Just out of train and need something to eat. Dean&David counter really fancy me. Shame there’s not much info on labels about the wraps and sandwiches and staff wasn’t able to speak English to guide. After spending some time, grab a wrap and a sandwich. Food has taste. Pay my bill and on my way but feel the attitude of staff which wasn’t acceptable for me even I didn’t ask their help or say anything. Anyhow hope not coming back. Wish I could give 5 star.

I got myself a takeaway salad, it was fresh, healthy and tasty. They also have some vegetarian options available. It's a great option for a quick bite. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly. Overall I really enjoyed my visit.

You've gotta check out this spot, seriously! I grabbed a rice bowl for myself and a fresh salad for my kiddo, and man, they nailed it. The rice bowl was so tasty, and my little one couldn't stop munching on the fresh salad. Only thing is, I wish there was more because it was that good! If they bumped up the portion size, it'd be perfect.

I think there’s a reason why this Dean&David has the lower review among all other branches. Most of time I got my rice warm in the bowl but only this time I had cold one. I don’t know what is the standard. Maybe the rice is supposed to be cold but I was just lucky before in other branches. The matcha latte is very normal. (Close to bad because it tastes also cold but it’s supposed to be a warm drink right?) I feel a bit sorry that I had to leave comment like this cause I can feel the staffs there are friendly and trying to make their best effort. It’s very busy shop as it’s in central station so you can imagine it can be chaotic sometimes. I can’t give 5 stars because of the low food quality but I will still give 4 stars just kudos to the employees there. Keep it up yo 💪

Delicious salads, very fast and friendly service, perfect for a quick stop. Good atmosphere for being in a train station. Good option for a health dinner or lunch while waiting for a train (20-30 min are enough)

Honestly not my kind of burger. They allow you to choose between three different kinds of bread. Sadly is however none a "normal" one. Also is the patty not of the best quality and quite thin. So if you expect it to be pink it is probably not your place. On top is the ratio out of place. To less meat and too much lettuce. Also do their truffle fries come with champignons and the mayo is somehow super watery so that half of the fries swim in there and get soft. For some reason did also somehow all food arrive separately. First fries, then a few minutes later the first burger and then again a few minutes later the last two. Is for sure all eatable but not really somewhere you would go if you have a choice. At least does the restaurant look nice.

The Apfelstrudel was amazing! Fast service, cozy atmosphere. The restroom wasn’t very clean and needs to be renovated.

Loved the lunch menu, you get a burger of choice, fries or salad and two drinks, one cold and after a warm one (coffee or tea). Burgers are fresh and tasty and fries bulky and delicious. Four dip sauces to choose from. Great out door seating, huge patio, and fast service.

This is a cool restaurant located in the huge berlin central station. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I got some corn and vegan nuggets and they were delicious. Only problem was that they forgot one order and never served it, but they wanted to charge me for it. Very disappointing. Other than that I can't complain. I would only come back if my train has another huge delay 😅

Tasty burgers for a good price, especially with the lunch deal where you get a burger, side, cold drink AND hot drink! Easy to cater for allergies or intolerances too as there's a full vegetarian and vegan menu, and everything is labelled with ingredients and allergens. Inside the station is a convenient local too for travellers. Nice decor and good service as well.

This place was incredibly crowded, and finding a seat was a challenge. Unfortunately, my experience with the chicken satay was disappointing. The quality was subpar, and I encountered several tough, inedible chicken pieces. On the plus side, the service was genuine and unpretentious.

Very good and tasty when we missed the hometown flavor. Ordred red rice, chicken, brocoli and add on green bean, vinegar sauce, very yummy, will definitely recommend. 😊

I liked it at first glance it, everything looked fresh and clean. The staff was so nice and everything was delicious! I found it quite filling and was fully satisfied with the quality and price. I’m very happy to have a fast, healthy, delicious food :) definitely gonna revisit when I’m here again.

It's a decent place to have a hot meal after a long train journey. Though there were only 4 options available for their food bowls, the quantity served was good enough for the price charged. I ordered a tofu bowl and a chicken satay bowl, and the server mistakenly mixed up the sauces/broths. I also felt that there was a little too much turmeric in the chicken satay bowl. Despite these issues, the food was delicious and quite fulfilling. The staff was courteous and spoke good English, so all the better for me.

The guy, Akhil, who served me was very friendly and made me feel welcomed when I first arrived in Berlin. If you're tired and hungry from a long train ride, this place is an oasis for travelers 🙏 Check it out :)

Made with care. Mit Liebe gemacht. Currywurst is a must for those visiting Berlin and this place 2 minutes from the Main train station is true. Friendly service, good prices and real plates and forks. Plenty of outdoor seating covered in case it rains.

The Currywurst was good but the service left a foul taste in my mouth… I speak fluent German and ordered “two Currywurst with Pommes” as stated on the menu. The lady made two Currywurst and two Pommes and wanted to charge me more. I explained to her, no I ordered off the menu verbatim “two Currywurst with Pommes” and she continues to argue back. I found myself apologising, even though as the person working there she should know her menu and, given the potential confusion, should confirm that the customer did indeed want two portions of Currywurst and two of Pommes before making the order. In any case, I didn’t stand down because I didn’t want so many fries and she never once was even an ounce sympathetic or admitting that she could have done something differently. Anyway, just confirm your order because this seems to happen frequently, based on the other reviews. And I’m sure trying to explain in English or broken German wouldn’t work out so well.
