5 Star Rating Weird the line is not as long as it used to be. It was about Saturday around 11am and the wait is 20 minutes for a table of four. Food is delicious as usual. I had the Mexican omelette and definitely get the fries. They have the best fries in America to be honest. We got pancake, egg Benedict and something else. Coffee is like a good old diner coffee in the familiar cup. Service can’t be better. The waiter is full of energy and love the smile. We got our order fast and correct. He gave us extra sauce and refill on coffee. It’s very tight spot and I would just have one person wait inside until the table is ready.

5 Star Rating I mean.. if you’ve seen two episodes of Seinfeld you need to go here! It’s a bit from everything else while in the city but it’s definitely worth the time. It looks of course nothing alike in the series but the atmosphere is still there. There are some photos from the cast with adds to the feeling. The restaurant itself it very pleasant, we shared a tuna salad and a coffee and it was nice! The staff was very friendly.

4 Star Rating Be prepared for quite the line during brunch, and a cash-only situation at payment. Besides those surprises, Tom’s is actually a classic diner with all the fixins. Cinnamon roll pancakes were good but a lot of the flavor comes from sweeteners and flavored butters - the pancakes themselves don’t hold together well but are tasty. I actually thought the crab cakes were my favorite on the menu.

5 Star Rating I popped in for a quick bite. I was craving cooked sushi. The vibes here was friendly and serene. I got the black dragon roll. The woman who took my order was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and kind. The shrimp tempura was crispier than normal, the avocado was fresh and the eel sauce was sweet. I received a generous amount of refreshing pieces of ginger too. The roll was super delightful. I'll be coming here again for that roll specifically.

2 Star Rating The food looked good but the taste didn't match. I usually like this type of shrimp but i was not feeling it at all on top of that the sauce that was given didnt taste good with it. The soup was the worse i tasted it and left it alone. The only decent thing was the bubble tea. However the server was nice and I like how the food was served on a small skillet pan

4 Star Rating I had been wanting to come here and I will say it was well worth it! It was everything I thought it would be tastebud wise and more. We started with the Mac and cheese and Country Fried Cajun wings (6 comes with the order). I couldn’t get a picture because the food smelled that good off impact. We then ordered the jerk pork bowl and the glazed salmon bowl with nori seaweed. Both bowls were amazing and hit so many notes for us taste wise. Matched with (2) cocktails of choice, we weren’t disappointed. We don’t normally get dessert but we got the bread pudding. I’m not a sweets person but it was the right amount of tart and sweet (fruit heavy). Service was amazing from start to finish. We will be coming back.

5 Star Rating Just go and see the magic for yourself. This is one little bundle of joy. The food and drinks are splendid. You can tell the chef is making it with love. The people are super nice. The menu is varied, familiar, and comforting. I got the fried wings, which were divine especially with the scotch bonnet hot sauce. There was live music when I went, which definitely set the vibe. You can have dinner there or even just a coffee. Great location too, across the street from the Brooklyn Museum. Indoor and outdoor seating when the weather is right. It's a little tight in there so it may be tough to get a wheelchair but I am sure they can make it work.

5 Star Rating After a nearby visit to the Brooklyn Library for a late night exhibit , we (party of two) needed a bite and this place was conveniently nearby. 🥘 Had the calamari for starters with a yummy sauce. Then the burger and fries, and the blackened catfish that comes with mac and cheese and sautéed spinach. Everything was delicious! 🍹 Also tried the Jamaican rum punch. There wasn’t much of a rum kick to us, but it was still good. 🎶 We were lucky enough to be serenaded by Cheryl herself with a live soulful performance while we dined. 🛎️ Forgot our server’s name but he was amazing! Everything was great and we’re looking forward to returning for brunch.

4 Star Rating Atmosphere is great, food is decent. I ordered an egg sandwich with bacon well done. The bacon wasn’t well done and the sandwich was greasy. That was a turn down for me. I also ordered the avocado and egg sandwich which came on a multigrain bun. Not impressed, but good enough. The place got packed at around 10am (Sunday) there are plenty seats inside and outside. The place has a restaurant/casual bar vibe. Family friendly, as I saw couples with strollers.

