Very polite staff. Attentive. George our waiter shared they had just remodeled. It was beautiful and clean inside. Food was delicious and 100% comparable to steak houses in the US.

Dining at Midtown Grill in the Berlin Marriott was an excellent experience. The restaurant has a modern and elegant atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed yet sophisticated meal. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the evening even more enjoyable. The food was prepared with great care, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The open kitchen adds a nice touch, allowing you to see the chefs at work. Overall, it’s a top choice if you’re looking for a high-quality dining experience in Berlin.

Visited the restaurant to celebrate with my family, I would highly recommend.
We got a complimentary cake and a birthday song of course. :)

Secret jewel for all steak lovers!
We’ve spend a memorable night: the food was amazing from starters to dessert. The steak did melt like butter and the taste was perfect. The staff was great and well-trained. You should give it a try soon!

The Midtown Grill is inside the Berlin Marriot and has a pleasant interior and isn’t very noisy. The staff is attentive and professional. The menu is fairly extensive with a bias towards pricier dishes. The wine menu is decent but nothing exceptional. We enjoyed the food and wine, albeit a bit expensive, but after a long trip it was a relaxing and pleasant experience. We will come back.

Went here daily for breakfast buffet when I stayed at the Mandala. The review is only for the breakfast buffet.
The food taste was great, but expected a little more variety than the standard bread/croissants, eggs, fruits and cheese.
Ambience is awesome. Service is also great.

One of the best food experiences I’ve ever had. The aesthetic is on point. My friend’s food allergy was taken care of down to the detail. And the tastes all together—delicious! Highly recommend!

Dining at it's finest! There are few things in life that provide joy, comfort and serenity like the facil's masterfully served, splendid dishes.
The service is excellent: swift, polite, calm. The sommelier had perfect wine recommendations at hand for our party of 9 persons. The maitre d' had several additional surprises (entrée & dessert) and they were super respectful, even though constantly at least one of us was wandering around with the kid we brought along (2 yo). Also, the kitchen prepared an extra pasta dish for the kid.
Food: from the first to the last dish, everything was splendid, we had beef filet, fish with caviar, beetroot and a nougat dish for dessert. Great, visuals, great taste. A very wholesome experience and a real treat.
If you get the chance, treat yourself here. It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience you'll definitely not regret.

Facil was the first Michelin-starred restaurant we went to and we definitely made the right choice.
If you love food and are in the area, you should definitely book a table.
We were there for lunch because there is usually a set menu at dinner and we wanted to choose our own dishes, but we will definitely be back for dinner next time we are in Berlin.
The food is absolutely fantastic. Just look at the pictures. They are a work of art and absolutely delicious. Each dish has so much flavor and is unique in its own way. We especially enjoyed the desserts.
The staff are of course also exceptional and very nice. When we were there, they made a small mistake with the cutlery, which we wouldn't have even noticed if they hadn't apologized to us.

Dinner last night was nothing short of exquisite. From the first course to the last, every dish was thoughtful, beautifully executed, and perfectly balanced. It was not just dinner. It was an experience.
I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make the evening so special. The discreet arrangements, the bouquet, and the thoughtful souvenir were perfect elegant, personal, and exactly what I hoped for. Your team managed to turn a dinner into a memory we will always carry with us.
Please extend my gratitude to the service team, the kitchen, and everyone behind the scenes who made this possible.
We look forward to returning to Berlin—and to Facil—again.

As a tourist i am happy to find this place. Exactly, what we were looking for. ( family). We ordered two types of sausages, salad to share, and potato dumplings. Later we saw some diners had on their plates dumplings instead of mashed potatoes. Maybe, it's possible to change. We hesitated to ask. Portions are big. We packed mashed potatoe to go. Service was very quick. Multiple people. We were not ready to swallow such as speedy service. Needed to ask to bring itemized bill. As a tourists we were curios. Asked twice. Except this everything very good.

