5 Star Rating I love the family style food, it's so easy to share different items with friends and family. It looks somewhat like a traditional Italian restaurant and it was packed to the brim, lots of tourists due to the location. The service was good, it can be a bit erratic when they get super busy but they are doing their best. We ordered several different items and they were all delicious with generous portions. We also ordered the Titanic dessert and it was a massive pile of ice cream, brownie, strawberries, and whipped cream. It definitely hit the spot.

5 Star Rating We all loved the place. It was Sunday morning, so good thing that we made a reservation as it was totally packed. Our table for 6 was ready within 5 minutes or less, however our server took like 15 minutes to come by and get our order. We loved the calamari and the artichokes, got the special with 4 different pastas and the veal. All to share. Everything was delicious. We will definitely come back on our next visit to NYC. If it's your first time, beware of the amount of food on each plate. We were 6 and couldn't finish it all.

4 Star Rating Celebrated my 29th wedding anniversary at this beautiful Italian restaurant. Made reservations and called to say we were a bit late due to traffic. The hostess was very gracious and recognized that some of our party was already there and this was not a problem. We enjoyed a couple of really delicious lemon drops and a rum runner at the bar. The Bar staff was kind and knowledgeable., not to mention entertaining! Once seated our server, who was excellent gave great recommendations. We had lasagna and salmon with muscles and clams. Both dishes were delicious and filling for the table. For dessert we had the bread pudding and couldn’t stop eating. This is definitely a place to visit if in Times Square!

5 Star Rating Carmine's is a fantastic Italian restaurant with a rich history and several locations across the United States. The original Carmine's opened in New York City in 1990, and it has since become a beloved dining spot for both locals and tourists. Known for its generous portions and family-style dining, Carmine's offers a truly authentic Italian experience. For those visiting New York City for the first time, Carmine's is conveniently located near Times Square, making it an easy and delightful dining option after exploring the iconic area. In terms of value, Carmine's is a great deal by New York City standards. Our group of four enjoyed a delicious meal consisting of a large pasta dish, meatballs, and 2 Quartino (a bottle with 1/4 of wine), all for just $70. The portions were so generous that we all left completely satisfied. If you're looking for a place to enjoy delicious, hearty Italian food without breaking the bank, Carmine's is definitely the place to go!

2 Star Rating Lively ambience with sticky seats and tables. Friendly observant staff. I had high hopes for the food. The biscuits were warm, moist and delicious. Rice was decent, potato skin was tough but flesh was moist and well cooked. The biggest issue were the lobster and shrimps. They all reeked of ammonia. Definitely not fresh. If I may hazard a guess, the seafood were likely delivered frozen, then thawed and improperly kept. The excessive amounts of salt could not disguise the smelly lobster and shrimps flesh. My partner had diarrhea after which may or may not have been the bad seafood. Linguine was overcooked and mushy.

4 Star Rating Yes, it's a chain burger joint but still a good, solid place to eat! Growing up, no matter what city I was in, I always made it my business to stop at a Hard Rock Cafe, even abroad! Haven't been in years. Peeps I was with selected, & it didn't disappoint. Our server was full of fun & great suggestions.

I mean it's Hard Rock Cafe, they are all pretty similar :) They are a fun place to eat and a people pleaser. Glad we chose to stop in. My chicken Caesar was actually really good 👍🏼

5 Star Rating The best burgers and fries in NYC without doubt. Portions and taste of burgers are too good for their price. I advise you to reserve a table before going. Inside decoration is on another level. Walls are filled with musician memorials. Service is fast and very nice. There are lots of tables, a bar and also a stage for concerts. There is also a Hard Rock Store in which you can purchase merchandise. You can't miss out the Delorean from back to the future in the entrance.

5 Star Rating I went to this restaurant on St. Patrick’s Day, and surprisingly the service was still immaculate. There was no weight. In fact, they took us in before our reservations. Once we placed our order, our food came out, hot fresh and quickly. The only criticism I may have was when myself and my family were taking a selfie in front of a poster. Another individual took pictures of us from a corner. It was somewhat creepy. However, overall the experience was once in a lifetime.

5 Star Rating Called in for a couple of pints on a sweltering hot day. The 'cafe' has a few local beers which we tried ice cold thankfully. A really impressive Hard Rock not only with a great range of memorabilia but impressively - a stage for performances. Sadly, none booked for the short time that we were there. Not too busy. We have been in several Hard Rock Cafes around the world, incl Japan, London and Europe, and this is one of the best atmospheres. The display of guitars donated (by Gibson I think) make for another interesting display - thankfully, I presume that they were factory 'rejects' before being cut in half? :-)

Overall the 5$ happy hour was very satisfying . Had right amount where one drink will have you feeling nice . Not watery as I expected. My burger was well done as ordered and it was delicious . Fries amount is on the smaller portion then most restaurants. They were seasoned with the burger meal . My daughter's fish was good .. I only had a few bites just to explore..and my son's boneless buffalo wings were sweet and spicy .. I don't know why the celery counts as a side . The kids 13& 14 enjoyed the games

5 Star Rating FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY, Superb service at D&B. I have been to so many and each one disappointed in so many locations, This one was by far the best ever. KAMISHA and Darnell were excellent and very detail oriented in an extremely busy location. Drinks and food and service were prompt and accurate and followed up. So many other locations lack. These employees were true standards of service. The TVs were playing the basketball game, and the guests were into it. What a good energy store. The last, D&B I went reminded me of a funeral home reception.

