I recently visited Chuck E. Cheese and was pleasantly surprised by my experience! Right from the start, the employees were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the check-in and ordering process a breeze. The food was served quickly and was hot, which is always a plus when you’re hungry!
However, I did find the prices to be on the expensive side, especially for kids' meals. While I understand that it's a fun place for children, the cost can add up quickly, so keep that in mind when planning your visit.
The atmosphere at Chuck E. Cheese is cool and welcoming, perfect for families looking for a fun day out. The cleanliness of the establishment also stood out to me, which is definitely a bonus for a place that sees so many young diners.
One thing I wish was included is free parking. It would make the experience even better if we didn’t have to worry about additional costs when we arrive.
Overall, I had a great time at Chuck E. Cheese and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun outing with the kids!

The kids had fun, however is very pricey and only some staff are helpful. Food was not well prepared. Games are fun for the kids but again the pricing for the amount of time does not match. Would maybe go here again.

We’re here today celebrating my little brothers birthday , and though they seemed to be short staffed be Amber was courteous and attentive through the whole experience. She was upbeat and friendly when selling memorabilia , she also saved us when it came to lighting the candles she was there . Up until the very end when she kindly offered us to go plates to put the rest of my brothers cake in . Thank you Amber you definitely deserve a promotion!!!!!

If you like pizza, arcade machines, and slightly childish atmosphere, it's a hit. Perfect for kids, inducing small kids. Woks great for birthday parties, with a whole personalized spectacle around it. Chuck, the mascot, also periodically appears to dance with kids.

I like that this chuck e cheese has a lot of games that are not broken. The one on howard beach is terrible. I took my kids on the trampoline (it’s an extra $12). But my kids loved it. I don’t like that there were many rules in there for kids to follow. There was no sitting aloud so there’s that. It was pretty good, but i heard and witnessed horrible things that a manager was saying to the employees. Very unprofessional and many employees are kids so a grown man yelling at kids. Truly disgusting. Overall it was a great experience, chuck e cheese just needs to do better on who they hire.

I came here not too long ago with some friends and I was blown away with how comfortable the environment was. The food we ordered was so delicious and the cider, doc hard apple cider, hit the spot. Their goulash is to die for!! I was literally able to cut through my beef with just a single plastic fork. Absolutely amazing and their potato pancakes are crispy and flavorful. It’s decently priced and family friendly as well!!
We also tried their Mac and cheese which was very tasty and different from the one I’m used to but I would definitely order it again. Apple strudel was flaky and moist, something kids will love for sure!

A lovely neighborhood spot especially for young families / new parents. Met up with my friends here and finally met my god daughter. Beers are great with an extensive selection. Proper German pub.

I got the beef goulash which was pretty good! Potato pancakes were really good! The plastic utencils werent ideal and portion was a bit small for me

Drinks and service was good but ordered a apple strudel with ice cream and they didn’t say until they brought the food out that there was no ice cream today. Would’ve been nice to get a discount or extra strudel since that was included in the dish but instead paid $9 for a thin slice of strudel. It was tasty though and drinks were good.

Favorite German beer hall in the area! Good selection of beers and wine, fun atmosphere, great service and food! They have trivia night every Wednesday, board games to play, fussball table, big comfy loungey couches, communal tables etc. Fun bar! I also LOVE that they have vegan sausage option on their menu!! I’ll definitely go back next time I’m in the area!

The plantains were the highlight of my meal, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I just wish there had been a few more pieces! My only complaint was the presence of little flies that kept trying to join me while I ate. Since the spot is semi-outdoor, it makes sense, but it did take away from the experience. Overall, the meal was great, but the atmosphere left a lasting impression for the wrong reason.

Ordered Elote corn, eggplant tacos and sweet plantains - probably the best plantains I've ever eaten in my life. The slight charred crunch on top with juicy interior blew my mind. I was just here last night and already dreaming of going back. The eggplant tacos was also top notch.
Staff are super friendly and warm. The atmosphere at night made it feel really cozy inside the booths. Lots of fun neon lights and decor.

We bump on this place after liberty games with few friends, and it definitely feel like Mexico. The aesthetic is a bit rowdy but i guess that is what they are going for, I love the food, the art and margarita. Definitely touristy but it’s worth trying and of course Emma was amazing

Great spot! Outdoor seating under umbrellas as well as cute booths inside. Justin took our order and was super pleasant! Food came out very fast.
Frozen margarita was perfect for a humid summer day and the tacos are awesome.
Side note: really clean bathroom!

