Cute spot, Chris provided amazing service!! It was much appreciated. Watermelon drink was good and our food (lobster Cobb, burrata toast, oysters) was delicious. Towards closing there were a few extra critters 🐀 running around so it was def time to go but otherwise, a great night out.

We just had a couple of drinks during lunch time here. The place looks absolutely beautiful with all the plants you feel like you've been transported to a vacation spot. Service was slightly slow and didn't match the amazingness of the place. Hopefully that'll improve shortly!

Really beautiful place, has a tropical feel to it. The service was good but did decline towards the end when it started getting a bit more busier. The food was delicious, minus the shrimp pasta it was a bit on the bland side. But everything else was so great. The menu is very minimal, which was perfect for us because we got to basically try almost everything in the menu. The drinks really were the highlight! The drinks were refreshing and just right for a nice summer day. Would definitely be back again.

Loved it! Had a spot at the bar, staff was super nice. We ordered their frozen watermelon margarita, which is by the way amazing, and had so wait a little because they ran out of it. Honestly no big deal for me, ordered something else in the meantime but then we got the margarita on the house. So nice!
The place itself is so cute with all the plants and kinda beachy style. You don’t feel like you’re in Manhattan anymore.

Came for a night cap. The mezcal based cocktail was great. The atmosphere is sexy and makes you want to sway your body and just feel the good energy. There were these cute chairs on the wall so we sat there and sipped on our beautiful drinks!

Interesting place to have a meal.
The atmosphere is very nice, cozy and secretive kind of. With the decoration very well thought and put together.
The service is on top. Nothing to be said. All good.
And food wise, it was really good. We got the dumpling fried as a starter and the strip steak. Excellent.
It’s a little bit expensive, but we had a great evening.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience at Macao Trading Co! The ambiance is unique and captivating, blending the charm of old-world Macau with modern flair. The menu is diverse and delicious, with every dish bursting with flavor. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and service. Thank you Macao, What an incredible time! Amazing vibes, amazing food. Ingredients are very high quality, dishes were unique + flavorful. Every drink hit the spot too and was thoughtfully crafted. I tried a lot of different things (crispy branzino, octopus, glass noodles etc) and had a lot of fun.
Every guest in my group left impressed and a couple of my friends have already mentioned plans to return for a birthday celebration later this month.
Liv, who took care of our table, was downright excellent. She led the way through a very memorable dinner , giving us all personalized suggestions with great attention to detail. Genuine , kind demeanor and standout service. It's rare to find people that have this magic touch, makes all the difference for me.
Will be back soon to try more. Comfortable, fun environment, cool decor, downstairs dancing on weekends, what else do you need?

It may be easier to get in with a reservation, but even without one the restaurant ran so smoothly. They had the table bused as soon as you got up and new people moving in by the time you left. Impressively fast service.
Their waiter was super polite and quick. He even helped us find another coffee shop on the way out.
The pancake flight was very delicious. I've never had pancakes with that specific texture, but they are very well made.
It is a little more pricey, but I do think it is worth it.

I enjoyed a great brunch here. I came on a Sunday in spring on a fairly warm day. Outside seating and indoor seating is plentiful but there was a very long line for both. Even though it started raining we stayed on the line for outdoor seating due to the line being 1/3 of the length compared to indoor seating. We waited around 45 minutes. It’s nice that they let you use the bathroom if you need to during your wait in the line.
I ordered the chicken and pancakes (I substituted the fluffy pancakes for the thin). The chicken was extremely juicy and well-cooked, a bit mild in flavor (I preferred more seasoned meats). Pancakes were well made and tasty, since it was drowned in syrup I didn’t actually get much of the flavor from the pancake itself. The syrup was tasty and not too sweet which I like. I ordered the house old fashioned which I enjoyed. My friends enjoyed the nonalcoholic beverages that they ordered- I believe an array of lemonades. My friend enjoyed the biscuits and was unwilling to share. My other friend ordered the crab eggs Benedict- she mentioned the muffin was soggy but overall she enjoyed it.
I’d probably return- overall it was with the wait. I want to try the dessert.

