5 Star Rating The Irish coffee is a must-try, you won’t be disappointed. The Old Fashioned was good, though a bit on the sweeter side for my taste. The fried chicken was just okay, nothing particularly special. The tiramisu was one of the best I’ve had. We sat in the Parlour, which had great vibes and good service, making for a pleasant overall experience. We did not have a reservation for parlor, but still managed to get a table on a Sunday.

5 Star Rating What a wonderful Saturday brunch treat in this classic yet modern Irish pub. The decor is really cool along with signed dollar bills and photos around the walls and ceiling, Irish frozen coffee machine, etc. Their cocktails are delicious and eye pleasing. Their authentic Irish fares and drinks were absolutely a delight. We had the Irish Breakfast, oysters, fried boneless chicken, ham and cheese toasties and chips, Irish frozen coffee and a perfectly pourer pint of Guinness. We also went to Dead Rabbit at night before and they had really great Irish music as well 🥰

5 Star Rating Great Irish vibe, definitely reminiscent of being in Ireland. The service was great, everyone was very friendly. The Irish coffee was sublime and the Guinness pour and temperature was spot on, honestly can’t think of a better Guinness I’ve had outside of Ireland. I grabbed the short rib sliders to snack on and they were very flavorful and fork tender. They also have a phenomenal Irish whisky selection.

5 Star Rating My husband and I had an incredible time at The Dead Rabbit! It was a highlight of our bar crawl, and we were completely blown away by the unique experience. The place has a fantastic energy, and we loved that each floor offered a different vibe. The cocktails were the star of the show. I had a special drink where the bartender spritzed a perfume on my hand to enhance the aroma as I sipped—a truly unforgettable sensory experience! The food was delicious, too; we especially enjoyed the deviled eggs. With amazing drinks, tasty bites, and a super cool atmosphere, The Dead Rabbit is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back!

5 Star Rating Drank at the tap room. I remember a time when the tap room only had beer. I am so pleased to know they have cocktails and food available now. This place has always been impeccable. I’ve been here a handful of times and never left disappointed. I can’t remember the names of the drinks but they had a cocktail that had Guinness and it really was a standout, as well as the Irish coffee Alexander, and I don’t even like coffee 🤣. Don’t sleep on the Scotch eggs either. Best ones I’ve had! This one really upsets me that we don’t have something similar in Vegas. I mean we have bars but this one just has something about it 😁

2 Star Rating I recently visited the Chipotle near Battery Park in Manhattan and was disappointed with the experience. The portion size was noticeably smaller compared to other Chipotle locations, especially in California where I live. Even though it’s the same chain, the serving felt much less generous here. Additionally, the soda machine wasn’t working properly — none of the drinks had carbonation. It felt like drinking sweet, flat water, which was very unpleasant. I mentioned it to the staff, but they didn’t seem concerned and didn’t take any real action to fix it or notify a manager. It gave me the impression that customer feedback isn’t taken seriously at this location.

5 Star Rating I was on New York trip with my husband and we stayed in a hotel just 2 min. walk from Bombay's, Manhattan . We have been multiple times this place and tasted Lunch buffet and many other dishes. We liked all of the dishes. They don't disappoint you. I tried chicken as well which was tasty. Only thing is they don't make Chai of my taste, but that's okay :)

4 Star Rating The food here tastes really good and authentic – definitely gives you that desi flavor you’re looking for in the city. The restaurant is cozy and nicely decorated, with a decent seating area. However, the prices are on the higher side, and they charged us an extra $15 as a “party fee” even though we were just 5 people, which felt a bit unreasonable. Worth trying for the food, but just be prepared for extra charges.

5 Star Rating I love visiting Irish pubs, especially those that have such a rich history, like the White Horse Tavern. When entering, you are greeted so warmly by the staff, and the overall atmosphere of the bar is very inviting. Since I now work in the area, I stopped in just for a quick bite and drink, so I just ordered a Dark and Stormy, a Chicken Quesadilla, and the Onion Rings. Everything was really good and the prices here are very decent for this area. They have a good-sized food and drinks menu and plenty of seating on multiple floors. My server, who I unfortunately didn't get her name, was so nice and very attentive throughout my meal. I will definitely make it a point to come back again in the near future for food and drinks.

5 Star Rating I visit this location every single day and i must say reading these reviews i really think people just don’t appreciate this staff here, the management team itself amazing you can tell that Shanta makes sure she sets her team up for the day. I speak to her everyday when I’m there and she’s always smiling and putting her team on point, her managers under her you can tell they have the up most respect for her because when she’s out it still feel like she’s there. Everyone at this location deserves a raise and some more. Day after day they manage to handle huge amount of catering, i one time spoke to Shanta and she stated she was in at 3-4 am and her shift didn’t start until 8am and was not off work til 7pm i don’t know about anyone else but that’s dedication. Please get to know the staff before you judge them you don’t know the day they may have had. People should understand “CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT” the food is always fresh, hot and tasty. Don’t listen and read the reviews people lie when they don’t get their way. I’ve witnessed customers get nasty and rude for no reason and i bet it’s because people read these reviews. The shop is always clean from the walls to the floors and restroom by far the cleanest location out of all of the I’ve visited. All i can say is keep up the good work. If i was to ever walk in and hear Shanta or the others no longer work there ill stop eating at potbelly for good.

You can get with meat or without meat and they have cauliflower and falafel for non-meat proteins. You can have a base of salads or grains or bread. You then pick your protein and you can get all the vegetarian add-ons that you want. You can customize it your way and have all possible combination you want. We tried their falafel salad and Chicken swharma wrap with the jalapeño sauce and was amazing. If you are in New York must try there wraps

4 Star Rating I had lunch here today, great highlights and some other points. First it’s not immediately clear where the accessible entrance is to enter the restaurant. There is an elevator but I still have no idea where it is. The service was good, and food was great I wasn’t finished my appetizer and the server rushed to take away my plate away, so he could bring the main meal. I ordered the steak, which came sizzling on a hot stone. You need to be careful as it sprayed hot grease from the stone on to my hands and stained my shirt. I never had a scotch egg before and it was really good. The peach cobbler was so so All and all a really good experience and I highly recommend you experience New York City’s oldest restaurant.

2 Star Rating The store itself is fine enough, the staff is the real problem. While they were decent with me they burnt the churro, the sandwich had a pitiful amount of meat, the sandwich price was ridiculous (tho I know that can be a Subway in general issue) and they were yelling at an employee for making the most minor of mistakes. It's an almost passable place to get a sandwich but with so many better options in the neighborhood (there's like 3 other better Subways in spitting distance) it's so much worse in comparison.

2 Star Rating I hate leaving negative reviews, but this location continues to disappoint and I feel management needs to be aware. I work in the same building, so it's very convenient to run downstairs for a healthy meal — but almost every other pick up order has a mistake. They often forget key ingredients (like the main protein or rice in a warm bowl, cheese), and last time they gave someone else's order. I came back with the wrong bowl, only to see the employee place it right back out for another customer — which is completely unhygienic. Once food has left with someone, it should never be given to another person. The worst part, though, was an employee laughing at my name, saying to me that it sounded like “diarrhea.” My name is pronounced differently in my native language, but even in the simplified English version (which I use to make it easier for English speakers) it doesn’t sound like that. Thank you to that employee for showing such “great cognitive skills” by mocking a customer’s name — truly a shining example of unprofessional behavior. It was humiliating, and no one should feel embarrassed about their name because of an employee’s poor judgment. This location needs much better training and oversight. Until then, I won’t be trusting them with my orders again and better keep going to Poke bowl daily.
