5 Star Rating Have been to the Scheune several times over the years, and it is something we look forward to with each visit to Berlin. It is in a beautiful location in Grunewald, but easy to get to either by bus or S bahn. Even though it is quite large, It has a cozy local feel, with wonderful seating areas. The food is definitely Berlin and German with a great selection. Today had the goulash soup and Scheune style Schnitzel, and both were amazing, as always. But I couldn't finish... Had to take half home I was so full. If you want good food, at a reasonable price without being overrun by tourists... Come to the Scheune!

5 Star Rating On a nice weather day, this patio restaurant is a great choice after walking the forest trails. Lots of good beer choices and some really tasty food. We tried the Oxen and the Goulash and both were top quality. Super convenient to the S-bahn as well.

5 Star Rating If Jesus & Baby Yoda got together and made beef stew, the stuff this place serves would be it. 10/10 would recommend. Amazing food & traditional German vibe. We got lucky slipping in on a Tuesday afternoon with no reso, but probably worth booking this place in advance. I will dream about this stew.

2 Star Rating I used to love this place, the setting is super cute, very traditional decor, with this large beer garden and outdoor seating which catches a lot of sun. It’s dog friendly and I often stop here after a long walk in Grunewald. During the last few visits, things changed and the service got super bad… It’s slow, slow to order, slow to get your order and slow to take payment. If you ask how long things might take you get vague answers delivered with a lot of attitude. Today, I waited 35 mins for a plate of chips, it was not at all busy! The attitude of one bartender in particular is next level. In Berlin, bad service is kind of expected, but with her it’s truly the worst. You are ignored, for minutes, sometimes more. When you finally get attention, it’s like you’re really inconveniencing her. Today, I finally placed my order and politely let her know that we were sitting outside (it was a cold day, and most people were inside) my comment was first ignored, so I repeated myself and then received a shrug and an eye roll. To top it off, they were today, and have also been in the past, super super weird about card payments - they say it’s possible from 10 euros, and then (this bartender again) rolls her eyes and gets all snippy when you try and pay with card. I had an experience in the past where she said the card reader is not working, and then, after 10 or so minutes of looking for an ATM, she presented us with a perfectly working card reader, with no explanation. As an establishment, you either take card, or you don’t - this weird guilt trip is fun for nobody. I will never ever go here again - the atmosphere really stinks - it’s just stress for the sake of stress.

2 Star Rating Landed there on Sunday for a quick bite, the place was not crowded. Ended up waiting for soup and curry wurst for more than 60 minutes. The waitress was extremely rude! I've beed living in Berlin for 7 years and this lady wins the rudest waitress of them all nomination. After 30 mins I asked her if they maybe forgotten about our orders, she became very agressive and impolite and started telling me that they first need to serve the big table and then they come to us. I have no problem waiting, but nobody warned us about the waiting times when we sat on the table and why do you need to be so rude? The currywurst was fine, soup was not good

5 Star Rating The food is amazing! The place is owned and run by a family who is very friendly, nice and has a sense of humour. It is obvious they care deeply about the quality of food, service and the general atmosphere of the restaurant. Great location too with loads of parking spots.

5 Star Rating My aunt is the chef of this place , I found the tavern to be very cozy and the stuff was very polite and friendly. The food is excellent and the quality of the ingredients is top notch . I would highly recommend this for a evening dinner with the family or friend's.

2 Star Rating Food was reasonable but expensive , and the service was poor. We waited forever to get a menu, then waited forever just to get some water - eventually asking a second time for the water. They also didn’t deliver what we asked for and tried to deliver other stuff that we didn’t order.

5 Star Rating Great Balkan restaurant in Berlin! We ate cevapcici and cevapcici on kajmak and it was soooo good! Prices are also very resonable, especially for such a great meat quality. They have parking too.

4 Star Rating It was nice service and good food but nothing impressive. Cevapcici could be much better. We also got burned burek, it was black below and carbonised food should not be served ever. But other meals were tasty. Big plus for kajmak. The atmosphere is nice.

5 Star Rating I had a fantastic experience at the Bosnian restaurant! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. The food was a delightful surprise, with flavors that transported me to Bosnia. The cevapi and burek were mouthwatering, and the baklava was a sweet ending to a delicious meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to savor authentic Bosnian flavors in a welcoming setting.

4 Star Rating The food was fine. They made changes in the price lists. The atmosphere was good. I think the grill outside would make better impact on the customers. Maybe in the next days they will use it. There are many restaurants where you can eat testier meat. Crispy fires.