FOOD-
The coffee wasn't great, pretty watery if you're a coffee drinker you know exactly what that means. The variety of pancakes was a great idea but I only enjoyed one. There was a
Banana with pecans which was just an overly ripe banana placed on top (2 out of 10), a hazelnut & berry (6 out of 10) and blueberry with a ton of berries that were seeping into the pancake (10 out of 10).
The wings were good but I can't recall if the flavor was suppose to be buffalo or not, if it was then it did not give off buffalo.
The MAC was actually pretty good, a bit salty but that's what combined the flavors.
The biscuits are made well. They scare you at first because they seem super hard and dense but once you cut into it, buttery heaven.
SERVICE-
I forgot the waitresses name which is horrible of me but she was great, right to the point. Checked in a few times and answered whatever questions my partner had about the food.
ATMOSPHERE-
Gives off fancy but also bar like, it's hard to explain but it's really nice. Needs a few wipe downs BUT I'll take it as it was just busy earlier that day.
Would definitely back and try some more items on the menu.

Delicious gluten free pancakes, very fluffy and great toppings! Try the pancake flight so you can try the different toppings.
There is usually a big queue but it’s worth the wait

Recommended by friends and this was really worth a visit! I ordered a cherry pie and English breakfast tea as afternoon tea. My friend, by contrast, ordered grilled chicken breast and fries for some small bites. The cherry pie was a must-try. Though it was too sweet for me (and I am not a big fan of cinnamon), it still tasted great with my English breakfast tea. Grilled chicken breast and fries also tasted good with a fair proportion. Love the country style of the restaurant and it seemed to be pet-friendly ( I saw a dog dining in while having my meal).

Very average Italian food. The staff was good and really no other issues, but the pastas were disappointing and not very authentic Tuscan cuisine. Not bad, not great. The apps were, however, quite good and the wine selection was also pretty good.

Our meal at Pepolino brought back all the memories of Tuscany, spot-on. Simple ingredients, thoughtfully prepared, flavors truly shine. Steamed mussels were some of the best we've ever had, both pappardelle dishes were excellent, and also loved the Capri cocktail. Pepolino embraces what Tuscan food is all about: creating flavorful dishes using fresh, simple, and high-quality ingredients.

Very romantic and off the path place. Service was fantastic, singularly bested by the quality of food. I had the grilled octopus on a crustini which, to be honest, is probably the best meal I have had this year. Cooked to perfection. They also have the tomato based olive for your bread, something I have never had before, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

I had their grilled asparagus with shaved Parmesan and toasted shaved pecans which was spectacular! It's such a simple dish but their preparation and ingredients were absolutely top notch. The different textures came together remarkably well.
Their burger was wonderful too. It was perfectly seasoned, the American cheese was perfectly melted and slightly creamy just like I like it and the bun was super fresh and pillowy. The meat was hot with just the right amount of decadence but it still had the simplicity of what seemed to be a simple salt and pepper seasoning. I asked for medium well and it was cooked to perfection.
The atmosphere here was relaxed with a bit of rustic charm and the service was attentive and friendly. Their outside area seemed to be really popular during my Sunday afternoon visit but I was quite happy eating inside. This place is a gem and I look forward to visiting again when I'm in the area.
I took a picture after my first few bites of the asparagus dish so it might have ruined the art of the presentation but it was so good I wanted to keep a visual memory of it.

Great food and service; it is always our first choice when spending a fun day in lower Manhattan. My older son swears the burger is the best in NY and my younger son loves the steak. Salads and apps are my favorite, and of course the mac and cheese is loved by all!

I only went in for drinks, so can't speak for the food, although it did look really good.
A nice bar with great drinks and atmosphere. Other customers were all really friendly.
Eugene behind the bar was the best bit though. Really friendly and great with customers - a true gent with good chat. Knew all about the drinks he was serving and was really great to be around. What a guy. Will be stopping by next time I'm in NYC!
Thanks Eugene!

Blackened red snapper on pumpernickel is a good choice, not much spice could use a bit more. Turkey sandwich is also good, plenty of turkey on toast. Wings are OK, and the pita hamburger is an also ok. All in all the blackened snapper was the best choice.

