I think this is a 4-4,5 stars burger but a 5 stars place overall. I had the FLEISCHERMEISTER burger. It is a rather simple burger that allows you to taste well the beef. It was (almost) perfect. The patty could be a little more tender although the spices are excellent. The bun is great too. The highlight for me is the fries with bacon and onions. The location is very special but go on a sunny day. The staff is efficient and very polite. Prices are fair.

Delicious burgers in the city. Online order while walking there, order was perfect. Tables rotate quickly. Glad they recycle bottles.

Fantastic burgers from the most iconic burger shop of the city! Tasty food for a good price. The kiosk is small but well organized, with tables to ear either by standing or with poles to lean against - good enough for a quick bite ;)
The Waldmeister burger is a very tasty veggie option!
Just to say, no toilets available on the premises!
Payments accepted with cash or card, no problem.

Really nice place if you want a burger! 🍔 there were some people ahead of us but the service is pretty efficient so we didn’t have to wait. The food is tasty and the people working there really take care of you and your experience with them. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Classic, must have burgers and fries under a bridge. The place is easy to spot from a far and the food is mouth watering! Jalapeno burger was an absolute flavor bomb with the crispy patty! Totally resonable prices, not many seats available tho but you can easily takeout.

A truly amazing cousy Austrian restaurant that is not a tourist trap. The food is perfect, the service is very helpful and kind. This is not the cheapest place you will find, but it is worth every euro.
Only downside of the restaurant is the fact that the tables are small and there is not enough place.
Overall one of the best places to eat in Berlin. Five stars.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere at Cafe Jolesch. Booking essential as it is a deservedly popular place for supper!
Staff were friendly, prompt, and spoke excellent English and were able to answer all our questions regarding the menu.
We thoroughly enjoyed plates of Viennese-style pork schnitzel and the Viennese goulash, and managed to save a bit of room for pudding! The highlight was the Kaiserschmarm - cut up pieces of pancake - hot, soft, fluffy, with a delicious smattering of icing sugar and a pot of warm, silk stewed plums.
Highly recommended.

Excellent Austrian food, especially the schnitzel is my favourite. It's cooked to perfection and I'm trying to go for it every time I'm in Berlin. The restaurant is one nice old room with a big chandelier which creates it a nice, familiar atmosphere.

Jolesch Cafe Restaurant is a hidden culinary treasure in Berlin that brings the flavors of Austria to life. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt like I was transported to a charming corner of Vienna.
The ambiance is cozy and rustic, creating the perfect setting for an unforgettable meal. The staff exudes warmth and hospitality, making the dining experience truly delightful.
Now, let's talk about the stars of the show – the Wiener Schnitzel and Kaiserschmarrn. The Wiener Schnitzel was a masterpiece of golden, crispy perfection, tender inside, and bursting with flavor. It's undoubtedly one of the best I've ever had outside of Austria. And the Kaiserschmarrn? It was heavenly! The fluffy, caramelized pancake pieces topped with powdered sugar and plum compote were simply divine.
To complement the meal, their wine selection is exceptional, and the staff's recommendations were spot on.
Jolesch Cafe Restaurant offers an authentic taste of Austria right here in Berlin. Whether you're a connoisseur of Wiener Schnitzel or have a sweet tooth craving for Kaiserschmarrn, this place is a must-visit. I can't wait to return for more of these culinary delights and the warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Highly recommended for food enthusiasts and those seeking an enchanting dining experience in Berlin!

This is by far the best Schnitzel restaurant I’ve ever had in Berlin so far. The service was also impeccable, they go over and beyond from their recommendations to preparing our meals fast and efficient. I highly recommend anyone visiting or living in Berlin to try Jolesch👌

10/10 excellent Mexican food and drinks. Well had an amazing visit - the food was delicious, chill vibes and lovely drinks. Highlight of my Berlin trip so far. Thank you 🙏❤️🌶️🥑

As a Mexican food lover, I am always hunting different restaurants all over Berlin, I already visited a dozen. Unfortunately this one totally missed my expectations, I don't think I will be coming again
I was around the area and hungry an it wasn't rush hour, the restaurant was half empty. We ordered two taco plates and quesadillas. The food took almost an hour to be served, and I reminded them a few times that this wait is unacceptable, given that the restaurant was half empty
The tacos and quesadillas were good, but didn't feel superior in anyway over the other restaurants I tried, so why should I come back? The beans were very plain in my opinion, tastes straight out of the can. The salad also didn't taste very fresh to me
I think the people working there didn't ask for feedback if we liked the food, I don't think it's something they really care about. I didn't feel very welcomed

This is a place with a long tradition of great Mexican cooks. Normally I get the enchiladas, but I've been there a few times recently, and lucky me, I was pretty happy to discover they have special plates on Sundays: I tried Birria, Barbacoa, Carne en su Jugo and green Pozole. Each one of them was extraordinary delicious. The international awarded chef Angel Aceves comes from Jalisco, Mexico, that is why he masters these recipes. He also prepares different spicy sauces for each specialty, with funny names like: Chirrionera, Unita and Motherfu**er. For a nostalgic Mexican like me, it's like a dream come true! I hope to see you again very soon!

I’m mexican and can confidently say that the food tastes 100% authentic. The restaurant itself is very pretty and located in a nice neighbourhood. The only thing I didn’t like, was that I had to wait a long time for my food.

Food was nice served and hot(fries&chicken fingers). But the service was quite slow. Mojito was delicious. Music they played was too loud for a place like this, we had a hard time hearing each other with friends.

