First time in Germany and came across this gem in Berlin! Loved the food, service, and atmosphere. I am vegetarian and enjoyed the Mushroom dumplings, vegetable strudel, a salad, and Bavarian cream with cherries. Serge was our waiter and his service was exceptional. He made great suggestions in the menu, was attentive, and very friendly and funny. We ended up coming back again the next day.

Yummy German food. Great Schnitzel - both the pork and the calf! Outside seating area looks nice but we were seated inside right next to the toilet and the place had some toilet odor which I didn’t really like. Food took a long time 45-60 min after ordering) but the taste was great and service was friendly. Would recommend for schnitzel or other German food!

If you’re in Charlottenburg, Berlin and looking for a good restaurant, specially Austrian, somewhat romantic with nice seating outside, this is it. Probably the best Schnitzel in Berlin! Since my last review I have been back a few times and it has been excellent every time! The Tafelspitz and the Apfelstrudel are among the best in Berlin!

Best Schnitzel I've ever ate! Also not so cheap, but small portion is definitely enough for someone who is not eating a lot. Update 2025: Schnitzel quality went way down and price way up. Pity

Chef Maik must be a culinary genius. This is a secret gem that is well known to the locals around and I’m glad I discovered it before it gets too famous. A large part of the menu changes not every week, but every day! And it’s all good. Very solid cooking. Delicious flavors and combinations that really work well. For example, the classic brussel sprout crowned with plums wrapped in bacon! I’m a very picky eater. This has exceeded my expectations. Restaurant itself is very cozy, friendly, fun and not pretentious at all. Servers are all kind and cordial. Some may think it is a bit on the pricier end but honestly, the ingredients are really high quality and it is worth it. Make sure to make a reservation or else you won’t get seats. Highly recommend it!!!!!

A nice corner Italian cafe with generous portions and variety of options. They serve breakfast and are open late. They have outdoor and indoor seating. My only one negative is their lack of mastery in preparing steaks. Our friend ordered a medium done steak. It was served completely well done and over cooked.

Waited 45 minutes and 4 waiters to ask IF we ordered. The order was lost due to shift change and they rushed to serve quickly. Nevertheless, amazing food here and the best pizza around. Despite the annoying wait - we will keep coming.

We ordered “African grill” which is 15€ but when I pay, I saw it’s mixed grill which is 25€. When I asked the waiter, he said, we ordered with number and the number is mixed grill while we ordered definitely with name. We usually ordered pizza for takeaways and this is the first time to eat in the restaurant, I find it really disappointing with this experience.

We had a family gathering for Christmas Eve, we reserved a private room for the gathering, the service was good, very friendly staff, the atmosphere was great too, the Xmas menu (main dishes) were not as expected despite being a bit expensive, the other dishes were tasty. It deserves another chance to try their specials though. In general it was very pleasant.

An excellent, authentic Italian neighborhood restaurant in Charlottenburg! Perhaps a bit pricey, however, every dish we ordered was excellent and big enough for 2 to share. Lots of seating on the terrace as well! And it continuous to be as good every time we repeat…

Absolutely delicious — best Turkish döner I’ve ever had! I came here with my parents and we ordered three different dishes: a kebab wrap, a kebab sandwich, and kebab with rice. Every single one was so good! The people here are incredibly friendly, and at the end, the owner even treated us to Turkish tea — such a lovely gesture! The kebab sandwich was the best I’ve ever had, and the rice was amazing — salty, fragrant, and full of flavor. Who would have thought we’d be completely won over by Turkish food in Berlin? Absolutely delicious — highly recommend!

I like to go to buy vegetarian Döner at this Turkish fast food shop. It is fresh and service is fast. But the drinks like the watermelon tea is too expensive. Friend of them tried to influence me into buying it , did not like this behaviour Not good

Followed my taxi driver’s suggestion I came here for the döner kebab and I was very satisfied. Crispy but not dry meat and bread, tasty, full of flavours - this size for €7. Friendly guys.

Food Quality: very good steaks. Prepared to the perfect requested point. Pizzas also looked amazing as we saw them go by. Desserts are also quite good. Leave some space for the end 😉 Portions: very nice portion. Served with a mix of the daily vegetables and potatoes. Drinks: a nice variety of Italian wines, and of course all the usual drinks. Price: $$-$$$ not very expensive for the type and quality of food ordered. Pizzas had a very reasonable price. So depends what you wish to order. Service: very friendly staff. Atmosphere: tables outside are very enjoyable and relaxing. Highlights: nice steaks. Good service. Payment Method: cash, CC

Really nice food and they prepare the food on the basis of availability and season. Mussels are just they best. Tune steak is super yummy as well. Ordering takes some time for whatever reason. You sit and have to wait and really have to hunt them down (wave and call) to get there attention. Happened all the three times i have been there. No complain about the friendliness of the staff - polite and friendly. Totally reasonable prices compared to the other italian restaurants around the neighborhood.

