The food was excellent. The upstairs was a bit cold, but Jaqueline and the team arranged us another table downstairs. The views are also amazing. We loved the entire experience and will definitely be back!

Although they first forgot about the wine we wanted they definitely made up for it by being super nice with us. The food was 10/10 , the atmosphere just speaks for itself!

We had the most wonderful time at Patio- went there for my Husband's birthday, and loved everything about the food and service. Firstly the service- which was so attentive and friendly. We had our 1 year old daughter with us, who also had a great time thanks to the kind and engaging team at Patio. Secondly, the food was lip smacking amazing. We took the 4 course menu and enjoyed every element of it. Sometimes the descriptions sounded innovative and strange, but when we actually tried the dishes they were delicious. And finally the ambience, which was very cozy and relaxed. We will be back.

Just over the bridge with a little archway leading on to a beautiful decked area. We booked in advance but there were some walk-ins available. We sat outside on the top deck which had fantastic views along the river looking at architecture old and new. We included on our reservation that we were Gluten Free which didn't seem to get noticed but 95% of the menu was GF anyway. The chef made a slight alteration to one of the dishes for us as it used Soy Sauce (which people forget isn't GF). The menu is small but perfect, everything we had was on point. The staff were friendly, fun and attentive. We fancied heading out for some cocktails after we had finished eating, as we were tourists we asked the waitress to recommended a place, she made a suggestion which was a short taxi ride away, we were not disappointed, it was exactly the sort of bar we asked for.
The restaurant was perfect on every level. Great staff, great food and great food.
(Sorry my photos don't show off the dishes, we were having such I nice night I forgot, until the end)

Nice restaurant along the canal. Service and atmosphere are very nice. The food is good (especially the tartare with the mustard ice cream) but portions are really too small. I was still hungry when I left. Another downside is the smell of cigarettes coming from another room, which made the experience less enjoyable.

For the first time since coming to Europe, we found an authentic Nepali restaurant in Berlin, and it was an unforgettable experience! The rice and lamb were beyond delicious—truly next-level. The flavors, warmth, and hospitality felt just like home. Highly recommend it to all, especially Nepali food lovers!

Delicious food! Came here for momos and got what I was craving. Juicy, flavorful, and a good size. Mango lassi was a great complement to the meal. Got complimentary papadam with sauces as an appetizer and sikharni for dessert. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a good barbecue this is the place.
So far the best meat I have in Berlin.
It is very hard to find a place in Berlin with this meat quality, juicy, tender and tasty.
It is totally worth the price.

Broad variety of options available, very friendly staff and great value for price.
Meat was very well cooked, not too salty as it usually happens, absolutely worth a visit.

As a long-time vegan, I was blown away by the truffle ravioli—rich, creamy, and absolutely unforgettable. I almost wanted to order in a second plate! The menu is clearly labeled, staff are helpful with adjustments, and the overall vibe is elegant yet relaxed.
Prices are a bit high (€22 for lunch), but the quality makes it 100% worth it. Don’t forget to bring cash for the restroom attendant. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Berlin!
Tova Mårtensson - 2 months ago
The teahouse undoubtedly scores points with its idyllic atmosphere and picturesque location - a real treat for the eyes. Located right in the Tiergarten, not far from the "Golden Else" and in the neighborhood of the Federal President, you might think that everything here is perfect. But unfortunately this experience is spoiled by the guests present. The national German company was not quite to my taste, which reduced the pleasure. In addition, the food prices seemed a bit overpriced to me.

Good variety in food and drinks, providing a nice escape from the busy city. The location has beautiful scenery.
Noah Mandrup Fisker - 10 months ago
The place is an oasis I the middle of the city and is a must-visit for music or food enthusiasts.
The best season to visit is summer, specially on Sunday, as they offer open-air concerts and the music blends really nice with the picnic friendly environment.
If you are looking to enjoy some peace and quiet, the restaurant itself is perfect for a romantic dinner. It has a great view of the front yard with water fountains, flowers and the trees of the Tiergarten.

After quite sometime I explored a new Italian restaurant in Berlin, and must say it is worth it. Very friendly staff. Really fast service. So many options in the menu and I was really happy to find clearly labelled vegetarian food options that were also good in number. The options for non alcoholic drinks were also good in number. I liked the atmosphere and vibes of the restaurant and would surely recommend it.

The penne all'arrabbiata was delicious and had a unique flavor. However, the tiramisu was just okay, nothing to write home about. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but be prepared for slower service during pea k times. One highlight was the lovely outdoor seating, perfect for sunny summer days.

Updating to add that their Pesto is also pretty good.

The restaurant has a very nice view of the spree river, it brings a romantic atmosphere. I ordered an asparagus soup, selerie carpaccio and chicken with carrot purée. All dishes were very nice, chicken well done, juice. Highlight for the sellerie carpaccio, with green apple and caramelised nut, everything well balanced very very nice.

The restaurant is beautiful and in such a pretty location. Service was very average. The food wasn’t good. The bread was so stale we could not cut it or eat it. The schnitzel was tiny, the meat quality bad and it was expensive. I left the restaurant hungry after paying 37€ for a soft drink and a schnitzel. The worst part was, on arrival the waitress watched us trying to get in the locked entrance and didn’t say anything… you had to enter through the adjoined hotel as all the doors were locked. Very strange. It’s a shame as we’re going to book it for 20 people for our Standesamt wedding celebration and thought we would try the food before but we won’t be going back.

We had an anniversary and birthday celebration at the restaurant in June. The Restaurant staff were super professional and tried to help us come up with the best ambience of the day. They helped us put up decorations at no cost and advised on the best 3 course menu that would be most appropriate for our function.
The staff were super kind and very friendly, and helped us manage the cake cutting, and not forgetting the amazing quality of the 3 course meal.
The price of the buffet was okay, approximately EUR 50 per person. It is worth the ambience and quality of service.
I 100% recommend this amazing place, not only for their delicious food, but more so for their excellent quality of service.
This restaurant is indeed a hidden gem in Berlin.

Service was great attentive but not too pushy. Timing was always perfect.
Food was delicious and plenty.
Place was very quiet during a weekend but weekday its lively.

I had the chance to enjoy a truly delicious late lunch and cocktail during one of the last summer days in Berlin, right next to the river. I'm just shy of giving C&S a fifth star because I found the pricing a bit too high, and the service could be a bit more attentive. Otherwise I had a great meal and I'd love to visit again.