Staff was nice and it was clean, but if you want authentic Mexican food go somewhere else. My fajitas tasted rather Indian. Overall the experience was alright, but not worth the prize in my opinion. Wouldn't go there again.

Pretty tasty food in a nice environment. Could do with a little more spice, but this is to be expected in Germany.
Service is fast and friendly just be mindful of the guests outside that will be non-stop smoking.

Good food. Mexican? Yes why not. Hummmm depends on you to judge 😋. But food is good. Good service and best part is “augustiner” on tape. Yes one of the most popular beer in Germany.

Lovely restaurant with nice hip atmosphere. Small menu with around 4 starters and 4 mains, which I find always better comparing to menu size of a book.
Food was tasty, prepared from quality products. Portions are not big, but for the restaurant with similar concept absolutely makes sense. It was nice to see that proportion of protein in main dishes was significant, making it a star of a dish.
Drinks are carefully selected, what is definitely noticeable in their great taste.
Staff was very energetic and friendly. Food and drinks were served very fast. It was very considerate of our waiter to ask when to serve mains directly after starter or with some pause instead of just bringing whenever.
From minor points, our order got confused, as we got one main wrong. And drinks were not exactly how we ordered. In the menu wine per glass is sold per 0.1L, during the dinner a glass of wine was ordered twice, assuming that 0.1L portion would be served as we didn’t give any specifications. Instead, without any confirmation the waiter assumed we wanted a bigger glass, and put both times into the system double order of 0.2L.
Both situations got resolved super fast and overall we were happy with the service, but it feels they could have been easily avoided, if the waiter repeated our order.
Atmosphere was also nice. Appealing design. Enjoyable music. Lovely table setting. Except for fake flowers.
As an additional Bonus, while reserving online there is a chance to choose between inside or outside table. Every restaurant should have this option!
But consider that restaurant is just next to U-Bahn tracks built above the ground and it could get a bit loud outside from time to time.
Would absolutely recommend and come again! :)

Me and a big group of people had a dinner here and forgot some things in the restaurant. A week later I came back and the things were gone. On that occasion when I returned, I stayed for about an hour with some friends, there were about four of us, and we had one or two beers each at the most. Before leaving they showed us a bill for 354 euros, which apparently another customer said was ours. We didn't pay it, of course, but I think it was incompetent and disrespectful of them to try to push the bill on us knowing it wasn't ours. The owner (who I think he is) was there and was extremely friendly, always willing to help in any situation, unfortunately some of the staff are either incompetent or dishonest.

The food was simply not good. Nothing special / lack of soul / poor delivery. The place is ok and the people serving were polite, but it is def not worth the 80€/pp (drinking only 1 beer each) - there are thousands of better spots in town in the same price range. Disappointing 😔

So, I'm from Boston. I'm came for a friend running the marathon. We stopped at this restaurant/bar and had the best time. The food and the drinks are amazing. I've had some of the best drinks I've ever had here. The bartender and staff are some of the best in my travels. So recommend checking this place out, you will be more than satisfied.

As a Korean, I deeply respect their service and food quality. Highly recommended!
1. Makgeolli (rice wine):
Well-preserved and served at the right temperature in a half-liter wine glass bottle—a clever presentation.
2. Chicken wings:
While the wings didn't seem fresh, the frying and seasoning were excellent. The amount of sauce was well-balanced with the fries, maintaining a satisfying crunch. Despite the soy and chili sauce, the fries retained their crispiness. Reasonably priced.
3. Seasoned raw beef (Korean Tartar):
Served as a complimentary treat, the Korean Tartar looked amazing, though it was temporarily unavailable. The owner graciously offered a small taste, and it was mouthwateringly tender. Highly recommended to try soon.
4. Bulgogi:
Impressively nice with beef’s freshness and quality exceeding expectations. Proper saltiness, though a slight concern about sweetness for foreigners. Considering the high quality and portion, the price for two people is justified.
5. Red bean paste on snow (dessert):
Evoking childhood memories from Korea, the dessert showcased well-organized quality, quantity, and decoration. Enjoyable even when already full.
Overall, a strong recommendation from me as a Korean.

Tasty beef and pork bibimbap and very nice service with old Kreuzberg Eckkneipe vibes. Some nice architecture magazines to browse. The ginger tea was perfect with plenty of ginger and the bingsu was yummy – one portion is big enough to share between 2 to 3 people = good value for money. For the price of the meals however, the bathroom should be in better shape. I don't know if there is a wheelchair accessible one. Still, we look forward to trying other things on the menu next time!

There was nothing too appealing about the Korean food served here. We ordered fried chicken and bibimbap. The fried chicken lacked flavour and the bibimbap could have used some more traditional veg (was very basic, and served in a metal bowl, not stone). Would have also been nice to be given some gochujang alongside the bibimbap as the serving that came with it was quite small. The kimchi was also fairly salty - unsure on whether it was pre-purchased or prepared in house. The waiter was nice and gave good recommendations.

Had a fantastic dinner at this Korean spot with a friend from Korea who confirmed it’s the real deal. 💯 The bulgogi was superb, and the fresh sides for wrapping it up were top-notch, especially the kimchi.
Loved the interactive touch with the grill on our table! Staff were super friendly and the teas – especially the roasted rice one – were a standout. Only hiccup was the Lego table being off-limits despite no reservation. Still, can’t wait to go back for the food and hopefully some Lego fun next time! 😊

I absolutely loved my experience at this cozy Korean BBQ restaurant! The Jae-juk for two, topped with extra cheese and glass noodles, was incredibly delicious and the portion size was so generous that it could easily satisfy three people. I'm already looking forward to coming back for another delightful meal!
