This is definitely a great place to eat that was really close to the Mall of Berlin, where I had just done some shopping! The staff are very authentically Chinese and I even spoke Mandarin with them! The food is great and they had books as well as a simple guide on basics for living in Deustchland that foreigners may not know about, which is excellent. Their food options were a large range of Chinese and the restaurant's decorations are very reflective of the culture as well, which is amazing. 🇨🇳

We stumbled upon this place by accident, but what a find! We had Beef in Black Pepper Sauce with Chicken Fried Rice and it was superb. Unfortunately it was our last day or we would have definitely gone back. The staff were very helpful and friendly; we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great food. Absolutely tasty and the real deal. If you’re looking for good Chinese food, check this place out. We had a range of meals and they were all exceptionally good. when we left they packaged our food for take out. Four stars because we waited for a waiter for quite some time until I got up and asked for one to take our orders, but that might have just been an exception. Not a big deal, but annoying when everyone around us who just arrived had their orders taken in the mean time.

I thought this may just be another westernized Chinese joint offering dishes over saturated with brown sauce. I was wrong, and I was pleasantly surprised. I have never had such a well prepared snow pea dish that is dry cooked. Now I have a new dish to try at home. So very home cooking, at least the two veggie dishes I ordered. Two thumbs up by a Chinese vegetarian.

Pretty surprised to find a very good authentic Chinese restaurant out in this area. Vietnamese and Sushi seem to be the trend.
Food was very good and at a very decent price. We didn't realised that boiled rice came with the meals, so we ended up eating until bursting to clean up the vegetable fried rice as well.
We also had the mixed dumplings, slow cooked pork belly and the sliced lamb.

The place is very nice and quiet, and the sushi was very good from the vegetarian perspective (some interesting options in the menu). The staff, Japanese guys, were all very friendly. The Moscow Mule felt like without vodka, but after making a little comment, the vodka was immediately added. Left the place satisfied!

Came for the all you can eat conveyor sushi, it was very nice and good value.
My only complaint would be that the selection of sushi was quite limited and a lot of the sushi was just cucumber and avocado. I get that you with all you can eat you don’t get everything but I still felt it was limited.
Plus side was that the odd time they had noodles or something as an option but this is not frequent.
Overall if you want a nice conveyor sushi experience, I would recommend trying here but I don’t think I would come back.

A very well-maintained place with a lovely atmosphere.
The staff was extremely polite and attentive, the food was excellent, and the portions were generous.
We highly recommend it!

We had very good Sushi here. Freshly made and distributed on a treadmill over the tables. Great fun for the kids! My husband had a very good entrecote teppanyaki. The service was very welcoming and a nice and friendly atmosphere. Recommend to go there!

We ate “all you can eat”. Honestly speaking the sushi is not the best one. First of all fish is less in the sushis. The noodles and other foods are becoming cold after some tours. And I think what you are getting by “a la carte” order and “all you can eat” is not the same quality. I paid 27 Euro + the drink what you are ordering separately.

My visit to this restaurant, nestled in the food court of the Mall of Berlin, unfortunately, merits a 2 out of 5 on Google reviews. Recognizing the inherent limitations of fine dining in a food court, my expectations were tempered, yet the experience proved to be less than satisfactory.
The restaurant's ambiance, while not unwelcoming, lacked the inviting atmosphere one might hope for. The extensive menu, though promising, failed to deliver on both flavor and originality. Opting for the signature dish, I anticipated a standout culinary experience, only to be met with lackluster presentation and underwhelming flavors that left a forgettable impression.
Acknowledging the challenges of operating in a food court, the courteous staff attempted to compensate for the culinary shortcomings. However, the overall dining experience hinted at the need for substantial improvements, ranging from culinary creativity to ambiance and service execution.
While it's understood that food court establishments may not rival fine dining experiences, this particular choice proved to be subpar even within those expectations. This review aims to provide constructive feedback, emphasizing the potential for enhancement across various aspects to ensure a more enjoyable dining venture for future patrons.
Update as of 17 Nov 2023: In response to a complaint from the owner's representative via Google, I want to reaffirm that, in accordance with the German Civil Code (BGB) and European consumer protection laws, I have the right to share my genuine dining experience. The Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) further support consumers' rights to fair business practices and transparent information. My original review reflects my honest opinions based on my visit to the establishment. I believe in the significance of transparent and fair reviews, contributing to a constructive feedback system.

Well it's hard to rate it. I would like to start with a nice think, my boyfriend like this food I think a lot. But from my side: all my dish was very salty (even this mango drink was hmmm not really sweet), but first of all I feel sick after eating it. I have heartburn. So well... We ate the same dish and have completly different experience.

