Booked this hotel on a weekend trip in to Berlin in April with my wife. The hotel has a very good location in a calm neighbourhood. It is walking distance to the Museuminsel (Museum Island), metro/bus station is just outside the hotel door. Staff was helpful and nice. Our room was ready before the checkin time so we got access earlier than we thought. Clean room and you could ask the reception if you wanted cleaning of room and change of towels. Close to Tresor, KitKatClub and OHM if you like clubbing. Can highly recommend!

First time in Berlin and we really liked this hotel. They laid out a birthday surprise in our room when we checked in for my boyfriend which I thought was a really nice touch. Good transport links as the U2 is right outside (it was down due to snow for a lot of our trip but that’s not the hotels fault, and there are other lines a short walk away). Only small issues; - When I booked the room online, I selected 1 double bed but when the booking email came through it said 2 single beds. I messaged the hotel straight away to say I selected a double bed and can this be confirmed for me as I messaged straight away. They replied saying it should be doable because of the amount of people at the hotel when we were staying, so hopefully they won’t run out. But that isn’t exactly a confirmation when it’s something I had just paid for. I asked them to confirm and they just said it might be possible on the day. I gave up and hoped for the best when we got there. When we did check in on the day, we did end up with a double luckily but it did leave me worrying beforehand that it was up in the air, when really they should confirm it for you when that’s what you booked. - The room was very hot, which is nice when you come in from the snow but when you wake up in the morning it does make you feel like you’ve been punched in the face and need a gallon of water! Would be good if they turned the temperature down a little because it was extreme. But other than that it was a nice hotel to stay at during our visit :)

The location is great — the center of Berlin is within walking distance. The rooms are small but have everything you need. There’s a kettle with tea and coffee, and two bottles of water are provided every day. The hotel also has an underground garage, which is very convenient. The “spa area” can’t really be called a spa: only two loungers, a very small room, and a sauna for about five people. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Superb Hotel with comfy beds and great, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a great location on a street that's actually pretty quiet but handy for the U-2 train and a couple of bus routes. Splashed out for the breakfast on our last morning and it was worth it.

Central but quiet location. Next to a station on the U2 to get you anywhere in Berlin. Excellent breakfast, inc freshly cooked items. Efficient, friendly reception. Room comfortable and clean with a great hairdryer.

Ordered meat medium rare, came out close to well done. Got it exchanged even though service reaction was so-so. Second round was properly cooked in terms of temperature but lacked seasoning and taste. Would have been 5* if price was 30-40% cheaper, this was way too expensive for the quality, service, and experience though.

Fabulous meat. Perfectly cooked. Great sides, good portions. The service could be leveled up a little bit, however, they were very lovely and when the waitress wasn’t sure of what wine to recommend she quickly got someone to assist in recommending a delicious wine to a decent price. It was our last night in Berlin, super happy! If I had to give one improvement it would be to get better outdoor seats for summer and for the staff to describe better size portions and concept.

The best steakhouse restaurant in Berlin! We tried the beef fillet black Angus, the NY strip loin and the Ribeye! All of them were very tasty! The first one was very juicy, the second one had an excellent balance of flavour and tenderness and the third one had a really we special smoked flavour! We also choose the Barbecue sauce and the Pepper Sauce! The second one was an excellent choice for our steaks ! The salad with spinach and arancini was also very tasty! The service was very helpful and attentive! The atmosphere was very nice! I totally recommend it!

We had an amazing dinner at The Brooklyn. The service was very neat. I came here for my boyfriend's birthday and they served the dessert with a cute candle. The food was amazing of course. Thank you so much for everything to have a wonderful night 💛 We will definitely come back.

Even though staff can be super and do the weighting of an review, it all comes down to the foods right. On one hand staff and atmosphere is top, but when it comes to the food it fell flat. Although the rating is what it is, we still wanted to give it a try as people have said that the rating was unfair. Looking forward for some small tapas plates with traditional Spanish tapas, we ordered the mix tapas platter for two. We asked what it was on the platter, the answer was “chefs choice”, alright we might would have changed our minds when that explanation was given but hey, let’s give it a try. Plate came in, which We’d never got the plate introduced to us which could have been a nice gesture. Content: Olives, sun dried tomatoes, a fish salad, fried small fishes, fried shrimps, chicken wings, boiled potatoes rolled in salt, three croquetas with unclear content. I was looking forward to some cheese, some cold cut meat, gambas, chorizo empanadas, what Spanish tapas is all about. But no, a flat tasted portions of what is easy to sell a lot of, is the feeling afterwards. It was just a really sad end to a very great day in Berlin.

Awesome authentic Mallorcquin and Canary food, tasted like the small Tapas Bar in Porto Pollenca. The staff was very friendly. It's definitely a place to go to in Berlin.

Ordered a mixed plate of tapas for 2 and it can easily serve 3 people. The price overall is fair, but it was a bit hard to get the waiter's attention. Nonetheless the whole staff was super nice, I definitely recommend it.

I had such a great experience here — the service was fast, friendly, and super efficient. Every dish we ordered was delicious, but the seafood really stood out — incredibly fresh and full of flavor. You can tell they care about quality. From start to finish, everything was spot-on. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great tapas and a smooth, enjoyable dining experience. I was a bit surprised with this restaurant. There are two levels with steep stairs to reach the second floor. So if you're disabled or can't climb or descend stairs, then I would not come here. You have to descend stairs to get to the lower level. As for the food, it did not taste authentic vietnamese to me. But I would say it was above average. The service was amazing. Our server had to go up and down these steep staircases for the whole hour that we were eating there. I think he went up-and-down these stairs about thirty times in the one hour we were there. The food prices were very reasonable for what you get. There is outside seating, too. I suppose you could eat outside if you can not climb or descend stairs.

