Didn't know about this place and realized it's everywhere in Manhattan. Very good breaky chain with fresh taste. The Restaurant was clean and the wooden furniture helped creating a calm atmosphere. Spotless service aswell. The portion size is small for comparable american meals, but the flavors are good.

I love this place. My only complaint is sometimes, loud popular music is playing and I wish they would play folk, French, jazz, or anything unique really, that isn’t a repeat of every other typical American coffee shop. Ambience is everything. Also, the lights are a little bright so neurodivergent people can’t stay as long a they’d like. Oh, and when you get a little salad on the side of something it comes with no oil or vinegar, so it’s just dry greens. Staff is excellent. They make you feel like they want you there.

Le Pain Quotidien at the intersection of West Broadway and Warren Street stands out as a refined retreat in the civic core of Lower Manhattan. The café is steps away from major subway lines, including the 1, 2, 3, A, C, E, R, and W trains, making it one of the most conveniently located spots for downtown meetings, coffee breaks, or focused work sessions. The space offers more than proximity—it delivers atmosphere. The scent of freshly baked croissants, tarts, and espresso greets you before you reach the door. Inside, warm wood tones and natural lighting soften the city’s intensity, creating a setting that balances utility and comfort. It’s a known haunt of local officials and city staff, many of whom stop in for a quick espresso or a quiet moment between sessions. During a recent visit with my service dog Brooklyn Meeko, I was welcomed by Juana and the team with their usual grace and precision. Juana’s espresso remains unmatched—deeply aromatic, technically clean, and served with care. The pastries are textbook-perfect: croissants with a crisp shell and tender interior, tarts layered with balanced acidity and sweetness. This café functions as both a public refuge and a civic lounge—where elected officials, neighborhood regulars, and visitors coexist over expertly crafted food and drink. 10:54 PM hanging out with my friend Meeko the Bernadoodle he is a 2 year old male, who loves to say hello to pretty girls. I’m getting an espresso maybe avo toast for brunch. Then we will pick up woody the Catahoula Male 7 year old. From there we will probably be going to the dog pool at Sirius Back with Woody Juana is not here 🥺

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel welcome right away. I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk and an avocado toast. The avocado was wonderfully fresh, though the bread was a bit on the stiff side. On the other hand, the croissants were fresh, flaky, and absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a great experience.

Forgione has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants in Manhattan. Every dish we tried was exceptional. The Spaghetti Verde with escargot was absolutely unbelievable—creative, flavorful, and unlike anything we've had before. The spicy oysters were outstanding and truly unique. The chicken wings were another surprise. Instead of the heavy, deep-fried wings you find at most places, these were light, delicate, incredibly moist, and packed with flavor. The white meat was tender, and the batter was so light you could barely tell it was there. Beyond the food, the service was impeccable. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From the hostess to the manager and everyone in between, the hospitality was remarkable. The vibe is energetic yet comfortable, making the entire experience memorable. We're incredibly lucky that this gem is only a five-minute walk from our home. Forgione is the kind of place that keeps you coming back, and we can't wait for our next visit.

The service, food/beverages, and ambiance were exceptional!! My friend and I shared the crispy rice topped with a thin layer of fluke and pickled jalapeno and a cucumber salad for starters. We also shared the Snowdance Farms Chicken Under a Brick, yukon potatoes, broccoli rabe with pan drippings entrée. Everything was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. We had "The Egg" for dessert which was a mystery item on the menu. We decided to go for it and we were dazzled with a refreshing and delightful treat! It was an eggshell made out of white chocolate with passion fruit sauce on the inside which resembled egg yolk, and coconut shavings on top of a creamy whipped base. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Celebrating the weekend away from D.C., we experienced FORGE- what an amazing culinary experience. Everything- was on point and what you expect from a NYC, and iron chef restaurant. Recommend the tomahawk, absolute perfection- service - wayyyyy above board (Andre) and the amazing hostess (from SC) was the cherry on top. Will be back again and again.

Went here for dinner with high expectations and felt they fell a little short. The food was just ok, no wow factor for me. The service was great, very attentive and friendly, and atmosphere was lively and fun. I’d try again to see if other items are more worth the visit.

Buzzy NYC classic, a restaurant I always come back to. Fun crowd and good vibes, service is 10/10. Love the oysters, cosmos and moules-frites, the cheeseburger is a staple too! Book ahead as it can get busy.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CUSTOMER SERVICE: 10/10 ACCESSIBILITY: 10/10 I couldn't believe there's actually a place in the city that makes all of their items from scratch. I've been around the city and I've seen where most of them use sauces and food from commercial stores (sauces, condiments and products), but i was so excited to know that they actually make all of their menu! The items all taste great and look good as well. Definitely worth the money and the wait. I will be coming back again and bringing my friends cuz I just stopped to watch a Football match with a few friends, but I think I've found my new favorite spot!

