getting out of the sun.
Did I mention the pizza is delicious.

Super chill spot in the middle of the hustle to kick back and grab authentic Mexican food for a decent price. I enjoyed the skirt steak and curry shrimp. I love Mexican food. This restaurant had promise. The host was friendly, we sat outside, and despite the heat it was lovely. We were excited to try the corn knowing it is in season and I looked forward to the birria tacos because they are not on every menu. The corn tasted like it was previously frozen which was a big disappointment. The tacos were decent. Service overall was good - food was served quickly and we never had an empty glass.

LOVEEE this place! You can never go wrong coming to Taralluci UWS whether it’s for a brunch with friends, a quick stop for a cappuccino or spritz, or a phenomenal spread of apps and entrees for dinner. My favorites are definitely the orichetti and the lamb skewers that were just recently added to the menu, amazing! Oscar is truly incredible and makes the atmosphere very welcoming. He is so attentive and makes some of the best spritzes I’ve had in the city!! Highly recommend this restaurant and will continue coming back :))

Italian transported to the UWS! Get the Rigatoni if it’s your first time here. Get the Cacio E Pepe if you appreciate peppery dishes. I loved the intentionality of the pepper—it was clearly the main flavor yet it didn’t overpower the whole dish. A+

Had made reservations for NYE which had a Prix Fixe menu with a decent split of vegetarian and meat selection across three courses. We went for the early seating and it was relatively quiet on a rainy last day of the year.
Alex, our server, was friendly and was kind enough to offer us a glass of wine on the house, after he felt bad having charged full price for our little one on the Prix Fixe menu.
Food overall was pretty decent. There was a Pappardelle pasta for our little one, and a few great options for meat lovers, including a Rib-eye steak which unfortunately lacked flavor, in spite of adding their rather heavy garlic and heavy cream sauce. The lobster tail was thoroughly enjoyed by the seafood lover on our table, and was enough to knock a person out on the table next to us, who possibly had a shell fish allergy. We were glad to see the person doing fine though, towards the end of the meal. Definitely not a nice way to end the year!
Noise levels were on the average end throughout our time there, and their menu and service were pretty good, definitely on the expensive end though. Will definitely visit again sometime in the near future!
