The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel welcome right away. I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk and an avocado toast. The avocado was wonderfully fresh, though the bread was a bit on the stiff side. On the other hand, the croissants were fresh, flaky, and absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a great experience.

friendly service the Spanish waiter and her daughter made my day ❤️.
Le Pain Quotidien at the intersection of West Broadway and Warren Street stands out as a refined retreat in the civic core of Lower Manhattan. Just one block from City Hall Park, the NYC Municipal Building, and the New York City Council chambers, it sits at the nexus of government, commerce, and community life. The café is steps away from major subway lines, including the 1, 2, 3, A, C, E, R, and W trains, making it one of the most conveniently located spots for downtown meetings, coffee breaks, or focused work sessions.
The space offers more than proximity—it delivers atmosphere. The scent of freshly baked croissants, tarts, and espresso greets you before you reach the door. Inside, warm wood tones and natural lighting soften the city’s intensity, creating a setting that balances utility and comfort. It’s a known haunt of local officials and city staff, many of whom stop in for a quick espresso or a quiet moment between sessions.
During a recent visit with my service dog Brooklyn Meeko, I was welcomed by Juana and the team with their usual grace and precision. Juana’s espresso remains unmatched—deeply aromatic, technically clean, and served with care. The pastries are textbook-perfect: croissants with a crisp shell and tender interior, tarts layered with balanced acidity and sweetness.
This café functions as both a public refuge and a civic lounge—where elected officials, neighborhood regulars, and visitors coexist over expertly crafted food and drink.
10:54 PM hanging out with my friend Meeko the Bernadoodle he is a 2 year old male, who loves to say hello to pretty girls. I’m getting an espresso maybe avo toast for brunch. Then we will pick up woody the Catahoula Male 7 year old. From there we will probably be going to the dog pool at Sirius

The food was good . One of the dishes we ordered was the warm grain bowl: I was expecting it to be warm - but it was cold (it was still good, though)

This was a cute little place I had to suck into for a meeting when I didn't have wifi available. The things is, THEY DIDN'T HAVE WI-FI EITHER! 😂 Anyhow, I ended up using my phone as a hotspot and stayed because it was nice and relatively convenient. It's a Bit noisy with clinking glasses and plates, etc. but also really pretty inside. The staff was very nice and sorry the wifi didn't work. Plenty of cool seats And table options. Vibe is #aight.

Unique dishes that pack flavor. Their signatures such as the lobster and chicken under brick are worth sticking to regular programming. Didn’t love the notkitori as it was on the saltier side. The Egg dessert is worth saving space for. Pretty good wine list here too.

This is not just farm to table. It's an experience. Firstly, finger foods literally is meant to be eaten with the fingers. Then comes everything else. The quality of food, the flavors and unique items. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The ambiance was warm yet upscale. Great birthday dinner for sure.

Over the top experience. The new space has the same comforting feeling as the original. The food was phenomenal. The kitchen is turning out great dishes . Everything was delicious from start to finish. The pastas were outstanding. The lobster was great . The sauce was over the top. Save room for dessert because it was extra delicious.
Everything was excellent for our table this evening.
Wishing Chef Marc and his team years of continued success.

Iconic place with indescribable energy. The cucumber martini was refreshing for early summer days and buffalo dumplings caught us in surprise with its own interpretation of east and west, simply love it. The only complaint I had - too crowded!

The service here is really wonderful. It’s a classic nyc spot! I want to come back to get more food but we had the buffalo chicken wontons which were so good. But we mainly came here to try the cosmopolitan because this is where it was invented. It did not disappoint! I highly recommend trying it here

The Odeon - Nice French bistro, lovely place near our hotel and on the way to One World. Lovely lunch menu, but it all looked good. Food served hot and timely manner. We didn’t have reservations but was seated even though they were full.
Could do with some gentle music playing in the background.

Although we didn’t have a reservation, the staff quickly seated us despite the crowd. Our server was friendly, professional, and attentive, enhancing the dining experience. The standout dish was the Buffalo Chicken Dumplings. The salmon was well-cooked, and the steak was tender. Overall, it was a good meal with excellent service.