Came here for lunch with a friend and was not disappointed - the service was very nice, the food came fast and the portions were very fair to the price along with the complimentary lunch drinks (the jasmin tea was great!). The lychee curry with fried chicken was delicious, especially the sauce, and my friend's Tom Ka soup (served with rice) was also really pleasant. There is plenty of sitting space both on the upper and lower floors as well as outside. You can only pay with cash but there is an ATM almost right next the restaurant and I think it is worth it for the tasty, reasonably priced food ;)

Came here for lunch and for the price it's well worth coming. Nice range of seating (outdoor and indoor), dishes are prepared with good ingredients and great flavour. I had the bun noodles with beef and it was very good (a little too much sauce if I'm being picky). Very friendly service, very efficient. Cash only though.

Authentic Italian food at very good prices. Friendly and helpful (English speaking) staff who were happy to put together a dish to your own specification. Our group of four friends were only in Berlin for a few nights but this was so good we came back for a second visit. Highly recommended.

The best pizza in the town! Caring staff and nice atmosphere made our visit great! The pizza is HUGE and tasty! True Italian 🍕 pizza! Pizza is 8-10€ and beer (large) was 3.5€. Very cheap for quality! Will come again! 🍕🍕🍕

Best pasta in town! I really recommend the pasta celentano, even for people who don’t like mushrooms! Just discard them and eat the pasta with meat.

We had a pleasant experience at Kana in Berlin. I ordered the mansaf, which was very good and full of flavor, while my partner had the kebab, which was quite average. The restaurant itself was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Overall, a good place, especially if you’re trying the mansaf.

Nice restaurant alongside the river. The service has been very kind and everything went smoothly even though we were quite chaotic while ordering. The food has been spiced well and rose water has been used to a perfect level: present, but not dominating. Be aware that the outdoor space can be quite windy. Even glasses will start to move. Overall a pleasant experience. Card payment requires a bill of 10€ at least.

It’s an oriental Lebanese restaurant with all decorations and vibes . The kofta was well seasoned and smoked. Chicken was tender and delicious. The meat was tender and the sauce was flavorful. The drink wasn’t as expected but not bad as well. The staff were really friendly with us They accept card payments and cash too.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cana Restaurant and Catering located by the side of the canal and I must say I loved everything about it. The food was absolutely amazing, and I couldn't get enough of it. The location of the restaurant is excellent - the view of the canal was stunning, and it really added to the ambiance of the dining experience. The indoor seating arrangement was also quite comfortable, and I felt right at home while enjoying my meal. One thing that really stood out to me was the variety of meal options available. Cana Restaurant and Catering had an excellent selection of dishes to choose from, which catered to a wide range of dietary preferences. The rates were also quite reasonable, considering the location, ambiance, and taste of the food. It's rare to find a restaurant that ticks all the boxes, but this one certainly did. Overall, I would highly recommend Cana Restaurant and Catering to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. My mum and I were craving for a nice soup on a cold day in Berlin, and we really hit the jackpot! Suppengrün is the kind of place that makes you feel at home. They offer simple and yet very fun, nourishing and warming soups, which change every few days.The variety and combination of flavors is very unique, and the space is really cozy and friendly. Also, the team behind it is genuinely sweet and helpful, they even let you try some of the soups before deciding on one! Will definitely stop by next time we visit! :-)

Such welcoming and helpful staff when a group of us visited for breakfast! They have such a range of delicious breakfast items, from scrambled eggs and baguettes, to Bircher muesli pots, fruit pots, and an assortment of croissants including vegan croissants. Delicious hot chocolate and a marzipan croissant, and the Bircher muesli was also fresh and beautifully presented.

The Mutton Buna which I had was fantastic, though the Chicken Singapuri is so so and not sure what exactly supposedly makes it Singaporean. My friend was disappointed with his Mango Paneer. Service is good, which should be expected for a place that is a little bit more expensive that your normal Indian restaurant in Berlin.

Very nice restaurant by the river. There is plenty of space outdoor. The ambience inside is also very cozy. The service was very professional. The food was ok - portions are quite small though. The price then is a bit too high.

delicious food with generous portions, attentive service. the location is very beautiful (seating right next to the river) and indoors seating is very cozy. ordered the butter chicken and lamb curry, meat was so tender that it fell apart! very suitable to order a bunch of different dishes to share. we also got served some espresso on the house :)

A wonderful restaurant next to the river in a beautiful location. We went to this lovely restaurant on Christmas day. The prices are reasonable, the food came at a reasonable time, the portions were normal and filling and the food was excellent in taste and presentation. The staff spoke fluent English and they were polite, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the place was clean. This restaurant is a hidden gem where everyone must visit for good Italian food. This is one of the sweet memories we will take back home with us from our visit in Berlin. Totally recommend..

it has been an overall good experience. The service was normal, nothing extraordinary, but what really stood out was the variety on the menu. While they did offer the typical Italian dishes, I was surprised to see options like burgers and tacos as well. It’s not something you’d expect in an Italian restaurant, but it added an interesting twist. All in all, it was a pleasant meal with a few surprises along the way.

I loved the Burguer! It's well served with a fresh salad and French fries potatoes! I also loved the Berliner Weiß red beer - sweet and refreshing, a good catch for the end of the day! The ambience was quite nice and the price quite fair! I recommend it!