3 Star Rating Wanted a nice fancy meal before a Broadway show and found lambs club. The service was fantastic, as well as the drinks. The food was tasty but not amazing and for the price a bit disappointing. The steak was good but the sauce lacked, and the potato was quite small, being smaller than the onion! The desert was quite in my taste with a berry jelly.

3 Star Rating Came in for a bite to eat at a spot open late enough on a Sunday night. I ordered the French onion soup and the shepherds pie. The French onion soup was super cheesy in a good way, but it was hard to bite without eating so much of it in one bite. The broth and onions though were not cooked and simmered all the way through, so I’ve had better. The shepherds pie was solid though I felt like the entire dish could have used more salt to bring out the flavors of the meat and the potatoes. Pretty good value though!

5 Star Rating I recently revisited this location after having not being here for so many years. This has to be one of the better chain restaurants I have been to, and it is not just a tourist trap for those visiting Times Square. The food and drinks were good every time I dined here. They have such a fun atmosphere with great decor highlighting the film Forrest Gump. The service, in spite of it being pretty busy, was fast, and my server Henry was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is kept clean, they have a decent sized menu, and you have a nice view of Times Square. On the lower level, as soon as you walk in, they have a cute souvenir shop with great gift options. My overall assessment is that this place really takes pride in good hospitality, and they want all customers to be welcomed and satisfied with their service. I will be sure to stop in again the next time I pass through the area.

5 Star Rating During our recent trip to New York, we decided to dine at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., conveniently located in the bustling Times Square. Upon entering the first floor, known as Gump Gear, we encountered a long but well-organized line. Impressively, we only waited about 10 minutes before our names were called. We were then directed to a second line on the restaurant's second floor, which was managed efficiently by the restaurant staff. Within less than five minutes, we were seated at our table. The restaurant's decor is charming, designed to resemble a West Coast fisherman’s warehouse with a vintage, rustic barn look. The ambiance is enhanced with various memorabilia from the movie "Forrest Gump." Our booth seating was particularly cool, featuring personalized U.S. license plates. A clever touch: a blue "license plate" signals to servers that everything is fine at your table, while a red sign indicates you need assistance. Despite the restaurant being crowded, our server was incredibly friendly and swift. She managed her tables efficiently without compromising on service quality. We ordered the original shrimp, calamari, and rice. The dishes were delightful, reminiscent of familiar Asian flavors, and the steamed rice complemented the meal perfectly. Towards the end of our meal, we participated in trivia questions, which added a fun element to our dining experience. Despite having watched "Forrest Gump" more than ten times, we had a "fart-brain" moment and couldn’t recall the answers. It was all in good humor, and our server was both nice and helpful throughout. Overall, we had a great time at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. and will definitely be returning. The combination of excellent service, enjoyable food, and a fun atmosphere made for a memorable dining experience.

There is a way you can call the waiters you have to put the Run Forrest Run plate on red. 2 Star Rating The place is really nice on Forrest Gump style, also the food is good, and if I have to leave a review until here, maibe 6 stars..... But, the waiters had really bad manners all the time, until the end of the dinner... There, he did his worst, before pay the bill he push us to leave the tip and we even didn't See the amount, when we paid by cash he want to make us to leave all the money for tips (we couldn't leave $30 tips after his bad manners)...so we leave less just because is used to do in America and before we leave the restaurant he run to us and say "with this I cannot even go by train".... So I would like to remember the tips ARE NOT mandatory but very recommended. I will not recommend all my friend and people to go in this Restaurant on NY Time Square with this kind of waiters

Some of the other drinks were not done right. They had to bring the added flavors on the side and it didn’t taste the same. When we finish we were not asked if we wanted anything else they just brought the check. I love Dallas BBQ so I will be back but we expect better service.

4 Star Rating Another great New York food destination the food was great. We had chicken and waffles, hot wings(big), ribs (tender), and a hamburger(juicy )and none of them disappointed us. I was a little disappointed to know that they did not have refills on the sprites. The atmosphere is lively, and I love the ambience of the place. The next time I come back to New York, I’ll definitely be trying this again

5 Star Rating What an excellent restaurant to have your dinner!! The food is definitely fresh and the tast is 100% authentic. Pricing is really good, especially for NY venue. Fun staff and beautiful location. Will definitely come back and can recommend to any ribs and shrimp lovers. (And our neighbors chicken looked also very good!)

4 Star Rating Our waiter was very nice and prompt. As other reviews state, the music was definitely loud but tasteful and suitable for the decor. Our food was just ok with inflated prices but that’s common for most restaurants around Times Square. Overall, interesting experience in a convenient location.

4 Star Rating This is a great place to visit and try. it is really well decorated and everything is nice in this place. the burgers are quite good. However, they are quite expensive. We payed 43 dollars for 2 burgers, with no beverage. I understand it has to do with its location. However, we are talking about burgers. Still would recommend it as an experience...

3 Star Rating Cool atmosphere. Food was ok, I would not recommend the fried stuffed pasta, the outside was not edible. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive which made up for the ok food. Drinks were good too. If you want a quick casual bite it's a food place.

5 Star Rating Honestly, what made our visit so amazing was the wait staff. TJ waited on us. He was authentic and was no BS. It made for a great experience. Ironically, they also have some of the best New York style pizza in New York. My youngest daughter is a pizza bigot, and she loved this pizza. Despite catering to the tourist crowd, if you're in Times Square do yourself a favor and stop by here just to take a break and enjoy the fun environment.

4 Star Rating Very friendly staff. Great service. We appreciated that the tables weren’t too close together. That area of NYC is expensive so most places try to maximize the use of floor space. You are able to move around and enjoy the memorabilia without overly disturbing the other customers. Overall, a great dining experience you can only experience in a few tourist destinations.
