Amazing Irish Pub in Times Square area. We got to know the place in a previous trip to NYC, came back this time and will definitely repeat in future journeys. Great food and atmosphere. Excellent Traditional Irish Breakfast and delicious dinner. Wide selection of beers local and imported. Impecable service.

What a fun experience. We haven't found this place by accident and figuring give it a try and it was amazing. The appetizers the shepherd's pie and chicken were perfectly cooked and very hearty. Definitely worth going back again.

A darling Irish tavern in the heart of the theater district. Lunch was outside in the comfortable rooftop dining area which was inviting, airy and spacious. We had a crisp salad with jumbo shrimp and a nicely done chicken sandwich platter. The waitstaff was friendly, professional and attentive to every need, including providing ice for an earlier foot mishap. Connolly's made our NYC visit all the more enjoyable!

Our favourite bar during our entire stay. We visited every day after our first visit was so great, and it became our local! The food was delicious and the service impeccable. Special shout out to Darren the legend. He made us feel so welcome every visit, especially with how busy this bar is and he remembered us and our drinks order and even the football team my parter supported so the bar felt very homely. Would 10/10 recommend. Get yourselves to Connolly’s guys. Will be back next year

We visited here a couple times on our World Cup 2026 trip to NYC. We sat on the rooftop for brunch one morning, the top was open and it was magnificent. The Irish breakfast and mimosas were great. Service was fantastic and the atmosphere was stellar. Recommended pub near Times Square.

We came here for my wife's birthday and had a great overall experience. We had reservations, arrived a little early, and were seated in less than a minute. My wife ordered the 3 oz A5 Wagyu, and she said it was excellent. I had the lamb chops, which were cooked perfectly and were one of the highlights of the meal. The lobster mac and cheese was delicious, and the creamy spinach was honestly the best we've ever had. The VIP cocktail was also outstanding and is something I would highly recommend. The bread was decent, and the crab cake was good, but for $29, I thought the portion was quite small. The only dish we didn't enjoy was the lobster bisque. It had a tangy flavor that wasn't to our liking. My only other critique is that the food came out extremely fast. We never felt rushed by the staff, but every course arrived almost immediately after the previous one. For a high-end dining experience, I would have preferred a little more time between courses to enjoy the meal and atmosphere. Overall, everything was very good, and despite those minor criticisms, I would definitely come back.

This is my favorite steakhouse in midtown and likely all of NYC. Amazing cuts! I highly recommend the surf and turf skewer too and creamy spinach. Good wine selection. Ambiance at this place is stunning! Very impressive grand main dining room complemented by large bar to the side, tucked away so it doesn't make the whole place too noisy. Service overall is of a high quality.

This experience was simply fantastic. It’s a beautiful restaurant and the staff were very attentive and helpful in making our time memorable. We made reservations so for us there was no wait! I recommend making reservations since this place gets packed! The food. Oh my gosh. So good! I got the Surf & Turf Filet Trio which is the Filet Medallions Topped With Mini Crab Cake, Half Lobster Tail, Jumbo Shrimp. It was so delicious and worth the price, I know it says filet medallions with the s so plural but for some reason I thought it was just one filet, so it was a lovely surprise to see that there were three filet medallions! The whole meal was delicious and enjoyable. The lobster macaroni and cheese was simply divine, I can’t eat fish due to allergies but I can eat shellfish so my waiter ensured me there was no fish by product in the dish. It was lovely and I truly enjoyed my time. I highly recommend this place!

My dinner at Del Frisco’s last night was truly exceptional. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was elegant, and every detail made for a wonderful experience. What made the evening unforgettable was the outstanding service. Our server, MD, was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire meal. His recommendations were excellent, and he made sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. A very special thank you to James, the manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He treated us like family from the moment we arrived, checking in on us personally and making sure every part of our dining experience was perfect. That level of hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you, MD and James, for making our evening so memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Del Frisco’s to anyone looking for not only amazing food but also truly outstanding hospitality.