A really fun all-you-can-eat wing spot. At $49 you would be hard pressed to get your money’s worth but it’s a fun experience and they have a variety of flavors. The tikka masala was more tandoori than tikka masala, but it was my favorite flavor - the wings were big, juicy, and every single dish came piping hot, fresh out of the oven or fryer. The wings were slightly inconsistent - in one batch, a couple of wings had blackened sections, and two orders of buffalo came out with different spice and sauce levels. That said, our table ordered at least 50 wings so it’s not surprising to see just a bit of inconsistency. The staff was friendly, and the sides were solid.

I try not to go off a restaurant based off a pickup order but the food is decent. Portioning for the price is a bit off but the hot honey sauce on the wings had a nice spice to it. If your heat sensitive, one or two fries will do the trick. Service was excellent and I really want to try their desserts out next time I go. This is an establishment that would be good for a meeting, date, or after work wine down.

Fantastic lunch! Great people! Excellent beer selection! When I'm in Tribeca and have a chance to visit The Mysterious Bookshop on Warren St, I usually walk around the corner to Chambers St to grab some lunch at Mudville before moving on to the next stop on the day's journey. Saturday was my best visit yet. (This time I sat at the bar rather than in a booth). Their Beet Salad w/ Salmon may have been the best lunch I've ever had. Delicious! Allison was working behind the bar and made a great experience even better.

Such an enjoyable experience…the food was so nice, especially the egg yolk truffle ravioli, one of the best I’ve ever had. The sorbet was very good and refreshing as well. A little suggestion would be that the pork chop(the really thick one) is a bit dry and tasteless, would be so much better if accompanied with some sauce. However other dishes are really delicious. Service is nice as well. Servers are professional and polite, but also friendly, feels like home. Nick greeted us by the end of the meal and we had a very enjoyable chat. Love the atmosphere, really nice decor, brings me back to my Europe trip.

This is a hidden gem in tribecca area. The food is very traditional but tastes good. Price is so affordable. You can dine in this restaurant everyday without breaking your wallet empty. Service is excellent.

I've been to the Scalini Fedeli in Chatham and I must say the Montville location has truly raised the bar. Perhaps I lucked out by booking less busy times, but having been there twice now in the course of the week, I can easily say that this my favorite Italian dining experience in New Jersey. The food is fantastic. Yes, the menu is prix fixe but I have not had a miss from the main menu options yet. You are always greeted with house made foccaccia and some small crostinis/bruschettas upon sitting down. The bruschetta can be divided between umami tomato with a kick, sweet hazelnut and ricotta, and salty tangy salmon dill bites. Each bite is well-balanced and opens up your palate for what is to come. The cocktails are expensive, but I thoroughly enjoyed the bourbon based cocktails. Having a bourbon cocktail served in a martini cocktail glass was a bit unusual but it was good nonetheless. My partners enjoyed the fruitier cocktails and their Moscato. The piccolo/intermezzo contained perfectly cooked shrimp that complimented the sauces excellently. The zucchini scarpace that accompanied the shrimp was delightfully light and was tasty as well. Of the times I have been I got to try a total of 4 primis between me and my partner. Any pasta you select here is cooked perfectly al dente. I had the fusili with Calabrian chili most recently and the umami flavors from the sauce went excellently with the pasta. I think it could have been a little more spicy but it was delicious nonetheless. The papardelle with the pork/lamb shank ragu is a must-try and so rich with flavor. The soft-egg yolk raviolo was also delightful. I appreciated that the truffle flavor did not overpower the dish and instead provided a subtle enhancement to the overall experience. I tried the pork chop for my main dish and it was perfectly cooked. Juicy, savory, yet fully cooked with a perfect crust and an easy going gravy. The gravy could have stood to be a little more experimental with it's flavor perhaps but it was as good as a classic can get. I also tried the rib eye supplement and it was worth the extra price. The steak was made perfectly medium rare with a phenomenal herb crust and a butter sauce that complimented the meat well. The palate cleanser before dessert was a fresh pineapple with lemon sorbet that made my mother, the harshest critic of them all, say it was the best palate cleanser she ever had. Dessert was somehow even better than the mains. The chocolate robuchon and flourless chocolate cake were the perfect amount of richness. There was a fresh strawberry dish that had the best strawberry cream I've ever had and the pistachio creme brulee was excellent as well. Overall, the balance of flavors and textures demonstrated a level of culinary refinement i have had yet to see in many restaurants I've been to in North Jersey. For Italian Fine Dining I would come to no other place in North Jersey. The service is attentive, polite, yet warm. The atmosphere was intimate and not too loud. I did not get much wine but they have an excellent selection from what I could see. My new favorite Italian restaurant in NJ!

Classical ambiance. Staff provides fantastic and refined service and is highly attentive and anticipatory of one's needs. The food is stellar without being mainstream and conventional. I appreciate the starters + the variety of dishes on the menu outside of pasta. Desserts resemble an art exhibition, are creative and are definitely the highlight of this restaurant. Fave is the pistachio creme brûlée - yay.