Good food, timely service. It is very loud and cramped in the restaurant. Also item are very overpriced for what you get. The food is very good. The burger is great. The Mac and cheese isn’t very gooey or cheesy.

HUGE shoutout to the manager for helping us out and getting us in last minute right before a Knicks playoff for a table of 12!!! Service was great, very attentive. The food was pub food , yummy and everyone was full by the end. Great beer selection. Can’t recommend enough for the service alone.

10/10 The vibes and atmosphere are chill with a little classy thrown in. It’s giving modern sports bar vibes and the food and drinks were OUTSTANDING. I will remember this burger for the rest of my life. Mudville’s martini game is fire and Stephanie my server gave impeccable hospitality. Great place to end the day, watch sports, eat, drink then repeat.

Returned for lunch after a long absence. Had the steak sandwich and Jerk Chicken Wings along with a Greenport beer. The guys I went with had a spicy chicken sandwich and a burger. The burgers and sandwiches come bare so we ordered a side of cheese fries to share. We all agreed that the wings and fries were fantastic and the sandwiches & burgers were great. Caught up with a little Euro cup while we ate. Very positive experience.

More like Mid-ville...
Came here hoping for a decent neighborhood spot but left underwhelmed. The name fits, unfortunately – the food was generally mediocre, especially considering the high prices. The real issue was the chicken sandwich; it wasn't just spicy, it was so excessively hot it was nearly inedible. Just overwhelming heat that destroyed any other flavor. Burger was a bit overdone and mac and cheese was chunky and dry (tough to accomplish).
Good beer selection and available 22oz servings, if you can stomach the prices. Definitely not worth the walk for 'mid' food and one painful miss. Plenty of better options in Manhattan.

Such an enjoyable experience…the food was so nice, especially the egg yolk truffle ravioli, one of the best I’ve ever had. The sorbet was very good and refreshing as well. A little suggestion would be that the pork chop(the really thick one) is a bit dry and tasteless, would be so much better if accompanied with some sauce. However other dishes are really delicious.
Service is nice as well. Servers are professional and polite, but also friendly, feels like home. Nick greeted us by the end of the meal and we had a very enjoyable chat.
Love the atmosphere, really nice decor, brings me back to my Europe trip.

What a great place! I came here celebrating a special occasion with seven friends. We were sat at a round table and miraculously we were all able to hear each other and talk. This is a classy joint you can bring your parents. An epic prix fix menu which fits the budget for a fancy meal only $89! Good portions, great flavors, and a perfect amount of options!! We all tried each others food and everything was great. The service was top notch with a team of five people catering to our needs before we thought of them! Thank you for making this a great experience.

The food and service at this restaurant was excellent. The menu is a 3 course fixed price or you can order Chef’s tasting menu. We went with the 3 course. There were also numerous two-bite tastings compliments of the chef. My guest had pappadelle veal and pork ragu with a hint of orange as first course and pistachio encrusted lamb chops as the entree and I had the Ecuadorian shrimp and lobster tail as first course and filet of sole Franchese as entree. Delicious! For desert I had the chocolate raspberry caramel tart and my guest had panino pistachio hazelnut caramel wafers layered with hazelnut gelato. Amazing! The waiters and servers were very attentive and friendly.
I would easily give this restaurant 5 stars however, I realized as I was leaving that there was no accessible restroom. The restrooms were down a long flight of stairs in the basement. I know this is an old building but it is the law to have ADA accessible facilities. I encourage the management of this fine restaurant to correct this situation. If you or your guest has mobility issues you may need to pass on Scalini Fedeli.

