5 Star Rating We indulged in the 5-course menu accompanied by wine pairings and had a delightful experience. The standout dish was undoubtedly the Parmesan dumpling, which we ordered as an extra. The service was exceptional.

3 Star Rating In Berlin, there are so many nice places for dinner that it's difficult to stand out. The service was somewhat passive-aggressive. Out of the five people I had contact with, only three were genuinely kind. The food was okay; I only remember the red pepper dish being amazing, the rest were mediocre. I wouldn’t go back.

5 Star Rating It had been on my bucket list for a very long time to visit a fine dining restaurant, but since I'm vegan, my options are quite limited worldwide. Finally, in Berlin, this place was my immediate thought. The place is extravagant in its own way. The interior is super simple, with no extraneous details. The music in the dining hall was a bit too loud, so I had to strain my voice every time I spoke to my partner. Water is not complimentary, which may be a German custom. My belief is that when you're paying over 150€ per person, some still water could be offered as a courtesy. The food was the star of the night, and as a vegan chef myself, I had high expectations. It did not disappoint. The presentation, plating, and flavors were spot on, and the dishes complemented each other perfectly. We started with a Jerusalem artichoke tartare with tonburi and yuzu gel—a very fresh and appetite-inducing way to start. Then we continued with the bell pepper tartare, which, for me, was the highlight of all the savory courses. The flavor was so intense yet gentle at the same time; it felt like I was tasting this everyday staple vegetable for the very first time. Each bite offered something new, whether it be a flavor note or a new texture. Sometimes certain flavors were overpowering, like the verjus glaze on the celeriac. The dish with beetroot, chicory, and shallot confit had all the elements playing and complementing each other well, even though I would have preferred the beetroot to be slightly more tender. But the dessert was magnificent, with the combination of contrasting flavors, textures, and temperatures merging into a wonderful finale for the entire menu. The service staff were very attentive and friendly, each with their own character and manner of interacting with guests. Due to a misunderstanding, instead of receiving two vegan menu versions, we received one dish that was vegetarian, which they handled gracefully by providing us with a discount, a replacement, and complimentary pralines. Overall, I can rate my experience as meeting expectations (in a really good way because they were high). I highly recommend it for a special occasion.

3 Star Rating Lovely setting, everything very Berlin [insert stereotypical expectations] but unfortunately the experience wasn’t quite worth the money (if it was cheaper probably I’d have given it 4 stars). Food was good and really creative takes on vegetarian dishes but the best things were off menu!! Literally we had 4 dishes swapped / added extra and these were by far the most impressive. Fermented potato didn’t quite make the cut, cannoli was too vinegary, turnip was great as far as turnip goes but not worth 20 euros.. The service was good but we arrived at 8:45 and were only sat down at 9:45 pm (no complimentary drink or apologies) and then they brought every course every 30 mins. We finished our meal at 1:15 am and we insisted that we need to go..! They were way too relaxed as they finished with the first setting. Quite disappointed as we’ve been highly recommended this place and it was good.. but not worth 200 euros per person good. More like 70 euros. Atmosphere was really nice though - good ambient music, excellent cocktails, clear concrete decor, nice vibe overall.

5 Star Rating An incredible evening. This is not an easy place to find, but it was well worth the search. Each of our seven courses was complex, interesting, engaging, and delicious. The service was professional and superb. The atmosphere is enjoyable and the result is successful. This is a special experience and the restaurant deserves it’s great Michelin rating

5 Star Rating The best place to try the Wiener Schnitzel. The portions were massive, you can share 1 for 2 people. I liked the veal, potato salad and the cranberry sauce. Passion martini was also good. The restaurant has a nice ambiance but tables are too close to each other and it can get loud sometimes.

4 Star Rating Coming here you will definitely eat excellent schnitzel. Also, everything else we tried was equally good but the schnitzel is the one that stands out. The creme brulee we ate at the end was also very worthy. The staff was very kind and willing but because there were a lot of people the service was slow. The main negative of the shop was that there was a lot of fuss. Regarding the cost it could be a bit cheaper. For me it is worth giving it a chance especially for the schnitzel.

Everything we tried was amazing; they are also famous for their Schnitzel - and as per their webpage you can find some celebrities there. Service was excellent, we were very well looked after. Interieur is a bit outdated though.