Went in around 5 on a Friday and we got sat immediately. The service was fine and the food was good. We got the short rib which didn't have much mushrooms which was disappointing the oysters were fresh, the steak was tender and drained and the potatoes were good.

The Capital Grille is a special place for me. It was my first great American steakhouse where I was introduced to the science of steaks. It happened many years ago, and since then I've been to many great steakhouses, but Capital Grille will always be a special one for me. So when deciding on a place to celebrate 3 birthdays with my girlfriends, the Capital Grille was a no-brainer. And it didn't disappoint. Everything was great - service, food, ambiance. I personally love their wedge salad. It's not a complicated salad, but they do it specifically well. Our steaks were cooked perfectly as we ordered. The wague fillet mignon was out of this world good. Truffle parmesan fries hit the right spot. A complimentary dessert was a cherry 🍒 on top. Evening well spent.

My husband and I came here for dinner before a show. We typically go to the one in Garden City for our anniversary and we figured this one would be good as well! We were right! Not only was the food excellent but the service was incredible! We had Cole and he was amazing! Funny, charming, and an absolute pleasure! hopped in for a late lunch at this popular midtown steakhouse. The mouthwatering wagyu burgers here are to die for. Juicy, well marbled blend of wagyu patty grilled to perfection and topped with caramelized onions and white cheddar cheese. This is one serious steakhouse burger!

An attractive setting, reasonable value, but the food doesn't quite deliver I stopped into The Capital Grille for lunch and was seated immediately at the bar. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, and the atmosphere was comfortable, polished, and attractive. It's certainly an inviting space, although I ultimately found the surroundings more impressive than the food. The bread arrived less warm than I would have preferred, though the assortment included an interesting, almost matzah-like flatbread. I started with the French onion soup, which was perfectly acceptable but unremarkable. There was plenty of cheese, but I would have appreciated more onions and a little more depth of flavor. For my main course, I ordered the New York strip steak with potatoes au gratin. The steak was good, certainly a step above what you'd expect from an average restaurant, but it didn't approach the quality or distinction of New York's more established steakhouses, such as Delmonico's. The potatoes au gratin were the most disappointing part of the meal. Rather than the rich, creamy, cheesy preparation I associate with a classic gratin, this version featured a breadcrumb topping that created an unusual and somewhat unappealing texture. It also could have benefited from considerably more cheese. Service was pleasant and professional throughout, and I had no complaints in that regard. The total came to approximately $80, which I considered quite reasonable for an upscale steakhouse lunch in Midtown Manhattan. Ultimately, The Capital Grille is a perfectly acceptable option for a convenient individual lunch. While the setting is certainly appropriate for business entertaining, the food on this visit wasn't distinctive enough for me to choose it for an important client meal. It's an attractive restaurant offering reasonable value and competent service, but the overall dining experience doesn't quite rise to the expectations created by its surroundings. Not a bad lunch by any means, just not a particularly memorable one.

I don’t know what’s happened to this place but it’s not the same place it was 5 years ago. It seems there have been some management Co changes since around 2023 that might explain things. I used to eat here regularly at least a couple of times per month when i lived in hell’s kitchen. The NY strip used to be melt in the mouth with a perfectly seasoned crispy char/sear/crust on the top. Now - almost zero char and under seasoned - first time i have ever reached for the salt shaker. The texture of the beef was also grainy. Id taken a friend from out of town here because he’d never had a proper NY steak. This left him very underwhelmed. See photo for comparison of what it used to look like now (left) vs then (right) At $72 a pop it’s too expensive to try again on the off chance things return to their prior form. It’s a shame because the place itself is beautiful and the vibes and service are still superb…

A really cool spot for some Cuban food in Manhattan. The restaurant had some cool Cuban vibes. The pictures and art work were a nice vibe. We started out with the assortment of three empanadas (beef, chicken and cheese) my personal favorite was the chicken. For my entree I only wanted a small plate, so I ordered the masitas de cerdo which were served with tostones. It was a perfect side (appetizer size) with a side order of avocado. My girlfriend had the white rice with black beans. Both dishes were good. As we were leaving, a small band was setting up to play. The service and decor were really nice. The waiter was quick to take care of all or dining needs. I recommend you do reservations in order to get a table.