This place is a solid spot for classic Italian food! The vibe is super cozy, and it’s nice and quiet—perfect for a chill dinner.
We did the three-course prix fixe and shared everything.
PRIMI: The porcini ravioli with black truffle sauce was really delicious —so good, rich but not too heavy. My boyfriend got the Ecuadorian shrimp, which was decent, but a little too tangy for me.
PIATTI PRINCIPALE: For mains, we had the scallops Saltimbocca and salmon Forestiere. Both were cooked perfectly, and the beet reduction added a nice touch of sweetness. The scallops were the real standout.
They surprised us with a few amuse-bouches between courses. After dinner, they brought out a coconut sorbet to cleanse the palate—so refreshing!
DESSERT: We chose one chocolate and one non-chocolate option, both served with ice cream. Really good but definitely heavy.
Service was on point—friendly and professional without being too much.
Overall, great food, great atmosphere, and a prix fixe that’s totally worth it. You’ll leave full and happy for sure!

Cosy townhouse with a kitchen downstairs and bar upstairs. Thursday night was a full house and the service was good.
The beet and goat cheese salad was ok. Very bitter but not offset by any sweetness via dressing or beets, which were plain and not pickled (would have helped).
The steak was pretty well cooked and the chimichurri was on point.
The duck was a little bit of a let down. Slightly chewy with the skin not quite crispy enough. It also had a bland undressed side of plain arugula and some slightly roasted cherry tomatoes.
Dessert was their Kit Kat. We enjoyed this but not sure if we really found any resemblance to a Kit Kat 🙂.
Cocktails were nicely crafted. My partner enjoyed hers.
Overall a decent experience but prob won’t return for the food.

Celebrated two of my besties birthdays here for brunch and it was the perfect spot for a cozy catch up. The waitress even surprised us with their signature Kit Kat cake and two candles! The food was yummy and the menu offers a great variety making it easy to accommodate different cravings. The decor and vibe made it feel intimate. The waitress was even sweet enough to show us the third floor which they offer for private parties. Had heard a lot of great things about this spot and happy I finally checked it out. Will definitely be back.

The sushi is very good and the service is fast and friendly. It is packed inside. The other dishes like chicken and white rice are also good. The sushi rolls and miso soup are very good and better than nearby places especially for the price. The rolls are better than Whole Foods and about the same price.

This is surprisingly affordable and fresh sushi. I should say we ordered vegan dishes for all eight of us, so I cannot comment on the sashimi or other sushi that there are other mixed reviews on. We enjoy the miso, avocado cucumber and sweet potato tempura rolls. The food was delivered quickly too! If you have a big family to feed and want to have sushi, this is a great option for vegans/vegetarians.

Very good lunch specials for the price. Place gets busy during this time, noticed that a lot of take out orders were slamming the 3 sushi chefs but they seemed to be handling it we. Still got my lunch special, 3 Maki rolls, relatively quick. Very tasty and satisfying.

Went to Akimoto Sushi with 4 friends and the 5 of us could barely fit into the restuarant. It is scarce on space, almost claustrophobic, so don't plan on staying too long. The food was pretty good. We got the lunch Salmon and Chicken Teriyaki bento boxes, crab salad, spicy crunchy shrimp rolls, tuna sushi, miso soup, salad, and green tea. 🍣 The establishment seems to be family owned as the waiters were two young boys, both between the ages of 11-15. We paid about $80 to feed 5 people which is a bargain in my book. All in all, it's a no frill Sushi spot. The food is good, the portions are decent and the prices are extremely affordable. Do not expect stellar service but do expect to leave quite satiated with change to spare.

Zucker’s Bagels & Smoked Fish is a true New York gem. The bagels are everything you want them to be—crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and always fresh. I had the classic lox with cream cheese, tomato, red onion, and capers on an everything bagel and it was perfection. The smoked fish is top-quality, and you can tell they take pride in their ingredients. Service was friendly and efficient, even during the busy morning rush. Great spot for a legit NYC bagel experience!

This place is good, but totally overpriced and the staff is not friendly at all. Indeed, the bagel was delicious, but not worth 20 dollars. It was very hyped everywhere so I decided to try it, but won’t be back. I’ve had very good bagels in NY, just like this one, but at 1/3 the price. An extra point for having the “gluten free” option for the menu, plus a special green bagel made for St. Patrick’s day.
