4 Star Rating The concept behind the restaurant is very very cool, and walking through the bar area into the back room you really do feel like you’re about to get locked into a vault. There were tons of small details to give the restaurant an original bank feel, including a giant class that had shredded money in it. The ambiance was great, the food was just fine. We ordered the tuna and salmon tartar and hummus to start. Neither were anything original or out of this world. For dinner we got the wagyu burger and the duck risotto. The burger was a regular burger, and we have another place downtown that had a better quality, lower price so I wouldn’t recommend. The duck was quite nice, and the risotto had plenty of mushrooms in it, but the duck portion was a bit small compared to the risotto. all in all the dinner was fine.

5 Star Rating I can highly recommend this place if you want to have dinner in a special location! The food is also really good. The menu is not that big but perfectly fine. Also the dishes are not super big but the taste is outstanding! The service was perfect! I would recommend a reservation if you want to go there with a bigger group

5 Star Rating For the price, this is a great place. The decor is gorgeous, and the menu affordable yet high class and well-done: high-quality ingredients cooked well. The only real criticism I have is the fries were mediocre.

5 Star Rating Arrived 15 mins late to reservation but was still honored the table, for NYE it wasn’t packed. The food was prepared in great portion, the sides were sharable & everything tasted excellent. Hostess was quick, efficient & the restaurant is beautiful slightly dark but nice design.. overall great experience.

4 Star Rating The ambience and the service was great. The bread on the table is great too. However, the truth is the steak wasn’t so great. My friend ordered a filet mignon and it was both overcooked and dry. Surprisingly, it was the worst piece of meat when it was supposed to be the most tender. The two other pieces, a dry aged NY strip and the rib eye were average. They didn’t excel in their flavours and the rib eye was very chewy and fatty. The best piece of the table was the lamb chop, but this shouldn’t have been the case for a steakhouse. The seafood starter was not fresh. The lobster tails and the shrimps tasted out of season. I would not recommend ordering. I really wanted to try this restaurant and after this experience I have to sadly admit that it is bot worth spending for a fine dining experience if the quality of the food is fluctuating and leaning toward the lower end. We spent $120 per person.

5 Star Rating The level of service was excellent. Very polite and accommodating staff. Food was very tasty. Would recommend the clam chowder, crème brûlée cheesecake and Ribeye. The sides are excellent. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Not a fan of the bread, but I’m not a bread guy so that could just be me.

2 Star Rating For now I would say stay away from this restaurant. I think they are having staffing issues effecting all levels of service. For a finer quality dining place this was poor. The older man that was the host when we entered was the high point for service. The server was a waitress and not particularly professional. To order took far to long, the cooking of the food took to long, and when it was delivered it wasn't to the right people with sides spread throughout the table instead of to the people who ordered them. The manager is a tall black man who definitely needs work on his customer service. The table next to us had a harsh discussion with him when he arrived unexpectedly to tell them their policy is to group all checks and include gratuity since they sat together although only half had food. He refused to split their check except some drinks but would not let them choose their gratuity. He kept saying he was in charge instead of being professional. I paid for our table and after waiting for 20 minutes for our check people started to leave. I had to leave the table and find the servers station. I explained people were leaving and asked how much longer it would be for my check. Instead of her answering he stood up and said just tell them it will be five more minutes. Everything could have been more professional. It was more of an experience for fast food than fine dining regarding service. I know everyone is having staffing issues, but when the meal is expensive the expectation is a higher level of service which is not found here right now. I'd say check back in six months.

5 Star Rating I was blown away with the decor, the ambience and even the smell of this place lol. From the detailed walls to the bronze eagle statues throughout, it was breathtaking. I had the seared sea bass it was fresh, a thick-cut portion of the fish, was moist inside plus the top and bottom of the fish had this thin, flavorful crust that I will not forget. The staff were attentive, kind and were happy to serve you. The host that check me in came over to me while sitting to ask if the service is good. I really appreciated that. Cheers the my host Eden, she’s amazing! GO HERE!