The atmosphere was upbeat despite axrain storm outside, and offered a true Cuban vibe. Our waitress Rafaela was fabulous and the Executive Manager stopped by to introduce himself and check on our experience. The food was good but could have had a bit more flavor for my tastes. The pineapple mojito was delicious 😋 and the red Sangria also a nice touch. The only thing that would have been better....happy hour food prices available at our table, not just the bar.

I had dinner here on a Friday night before a Broadway show and the place was packed. I had reservations and got seated fast. Fun vibes with live band playing salsa. I ordered Rice with Shrimp and plantains , Empanadas sampler and Pork. The entrees came with black beans and the portions were generous. The empanadas were delicious and I chose shrimp, beef and ropa vieja. Happy Hour is from 4-7pm and you can order the HH drinks from the table but if you want to order HH food, you have to be at the bar. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely go back. I brought 40 students for dinner after a show. I've been going there since 2008 with large high school groups. We always get the group family style menu and it is always a hit. Stud it's are always full and satisfied. Service is wonderful. Regular menu items are also on point as I have reccomended this place to many people and they always rave how good the food and atmosphere are. If your lucky to go when they have live music...BONUS!

Esthetically it’s a very pleasant looking restaurant, spacious with plenty of options where to be seated. The service is very good, and pretty quick, however our reservation was pre after work crowd. As for the food, appetizers of oysters and calamari were good, as were the sorbet and parfait desserts, the main course of hanger steak was not. The dish lacked seasoning and the meat was chewy for both my friend and I. I mentioned that to both the servers and the manager. Also $11.50 for a 16 oz plastic bottle of flat water is a bit ridiculous.

I can honestly say that Oceans is the best seafood restaurant I have ever experienced. From the moment we walked in, everything felt exceptional. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed — refined without being stuffy. There’s a real buzz in the room, but it never feels overwhelming. The space is beautifully designed and creates the perfect setting for a special evening. The service was outstanding. Attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being overbearing — the staff clearly take pride in what they do. Every recommendation was spot on, and we were made to feel genuinely welcome throughout the entire meal. As for the seafood, it was simply superb. We came to Oceana for Restaurant Week and had an amazing experience. The swordfish ceviche was incredibly fresh, unique, and honestly the best ceviche I’ve ever had. The fish entrée was grilled perfectly, and the seafood pasta was cooked beautifully with well-balanced, flavorful sauces. We were genuinely impressed — the quality and execution felt even stronger than some Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve visited during Restaurant Week. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and the service was attentive throughout. Highly recommend.

A wonderful experience at Oceana. We first had some drinks at the bar while waiting for our table. Very busy and lovely grows. Once we got seated it was quieter in the dining area. Had a large group and took advantage of the Seafood Tower. The beet salad was really good as was the filet.

Went here for a graduation party and everything was on point from start to finish. The service was exceptional — our drinks were constantly refilled, so no one was ever left thirsty. The Del’s salad was fresh and delicious, and the green sauce made it even more flavorful and appetizing. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and unbelievably tender — “melt in your mouth” would be an understatement. For dessert, the chocolate mousse may have been a little small, but it definitely satisfied the sweet tooth craving. The staff was professional, attentive, and incredibly welcoming throughout the entire experience. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!

Good experience overall because of polite service and the spirit of the location, but food is rather a let-down. Shrimp cocktail is a huge rip off - totally frost-bitten and dried out smallish shrimps for $25... Branzino served with strange-tasting salad. Calamary portion is small Humus is ok. Steak was good. Good service. Would I come back? Not sure.

