One of the friendliest and most welcoming places in Berlin. The staff were so accommodating and served with a smile. Really tasty food and great atmosphere. We visited twice during our trip for this reason! Thank you for such a pleasant visit 🍔

Great food and service! Everything tasted fresh and was hot! I had the chicken fajitas and they were delicious! The waiter (from Poland) kept checking on us constantly and was very nice! He even asked if we had any food allergies. The place is small & looks more like a diner but was cute!

What can I say, nothing lol. This is a great Hard Rock! As I’ve said before we go to these all over the world and this stands out as excellent! Reykjavík, Krakow, Copenhagen, Paris, Amsterdam, etc… Berlin stands out. I’m fairly certain this was due to our bartender, Vickie, such a great person. High energy, great drinks, and a great attitude. Food was great as well! Thank you for a great experience, we will be back.

I went to celebrate my birthday and it was fantastic! They really pay attention to the details and make you feel really special! I highly recommend a visit to Hard Rock Cafe and be amazed by the food, the people, and the atmosphere.

We had a great meal and drinks here. Too bad the Messiburger has disappeared from the menu! The service is all German, friendly but a bit less enthusiastic than in other hard rock cafes we have visited.

The beautiful indoor seating, many photos on the wall that create some fun entertainment to look at. Quick service but great food! Beautiful outdoor seating with lots of bit tables for big families to sit at! Dog friendly outdoors. Indoor bathroom available. I got the hot chocolate with whipped cream. And the Gourmet Salad, the Turkey Dish, the people were so nice here and accommodating!

A wonderful, traditional Austrian restaurant in Berlin, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and fantastic service. The Wiener Schnitzel is spot-on—light, crisp, and puffed up perfectly—exactly how it should be. The Apfelstrudel is also excellent, with a flaky pastry and just the right level of sweetness. If you’re after classic Austrian food done well, Ottenthal is a great choice. The team really knows their craft, and the service makes the whole experience feel extra special.

Overrated. The service was great but the schnitzel was weird. Baumkuchen was good but I wouldn’t get it again. The best thing was the potato salad.

I needed to eat a good wiener schnitzel ... I looked in my font for the food around my hotel 🏨 and in 10 minutes walk there was this restaurant ... from the photos I can recognize the good food then the taste and it’s time to verify it in the place! Honestly, I almost never make mistakes in this type of food 🥗 and that’s how it was .:. In addition ... Better than I expected / wanted. ... so I can only say thank you to the cook for making us happy with the food .. we are Italian and always we tells us that in Germany you don’t eat well .... Well, I just think they haven’t found the right places and this is one of them ... More than recommended 🫡👍

It was the best Wiener Schnitzel I’ve ever had. My German husband is still talking about how it was the best :) It’s probably the best Schnitzel you can find in Berlin. I also loved that you could choose between a small and regular size, for me small size was enough. The potato salad served on the side was perfect as well. The other dishes looked great—we had a pancake dessert with homemade jam. It was quite sweet, but the buttery taste perfectly filled the remaining space in our stomachs.

Excellent Austrian restaurant. Very nice atmosphere and service from the staff. Spotlessly clean place. The schnitzel was really amazing and that was the reason we went. Everything we ate was very tasty and well prepared. The variety of ice creams at the end also very tasty. The cost is relatively high but it is proportional to the quality.

A quick lunch with work colleagues and my first visit. On arrival the first impression is a friendly, comfortable, nicely appointed, relaxed and non pretentious. All staff were super friendly and helpful adding to the experience. The business lunch had a small but diverse selection of options and I cannot fault anything and neither could my two colleagues. Fantastic across the board. Will be back on my next trip. Thank you.

Stopped for drinks and oysters for Bday lunch. Worth it, good variety and selection oysters to choose from (size/salt). Chucked to order, good wine pairings and oyster accompaniments that are more BERLIN local as opposed to North American style wine vinegar and Tabasco.

İt's not easy to find food and service worth the price in this city. But Diekmann is a big exception. İt's the first time here, having lived close by for the last three years but it won't be the last. The food was exceptional. Everything was well seasoned and presented. The service was also great. Something else I also value that they did is that there was a pleasant amount of time between courses. Nothing was rushed. We have tried: oysters, ravioli, Lupe de Mare and the pulpo. Plus the white asparagus. Very happy. No complaints.

It's everything you expect from a German department store: good/average quality products at very good prices, varied offer. Ideal to waste 2-3 hours when the weather is bad. I never miss it when I come to Berlin.

We stumbled upon this place by accident, and it turned out to be the highlight of our trip. The staff welcomed us like old friends, and the food was outstanding. Quality Italian meal in a beautiful setting with friendly service. The menu is large and features many great pasta, beef and fish options, and a nice selection of wine to compliment each type of dish. I also recommend the outdoor seating area when the weather allows is nice.

This was our second time dining here, and it was even better than the first. I ordered the pan-seared duck with red wine reduction — perfectly cooked and rich in flavor. The ambiance is intimate and classy, and the desserts are not to be missed. Try the crème brûlée!

⭐⭐⭐½ / 5 We visited Alt-Berliner Biersalon on the day of the Berlin Marathon and couldn’t have chosen a better spot to sit. The restaurant is centrally located with a great view of the lively street life. We enjoyed cold beer, a glass of wine, and some warm tacos – all tasty and relaxed. The atmosphere was vibrant and authentic, and the location makes it a great place to take a break and soak up Berlin. Overall, a good experience

I have been to Berlin 10 times and always have some beers here a lazy afternoon after the museums or having a night cap. Great location to just sit down outside and watch people, Porsches and Ferraris passing by. The service is usually good. Never tried the food.

Very nice Thai food not far from Ka De We. Prices as expected for the location and for how much we ordered. The homemade Peanut sauce was really tasty with the skewers. The Pad Thai Noodles were also really good. The staff were efficient but not full of smiles and would not let us spend less than a €10 euro on card. Language barrier was a problem as my friends food turned up with bean sprouts despite asking for it to be without.

Good food, fair prices. I’m a big fan of spicy food, and I think I finally found my match! Usually when I ask for spicy, I get medium, but here I got the Tom Yam soup so hot that I could barely finish it (and I even do challenges sometime!) The only 2 reasons I gave 4 stars is that the service tends to be on the slow side and I wish they had some more authentic Thai beverages. Otherwise, very nice.

Came here from the Google reviews as I always do. And as it has a highest rating here so, we gave it a try for our last evening in Berlin. We had 2 pasta dishes one was Tagliatelle salmon and pasta bolognese, both were tasty, especially the Tagliatelle salmon is the recommended. Good atmosphere, quick service and worth of value.

The food was great. Both of the pizzas were amazing. We went there for dinner. The ambience was pretty nice although the sitting arrangement was outside on the curb where it was difficult to stabilise the table in order to eat normally because it was slanted. The service guy never brought us the bill and just said the amount which was needed to pay, which was bit weird. Anyway, food was great. 👍🏻

They prepared a loving dinner for us and our little daughter. They were very helpful and very friendly. It was clean, very delicious and had a fast service. We left very happy, we will come again. I had a pleasant experience at Luardi Cucina della Mamma. The Bolognese pasta was well-prepared and flavorful, and the Aglio e Olio was also enjoyable. The pizza was tasty, though the quality of the ingredients could be improved. Overall, it’s a nice place for a casual Italian meal.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. The service was outstanding throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious — I’ve been to Italy a few times, but the carbonara here was the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