It’s a cute spot, and fun decor. We came for brunch Saturday afternoon, and felt we struggled to get service throughout our time. It would take a while to have someone come to our table, but ones we ordered the food came quick. I had the burger, coffee and shared fries with the table. My burger was decent, nothing special. The coffee was decent too, and I liked the fries. It’s a good spot for brunch if you’re in the area, but nothing stood out to me overall.

Average experience. Happy hour menu was a disappointment. The oysters served were tiny and the drinks are overpriced for "happy hour deals". Shrimp cocktail is the same price as on the regular menu, they just serve one less shrimp! Tater tots are not tots at all, but rather soggy potato cakes. House wine was disappointing. Service was excellent! Happy hour is definitely skipable, just stick to their regular menu!

I took someone here for their birthday and the service was wonderful! The food was fine, but nothing special — the reason to come here is more for the vibe and atmosphere. It feels like a cozy, antique house to dine in, which is well-suited for a brunch with the girls.

My friend and I visited on an early Friday evening and found the experience somewhat mixed. The winter sangria listed on the happy hour menu was a solid choice, though we were charged the regular price. The ceviche was fresh and flavorful, but unfortunately contained a small piece of hair which detracted from the appetizer. On a more positive note, my friend really enjoyed the chicken risotto, and I was pleasantly surprised by the burger (cooked medium-rare) with truffle fries that complemented it well. That said, at $32, I’m not sure I would order it again. Service was also uneven where one server felt rushed when placing our meals and clearing plates, making the process feel a bit abrupt. We’d be open to returning to see if the experience improves.

Got takeout for dinner comped by work. Not as fresh quality as Soho Sushi. The amount of soy sauce they gave (less than half a cup) was definitely not enough. The wasabi quality is also not good - weird vibrant green color. Won’t be getting this again - Sushi dinner set w/ miso soup: 6/10, I feel like the sushi quality wasn’t very fresh. One of the yellow tail nigiri pieces was a little bloody? California roll was standard. The miso soup is standard and good tho

Akimoto Sushi is a great spot in Manhattan for fresh sushi at a good value. The service was friendly, and the cozy atmosphere made the experience even better. Today was my first time here even though I have worked in the area for a while. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The server made great suggestions and the food was delicious. What I liked best was the spicing of the food was perfect. I had The Feast, one chicken dish, one veggie and rice. I find Indian cooking is a real art. All the spices blended well so the rice, eggplant and chicken tikki created explosions of wonderful experiences in my mouth. The price is amazing! $13.75 for a tasty and extremely satisfying meal in this neighborhood is exceptional. Especially since we are in inflationary times. I was too full to have dessert. Their dessert menu looked so tempting. I will have to go back to try other dishes and leave enough room for dessert. Can’t wait to try their Moong Dal Halwa - sweet lentil pudding with nuts and ghee! Yummy! I highly recommend this place if you want reasonably priced, delicious food while feeling welcomed by the friendly staff.

Zucker’s Bagels & Smoked Fish is a true New York gem. The bagels are everything you want them to be—crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and always fresh. I had the classic lox with cream cheese, tomato, red onion, and capers on an everything bagel and it was perfection. The smoked fish is top-quality, and you can tell they take pride in their ingredients. Service was friendly and efficient, even during the busy morning rush. Great spot for a legit NYC bagel experience!

This place is good, but totally overpriced and the staff is not friendly at all. Indeed, the bagel was delicious, but not worth 20 dollars. It was very hyped everywhere so I decided to try it, but won’t be back. I’ve had very good bagels in NY, just like this one, but at 1/3 the price. An extra point for having the “gluten free” option for the menu, plus a special green bagel made for St. Patrick’s day.

If you’re in NYC, you cannot miss Zucker’s Bagels. You simply cannot. Do yourself a favor and try them. Zucker’s is THE bagel institution of nyc. My favorite ever. Will always come back.

Picked up a breakfast sandwich this morning and man it was delicious! The quality of bagel is on another level from the other ones in the area. It was def one of the most amazing bagels I've ever had. Crusty on the outside soft and fluffy on the inside. The eggs were cooked so well. The ordering process was nice and easy and the staff was super friendly. It's about double the price from other options in the area but def worth it!

The food was good and it was relatively quick. Price to taste to worth it ratio was not high but it was worth it. The food was pretty good. Got the bagel and coffee which was pretty good. The washrooms were mediocre but then again it’s in the busy area of NYC Service there is hit or miss. When I went up for my first bagel I was met with staff who just wanted me to order. Unsure of the menu, I asked what was good and some options and the reply was to “just get the original” just a little more cold service. Can’t complain about the atmosphere. The window front of the store was nice and had let in a good amount of sunlight as well as seeing outward.