I had such an amazing experience at Del Frisco's Grille! From the moment we walked in, everything was top-tier. The vibe was great, the music was on point, and the whole atmosphere just felt welcoming and lively. Our waiter, Jobac, truly made the night unforgettable. He was extremely attentive—honestly, it felt like he could read our minds. Every time we needed something, he was already there before we even had to ask. That level of service is rare and definitely appreciated. The food came out quickly, from the appetizers to the entrées. The artichoke dip was SO good—definitely a must-order! Our burgers were cooked perfectly to temperature and came out fast, which made the experience even better. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and she was so happy with everything. It really meant a lot that the manager, Cameo, even came over to check on us and make sure everything was going well. That extra attention made the night feel even more special. The only thing I truly enjoyed was my boyfriend’s crab lump cake appetizer — that was actually pretty good. We both ordered the same entrée, and overall it was just very average. The macaroni and cheese was especially disappointing — watery and tasted like boxed mac. I was so shocked I asked the waiter about it, and that’s when she explained that it’s a different concept and that a different owner took over this location. The sides were also the smallest portions I’ve ever seen at a restaurant in this price range. Overall rating: 4/10. What a great casual spot for dinner after a show on Broadway . It’s conveniently located at Rockefeller Center. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for intimate dinners with plenty of seating surrounded by a casual atmosphere. Our server Jordalys was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about all the meals and recommended a few things. She was super nice and friendly. Stopped by constantly. She took very good care of us. We got the dry aged steakhouse burger it’s an Angus, Chuck and brisket, melted onions, sharp, white cheddar, and mustard, honey aïoli. Mouthwatering just look at the picture! The southern fried chicken sandwich was amazing. Shaved, lettuce, pickles, red onions, spicy truffle, citrus, mayo, and hot honey. Delicious! The Truffled Mac & Cheese with Lobster was delicious! And for dessert, we got the warm cookie crumble sundae. It salted pistachio and chocolate chunk, cookies, vanilla, ice cream, chocolate fudge pears with cinnamon Carajillo So if you’re at Rockefeller Center and looking for a place to eat, I highly recommend Del Frisco‘s Grille. And ask for Jordalys!! You won’t be disappointed

Can't seem to get it together for uber eats orders. Half the time when I order from here my order is wrong and the majority of the time it's when I order the oxtail. Today they sent stew beef im it's place as if it's the same thing. Didn't bother to call me to confirm if I was ok with the substitution. Stew beef is much harder/chewier and CHEAPER cut of beef yet they thought I would just be ok with paying such a high price for a low quality of meat. Even worse , they sent me just 4 small pieces of meat. I promptly filed a complaint.

I have been going to Sophie’s for years and the food never disappoints!! I got the shredded beef stew this time and it was just as good as always, especially with the green sauce, which is a little bit spicy (not too hot though). I will definitely come again.

Went here with my coworkers to get lunch. This is the second location I've been to and the line is a bit long during lunchtime but goes by quickly. Their green sauce is really good and def recommend getting a platter. The shredded beef was tender and was flavorful. The empanada esp the beef one hits every single time!

I was extremely disappointed with our visit, the lines were long, so we thought we had hit the jackpot. There’s a few things I would change number one the lunch specials none of which include an actual meat with rice and beans. For example, one lunch special was a Cuban sandwich with a side of rice and beans which makes no sense. The way they organize the food was bad. They had rice, meats, beans, sides, all intermingled in the same section and they have two carts of food. Because the staff rush you through the line, we unfortunately ordered our food, while we were in front of the first section, so we missed out on other sides and meats available in the section closest to the register. The food was rather bland for Cuban food, I love Caribbean food and this did not hit the mark. We ordered 2 meals, 2 sodas, an empanada and stuff potato and paid over $50 way more than I expected to pay for such small portions of food.

