The Sauerbraten smelled and tasted very gamy. Vinegar preserves the beef and it seems it was old. Plus the sauce was very fatty. The red cabbage had not the sour sweet taste it was just sour. The waitress was very attentive and all the other personell was friendly as well. Maybe it was a slow Sunday - the food wasn’t great.

Great place! The Christmas market is really nice addition to the neighborhood. They need to better advertise it including social media as barely anyone knows about it. Keep going!

Currywurst mit Pommes was really good! There’s no service though, you have to pick your food at the counter (self-service, buffet style) and the people there are not friendly if you’re a tourist 🥲

The restaurant had the most delicious and well prepared food! The atmosphere inside was very relaxed and elegant. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will eat here again! The beef dinner was cooked just perfect-as was the lox dinner!

Beer is good, food is excellent and it is easy to access. I went there on weekends two times and there were people playing music. This is my favorite place in Wannsee neighborhood.

A good restaurant with staff willing to help out. A tiny bit expensive but food is pretty good. The ambiance is nice even though it’s next to a busy road. We visited this restaurant on our way back from peacock island. Good for a quick bite to eat or to sit for a relaxing meal as well.

Delicious tom kha soup! And refreshing iced latte. Plopped here to take a quick meeting and thought I’d sit outside, until I saw how cute the indoor seating was. Overall definitely recommend!

I love the burgers here! Fresh ingredients and the meat tastes also pretty good. The vibe of the cafe/restaurant is also relaxing. I was impressed to find such a nice place next to a train station. I was also happy they didn’t complain about my burger request without bread ♥️♥️

Very nice, relaxing place. A lot of space for a cafe. Good both for breakfast and lunch. When I was here, there was only one person who both took the orders and prepared coffee/juices so it took some time to get an order, but it's OK if you're not in a hurry.

We happen to cross paths with this cafe located at the last stop of Berlin S-Bahn. We were trying to go to Peacock Island. They had some significant sections of pastry, coffee, and smoothies, but since I moved recently from the USA, they did require cash which I accidentally forgot to bring. This is the only reason why I am giving them three stars. If they start to accept Debit/Credit cards, you are much easier for fellow travelers.