It was my first time here and I particularly liked the feeling of community while everyone ordered and enjoyed the delicious foods.
Ambience definitely gives of Mexican vibes, I actually felt like I was outside the United States.
I ordered the grilled shrimp, my oh my - delicious!
This is certainly a fun place to come to with friends.

Had dinner here with a big group and loved everything we tried! The dip trio is the move - the pita is so fluffy and fresh. We also tried the mushroom appetizer, branzino, orichette and warm farro salad. All were winners. The staff was accommodating to specific allergy-related requests in our group too. I’d definitely come back!

We stumbled upon this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon and were able to get seats at the bar without a reservation, which was a nice surprise. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, and the service was friendly and efficient.
We decided to try a variety of dishes, including the kale salad, meat paella, and one of the appetizers. While everything was presented nicely, the flavors didn’t quite deliver — the food overall felt a bit underwhelming. The paella lacked depth and seasoning, and the salad, while fresh, was pretty basic. Nothing stood out as particularly memorable.
It wasn’t a bad experience, but considering the number of great options nearby, I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to return.

I went on a Sunday night and was happy to be seated at a table for 2 right away. It was pretty full and lively, but there was just enough space for us. Food and service were quick. I would try again if something on their changing menu interested me. I definitely want to try another dessert!
Food
I was excited to see scallops on their specials menu and got the scallops, which came with orzo together in a creamy lemon egg sauce (avgolemono). The sauce had a nice flavor, while the scallops themselves hardly had any flavor, which was sad for me since that was why I had picked the dish.
Had a bite of the Braised Beef Boneless Short Ribs with mashed potatoes and spinach that my friend ordered and was pretty jealous. It was very tasty!
Finished off with the toasted white sesame ice cream which was perfect.
Ambience
This place is cute and intimate. Its Brooklyn style is "charmingly outdated" -- with wooden ceiling fans which suggest to me no HEPA filter. It felt stuffy as soon as walking in but not overwhelmingly so.

Very tasty lamb hash (5/5). Tender well cooked and spiced lamb with a lovely feta blend and dollops of harissa seasoning that isn't too spicy along with perfectly cooked potatoes. The service is also super nice - be prepared to wait for brunch. The feta dip (4/5) was good albeit very dense.

Cozy neighborhood Mediterranean restaurant. Absolutely adore the interior and the dishes are fabulous. We ordered the dips, garlic shrimp, seafood paella, short ribs, lamb pasta and warm salad, and they were all delicious. The warm salad is definitely not something to sleep on! Highly recommend and great place to have a long dinner with friends. 5/5

Deniz is an absolute gem! From the moment we sat down, we were welcomed with warm, fresh bread that set the tone for an incredible meal. We ordered the Special Beyti Kebab, which was perfectly seasoned ground beef mixed with onions, parsley, and aromatic herbs—grilled to perfection and served with a fresh house salad and fluffy rice. The Chicken Chops were another highlight—expertly grilled, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Every bite was delicious, and the service was just as outstanding. If you're looking for authentic Turkish cuisine with top-tier flavors and hospitality, Deniz is the place to go! Highly recommend!

Deniz in Brooklyn is an absolute gem for anyone who loves authentic Turkish cuisine! From the moment you walk in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff make you feel right at home. I had the pleasure of trying several dishes, and each one was more flavorful than the last. The lamb shish kebab was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the chicken Adana was fantastic as well– the baba ganoush was incredibly fresh.
One standout is the bread, freshly baked and served warm. The attention to detail and quality in every dish is clear. Deniz offers generous portions at reasonable prices, which makes it an even better find. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations.
anoush was incredibly fresh.
Their drink menu offers a great selection of Turkish wines and cocktails. They also offer non-alcoholic options, and they also have authentic Turkish teas and juices, which are a refreshing treat.
To top it all off, their dessert options are wonderful. We tried the kunefe, which was warm and deliciously cheesy.
If you’re in Brooklyn and craving Turkish food, Deniz is the place to go. Highly recommended for a casual dinner or even a special occasion!