5 Star Rating Traditional Bavarian inn. Great selection of dishes. As I work nearby, I often take something from the weekly changing lunch menu. Every day a vegetarian and a meat dish for €7.50. That's cheaper than my canteen. The prices are very fair, the food is prepared quickly and is very tasty. Card payment from €10 is also possible and I'm always served in a friendly manner. I like to come back. A clear recommendation ;)

4 Star Rating The vibe of the restaurant is really nice, perfect for date night or a romantic dinner. The food, I find it quite average compare to the price. The ingredients are very fresh and top quality but the taste is quite generic, salty and nothing special. My spaghetti dish, the noodles are a little too firm to be al dente. In general, this place offers excellent service and good quality food but I just have a higher expectation when it comes to the taste especially for a restaurant like this.

3 Star Rating Overall nice food but for a high end restaurant the service was let down by the following. One waitress dropped the knife on me. At the same time she spilled a bit of food on my expensive top. Rather than hurrying to give me a bit of cloth to clean up, she was tidying up the rest of the table and picking up the cutlery from the floor instead as if nothing had happened. There was no sense of urgency or genuine apology. After waiting for a few minutes, I spoke to the manager to ask for some cloth to clean up with. Five minutes later, she finally came back with a wet cloth. A different waiter told me that we could order half portions of pasta dishes. And so we ordered TAGLIOLINI NERI CON CRUDO DI TONNO, BURRATA E PISTACCHI. When the bill came, the price was definitely much more than the 50% of the menu price. I asked the waiter whether it was half the price and he said yes. I ended up paying anyway. I checked the bill later and it turned out to be much more than the 50% of the price. It's a bit misleading. Don't believe when the waiter tells you that pasta portions can be served in half portions because in reality you end up with half the amount and instead pay about 70%. We had the starters which were octopus and the tuna tagliolini. They were well made and tasty. The main which was the monk fish was quite underwhelming and rather boring after a few bites. (The waiter recommended this dish) So my overall experience is a mixture of good and bad.

4 Star Rating I ordered Sachertorte and Einspänner. Both were good, but I can't say I loved them. The concept of the place is nice. I liked the concept of most cafes and restaurants during my visit to Vienna, and since this was an Austrian restaurant, it gave me the same atmosphere. If I come again, I would like to try their food.

3 Star Rating The staff were very nice. The food was unfortunately mid for the price. We ordered the schnitzel, which was pretty ok tho the potatoes on the side were bland as potatoes can be, and I got a mushroom risotto. It was so salty, almost inedible, not sure if it was just a one time fluke or if it's usually like that but I couldn't even taste anything but salt. It's a nice looking restaurant but there are better places to eat.

5 Star Rating So sad the Villa where the cafe was located closed last year. It was beloved by Berliners and had went there in 2022 on my first trip to the city. This location is great too. Just a walk away from the Brandenburg gate. The food was good. I had the classic Wien Schnitzel and we had some wine. The portion was huge! It was two slabs of porkchop. We also had some wine and I had the classic Sacher Torte.

5 Star Rating “Exclusive” environment. Professional staff and a lavish interior. Clean and hygienic bathroom, but a bit too strong faucets. Pricy but I guess you pay for the atmosphere. The hot chocolate costed 5.5€ (?) and exceeded expectations by a lot. Not only was is great, it was a lot. Since you got a little pot of the drink to pour into the cup, and then also add the cream, it just kept going. It could easily and comfortably be shared by 2 people and splitting that cost makes it one of the cheaper and best hot chocolates you can find in the café scene in Berlin. Very good. If you pair both a dessert and a drink it will run you from around 15-25€ with is a lot, but the portions are generous so having someone to share with will make this experience more cost worthy and enjoyable. Thanks and Hello.

5 Star Rating An old fashion cafe on Unter den Linden, with traditional waiters and waitress. Lovely cakes and coffees. An elegant atmosphere that takes you back in time. The other clientele represented the elegance of the establishment. I could imagine going there with my grandfather in the 1960's -70's I can highly recommend taking the time and experiencing this long lost café establishment. Still employs a traditional toilet lady, who definitely kept her work area spotless.

2 Star Rating We ordered beef goulash, cheese nacho and 250 grams ribeye. Goulash soup, is not like a beef stewed and rich beef broth. It has tenderloin in the soup. Similarly with the nachos. Cheese is not melted but generous amount of tenderloin beef. 3 sauces are put in little saucer. Medium ribeye turned out to be medium well. Nice environment with open kitchen style. Waiter (Ming) is attentive although he is the only person covering the entire floor. What we don’t like about this place is the bar tender. As a tourist, asking for Wifi password is very common. To my surprise, the bartender stopped Ming from providing me the password. He claimed that when they share the wifi, it will disrupt their operation. Seriously?? Isn’t wifi is something very common?
