It is a comfortable place to take a lunch during the week. The place is opened to the public even when it looks like a business restaurant. They have different menus every day and the prices are reasonable. The prices show in the entrance vary if you pay in cash. I think the people who work in the surrounding seem to have an especial price.

Nice place to eat. However as I recall, they weigh the salad with the porcelain plate which was like 3 times the weight of the salad I had picked and the price turned to be exorbitant.

The staff was really friendly, and there was a fairly good selection of three meals a day, plus some desserts and a salad bar. Unfortunately, I have to deduct one point because my food was quite cold, which was a shame. Otherwise, it tasted very good, and salt and pepper shakers were available if you wanted to add a little extra seasoning. All in all, a good cafeteria with large portions and low prices.

This is one of my favourite Vietnamese restaurants in Berlin (and there are hundreds to choose from)! Cô Chu presents classic dishes with a modern flair and scrumptious flavours. The restaurant always offers generours portions for a reasonable price. And the friendly and helpful servers make each dining experience a pleasure!

Great food, incredibly tasty and good value for money. Had a beef salad to start with a mango duck curry for main and a mango lassi to drink. Total €34. Portions are generous too which makes it highly recommendable.

i got the pho ha noi with beef (14.90€) and honestly thought its pretty mediocre. i have had better pho in berlin. there is wifi in the restaurant however please note that card payments are only for orders above 20€

Totally recommend this place! The restaurant is amazing, and the food is absolutely delicious. Everything is super tasty, full of flavor, and always such a joy to eat. It has truly become our favorite place to eat in Berlin! ❣️

We had massaman and rotes curry, with chicken and duck respectively, and it was so delicious. I'm a fan of curries, and I can say this one was pretty good! Very creamy and flavorful. The service was great, but the restaurant is small, therefore crowded and you probably need to book in advance, specially during rush hour.

This is a good Subway location. We had a vegetarian sandwich with onion and avocado sauce, and it tasted fresh with the classic quality you expect from Subway. The outside area was not very clean, so we chose to sit inside. It is conveniently located near the M train and U-Bahn.

It's Subway, so the food is pretty much standard for the franchise. But when you need something with a bit of veggies in it and you can't afford the fancy things, Subway is a good choice. Plus it was literally across the road from where I stayed so I couldn't beat it for convenience.

I had a generally good experience at this Subway. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, which I really appreciated. However, I was very disappointed with the Nacho Chicken Bites. They clearly hadn’t been in the oven long enough they were barely warm and had a limp, unappetizing texture. Definitely not what I expected. Hopefully next time more care will be taken in preparing them, or the whole product gets an overhaul because otherwise the visit was pleasant

Just off Chausee in the heart of Mitte. Lots to look forward to here with a well established Italian menu, a courtyard for outdoor eating at the back of the restaurant and a nicely appointed interior. It’s an expensive night out (€100 for 3 of us with 1 course and 1 drink each) and to be honest, it wasn’t worth it. The pasta, fish and prawn dishes we had were lacking in seasoning and originality. Overall, we won’t be back as we feel the value just wasn’t there for us and ultimately we have at least 3 Italian restaurants along Torstraße and nearby that we feel are much better. Value wise, if you find yourself there, order a pizza or simple pasta and leave the complex dishes for another time.

Such a cozy and atmospheric place! From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and relaxed. The food is absolutely delicious — every dish is prepared with care and full of flavor. We visited this restaurant with high expectations, and while there were some positive aspects, the overall experience did not fully meet them. The food itself was quite good once it arrived, and I especially want to mention that the desserts were excellent. However, the service experience affected our evening more than we had hoped. After placing our order, we explained to the waiter that our young son was very hungry and kindly asked if his dish could be prioritised. Unfortunately, the food arrived around 80 minutes after ordering. During that time, our son became increasingly upset, which was understandably difficult for our family. What stood out most was not only the delay itself, but also the limited communication from the staff during the wait. The waiter mentioned that the kitchen was busy, but we would have appreciated more regular updates or acknowledgment of the situation. Even a small gesture or clearer communication would have helped ease the experience. I understand that busy restaurants can experience delays, and I do appreciate the quality of the food once it arrived. Still, when a family specifically asks for assistance with a hungry child, I would hope for a bit more attentiveness and support from the service team. In summary: good food and excellent desserts, but the long wait time and handling of our request left us somewhat disappointed.

We had lunch here yesterday, and we were truly impressed. There were four of us, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The pizza was excellent, and the Argentine steak my wife ordered was cooked to perfection. The waiter was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and had a great sense of humor, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We visited during the lunchtime rush, yet everything was handled perfectly. We ended up spending almost two hours there, having a fantastic time together and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. The food was outstanding, the service was excellent, and the garden is absolutely beautiful. We felt genuinely welcomed throughout our visit and left with great memories. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Bonfini, for such a wonderful dining experience!

Great food, Amazing service, Taylor and Santiago took very good care of us, we were 6 people who had dinner and dessert and we had so much fun! Recommend sitting out on the terrace in the back and have tiramisu for dessert! 😁

This is a great spot with a wide variety of delicious options on the menu, making it easy to find something for everyone. I visited Golden Rice for dinner for the first time. I ordered fresh chicken spring rolls and a curry with fried chicken. The food was delicious, especially the fried chicken. The service was fast as well, though I wasn’t there during a busy hour. The restaurant is spacious and suitable for hosting large groups.