The entrance is a bit unique you head up to the second floor to enter the restaurant and once inside, it felt like we might have been fine even without a reservation. Here is how our experience went: ** Service & Atmosphere (5/5):** We were seated immediately and asked for drinks right away. We ordered bottled still and sparkling water. The staff was super attentive, fast, and friendly throughout the entire evening. Great atmosphere too, with nice Indian music playing in the background. ** Appetizers & Breads:** * **Samosas (5/5):** Came out in literally 2 minutes! Hot, crispy, and extremely tasty. * **Butter Chicken Kulcha (5/5):** Absolutely delicious, a real highlight. * **Garlic Naan (5/5):** Served piping hot, fresh, soft, and flavorful. ** Main Courses:** * **Chicken Masala (4/5):** Very flavorful in a rich sauce. I recently had the chance to dine at this restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. One of the biggest reasons we chose this restaurant was that all the meat is halal, which is always appreciated. We ordered the Mutton Bhuna along with biryani, fresh naan, and raita, and every dish was excellent. The Mutton Bhuna was definitely the highlight of the meal. The meat was tender, full of flavor, and cooked in a rich, aromatic gravy that paired perfectly with the soft, freshly baked naan. The biryani was fragrant, well-seasoned, and generously portioned, making it a satisfying meal on its own. The service was outstanding throughout our visit. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was served promptly while checking in to ensure we had a great dining experience. Their hospitality really added to the overall visit. Overall, this restaurant delivers on every front—delicious halal food, excellent service, and a beautiful atmosphere. Fav Gems of nyc. If you are in midtown then this is a must. First time was 2016 and 10 years later the meal still tasted exceptional. Food was fresh and everything was good 😊. Went here with my team . Service was fast and people are super friendly. They are nice to explain the dish if you need. Ordered a lunch to go menu the saag was perfect. My friends ordered a whole bunch of things at the end of it the table had been cleaned 💝

Great experience at Olive Garden Times Square! My friend and I came in for the Never Ending Pasta, and we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Our server, Clay, was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and really made our visit enjoyable. He did a fabulous job! If you’re visiting this Olive Garden, definitely ask for Clay, he’ll take great care of you and make sure you have a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

They meant well, but felt a bit distracted - and after all of that, the waiter asked me to add a tip, it was a bit weird. Loved the food, was nice. Nothing too special.

Finally visited this highly talked about spot and it absolutely delivered! Be prepared for incredibly generous portions — the food was delicious and the staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive. The sangria was an absolute standout — rich, refreshing and utterly divine. Located right in the heart of Times Square with a stunning view to match. A truly memorable experience! 🍹🗽✨

The service and atmosphere are excellent. The salad was the highlight of the restaurant. The breadsticks were very bland. And the Alfredo pasta had barely any sauce, but the chicken was crispy good. Other locations also charge $16 for the never ending pasta but here they charge $20 and other places extra protein charge $5 but here they charge $6. Clearly it’s just a location price at this point you’re not paying for quality just the location. For $32 per person and getting pasta like this is a kind of a rip off.

The best thing about this place is the unlimited salad and breadsticks. And if you sit by a window, you can look down on a nice view of times square from the second floor while you enjoy a good meal. The portions are the right size and it leaves you satisfied. And the menu has a good gluten free section. As a local in the city, I usually avoid suburban chains like this, but Olive Garden is always great.

The perfect pint was very accommodating - Only had drinks and service was quite good and reasonably priced cocktails. Asked questions and ordered off menu drinks but were happy to please. A large selection of taps and spirits and good atmosphere. Was a little warm during the peak of summer and wish their AC rivaled some local department stores but was still pleasant and not common to hit this kind of heat. Nice place to stop off for a drink (and a bite) before or after a show

The hostess is not very welcoming. The fish tacos and fish n chips were good. The cheeseburger was just ok…heavy thick bun(supposed to be signature), thick, dry patty. I would not order it if given another chance. All in all, a good place to have a drink and average bar food if you have had a few drinks.

My family enjoyed our meal. Our servers were fantastic!!! Unfortunately, there was an instance when we felt uncomfortable because the manager was berating a server next to us at one point during our meal.

This was a really cool Irish Bar, situated right in the middle of downtown Manhattan. We sat on the rooftop, which despite not having a great view, was very interesting! The food was great, the drinks were good enough, and the staff was alright. This restaurant took me back in time a little bit, which I mean in the best way possible. If they can get the service part down a little bit better, it'd be a can't miss place! Would recommend.
