4 Star Rating I frequent there 1 to 2 times every week Nostramd/Livingston. a great chill spot. love seeing the same wait staff. they're amazing. drinks cornbread and wings are my thing. can't get tired of it. the only drawback, not just with this location, which I've made clear to them, and as the wait staff says 4/10 customers think the same, the dallas fries are a waste of money, it is absolute Garbage. compare to fast food chains like Mc Donald Wendy Popeyes kfc and other restaurants dallas serves the worst fries I've ever seen in my entire life and I hope they really do something about it. if it's going to stay like this, it should be for free. besides, I dnt purchase it anymore, but when my friends do it's disheartening. Please fix it.

5 Star Rating First time here. The food was really good. I had chicken wings and baby back ribs. Also got a pina colada frozen drink which is really good as well. The food portion was HUGE.

3 Star Rating The food is good and the burgers are very flavorful. Not just like some places that just put bland meat. As for drinks large in size and nothing says a bigger drink than the Texas size. Only knock is the bathroom setup and convoluted pathing to the table. Price was also a tad high for what was portioned.

3 Star Rating Been here a few times with friends. Overall I’d say this place is a hit or miss (hence the 3 stars). Last time I went i asked for water before ordering and got it after I finished my meal. However, I’ve also had good experiences where the person was very on top of it and great! Food is a bit bland. Drinks are large and per my friends, fairly priced. I enjoy that they let my friends take their drinks that they couldn’t finish.

5 Star Rating I had always passed the restaurant but never stopped as I was thinking over thick, slice hero bread with tons of meat stuffed inside, I saw a sign that said Empanadas so I went in and realized I was completely wrong about this restaurant. Ox tails, bake chicken, salads, salmon, and so many other delicious looking meals and did I mention that I love flan and yes they sell that also I can't believe I had misjudged this restaurant for so many years but not anymore. Today, I picked up 3 empernadas, which was good but better with some hot sauce to enhance my taste. I would definitely be back to this Cuban home cooking restaurant. Please go and see what's inside. Don't be like me and misjudg this restaurant for so many years.

5 Star Rating Fast and delicious. This location is close to my job and I just love it when I have it for lunch. I usually get pernil with yellow rice, beans and sweet plantains. This is the full combo, gets me feeling so content and satisfied. Like look at this! I can barely finish it myself. Always bring leftovers home!

2 Star Rating Burger took forever to be prepared although there was literally 7 customers in the whole place. Food came in whatever order. It tasted okay, but not as tasty as it should. It's completely over staff. Workers couldn't care less about customers, they kind of ignore them, they're just chatting and making noise instead of working. Sadly this place does not live up to the standards of Shake Shack!

4 Star Rating I been to this location a few times. Most recently I got some lunch to go. I ordered a chicken sandwich and french fries on the app. It took a few minutes before my food was ready even though it said it would be ready 15 minutes prior to my arriving. They moved pretty quickly even though the place was crowded and there was a lot of people waiting for food. They didn't provide any condiments and I had to wait for them to get them. The food was hot and tasty. The chicken sandwich tasted fresh and yummy.

2 Star Rating Super slow service; cashiers with attitude fighting with customers over complaints. The batter on the chicken fell off when I grabbed a piece. Seemed like their frying oil hadn't been changed for a while, so fries looked sad and had a bitter aftertaste.

2 Star Rating In ordinate amount of weight time. I understand they’re busy but when people order a simple iced coffee and wait over 13 minutes and still not have anything, not worth the wait also, Starbucks needs to revamp the priority of online ordering while people are in person ordering. Just go across the street to Nero for a sane experience!.

4 Star Rating Came here because I saw they had some vegan foods, I tried the ackee, vegan beef, callaloo, and vegan fish patty, all were very tasty, although would have liked a bit more filling. Also tried the regular soy, which surprisingly was my favorite, so tasty. The split pea I had to throw out, the filling had this weird fishy/vinegar/off taste. The bread patty part of the vegan fish was less tasty, but seemed whole wheat, probably a healthier version. Was told all the patty crusts were vegan, and most of the fillings available were too. Place had a good amount of plant based meats, but not a ton of plant based dairy in the fridge.

4 Star Rating I’m into it. This place has a solid selection of vegan hot foods and the staff is chill/friendly. I’ve tried most of the vegan patties and some are better than others but all serviceable. Additionally they’ve got some solid selections of vegan grocery items, particularly May Wah proteins if you’re not able to hop over the bridge to the Chinatown store. I’m glad to see they’re still in business and hope they will continue to thrive for awhile as this neighborhood definitely doesn’t have a lot of gems like this.

5 Star Rating I am in this location M-F as it is the nearest Starbucks to my office. The staff is pleasant, fast and always accurate. Though I usually place a mobile order, my items are ready, well prepared and even include the straw and cup of ice I request once I'm in store. When I worked at Starbucks some years ago, the expectation was to have customers in and out of the store in 3 minutes or less. The partners at this location definitely do. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

2 Star Rating For over six months I have been going to this location because it is opened early and the closest to my job. My first encounter months back was terrible but due to proximity I stuck it out. One barista is so rude she always has an attitude and hands you your drink like she hates her job. When putting orders for customers they literally touch the part you drink from and frequently almost spill the coffee when handing it over. I think people only say they are the best so they would make an effort with their drink. The fact that I rather walk a few more minutes for another Starbucks than go here again says a lot. This is one instant that first impression was right.

4 Star Rating Nice spot for takeout lunch or dinner. They have a small seating area but would only recommend to use to eat and leave. Traffic is high in and out, which means food is good, but many people around your food. Nice authentic Spanish taste and flavors. Was referred to try this place by a coworker, and we finally went together. The food was so good (rotisserie chicken, white rice with pinto beans and platanos), I almost fell asleep after...lol. Will definitely be back!

3 Star Rating The food was delicious , in terms of price tho , it’s on the more expensive side of things, almost $20 for a small soup , side order of Maduros and ONE very delicious beef empanada. Also they have this deal for 10% off when order online thru their website , however the website domain is down . Please fix or stop adverstising the deal . Customers is mix , they have funky deals and don’t always honor what they . They risk their employees being caught in cross of angry customers . I simply would not have pay had I not got my issue figure out. Only Spanish place I know where they charge you rice and beans as the two sides for my pernil, on top of that the short Spanish homie who serve me just straight up didn’t give me an crispy skin which is the best part of having pernil. Why you stingy with food ?

3 Star Rating I worked in area so visited store 5 days a week. I got coffee in mornings, breakfast & sometimes lunch. I liked going there for the variety offered, sandwiches, hot food & salads. if you were looking at menu posted and omit something or add found pricing grossly different by the time you got to front counter to pay. This happened on more than 1 occasion almost as if pricing was made up as you go along. I paid different pricing on different days for same item. and you have to remember to ask for specials so they can re work close to what is posted up on menu or then you feel like you are getting a better deal.. I was always rushing off to work so i didn"t dispute. This is terrible.... you always have to walk around with cash because this business will NOT accept any credit cards or debit cards.