Had a really nice date here. I hadn’t been but it seemed to have nice low lighting and chill vibes so I knew I’d be able to score a kiss at the bar, a great think to do in New York City. I picked this bar with confidence and pretended I’d been before. And I heard ( which was true) they play movies on a projector, so I was confident I could comment on that if the conversation lulled. Bar tender was great a nice young lady

This place is the last remaining stronghold of old Tribeca. The music is incredible, you are transported back to the glory days of 80s Manhattan and yet it all feels fresh. If you’re looking for great music and great drinks and a sense of purpose, this is the only place to go to around here. Also they show old movies on their projector and it’s very fun.

A quaint bar in Tribeca offers an excellent selection of wines and beers. With its dim lighting and relaxed atmosphere, it's ideal for a date or catching up with friends, especially if you're looking to socialize and engage in conversation. The music and movies are always top-notch, reflecting the bartender's diligent efforts in curating the playlists and his extensive knowledge of wine.
Politico Mejia - 7 months ago
Great vibe inside, I’ll definitely be back, only issue was the bartender skipped greeting us and immediately asked for my ID in a way insinuating that it’d be fake/I’d be underage. I get you have to ID at a bar, but everyone in the bar caught wind and shot a look. Could’ve just been a bad night for the bartender but I’d definitely try to greet customers a little more warmly next time.

Was early for work by about an hour so I decided to stop here and load up on caffeine. The place itself is well taken care of and they care about TV the customers as you can see from the pictures of the signs. The manager I was told has hobby of collecting coffee mugs but unfortunately they are not for sale. The coffee is good and fresh especially in the morning. Was able to charge my phone without an issue and they do ask for proof of vaccinations before dining in which reasonable because it is a private business. Would recommend and come back here again

Update #3 (11/10/21):
Thank you so much for keeping up the barriers during this season & keeping dining in safe, selling the ASL Starbucks product alongside of the classy holiday goodies, being gender affirming, as well as making me the prettiest holiday drink I've ever seen & with such warmth. I will be in gone for a while, so this is such a sweet treat after many hard days.
You are my safe place.
Much love & Happy Holidays & Happy New Year!
Update #2 (10/25/21):
I have been not going to any Starbucks near me lately (due to local law) but this one, in NYC, I adore. For one, they take the safety of their patrons seriously, since they adopt NYC law where you MUST have proof of vaccination against COVID-19 in order to dine in & that they require you where a mask indoors regardless to protect those who are dining in safe unless you are fully vaccinated. That means a lot to the immune compromised like myself.
And more over, once again, the Baristas and staff are very friendly & treat you & your order kindly & with detail, even if something goes wrong in the app! You can also trust me since I'm a soy milk guy (due to good ol' lactose intolerance).
This is the only Starbucks that has earned my trust solidly after a long absence & look around.
Thank you everyone!
Update #1 (March 2021):
Baristas and staff are friendly & patient. Even though you can't dine in at the moment (for obvious reasons), the staff and well-crafted drinks bring me back. :)
Original Review:
Nice Starbucks. Always get the drinks right. Just don't try to go to the bathroom unless you want to wait for 20 minutes lol. That's a pretty consistent thing.

Lupe’s has been around forever —35 years-plus— which is the mark of quality in NYC. I eat here every chance I get and it’s one of the rare Mexican restaurants in the city that can squash my snobby Californian friends’ disregard for east coast Mexican food. All of the comida on the menu is legit and the drinks are great too. Don’t sleep on this place if you’re after some awesome Mexican fare.

Excellent little Mexican place, we come every time we're in the city. The food is top-notch and the servers are always so friendly and fast. The sidewalk seating is the best, of course, and they have a little wooden structure to keep the rain off. It's always kinda hot inside, so we always get a seat on the sidewalk.
Highly recommended for the vegetarian options, they make an incredible vegetarian chili Verde that is an amazing meat substitute on most everything they make.

I went to Lupes last week for the first time and was blown away by how delicious the food was. I went back again this week! Everything here tastes super fresh because it’s made in-house. The salsas are amazing. My favorite is the cheese and spinach enchiladas which I get “Christmas style”, one with red sauce and one with green sauce. My hubby got a burrito and said it was just like the ones he gets in Cali (he goes there for work a lot).
Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves delicious Mexican food.