5 Star Rating My first time here since I've been living in this area for over 2 years! I love how we can choose the base yogurts and the toppings ourselves. I was glad that there was healthy options like the granola and some fruits. I chose Nutella yogurt and it wasn't too sweet which perfectly fit my taste. One more thing, I felt comfortable with the heating inside since those cold yogurts can get you to shiver sometimes.

3 Star Rating I use to really love this particular location because of the worker, food and service. But today at October 20 at 9:04 p.m. The only worker/server that was there was rude again. I'm asking her for extra chocolate in my choco bowl. Damn it! Charge me.. I never said not to charge me for asking for extra chocolate.... but to feel a way about it... about me asking for extra chocolate. She has been working there at the location for a while so I believe she is a manager or store supervisor by now. she has glasses at times and She is horrible in my opinion. She has an attitude. If I see her in there and she is working then I will make sure that I walk out and wait until there is someone else working there. She is rude. I don't like her!!!!

4 Star Rating We came to this Wendy’s for our dinner, wanted to dine in but finally decided for take away. The place itself is not bad, quite clean, has kiosks to preorder ur meal as well. However, after placing the order, we waited a long time for our food to be ready & the staff was just way too slow, did not provide us a proper packing for take away either. The basement area for dine in was closed, only the upper one was available. There is a lot of space right around the kiosks & pick-up area, hence I somehow missed the seats availability there as well. Restrooms were closed. Anyway, the food was delicious & I wouldn’t mind getting back. Thanks! 🙏

3 Star Rating Food is typical Wendy’s which I enjoy. However, online ordering does not pose any advantage, and wait times during lunch are extremely long. I’ve also gone 4 times when their kiosks are down and their cash registers don’t accept card or Apple Pay. Poor In restaurant experience, but the food tastes good and prices are good.

5 Star Rating This is, in my opinion, the best restaurant south of Chambers Street. We live nearby and it has increased our quality of life more than we can say. We go all the time now. It is comfortable, the food is EXCELLENT - every time! The service is always very attentive. Even the music is great - when we go in the morning it's Frank Sinatra, when we go in the evening it's this great mix of 80's New Wave. The atmosphere is fun, but with cozy booths. There is even an outdoor area if you want to eat outside. The brunch here is OUTRAGEOUSLY good. Try the eggs benedict or the french toast. For dinner they have an aged burger that can't be beat and the ravioli is to die for. We love it!

4 Star Rating Great spot right across from our Sonder vacation rental apartment. Service was wonderful, good food. Nice mixed vibe. We did however let management know that the multiple wait staff were incorrectly UNDERcharging us, as we spent well over $100 in drinks and food. The first bill we got was $7. After telling the confused busboy/waiter(no clue where our original server went)all of our food items, 2nd bill was only $50. After telling him again he missed more items, 3rd bill was only $75. Still not right, but at this point it was time to check in to our room, so I just made up the difference with a really good tip. Great place, but staff needs to make sure they stop losing money on undercharging table.

4 Star Rating My friend and I came for dinner here and some drinks. Ordered the fish and chips, grilled lamb lollipops and a classic burger. The fish fillet was quite soggy and dry. Would be nice if it's crispy on the outside and soft juicy on the inside. The grilled lamb was definitely better the last time I came but this time was hard and dry, not juicy at all which probably was overcooked. The beef pattie on the burger was huge and well cooked though. Having drinks here is great though as the staff are polite and cool. No discrimination and they can be really fun too! Customers are also well behaved and it can be crowded when there's live games showing. Would love to go for their karaoke nights sometime soon!