Asian restaurant a bit off the beaten path. Cash & credit cards accepted. A heavy Vietnamese emphasis here - which is always good. Prices are a little high but it's Berlin so, no surprise there. Portions are respectably large though. Some English spoken and the menus have pretty good English subtitles. Menu boasts cocktails, beer, wine, and plenty of food options. Menu groups things by the kind of sauce they're cooked in. Pick a sauce that sounds good and then choose your protein (or lack thereof) from the sub-list below. Their lemonade is incredibly delicious and refreshing. I was less impressed with their iced Vietnamese coffee. Rice, noodles, duck - they've got it all. Flavors are good if not memorable. Staff is friendly but spent a lot of time talking with each other instead of monitoring tables. Restrooms are clean and have bracingly cold sink water which, hear me out, can be a Godsend after a hot summer afternoon of stomping about Berlin in the heat and sun!

It’s quite a big place with some standard asian food. Service was very friendly and also very fast. Had the curry with duck and it arrived very fast, which tell you some things about the food. It is good but not out of this world. I had difficulties with the menu because it is so extensive and makes it difficult to choose a dish. Otherwise prices are okay for the good portions.

Dinner alone, 22€ for fried rice with crispy Duck, soup with salmon. Owner discount me 10% cause i can speak Vietnamese (I paid 20€). If u speak Vietnamese here you may have a discount as well 😂

Fantastic coffee, service and atmosphere. The staff speak very good English and were very welcoming. I visited three days in a row - lovely place to sit for an hour with a coffee and a pastry and watch the world go by. Order an extra chocolatey mocha! It is the best!

Breakfast sandwich with egg, avocado and pesto cream was very tasty. Staff was very freundlich. It was 33 degrees Celsius and they had iced coffee and electric fans. I am grateful they took credit cards. Atmosphere was nice with great music but not too many customers there mid morning. Bathroom was clean and had cool flyers. Since it was a bit expensive I only visited twice during an 8 day stay in Berlin.

Nice location just near the train station. Stopped by for a quick drink and snack. Not too pricey but good service and friendly. Many seats for you to relax with variety of menus. Toilet is available and free of charge. WiFi is available with a good speed. I like hot chocolate, good smell and creamy. There is no parking but easy to access.

I ate Pumpkin Soup there and let me tell you it was one of tastiest soups i have had. The staff was amazing and the owner even suggested me a few places that I can visit and see because I am a tourist here.

Lucky to have a really really good Italian restaurant just next to my house. Friendly staff good food. Elaborate wine list. Menu is concise. Staff speak English and are friendly. Only drawback is this venue does not accept credit cards or PayPal or any other means of payment except cash. But the food and customer service being good I would definitely come back.

We loved it. We were there for a couples dinner, service was quick, polite and attentive. Food -> absolutely delicious, their seasons menu had a great selection. We had a bottle of rose that was very yummy and their overall wine selection was great, there’s definitely something for everyone.

This is a lovely Italian restaurant tucked away in a quiet area and yet worth making the effort to find. It's the kind of traditional place that offers a small but well selected menu along with daily specials which match whatever is in season. We dropped in for lunch on a sunny day and were immediately given some lovely sourdough bread and olive oil to munch on while we made our decision. This was a good start and matched our nicely cooked meals: my pasta with tuna dish had just the right amount of bite in the pasta while the sauce was both light and fresh. So Petrarca turned out to be an excellent find. The staff were very friendly and helpful while the food was top notch.

The atmosphere was impressive. Although it looked like a much more expensive restaurant from the outside, the prices were reasonable. Since we were a group, we ordered two different kinds of meat to share. They were very delicious. The gentleman who took care of us was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us. It’s one of the places I would recommend visiting at Berlin.

We had dinner at this restaurant and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Antonelo + Tartufo pasta is the best combination ever. The flavors were rich, perfectly balanced, and truly unforgettable. Every bite was full of flavor and made with high-quality ingredients. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

A standout Italian dining experience in Mitte! The place was elegant and the service was truly awesome — it felt less like being served and more like being hosted. The food was exceptional across the board. The Linguine con Gamberoni was perfectly cooked with massive, juicy prawns. The tableside preparation of the Truffle Tagliatelle in the Parmesan wheel was a delight to watch. Even the medley of grilled vegetables was incredibly fresh!

Just back from my Wiener Schnitzel with potato salad there ( yes, I know, but I have not had one in years ) and it was so good, I will be back. Pal got Pizza and gave me a slice. Loved it too. It's definitely not fast food, one has to wait a bit. But you will be rewarded with a treat. I for one can only recommend it.

The food there is very tasty. My only complaint is the small size of the tables. There really isn't much space when you have aperitifs, drinks, and food on them.

It wasn't my first stay at this hotel and its restaurant, but this time I really didn't feel welcome. I was in Berlin for business for my birthday and wanted to have a relaxing evening at the restaurant. The greeting was very cold from the start. The waiter constantly made me feel like I should apologize for my orders. Eye-rolling, facial expressions, and no responses were his methods of communication. After one drink and a carelessly prepared meal, I decided to leave and went back to my room. Even when I left the waiter a 10% tip despite his unfriendly attitude, I didn't get a friendly look, let alone a thank you. I've never experienced anything like it. It's a real shame, because my stays there had always been very pleasant in the past.

Went over there for a quick Guinness on St Patrick's Day '26 before running to catch train. Not the cheapest Guinness, but great location and seating. They also have craft beers. Sad that missed the festivities in evening.

We ordered some beer, which was good! Cheaper than more places and it is a cozy and fun atmosphere. I felt safe. We ordered some potatoes, and the price for this small portion was high. I wouldn't order again this food, but I can't say anything about any other food since I didn't tried. :)

I celebrated my birthday here. Super nice and accommodating staff. Lovely ambience. Great selection for alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages (fair prices too). Smoking is only allowed outside. Payment is also possible by card and the pizza is decent too! If you wanna have a comfortable bar where you don't have to think about anything, this is it! Great location too, as it's easily available by public transportation. I would celebrate here again in a heartbeat!
