We had the most wonderful time at Patio- went there for my Husband's birthday, and loved everything about the food and service. Firstly the service- which was so attentive and friendly. We had our 1 year old daughter with us, who also had a great time thanks to the kind and engaging team at Patio. Secondly, the food was lip smacking amazing. We took the 4 course menu and enjoyed every element of it. Sometimes the descriptions sounded innovative and strange, but when we actually tried the dishes they were delicious. And finally the ambience, which was very cozy and relaxed. We will be back.

We recently dined at Patio restaurant and I must say, the experience was quite a mixed bag. Let me break down my thoughts on various aspects of the evening.
Firstly, the food. We opted for the 3-course menu, and right from the beginning, we were pleasantly surprised. The starters, accompanied by delightful cocktails, were a promising start. The flavors were well-balanced, and it set a positive tone for the rest of the meal. Moving on to the main course, the slow-cooked veal was a true highlight. It was tender, succulent, and packed with flavor. But what truly stood out were the various preparations of broccoli. The innovative and creative approach to cooking broccoli in different styles was a unique touch that added depth to the meal.
However, despite the impressive culinary offerings, the atmosphere left something to be desired. The restaurant boasts an excellent view of the water, which should have contributed to a captivating ambiance. However, strangely enough, the atmosphere felt somewhat anonymous. It's as if the beautiful view didn't fully translate into an immersive experience. Perhaps the choice of lighting, music, or decor could have played a role in creating a more engaging environment.
On the upside, the service at our table was truly exceptional. The staff was attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable about the menu. Their professionalism elevated the overall dining experience and made us feel well taken care of.
In conclusion, our experience at Patio restaurant was positive but not without its drawbacks. The culinary journey was a delightful one, with standout dishes like the slow-cooked veal and the creatively prepared broccoli. The service was top-notch and contributed positively to the evening. However, the lackluster atmosphere somewhat hindered the full enjoyment of the stunning waterfront view. It's worth noting that our visit was on a regular Tuesday evening, and this might have influenced the overall ambiance. It's possible that choosing a different timing could lead to a more spectacular and immersive experience.
All in all, while there were certain aspects that could be improved upon, we left Patio restaurant with a generally favorable impression. With a few adjustments to the atmosphere, this place has the potential to provide an exceptional dining experience that matches the quality of its cuisine.

Beautiful restaurant on the spree. Had an event organized 2 days prior successfully with the Patio team (Yannick). Great price, food, service and ambience. Our menu consisted of a Ceaser salad which was finely seasoned with a variety of touches and the main was Braised beef shoulder with potato gratin fried seasonal vegetables. The beef was super good and the fried cauliflower was perfect with the sauce. After dinner feel free to enjoy the downstairs lounge which is truly beautiful with multiple aquariums and a fireplace. Thank you to Patio team for quickly and efficiently providing us with a memorable night.

We stopped here for a few drinks. The location is very central with beautiful views. There are nice areas on the top deck and lower deck if you want to enjoy a meal with ambiance. At the back of the boat is a small area for a large group that is private with 2 swings hanging over the water. In the lowest level, there is an aquarium and dance floor for parties. If I lived in Berlin, I would definitely rent this space for a private event!

Beautiful decor, friendly service and nice venue... let down by inconsistent 4 course tasting menu. Great starters... but steak main was not seasoned properly and chocolate desert was average. Needs refinement to become world class.

Delicious food and friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The samosas were large, delicious and cooked to perfection!the sauces had fabulous flavors and our waiter was so friendly and accommodating.

Food is delicious! We arrived in Berlin late afternoon on a Sunday with not a lot of options for a nice meal when we came across Om and decided to give it a try because the food looked and smelled really good. The curry plates we ordered were flavour explosions in our mouth! We returned the next day because the food was so good and tried the mixed dumplings which were also delicious. To top it off you are given a small amount of yoghurt with cinnamon and almond flakes to cleanse your palate.
Highly recommended, I'm still thinking of the food a week later

I love the elegant simplicity and the cozy family atmosphere of this restaurant. Excellent food! Besides, we were asked to specify the precise degree of spiciness we preferred and offered condiments to modify it. The complimentary yogurt dessert was just what we needed to wrap up a meal that had plenty of tastes to explore. Thank you 🙏

This Irish bar is one of my go to bars. Its the perfect vibe at a good location and perfect crowd i seek with happy faces serving tasty beers. For the first time i tried something on their food menu as a proper meal which was Shepherd's pie and loved it as well.