It was empty and we asked and they didn't answer us, but instead shooed us over to other workers who didn't speak English? - eventually someone helped us, spoke English and took our order and payment - the menu is chaotic, the colours and pictures make it hard to read - only one pickle ): - got the pastrami sandwich, their mustard was very sweet and didn't taste good. The sandwich was warm and soft. The pastrami tender but just okay - the atmosphere is very sterile and kinda sucks, there was no one there and everything kinda hurt to look at - probably won't ever go back nor would I recommend it unless you're starving and around

I have eaten here a bunch of times over the last decade and the sandwiches are some of the best I've ever had. The staff is always friendly and respectful. The coffee is pretty good too, I find it much better than some of the small coffee spots in the area. Wanted to give a small update. 5 Star Rating It's a Deli. It has sandwiches and stuff. There was hot food, but we've been in NYC for like 3 days and just wanted a bomb sandwich. Do what you want, but honestly if you order something other than the #3 then that's on you. It was effing delicious. My wife and I got full sharing one, but if I stuffed myself and was miserable all day because I ate a huge sammy all by my lonesome I would not have been disappointed. If I ever come back to NYC, I'll stop just for this sandwich here. Go ahead. Order anything else. It's probably good too. But you'll always wonder.... Is it as good as #3? (no, the answer is no)

5 Star Rating NYC is known for many things, and fine dining is one of them. There are many great restaurants, but I think I found a gem!!! Visiting my daughter in the city, I was craving Italian foods, so we found this boutique-like restaurant near her place, and boy, it was super!!! We ordered the Linguine alle Vongole, which was clam pasta in white wine sauce, Branzino al Cartoccio(sea bass), and Tagliata di Manzo(steak). They were all superb!!! But, if I really had to pick one, my favorite was the Prime Sirloin steak!!! And of course, to top it all off, a slice of Tiramisu was incredibly delicious 😋 . We didn't order the appetizers, because we knew we would order 3 main dishes.... the price was very reasonable, a little less than $200(including tips)for two of us, without any wines, just a bottle of still water 💧 Lastly, the service was outstanding as well!!!

2 Star Rating I recently dined at Felice 15 Gold and unfortunately, I must say that my experience left much to be desired. While the interior of the restaurant is undeniably cozy and beautiful, I found several aspects of my visit to be rather disappointing. Therefore, I am giving this restaurant a two-star rating. 🪑First and foremost, the seating arrangements were quite uncomfortable. The tables and chairs were small, and to make matters worse, they were placed very close together. This lack of space made it difficult to fully enjoy my meal and have private conversations without feeling cramped. ⏰Additionally, I was disappointed with the service at Felice 15 Gold. Despite there being only two other occupied tables in the restaurant during my visit on a Sunday afternoon, it took an excessively long time for our food to be prepared and brought to the table. This prolonged wait was frustrating, especially considering the limited number of patrons. 🍝As for the food itself, it was a mixed bag. While the main pasta dish we ordered was decent, I couldn't overlook the disappointing starter, the Tuna tartare. 🤢The tuna had a strong, unpleasant fishy taste and did not seem fresh at all. In fact, after just one bite, my dining companions and I decided to discard the dish and cancel it. It was an unfortunate and off-putting start to the meal. 📝On a positive note, I must commend the waitress for her pleasant demeanor and helpfulness throughout our meal. She was attentive and accommodating, which somewhat alleviated the overall dissatisfaction caused by other aspects of our dining experience. 😔In conclusion, my visit to Felice 15 Gold was far from enjoyable. Uncomfortable seating, excessively long waiting times, and a subpar starter tainted the experience. Although the main pasta dish was satisfactory, it was overshadowed by the disappointments. Furthermore, the prices seemed somewhat inflated considering the overall quality. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

5 Star Rating Been coming here on and off the last week for breakfast and it is def my new favorite. Shout out to the morning cook who prepares the breakfast sandwiches you do an amazing job with the consistency. From the rolls to the quality of ingredients and the way the eggs are cooked it is the best in the area. I am a breakfast enthusiast and have been to many different spots in Lower Manhattan this one is the best!

3 Star Rating Hard to beat place for lunch, plenty seatings available. Good food selection, it's a good option if you need a quick byte or need to have a chat with a co worker. They have vegetarian options and it's not that noisy. The Espresso is a gamble some days are good some other days salty, there is not consistency there