An immobile journey to the heart of Italy, with the sun on the ceiling and on the plate, a great moment and a pleasant surprise. It was a seasonal dish with asparagus, shrimp and gnocchi accompanied by a small white wine sauce, all beautifully spiced. Highly recommended if you're in the neighborhood.

One of the best Italian meals I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten Italian all over the world! The vongole was extraordinary, and my companion ate gnocchi in a perfect sage sauce. A beautiful inconspicuous restaurant in one of Berlin’s most lovely neighbourhoods.

I’ve been on many burger tours around Berlin, and Lily Burger is without a doubt one of the best I’ve tried. The service was amazing - very friendly and personal. The meat quality is excellent, and I really appreciated that they don’t only serve smash burgers, but also offer different burger styles and various doneness levels, which is unfortunately not very common in Berlin. The atmosphere and music were great, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Highly recommended - I’ll definitely be coming back! Also worth mentioning: they have great options and support for people who are gluten-sensitive, as well as vegans.

Incredibly good, the quality and amounts were great and generous. The service was super friendly and fun. They got a huge selection of burger types, sides and so on. 100% recommend to go with friends!

Delicious food and burgers! So much we had to take some home! Only the single bugers were eatable in one go, but the leftovers still tasted good the next day! Service was great and friendly. When we went on a Wednesday night, no one was there, but for sure recommend going to the place rather than ordering. You have to pay by cash tho.

What a lovely place! Super-friendly staff, nice ambiente and music, cool "interactive feature" (after chilling there for a while, we were given a pen to add our piece to the ton of writings and drawings on the walls) and the food was amazing! We had the vegan Fidel Castro and Speedy Gonzalez burgers. The toilets were also clean. :) What's also very neat is that it is open until 3 AM while most other food places close at 12 or 1 AM. Would visit again anytime!

We really liked this place. Food was good and the servings were big too. Chicken curry taste better than many in Berlin. The service was really nice and they were really taking care of the people. Ambience was also good, there was a huge screen for sports. I would really recommend this place.

I had a remarkable evening at Chenab that I must share. The service was impeccable. The waitstaff was exceptionally attentive, ensuring that everything was just right throughout the evening. Now, let's talk about the food: It was a true gastronomic delight, a burst of exquisite flavors. I opted for the Lamb Okra, and it was simply sensational. 🍛 The restaurant's ambiance was both elegant and cozy, making it a perfect setting for a delightful dinner. Portion sizes were substantial. I recommend!!!

We are back after 3 years of lock down and what not… we have been a little nervous because of reviews pointing at bad service. HONESTLY we are having amazing service. I even asked for onion pakoras (not on the menu) and it was made especially for us! It is now a tradition that we will visit Chenab, when we are in town:-) Try the vegetarian Tikka Paneer and the Lamb Biryani Hyderabad… and maybe treat yourself with the off-menu onion pakoras;-)

Cute restaurant with a nice interior and great Sicilian wine... loved the seasonal menu, and the pizza dough was clearly baked on a stone stove. A big plus! Everything was tasty, made fresh, and the homemade limoncello is refreshing.

A lovely place. The food is delicious, the portions are big. There are a lot of choices, different countries dishes, with or without meat. The atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly. We definitely recommend this place !

Great food and ambience. Prices a bit on the higher side but pretty filling. Friendly staff and less waiting times :) I recommend it to everyone. It's a fusion restaurant. I love their oriental spicy burger as the finger food. For starters, the Mezzen are great. Pretty filling for a starter to say. Enchiladas are good too. As a main dish, I recommend their Al Mundo Grill Platte. It's kinda sufficient for 2 persons. Good choice of drinks too ;)

A neighborhood place with foods from around the world and good value for money! You can find dishes from Mediterranean, levant, middle eastern, Asian to American and Tex Mex. Some good wines and friendly service as well.

Came here a little bit by chance on our last night in Berlin and ate really good food. Interesting menu with a Lebanese influence and friendly staff. A very nice place altogether.
