Their knuckle of pork is one of the best and the portion is quite generous, it can be shared up to 3 persons. Crispy skin and tender inside. Cooked to perfection. We had a glass of Rose Prosecco and it was great. Lovely dining experience. Would recommend it definitely.

We found this place via a google search and it was such a find! Great traditional food and great prices. Beer was brilliant - the difference of a proper wooden barrel is huge! We enjoyed our first visit so much, we came back every day and worked our way through rhe menu. If you want a good honest bar/restaurant with authentic products, in a great location, run by efficient and polite staff then this is for you. Recommend - The knuckle is huge, the 6 sausages with mash is so tasty and the strudel is really Blimin good.

Great place to enjoy traditional German food. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The 1L beer is pretty unique and adds to the experience. The food was very good and came out very fast. The terrace is calm and very relaxing during the summer, with a nice breeze almost all the time. I especially enjoyed the beef goulash.

My Spouse and I enjoyed dinner this evening and we were surprised when the server added 10% gratuity to our final bill. He said that was customary. We haven’t had any other restaurants or cafés automatically add gratuity. We would understand if it had been a larger table. But it was just the two of us. We had planned on leaving a generous tip however we don’t appreciate the server, adding the tip without our permission. Otherwise, the dinner was good. Generous servings. We sat outside so a pleasant evening and very enjoyable.

Nice place to have german traditional food. Most dishes are not super expensive, you ate well for what you are paying. We went with friends and every dish was delicious. The restaurant is big and you can go there with a large group, but make a reservation first in this case.

We had dinner here as part of a large group celebrating a future wedding and really weren't impressed. Firstly, the service was similar to McDonald's. Just "what do you want", "here's the food", "ok". For a fancy restaurant this is not acceptable. Even for a regular restaurant this is bad service. Then, the food wasn't great either. The Caesar Salad had chicken that was still pink inside. The steak tasted like nothing. The Wiener Schnitzel was good, but Figlmuller would probably not serve it. Even worse, there's no air conditioning, so it felt like we were eating in a sauna. All of these for insane prices. €38 for a Schnitzel. €18 for a Caesar Salad. €8 for a small bier and the water was similar. €16 for a basic cocktail. If you're going to be a white tablecloth restaurant and charge crazy high prices, then the food must be amazing, the service top-notch and the atmosphere pleasant. This was definitely not the case here so I would absolutely NOT recommend this restaurant - Berlin has much much better.

If you are into schnitzel - just go there. Don't hesitate. The schnitzel is huge and super tasty and crispy. The other dishes were also really delicious

Have been here before but never wrote a review. The Schnitzel has always been excellent, and if you come for lunch you won’t need any more food afterwards. I would replace the potato salad with fried potatoes; the cranberry sauce goes perfectly with the Schnitzel. The waiters are very friendly, but the service, for a restaurant of this kind, lacked professionalism (no napkins, no butter knives, and the second beer order was forgotten). Still, I will be back next year.

Amazing. I highly enjoyed my dinner at good time. For my starter I had the satay which was delicious when paired with the peanut sauce. As for my mains we had the penang curry and one other I cannot recall. Both had great flavor. Definitely one of my favorite meals in berlin

Got the pumpkin curry with grilled salmon. It was perfectly hot and savory, a little spicy. Very good on a chilly day. Lots of other good options as well. Had the chicken sate for an appetizer, also very delicious with the peanut sauce.

Amazing food, big portions with loads of flavour. I was on a trip in Berlin and was looking for a yellow curry with potatoes and chicken, which was quite hard to find. The one this restaurant serves is amazing though. The interior of this place is also nice. I would most definitely recommend!

Great food. We ordered the letem salad (mango avocado one), Gra Pau, and Pad thai with beef (not on the menu), along with green tea. The food was really good but the Gra Pau was not very spicy (it’s 3 spices on the menu). It was still pretty tasteful. The salad was amazing though!! Good place if you want a good Thai meal. Service is alright (bit of time to get attention) though our servers were very sweet.

Easy to book a couple of hours in advance. Delicious burger and really friendly happy staff. We brought our 4 year old with us and had a lovely meal. There's a kids menu and the lovely waiter brought over Haribo sweets for our son after our dinner. Very kind!

This was the best meal I had in Berlin. Our server Amir was fantastic - so personable, friendly, and honestly the bright spot of my visit here! Really made my night! The food was decent and the atmosphere was casual but also nice ( just a bit noisy due to the acoustics). I’ve attached “Before” and “After” pics of our tomahawk steak, which we finished on the hot stone! (FYI we requested the steak rare so we could cook it to our taste, so don’t be alarmed!) Meal was 180 including a bottle of wine, tomahawk ribeye and three sides

Burger was really delicious, lots of items inside and on the side. Crispy onion, carameluzed onion, bacon, herbs, cheese and sauce, also chips on the side. Portion was big enough for an adult, could not finish. The only point is with the steak we ordered, there was *no side veg, sauce, etc.* with fillet steak. No mushroom sauce, no veggies, nothing, and steak must go with sides. But it was very soft and juicy.