It was not so good experience,, the dish was cold, the Salad was in a very small portion, taste of chicken sauce was normal, prices more than neighbours, i hope to be more better

This Indian restaurant offers okay food, but what sets it apart is its lightning-fast service and pleasant atmosphere. Despite the average dishes, the quick turnaround time and cozy ambiance make it a decent choice for a convenient meal out.

Fantastic food it’s so fresh and you can tell the owners really take pride. I had rice and chicken Shawarma which were gluten free and a mango honey smoothie which was fantastic. Lots of options for those who are not gluten free too!

The current rating 4.1 stars is a kinda overrated
In best cases it would be 3 stars
Pros:
Kindly staff
Cons:
The fries was not freshly fried
The Kafta was dry and burnt from outside yet not well cooked from inside
The Tabbule was not fine enough had rough parsley pieces
The humus is too little
Overall it doesn’t worth the price

Limited menu but decent options with great taste. Service was also very quick and fresh burgers prepared and served within 10 minutes. Price-wise found them to be very good too. A single burger for around 7€ and menu around 11-12€.
Patties used were good, but a bit more sauce would be good. Fries were amazing.

It is always a pleasure dining at Pizza Hut, consistently delivering the familiar high quality one expects from its franchises. Conveniently situated in the food court, it provides an ideal conclusion to a shopping excursion.

Unfortunately,my recent visit to the restaurant was disappointing due to the behavior of an elderly lady at the counter.Despite clearly standing and waiting, she ignored me completely and made no effort to take my order.i was left waiting far too long without any explanation.Thankfully, another staff member noticed the situation from inside and kindly stepped in to help. They handled my order quickly and professionally.a big thank you to them for their attentiveness and great attitude. I hope management takes note of the stark difference in service.

My experience at Pizza Hut was quite average. The service was adequate, but nothing remarkable. The pizza itself was decent, but nothing outstanding in terms of flavor or quality. The crust was okay, but lacked that desirable crispiness. The toppings were standard, without any unique or memorable combinations. The atmosphere in the restaurant was typical for a fast-food chain, with a casual and bustling vibe. The cashier did try to sell me more than required. Overall, it was an average dining experience, suitable for a quick and convenient meal, but not something I would rave about or go out of my way to visit again.

I'm a bit shocked that the many applications from the previous owner, Intermezzo, have now been combined???? It's not right and deceives the guests! Not fair.
Well, I can't agree with Mr. Gr.! I go there regularly during my break and have to ask for small portions (for noodles and rice), and the prices are cheap, even lunchtime prices, like everywhere else...fish and meat dishes are 7-8 euros. Anyone can see for themselves. Some people are just not fair in their ratings...sad.
It's a nice cafeteria with a café feel...that's the impression I got from my colleagues and the company next door 😉
Google doesn't make it easy to update! Intermezzo-Berlin has been permanently closed since the end of 2023!!!! The current cafeteria has a different name! Maybe someone can change that.

A canteen that has only had a new operator since 2024.
Unfortunately, the prices are slightly higher than other canteens in the area. The preparation of the food is also rather average. The meatballs with Balkan-style sauce were nothing more than frozen gypsy dumplings.
Hardly anything is cooked fresh here.
The staff changes frequently, but is usually quite friendly.
The canteen is used by employees of the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, but anyone can also access it from outside. Ministry employees receive a small discount. Otherwise, the canteen looks clean from the outside.
But I've tried different dishes several times now and haven't really been convinced. Even though there are four different dishes every day, one of them is soup.
Conclusion for me you can eat here, but you don't have to. It's enough to have a warm meal in a pinch.