Lindenbräu is a spacious and well-organised restaurant right at Potsdamer Platz. The venue is spread over three levels and offers plenty of seating, which makes it feel comfortable even during busier hours. When we arrived, the restaurant was almost empty, which created a relaxed atmosphere.
The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient, and the food was served quickly. The menu focuses mainly on Bavarian and Austrian cuisine, complemented by a small Berlin-style selection, which is a nice and thoughtful mix. The menue card is available online via a digital scan.
The food quality was solid. Portions were reasonable but not particularly large. Flavour-wise, everything was fine, though not outstanding.
The currywurst was okay, but not a standout in terms of taste.
The potato soup with bread was decent, though the portion felt a bit small.
The pretzels were good and enjoyable.
A highlight was definitely the beer selection. We tried all the draft beers as a 1-meter beer, which is a fun experience and highly recommended for anyone wanting to sample different varieties. All beers we tried were very good. I like that they brew directly their own beer in the restaurant thats great!
Overall, Lindenbräu is a reliable choice for traditional food, good beer, and a pleasant setting in a central location. While the food doesn’t reach exceptional levels, the atmosphere, service, and beer make it worth a visit.
Recommended.

The location at Potsdamer Platz is nice and the atmosphere is lively, but overall the experience was average. The beers were good, and the pretzels and sausages were fine, but nothing outstanding. Service was slow and not very attentive, which took away from the experience. It’s okay for a quick stop if you’re in the area, but there are better options around for German food and beer.

Simply an amazing place for typical German food. Great portion sizes and delicious taste. The staff was extremely friendly and prompt. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to take my parents who were visiting.
Frederico Schmaltz - 10 months ago
Not a bad restaurant, nothing special, ordinary food but made from quality products, which is important. I must say that this was a really fresh and very tasty pretzel and for sure excellent beer brewed by this brewery. If you are hungry, then this is a good choice.

We visited Essenza to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant has a refined fine-dining atmosphere, and the service was professional and attentive. However, it felt quite formal — the staff were polite but rarely smiled, which made the experience feel a little cold to us. Coming from Australia, we may simply be more used to warmer, more relaxed service, so this could be a cultural difference.
In terms of food, we shared the octopus as a starter, which was nicely presented but lacked depth of flavour. For mains, my husband had the lamb chops, and I had the duck. Unfortunately, the duck was quite dry and difficult to eat due to the bones, which took away from the enjoyment of the dish. Overall, the flavours across the dishes felt a bit underwhelming for a restaurant at this level.
Essenza is elegant and technically well-executed, but for us, the experience missed some warmth and richness in both service and taste.

We had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant! The service provided by our waiter Shefit was absolutely outstanding – attentive, friendly, and professional.
I ordered the tuna steak, which was cooked to perfection, and the pepper sauce was just amazing – rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. My girlfriend had a pasta dish that was equally delicious, and we paired our meals with a fantastic Italian white wine that complemented everything beautifully.
Highly recommended for both the food and the impeccable service!

Nothing bad to say about this place other than super dry bread. It would have been amazing if the bread was good, but the rest of the food was so good that I’ll still give 5 stars. Sophisticated menu, delicate taste, good service, reasonable price.
M Y - 9 months ago
The restaurant was expensive but wrapped up a wonderful evening at the Philharmonic. There is a feeling of sumptuousness there, with excellent quality food and wine, with authentic regional food, e.g. from Napoli, which is hard to come by. Attentive, helpful and professional service. A great choice for a special occasion.

Beautifully plated meal, elegant touches. This was a very fine dining experience. The staff were attentive and no detail was forgotten. Near transport, the Ritz, and the busy Berlin scene. Highly recommended.

Perfect experience! The middle-aged gentle man in the front door welcoming us and help us seated was really really nice. I can barely say the customer service is good in Berlin overall but this restaurant was really perfect. The whole team working there are amazing. The bets experience.

We had a great experience at Amrit. The food was full of flavor, well spiced, and clearly prepared fresh. The curries were rich without being heavy, and the naan was soft and perfectly baked.
Service was fast, polite, and efficient, even though the place was busy. The staff knew the menu well and gave clear recommendations.
The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, suitable for both a relaxed dinner and a quick meal. Portions are generous and prices are fair for the quality.
If you are looking for reliable, well executed Indian cuisine in Berlin, this place delivers. Would definitely return.