If youre looking an Irish experience go here! Great REAL cold Guinness with that beautiful foam on top. All the staff are super friendly! Football games are on, on the TVs,.it's a funny and welcoming atmosphere even if you're not into sports 😊

Watching rugby games here are fantastic. The atmosphere is great and the service is awesome even when it's at full capacity. I would recommend following them on Instagram to ensure the opening hours are correct for when they open for games, otherwise you will have trouble getting a seat if you show up too close to start time.

Great Pub.
Very good place to watch football, and the food is amazing (especially the chips).
Very friendly staff.
Would definitely recommend.
Toilets (men's toilet) relatively dirty and not enough urinals/stalls, almost pissed myself once.

Pretty good overall. Not a fan of the side salad, but after adding some complimentary pickled spicy onions it was not bad. Had a platter that included a bit of several kinds of grilled meats, all were pretty good. Staff was friendly and talkative.

Very nice restaurant, delicious food. I had pork fillet and it was straight to the point, very juicy and yummy. Will definitely come back. Also my partner was happy with the beef liver. Prices are acceptable, bit too expensive. Interior looks like fresh renovated. For a Thursday quite busy place, maybe better to have reservation.

It is not hard to find that place, the mouthwatering smell of the fire and meat will guide you there :D Delicious food, meat was perfectly done, and very tasty and juicy. Service was very nice and fast, prices very good (especially taking the size of the portion under consideration). Strongly recommend!

It's a nice, classy place. I like it here. It's in the Tiergarten. It's a good place for snacks, food, coffee...all that. The staff is attentive. The prices are a bit high.

Nice outdoor seating with a view of the "English garden", friendly staff.
Nice food when it arrived, but a small portion for the price I felt.
Zena Aris-Sutton (Zena bob) - 6 months ago
The place is very nicely located, offers some selection of tea, pastries/cakes as well as English tea.
The tea itself was very nice (we ordered milk oolong). We also ordered a scone with cream and jam. Scone and jam were nice, the cream didn't have a proper consistency though.
Small minus for the service - we had to remind the waiter three times about the scone that we ordered, so we waited for it at least 15-20 minutes.

The penne all'arrabbiata was delicious and had a unique flavor. However, the tiramisu was just okay, nothing to write home about. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but be prepared for slower service during pea k times. One highlight was the lovely outdoor seating, perfect for sunny summer days.

This is a wonderful Italian restaurant with great charm and great food.
I had their Saltimbocca and loved it so much, I went back two days later to have it again. Absolutely delicious.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating as they seat me quickly even though I did not have a reservation either time.
Brian Lumb - 9 months ago
This restaurant had long held the reputation of being the finest Italian dining establishment in Berlin. However, during my last two visits, I noticed a notable decline in motivation among the staff. The warmth and smiles that once characterized their service seemed to have waned, replaced by a sense of employees merely going through the motions. It's disheartening to witness this shift, especially considering the fond memories I have of this restaurant.

Absolutely phenomenal dinner. The Schnitzel was one of the best I’ve ever had. Carl and Sophie is well run with an excellent wine list as well. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at how delicious the dishes are here. This restaurant is so more deserving that 4.2 stars. Highly recommend if you have the chance to eat here.

Views of the river from every seat. The gnocchi was delicious but a bit heavy. Green gazpacho with passion fruit and jalapeño was like nothing I’ve tasted. Everything presented with flair. They have a lovely non-alcoholic drink selection too!

The choices of food could be improved. The service is really nice however and the atmosphere is amazing. There was no chocolate based desert. :/ It’s quite pricey

Good location right near the river
The food selection is not too great, 4 main dishes only, but Schnitzel tastes amazing!
Waiters are very polite, but we were long waited to be served drinks from the moment we sat down.
Very Expensive even comparing to center of Belrin