TLDR great food, inattentive service, mixed atmosphere.
Got the three meat & a mezze platter for 3 people and that was more than enough food, no room for dessert (although it looked so good 🤤). SO DELICIOUS!! But the wait staff never came back around the whole time we were dining, which was strange especially since we kept a menu at the table to browse other offerings. Thankfully the mezze came out first, because there was not enough pita served with that and idk how we would've gotten to order more without getting up to track down a waiter.
The music was bad. Idk what is with restaurants these days, everyone is always playing bad pop or house music. As you can see in one of my photos there were a bunch of vinyl albums set on the console next to our table - why not play these artists?? I don't want to sit in a nice restaurant and listen to David Guetta lol. And the paper bags over the lights took me out 😂 what is thaaatt!! The diffused light effect is nice but c'mon y'all.. $25 plates and paper bags taped to the ceiling? I had to laugh.
Anyway I'd definitely come back because the food was perfect (:

Had a late lunch /early dinner here one Sunday and enjoyed the mezze platter with garlic bread. Tasted very fresh and healthy, left us feeling very satisfied. Sat in the outdoor (undercover) area, so only critique is that service was a little slow out here, since you're a bit out of sight from inside.

A friend visiting from out of town and I decided to explore Brooklyn Heights, and what a discovery we made! Upon stepping off the G train, a hidden gem popped up on Google Maps, and it was impossible to resist.
Though the restaurant wasn’t fully open yet, Neslie greeted us with such warmth and even offered us prime seating. From that moment, we knew we were in for a treat—and what a food adventure it turned out to be!
My friend Nancy ordered the Lamb and Chickpeas, and one bite made me instantly jealous. That dish was absolutely divine—rich, flavorful, and unforgettable.
Meanwhile, I went with the Salmon Kebab on Neslie’s recommendation, and wow… just wow. As someone who’s cautious about fish, I was floored by how perfectly seasoned and savory it was. The rice served alongside was the ideal complement.
To top it off, I had the Dal Soup, curious to see a Middle Eastern spin on a dish so familiar to me as an Indian. It did not disappoint! Paired with the rice, it was so good I devoured it without a second thought. The pita bread? Completely forgotten—sorry, pita. 😅
It was two hours of pure bliss—great company, an incredible server, and food that left us happily full and satisfied. Thank you to this fantastic spot for such a memorable experience! We’ll be back. 💗

It's all about the pizza 🍕 😋! I enjoyed my Takeout order of Stuffed pizza, it was delicious, flavorful.
I ordered it cold and baked it in my pizza oven.
Most important the crust was not doughy! and it did not have copious amounts of oil dripping from slice this time, once it was heated.
I ordered this before and it was very oily and had to place 2 napkins to sop up the oil prior to eating, at the restaurant.

As always, the food was incredible! I usually get the pastrami (amazing + definitely get the Moe’s sauce), but I got a brisket burger this time and it was insanely good. Love the Swiss cheese, wish I had gotten onion rings, but it arrived hot + was so good especially with jalapeños added!

This place is fantastic! Perfect cross between a neighborhood dive bar and chill lounge. Love their Comedy and Open Mic night and the live DJ always kicking out good vibes. Drinks wise this place has a surprisingly great liquor selection for a small neighborhood bar including some obscure, uncommon and outstanding spirits from around the world (try the African Gin!). IDK where they learned to make Rum Punch but that $#!+ Is bangin! That's no NY rum punch tastes more like the Caribbean... Lastly they have the pizzas that are the perfect late nite snack to go with a few drinks. We shared a margarita, pepperoni and a truffle, they really hit the spot. All in all a very solid, neighborhood spot where anyone would feel welcomed. Check them out!

Typical coldstone experience. Tucker away in for see or shopping plaza. The service was excellent.
Being in the shopping plaza sorta detracts from the atmosphere as it is tucked away in the corner. However, nice to be close to target and some other stores.
I like the milkshakes but like a lot of the menu items in general at coldstone.

Rocky’s Deli & Grill in Fort Greene doesn’t mess around, and when they slap the name Kobe Bryant on a sandwich, they’re making a statement. This thing hits like a slam dunk straight to your taste buds—chipotle chicken grilled to perfection, stacked with three layers of Colby Jack (because one isn’t enough), creamy avocado, and jalapeños that bring the heat. Add in some chipotle mayo, and you’ve got yourself a sandwich that’s bold, spicy, and unapologetically messy.
It’s got that same fiery kick as Quincy Deli’s Cajun hero, but this one’s swimming in sauce, with that smoky chipotle mayo cutting through the cheese and heat. Every bite’s a flavor riot, and it’s not for the faint-hearted. You’ll be sweating halfway through, but you’ll keep going. Just make sure to have a pile of napkins ready—this beast demands cleanup.