Amrit is declared the best restaurant in Germany according to their website. I don't know whether it's the best but it's really good 🙂
Amrit was the first restaurant that I ate in Berlin so it's close to my heart. For starters I had chicken 65, paneer pakoras and amritsari crispy chicken. There were so nice that I ordered another three, the flavours were immaculate, so tasty. I couldn't get enough.
I think my favourite was chicken 65, I gobbled that up so quickly.
For main I had a lamb Kerala, it was meant to be spicy but it didn't feel like it was but still it was amazing. I loved the flavours. I highly recommend this main. Especially when the state of Kerala has irradiated poverty which is highly impressive.
The cheese naan was pretty nice as well.
The service that I received at Amrit was first class, the staff were really friendly, explained the menu really well and they brought food quickly which was nice.
The restaurant is lovely and scenic, it's a big place so it can seat a lot of people.
I highly recommend Amrit, it's certainly one of the best restaurants in Berlin 🙂

Excellent! The food was delicious and the staff was fantastic. The waiter Niki served us and, with a pleasant conversation, made this place even better. :)))
The interior, the music, and the whole atmosphere create a really welcoming vibe.
Cocktails were great!
We stumbled upon this place by accident and we didn’t regret it!

Beautiful looking restaurant and well located at Potsdamerplatz (next to the station). Delicious food - I had the samosas and Mamun took great care of me. He asked the chef to make something off menu and came up with a Chicken Methi Malai curry.... Outstanding! Highly recommend this restaurant - friendly and attentive staff.
Jay Bhatt - 2 months ago
Good food and hospitality. Samosa and chicken murgh tikka was delicious.
Garlic naan was good but should be little thin n crispy though.
Service was bit poor last time, as had to wait 10 minutes for bowls :( they should also allow Naan instead of Rice with any curry , like many other allows. so removed 1 star :)
Hope you click LIKE if you find this review useful :)

Its a little posh bar by the Mantra hotel, it share the hotel entrance and it's a staircase that guides you. The service is very welcoming, the prices are very reasonable for a luxury bar. The wine menu doesn't have a good selection but cocktails are very good. They serve peanuts and wasabi nuts with the drinks. The interior design is interesting in the details not loud and quite nice in size, meaning small and cozy.

We went there to celebrate my birthday at 6pm on a Sunday. The ambiance was cozy and quiet. They have multiple seafood and alcohol-free options and they also changed the sauce of one of the dishes for us. The food was SO good! And the service very friendly. They brought the dessert topped with a sparkle candle for my birthday.

Lovely place with good service and nice food. The waiter was attentive and took good care of us, even gave us some extra bread. The cheese platter was lovely with selected cheeses and what appeared to be home made bread and rhubarb-cherry jam. We enjoyed some more dishes along with selected beer, cocktails and wine. A nice evening!

My favorite ice cream place in Berlin! Love their creations and fresh ingredients. I am partial to their fruity concoctions than chocolatey ones, but you won't go wrong with any item here.
Prasad Saraph - 2 months ago
Nice spot for gelato. They don't take AMEX so just have another card with you. The gelato tastes great, is very smooth and they have a lot of flavors. I would love some more toppings options but it isn't Cold Stone and that's not a problem.
Dylan King - 5 months ago
It’s a little silly that after going to Rome, the best gelato we had was in Berlin, and I’m not exaggerating. The pistachio is to die for! It’s nutty and slightly salty, perfectly balanced. The rum with raisins was my second favorite. They have a lot of vegan options if you’re vegan or lactose intolerant/ allergic to dairy. The price is on the higher end for gelato, but it’s totally worth it in my opinion!

A great place to sit down for dessert, especially the local famous spaghetti-eis! Seating and atmosphere are great! We did not try the spaghetti-eis but did enjoy the lasagna-Eid. It is delicious and touches the spot! Next time, I will definitely try the ice cream pizza!!!
