Best Nutella pizza I ever tried before! I had the opportunity to try several appetizers and they were also outstanding: coconut shrimp, whipped ricotta, antipasto swekers😍, mini calzone is 10/10, don’t miss out the cannolis and the cheese cake 😋 they offered me my favs cocktails; lychee martini, expresso martini and aperol without expecting it. Exceptional manager and waitress, made my family feel like home (my moms favorite was the chicken taco, that was delicious innovation)😁
Definitely will to come back soon! I noticed they are doing catering and private events now, I great idea to keep in mind for my future gatherings😋

This is a solid little restaurant for good fire grilled pizza in Manhattan!! The smaller pizza is 6 slices and the larger one is 8 slices. Crust is thin and crunchy. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a Hawaiian. Both were delicious! Air conditioned inside. Bathrooms available. No changing station for little ones - just FYI. Great find!

Food was okay and we got our orders fairly quickly. I would say the server gave a non-friendly vibe with our group but then we saw how he interacted with another patron and we were like oh I guess he doesn't like us lol. The chicken on my penne was a little dry. Pizza was freshly made. Overall service was just mediocre, nothing special to make us come back.

We visited this wonderful place and were absolutely delighted! We ordered homemade lemonade, pizza, and dessert — everything was just perfect! The pizza, baked in a wood-fired oven, was especially good: thin crust, an amazing garlic sauce as the base, and fresh ingredients. The lemonade was refreshing, and the dessert was the sweet finishing touch to the evening. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back again!

I fell in love with the Mediterranean sandwich. it's so flavourful. Sometimes, I add chicken, but it's good as it is. The price is about the same as everything else in the area $12-$16 a sandwich. There is a seating area. They have pick-up options, which i usually prefer. My only issue is had was that one time they served me a Mediterranean sandwich with icy cold vegetables. My teeth were not happy to bite into ice. I told the casher, and they gave me another Mediterranean sandwich. But the vegetables were still cold. I eventually removed the vegetables from the sandwich.

Sandwich was great. Never been to one so I had to ask lots of questions even when the server was rushing me. Nice busy lunch spot for workers!

Some of the new staff at this location are rude, treating you like a child for being at the counter before it's your turn to ask about extras. And then roll their eyes because you ask questions about the extras. Maybe they don't like people with an accent? Always kinda slow, but I never minded till experiencing rudeneness. Avoiding the place going forward.

We came in for an evening tea and were pleased with the quality of Chai. Saffron Cardamom Chai was absolutely amazing. Together with some Bhel Puri and Veg Samosa, couldn’t ask for a better evening snack in downtown Manhattan near the Brooklyn Bridge.
There’s no guest restroom in here though.

Beautiful ambiance and stunning architecture throughout the restaurant! Service was quick and friendly. We ordered the sea bass, steak, lamb shank, and octopus. The bass and steak were delicious (a bit on the smaller side, but expected). The octopus was a little tough and the lamb shank was extremely salty - a real letdown considering the price. Overall, still a solid spot for a special occasion, would just order differently next time!

Absolutely beautiful atrium. The food was just averaged and takes a long time to come (we had the Beekman breakfast there), but remember you are not going there for the food. You are paying for the amazing atmosphere. It would probably be a nicer place to go get a drink in the evening and chill out rather than a breakfast place.

My waiter Jeff was excellent and really made the experience for me. He answered my questions thoughtfully and made perfection recommendations. They bring you out a little taste of soup to start and a roll with butter. The roll was salted on top, I thought it was a nice touch. I started out with the Chestnut Angolotti with truffle. It was amazing. For dinner, I had the halibut. It was cooked to perfection, soft, and melted like butter in your mouth. I also like that they have Saratoga still and sparkling water, this is one of my favorite waters. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back. It is definitely one of my new favorites.

Our last dinner after 4 weeks in the US in June 2023, and we couldn’t have picked a better venue. We still regularly bring up the wagyu dish, desserts, and the atmosphere. The couple sitting next to us -both well into their 90’s- celebrating their 2nd anniversary, made it an unforgettable evening!

I have regularly shopped at this store for the last 7 years that I've been working in the area. The customer service from Jeannette P is stellar. I have managed teams and know a bit about organizational culture, and I would hire Jeannette in a heartbeat. She always has a great attitude, even when things are busy in the store. Today, a customer, an elderly gentleman in front of me, ordered soup and was at a table slowly repacking his bags and waiting on the other part of his party. Jeannette went out of her way to make sure that he received his receipt for his order and toppers for his soup. She cares about people and the work, and it shows. She has a calm demeanor and a great presence. And that's the kind of service and energy that keeps me returning, even as the lunch options expand in my area and the prices at Pret have risen. Jeanette P and her colleagues on today's shift are a value-add to your organization. I hope that you all recognize and compensate them accordingly.

Come on Pret management! Only one employee for the whole store? This employee is making coffee, getting online and in store orders, food, payments. Everything by herself! Shame on you. One of the most busiest areas in Manhattan and during rush hour.

I am such a fan of this Pret, especially the amazing team that work there. They greet me every morning with a smile and they even know which drinks I order at different times of the day. I made the switch over from Starbucks about a year ago and have never looked back.