4 Star Rating I’ve only gotten the sandwiches, but they’re all delicious and filling. The rotisserie chicken sandwich is probably their most popular and it’s most like a chicken salad sandwich, but really packed with slices of chicken. The avocado with cheddar and ricotta broccoli are both great vegetarian options. They have some great baked good options if you go in person; unfortunately they’re never there when you order to go.

4 Star Rating Had the fried broccoli sandwich which is super filling and a solid comfort food. It's got cheese so is not vegan. The sandwich is nicely seasoned with spice and definitely has tons of broccoli. Probably would be an ideal sharing item for two if not too hungry. The only downside is it's super greasy.

5 Star Rating At first I was nervous by the limited selection but boy do they know what they’re doing. I ordered the broccoli ricotta sandwich out of curiosity and it was game changing. Lemony, sweet and spicy with just the right amount of crunch. They also have fried broccoli as a side and if it’s prepared the same way that may become a new weekly staple. You can order meatballs as well- one for 3.50. They have a soup of the day that looked delicious. Will have to return for more.

5 Star Rating I place put together some awesome pictures for you all. This was my first time here I went craving a southern comfort meal it was amazing I recommend the cheddar cheese grits shrimp and catfish with the cinnamon waffles it was absolutely amazing. Although I am sleepy now it is very filling. The music was diverse. However everyone was extremely kind and accommodating. Thank you. There's indoor and sometimes outside seating depends on what days you arrive. The food from my point of view is very expensive I took a leap of faith I'm satisfied. It's small yet cozy. There are waits for your food, getting seated at times too. Don't just take my word try it for yourself.

4 Star Rating Good was great! Just moved back to NYC from Miami and this was better than most things I’ve had there. The burrito was filling and tasty. The potatoes had great crisp on them. Will definitely get it again. My wife said “there’s no reason chicken and waffles should be this good.” I had a little piece of the cinnamon waffle and I sure wanted more. The coffee wasn’t all that. But then again. I only got black drip coffee. Otherwise I’m definitely coming back and will be recommending it to anyone who hasn’t been here yet.

3 Star Rating The $27 dish with chicken had literally five morsels of chicken. It wasn’t just my plate but also my wife’s. I pointed this out to one of the servers, and we got a 20% discount. That we appreciated. Also, we had to wait 13 minutes into restaurant hours in front of the entrance with a baby; we should’ve been seated in my opinion. The last time we came here a year ago. Experience has been very good overall. It looks as though something has to be done to improve the work of the kitchen, and the general manager should also up their game.

3 Star Rating Mediocre food. Certainly not bad but the shredded chicken itself is pretty bland. I don’t think it was marinated. Pretty heavy on the mayo. 3.5 stars for food Knocked down a half star because of the pricing. Post tax and pre tip, a banh mi cost $10.50 (the menu used to list $7.50 and now lists $8.50, so there’s some mystery massive surcharge being added in addition to the tax - and credit card processing is not that expensive).

We ordered the mushroom pie with époisses and tomato soup (both vegetarian-friendly) and the chocolate budino tart for dessert. The wait staff was attentive. 3 Star Rating It was a nice break to stop by this cafe after walking around the garden. The place gets really busy so a reservation is a must, otherwise you'll end up waiting 30+ minutes for a table. The food was OK; I wouldn't say great. The polenta fries were bland and really needed salt. The chutney that came with them was too sweet. The scrambled eggs were decent but I found the eggs too buttery and the home fries underwhelming. The fried chicken was excellent, however. It was perfectly fried and went really well with the bed of wild rice and the coleslaw. The cup of cappuccino I ordered was over-foamed. Overall, even though the food wasn't top-notch, this place is still a good stop to rest while enjoying the sun coming through its large windows.

3 Star Rating A Mexican place run entirely by Asians. Welcome to New York. I had the chorizo burrito. The food inside was ok, the chorizo perhaps a little dry and the tomatoes were watery and flavorless. What pissed me off was the lack of knowledge of how to wrap a burrito (see picture). I would love to watch a Millennial blogger from the Huffington Post lecture these people on cultural appropriation. I paid $8.50 for the burrito and a 20oz coke. A decent price point for this area of BK given the proximity to the park, BK Museum, and income level of the local residents. CASH ONLY - ATM Fee = $1.79