The meat options are great and delicious! I took the flanksteak medium-rare 350g and it was very juicy. The beer could be a bit colder. The 4 stars is because they made some mistakes eith the cooking level of the meat and prices, but I guess It's also because you are in one of the nicest areas of Berlin. The restaurant is quite cozy and the staff was very kind.

Great steak and good wine. The meat was cooked perfectly and very tasty. The view over the square is beautiful and creates a great atmosphere. Friendly staff and a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

A beautiful Starbucks with a lovely design and great products. The location is fantastic and definitely worth a visit. The only opportunity for improvement is that the barista at the register could be a bit friendlier and ask for customers’ names. Otherwise, a wonderful experience.

Conveniently located, just in front of Stadtmitte underground station. Tasted as good as other branches. But there were quite a few customers and it was hard to get a table.

We had a great lunch at the Konzerthaus Café. The terrace was perfect for a sunny meal outside and the salads we ordered were delicious. The waitress was lovely as well - would definitely recommend !

This is the most spectacular salad I have ever had, I went in September and I'm still thinking about it 2 months later. I had this goat cheese salad before a concert then immediately went back the next day to have it again. It is possibly my favourite salad, if I come back to Berlin I will definitely try it again. The service is also so great.

Best private members club in Germany. Beautiful restaurant with view of the Berliner Some. Fire place and cigar smoking allowed. Professional haut cusine and staff.

A pleasant spot to sit down for a coffee while walking through Berlin. The coffee is fairly generic and on the bitter side, but still enjoyable. Prices are reasonable, and the service is friendly.

I visited Lunch Time today as I needed to grab a quick late lunch and ordered a Rigatoni Gorgonzola for a take out. It was frankly delicious with the cheese all melted into the rich tomato sauce. The food was piping hot even when I got back to my office so their packaging for takeaway is very good. I will definitely be back!

Stopped by for a quick coffee while wandering around the area. The cappuccino was nothing special, and neither was the service. Charging €1 for a glass of tap water seems a bit pricey, even for Berlin.

A really nice evening in an impressive, spacious location in the heart of Berlin. Excellent oysters, sensationally good fillet of beef. The apple strudel dessert was too thick in sauce for me personally. Otherwise very fine and recommendable. I will definitely visit the Austernbank again on my next visit to Berlin.

Oysters were fresh and served in what is possibly the cutest Octopus bowl i’ve seen yet. Harissa shrimp were wonderful, and the drinks were also top notch. Our server Armando made the evening feel special yet lowkey. Really nice experience overall 🫶🏼

A truly remarkable night. We went out for our anniversary in a city I'd never visited before. I looked at the menu, I looked at the reviews, I checked recent pictures on Google Places and I feel like I made the second best decision in my life - next to asking my partner to be with me for the rest of our lives. Austernbank is a truly special place. A cove of comfort food and service that you thought you could only dream of. While the meals were priced a bit higher than what we would usually set our budgets to - it was worth every single Euro. The food was well portioned, the drinks were delicious and again, we cannot compliment the staff highly enough. We were greeted at the door immediately and our coats taken, tagged and brought to our table in the north east corner. The lighting was lush and almost dreamlike as we descended into the main floor. After being waited on within minutes, our order was taken swiftly and entrees arrived hastily. We should add that our timing was very early in the evening. We had learnt during our travels places such as Berlin, Paris and Prague do cater to international tourists, however, some places don't start dinner until much later in the evening. We arrived just shortly before 6pm but there were about a dozen or so people in the restaurant already. The music was lush and the waiters were immediate and busy, but never in a rush - we appreciated that atmosphere and especially more-so when our mains arrived. The waiter also took our photo with my partner's phone and did a great job. Shortly before we finished our desserts, a family arrived just two tables up and we saw them get just the same kind, quick and attentive service. It felt magical and we do hope we can return one day. We cannot thank you enough for a spectacular meal, an amazing anniversary and an evening to remember.

After several great visits to the restaurant, we went to the New Year's Eve Party. Besides the great interior (an old bank vault), good music (including amazing female singer) and very friendly servers the food was delicious as always - especially the artichoke salad with truffle and lobster - even the request for vegetarian alternative (contacting the restaurant in advance) was no problem. But in particular the host (restaurant manager) was attentive and pleasant, making this an evening/night you'll never forget. A highly recommended restaurant..

* Food ** Price * Menu Nice little sushi spot. They don’t have a ton of options, but keep it simple which is nice. Variety of salmon and tuna options available in their specials, all for super fair prices! Also quality of fish has been good when I’ve gone. I hear their curries are great but haven’t tried yet. I stick to my salmon combo and add an eel and keep it simple! Great spot for lunch.

Delicious!! They were fast and friendly. The pho was the best I have ever had. The mixed sushi plates are very reasonably priced. For 3 adults it was less than $80. I will be back next time I’m in Berlin. The only thing Was that every roll we ordered had mayo on it, and it wasn’t mentioned on the menu.