My boyfriend and I drove 3 hours into the city for an appointment downtown. I had to use the restroom so bad, but literally nobody in any shop in the area would let us use their restroom. "No public bathrooms!" 🙄 (Yet if I had peed myself in their lobbies, they probably would've called the police.) But not Pret! My boyfriend ran inside and asked one of the two very nice gentlemen behind the counter, and they came through in the clutch! This Pret was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and had plenty of open space inside for a Thursday around 10am. Of course we ordered drinks before leaving--they were prepared fast and were tasty. Huge shout out to the two guys working.. you guys were lifesavers and deserve raises for treating people like human beings. I'd recommend people to this Pret for that rare quality in itself.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years, it never disappoints. This chipotle style middle eastern joint always hits the spot. They have several meat and veggie options with tons of add ons. I typically do the half shawarma and half gyro in a bowl and don’t forget the spicy tahini. They have a ton of different sauces too. Highly recommend.

Food was good but service was a little slow for the lunch hour. They were one counterperson short so line slowed.
Options are clearly labeled and there are many choices.
We had a falafel sandwich and a combo platter. The meat was cut in front of us and the falafel was fresh made.

Uff da, I might've made a mistake coming here after a pro-Palestine rally in Foley Square, but at least I didn't order the "Israeli" couscous, which probably wasn't actually from Israel, no matter how you slice it. But to be overly fair, the staff were kind to let me use the restroom even before I ordered, & they didn't mind (didn't see) my sign ☢️.
I only gave three stars not for political reasons, but because my bowl (Turkish meatballs, eggplant 🍆, rice 🍚, mushroom 🍄 hummus, cucumber 🥒, & feta) was just good enough, like a cheaper version of Naya. But then again, I'd been to Ayat Staten Island recently, so maybe I was expecting the world 🌍 again.

We came here for a late night drink and it was the perfect summer vibe! New York doesn't have a lot of chill and peaceful places to enjoy some beers with friends and I think this spot does that perfectly. Bogdan and co were wonderful and friendly hosts and made fabulous cocktails. We very much enjoyed our time

Stopped in for a burger and was blown away by the hospitality. I’ve never been to New York as an adult and I had a couple things I wanted to do but my cell phone was practically dead, so I stopped in for a quick bite and the owner (I think) bartender helped me out greatly. The burger I had was very good as well as a surprise Allagash Brewing on tap (I was headed to Maine after).

Love coming here. Built a great relationship with everyone who works there every year. Has a menu, but open to try to make you new drinks. Just ask if they can do it. Great spot in a chill area. Their food is great and open to suggestions. My personal favorite are the buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks. They have salad options to and open to making vegetarian meal options. I also recommend the Verdict shot. Music played is based on mood.

I'll start with the great. Food was delicious, everything my husband and I had was just amazing. Drinks were tasty as well. The decor and ambiance of this place is cool and cozy, and the music was top tier.
I unfortunately will never return because something disturbing happened after checkout. We paid up our bill and left, about 10 mins after leaving my husband realized he never got back his credit card. So we returned promptly since we hadn't made too far away to see if we could get it back and the waiter claimed he couldn't find it. Fine, we luckily have a card lock feature through our provider so we immediately locked it just to be safe. Would you believe only an hour later they tried to chard my same "lost" card $630. It was declined thankfully because we locked our card, but I couldn't believe it. What a shame!

The restaurant was just all about the atmosphere, I asked for a birthday cake for the special birthday night I was having with my friend but they didn't give us any when everyone else was getting it. The food was very pricey. With the same price, I would rather go to the Peter Luger steak house in Brooklyn.

Passed by today and noted they had a lunch special. Figured why not! Sat at the bar, and the service was impeccable.
Had a chicken satay for the appetizer and a bacon burger for the entree. The burger was tremendous. Not inexpensive but worth it.
Will certainly return for lunch and will go to dinner if I find myself in the area.

They need a little more speed for the lunch patrons. We get 1 hour to dine. But overall a great experience.
Kisa Dahlin - 2 weeks ago
Slightly overpriced for what feels like inauthentic Asian dishes and fusion cuisine. While the restaurant is known for its steaks, the experience left me underwhelmed. I started with the Peking duck tacos, which were actually quite good—crispy shell with tender duck and a flavorful hoisin sauce. However, the dumplings and soup dumplings were heavily Americanized and nothing special. The ribeye was fine but excessively fatty. The fried rice, served in a small bucket, was tasty but definitely overpriced. I’m glad I tried it, but I don’t see myself returning.

This is our near work lunch spot. We go at least 5 times a week. I’ve tried every breakfast sandwich in the area and Elim is the best! Eggs cooked to order, cheese melty and bacon crispy/salty/yum. Do not sleep on the hot bar, food goes in at 10 am and you get first dibs. The cashiers are lovely as well, friendly and fast!

Elm Bistro!!! If you don’t know about them then you won’t KNOW. They’re friendly, sweet and they have the fastest checkout ever. Once your food is complete, check out is faster than amazon same day delivery. The OG ladies are very sweet at the counter and will ensure you have all you need before completing your purchase. All of the food they offer is great & fresh. Don’t let a label discourage you. They may be pricey but four seasons hotel is across the street what do you expect? this isn’t dollar tree. This is a business. A great warm welcoming one at THAT. Continue to be great ELM Bistro.

A well ran bistro! They starve breakfast and lunch (BEC, home fries, bagels whatever you want they have it)! Their lunch option is great you can get a sandwhich or a “chipotle bowl” for $11.98 and it’ll keep you full better than Chipotle. The ladies who work in the front are super kind !!’
