4 Star Rating I was surprised in such a touristic place to have such a good restaurant and good service. The food was very tasty and big portion and not just looking fancy. The indoor area is very cozy and plenty of space. The reason why I put 4 star was because the bathroom was not very clean. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

4 Star Rating Beautiful cafe and delicious breakfast options. The presentation is top notch so it the taste, it’s so difficult for dishes to taste good when they are so pleasing to the eye. But nothing disappoints!!! Loved the flavour, portion size. But items are not cheap by any means, sure you can get the lunch menu but who wants to have chicken curry at a non Indian restaurant. We got waffles, blueberry pancakes, paleo salad everything tasted great. Highly Recommended!!!!

5 Star Rating I love Germany very much, und Berlin in particular this city is incredibly dear and precious to me. This time, I invited my friends to visit me in Berlin, and honestly, I was a bit nervous because I really wanted everything to go perfectly for them But my worries were completely unnecessary. We had an amazing experience at Block House! The service was truly exceptional. We were served by a German lady with glasses, so unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she was incredibly polite, genuinely cultured, and full of energy 🥰 Ja, she welcomed us so warmly n made sure everything was perfect from start to finish The food was absolutely delicious, the restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere was cozy and family-friendly. To top it all off, they even gave a small toy gift to our child 😍- such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made our visit feel even more special. We were genuinely impressed and deeply touched by the entire experience. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!!!

4 Star Rating Careful: no cash accepted, ONLY cards. They have Californian burritos. Note that this is not real Mexican food but a fusion between American and Mexican style. Still good but missing the Mexican love 😆 There are seats inside and outside. All orders are to pick up (no waiters). They have nice and refreshing home made lemonades. The staff is friendly and they speak English and German.

5 Star Rating The best burritos I’ve had in Berlin! 🌯 The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service makes it even better. At this point, they already know my order before I even say it. The female cashier in particular is always so kind and accommodating. It’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. Prices are a little on the higher side, but totally worth it for the quality and experience. Highly recommend!

5 Star Rating Overall, it is a good experience as a visitor from the other side of the Atlantic. Cool bouncers, cool customers who offered me free drinks and cigarettes. Only negative is one waitress who tried to give me an attitude as they had thrown my drinks away while at restrooms; but they replaced the drinks. To me, fair enough despite the incident.

5 Star Rating I don't know about people complaining about bouncers being rude and not being friendly guys I feel the problem was with the attitude you had when you were entering. I am from India and I went all by myself and the bouncer was so polite and he asked if I'm here for the first time - He told me they accepted only cash and he guided me to get to ATM and I came after an hour when the place was full but he did not deny my entry and he was so helpful. I don't remember the name but he a (Bald guy who stands at the entrance) sorry about my language but "owner" you really have to know that he is fantastic I am coming to your place again today My previous experience with you guys was fantastic

5 Star Rating A great wee bar in Berlin. Had a really great time here back in October and will certainly be back next time I am in the city. Got really drunk but not super drunk and didn’t spend a lot of money because the other patrons were really cool and took pity on me as a foreigner. The staff were unbelievably helpful and courteous and were one the highlights of my time in Berlin. When I got up on one of the tables and started belting out Eternal Flame I only got one complaint and only had to be asked once to get out - that’s what I call friendly. The banger I brought in with me was very great too and I regret leaving it in the middle cubicle, will definitely be looking for this on my next visit. All in all, 5 stars ⭐️

4 Star Rating I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant, everything I had was delicious, and overall the service was okay. However, I was quite concerned about a hygiene issue. One of the staff wiped a nearby table and, instead of properly cleaning and disposing of the cloth, wiped it directly on the floor right on my belongings. This made me uncomfortable, as it didn’t feel hygienic. I didn’t address it at the time because other staff were present and didn’t seem concerned, but I hope the restaurant can improve on this.

4 Star Rating Good food, good value for money. We went twice in a day. Once because we'd just arrived in the city and had been travelling over lunch, so we had the Currywurst nachos as a snack to put us on and then we returned after checking out the area for a cheeseburger each. The food was fantastic on both occasions. The only negative on the atmosphere was that it was a bit too smokey (too many smokers), but this seems to be common everywhere where there is outside seating in Berlin. The service might have scored higher if the waiter on the service visit hadn't decided that he would add a 10% tip before handing me the card machine. I took the tip off, and he asked if he had done something to upset me. He had. Any tip is at my discretion. He might have had a tip if he hadn't tried to add it himself.

3 Star Rating We went for the pizza but were most impressed by the Bruschetta. It was flavourful and delicious. The pizza on the other hand was pretty plain. Granted, we did have a salami pizza, but still we were unimpressed with it. It tasted bland and quite simple put… average. On the other hand, the size was quite large so it could be shared by two and the crust was nicely crunchy and thin. So I guess if you want a normal salami pizza, it’s the place to go. However, if you appreciate flavours (even in classic pizzas) then maybe try a different pizza or different place altogether.

5 Star Rating We ordered a pizza and a calzone. The calzone was meant to have no mushrooms and onions instead. It didn't. It was as on the menu. I don't have any allergies, and I can eat mushrooms it's purely a preference, so when it arrived and looked and smelled amazing and I cut in to it and it had mushrooms, I ate it. It looked enormous, but thankfully, it had just swollen with the hot air within. Amazing food. Highly recommended!

5 Star Rating We found ourselves near the TV tower on our first night in Berlin with no plans of where to eat. Piazza Rossa popped up with good reviews so we went here. We went on a Wednesday evening in October around 8pm. We were greeted promptly and seated indoors straight away. We had a couple of pizzas which were huge and tasty. Staff were very friendly and service was efficient. Overall very good value for pizza and a couple of drinks.

5 Star Rating Great experience visiting the Berlin TV Tower — the view from the top is spectacular, and the whole visit is smooth and well organized. The elevator ride is surprisingly fast, and the observation deck gives a beautiful 360° view of the city. However, compared with similar landmarks in other countries, the ticket price is a bit on the high side. Still, it’s worth visiting at least once when in Berlin.

4 Star Rating You can see the 368m high television tower from almost everywhere in the city. It’s definitely a major tourist attraction and costs a whopping €32,50 to the 203m observation deck. Be prepared to queue for tickets, security and then the lift. There is a small bar area, two uninterested staff and an expensive drinks menu. €24,40 for a beer and a glass of wine were probably the most expensive drinks we had during our entire holiday. However the views are fabulous so it’s worth a visit.

The lift/elevator speed going up is 6 m/sec, and going down is 4 m/sec. Therefore, you will be on top in less than a minute. Great view from the top. You can buy drinks from the viewing deck.

2 Star Rating So the beer is very good, but that doesn’t make up for the fact they are very understaffed. We wanted to order the tasting flight but apparently you can’t choose your own beer, it’s a fixed mix of beer of their choice. Disappointing because why have so many beers that would be enjoyable to try but they are not part of their flight. Food was mediocre for the price, definitely room for improvement.

5 Star Rating a lovely restaurant I’m Berlin for some delicious and authentic food! We were brought here at the end of our food tour by our guide and it did not disappoint. The ambience is lovely, and the is both indoor and shaded outdoor seating available. Great place for beer too! Many many varieties. We ordered a beer flight and cherry spritz, as well as Cherry juicy for non -alcoholic preferences. Lovely drinks! We ordered a popular dish called tarte flambe , would definitely recommend, it’s think and topped with cheese and meat. The swarian cheese spatzle was amazing, so cheesy and indulgent. To top it off, we got the “pork knuckle ”, I haven’t had this delicious meat in a while. The quantity is really large so perfect to share. Overall a wonderful experience , would come again .
