A very nice place, but the food is far from good - there is not a single cooked meal on the lunch menu. If you like pizza and burgers though - that is your place. As for the the prices - they are too high for a self-service restaurant.

I've never been disappointed by the food here; it's delicious, has a good selection, and is reasonably priced. There are also a few vegetarian dishes and a small selection of drinks. It's not big: a few seats inside and three tables outside. Even if I want something just before closing time, I get friendly service and the food is still delicious. Parking is a bit difficult.

We've been going there for a few years now, and the food is incredibly delicious and reasonably priced. You usually get a huge portion for very little money. We really enjoy eating there with the kids. It's just a bit small and cramped.

Still siting in the restaurant and writing this. The owner/guy on the register was unfriendly over a situation of a four season/four cheese misunderstanding while he took my order and insisted on telling me that he wrote it down as of ut means thats what I ordered. Low service and hopitality.

This is legit Japanese food. Maybe the best meal l've had this year so far??!!! Highkey better than some of places I went to in Japan. Ate way more than the pictures I took. From today's menu: Squid tempura literally has a meaty texture. Beef tongue melted in my mouth although it's thick cut. From the regular menu: I loved the fried rice ball soup thing. The dashi is so on point!!! Grilled pork was mid. Salted plum juice also super tasty cuz it has shiso in the concentrate I think? I didn't even drink at this Izakaya but the drinks look super legit as well - think sweet potatoes shoyu. You know it's owned by Japanese when there's the intelligent seat warmer thing in their toilet.

An absolutely pure, high tier izakaya experience. Reminded me so much of my time in Japan. From the way the ordering happens, to the way the menu is set up, to the selection of the drinks, and the chefs & front of house welcoming and greeting in the same way. To knowing their menu & ingredients well, and specifically, not holding back on presenting pure Japanese cuisine. I went here thinking I'd have a casual little dinner. To basically trying to order most of the menu and consider it a little holiday. Their recommendations are top tier. The whiskey and Sake was incredible, it's so nice to have warm and sparkling sake, served nostalgicly. The food is fast, the simplest things, like the umami cabbage salad, made me question why on earth I've been making French or steak house style salads and wasting my damned time no having sesame oil (and I think sesame paste as the emulsifier) in my salads. This is in my top 10 memorable spots for just being a resturant that feels like I've been dropped back in Japan. So grateful it exists here.

Perfect sake snack bar, perfect. The flavors of each one of these dishes is so special, the attention to detail from the sake cups you choose to the quality and price structure is just great! Easily in top 10 of berlin restaurants! I had almost the whole menu and it was allll divine!! I will say this I never order something twice during the visit but I did that night, the tofu with ginger is their best dish I think! It’s absolutely perfect! Oishidesu!!! 10 stars

My friend recommended this place and I missed authentic Japanese food. here you can enjoy many traditional dishes, even Sake. I asked the staff for a recommendation for hot Sake, but she brought me a cold one instead. Except for that, I loved everything, the taste and the atmosphere.

This is an amazing place. The ambience is really cozy, if a little cramped. But it felt nice to eat at the bar and watch some of the food getting made. There is no fix menu, it changes everyday and there is no way to see what's available, so it's a gamble, but sides and smaller dishes do have a fixes menu. There's a lot of drinks available, with or without alcohol. I would recommend this place, but would also definitely recommend to make a reservation. Will come again!

At this restaurant, we experienced genuine hospitality. The chef recommended the special meat meze, allowing us to savor a variety of meats. We also tried the sauces, which were absolutely delightful. The meat was expertly prepared and perfectly seasoned. Reis Mama provides best food that you will ever have. Food is really delicious with very reasonable price. The owner is very kind and sweet, welcomed me with smile. This restaurant warmed my windy day with super good vietnamese soup. You will never regret, just try! Oops and don't forget Berliner beer. Super good combination with soup.

The food is nice on a budget, but I feel that it was somewhat lacking in flavor. I got their green curry, which didn't feel particularly flavorful and was made up of mostly lettuce. I also had sushi which was also not particularly flavorful, but the rolls were quite cheap. Ps. They don't accept credit/debit cards. Only cash