We had an excellent dinner in this steakhouse after some shopping inside the Berlin Mall. The meat was excellent, well cooked and served! The staff were really professional and friendly.
Luca - 2 weeks ago
A great piece of meat… but a bitter aftertaste.
We booked a table for 5 at Beef GrillClub, a Berlin steakhouse with quite a solid reputation and clearly positioned in the “high-end” price range. From the very start, disappointment set in: no real sense of welcome or personalization. We were seated hastily, with two tables quickly pushed together — without even checking the name on our reservation. The tone was set.
The meal started with a few mishaps: a corked bottle of wine (it happens), quickly replaced. But when it came to the food, the starters were sadly bland: a tasteless carpaccio, a flat vitello tonnato, parmesan lacking any character… and table salt only — quite surprising for a steakhouse aiming for this level.
As for the meat, credit where it’s due: the cooking was perfect, and the products were high quality. But beware: here, everything comes at an extra cost. Want a side dish? Expect to pay between €5 and €10. Fancy a sauce with your steak? That’ll be an additional €3 to €5. At this point, the experience starts to feel dangerously close to a Ryanair-style restaurant menu.
To make things worse, their water policy is highly questionable: tap water is mysteriously “unavailable,” bottles are emptied without asking just to encourage you to order more, and the staff oscillates between cold indifference and irritation when you don’t follow their consumption script.
The grand finale was almost comical: no printed bill at the table, just a card machine showing pre-selected tips starting at 15%. When I asked to see the detailed bill, it was shown to me reluctantly, before the machine reappeared immediately. Declining to leave a tip (given the service) seemed to trigger visible annoyance: the receipt was practically thrown on the table, and we left without a single thank you or goodbye.
In short: yes, the meat is good. But that’s the bare minimum for a steakhouse charging these prices. Everything else — the service, the pushy commercial strategy, the complete lack of warmth — completely ruined the experience.
You leave feeling less like a guest… and more like a walking wallet.
I wouldn’t recommend it — unless, unlike me, you believe that good food should come without any notion of hospitality.

Fantastic! I wanted an Arnold Palmer. You just can't get a good one in Europe. It's not a thing there. Believe me, I have tried, but it never tastes good. The bar tender made the best Arnold Palmer I ever had, and it was his 1st one after looking it up on Google. The steak and service were perfect as well! I highly recommend this place!
Pacific Plumbing Co. - 4 weeks ago
Really nice place, not a lot of people at the time i visited. Customer service is really nice, attentive and accommodating. The food i ordered was really tasty, the meat was soft and well seasoned. The wine was really good as well. Although the prices were a bit on the high side, it's understandable due to the area being located and the quality/cut of the meat. I can see myself returning here.

The best Halal Steak House in berlin and, if not the Best Steak House, I have had so far, with excellent and friendly staff. The food served was made with love and excellence.
Every slice and every bite is worth the price. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my fellow Muslim brothers and sisters to this Steak House if you are looking for a Halal Certified Steak House.

Beautiful traditional restaurant, lovely atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. The pig leg was huge and super tasty! And the apple strudel was a great way to finish the meal. Got nice beer as well!

Went here after a 3 hr walking tour and it was a 5 min walk from the Brandenburg gates. We got seated after a 5 min wait as they only seated everyone on the patio area. The food was great and the service was great. We ordered the meat platter and the Schnitzel dish and apple strudel for dessert. I'd recommend this place and we actually went here 2 days in a row. Cheers!!

Authentical German Hausmannskost! I‘m German, I know what I‘m talking about. Very delicious, and the service is perfect. I was here with Friends that don‘t speak German and they can serve in English. It was a wrap!! Prices are ok.

This German restaurant experience I had was decent, though I found the food a bit on the salty side for my palate. The ambiance was inviting, with a modern design that made for a pleasant dining atmosphere.
While the dishes were well-presented and had a variety of traditional options, the seasoning could use some adjustment. Some flavors were overshadowed by the saltiness, which detracted from the overall enjoyment.
The service was attentive, adding to the positive aspects of the visit. Overall, it’s a good spot if you're in the mood for German cuisine, but be prepared for a saltier taste than you might expect. I would recommend trying it out, but perhaps ask for less salt in your dishes if you're sensitive to it.

A week ago, my family and I ( 12 people) dined at the restaurant, and it was truly remarkable! The food was exceptional, from the mouthwatering pizzas and fresh salads to the customized pasta dishes made exactly as we desired.
The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff.
And the tiramisu dessert was delicious.
We hightly recommend this restaurant for an authentic Italian experience accompanied by excellent service!

We had pizza funghi e prosciutto here and it was very tasty. You can tell the ingredients are good quality and authentically Italian. The wine was good - we took 0,5l for 2 people and it was perfect. The man serving us gave us a warm feeling of an Italian papa or nonno and was really nice 😊. I recommend this place 😍.

I would like to start my review by how I was trying to get into my Airbnb and this place was still opened. 11:00 and they were happy to guide me to find the street I was looking for. They are incredibly friendly people and their food is amazing. It’s a little secret place to find. I stayed in the area for 4 nights and they attract lots of Italian customers which is a great sign. I ordered food from here to take away and a bottle of Prosecco and they were happy to let me pay later. This is just typical Italian friendly service. They are amazing. Their menu has everything you’re looking for if you for if you want any home style Italian dishes for you. Italian food is best when it’s hidden. Trust me!
